Mauvaise station ! plage extraordinaire

les installations sont mauvaises mais la plage et le personnel sont incroyables, la nourriture est médiocre, globalement si vous êtes juste pour la plage allez-y sinon oubliez ce resort. même si c'est proche de havana vous pouvez aller ailleurs, c'est selon votre goût.

bad resort! amazing beach bad installations but amazing beach and staff, poor food, overall if you are just into beach go ahead if not forget this resort. even though is close to havana u might just go somewhere else is up to taste.

Endroit idéal

C'est un endroit génial, la plage est proche de l'hôtel ce qui est très bien, la piscine est magnifique, les chambres sont propres mais la baignoire et l'évier ont besoin d'être améliorés, le personnel est très gentil et amical, dans l'ensemble moi et ma famille avons passé un bon moment, ça vaut le coup

great place It is a great place the beach is near the hotel which is very good the swimming pool is beautiful the rooms are clean but the bath tub and the sink need improvement , the stuff are supper nice and friendly . over all me and my family had a great time it is worth it

Bon centre de villégiature

Les chambres étaient bien, avec un beau balcon, la nourriture n'était pas aussi bonne que dans d'autres stations balnéaires à Cuba, mais il y avait beaucoup de boissons. La plage était excellente, beaucoup d'ombre. Les divertissements étaient excellents avec des spectacles quotidiens. La navette gratuite pour La Havane était excellente.

Good resort The rooms were fine, nice balcony, food not so great as in other resorts in Cuba,plenty of drinks. Beach was excellent, lots of shade.Entertainment was great with daily shows. The free shuttle bus to Havana was excellent.

Grand centre de villégiature

Superbe hôtel, personnel extraordinaire, mais la nourriture n'est pas très bonne. L'hôtel propose une navette pour La Havane tous les jours. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage le matin et de la ville de La Havane l'après-midi. Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a aidés en nous demandant des instructions.

Great resort Great hotel, amazing staff but food not so good. The hotel offer a shuttle bus to Havana everyday. We got to enjoy the beach in the morning and the city of Havana in the afternoon. Staff were vey friendly and helpful whrn asking for instructions.

Plage et personnel agréables.

Le terrain était sobre. La nourriture était bonne. La plage était magnifique. La chambre était moyenne pour Cuba. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à La Havane et à la ville voisine. Les divertissements étaient tout juste corrects. Pas de discothèque le soir et ennuyeux pour un couple de jeunes ! Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes heureux d'être allés une fois à La Havane et dans ce centre de villégiature tout compris !

Nice beach and staff. The grounds were plain. The food was good. The beach was beautiful. The room was average for Cuba. Nice location to Havana and nearby town. Entertainment was just OK. No disco at night and boring for a youthful couple! Overall happy to have gone once to Havana and this all inclusive resort!

Séjour agréable.

L'hôtel était parfait pour nous. Pas luxueux mais confortable et propre. La chambre était plus grande que prévu, avec beaucoup de tiroirs et de placards. Nous avons dû tripoter les toilettes à plusieurs reprises, le robinet de l'évier se déplaçait sur le comptoir et la baignoire avait connu des jours meilleurs, mais il y avait beaucoup d'eau chaude et de pression. Le personnel était merveilleux et créatif avec des serviettes en forme de cygne ou de bateau. Nous avons souri en entrant dans la cha [... lire plus]mbre après qu'elle ait été nettoyée. Nous avons cependant trouvé que la chambre donnant sur l'avant était bruyante au petit matin, à cause des camions et des voitures. La nourriture était abondante, avec un choix de légumes bien plus important que ce à quoi je m'attendais. C'est devenu un peu répétitif, surtout que je ne mange pas de viande, mais je n'avais pas prévu de faire de la haute cuisine. Oui, il pouvait y avoir des mouches et des oiseaux dans la salle à manger, mais cela ajoutait à l'ambiance. Et Lado, le serveur, était l'essence même du charme et du service attentif. La Havane n'étant qu'à une courte distance en navette gratuite, notre séjour a été un excellent mélange de ville et de plage. L'océan était chaud, parfois agité, mais jouer dans les vagues était un merveilleux répit par rapport à la froideur de Toronto. L'hôtel Atlantico était le bon endroit au bon moment.

Nice stay. The hotel was perfect for us. Not luxurious but comfortable and clean. The room was bigger than we expected with lots of drawers and cupboard space. We did have to fiddle with the toilet a couple of times, the sink faucet moved on the counter and the bathtub had seen better days, but there was plenty of hot water and lots of pressure. The staff was wonderful and creative with swan- and boat-shaped towel designs. We smiled when we entered the room after it was cleaned. We did find the front-facing room noisy in the early morning, though, with trucks and cars. The food was plentiful with a much larger selection of vegetables than I expected. It became a bit repetitive, especially since I don't eat meat, but I didn't plan on haute cuisine. Yes, there could be flies and birds in the dining area but it just added to the ambience. And Lado, a waiter, was the essence of charm and attentive service. Havana was just a short, free shuttle bus away, so our stay was a great mix of city and beautiful beach time. The ocean was warm, could be choppy, but playing in the waves was a wonderful respite from frigid Toronto. Hotel Atlantico was the right place at the right time.

Exemple:Nous avons passé un très bon moment, les animations étaient amusantes, l'accès à la plage et aux installations était pratique même lorsqu'il pleuvait. Sable blanc, longue plage magnifique, personnel sympathique et travailleur dans ce lieu tout compris, les restaurants sont également très bons. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons bientôt.

Great resort Example:We had a great time, the entertainment was fun, the access to the beach and facilities were convenient even when rained. White sands, long Gorgeous beach, friendly hard working staff at this all inclusive place, restaurants are also very good. Over all we had wonderful time. We are coming back soon.

Antlantico

L'hôtel est très bien situé si vous voulez être près de la plage et de la ville de La Havane. Le personnel est très aimable, surtout si vous êtes gentil avec lui. Veillez à laisser un pourboire au moins à l'occasion. La nourriture n'était pas spectaculaire mais mangeable. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel, mais ne vous attendez pas à un endroit de grand luxe. Il y a beaucoup de locaux autour de l'hôtel, ce qui vous permet de voir le mode de vie cubain.

Great location if you want to be by the beach and close to Havana city. The staff is very friendly especially if you are nice to them. Be sure to tip at least on occasion. The food was not spectacular but eatable. I would definitely recommend this hotel but do not expect a high luxury place. There are a lot of locals around which also allows you to see the Cuban way of life.

L'hôtel lui-même correspond à son classement par étoiles, la plage étant 1 étoile au-dessus. Cependant, j'aimerais attribuer 4,5 étoiles au personnel, toujours très serviable ! L'une des principales attractions pour moi était la navette pour La Havane.

Okay resort The hotel itself matches its star rating, with the beach being 1 star above it. However I would like to rate the personnel 4.5 stars, always very helpful! One of the main attractions for me was the shuttle to Havana.

Séjour à la Casa Particular "Merry's" pour 31 CUC, petit déjeuner compris, sur l'Obispo à La Havane pour pouvoir entendre de la musique cubaine dans la plupart des restaurants de la vieille Havane, et aller à la soirée Buenovista Social Club 50 CUC,

Standard 3 étoiles avec un personnel formidable

Il y a eu peu de déceptions et beaucoup de choses positives à dire sur le Club Caribe Atlantico. C'était mon cinquième voyage à Cuba, j'en ai donc eu pour mon argent. La chambre était propre, l'eau chaude était abondante mais elle aurait pu bénéficier de quelques rénovations ; ce n'est pas une rupture. Les lits n'étaient pas superbes mais je n'ai pas eu de mal à dormir. Dans l'ensemble, je dirais que la chambre était satisfaisante pour le temps que j'y ai passé. La nourriture était assez standar [... lire plus]d pour Cuba et j'ai toujours pu trouver quelque chose à manger. De temps en temps, il y avait un plat de viande ou de poisson particulièrement savoureux qui rehaussait le niveau du repas. Des musiciens jouaient pendant le déjeuner et le dîner et je dirais qu'ils étaient talentueux et qu'ils gardaient les choses légères et faciles à écouter pendant les repas. Les divertissements étaient assez classiques pour les hôtels cubains, mais j'ai trouvé les musiciens très bons. Ils sollicitent les clients pour des pourboires mais ne sont ni agressifs ni impolis, il faut donc les traiter avec respect. Le personnel de l'hôtel était un excellent complément à l'expérience globale de l'hôtel. Le personnel de la salle à manger, les barmans, le personnel de la plage et les femmes de chambre semblaient satisfaits et désireux d'aider. Un employé a remarqué mon T-shirt de plongée sous-marine et m'a proposé une excursion de plongée depuis la plage de l'hôtel. En moins d'une heure, nous étions à bord d'un catamaran en partance pour un récif local. Deux navettes gratuites pour La Havane partaient tous les jours de l'hôtel et diverses excursions étaient proposées par les agents de voyage travaillant dans le hall. Internet était disponible mais le personnel nous a indiqué qu'il était assez lent ; les utilisateurs l'ont confirmé et je ne l'ai donc pas utilisé. Un service de change est disponible à l'hôtel mais le taux est légèrement inférieur à celui d'une banque ordinaire. Pas assez bas pour que je ne l'utilise pas, mais l'argent canadien prend un coup partout en ce moment, alors prévoyez un budget un peu plus élevé jusqu'à ce que le taux s'améliore. C'était un 3 étoiles cubain standard avec un excellent service et un bon retour sur l'argent que j'ai dépensé. La plongée sous-marine est excellente à partir de la plage ou de Marina Tarara ; les responsables des excursions peuvent vous arranger ça.

Standard 3 Star with Great Staff There were few disappointments and plenty of positive things to report about Club Caribe Atlantico. This was my fifth trip to Cuba so I pretty much got what I paid for. The room was clean, hot water was plentiful but it could've benefited from some renovations; not a deal breaker. Beds weren't great but I didn't have trouble sleeping. Overall, I'd say the room was satisfactory for the time I actually spent in it. Food was pretty standard for Cuba and I was always able to find something to eat. Occasionally, there was a particular tasty meat or fish dish that brought the meal up a level. Musicians played during lunch & dinner and I would say they were talented and kept things light and easy listening for meal times. Entertainment was pretty standard for Cuban resorts but I found the musicians to be very good. They solicit guests for tips but are neither agressive or impolite so be respectful in your treatment of them. Hotel staff were a great compliment to the overall experience of the resort. Dining room staff, Bartenders, Beach staff and Chambermaids seemed content and eager to help. One employee noticed my Scuba Diving T-shirt and offered me a dive excursion from the hotel's beach. Within an hour we were on a catamaran heading out to a local reef. There were two free shuttle bus trips to Havana leaving from the hotel everyday and various excursions offered from travel representatives working in the lobby. Internet was available but staff advised us that it was quite slow; users confirmed this so I didn't use it. Currency exchange is available at the hotel but the rate is slightly lower than a regular bank. Not low enough that I didn't use it but Canadian money is taking a hit everywhere right now so budget a little higher until the rate gets better. This was a standard Cuban 3 star with great service and good return on the money I spent. Great scuba diving from the beach or Marina Tarara; the excursion people can set you up with that.

S'amuser au soleil

Le Club Atlantico était frais et rafraîchissant. Je vis pour la plage ici. Tout le personnel est agréable et très fonctionnel. C'est une bonne idée de considérer le tout inclus, en ce qui concerne la nourriture, comme une caractéristique auxiliaire et de sortir dans un restaurant ou deux pour vraiment découvrir la cuisine cubaine. Les chambres sont basiques. Mais vous êtes à l'extérieur la plupart du temps. Il suffit de réviser son espagnol. Et profitez de la navette gratuite pour Habana.

Fun in the sun Club Atlantico was breezy and refreshing. I live for the beach down here. All the staff are pleasant and highly functional. It is a good idea to treat the all inclusive, re: food as an auxiliary feature and go out to a restaurant or two to really experience Cuban fare. The rooms are basic. But your outside most of the time. Just brush up on your Spanish. And take advantage of the free shuttle to Habana.

Hôtel standard

J'ai récemment passé 9 jours à La Havane, répartis à parts égales entre l'hôtel et une résidence privée louée en ville. La plage et le temps étaient très agréables et j'ai beaucoup apprécié le temps passé dans l'océan et au soleil. Le meilleur atout de l'hôtel est son prix raisonnable, car il ne dispose pas d'installations haut de gamme, mais est tout à fait adéquat. J'ai essayé pendant toute une semaine de faire fonctionner la télévision, mais sans succès.

standard hotel I recently spent 9 days in Havanna, split equally between the hotel and and a private rented residence in town. The beach and weather were very nice and I very much enjoyed the time in the ocean and the sun. The best asset of the hotel is the reasonable price point as it does not have top class facilities, but is just adequate. Tried for a whole week to get the television working but had no success.

J'ai récemment séjourné au club atlantico . En août dernier. Je peux dire que la nourriture était correcte. Le bâtiment n'est pas en bon état, les chambres se détériorent. Je me suis enfermé dans les toilettes. La poignée de la porte s'est détachée. Lol . Je ne le recommande pas

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Les chambres étaient propres. L'hôtel est situé directement sur une belle plage de sable blanc. La navette gratuite tous les jours pour Havans était super. La nourriture était moyenne pour Cuba mais correcte. Le personnel était très sympathique. Oui, je retournerais dans cet hôtel. J'attends avec impatience mon prochain voyage dans cet hôtel.

Fantastic value Rooms were clean. Resort is directly on a beautiful white sandy beach. Free shuttle bus daily to Havans was great. Food was average for Cuba but OK. Staff were very friendly. Yes, I would go back to this resort. Looking forward to my next trip to this hotel.

J'y ai séjourné trois fois en un an.

La plage est magnifique. Le personnel est formidable. L'hôtel est très propre. Il est proche de La Havane, ce qui permet de profiter du meilleur des deux mondes : l'action à La Havane et la détente sur une belle plage. La nourriture est épouvantable. J'y ai toujours pris beaucoup de plaisir. J'y retournerais.

Stayed there three different times in one year. The beach is beautiful. Staff are great. Hotel is very clean. It is close to Havana so you get the best of two worlds, the action in Havana and the R&R of a beautiful beach. Food is terrible. I always really enjoyed myself there. I would go again.

Pas ce que j'attendais

L'hôtel Atlantico a besoin d'être rénové et entretenu. Le personnel a l'air très sévère et indifférent à votre présence, à moins qu'il n'y ait un gros pourboire dans la main. Les chambres que nous avons essayées étaient toutes en mauvais état, par exemple la peinture tombait des murs et les meubles étaient cassés ainsi que les ressorts du lit qui vous piquaient le dos. Le service de bar est tout compris si vous aimez les boissons sucrées ou les rhums les moins chers. Nous n'avons pas été impress [... lire plus]ionnés par cet hôtel, ce n'est pas ce qui était annoncé sur la brochure. La nourriture était très limitée à des mélanges de haricots et à une quantité limitée de viande et de poulet. Le personnel semblait agacé si vous demandiez du café ou de l'eau et il vous indiquait la cafetière en libre service, à moins qu'il ne reçoive un pourboire pour chaque demande qui lui est faite. Tout n'était pas mauvais dans ce complexe, le soleil brillait sur la plage publique.

Not what I expected The atlantico hotel is in need of some serious updating and maintance. The staff look very tiered and indifferent to your precence unless there is a large tip in there hand. The rooms that we tried all were in poor condition, ei...paint falling off the walls and the furniture were broken along with the bed springs poking your back. Bar service all inclusive if you like suger drinks or cheapest of the rums. We were not impressed with this hotel, it's not what was advertised on the brochure. The food was very limited to bean mixes, and limited amount of meat and chicken. The staff seemed anoyed if you asked for coffee or water and they would point to the self serve coffee maker, unless they were tipped for every request that was asked of them. All was not bad at this resort the sun was shining at the public beach.

Excellente situation

Nous (mon mari et notre fils adulte) avons passé un excellent séjour à Cuba et à La Havane. Nous avons adoré l'hôtel car sa situation est idéale pour nous qui aimons passer du temps à La Havane et sur la plage. L'hôtel est sur la plage, et il y a une navette gratuite pour amener les clients à la Havane deux fois par jour. La nourriture est assez bonne pour nous et nous avons apprécié les deux restaurants de spécialités. Ils proposent de bons plats de poisson que nous apprécions. Le personnel de  [... lire plus]l'hôtel est très serviable. C'est un petit hôtel, mais nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Great location We (my husband and our adult son) had a great time in Cuba and Havana. We loved the hotel as the location is great for us as we love to spend time in Havana and on the beach. The hotel is on the beach, and it has a free shuttle to bring guest into Havana twice in a day. The food is good enough for us and we enjoyed the two speciality restaurants. They have nice fish dishes which we enjoy. The service staff at the hotel are very helpful. It is a smaller hotel, but we enjoyed the time there.
