2 1/2 étoile

Nous avions une chambre VIP, une belle chambre, grande et propre, mais une vue très limitée sur l'océan. Le réfrigérateur et le café n'étaient pas toujours réapprovisionnés mais le service clientèle était serviable et très gentil. Nous voyageons depuis 30 ans et sommes allés à Cuba à de nombreuses reprises et je suis désolé de devoir dire que la nourriture de ce complexe est la pire que nous ayons jamais eue. Le buffet était à peine chaud. Mon mari a été malade à deux reprises, ce qui n'était j [... lire plus]amais arrivé auparavant. La nourriture au restaurant à la carte, que ce soit le menu italien ou cubain, était pour la plupart pitoyable. J'aurais apprécié une discothèque au moins quelques fois dans la semaine. Le piano bar est agréable mais pas du tout animé. Enfin, le service dans les bars était excellent, même le service sur la plage à certains moments. Très agréable et toujours souriant.

2 1/2 Star We had a VIP room, nice room, large and clean but very limited view of the ocean. The fridge and coffee were not always restocked but customer services was helpful and very nice. We have been traveling for 30 years and have been to Cuba on many occasions and I am sorry to have to say that the food at this resort is the worst we ever had. The buffet food was barely warm. My husband was sick on 2 occasions which has never happened before. The food at the a la carte restaurant, either the Italian or Cuban menu, was for the most part pitifull. I would have appreciated a disco at least a few times during the week. The piano bar is nice but not lively at all. Finally, service at the bars was excellent, even service on the beach at time. Very pleasant and always smiling.

Sol - Détente - Grande plage

Sol est plus ancien et n'est pas le plus chic, mais c'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre. La plage est exceptionnelle, peu fréquentée, avec de nombreuses palapas ombragées, et la plongée avec masque et tuba est à portée de main. Les chambres sont bien, tout fonctionne (eau, etc.) et les lits ne sont pas mauvais. L'alcool est abondant et le personnel est généreux. Nous aimons les spaghettis bolognaises et les pizzas près de la plage. Peu fréquenté, décontracté, belle plage, pas d'ennuis.

Sol - Relaxing - Great beach Sol is older, and not the fanciest, but it is a great place to relax. The beach is outstanding, uncrowded, plenty of shade palapas, snorkelling right there in wading distance. The rooms are fine, everything works (water, etc) beds aren't bad. Booze is plentiful and staff are generous with the pouring. We like the spaghetti bolognaise and the pizzas near the beach. Uncrowded, relaxed, great beach, no hassles.

L'équipe de danseurs est tout à fait étonnante et très sympathique. ...... Je vais certainement y retourner dans un avenir proche

great time ExamIple: What did you think about  this hotel? (grounds, public areas, rooms, dining, features, etc.) I truly enjoyed this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. The dancing crew is totally amazing and very very friendly......I will definately go back in the near future

Station balnéaire déplorable

Cet hôtel était absolument dégoûtant, la nourriture était horrible, la climatisation des chambres ne fonctionnait pas, le personnel n'était ni aimable ni efficace, je n'y retournerai jamais, c'est un gaspillage d'argent. La seule chose agréable était la plage. C'est tout

Terrible resort This hotel was absolutely disgusting, the food was horrible, rooms AC did not work, staff was not friendly or efficient, would never go back, waste of money. The only thing nice was the beach. Thats all

Beau centre de villégiature

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'agencement de ce resort, beaucoup de végétation, des bungalows de 4 ou 2 chambres. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le temps était magnifique, pas de pluie. Le restaurant italien et le restaurant grill sont très bons et très bien servis. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre.

Nice resort I really liked the layout of this resort, lots of vegetation, bungalows of 4 or 2 rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The weather was teriffic no rain. The Italian and Grill restaurants very good food and service. Great place to relax.

Un service exceptionnel, une infrastructure qui a besoin d'être réparée

J'ai passé un excellent séjour au SOL Cayo Santa Maria. L'hôtel était vieux (le plus ancien de Cayo) et avait besoin de réparations, mais le service était cinq étoiles tout au long du séjour. J'ai demandé une chambre accessible aux fauteuils roulants. Elle était en bon état, tout était fonctionnel. Une poignée est tombée de la commode, mais lorsqu'elle a été signalée à la direction, elle a été rapidement réparée. Le service était formidable. Je voyageais avec ma fille (9 mois) et tout le monde a [... lire plus] été très serviable. Que ce soit au mini club où Jeny a été formidable ou dans les restaurants. Les chefs (Marbelio en particulier) se sont montrés très conciliants en l'aidant à trouver des aliments qu'elle pouvait manger. Le personnel de service était là pour s'assurer que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin et, dans les moments calmes, ils tenaient même le bébé et lui parlaient pour que je puisse manger. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

Amazing Service, Infastructure in need of repairs I had a great say at the SOL Cayo Santa Maria. The hotel was old (oldest in the cayo) and in need of repairs for the service was five star the whole way. I asked for a wheelchair accessible room. It was in good repair everything was functional. A handle fell of the dresser but when reported to management it was promptly repaired. The service was awesome. I was traveling with my daughter (9 months) and everyone was so helpful. Both in the mini club Jeny was great but also at the restaurants. The chefs (Marbelio in particular) were so accomodating with helping find food she could eat. The serving staff was there to make sure we had all we needed and at quiet times, they would even hold and talk to the baby so I could eat. I will definitely be returning!!!

Beau complexe touristique !

Séjour agréable dans ce complexe, simple, petit et intime. Le personnel de cette station est ce qui rend votre séjour si spécial. La nourriture était très peu variée, mais il s'agit de Cuba. Nous ne sommes pas tombés malades, ce qui est le plus important. La plage est absolument magnifique !

Nice Resort! Nice stay at this resort, simple, small & intimate resort. The staff at this resort is what makes your stay so special. The food was so so but then again it is Cuba. We didn't get sick which is the main important thing. The beach absolutely amazing!

Excellent service

Les personnes qui travaillent dans ce centre de villégiature en font un lieu de séjour exceptionnel. La plage est incroyable, le complexe est confortable et la nourriture est très bonne. Il est facile de séjourner dans ce complexe et de se détendre en profitant du paradis dans lequel on est immergé.

Great service The people working at this resort make it a truly exceptional place to stay. The beach is incredible, the resort is comfortable and the food was very good. It is easy to stay at this resort and be very relaxed enjoying the paradise that you are immersed in.
