Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !!!

Le service et le personnel de l'hôtel étaient incroyables. Dès votre arrivée à l'hôtel, ils vous accueillent avec des boissons dans le hall. La chambre était très belle et propre, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et le jardin. Nous voyageons avec un enfant et dans la chambre, le berceau était préparé et prêt pour notre fils. La nourriture est excellente à chaque fois que nous mangeons. Tout ce que vous voulez manger, ils l'ont. Du steak house au buffet, vous pouvez vous régaler avec de la nou [... lire plus]rriture jamaïcaine ou américaine pour les plus difficiles. Ils ont organisé un déjeuner sur la plage trois jours pendant que nous étions là et c'était de la bonne nourriture chaque jour et beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants et les adultes près de la piscine et sur la plage et les boissons sont étonnantes, les barmans savaient comment faire la boisson avec précision. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel, j'ai eu une très bonne expérience.

Amazing Resort!!! The hotel service and staff were amazing. Right as you get to the hotel they greet you with drinks in the lobby. The room was very beautiful and clean amazing view of the ocean and garden. We travel with a child and in the room they had the crib made up and ready for our son. They have wonderful food every time we eat. Whatever you want to eat they have it. From the steak house to the buffet you can eat your heart out with amazing Jamaican food or America food for the picky eaters. They had a lunch on the beach three days while we were there and it was good food each day and lots of activities for kids and adults by the pool and on the beach and the drinks are amazing the bartenders knew how to make the drink with accuracy. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN had a very great experience.

La plage est géniale. Je ne pense pas que le filtre de la piscine fonctionnait correctement car il y avait des trucs blancs qui flottaient sur les côtés tous les jours. Il y a 3 restaurants de spécialités. Je ne recommanderais pas de dîner à Uncle Tony's car le steak n'était pas maigre et très gras. Le soir où nous y avons dîné, les serveurs se disputaient avec le chef, ce qui nous a fait vivre une mauvaise expérience. En revanche, nous avons adoré le restaurant Jambalaya/Cajun et le buffet habi [... lire plus]tuel avait toujours un bon choix. La nourriture et le service étaient excellents. Le club pour enfants n'était pas très bien - la fille qui y travaillait n'interagissait presque pas avec les enfants car elle était toujours sur son téléphone. Il y a 3 établissements Iberostar dans la même zone. Je pense que je réserverai l'Iberostar Rose Hall Suites la prochaine fois que je voyagerai avec des enfants, car ils semblent avoir un meilleur club pour enfants et sont plus récents. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment - nous avons adoré les cafés au bar du hall, les chambres étaient agréables, le centre de remise en forme disposait d'un équipement complet et proposait de nombreux cours, les divertissements étaient bons. Je donnerais à cet établissement 4 étoiles sur 5.

4 out of 5 for this Resort The beach is awesome. I don’t think the pool filter was working properly as there was some white stuff floating off to the sides everyday. There are 3 speciality restaurants. I would not recommend dinner at Uncle Tony’s as the steak was not lean and very greasy. The evening that we dined there, the servers were arguing with the chef so that made for a bad experience. On the other hand we loved the food Jambalaya/Cajun Restaurant and the regular buffet always had a good selection. The food and service were great. The kids club was not that great- the girl who worked there hardly interacted with the kids as she was always on her phone. There are 3 Iberostar properties in the same area. I think I would book the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites next time when travelling with kids as they seem to have a better kids club and are a newer property. Overall we had a great time- loved the lattes at the lobby bar, rooms were nice, fitness facility had extensive equipment and lots of classes, entertainment was good. I would rate this property 4 out of 5 stars.

Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort Jamaica Review

Dès notre arrivée en Jamaïque, nous avons été très impressionnés. Le trajet jusqu'au centre de villégiature a été court. Nous ne pouvons pas dire assez de bien de notre séjour et de l'excellent personnel de ce complexe. La plage était magnifique. La nourriture était fabuleuse et le personnel était tellement sympathique. Ce n'est pas un grand complexe, mais la taille est parfaite - accès facile à tout. From the minute we arrived in Jamaica we were very impressed, the airport was great. The drive to the resort was short. We can't say enough positive about our stay and the beautiful staff at this resort. Beach was great. Food was fabulous and the staff were just so so friendly. Not a big resort, perfect size-easy access to everything. Felt safe our entire time. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel aiberostar beach, la nourriture était incroyable. Le service de bat était excellent, le service et les choix de boissons incroyables. la plage entretenue tous les jours. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très amusant, gentil et poli. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute :)

Family vacation We enjoyed our stay at aiberostar beach hotel, the food was amazing. The bat service was excellent, amazing service and beverage selections. the beach maintained daily. Hotel is staff very fun & kind & polite. Definitely will visit again :)

Belle station balnéaire

Nous sommes heureux d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. Le terrain est bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses et le service était excellent. Je l'ai déjà recommandé à un ami. La nourriture était abondante, avec des choix pour tous les régimes, et savoureuse.

Beautiful resort Glad we chose this hotel. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are spacious and the service was excellent. I have already recommended it to a friend. Food was plentiful, choices for any diet, and tasty.

Superbe escapade en Jamaïque !

L'hôtel a dépassé toutes les attentes ! Proche de l'aéroport, la nourriture était délicieuse - belle variété dans le buffet quotidien et les cartes à la japonaise et au steakhouse étaient si savoureuses ! La piscine et la plage étaient toutes deux superbes, les chambres étaient standard, belles et propres avec de grands balcons. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui cherchent un bon hôtel standard pour une escapade rapide.

Great Getaway to Jamaica! Hotel exceeded expectations! Close to the airport, food was delicious - nice variety in the buffet daily and the Japanese and steakhouse a la cartes were so tasty! Pool and beach were both great, rooms were standard, nice and clean with big balconies. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great standard hotel for a quick getaway.

Merveilleux centre de villégiature en Jamaïque !

Nous venons de passer une semaine merveilleuse à l'Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. C'est un lieu de villégiature formidable ! Super propre, excellents restaurants (en particulier le steak house), et le personnel était très amical et serviable (avec ou sans pourboire). Nous avons voyagé avec ma mère de 88 ans qui a des difficultés à marcher et utilise un déambulateur. L'hôtel disposait de nombreuses rampes et il était très facile pour elle de se déplacer, même sur la plage. Nous ne sommes pas des adep [... lire plus]tes de la piscine, mais nous avons adoré cette piscine. C'est une piscine infinie très proche de la plage et vous pouvez regarder l'océan, un verre à la main. C'est fantastique !

Wonderful resort in Jamaica! We just spent a wonderful week at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. What a great resort! Super clean, great restaurants (especially the steak house), and the staff were very friendly and helpful (with or without tips). We were travelling with my 88 year old mother who has difficulty walking and uses a walker. The resort had lots of ramps and it was very easy for her to get around, even on the beach. We are not big pool people but we loved this pool. It is an infinite pool very very close to the beach and you can lookout over the ocean, drink in hand. Fantastic!

Un voyage étonnant pour les filles

Six épouses en voyage entre filles - superbe chambre avec vue sur la piscine, nourriture délicieuse, excellents divertissements, fantastiques serveuses et barmans au bord de la piscine. Le fait d'être accueillie tous les matins par la serveuse chantante a fait de ma journée un moment inoubliable. La vie est belle !

Amazing Girls Trip Six wives on a girls trip - great room overlooking the pool, delicious food, excellent entertainment, fantastic poolside waitresses & bartenders. Being greeted everyone morning by the singing waitress made my day. Life is good!!!

Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Ce centre de villégiature a dépassé mes attentes ! Tout était parfait ! Le personnel était très aimable et vérifiait toujours si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. La nourriture était bonne et le service excellent. Le wifi fonctionnait partout dans le complexe, ce qui était très impressionnant. J'y retournerais sans hésiter

Amazing Resort This resort exceeded my expectations! Everything was perfect! The staff were beyond friendly and always checking to see if we needed anything. The food was good and the service was great. Wifi worked everywhere on the resort which was very impressive. Would go back in heartbeat

Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 14 autres amis pour ces vacances et l'équipe de divertissement et le personnel du bar ont été fantastiques ! Ils ont encouragé les gens à participer aux jeux et aux spectacles, sans être trop insistants, et ils ont fait en sorte que nous nous sentions en famille. Cupcake, Angel, Chocolate, String Bean, Pudding(Sajay), Buttercup, Stingray, Peanut, Mr. Neat (Kevin Hart), Sparkles, ils étaient tous au top ! Nous les reverrons l'année prochaine !!! Barmans, serveurs [... lire plus], personnel du restaurant - Monique, Anthoneil, Jevon, Dean, Andrew, Vanessa, Alaitia, Havas et Shelissa ont été formidables avec le service et les boissons. La taille de l'hôtel était parfaite, pas trop grande, à quelques pas de tout, et le fait de pouvoir faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba sur place, ainsi que l'accès au Hobie Cat et au kayak étaient tout simplement parfaits !

Our new favorite place! We met up with 14 other friends for this vacation and the entertainment staff and bar staff were fantastic!! They encouraged people to participate in the games and the shows, but were not too pushy, they made you feel like family. Cupcake, Angel, Chocolate, String Bean, Pudding(Sajay), Buttercup, Stingray, Peanut, Mr. Neat (Kevin Hart), Sparkles, they were all top notch! Gonna see them again next year!!! Bartenders, servers, restaurant staff - Monique, Anthoneil, Jevon, Dean, Andrew, Vanessa, Alaitia, Havas and Shelissa were great with the service and the drinks. The resort was the perfect size, not too big, a quick walk to everything, and being able to snorkel right there, and access to the Hobie Cat and Kayak was just perfect!

A séjourné à l'Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort pendant 1 semaine en avril ' 2018. L'établissement était bien entretenu. On dirait qu'il a fait l'objet de quelques réparations récemment. Il était propre, attrayant à l'œil et confortable. Le service wifi était excellent presque partout dans ou autour de l'établissement. L'offre de restauration était bonne et j'attribuerais une note de 8/10. Il y avait beaucoup de choix, donc toujours de quoi satisfaire les clients. J'ai également participé à deu [... lire plus]x dîners à la carte que j'ai appréciés. Le personnel était formidable et était là pour faire plaisir et aider de toutes les manières possibles.

Great Place Stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort for 1 week in April ' 2018. The facility was well cared for. Looked like it has had some repairs recently. It was clean, attractive to the eye and comfortable. The wifi service was great almost any where in or around the facility. The food line up was good and would rate it 8/10. Many many choices so there was always lots to please the quests. Also attended 2 of the la cart dinners which I enjoyed. The staff were terrific and were there to please and and help any way they could.

La station était très propre.Le personnel ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour vous et était très agréable.Le dîner était également très bon.Je ne peux pas penser à quoi que ce soit qui n'allait pas avec cette station.Je recommanderais cette station à n'importe qui.

It is a wonderful resort. The resort was kept very clean.The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very pleasant.The dinning was also very good.I can’t think of anything that was wrong with this resort.I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Amazing hotel. Great place for your money would stay again needs to upgrade the rooms but over all good. Had no problem eating staff very friendly . Entertainment was awesome. Grounds clean and beautifully.would recommend this place

Un centre de villégiature formidable !

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce magnifique complexe. Le personnel est formidable, la nourriture est excellente et les boissons sont abondantes. Le personnel ne peut pas en faire assez pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Un très gros avantage est que le complexe se trouve à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport, mais vous n'entendez pas le bruit de l'aéroport. Nous espérons revenir dans ce complexe à l'avenir.

Awesome resort! This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful resort. The staff are awesome, the food is great and the drinks are plentiful. The staff can not do enough to make your stay a great one. One very big bonus is that the resort is only about 20 minutes from the airport, but you do not hear any airport noise. We hope to return to this resort again in the future.

Ce centre de villégiature était fantastique. Le personnel est formidable et Lance est extraordinaire ainsi que tout le personnel de la réception. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables et je reviendrai certainement bientôt dans ce complexe. La Jamaïque est mon lieu de vacances préféré. J'aime amener mes amies ici pour partager mon amour de la Jamaïque. 20 ans et ça continue. Mon escapade préférée. Les gens sont incroyables et accueillants. This resort was fantastic. Great staff and Lance is Amazing as well as all front desk staff. Rooms were clean and comfy and I will definitely return soon to this resort. Jamaica is my favorite place to vacation. Love bringing girlfriend's here to share my love of Jamaica. 20 years and counting. My favorite getaway. People are amazing as well as hospitable. No better place for me to enjoy my Me time.

Un voyage extraordinaire !

Ce centre de villégiature était incroyable ! Il y avait un choix énorme pour tous les mangeurs. Il n'y a eu AUCUN manque de nourriture. La seule plainte que nous avons entendue de la part de tout notre groupe pendant la semaine était qu'il y avait trop de nourriture. Personne ne s'est jamais réveillé affamé. Notre groupe de 29 personnes a été impressionné par l'ensemble des vacances. De l'aspect de la station, qui était magnifique, aux chambres et au personnel. Les chambres ont une légère odeur  [... lire plus]de moisi au début... mais il faut s'y attendre puisque vous êtes dans les Caraïbes ! Rien que nous n'ayons pu surmonter, c'est certain. Les chambres étaient superbes, même si notre femme de chambre semblait ne nettoyer que partiellement notre chambre la moitié du temps. Le Wi-Fi était un peu douteux, mais nous étions là pour notre mariage, pas pour l'Internet. Les boissons étaient trop abondantes... et parfois même trop fortes pour être bues lol. Vraiment. Le personnel était formidable. Poli, serviable et très amusant ! L'hôtel proposait de nombreuses excursions, ce qui était génial. Notre groupe a fait l'excursion de la rivière Dunns et l'excursion de Negril/Ricks Cafe... les deux valent bien l'argent ! Il faut absolument faire l'excursion à Negril pour voir la plage de 7 mile. La plus belle plage de Jamaïque... la plage de l'hôtel n'est pas la meilleure que j'ai vue en Jamaïque. Mais la plage de 7 Mile est magnifique ! Nous ne recommandons pas du tout les sorties shopping... trop de vendeurs avec les mêmes choses et beaucoup trop agressifs. La discothèque était un bon moment. Nous y avons passé quelques nuits ! Nous y retournerions volontiers... et l'avons déjà recommandé à nos amis et à notre famille !!!!

Amazing trip!! This resort was incredible!! There was a huge selection for all eaters. There was NO lack of food for sure. The only complaint we heard from our whole group for the week was that there was too much food. No one ever wokr up hungry. Our group of 29 were impressed with the whole vacation. From the look of the resort..which was beautiful..to the rooms and the staff. The rooms do have a slight moldy smell at first...but thats to be expected since you are in the Caribbean!! Nothing we couldn't get over for sure. The rooms looked great..although our room maid seemed to only partially clean our room half the time. The Wi-Fi was a little sketchy but we were there for our wedding not the internet. Drinks were too plentiful..and at times actually too strong to even drink lol. Really. The staff was amazing. Polite, helpful and a lot of fun!! The hotel offered many excursions which was great. Our group took the Dunns River tour and the Negril/Ricks Cafe tour..both well worth the money!! Definitely do the Negril tour to see 7 mile beach. Jamaica's most beautiful beach...the hotel beach isn't the best I've seen in Jamaica. But 7 Mile Beach is gorgeous!! We wouldn't recommend the shopping trips at all...too many venfors with the same things and wayyy too aggressive. The disco was a good time. We spend a few nights there!! Absolutely would go back...and have already recommended to friends and family!!!!

Nous avons été très satisfaits de tout ce qui concerne ce centre de villégiature. Les chambres étaient superbes et gardées impeccables par le personnel de ménage et le réfrigérateur était réapprovisionné tous les jours. La plage était magnifique et il y avait toujours beaucoup de chaises disponibles. La nourriture était excellente et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Il est impossible d'imaginer que quelqu'un puisse se plaindre de la nourriture. La piscine était immense et impeccable. Il n'y a jamai [... lire plus]s eu de moment ennuyeux avec le personnel d'animation. Tout le personnel était poli et prêt à aider. Dans l'ensemble, ce furent des vacances formidables et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Nous avons voyagé en tant que groupe de 4 adultes.

Fantastic resort We were really pleased with everything about this resort. The rooms were great and kept spotless by the housekeeping staff and the fridge was replenished daily. The beach was amazing and there were always plenty of chairs available. The food was great with plenty of selection. Can't imagine anyone complaining about the food. The pool was huge and kept spotless. There was never a dull moment with the entertainment staff. All of the staff were polite and willing to help. All in all, it was a great holiday and we are definitely going back. We traveled as a group of 4 adults.

Ce complexe est très bien entretenu. Tous les endroits sont très propres, les chambres, les toilettes publiques, les piscines, la salle à manger, la plage. La nourriture est délicieuse et très variée. Nous avons mangé au buffet à chaque repas. Nous avons apprécié les activités sur la terrasse de la piscine. Tout le personnel, de l'enregistrement au départ, a été extrêmement amical et serviable. Nous n'avons rien à redire sur ce complexe et espérons y revenir.

Amazing resort This resort is very well maintained. Every area is very clean, rooms public washrooms, pools, dining area, beach. The food is delicious a wide variety. We ate at the buffet for every meal. We enjoyed the activities on the pool deck. All the staff from check in to check out were extremely friendly and helpful. We have no complaints about this resort and hope to return.

Excellente station

Malgré les récents problèmes de violence des gangs en Jamaïque, nous nous sommes sentis en totale sécurité dans ce complexe. Le personnel est le meilleur que nous ayons rencontré N'IMPORTE OÙ, et doit être félicité pour son service amical, efficace et joyeux. Les terrains et les chambres sont très bien entretenus, la variété de la nourriture au buffet devrait plaire au mangeur le plus difficile, et en prime, il y avait des chaises de plage à l'ombre !

Excellent resort Despite the recent problems in Jamaica with gang violence, we felt totally safe at this complex. The staff are the best we have encountered ANYWHERE, and are to be commended on their friendly, efficient and cheerful service. The grounds and rooms are very well maintained, the variety food at the buffet should please the pickiest eater, A bonus was the availability of beach chairs in the shade!

Vacances d'anniversaire

Les chambres étaient propres, mais elles n'avaient rien de fantastique. Le personnel de ménage était fantastique. Le réfrigérateur était rempli tous les jours. La chambre était très moisie et humide. Les draps étaient humides quand on se mettait au lit. Nous avons été soi-disant surclassés par rapport à notre vue sur l'océan, mais cela n'a pas semblé être un surclassement du tout, ce qui a été une grande déception car nous étions là pour célébrer notre 50ème anniversaire de mariage. Nous aur [... lire plus]ions dû nous plaindre mais nous ne l'avons pas fait. La piscine et la plage étaient bien, beaucoup de chaises longues. L'eau de la plage était très trouble, nous n'avons essayé d'y aller qu'un seul jour. Heureusement qu'il y a une belle piscine. Le personnel du bar était bon, avec toutes sortes de bonnes boissons. Un soir, dans le bar du hall, il y avait de la musique avec un chanteur. Le reste du temps il n'y avait rien, cela aurait été bien d'avoir au moins une musique de fond, après tout nous étions en Jamaïque pour l'expérience. Les animateurs se démènent et font un travail fantastique ! Le restaurant japonais était excellent, le steak house m'a déçu. Nous n'avons pas essayé le Cajun. Le buffet était excellent, toujours un grand assortiment d'aliments pour satisfaire les goûts de chacun. Nous y sommes allés avec deux autres couples et nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Anniversary Vacation The rooms were clean, nothing fantastic about the room. The housekeeping staff was fantastic. Fridge was kept filled everyday. The room was very musty and damp. The sheets felt damp when you got into bed. We were supposedly upgraded from our ocean view, didn't seem like an upgrade at all, that was a big disappointment as we were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We should have complained but didn't. The pool and beach areas were good, lots of loungers. The water at the beach was very murky, there was only one day that we even attempted to go in. Thank goodness for a lovely pool. Bar staff was good, all kinds of great drinks. One evening in the Lobby bar there was some music with a singer. The rest of the time there was nothing, would have been nice to at least have some background music, after all we were in Jamaica for the experience. The entertainers work their buns off and do a fantastic job! The Japanese restaurant was great, I found the steak house a disappointment. We didn't try the Cajun. The buffet was excellent, always a great assortment of foods to suit eveyone's taste. We went with 2 other couples we had a great time!
