Un service avec le sourire

Nous avons été accueillis dans le hall avec du champagne, conduits à notre belle chambre spacieuse et, à partir de là, nous avons dégusté des plats délicieux (deux fois pas chauds) dans les deux restaurants et au buffet. Il y avait des divertissements, des films, des soirées à thème et des cours d'exercices. Le service sur la plage était étonnamment efficace, le seul vrai reproche étant le temps, qui n'était pas du ressort de l'hôtel.

Service with a smile Met in the lobby with champaign, driven to out beautiful spacious room and from there experienced delicious food (twice not hot) in both the restaurants and the buffet. There was entertainment, movies, theme nights and exercise classes. The service on the beach was surprisingly efficient with the only real complaint being the weather, which was out of the resorts abilities to control.

La nourriture était très variée et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Station balnéaire bien entretenue, plage propre et accueillante. Grande variété d'activités pour toute la famille. Spectacles nocturnes pour le divertissement de la famille Possibilité de dîner dans d'autres centres de villégiature. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent de toilettes séparées, d'une baignoire jacuzzi et d'une douche à effet de pluie. Un coin salon avec télévision, un ba [... lire plus]lcon privé avec vue sur l'océan ou sur la cour.

amazing resort The variety of food was great with lots of varieties to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful. Well kept resort, beach clean and welcoming. Large variety of activities for the whole family. Nightly shows for family entertainment Able to dine at other resorts. Rooms are spacious with a sperate toilet area, Jacuzzi tub and rain shower. A sitting area with TV private balcony overlooking the ocean or the court yard.

Station très agréable

Jade a été une expérience très agréable pour ma femme, moi-même et notre fils de 17 ans. Il y avait un excellent service de plongée sous-marine sur place. Il y avait bien sûr un supplément à payer, mais Voyteck, l'instructeur, était excellent et a fait un travail exceptionnel pour certifier mon fils (je fais cette observation en tant que plongeur expérimenté). La plage est idéale pour la natation et le body surfing (pas idéale pour la plongée avec tuba), mais elle n'est pas rugueuse au point d'ê [... lire plus]tre effrayante. Notre chambre était du côté de la jungle et c'était agréable de regarder la forêt, mais les mouches et les moustiques rendaient difficile le fait de s'asseoir dehors après le crépuscule. La nourriture du complexe était aussi bonne que celle que j'ai connue dans un hôtel tout compris et le service de l'ensemble du personnel était incroyable. Je ne suis pas du genre à participer aux "activités quotidiennes" de la station, mais je me suis retrouvée à Now Jade parce qu'elles étaient amusantes, que le personnel était divertissant et que la station n'était pas trop grande pour que cela représente un trop grand effort pour y participer. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe et j'y retournerai probablement.

Very enjoyable resort Now Jade was a very enjoyable experience for my wife, myself and our 17 year old son. They had an excellent scuba dive service onsite. There was additional charge for this of course, but Voyteck the instructor, was excellent and did an exceptional job certifying my son (I'm making this observation as an experienced diver). The beach is best for swimming and body surfing (not great for snorkling) but not so rough as to be frightening. Our room was on the "jungle side" and it was nice to look out at the forest, but the flies and mosquitos made sitting out after dusk difficult. The food on the resort was as good as I've experienced at an all inclusive and the service from the entire staff was amazing. I'm not typically one to participate in resort "daily activities" but I found myself joining in at Now Jade because they were fun, the staff were entertaining, and the resort wasn't so large as to make it too much of an effort to join in. I would definitely recommend the resort and will likely return.
