Barcelo Solymar: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !!!

La chambre d'hôtel était étonnante, toujours propre et le réfrigérateur est toujours rempli d'eau et de bières et moi et mon petit ami avons passé un excellent moment. La nourriture n'était pas toujours la meilleure, mais au petit déjeuner, vous pouvez toujours trouver quelque chose à manger et le déjeuner n'était pas si mal non plus, mais si vous êtes un aventurier, vous pouvez toujours aller à l'un des nombreux restaurants de la ville et ils ont une nourriture étonnante à un prix très bas.

Amazing resort!!! The hotel room was amazing always clean and the fridge is always stocked with water and beers and myself and my boyfriend had an amazing time. The food was not always the best but breakfast you can always find something to eat and lunch was not that bad either but if your an adventure you can always go to one of the many restaurants in town and they have amazing food at very lost cost.

Starfish Varadero: Club Amigos : On en a pour son argent

Moi-même et quelques amis avons pu obtenir cet hôtel pour une semaine au prix de 650 $ tout compris, nous ne nous attendions donc pas à quelque chose d'extraordinaire pour ce type d'offre. Voici quelques points qui, selon moi, méritent d'être mentionnés 1. L'hôtel lui-même : La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans certains endroits comme le bar et le buffet, ce qui rendait la plupart de ces endroits intolérables pour un Canadien à la mi-août. Nos chambres étaient médiocres, nous ne nous atten [... lire plus]dions pas à grand-chose mais nous aurions aimé que le coffre-fort soit inclus. La vue sur l'eau depuis notre condo était incroyable. 2. Le personnel : La plupart du temps très sympathique. Bien qu'ils n'hésitent pas à mendier des vêtements et des pourboires. Même si cela ne me dérangeait pas de donner à certains membres du personnel mes affaires non désirées parce que je savais qu'ils en auraient plus besoin que moi, au bout de quelques jours, je me suis sentie mal parce que je ne pouvais littéralement plus donner d'objets. Un ami avec qui je voyageais parlait espagnol, et nous avons rapidement réalisé que l'on est mieux traité lorsqu'on connaît la langue. Par exemple, mon ami non hispanophone a demandé un sandwich au fromage parce qu'il ne mange pas de viande. Le serveur du snack-bar lui a répondu que ce n'était pas possible et qu'il ne pouvait en avoir qu'un au jambon. Notre ami hispanophone a demandé quelques instants plus tard et a obtenu exactement ce que mon ami anglophone voulait. C'était vraiment choquant, car on s'attend à ce que le service soit le même dans tous les cas. En dehors de ce cas, le personnel était très gentil et sociable. 3. La nourriture : Encore une fois, je ne m'attendais pas à quelque chose d'extraordinaire. La nourriture était correcte, je n'ai pas souffert de la faim pendant le voyage et c'est tout ce qui compte. Les options pour les végétariens sont minces, la plupart des Cubains aiment leur viande et ne se soucient pas que vos légumes entrent en contact avec elle. Mais si vous n'êtes pas limité aux légumes et aux fruits, tout devrait bien se passer 4. La plage : La plage la plus incroyable dans laquelle j'ai jamais nagé. L'eau est très calme du matin jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi. L'eau est claire et pas trop salée. Si vous y allez en été, vous serez souvent l'une des seules personnes sur la plage.

Club Amigos: You get what you pay for Myself and some friends were able to get this hotel for a week through $650 all inclusive, so we didnt expect anything fancy for that type of deal. Here are some things I think are worth mentioning 1. The resort itself: Sort of run down looking, A.C was not working in places like the bar and buffet making a lot of these places intolerable for a Canadian in mid-August. Our rooms were meh, didnt expect much but would have been nice if the safe was included. Our view of the water from our condo was amazing. 2. The Staff: Mostly very friendly. Although they dont hesitate to beg for clothes and tips. As much as I didnt mind giving some of the staff my unwanted belongings because I knew they would need it more than I, a couple days in I felt bad because I literally could not give away anymore things. A friend I was travelling with spoke Spanish, and we came quick to realizing you get treated better for knowing the language. For instance, my non-Spanish speaking friend asked for a cheese sandwich because he cant eat meat. The server working at the snack bar said this was not doable and that he could only get one with ham. Our Spanish speaking friend asked moments later and got exactly what my English speaking friend wanted. This was definitely offputting considering you expect the same service regardless. Besides this instance the staff were very nice and socialable. 3. The food: Once again I wasnt expecting anything fancy. The food was okay, I didnt starve on the trip and thats all that really matters. Options for vegetarians are slim, most Cubans love their meat and dont care if your vegetables come in contact with it. But if you arent restricted to vegetables and fruits you should be fine 4. The beach: Most amazing beach ive ever swam in. Water is very calm from the morning till later afternoon. The water is clear and not too salty. If you go in the summer you will find many times that you will be one of the only people on the beach.

Hotel Villa Cuba: Une qualité en baisse d'année en année...

--La piscine est superbe, la plage est magnifique, les chambres ont besoin d'être améliorées (nous étions dans une villa et les chambres de l'hôtel étaient BEAUCOUP mieux), l'emplacement est superbe (dix minutes à pied de Varadero), la nourriture est assez dégoûtante (je ne pouvais manger que quelques choses par jour)

Declining quality year after year.. --great pool, great beach, rooms needed improvement (we were in a villa and the rooms in the hotel were MUCH better, locations was great (ten minute walk to varadero, the food was quite gross (I could only eat a select few things per day)

Hotel Tuxpan: De très bonnes vacances à la mer

L'hôtel était propre, l'air conditionné fonctionnait bien, la nourriture était bonne, bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup de choix. Les fruits étaient excellents. La plage est magnifique - c'est le point crucial. Lorsqu'un plombier a été nécessaire, il est venu rapidement. Ce qui est étrange, c'est qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule clé pour deux personnes.

A very good sea vacation The hotel was clean; air condition worked well, the food was good, though not too many choices. Fruits were great. The beach is amazing - this is the crucial point. When a plumber was needed, he came promptly. The strange thing was one key for two people.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: pas bon

J'aime le pays mais l'hôtel est médiocre, la salle à manger principale était la pire, pas d'assiettes, table sale, pas de couverts, j'ai failli m'évanouir à cause de la chaleur dans la salle à manger. Le service du personnel de l'accueil est médiocre, ils n'ont jamais la réponse à une question, rien que pour obtenir une serviette c'était un problème L... oh et les serviettes sentent toujours la tarte.

not good Like the country but the hotel is poor,the main dining room was the worse, no plates, dirty table, no cutlery, I almost pass out because of the heat in the dining room. The service from the front lin staff was poor they never have the answer to any questions, just to get a towel was a problem L.. oh an the towels always smell like pie.

Sol Varadero Beach: Mauvaise expérience...

Le resort a l'air magnifique sur les photos, mais ce n'est pas le cas quand vous arrivez.... Ce complexe particulier est également rattaché à un complexe 3 étoiles qui est en très mauvais état et dont le personnel est médiocre (il est difficile de trouver des personnes parlant anglais...) Nous avions réservé pour séjourner au Coral... qui est un 4 étoiles, une fois que nous sommes arrivés au complexe avec le bus de l'aéroport, on nous a renvoyés avec le bus car le complexe était fermé ! !! nous  [... lire plus]renvoyant au complexe 3 étoiles.... Très mauvaise gestion ..... Le lendemain, nous étions censés nous retrouver pour notre orientation... et le représentant de Swingwing était en retard d'une heure et demie ! et le personnel de l'hôtel nous a fait marcher entre les deux hôtels trois fois !!!.... Je ne retournerai pas dans cette station/ces stations...

Poor experience... The resort looks great in the pics, but that is not the case when you arrive.... This particular resort is also attached to a 3 star resort which is very poor condition and staff is poor ( Hard to find any English speaking people..) We were booked to stay at the coral.. which is a 4 star, once we arrived at the resort with the bus from the airport, We were sent away with the bus as the resort was closed!!! sending us to the 3 star resort... Very bad management ..... The very next day were we suppose to meet for our Orientation... which the Swingwing Rep was 1.5hr late! and the resort staff sending us walking between both resort three times!!!.... Wont go back to this resort/resorts...

Hotel Villa Cuba: étonnant

l'hôtel est grand et il est situé directement sur la plage, ils ont des serviettes propres et les sports nautiques sont sympas ! Les employés sont très sympathiques. Le climatiseur est trop bruyant. Les boissons sont bonnes. La nourriture est bonne. On peut voir les étoiles la nuit sur la plage, ce qui est incroyable ! J'adore cet endroit ! C'est la première fois que je viens à Cuba ! De très bons souvenirs !

amazing the hotel is big and it is located right on the beach, they have clean towels and water sports are nice! Workers are very friendly. The air conditioner is too loud. The drinks are nice. Food is good. You can see stars at night on the beach which is amazing! Love this place! It's my first time to Cuba! Great memories!

Occidental Arenas Blancas: Excellent service

Tout était génial, la nourriture est nulle, les piscines sont superbes, la plage est magnifique, les habitants sont très gentils, le Havana Club est proche et c'est un super endroit pour faire la fête, 10$ de couverture mais les boissons sont seulement 2$ et il ne faut pas oublier la bière de la station qui est géniale

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Non recommandé

L'Iberostar Laguna Azul est loin d'être un hôtel 4 1/2 étoiles. La nourriture est horrible, j'ai survécu avec des pizzas au fromage et des frites pendant une semaine. Il n'y a pas de service en chambre, je suis allé chercher un peu de nourriture pour mon fils et j'ai demandé des couverts en plastique, j'ai attendu environ 10 minutes et j'ai vu que la serveuse était ailleurs, alors j'ai pris des couverts dans le buffet et je suis sorti et on m'a arrêté comme si j'étais un voleur et ils ont pris l [... lire plus]es couverts et s'attendaient à ce que nous mangions comme des animaux. J'ai attendu 10 minutes et on m'a dit que j'avais la permission de prendre les couverts à condition de les rapporter. Le wifi est horrible, il faut aller au foyer où l'on achète une carte wifi et le temps autorisé est de 9 à 2, c'est tout, pas de service ailleurs à n'importe quel moment. L'agent d'immigration que j'ai eu à mon arrivée était horrible, je n'avais pas réalisé que je devais remplir la partie espagnole du visa, alors j'ai pris mon stylo pour le faire et il a crié et dit non, allez au bout de la ligne, je suis allé sur le côté et il a frappé à la fenêtre, je n'arrivais pas à croire que j'avais été traité comme un criminel endurci.

Not recommended Iberostar Laguna Azul is far from a 4 1/2 star Resort. The food is horrible I survived on flat bread cheese pizza and French fries for a week. No room service, went to grab a bit of food for my son to take back to the room for him and asked for plastic cutlery , waited 10 mins or so and spotted the waitress elsewhere, so there was my answer I grabbed cutlery from the buffet and proceeded out and got stopped like I was a theif and they took the cutlery and expected to have us eat like animals . I went after her and demanded to speak with a manager , I waited 10 mins and was told I had permission to take the cutlery as long as I brought it back. The wifi is horrific you need to go to the front foyer where u purchase a wifi card and the allowable time is from 9-2 that's it, no service elsewhere at anytime. I was not at all satisfied with this Resort , would not recommend it or any other one in Cuba, stay away from there, The immigration officer I had when I arrived was horrific, I didn't realize I had to fill out the Spanish side of the Visa so I grabbed my pen to fix it and he yelled and said no go to the end of the line , I went to the side and he banged on the Window , I couldn't believe how I was being treated like a hardened criminal.

Barcelo Solymar: Station balnéaire décente.

La nourriture n'était pas aussi mauvaise que les gens le disaient. Le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant, bien qu'il y ait eu beaucoup de problèmes avec l'air conditionné qui ne fonctionnait pas dans de nombreuses chambres. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville. La plage était absolument magnifique ! Cependant, cet hôtel ne vaut pas la peine d'être payé plus de 1000 dollars.

Decent resort. The food wasn't as bad as people were saying. Staff were very friendly and accommodating although a lot of problems with the ac not working in many rooms. The hotel was located conveniently near the city. The beach was absolutely beautiful! However, this hotel is not worth paying > 1000 dollars for.

Melia Las Antillas: Plage parfaite !

Je commencerai par dire que c'était mes premières vacances sous les tropiques. La plage était incroyable. Toutes les photos ou vidéos que vous verrez de la plage ne lui rendront pas justice. Elle était vraiment parfaite. L'hôtel lui-même était correct. Nous avions une suite junior au premier étage et nous ne l'avons pas aimée du tout. Elle ne sentait pas très bon et avait l'air un peu sale. Nous avons fini par passer au forfait VIP et notre nouvelle chambre était vue sur l'océan au 5ème étage.  [... lire plus]Même disposition de la chambre, mais beaucoup plus propre et agréable. Le personnel était très gentil et amical. Le terrain était également agréable. L'étang qui s'étend sur tout le terrain ne sentait pas très bon à certains moments, mais la plupart du temps, c'était correct. La piscine était fantastique. La vie nocturne était également correcte. Il y avait un spectacle différent tous les soirs vers 21h30 et il durait une heure. Après le spectacle, nous nous asseyons généralement dans le patio et buvons quelques verres. Il y avait un petit "club/disco/bar" sur le complexe où nous allions généralement parce que c'était à peu près la seule chose qui se passait après 23 heures. Excursions. Nous avons fait l'excursion "spéciale" à la Havane et le catamaran avec les dauphins. L'excursion "Havana Special" était bonne mais LONGUE. départ à 8 heures du matin et retour à l'hôtel à 3 heures du matin. En fait, nous avons été mal informés sur l'horaire de cette excursion (on nous a dit de 8 h à environ 19 h), mais c'est une autre histoire en soi. Nous avons pu voir l'ancienne et la nouvelle Havane et un tas d'autres choses intéressantes. Je dirais que ça en valait la peine. Maintenant, le catamaran avec les dauphins. VOUS. NÉCESSAIRE. FAIRE. FAIRE. LE. C'était littéralement comme vivre un rêve. Si vous devez en faire un, faites celui-ci. Je ne vais même pas m'étendre sur le sujet. Allez-y, c'est tout. Je vous promets que vous l'adorerez. Enfin, la nourriture. Ugh... ce n'était vraiment pas très bon à mon avis. Il y a trois restaurants sur le site et aucun d'entre eux n'était vraiment meilleur que le buffet lui-même. Ma copine et moi avons eu des maux d'estomac pendant quelques jours. Nous avons rencontré un autre couple qui avait les mêmes problèmes. La nourriture du centre de villégiature était la SEULE raison pour laquelle j'avais hâte de rentrer chez moi. Je n'ai rien mangé le 7e jour.

PERFECT Beach! I'll just start by saying this was my first tropical vacation. The beach was incredible. Any pictures or videos you see of the beach will not do it justice. It was truly perfect. The hotel itself was OK. We had a junior suite on the very first floor and didn't like it at all. Didn't smell too fresh and just looked a little dirty. We ended up upgrading to the VIP package and the new room was ocean view on the 5th floor. Same room layout just much cleaner and nicer. Staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds were nice as well. The pond that extends throughout the grounds didn't smell that great at certain times but for the most part was OK. The pool was fantastic. Night life was also OK. They had a different show every night on the resort around 9:30 and it lasted an hour. After the show we usually sat on the patio and had a few drinks. There was a small "club/disco/bar" on the resort that we usually went to because that's pretty much the only thing going on after 11PM. Excursions. We did the Havana "Special" and Catamaran with Dolphins. The Havana Special was good but LONG. 8AM pickup and didn't get back to the hotel until 3AM. We were actually misinformed about the timing of this trip (we were told 8AM to about 7 PM) but that's another story in itself. We got to see old and new Havana and a bunch of other cool things. Worth it I'd say. Now, Catamaran with Dolphins. YOU. NEED. TO. DO. IT. It was literally like living a dream. If you need to do one, do this one. I'm not even going to get into it. Just go. I promise you'll love it. Lastly, the food. Ugh.. it really wasn't that good in my opinion. They have three restaurants on the resort and none of them were really better than the buffet itself. My girlfriend and I both had upset stomachs for a few days we were there. We met another couple that had similar problems. The food at the resort was the ONLY reason why I was looking forward to finally heading home. I didn't eat anything by day 7.

Melia Las Antillas: Bon

Bon - nous avons été déçus par les boissons et la nourriture. Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis dans la chambre. Le service n'était pas excellent mais nous avons eu la chance de trouver quelques serveurs que nous aimions vraiment, nous leur avons donné un bon pourboire et ils se sont bien occupés de nous pendant notre séjour.

Good Good- we were disappointed in the drinks and food. There were a lot of ants in the room. The service wasn't great but we were fortunate enough to find a few servers that we really liked, tipped them well and they took good care of us during our stay.

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Belle plage !

L'eau était bleue, claire et chaude ! Le terrain était bien entretenu et les installations étaient magnifiques. La nourriture était le point faible de la station, même au restaurant Royal Service où nous avons séjourné. Sûr et amical.

Beautiful Beach! The water was blue, clear and warm! The grounds were well kept and the facilities were gorgeous. The food was the low point of the resort even at the Royal Service restaurant where we stayed. Safe and friendly.

Melia Marina Varadero: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit et notre enregistrement a été terriblement lent car il n'y avait qu'une seule femme qui travaillait au comptoir à ce moment-là. Ce complexe est magnifique et la chambre est moyenne car nous n'avons pas pris le surclassement. Nous avons reçu 6 chambres, certaines donnant sur la marina et d'autres sur la piscine. Les deux ont une belle vue et la propriété est propre. La marina est agréable mais il y a trop de déchets (gobelets et sacs en plastique vides) qui flotten [... lire plus]t autour de l'hôtel. Il serait bien que la direction ait quelqu'un pour ramasser les déchets dans la marina. Notre femme de chambre a fait un effort supplémentaire pour s'assurer que notre chambre était confortable et propre, mais les serveurs n'autorisent qu'une bouteille d'eau par jour et n'en donnent pas d'autre même si on leur demande une bouteille supplémentaire. Nous y sommes allés en tant que groupe de 12 personnes, âgées de 12 à 60 ans. Nous ne le classerions pas dans la catégorie des cinq étoiles, mais plutôt dans celle des 4,5 étoiles. Nous avons trouvé la nourriture salée, mais les jus de fruits frais étaient excellents. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était correct, la qualité de la nourriture était moyenne. Il n'y avait que trois restaurants à la carte ouverts au moment de notre visite (du 11 au 18/15 juillet). Il s'agit de Casa Burguete, Bana et Don Ernesto. Le snack-bar (Habana) est ouvert 24 heures sur 24 et sert des hamburgers, des frites, des sandwiches, etc. Si vous aimez le ketchup, il est recommandé d'apporter le vôtre (nous l'avons fait) car le ketchup là-bas a un goût très différent. En revanche, notre serveur Yesmany a été excellent et sympathique. Il se souvient de nos boissons et nous avons apprécié de discuter avec lui. Nous avons parfois trouvé qu'il était très difficile de communiquer avec le personnel de l'hôtel en raison de la barrière de la langue. Le seul problème que nous ayons eu est l'un des barmans du salon 24 heures. Je dirais qu'il est cubain et qu'il ne vous servira pas si vous n'avez pas d'argent en main. Les autres barmen étaient sympathiques. Le 24 hours lounge propose de la musique live tous les soirs avant les spectacles. Nous avons apprécié les spectacles et la musique. Nous donnerions cinq étoiles pour leurs programmes de divertissement. Le seul point négatif est que l'un des barmans les plus âgés du 24 hours lounge ne vous servira pas si vous n'avez pas d'argent en main. Il a également dit au barman plus jeune de ne pas servir les personnes qui n'ont pas d'argent en main devant les autres clients. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment. Ce complexe est propre, sûr et amical (sauf le barman le plus âgé).

Great Resort We arrived around midnight and our check-in was painfully slow because there was only one lady working at the counter at the time. This resort is beautiful and the room is average as we did not take the upgrade to level. We were given 6 rooms and some were facing the marina and some were facing the pool. Both have nice views and the property is clean. The marina is nice however there are too many garbage (empty plastic cups and bags) floating around. It would be nice if the managements have someone to pick up the waste disposal in the marina. Our maid went an extra miles to make sure our room was comfortable and clean however the water boys only allowed one bottle of water daily and will not give extra even with a note asking for an extra one. We went as a group of 12 people, our ages are from 12 to 60 yr old. We wouldn't rate it as five stars but for sure 4.5 stars. We find the food salty however the fresh juices were excellent. Breakfast buffet was okay, food quality was average. There were only three À la carte restaurants opened at the time of our visit (July 11 to July 18/15). There were Casa Burguete, Bana and Don Ernesto. Snacks bar (Habana) opens 24 hours per day and they serve burgers, fries, sandwiches etc. If you like ketchup it is recommended that you bring your own (we did) as the ketchup over there taste very different. On the other hand our server Yesmany, he was excellent and friendly. He remembers our drinks and we enjoyed chatting with him. There were times we found it was very hard to communicate with hotel staffs due to language barrier. The only problem we had was one of the bartender in the 24 hours lounge. I would say he is Cuban and he will not serve you if you don't have any money in your hand. The others bartenders were friendly. The 24 hours lounge do have live music at every night before the entertaining shows. We did enjoy the entertaining shows and music. We would rate five stars for their entertainment programs. The only downfall was one of the older bartender in the 24 hours lounge will not serve you if you do not have money in your hand. He also told the younger bartender not to serve people without money in their hand in front of other customers. Overall, we had a good time. This resort is clean, safe and friendly (except the older bartender).

Muthu Playa Varadero: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Les terrains, les villas et l'aménagement général sont très impressionnants. Le complexe est bien entretenu et propre. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Notre famille, composée de deux jeunes enfants, a passé un excellent moment et a apprécié la nourriture cubaine. Les efforts sur les autres aliments n'étaient pas vraiment importants. Les divertissements en soirée étaient adaptés aux familles, tout comme les activités de jour. Wonderful Resort Very impressive grounds, villas and great general layout. The resort is well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Starfish Cuatro Palmas: Une expérience trois étoiles

La plage est excellente, même s'il semble qu'elle soit ouverte aux visiteurs de jour le week-end et qu'il y ait une nette pénurie de chaises longues et d'ombre. Le personnel est sympathique mais parfois maussade s'il n'y a pas de pourboire. Nous avons tendance à donner trop de pourboires, ce qui a peut-être pour effet d'augmenter les attentes. La chambre était décevante. Les chaises extérieures étaient peintes et la peinture s'enlevait sur la peau. Cela ressemblait parfois à un faux tatouage. Le [... lire plus]s salles de bains n'étaient pas à la hauteur. La literie était vieille et démodée. Les draps de matelas en plastique étaient malvenus et déchirés. J'ai jeté le mien par la porte d'entrée après la première nuit. Il n'y a pas de panneaux "ne pas déranger" ni de cadenas sur les portes. Vous avez donc l'inévitable rencontre avec des femmes de chambre qui font irruption dans votre chambre le matin. Deux fois en 11 nuits, notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée. La nourriture n'était pas à la hauteur, mais c'est le lot de tout voyage à Cuba.

A three star experience The beach was excellent although they seem to open the resort to day visits on weekends and there is a distinct shortage of lounges and shade. The staff is friendly but occasionally sullen if there is no tip. We tend to overtip and perhaps cause expectations to rise. The room was a disappointment. The outdoor chairs were painted and the paint came off on your skin. It looked like fake tattoo art at times. The bathrooms were not up to standards. The bedding was old and outdated. The plastic mattress sheets were unwelcome and torn. I threw mine out the front door after the first night. There are no "do not disturb" signs available nor are there chain locks on the doors. So you have the inevitable encounter with chambermaids barging into your room in the morning. Twice in 11 nights our room was not made up. The food was not up to standards, but that is expected of any trip to Cuba.

Ils n'ont absolument pas voulu nous aider jusqu'à ce que notre ami avec qui nous sommes allés leur parle espagnol. Ils ne nous ont aidés en rien. Tout a fermé à 15h-16h alors que le site dit qu'ils ferment à 17h. Beaucoup de choses qui sont dites offertes ne l'ont pas été, mais c'est la faute de Sunwings, pas de Club Amigo. Le personnel était trop occupé à draguer les jolies Espagnoles. Ils n'ont pas pris la peine de nous reconnaître. Si le buffet n'est pas ouvert, bonne chance pour obtenir de l [... lire plus]a nourriture. Pour la collation de minuit, ils ont fait des sandwichs au jambon et au fromage, en tant que végétarien, ce n'est pas acceptable, alors j'ai demandé un sandwich au fromage et ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas possible. Mais encore une fois, lorsque mon amie qui parle espagnol est allée demander, ils ont été plus qu'heureux de l'aider et de lui préparer une option végétarienne. On en a pour son argent, mais le fait que le personnel ait été incapable de nous aider parce que nous parlions anglais était ridicule. Si nous n'avions pas été là avec un ami qui parlait espagnol, nous n'aurions rien obtenu de ce que nous voulions. C'est pathétique. Nous payons tous le même montant pour être là, mais personne ne nous a aidés en quoi que ce soit. Essayez un autre hôtel où les gens se sentiront plus concernés.

quite awful if you don't speak Spanish They were entirely unwilling to help us with absolutely anything until our friend we went with spoke Spanish to them. They didn't assist us in anything. Everything closed at 3-4 pm even though the site said they close at 5. A lot of the things that said we're offered were not, though that i sunwings fault, not club amigo. The staff were too busy hitting on all the pretty Spanish ladies. They didn't bother to acknowledge us at all. If the buffet is not open, good luck getting any food. For a midnight snack they made ham.and cheese sandwiches, as a vegetarian that isn't acceptable so I asked for a cheese sandwich and they said that wasn't possible to make. But again, when my spanish-speaking friend went to ask they were more than happy to assist her and make her some vegetarian option. You get what you paid for but the fact that the staff were so unable to help us because we spoke English was ridiculous. Had we not been there with a friend who spoke Spanish, we would've gotten nothing we wanted. It's pathetic. We all pay the same amount to be there but no one would assist us in anything. Try another hotel where people may care more.

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Grande plage, service de qualité

La piscine et la plage étaient magnifiques. La climatisation de notre chambre n'a jamais fonctionné correctement et le service de la réception était au mieux inférieur à la norme. En gros, ils ne s'intéressaient pas au confort ou aux besoins de leurs clients.

Great beach, Substandered Service The pool and beach were amazing. The AC in our room never worked properly and the service from the front desk was substandard at best. Essentially they were not interested in their guests comfort or needs.

Playa Caleta: Mela marina est un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel

j'ai changé mon lieu de villégiature pour Melia marina resort... c'est tellement merveilleux, un hôtel incroyable... c'est très propre, la nourriture est délicieuse, tout le personnel est très gentil... j'aimerais y retourner pour mes prochaines vacances... EXCELENTE... ! !!!!!! je recommande vivement ce resort melia marina varadero cuba... magnifique....

Mela marina is really amazing Resort i change my resort to Melia marina resort…its so wonderful , amazing hotel…its very clean, foods are so delicious, all the personal and staff are very nice…i would like to go back for the next vacation….EXCELENTE…!!!!!!! i can highly recommended this resort melia marina varadero cuba…lovely….

Resonance Blu Varadero: Globalement déçu

L'hôtel lui-même n'était pas aussi bien entretenu que je m'y attendais. La première chambre qu'on nous a donnée était "vieille", sentait le renfermé et avait l'air d'être sale. Ils nous ont déplacés le jour suivant, la chambre était plus propre mais le même sentiment de "vieux". Le pire, c'est la nourriture et la résolution des problèmes. Nous y sommes allés avec une autre famille et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans l'une de nos chambres. J'ai dû me rendre au bureau du service clientèle [... lire plus] plus de 3 fois par jour pendant 3 jours avant que le problème ne soit résolu. La même chose s'est produite le 4ème jour dans notre chambre sans climatisation. La plage est magnifique et les piscines sont agréables, mais un peu sales.

Disappointed overall The hotel itself was not as well kept as I expected. The first room they put us in was "old", musty and had a feeling of being dirty. They moved us the next day the room was cleaner but same "old" feeling. The worst part was the food and trying to problems resolved. We went with other family and one of our rooms had the A/C not working. I had to go to the customer service desk more than 3times a day for 3days before it was resolved. The same thing happened the 4th day to our room with no A/C. The beach was stunning and the pools were nice, a little dirty though.
