Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Un bon centre de vacances, mais pas génial

L'hôtel était bien aménagé, très propre et moderne. La nourriture était tout juste correcte, tout comme les boissons. Les piscines et la plage étaient superbes, mais l'hôtel était parfois surpeuplé. Les vendeurs qui s'affairent dans les chambres et dans l'hôtel sont un peu agaçants. La plupart des employés étaient gentils, à l'exception de quelques-uns. L'hôtel est très familial. L'enregistrement et le départ étaient un peu lents, cela dépend de l'heure d'arrivée et de départ.

Good resort, not great The hotel was nicely laid out, very clean and modern. The food was just ok, as were the drinks. The pools and beach were great, but the resort felt overcrowded at times. The sales people milling around the rooms and the resort were a bit annoying. The staff for the most part were nice, aside from a few. A very family oriented resort. Check in and check out were a little slow, just depends on when u arrive/ depart.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Des vacances fantastiques !

Nous avons récemment séjourné au Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun et nous pouvons vous dire que c'est un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire. Nous avons adoré chaque instant ! Le personnel était incroyable, les chambres immaculées, les boissons non-stop et la nourriture incroyable. Je recommanderais sans hésiter à tous ceux qui envisagent de séjourner dans ce complexe, il vaut la peine d'y mettre le prix !

Fantastic Vacation! We recently stayed at Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun and can tell you that it is an amazing resort. We loved every moment! The staff was incredible, immaculate rooms, non-stop drinks and amazing food. Would definitely recommend to anyone debating this resort, worth every cent!

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire et accueillant

Nous recommandons vivement le Royalton White Sands Resort. Le personnel est sympathique, les restaurants (japonais, Hunters steakhouse, jerk chicken shack à la plage et le buffet pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner) sont excellents, et il y a beaucoup de choix pour la nourriture et les boissons. Les piscines et le bar de natation sont incroyables. Le personnel du bar est très divertissant. Il y avait beaucoup de chaises pour les vacanciers aux piscines et à la plage. Friendly amazing resort We would highly recommend the Royalton White Sands resort. The staff are friendly, restaurants (Japanese, Hunters steakhouse, jerk chicken shack at the beach and the buffet for breakfast, lunch and supper) were excellent, and lots of choices for food and drinks. The swimming pools and swim up bar was amazing. Very entertaining staff at the swim up bar. There were plenty of chairs for vacationers at the pools and at the beach. Rooms were clean. A very enjoyable holiday.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Royalton Negril

Le Royalton est un bel hôtel, avec de nombreux équipements pour tous les types de vacances. La plage est charmante et sûre. Les chambres sont grandes et bien situées par rapport aux piscines et à la plage. La plupart des chambres offrent une vue magnifique sur la plage. L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurants. Les menus proposent une grande variété de plats. Nous avons trouvé qu'il était difficile d'obtenir des plats "chauds". La plupart des repas étaient à peine tièdes, dans le meille [... lire plus]ur des cas. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances et nous reviendrons. La prochaine fois, nous louerions une voiture pour nous rendre à l'hôtel, car la navette s'arrêtait à trop d'hôtels, ce qui faisait passer le trajet d'une heure et demie à trois heures et demie. Beaucoup trop long.

The Royalton is a beautiful hotel, with great amenities for all types of vacations. The beach is charming and safe. The rooms are large and convenient to the pools and beach. There are fabulous views of the beach from most rooms. There are several restaurant choices. Their menus provide a variety of food choices. We found that it was difficult to get food that was "hot". Most meals were barely warm at best. We enjoyed our vacation and would return. Next time, we would hire a car to go to the hotel, because the shuttle bus stopped at to many hotels, causing the 1 1/4 hour commute to be 3 1/2 hours. Far to long.

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Un lieu de villégiature époustouflant

Un hébergement de qualité, une nourriture excellente et un service amical, la famille a passé un excellent moment. Superbe parc aquatique pour les enfants. La plage était fabuleuse et bien entretenue. Le terrain était impeccable. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Stunning resort Great accommodations, great food and friendly service, the family had a great time. Awesome water park for the kids. Beach area was fabulous and well maintained. Grounds were immaculate. Will be definitely going back.

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Nous aimons Royalton

Mon ami et moi avons séjourné dans plusieurs centres de villégiature Royalton et nous avons adoré l'expérience. Le complexe de Punta Cana est un peu plus ancien que certains des autres Royalton’s dans lesquels nous avons séjourné dans le passé. Les chambres et les douches sont un peu plus petites mais toujours bien présentées ! Ce que nous avons aimé : Le restaurant El Dorado Souvenirs Splash Le fait d'être des clients Diamond/ hideaway - tous les snacks et les boissons Ariel du bar  [... lire plus]de la piscine Hideaway était incroyable !!! Les difficultés : Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le coffre-fort - solution facile Nous avons payé pour un surclassement mais nous n'avons pas tout à fait obtenu ce que nous avons payé au départ. Angel et Stefani, le manager, ont été incroyables et nous ont aidés à obtenir la chambre parfaite à la fin ! Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une bonne expérience !

We love Royalton My boyfriend and I have stayed at our fair share of Royalton Resorts and we love the experience. The Punta Cana resort is a little older than some of the other Royalton’s we’ve stayed at in the past. Rooms and showers are a bit tinier but still nicely presented! What we loved: El Dorado restaurant Memories Splash Being Diamond/ hideaway guests - all the snacks and drinks Ariel from the Hideaway pool bar was Amazing!!! The struggles: We had troubles with the safe - easy fix We paid for an upgrade but didn’t quite get what we paid for initially. Angel and Stefani the manager were amazing and helped us get the perfect room in the end! Overall it was a good experience!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Royalton Riveria Cancun

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon complexe. Je reviendrais, mais je visiterais probablement d'autres stations avant de revenir. J'ai trouvé que si vous n'étiez pas dans le Diamond Club, vous étiez limité à certaines choses. Par exemple, nous n'avions pas accès à deux restaurants. Ils annoncent qu'il y a 7 restaurants, mais 2 sont dans la zone du Diamond Club. De plus, deux restaurants ferment tous les soirs pour le nettoyage, ce qui fait que vous n'avez plus le choix qu'entre trois restaurants par n [... lire plus]uit. De plus, vous ne pouvez pas faire de réservation, mais si vous êtes membre du Diamond Club, vous pouvez en faire une. Tous les soirs, nous attendions une heure pour une table, à moins que vous ne vouliez manger à 17 heures tous les soirs. Ce n'est pas cool. A part cela, les piscines étaient superbes, il y avait beaucoup d'activités et l'équipe de divertissement a fait un travail fantastique. La plage est envahie d'algues le long du rivage, je ne recommanderais donc pas l'hôtel comme destination de plage. Il en va de même pour la plupart des hôtels situés le long de cette bande. Les mouettes doivent être contrôlées autour de la piscine. Pendant le déjeuner, de 12 à 14 heures, les oiseaux survolent les sièges en attendant qu'un enfant fasse tomber quelque chose. Ils devraient installer de faux hiboux ou quelque chose pour dissuader les oiseaux. Sunwing a été fantastique. Dès que j'ai quitté l'avion et que j'ai franchi la douane, ils m'attendaient pour m'indiquer où aller et quel bus prendre. Très bien organisé. Le centre de villégiature n'est qu'à 15 minutes de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. Le vol à partir de Hamilton a été excellent. Mon agent Candace de Trip Central a fait un excellent travail en s'occupant de tout pour moi et en rendant les choses faciles. Je vous remercie de votre attention

Overall a good resort. I would return however I would probably visit other resorts before returning. I found that if you were not in the Diamond Club you were limited to certain things. For example there were 2 restaurants that we did not have access to. They advertise that there are 7 restaurants however 2 are in the diamond club area. Then 2 restaurants close every night for cleaning / turn over so now you are down to having only 3 restaurants to choose from per night. More so you cannot make a reservation but if you are a diamond club member you can make a reservation. Every night we would wait 1 hour for a table unless you want to eat at 5 pm every night. Not cool. Other than than that the pools were great, lots of activities going and the entertainment staff did a fantastic job. The beach has that invasive seaweed along the shore so I would not recommend the resort as a beach destination. That goes for most of the hotels along that strip. They need to get the seagulls under control around the pool. During lunch from 12 - 2 pm the birds hover your seating area waiting for a child to drop something. They should put some fake owls up or something to deter the birds. Sunwing was fantastic. As soon as I got off the plan and exited customs they were waiting for me with direction on where to go and which bus to take. Very organized. The resort is only 15 min from the airport which was very convenient. Flying our of Hamilton was great. My agent Candace at Trip Central did a great job handling everything for me and made things easy. Thank you

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Incroyable centre de villégiature !!!!

Cet hôtel est tout simplement incroyable. Tout ce que quelqu'un pourrait vouloir sur des vacances tout compris. La propriété est dans un état de prestige et ils prennent soin de cette propriété comme ilâ €™s destiné à la royautéâ €™s.

Incredible resort!!!! This hotel is nothing short of being amazing. Everything someone could want on an all inclusive vacation. The property is in prestige condition and they take care of this property like it’s meant for royalty’s.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Pas un hôtel 5 étoiles

C'était ma troisième fois au Royalton et ce sera ma dernière Ce complexe s'est tellement dégradé La plupart du personnel n'était pas amical ou courtois du tout La nourriture, le peu de provisions qu'ils avaient, n'était pas bonne Ils étaient en rupture de stock de presque tout Les divertissements étaient pathétiques essentiellement un couple de Cubains autour de la piscine à 16 heures pendant une heure et ils parlaient principalement espagnol Je ne dépenserais pas l'argent pour ce soi-disant com [... lire plus]plexe 5 étoiles définitivement plus 5 étoiles ! !!

Not 5 star hotel This was my third time to the royalton and it will be my last This resort has gone so far downhill Most of the staff were not friendly or courteous at all The food what little supplies they had was not good they were out of almost everything the entertainment was pathetic basically a couple of Cuban guys round the pool at 4pm for an hour and they spoke mainly Spanish I wouldn't spend the money on this so called 5 star resort definately not 5 stars anymore !!

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Station balnéaire spectaculaire

Dès que nous sommes entrés, nous avons eu le coup de foudre, c'était absolument magnifique, propre et avec un personnel très sympathique. La nourriture et l'alcool à volonté, on ne peut pas se tromper, c'est la première fois que l'on va dans un all inclusive, on y repensera certainement.... Les chambres étaient nettoyées deux fois par jour et le service d'étage était rapide. Je recommande vivement le Royalton Barvao à tout le monde

Spectacular resort The moment we walked in we were in love it was absolutely stunning clean and such friendly staff. The food and unlimited booze you can't go wrong first time at an all inclusive will be for sure thinking about it again... Rooms were cleaned twice a day and room service was quick highly recommend Royalton barvao to anyone

Family friendly resort Great hotel and amenities but didn’t realize how kid friendly this resort was. For couple without kids it was a bit much at times but beautiful resort and fairly large resort. We prefer more smaller ones

Royalton Antigua Resort and Spa: Station balnéaire isolée

Avantages : Propriété rénovée, plage privée, plage idéale pour la baignade, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport. CONS : beaucoup d'insectes à cause du lagon autour de la propriété, manque de personnel, notamment de nettoyage, manque de chaises longues même pour le diamond club.

Tucked away resort Pros: Renovated property, private beach, beach great for swimming, 30 mins from the airport. CONS: lots of bugs bec of the lagoon around the property, under staffed esp cleaning staff, lacking beach loungers even for diamond club.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Un centre de villégiature vraiment confortable

L'emplacement est excellent, très proche de l'aéroport de Cancun. Il y a très peu d'avions au-dessus de nos têtes. La chambre junior suite était spacieuse et propre. Le personnel fait de son mieux pour rendre ses clients aussi confortables que possible. Le choix des restaurants est excellent. La nourriture était excellente et le choix était là. Les spectacles étaient divertissants. Il ne s'agit pas d'une routine. Inconvénients : les toilettes étaient basses et le temps passait trop vite.

A truly comfortable resort The location is great, very close to the Cancun airport. Very little plane traffic overhead. The junior suite room was spacious and clean. The staff do their very best to make their guests as comfortable as possible. The selection of restaurants was excellent. The food was great and selection was there. The entertainment was entertaining. Just no going through the motions. Draw backs: toilets were low and time went too fast.

Nous avons adoré le Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Il y a beaucoup d'options de restauration et de choses à faire tout au long de la journée. La rivière paresseuse a été notre préférée pour les adultes et les enfants. Le service de boissons au bord de la piscine était un peu lent, mais nous étions trop occupés avec les enfants pour nous en soucier.

Awesome spot. Would return We loved Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa for kids and adults alike. Many great food options and things to do all day long. The lazy river was our all time favourite for adults and kids. Drink service pool side was a little slow but we were too busy with kids to care.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Nous avons trouvé ce complexe merveilleux, tout était très bien entretenu, y compris les chambres, le personnel était amical mais professionnel. Nous avons adoré les animations nocturnes dans tous les restaurants et le salon. La plage était également très bien entretenue, les chaises de plage étaient nettoyées en permanence et il n'y avait pas de déchets sur le sable en raison du grand nombre de poubelles, ce qui rend l'endroit agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'utilisation de la s [... lire plus]alle d'accueil le dernier jour, puisque nous devions quitter l'hôtel à 12 heures et que l'on ne venait nous chercher pour l'aéroport qu'après 18 heures, ce qui nous a permis de profiter des piscines et d'avoir un endroit pour prendre une douche et mettre nos vêtements de voyage. Le seul point négatif auquel je peux penser est l'odeur occasionnelle d'égout qui, selon nous, provenait de l'eau stagnante autour de l'hôtel.

Wonderful Resort We thought that this is a wonderful resort, everything was very well maintained including the rooms,the staff was friendly but professional. We loved the nightly entertainment in all of the restaurants and the lounge. The beach was also very well maintained, the beach chairs were cleaned all the time and there was no trash found on the sand due to the large number to trash bins around which makes it pleasant. One thing that we especially liked was the use of the hospitality room on our last day, since we had to check out at 12:00 and we were not being picked up for the airport until after 6:00 we were able to enjoy the pools and have a place to shower and change into our travel clothing. The only negative that I can think of is the occasional smell of sewer which we figure was coming from some stagnant water around the resort.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Hôtel et personnel incroyables !!!

C'est de loin le meilleur hôtel de Varadero. Nous avons pris le Diamond Club et cela en valait vraiment la peine. Nos majordomes PEDRO et RONALD ont été extraordinaires, ils se sont occupés de tout pour nous. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, la nourriture était délicieuse, il y avait tellement de choix. C'est propre, c'est grand, la piscine est incroyable. Je le recommande vivement pour une semaine de détente. J'ADORE J'ADORE J'ADORE J'ADORE !

Amazing hotel and staff!!! This is by far the best hotel in varadero. We took Diamond Club and it was totally worth it. Our butlers PEDRO and RONALD were amazing, they took care of everything for us. We had a great time, the food was delicious, so much choice. It's clean, it's big, pool is amazing. I highly recommend for a relaxing week. LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

L'hôtel était fantastique ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la nourriture et le personnel du bar en face du restaurant Grazie était extraordinaire. Le steak house était le meilleur restaurant de la station. Ma fille a apprécié les activités et a adoré le surf. La piscine à vagues était son activité préférée. Les spectacles étaient corrects. Amazing Resort Hotel was fantastique! We really enjoy the food and the staff at the bar in front of Grazie restaurant were amazing. Steak house was the best restaurant on the resort. My daughter enjoy the activities and love the surfing. Wave pool was her favorite activities. The show were OK. Beach party and tribute to Queen was by far the best. Thank you,

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Merveilleuse expérience

C'était la première fois que je séjournais dans un centre de villégiature tout compris. J'ai tout aimé, du transport depuis l'aéroport aux installations, en passant par la nourriture et le personnel. La plage et le temps parlent d'eux-mêmes - incroyable. Il y avait une telle variété de choses à faire/expérimenter. L'équipe Vibe vous fait vraiment participer et veille à ce que votre expérience soit mémorable - cours de danse, cours d'espagnol, divertissement en soirée, danse après le divertis [... lire plus]sement. Ma chambre était incroyablement confortable et propre. Mon majordome était gentil, intuitif et serviable. Alors que je pensais aller dans un complexe réservé aux adultes, j'ai rapidement réalisé qu'il s'agissait d'un complexe familial, mais l'expérience a tout de même été formidable. Les familles semblaient toutes détendues et très impliquées avec leurs enfants. J'espère pouvoir recommencer un jour.

Wonderful experience This was my first time at an all inclusive resort. Loved everything from the transport from airport to facilities to food and staff. The beach and weather speak for themselves - amazing. There was such a variety of things to do / experience. The Vibe team really engage you and ensure your experience is memorable- dance lessons, Spanish lessons, evening entertainment, post entertainment dancing. My room was beyond comfortable and clean. My butler was kind, intuitive and helpful. While I thought i was going to an adult only resort, I quickly realized it was a family resort but it was a great experience all the same. The families all seemed relaxed and thoroughly engaged with their children. I look forward to doing this again some day.
