Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: La meilleure seconde lune de miel imaginable !

Le VIM est un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. Les piscines et le terrain étaient propres et accueillants. La nourriture était la meilleure que j'aie jamais mangée dans un centre de villégiature tout compris. La chambre était propre et rafraîchie deux fois par jour. Le personnel était sympathique et arrangeant. Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver de meilleures vacances !

Best Second Honeymoon Imaginable! The VIM was an amazing resort. The pools and grounds were clean and inviting. The food was the best I've ever had at an All Inclusive resort. The room was clean and refreshed twice a day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Royal Hideaway Playacar: Notre meilleur voyage !!!

D'habitude, je réserve nos vacances en ligne. Cette fois-ci, nous sommes allés au Trip Central et nous avons rencontré notre nouvelle meilleure amie, Krista. Elle nous a suggéré le Royal Hide et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants ! Le centre de villégiature est absolument incroyable. Plus petit que d'autres où nous avons séjourné, mais 1000 fois meilleur. Il est propre, pittoresque et magnifique. Le service est le meilleur que nous ayons jamais connu et la nourriture... de renommée mondiale. [... lire plus] Nous avons rencontré des gens merveilleux. Beaucoup reviennent constamment à cet endroit et nous comprenons pourquoi. La vie nocturne était juste suffisante pour nous après une journée entière au soleil et toute cette nourriture délicieuse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le "Tea Time" quotidien. La plage est également magnifique. Il y a toujours le problème des algues, mais nous avons pataugé pour profiter de l'eau. J'ai dit à mon mari que j'avais été gâtée à vie. J'espère que nous pourrons revenir bientôt. Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Our Very Best Trip Ever!!! Usually I book our vacations on line. This time we went into the Trip Central and met our new best friend, Krista. She suggested the Royal Hide and we are so thankful that she did!!! The Resort is absolutely amazing. Smaller than others we have stayed at but 1000 times better. it is clean, quaint, and beautiful. The service is the best we have ever experience and the food... world renown. We met some wonderful people. Many who constantly return to this location and we can understand why. The night life was just enough for us after a full day in the sun and all the delicious food. We so enjoyed "Tea Time" daily. The beach is beautiful as well. There was the ongoing seaweed issue but we waded through to enjoy the water. I told my husband that I have now been spoiled for life. I do hope that we can return sometime soon. You won't be disappointed!!!

Les espaces publics sont bien entretenus, la nourriture est variée, mais les viandes sont un peu salées. Les restaurants al acarte n'étaient pas impressionnants en termes de variété et les périodes d'inscription étaient beaucoup trop longues. Les gens étaient gentils et amicaux en général.

Beautiful resorts Public areas well kept, variety of foods available, but a bit salty on the meats. The al acarte restaurants were not impressive in terms of variety and sign up periods were way too long. People were kind and friendly in general.

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Un personnel extraordinaire ! Un centre de villégiature très propre avec une nourriture étonnante

Le complexe était très propre, les chambres immaculées, les zones de restauration jamais désorganisées ou sales. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, le café a été très apprécié (bien qu'il soit difficile d'obtenir un café fort), et les desserts y sont incroyables. La restauration est vraiment excellente, le Portofino étant le restaurant préféré. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et le complexe est si petit que vous finissez par les connaître par leur nom et qu'ils se souvien [... lire plus]nent de vous. La piscine est idéale pour les enfants et les adultes. La plage aurait été agréable si elle n'était pas pleine d'algues, mais ce n'est pas la faute du complexe. Sylvia (hôtesse au buffet) a été formidable, elle s'est vraiment surpassée, elle a traité notre fils comme s'il était le sien. Edward (serveur au buffet) était également fantastique, ainsi que plusieurs autres personnes dont j'ai oublié le nom. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente. Un seul point négatif : le complexe s'adresse aux familles avec enfants, mais les salles de bain n'ont pas de baignoire ! Il est vraiment difficile de donner un bain à un enfant d'un an qui se tortille et glisse sans baignoire.

Amazing Staff! Very clean resort with amazing food The resort was very very clean, rooms immaculate, food areas never disorganized or dirty. Food options were fantastic, really enjoyed the cafe (although hard to get a strong coffee), amazing desserts there. The dining is definitely fine, favourite was Portofino. The staff are extremely friendly and the resort is so small that you get to know them by name and they remember you. Pool is great for kids and adults as well. Beach would have been nice if not full of seaweed, but that is not the resort's fault. Sylvia (hostess at the Buffet) was amazing, really went above and beyond, she treated our son as if he was her own. Edward (waiter at the Buffet) was also fantastic, as well as several others that my memory fails to remember their names. Overall great experience. One negative: resort caters to families with children but bathrooms do not have bathtubs!! It is really difficult to bathe a squirmy slippery 1 year old without a bathtub.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Amazing Resort !!!!

C'est un très beau complexe hôtelier. La nourriture était délicieuse et le service fantastique. Les chambres sont modernes et propres. Tout le monde était souriant, très amical et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Je recommande cet endroit pour passer d'incroyables vacances en famille.

Amazing Resort!!!! This is a beautiful resort. The food was delicious and the service fantastic. Rooms were modern and clean. Everyone there was always smiling, very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time. I recommend this place to have an incredible family vacation.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un endroit formidable avec quelques problèmes

Nous avons passé un excellent moment lors de nos récentes vacances. Belle station, nourriture et boissons excellentes, belle chambre. J'ai adoré le fait que l'on puisse visiter les 3 autres complexes hôteliers quand on le souhaitait. Les inconvénients, un service médiocre de la part du personnel, une utilisation incohérente et extrêmement irrégulière du wifi.

Great place with a few kinks We had a great time on our recent vacation. Beautiful resort, great food and drinks, nice room. Loved that you could visit the others 3 resorts whenever you wanted. Down falls, poor service from staff ver inconsistent and extremely spotty wifi use.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Aventures et station passionnante

La station est fantastique pour explorer des animaux passionnants et différents sentiers et passerelles amusants pour se déplacer pas trop grand. Superbe parc aquatique pour les plus jeunes, ma fille a 9 ans et demi et l'a quand même apprécié. Les restaurants étaient fabuleux, en particulier Las Mascaras pour une cuisine mexicaine authentique. Adventures and Exciting resort Fantastic Resort for exploring exciting animals and different trails and walkways fun to get around not overly big. Great Water park for the younger kids my daughter is 9 1/2 yrs old and still enjoyed it. Restaurants were fabulous especially Las Mascaras for aurhentic Mexican food. Eco/standard rooms very basic bathrooms nice but things to do on the resort by far makes up for it.Enjoyed chill out pool better then main pool quieter and nicer. stayed. 6 nights beginning of July 2015 Overall loved it more then likely will return

El Dorado Royale: Beautiful Resort

Le complexe est parfaitement entretenu et chaque petit détail est pris en compte. Nous avons séjourné dans la partie Casitas et notre concierge a été formidable. La nourriture était incroyable et nous avons passé un moment fantastique. Notre chambre était parfaite et nous avions toujours tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La seule plainte était que le wifi était souvent difficile d'accès en raison d'une bande passante limitée aux heures de pointe. La plage n'est pas idéale pour la baignade car il  [... lire plus]y avait une tonne d'algues et de barrières, mais les piscines sont incroyables et si vous voulez vous allonger dans les cabines de plage, c'est aussi très bien.

The resort is perfectly maintained and every little detail is taken care of. We stayed at the Casitas portion and our concierge was amazing. The food was incredible and we had a fantastic time. Our room was perfect and we always had everything we need. The only complaint was that the wifi was often difficult to access due to limited bandwidth at peak times. The beach is not for swimming as there was a ton of seaweed and barriers but the pools are amazing and if you want to lay in the beach cabanas that is great as well.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique.

Les chambres sont incroyables. Nous avions une suite "swim out" qui était à tomber par terre et qui comprenait une baignoire jacuzzi dans la chambre. Le service dans cet hôtel est fantastique. Le service de chambre, les boissons sur la plage, à la piscine et dans les bars nous étaient constamment servis.

Fantastic resort. Rooms are amazing. We had a swim out suite that was to die for which included a jacuzzi tub in the room. Service at this hotel was fantastic. Room service, drinks on the beach, pool and at the bars were constantly being served to us.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Grand centre de villégiature

C'est un très bon hôtel... avec quelques points négatifs. La réception de Gold est très impolie et ne coopère pas du tout si vous avez un problème ! Ils nous ont fait tourner en bourrique les premières 24 heures ! C'est épouvantable ! Nous avons demandé des chambres communicantes et on ne nous a pas expliqué qu'il s'agissait d'un supplément. Nous avons dû acheter 2 bouteilles à 16 $ US /bouteille. Les insectes sont très méchants et laissent des marques ! Du côté positif, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, la nourriture est la meilleure que j'ai jamais mangée au Mexique, et le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont de bonne taille et nettoyées le matin pour nous. Nous avons demandé des serviettes une fois. Beaucoup de piscines pour se baigner, mais si vous aimez la plage, je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel. Un grand parc d'attractions que tous les enfants adoreraient ! Les divertissements sont incroyables ! Dans l'ensemble, des vacances extraordinaires que nous avons appréciées tous les quatre !

Great Resort This is a great hotel.. . with some negatives. Reception in Gold is very rude, and will not coperate at all if you have a problem! They messed us around the first 24 hours! Terrible! We asked for connecting rooms and it was not explained to us that it was extra money. I was told no problem by Trip Central ( we needed this for our two 15 year old girls staying in room next to us) There is no beach at the Coba. . .kind of a big down fall! This was not told to us. You have to take a tram to next adjoining hotel. This is an Eco friendly hotel. BRING BUG SPRAY!! This was not told to us either. . . We had to buy 2 bottles $16 US /bottle. Bugs are very bad and leave welts! On the positive, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is the best I've ever had in Mexcio,and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rooms are a good size and cleaned in the morning for us. We asked for towels once. Lots of pools to swim at, but if you are a beach person, I would not suggest this hotel. Big spash park that any child would Love! Entertainment is amazing! Overal, an amazing holiday that all 4 of us enjoyed!

une fois dans notre chambre, il y avait tout ce qu'un couple peut demander, un lit king size confortable, un peignoir, des pantoufles, un mini-frigo rempli, du shampoing, de la lotion pour le corps, une bouteille de tequila gratuite, donc l'attente de l'enregistrement a été vite oubliée. Le terrain était bien entretenu et très propre, il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plage mais le personnel les nettoyait tous les jours. La plage était spectaculaire, il y avait beaucoup de chaises longues et v [... lire plus]ous pouviez marcher pendant des kilomètres.C'était agréable de séjourner dans un hôtel et de pouvoir jouer dans trois autres, ils avaient un service de navette vers et depuis les hôtels, ce qui ne prenait pas beaucoup de temps.La zone de la piscine était géniale, il suffisait de prendre un livre et une boisson fraîche qui m'était servie par le personnel tous les jours. L'hôtel dispose du meilleur restaurant buffet que j'ai jamais fréquenté au cours de mes voyages, avec une grande variété de plats. Certains restaurants à la carte proposent de petites portions, mais il y a toujours le snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24, ce qui permet de ne jamais manquer de nourriture. Il y avait toujours beaucoup à faire, il y avait des activités quotidiennes très amusantes pour les enfants, et des divertissements nocturnes dans le théâtre, le personnel était incroyable, si serviable et toujours en train de nettoyer, nous avons séjourné en juin pendant une semaine et les moustiques étaient assez mauvais après le crépuscule, alors apportez beaucoup de spray anti-moustiques C'était un grand hôtel de vacances, je me suis senti tellement détendu ici et il offrait tant, très abordable, très confortable.

affordable/comfortable let me start off saying that we had a disappointing wait for the check in it was about two and half hours. once we got into our room though it had everything a couple could ask for, comfortable king size bed, robe slippers, mini fridge stocked, shampoo body lotion complimentary bottle of tequila so the check in wait was soon forgotten. The grounds were well manicured very clean, there was a lot of seaweed at the beach but the staff were cleaning it on a daily basis. The beach was spectacular lots of lounge chairs and you could walk for miles.It was nice staying at one hotel and being able to play at three others, they had shuttle service to and from the hotels which didn't take long at all.The pool area was awesome just grabbed a book and a cold drink which was served to me by the staff everyday. This hotel had the best buffet restaurant i have ever been to on my travels, so much variety some of the a la carte restaurants were small portioned but you always had the 24 hour snack bar so you would never go without. There was always lots to do there they had daily activities really fun for the kids, and nightly entertainment in the theater the staff were amazing so helpful and always cleaning, we stayed in June for a week and the mosquitoes were pretty bad after dusk so bring lots of bug spray This was a great vacation hotel i found myself feeling so relaxed here and it offered so much,very affordable very comfortable.

Riu Tequila: RIU Tequila

Pas de plaintes majeures. La plage a beaucoup d'algues cette année. Venu à Iberostar il y a 3 ans, la plage était géniale. A part ça c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles solide. La majorité des touristes parlent espagnol. Don’t aller à la ville, en particulier dans les grands centres commerciaux comme par exemple Walmart. Vous serez ciblés par des vendeurs qui vendent des excursions de manière très agressive. Cachez votre bracelet d'une manière ou d'une autre.

No major complains. Beach has lots of sea weeds this year. Came to Iberostar 3 years ago beach was awesome. Other than that it is strong 4 star hotel. Majority tourists speak Spanish. Don’t go to city especially to big malls like for example Walmart. You will be targeted by salesmen who sell excursions in a very aggressive way. Hide you bracelet somehow.

La nourriture est incroyable ! !!! L'un des meilleurs all inclusive pour la nourriture 5'star à coup sûr. Beaucoup de places assises autour de toutes les piscines et sur la plage, mais il faut se lever tôt pour obtenir une place à l'ombre - la plage est très belle, le seul point négatif étant les algues.

Amazing resort Food is amazing !!!! One of the best all inclusive for food 5'star for sure. Lots of seating around all the pools and on the beach but need to get up early to save seating with shade - beach is very nice only negative is the seaweed .

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Mon expérience dans un centre de villégiature

J'ai passé un très bon moment à Tulum, le personnel était sympathique, la nourriture était excellente. Il y avait plus d'un snack bar et une plage plus belle, trop d'algues. Beaucoup de choses différentes à faire.

My resort experience My time at the tulum was great, I had an great time, staff were friendly, the food was amazing. Which there was more than one snack bar and a nicer beach too much seaweeds. A lot of different things to do.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: La meilleure surprise de tous les temps

J'ai visité plus de 40 complexes hôteliers de 3 à 5 étoiles et je dois dire que c'était le premier VRAI 5 étoiles. Personne ne cherchait à gagner de l'argent, juste à vous rendre heureux. Tout, de la nourriture aux boissons, était meilleur que chez nous. Le service de chambre pour tous les besoins de bébé (berceau, poussette, désinfectant et chauffe-biberon, chaise haute dans la chambre et bain pour bébé) Qui fait ça ? Un grand centre de jeux pour les jours de pluie et des tonnes de chaises haut [... lire plus]es dans les restaurants ? Je dois dire que je n'ai jamais eu un mauvais repas, une mauvaise boisson ou un mauvais service pendant toutes mes vacances et je suis furieux contre Azul 5 d'avoir placé la barre si haut maintenant je ne pourrai peut-être plus aller ailleurs, merci.

The best surprise ever I have been to over 40 resorts anywhere from 3 to 5 star plus and I must say it was the first TRUE 5 star. Nobody was looking for money just want to make u happy everything from food to drink was better than home lol . Room service to every baby needs (crib,stroller, bottle sanitizer and warmer,in room high chair and baby bath Free even baby food! Who does that? Great play centre for rain days and tons of high chairs in the restaurants ? I did hate the fact the the deserts where really good and I ate a plate of pastries every morning I have to say I never had a bad meal or drink or service every this vacation and am mad at azul 5 for setting the bar so high now I may not be able to go anywhere else thank you.

La nourriture était très bonne et le service exceptionnel, sauf le premier jour, mais je pense que c'est parce que nous sommes arrivés à un moment où les lieux de restauration étaient fermés et limités. Ce n'est PAS un lieu de villégiature pour les jeunes qui veulent faire la fête ! Il est situé à Rivera Maya, à 15 minutes de route de Playa Del Carmen et à environ une heure de route de Cancun. Le complexe était très propre et bien entretenu et le personnel était très gentil, mais soyez prudent avec le personnel, car CERTAINS peuvent voler vos téléphones si vous les laissez traîner ; cela nous est arrivé et nous l'avons vu se produire. Si vous souhaitez aller dans un complexe hôtelier et y rester tout le temps, c'est l'endroit idéal. CEPENDANT, c'est un grand complexe et il devient fatigant de se promener, surtout le soir, car le service de chariots n'est assuré que jusqu'à 23 heures. De plus, il y a une odeur vraiment très bizarre et affreuse dans ce complexe... surtout près de la piscine et de la plage. cela sent les égouts et c'est vraiment très dérangeant !

Good Resort for Families Overall, this resort was really nice. The food was very good and the service was exceptional except for the on the first, but I believe that was because we arrived at a time where the eating places were closed and limited. This is NOT a resort for young people looking to party! It is located in Rivera Maya, 15 minute drive from Playa Del Carmen and about an hour drive from Cancun. So if you decide to stay here, you will be paying A LOT for cab fare. The resort was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very nice, but be careful around the staff, as SOME may steal your phones if you leave them lying around; we had this happen and we saw this happening. If you are looking to go to a resort and stay on the resort the whole time, then this is the place to be. HOWEVER, it is a big resort and it gets tiring walking around especially at night because the cart service is only till 11pm. Also, there is a really really weird, awful stench on this resort...mainly near the pool and beach area. ..,it smells like sewage and is really really off-putting!

Catalonia Yucatan: Très bonne station

Tout était très bien, sauf la petite plage ! Les restaurants proposaient de la bonne nourriture, les terrains étaient très propres et le personnel était très amical. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et prêt à aider tout le temps.

Vrey good resort Everything was very nice except for the small beach!! Restaurants had good food, grounds were kept very clean and staff was very friendly. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and were ready to help all the time.

La nourriture et les spectacles sont excellents ! La plage est superbe, le service est excellent. Les chambres sont très belles et propres. Les employés de l'hôtel sont très sympathiques. Nous avons adoré les trains qui font circuler les gens entre les 4 hôtels, et les nombreux restaurants.

amazing resort Food and shows are excellent! Beach is great, service is great. Rooms are very nice and clean. People that work in the hotel is very friendly. We loved the trains that move people around the 4 hotels, lots of restaurants to choose from.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe du 25 juin au 2 juillet. Nous sommes un groupe de 8 personnes et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Le Grand Bahia Coba ne nous a pas déçus du tout. La nourriture est excellente. Les chambres sont assez grandes et ne datent pas. L'ensemble du terrain de la station est bien entretenu. Nous avons accès aux autres complexes Grand Bahia et nous sommes impressionnés ! Le seul inconvénient est la plage où il y avait beaucoup d'algues. Awesome resort! Stayed at this resort June 25 to July 2. We are a group of 8 and we truly enjoyed our stay. Grand Bahia Coba did not disappoint us at all. The food is excellent. The rooms are big enough and not dated. The whole resort ground are well kept. We have access to the other Grand Bahia resorts and we are just impressed! The only downside is the beach which there was a lot of sea weed. I am still giving them 10/10 because this is not the resort's fault.
