Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Manque d'information sur le statut de l'hôtel pendant la construction et l'accès à la plage.

Superbe hôtel une fois que l'on passe à la section réservée aux adultes (moyennant un certain coût). La zone de plage pour les familles et les autres personnes se trouve loin de l'hôtel, donc si vous voulez rester près de l'hôtel et profiter des arbres matures et des cabanas, vous devez passer à la section réservée aux adultes.

Missinformation around staus of hotel during construction and beach access. Great hotel once you upgrade to Adult only section ( at a cost). The beach area for families and others is well down the beach from the resort, thus if you want to remain near the resort and take advantage of the mature shade trees and cabanas you must upgrade to Adult only.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: deuxième fois ; encore de superbes vacances !

C'était la deuxième fois que mon mari et moi passions des vacances au Royal Decameron à BucerÃas. Nous avons été tout aussi impressionnés cette année que l'année dernière. Classé trois étoiles, ce complexe reçoit des commentaires dignes d'un quatre étoiles. Le terrain est impeccable, les bâtiments sont colorés et toujours entretenus. Le personnel est toujours très poli et amical. Il est vrai que les lits sont durs et que les chambres sont parfois un peu rudimentaires, mais qui passerait son temp [... lire plus]s dans une chambre d'hôtel alors qu'il y a des piscines d'un bleu cristallin, un océan incroyable, de la nourriture et des activités tout autour ?

2nd time; another awesome holiday! This was the second holiday my husband and I spent at the Royal Decameron in Bucerías. We were just as impressed this year as last. Rated as a three star, this resort gets reviews like a four star. The grounds are immaculate, the buildings colourful and always being maintained. The staff is always super polite and friendly. The beds are admittedly hard, and the rooms can be rough around the edges, but really, who spends their time in the hotel room when there are crystal blue pools, an incredible ocean, and food and activities all around!?

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel est magnifique, propre, la nourriture est incroyable, le personnel est très sympathique et attentif.Le seul point négatif était la plage, très petite et beaucoup d'algues.Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur la mer et c'était incroyable.La nourriture dans les restaurants était bonne, en particulier le lapalapa que je recommande vivement, mon mari a mangé du pieuvre et j'ai mangé un poulpe, c'était incroyable.

Beautiful resort Beautiful resort ,clean , food is amazing,staff is very friendly and attentive.The was negative thing was the beach , very small and lots of sea weads.We upgraded to swim up room and it was amazing.Food in the restaurants was good especially the lapalapa I highly recommend , my husband had stake and I had an octopus it was amazing.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Fantastic Resort

Cet hôtel a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres, et le personnel fantastique. L'endroit est immense et propose de nombreux restaurants, bars et piscines. De nombreuses activités sont proposées, si bien qu'il n'est même pas nécessaire de quitter l'hôtel. Le point fort pour nous était la faune que l'on voyait tous les jours. Les singes et les coatis s'approchaient de nous. C'est une expérience très agréable. L'inconvénient était les insectes. Je vous recommande  [... lire plus]d'emporter une bombe insecticide ! !! La plage était un peu rocailleuse, mais tout de même magnifique. Je retournerais certainement dans ce complexe.

This hotel was way beyond our expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were fantastic. The place is huge and offers many restaurants, bars, and pools. Many activities so you dont even need to leave the resort. The highlight for us was the wildlife you saw on a daily basis. The monkeys and coati would come right up to us. Such a cool experience. The downfall was the bugs. I would recommend bringing bug spray with you!!! The beach was a bit rocky also but still beautiful. I would definately go back to this resort.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Superbe station familiale

si vous avez des enfants, c'est un très bon complexe. Il ressemble plus à un grand hôtel qu'à un complexe, pas du tout chic. La nourriture est correcte. Les restaurants à la carte étaient incroyables. Chaque chambre a une vue imprenable. Le personnel n'est pas très amical, à l'exception de quelques uns. Les spectacles étaient fantastiques. La salle de jeux, le cinéma étaient amusants pour les enfants. Le bar avait une belle sélection de boissons conçues spécialement pour les enfants comme Barbie [... lire plus], les boissons Ironman, Captain America, Hulk, etc.

Great family resort if you have children its a very good resort. it feels more like a large Hotel rather than a resort not fancy at all. The food is ok. The restaurants a la carte were amazing. Every room has an amazing view. The staff are not so friendly for an exceptions of few of them. the shows were fantastic. The game room, the movie theatre were fun for the kids. the bar had a nice selection of drinks design just for children like Barbie , ironman drinks , captain America , hulk and etc.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Un centre de villégiature convivial dans un emplacement de choix

Je voudrais vous remercier d'avoir fait de notre séjour dans votre hôtel une expérience très agréable. Les vacances ont commencé un peu difficilement car, premièrement, notre vol est arrivé avec 13 heures de retard et, deuxièmement, on nous a dit que votre hôtel était temporairement fermé et que nous devions donc nous rendre dans un autre hôtel. Cela s'est avéré être une expérience agréable. Le troisième jour de nos vacances, nous nous sommes finalement enregistrés dans votre hôtel. Les chan [... lire plus]gements de programme ont été gérés avec courtoisie et avec un minimum de perte de plaisir pour nous. Mais nous avons particulièrement apprécié les quatre jours restants dans votre hôtel. Notre chambre n'était pas grande, mais confortable, et dotée d'un balcon offrant non pas une vue panoramique complète sur l'océan, mais néanmoins une belle tranche de vue sur la baie de Banderas, ainsi qu'une vue sur la ville et les montagnes. Le service a été impeccable tout au long de l'année, et la nourriture très agréable. Nous avons adoré la cuisine mexicaine traditionnelle, et le poisson frit servi à midi au restaurant Sunset était tout simplement délicieux. Nous avons dîné un soir au charmant Corazon Contento, où la nourriture était présentée avec raffinement par un personnel très sympathique. Les plats étaient savoureux, la seule critique que j'ai à faire est que tout était servi un peu tiède plutôt que chaud, ce qui devrait être fondamental pour un restaurant de classe. Les autres repas que nous avons pris au buffet Frutas y Flores étaient délicieux, là encore avec un service par un personnel amical qui ne peut pas être battu. Nous avons apprécié le fait que l'hôtel et son parc soient méticuleusement propres et bien entretenus, l'emplacement et les vues depuis l'hôtel sont tout simplement spectaculaires. J'ai été un peu dérangée par la musique, surtout qu'il y avait de la musique concurrente provenant du bar Sunset et des haut-parleurs disséminés sur le terrain. J'aurais préféré avoir des moments de tranquillité, bien que le jazz joué au bar Sunset ait été tout à fait compatible avec mes goûts. Friendly resort in prime location I would like to thank you for making our stay at your hotel a very enjoyable experience. The vacation started out a little rocky because first, our flight arrived 13 hours late, and second, we were told your hotel was temporarily closed and hence we were sent to another hotel. That, by the way, turned out to be a pleasant experience. On day three of our vacation, we did finally check in at your hotel. The changes of the schedule were handled graciously and with minimal loss of pleasure for us. But we particularly enjoyed the remaining 4 days at your hotel. Our room was not big, but comfortable, and fitted with a balcony offering not a full panoramic view of the ocean, but nevertheless a nice slice of view over the bay of Banderas, as well as a city and mountain view. The service was impeccable throughout, the food very nice. We loved the traditional Mexican cuisine, and the fried fish served at lunchtime at the Sunset restaurant was simply delicious. We dined one night at the lovely Corazon Contento, where the food was presented with sophistication by super friendly staff. The dishes were tasty, the only criticism I have is that it was all served somewhat lukewarm rather than hot, something I think should be fundamental for a classy restaurant. Other meals we had at the Frutas y Flores buffet were delightful, again with a service by friendly staff that can't be beaten. We appreciated that the hotel and its grounds were meticulously clean and well maintained, the location and the vistas from the hotel area are simply spectacular. I was bothered just a little bit by the music, especially that there was competing music from the Sunset bar and the speakers spread out on the grounds. I would rather have liked to have quiet times, although the Jazz that was played at the Sunset bar was completely compatible with my taste. Ventus at Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: J'ai aimé chaque seconde

Petit complexe, ce qui est très bien car on apprend à connaître le personnel. El Sid était très proche, ce qui vous permettait de profiter de l'ambiance d'un plus grand complexe si vous le souhaitiez. Le personnel était extrêmement serviable. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec baignade et c'était le meilleur surclassement que nous aurions pu obtenir. Cela valait chaque centime ! Le bar, la piscine et le restaurant réservés aux adultes étaient agréables, même pour une famille voyageant ave [... lire plus]c des enfants. Le surclassement au club platine en valait également la peine.

Loved every second Small resort, which was great because you got to know the staff. El Sid was very close so you could take advantage of the larger resort feel if you wanted. Staff was over the top helpful. We stayed in a swim out room and it was the best upgrade we could have gotten. Worth every penny!! The adult only bar, pool, and restaurant was nice even for a family travelling with children. Upgrading to platinum club also worth it.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Tout était spectaculaire ! Je recommanderais vivement ce centre de villégiature à toutes les personnes que je connais ! C'était tout ce que nous attendions et plus encore. Nous y reviendrons à l'avenir. Le personnel était très accommodant, la chambre était d'une taille parfaite, rien à redire !

Amazing resort Everything was spectacular! I would highly recommend this resort to everyone I know! It was everything we expected and more. Will travel to this resort in the future. The staff were very accommodating, the room was the perfect size, no complaints!

Breathless Riviera Cancun: Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons eu la chance d'obtenir un très bon prix pour ces vacances, car nous les avons réservées seulement 10 jours avant le départ. Les points forts - les piscines étaient superbes... propres, chauffées et très animées. Le service était exceptionnel dans tous les domaines, des bars aux restaurants, en passant par l'entretien ménager, etc. La nourriture était bonne, pas excellente mais nous n'avons jamais eu faim. Les chambres étaient incroyables - très propres, confortables et dotées d'une [... lire plus] douche incroyable ! La navette pour l'aéroport ne dure que 20 minutes et le transport terrestre était très bien organisé. Les points faibles - la plage était impeccable et bien entretenue, mais on ne pouvait pas aller dans l'océan à cause des algues. Les piscines sont situées sur la plage, ce n'est donc pas un problème. Les dîners dans les restaurants de spécialités (surtout français) prenaient beaucoup de temps. Dans l'ensemble, un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour moins de 2 000 $....mais je ne pense pas que je paierais plus que cela.

Very good value for the price paid We were very fortunate to get a pretty good price on this vacation as we booked it only 10 days before departure. The highs - the pools were great...clean, heated and lots of activity. Service was exceptional in all areas from bars, to restaurants, housekeeping, etc. Food was good, not excellent but we were certainly never hungry. Rooms were amazing - very clean, comfortable and incredible shower! Only 20 minute shuttle to airport and ground transportation was very well organized. The lows - the beach was pristine and well maintained but you could not go in the Ocean due to the seaweed. Pools are on the beach so its not a big deal. Dinner in specialty restaurants (especially French) took inordinately long time. All in all, a great value for under $2k....but I dont think I would pay more than that.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Ce centre de villégiature a été très apprécié

J'avais déjà visité ce complexe réservé aux adultes lors de son ouverture il y a 7 ans. Tous les problèmes avaient été résolus. Mon deuxième séjour a été bien meilleur. Le complexe semblait mieux établi, mieux organisé et avait une bonne ambiance. La nourriture était très variée, les chambres étaient nettoyées en temps voulu, la plage était propre et proche de tous les services..... vacances sans stress. BP s'est bien occupé de nous. Continuez à faire du bon travail - nous reviendrons !

Loved this resort Had been to this adult only resort when it first opened 7 years ago. It was working all the bugs out. My second stay there was much better. The resort felt more established, organized and had a good vibe about it. Great variety of food, rooms done up in timely fashion, beach was clean and close to all services..... stress-free vacation. BP took good care of us. Keep up the good work - we will be back!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: D'excellentes vacances en famille

Nous avons voyagé avec nos deux enfants (4 et 9 ans). L'aménagement du complexe est parfait pour les familles. On peut aller partout à pied. Les restaurants sont excellents et le personnel sympathique. Le spectacle de magie et la fête de la mousse ont eu un grand succès auprès des enfants. Nous reviendrons.

Great family vacations We travelled with our 2 kids (4&9). The resort layout is Perfect for families. You can walk everywhere. Restaurants are greats, staff friendly. Magic show and foam party were huge hits with kids. We will be back.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: grand centre de villégiature

j'ai séjourné à HIdeaway. Bon service, bonnes boissons et bonne nourriture. Le divertissement était excellent pendant la journée à la piscine et la nuit avec de grands spectacles. Le service de chambre est un peu lent mais il s'agit d'un grand complexe hôtelier. Le service de chambre est un peu lent, mais c'est un grand complexe hôtelier. Les boissons premium n'ont jamais manqué contrairement à beaucoup de complexes où elles sont limitées. La seule chose est que vous devez les surveiller pour [... lire plus] vous assurer qu'ils utilisent les marques premium que vous demandez ou il y a une chance sur deux que ce ne soit pas le bon mélange. Le personnel est très reconnaissant et courtois. Le spa est excellent, avec de superbes massages et de l'hydrothérapie. Il s'agit sans aucun doute d'un complexe hôtelier haut de gamme

great resort stayed in HIdeaway. Good service good drinks and good food. Entertainment was excellent during day by pool and at night with great shows. Nice room although construction is next door the doors kept out the noise. Room service a bit slow but then it is a big resort. Premium drinks never ran out unlike many resorts where they are limited. The only thing is you have to watch them to make sure they use the premium brands you ask for or there is a 50% chance it will be the wrong mix. Staff are very appreciative and courteous . Spa is excellent with great massages and hydro therapy. It definitely is an upscale resort

Ce complexe est incroyable, le personnel est sympathique, la nourriture est à 100% et la sélection est excellente, les piscines sont parfaites et j'ai adoré le swim up bar (j'y ai passé trop de temps lol) J'ai été très heureuse et je reviendrai

Beautiful resort The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Beautiful grounds, fantastic food, so many pools and bars that you never had to wait for a drink or look for a deck chair. I would definitely return.

Cet hôtel est composé de lieux ouverts et communs, tels que des restaurants et des bars, qui sont tous reliés à de magnifiques espaces extérieurs. Il y a beaucoup de verdure et un parc méticuleusement entretenu. Vous êtes complètement entouré par la jungle car ils ont laissé beaucoup d'arbres tels que la nature les a créés. Je n'ai jamais vu autant de verdure autour de l'hôtel. Il y a beaucoup d'animaux sauvages sur le terrain. Il y a même un cenote sur les lieux. La nourriture était excellent [... lire plus]e et le service encore meilleur. J'ai passé 10 jours à l'hôtel et je n'ai pas eu de mauvaises expériences pendant cette période. Le personnel de divertissement est vraiment bon. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient également très bien faits. La chambre était grande et propre. Lit king size avec des draps très beaux et très propres. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été très positive et les vacances très agréables. Je reviendrai certainement.

Amazing resort This hotel is all about open comon places like restaurants and bars which are all connected to the beautiful outdoor places. Lots of greens and meticulously kept park area. You are completely surrounded with the jungle as they left lots of trees the way the nature created them. I never seen so much greenery around the hotel. Lots of wildlife on the ground. There is even a cenote on the premises. Food was great and service even better. I spent 10 days in the hotel and didn't have any bad experiences during this time. Entertainment staff is really good. Nightly shows were also very nicely done. Room was big and clean. King size bed with very nice and clean linen. All in all very positive experience and great vacation. Definitely will come back.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: voyage en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Iberostar Paraiso Maya au Mexique. La plage était assez belle, même s'il y avait des algues à cause des vents forts. Le complexe a fait un très bon travail de nettoyage de la plage tous les jours. Il y a de nombreuses piscines pour se baigner et de très bons équipements pour les enfants : un club pour enfants avec du personnel encadré, un bateau pirate, une piscine à vagues et une rivière paresseuse. Il y a de nombreux buffets pour se restaurer. J'ai trou [... lire plus]vé que la nourriture était meilleure au Maya buffet qu'au Lindo et nous avons préféré le buffet aux restaurants. Le restaurant japonais et le restaurant Statehouse étaient les meilleurs. Nous n'avons pas aimé la nourriture du Jambalaya. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel, avec un personnel sympathique et accommodant, et très bien pour les enfants.

fun family trip We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Paraiso Maya in Mexico. The beach was pretty nice considering there was seaweed due to high winds. The resort did a pretty good job of cleaning the beach on a daily basis. There are lots of pools to swim and they have very good amenities for kids; a dedicated kids club with supervised staff, a pirate ship a wave pool and a lazy river. There are lots of buffets to chose from for food. I found the food to be better at the Maya buffet compared to Lindo and we actually preferred the buffet to the restaurants. The Japanese and the statehouse were the best restaurants. We did not like the food at the Jambalaya. Overall great hotel, nice and accommodating staff and very good for kids.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Un lieu fantastique

Un endroit extraordinaire. Nous avons adoré chaque minute de notre séjour. Le personnel est amical et très serviable. La nourriture est excellente avec une grande variété de choix pour tous les goûts. Les cénotes et la rivière souterraine sont à voir absolument et ne sont qu'à 10 minutes. Endroit fantastique pour faire du snorkling et découvrir l'histoire des Mayas. J'ai l'intention de revenir.

Fantastic place Amazing place. We loved every minute of being there. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great food with the huge variety of choices for every taste. Cenotes and underground river is the must see and just 10 min away. Fantastic place for snorkling and discovering some Mayan history. Planning to come back.

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun: J'ai adoré chaque minute !

Hard Rock vous donne l'impression d'être un roi ! Nous venons de rentrer d'un séjour d'une semaine et je dois dire que j'ai hâte d'y retourner. Tout était parfait ! Les piscines, la plage, la nourriture, les divertissements. Merci à Donis, Willy, Luna, Batman, Marco et Raul ! Ce n'est certainement pas un au revoir - plutôt à plus tard !

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Calme, bonne cuisine et bon service

C'est un endroit calme et agréable, pas un lieu de fête... un peu éloigné de l'aéroport mais le transfert était bon. La nourriture est excellente, tout comme le service. Les troleys entre les autres complexes sont également pratiques. La plage n'est pas très bonne. La plage n'est pas très bonne, trop petite et bondée... dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet endroit

Nice quiet, great food amd service This is a nice quiet one, not like a party place...a little faraway from airport but transfer was good. Food is great and so is the service. Troleys between other resorts are also convenient. Beach is not that good. Too small and crowded.. overall recommend this place

Allegro Cozumel: Des vacances agréables et relaxantes

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine à l'Allegro Cozumel, le terrain était bien entretenu et propre. Les femmes de chambre ont fait un excellent travail, la chambre était toujours propre et le réfrigérateur toujours réapprovisionné. La nourriture était bonne pour un tout inclus, j'ai trouvé que l'alacarte oriental était le meilleur des 3. Le personnel était excellent, ils étaient tous amicaux et serviables.

Nice Relaxing Vacation We enjoyed our week at the Allegro Cozumel, the grounds were well maintained and kept clean. The maids did a great job, the room was always clean and the fridge was always restocked. The food was good for an all inclusive, I found the oriental alacarte was the best out of the 3. The staff were excellent, they were all friendly and helpful.
