A dû attendre d'être servi pour le déjeuner et a dû attendre 30 minutes ou plus pour que la nourriture arrive Le personnel ne comprenait pas l'anglais Pas assez de choix au buffet. Très maigre en termes de quantité de nourriture. Pas de variété. La même chose tous les jours.

Service was very poor. Not attentive. Had to wait Had to wait to be served for lunch and had to wait 30 minutes or more for the food to arrive Staff did not understand English not enough choice at the buffet. Very meagre in terms of amount of food. No variety. The same thing everyday.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Belle station balnéaire

Pas génial pour les familles, mais plutôt bon, un resort de belle taille et un personnel merveilleux et amusant :) un prix intéressant pour Los Cabos. Comportement inapproprié à l'hôtel, qui n'aurait pas dû être toléré. Tout le complexe parlait de quelques individus sélectionnés, ce qui a rendu certaines parties du voyage de nombreuses personnes gênantes ou inconfortables.

Nice resort Not great for families, Pretty good good, nice sized resort and wonderful, fun staff:) great price for Los Cabos. Inappropriate behavior at the hotel, which should not have been tolerated. Entire resort was talking about select few individuals which made parts of many people's trip awkward or uncomfortable.

Dès que nous sommes entrés dans le complexe, nous avons reçu un excellent service ! Notre chambre et notre vue étaient spectaculaires. Les équipements, des activités à la restauration, étaient formidables ! Ce centre de villégiature a dépassé nos attentes !

Exceeded our expectations! From the time we walked into the resort we received excellent service! Our room and view were spectacular. The amenities from the activities to the dining were great! This resort exceeded our expectations!

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Au-delà des attentes

Le voyage a été extraordinaire. L'hôtel est absolument magnifique. Il est impeccable et bien aménagé. Le terrain et la plage sont parfaits. Le personnel est super. Nous nous sommes bien amusés et avons profité de tout ce que l'hôtel a à offrir. Les restaurants étaient un délice - j'ai adoré le bar au restaurant français et le restaurant japonais était aussi délicieux que divertissant. C'est tellement agréable de ne pas avoir à réserver à l'avance. Et les tacos aux crevettes sur la plage - quel r [... lire plus]égal ! Le bar à martini était amusant. L'emplacement est parfait et la promenade dans le village est un atout supplémentaire. Le personnel sympathique et efficace a rendu le voyage encore plus agréable. Merci !!!

Beyond Expectations The trip was amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Spotless and well laid out. The grounds and beach area perfect. The staff are super. Had great fun and enjoyed all the hotel has to offer. The restaurants were a delight - loved the sea bass at the French and the Japanese was as delicious as it was entertaining. So nice not to have to make advance reservations. And the shrimp tacos on the beach - what a treat! Martini bar was fun. Location perfect and the walk into the village an added bonus. The friendly and efficient staff made the trip all that more enjoyable. Thanks!!!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Hôtel fantastique meilleur encore !!!!

L'hôtel et le terrain sont impeccablement entretenus, les restaurants sont excellents, les chaises de piscine sont nombreuses, les serveurs et les employés du bar se mettent en quatre pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable, l'enregistrement est rapide et sans tracas.

Fantastic hotel best yet!!!! Hotel and grounds immacuately cared for, restaurants excellent, pool chairs plentiful, waiters and bar tenders go out of there way to make to make your stay unfortgettable, check in quick and without hassle.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Merveilleux

Le complexe était petit, beau, propre, sécurisé et très bien aménagé. La nourriture était excellente. Il y a de nombreuses aires de repos pour lire tranquillement. Nous en avons profité tous les jours. Il y a des magasins à proximité avec tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin.

Wonderful The resort was small beautiful ,clean, secure and very good entertainment. The food was great. There are many lounging area for quiet reading. We enjoyed everyday. There is shopping close by with everything that you can need.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Une station géniale !

J'ai séjourné au Royal Decameron en janvier et en avril 2014. Je suis retourné pour un deuxième voyage parce que j'ai aimé là tellement. Les terrains sont gardés bien, les chambres sont également propres et agréables. J'adore l'emplacement et le personnel est tout simplement incroyable. Ils ont une super petite discothèque/bar où vous pouvez faire la fête la nuit. Pas besoin de quitter l'hôtel. C'est tellement amusant et c'est un plus petit centre de villégiature, donc vous rencontrez beaucoup d [... lire plus]e gens. Je prévois d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Superbe station !

Awesome resort!! I stayed at Royal Decameron in both January and again in April 2014. I went back for a second trip because I loved it there so much. Grounds are kept nice, rooms are also clean and nice. Love the location and the staff are simply amazing. They have a super little disco/bar where you can party at night. No need to leave the resort. So much fun and it is a smaller resort so you meet so many people. Planning on going back again next year. Great resort!

Riu Santa Fe: Un lieu de villégiature amusant !

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour au Riu Santa Fe. Le site était magnifique, le personnel formidable et l'atmosphère agréable. La chambre était très bien, mais il aurait été préférable d'être dans le bâtiment 7 avec une vue. Si vous ne pouvez pas obtenir une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, je vous recommande de loger dans l'un des bâtiments les plus proches de la promenade, et non de la discothèque.

Fun resort! I really enjoyed my stay at the Riu Santa Fe. The grounds were beautiful, great staff and a fun atmosphere. The room was great, but might've been nice to be in building 7 with a view. It's a short walk to the beach - if you can't get an oceanview room, I recommend staying at one of the buildings closest to the walkway, not by the disco.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Rui Palace, à Los Cabos. L'hôtel était impeccable. Notre chambre était spacieuse et les équipements étaient généreux. Le personnel était très aimable et très serviable. Nous avons apprécié les restaurants sur place. Il y a beaucoup de choix et c'est de très bon goût. La seule plainte, très mineure, concerne les divertissements en soirée. Nous sommes allés la plupart du temps aux spectacles proposés, mais la plupart du temps, nous sommes partis tôt. C [... lire plus]ependant, en raison de l'amusement que nous avons eu pendant la journée sur le site, nous étions généralement fatigués vers 11 heures. C'est la raison pour laquelle les divertissements n'étaient pas. C'est la raison pour laquelle il n'y avait pas d'animation. C'était notre quatrième séjour dans un Rui Resort et nous les recommandons à notre famille et à nos amis !

Fantastic resort We thoroughly enjoyed our state at the Rui Palace, Los Cabos. The resort was spotless. Our room was spacious and the room amenities were generous. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants on site. Lots of selection and very tasteful. The only complaint and this would be very minor was the evening entertainment. We went most evenings to whatever entertainment that was being provided but most evening we left early. However due to the fun we had during the day on the resort we generally tired by 11 or so. That is the reason the entertainment was not. A big deal to us. This was our 4th stay at a Rui Resort and we recommend them to family and friends alike!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances. Oui, nous avons failli être emportés par les vagues, L'hôtel était très beau, propre, le personnel très sympathique. La nourriture au buffet était très bonne et intéressante. Nous avons vraiment "remercié" pour la chambre,  [... lire plus]c'était la meilleure vue, face à l'avant, parfait. Nous avons seulement été déçus par les restaurants de spécialités, le Steak house était très bien, mais ils devraient vraiment nettoyer, changer le japonais et le mexicain. Tout le monde s'est plaint de ces restaurants. Je suis sûr que de nombreux clients vont poster des commentaires, ou contacter l'hôtel. Mais nous reviendrons sans aucun doute, l'emplacement était parfait. Les visites étaient très amusantes et bien organisées. Les représentants de Sunwing étaient très gentils et serviables. Par contre, je ne voyagerai plus jamais avec ces horaires de vol. Arrivés si tard, affamés, nous sommes arrivés au buffet avant qu'il ne ferme, directement dans le bus. Riu Palace Los Cabos May 2014 Please note I did email a review on May 31 to my Travel agent Karol Charenza, see below, Hi Karol,, Thank you, Los Cabos is amazing, so much to see and do, people are nice, safe. We really enjoyed we the holiday. Yes, almost got swept away in the waves, The hotel was very beautiful, clean, very friendly staff. food in the Buffet was very good and interesting. We truly "thank you" for the room, was the best view, facing front, perfect. We were only disappointed in the specialty restaurants, Steak house was very nice, but they should real clean up, change the Japanese and Mexican. Everyone complained about those. I am sure many guests will post comments, or contact the hotel. But we would definitely return, location was perfect. Tours very fun, well organized. Sunwing reps were very nice, helpful. I would never travel with those flight times again though. Arriving so late, starved, just made the buffet before it closed, right off the bus. Leaving so late, no one had a late check out, change area much too small for so many. Thanks again for your help, Pam

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Très belle station, mauvais service

Nous sommes arrivés au complexe vers 23 heures, nous avons payé pour le club privilégié, mais nous avons fait la queue avec tout le monde. Ce fut le début d'un service très décevant dans ce complexe. La nourriture et les boissons variaient tout le temps, un jour c'était bon, le lendemain ce n'était pas bon. Les chambres étaient moyennes et avaient besoin de réparations. Nous avons été très déçus !

Beautiful Resort, bad service We arrived at the resort around 11pm, we paid for the preferred club, but waited in line with everyone else. That was the start of the very disappointing service at this resort. The food and drinks varied all the time, one day it was good, the next day is was not good. The rooms were average, in need of repair. We were very disappointed!

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Je n'ai rien à reprocher à cet établissement, qui a fait l'objet d'une réflexion approfondie. Le personnel est très accommodant, les jardins et l'aménagement paysager étaient en cours de réalisation lorsque nous sommes descendus, une fois terminés, ils mettront en valeur la beauté de cet hôtel.

Outstanding Resort I could not fault anything, huge thought process was put into this establishment. Staff very accommodating, Gardens and landscaping were in process when we were down, when completed it will enhance the beauty of this Hotel.

Un petit endroit étonnant par rapport à certains grands complexes hôteliers où je suis allé. J'y suis resté 2 semaines et je n'ai pas trouvé grand-chose à redire, le service était bon, tout comme les chambres....la nourriture était étonnamment bonne. Belle piscine.

Will go back Amazing little place compared to some of the large resorts I've been to. I stayed for 2 weeks and found little to whine about, service was good, as were the rooms....food was surprising good. Nice pool.

La nourriture était bonne, la station très propre, extrêmement calme, idéale pour les couples. Je ne recommande pas aux familles, car il n'y a pas d'activités pour les enfants. Les parents devront s'occuper de leurs enfants. Nous y sommes allés en tant que couple d'adultes dans un groupe et avons apprécié cette région du Mexique. Nous y reviendrons. Nous recommandons l'observation des baleines si vous voyagez en janvier et février. Nous avons profité de la vie marine uniquement à partir de batea [... lire plus]ux. L'océan n'est pas sûr pour la baignade, mais les piscines sont très agréables. Si vous êtes d'accord avec un complexe plus petit et plus intime, vous apprécierez ce complexe.

Very quiet and relaxing resort The food was good, very clean resort, extremely quiet, good for couples. I do not recommend families, as there is no children activities. Parents will have to entertain their children. We went as a adult couple in a group and enjoyed this area of Mexico. We will travel here again. Recommend whale watching if you travel in January - February months. We enjoyed the sea life from boats only. The ocean is not safe to swim in, however, the pools are quite nice. If you are OK with a smaller more intimate resort, you will enjoy this resort.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: L'hôtel le plus fabuleux dans lequel j'ai jamais séjourné.

J'ai conseillé à tous ceux que je connais de s'y rendre. Mon mari et moi n'avions jamais voyagé et c'était nos premières vacances. Dès le troisième soir, il m'a demandé si j'avais réservé nos prochaines vacances. C'est notre lune de miel tardive (32 ans de mariage) et nous avons décidé que si c'est le seul endroit que nous visitons, nous l'avons fait avec brio, le personnel était si amical, serviable et désireux de faire plaisir. Nous espérons revenir très bientôt.

The most fabulous hotel i have ever stayed in. I have told every body i know to visit. My husband and i have never travelled ever and this was our first vacation and by the third night he asked if I had booked our next vacation. This is our very belated honeymoon (been married 32 years) and we have decieded that if this is the only place we ever visit we did awesome, the staff was so friendly and helpful and eager to please. We hope to return very soon.

Nous avions besoin de vacances reposantes et c'est ce que nous avons obtenu. La nourriture était fantastique. Le service était excellent. La piscine à débordement avec vue sur l'océan est un endroit idéal pour observer les baleines et siroter une boisson fraîche. Les chaises longues de la piscine sont également un endroit relaxant pour s'asseoir et profiter du soleil. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper en choisissant cet hôtel pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Perfect Holiday Needed a relaxing holiday and that is what we got. The food was fantastic. The service was great. The infinity pool looking over the ocean was a great place to watch the whales and sip a cold drink. The loungers in the pool is also a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sun. Can't go wrong with selecting this Hotel for a great vacation.

le personnel de ce centre de villégiature était formidable les terrains étaient bien entretenus ; la nourriture très bonne ; les chambres propres et spacieuses ; j'ai apprécié tous les aspects de ce complexe ; marcher sur la plage en regardant les bébés tortues de mer éclore et retourner à l'océan était merveilleux ; j'y retournerais sans aucun doute : Qu'avez-vous pensé de cet hôtel ? cet hôtel (terrain, espaces publics, chambres, restauration, caractéristiques, etc.)

fantastic resort the staff at this resort were great.Go up in the morning to watch . whales just of shore.the gounds were well maintained ;food -very good;rooms clean and roomy enjoyed every aspect of this resort.walking the beach watching the baby sea turtles hatch and go back to the ocean was wonderfull would definitly go backExample: What did you think about  this hotel? Posada Real Los Cabos: Un centre de vacances douillet et charmant

Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Conseil : Demandez une chambre donnant sur la piscine et/ou le jardin. Le jardin est assez inhabituel avec des cactus. La nourriture est sous forme de buffet, mais toujours variée. Animation dans le hall presque tous les soirs.

Cozy & Charming resort The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Tip: Ask for a room facing the pool and/or the garden. The garden is quite unusual with cactus plants. The food is all buffet style, but always varied. Entertainment in the lobby almost every night.

Le terrain était toujours impeccable, la vue était magnifique, les restaurants étaient toujours propres et les serveurs très attentifs. J'aurais aimé plus de choix à la carte. Le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait. Dans l'ensemble, un excellent voyage.

beautiful resort The grounds were always immaculate, the view was great, the restaurants were always clean and servers were very attentive. I would have liked some more selection at the a la carte. Housekeeping could have been better. Overall a great trip.

C'est un lieu de villégiature fantastique. Toutes les commodités que vous pourriez souhaiter. Le personnel était très sympathique, le buffet était aussi bon que possible et les plages étaient meilleures que prévu. Même les vendeurs de plage étaient sympathiques. Je reviendrai certainement... Très bon rapport qualité-prix !

Fantastic resort. It had everything This was a fantastic resort. Every amenity you could want. The staff was very friendly, the buffet food was as good as you can get and the beaches were better than expected. Even the beach vendors were friendly. I will definitely be back.. Very good value!
