Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Troisième voyage

Nous venons de rentrer de notre troisième séjour à Blue Bay. Nous avons encore adoré et avons déjà réservé pour deux semaines en février. Nous n'avons absolument rien à redire, si ce n'est que nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps. La grande piscine de la plage était en construction et devait être rénovée. Nous avons hâte de la voir terminée lorsque nous reviendrons. Tous les services ont été excellents. Nous vous remercions encore une fois

Third trip Just got back from our third trip to Blue Bay. We absolutely loved it again and already booked for 2 weeks in February. We have absolutely no complaints other than we weren't there long enough. The large pool at the beach was under construction for some needed revamping. We look forward to seeing it finished when we return. All services were wonderful. Thanks again

Emporio Cancun: Excellente expérience !

Nous avons passé un séjour de 7 jours et toutes nos interactions avec le personnel de l'hôtel ont été extraordinaires. Yesenia, notre femme de chambre, a été absolument géniale et nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Les serveurs du bar (Ruben, Louis) nous ont fait sentir les bienvenus et nous ont fait découvrir de nombreuses boissons nouvelles et savoureuses tout en faisant preuve de la plus grande hospitalité. nous avions acheté la formule tout compris et ils se sont assurés que nos tasses [... lire plus] ne soient jamais vides. 10/10.

Great experience! Great hotel, food was very tasty and variety was large. we had a 7 day stay and all of our interactions with hotel staff was amazing. Yesenia our housemaid was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home. our bar tenders (Ruben,Louis) made us feel very welcome and introduced us to many new and flavorful drinks while maintaining the upmost hospitality. we had purchased the all inclusive and they made sure our cups were never empty. 10/10.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel, un personnel fantastique !

Nous venons de passer deux semaines formidables à la Fiesta Americana. La nourriture était fantastique et le personnel extraordinaire. Nous avons séjourné dans un certain nombre d'hôtels tout compris dans la région de Puerto Vallarta et nous n'avons jamais eu d'aussi bon service à la clientèle. Le personnel s'est toujours assuré que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin sans être intrusif. Depuis notre expérience matinale avec Cezar et Raphael au neuvième étage et dans le patio du petit-dé [... lire plus]jeuner, jusqu'à Hugo et Ignacio sur la plage, en passant par Catalina et le reste du personnel du stand de serviettes, tout le monde était souriant, serviable et véritablement agréable. Nous avons également bénéficié d'un excellent service de la part des capitaines et, bien sûr, des chefs extraordinaires. Nous prévoyons sans aucun doute de revenir !

Great Resort, Fantastic Staff! We just came back from two great weeks at Fiesta Americana. The food was fantastic and the staff amazing. We have stayed at a number of all inclusive in the Puerto Vallarta area and this has been the best customer service we have experienced. The staff always made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. From our morning experience with Cezar and Raphael on the ninth floor and breakfast patio to Hugo and Ignacio on to beach to Catalina and the rest of the towel booth staff, everyone was smiling, helpful and genuinely pleasant. We had great service as well from the staff capitains and of course the amazing chefs. Definitely planning on a return visit!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Bon centre de villégiature.

J'ai visité ce complexe plusieurs fois, la dernière fois c'était il y a 8 ans. Le terrain est bien entretenu, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer. La nourriture est bonne, pas spéciale, mais toujours bonne. Il n'y a pas d'internet dans les chambres, il est situé dans le hall, souvent sans places assises. Il y a parfois des files d'attente au buffet ou pas de place assise, ce qui ne devrait pas arriver à un buffet. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit, mais je ne pense pas y retourner [... lire plus], il y a beaucoup d'autres options pour un coût similaire.

Good resort. I've been to this resort a number of times, last time was 8 years ago. The grounds are well taken care of, lots of room to move around. The food is fine, not special, but always good. There's no internet in the rooms, it's located in a lobby, often no open seating. Line ups at the buffet or no seating at times, shouldn't happen at a buffet. Overall a good place, I don't think I'll return though, lots of other options for a similar cost.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à VIM ! Le personnel était attentif et amical. Il connaissait nos noms et appelait le centre de villégiature "notre maison". La nourriture était très bonne et vous apprécierez chaque expérience au restaurant. L'océan est d'une belle couleur turquoise et les poissons anges viennent à chaque houle. Il existe plusieurs possibilités de divertissement en soirée. De nombreuses personnes que nous avons rencontrées nous ont dit qu'elles étaient des clients régul [... lire plus]iers, "quatrième séjour". Que vous cherchiez à vous détendre en couple ou à vous amuser en groupe d'amis, il y en aura pour tous les goûts. Nous prévoyons de réserver nos prochaines vacances dans ce complexe !

Amazing resort! We really enjoyed our stay at VIM! The staff were attentive and friendly. They knew our names and referred to the resort as "our home". The food was very good and you will enjoy every restaurant experience. The ocean is beautiful turquoise colored water and angel fish come in with each swell. There are several options for evening entertainment. Many of the people we met shared that they were repeat customers, "fourth stay". Whether you are looking to relax as a couple or have some fun as a travel group of friends, there will be something for all. We plan to book a future holiday at this resort!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Superbe station balnéaire

J'ai déjà séjourné dans ce complexe et le terrain, le personnel et la plage sont toujours aussi extraordinaires. Ma plainte est qu'il n'y a pas de Wifi ou de cafetière dans les chambres. Je pense qu'avec toutes les autres options dans la même gamme de prix, je vais chercher ailleurs.

Awesome resort I have been to this resort previously and the grounds, staff and beach are still amazing. My complaint is that there is no Wifi or coffee pot in the rooms. I think with all of the other options in the same price range, I will look elsewhere.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Grand voyage !

L'hôtel était génial ! Le personnel était formidable ! Le terrain était magnifique. J'ai trouvé que l'heure après le dîner était un peu brûlante. Nous n'aimons pas les spectacles, alors peut-être qu'un bar en plein air pour les boissons et la musique serait une bonne chose. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute ! Merci pour la recommandation.

Great trip!! The hotel was great!! The staff were amazing!! The grounds were beautiful. I did find the time after dinner to be kind of burning. We are not into shows so maybe an outdoor bar for drinks and music would go a long way. Would definitely go back! Thanks for the recommendation.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

C'était un hôtel extraordinaire. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Le terrain était magnifique, tout comme la piscine et la plage. Je reviendrais certainement ici. Le personnel était très sympathique et les animateurs se sont surpassés pour s'assurer que nous nous amusions. J'ai été étonnée que Marco et Marcello se souviennent même de nos noms. La nourriture était bonne et c'était bien qu'il y ait une variété de restaurants. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde.

Amazing resort This was an amazing hotel. Everything was so clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful as was the pool and beach. Would definetly go back here. The staff were all so friendly and the entertainment staff went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I was amazed that Marco and Marcello even remembered our names. Food was good and it was nice that there was a variety of restaurants to go to. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: De nouvelles vacances merveilleuses au Royal Decameron à Bucerias

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe. La nourriture, l'hébergement, le personnel, les piscines et l'emplacement sont tous excellents ! Très proche de Bucerias et de toutes les commodités locales. La plage est magnifique et tout était si propre !

Another wonderful holiday at the Royal Decameron in Bucerias This is our second trip to this resort. The food, accommodations, staff, pools and location all excellent! So close to Bucerias and all local amenities. The beach is wonderful and everything was so clean!

Allegro Cozumel: Allegro Cozumel

Le complexe est petit, propre et très calme. Les chambres sont rénovées mais les murs sont minces comme du papier, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile si vous vous couchez tôt. La nourriture est correcte, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix si vous n'êtes pas de nationalité mexicaine. La réservation des dîners de spécialité a été difficile, ils semblent avoir des problèmes avec les réservations et les horaires. Les dates et les heures que l'on nous a annoncées comme n'étant pas disponibles l'ont été p [... lire plus]our des amis qui ont réservé un jour après nous. La nourriture au bar des sports était épouvantable, je me suis plaint, le lendemain il y avait des hot-dogs. Les employés du bureau de réservation n'ont pas résolu les problèmes, ils ont plutôt ignoré le problème, je suis revenu le lendemain et j'ai parlé à une femme qui a résolu le problème. La plage et l'eau étaient superbes. Je ne retournerai pas dans ce centre de villégiature, c'était bien de l'essayer, cela m'a permis de mieux comprendre. Je suis allé faire de la plongée sous-marine, le centre de plongée était bien, le service était bon et les plongées étaient excellentes avec des maîtres de plongée très expérimentés Bien que les chambres soient rénovées et propres, j'ai donné une note passable en raison des murs et du plafond minces comme du papier où l'on peut entendre les gens d'à côté

The resort is small, clean and very quiet. The rooms are updated but walls are paper thin making it difficult to sleep if you are in bed early. Food is ok, not much selection if your not Mexican nationals. Reserving the specialty dinners was difficult, they seemed to have issues with reservations and timing. Date and times we were told were not available, were, to friends who booked a day after we tried to. The food at the sports bar was terrible, I complained, next day there were hot dogs. The employees at the front reservation desk did not resolve concerns, rather skated the concern, came back the next day and spoke to a women who did resolve. The beach and water was great. I won't be going back to this resort, was good to try it, gained some understanding. I went to scuba dive, The dive center was good, good service and the dives were great with very experienced dive masters, top rating to Pro Dive Although the rooms are updated and clean, I gave it a fair rating due to the paper thin walls/ceiling where the next door folks can be heard a fair rating

L'arnaque a commencé dès que nous sommes descendus de l'avion. J'ai demandé à une personne de m'indiquer où se trouvait le bus et elle m'a emmenée vers un type qui se trouvait à un stand. Il m'a demandé où je logeais et je lui ai répondu, puis il m'a demandé si je voulais faire des excursions pendant mon séjour, ce à quoi j'ai bien sûr répondu par l'affirmative. Il m'a parlé d'un marché et m'a dit que je devais le rencontrer le lendemain pendant 90 minutes pour une visite. J'ai accepté, naïve je [... lire plus] suppose. Nous sommes finalement arrivés à notre bus et à l'hôtel. Dès le départ, nous avons été accueillis par un gentleman qui nous a conduits à une table et nous a dit qu'il allait s'assurer que nous passions un bon moment. Il m'a demandé si j'avais parlé à quelqu'un à l'aéroport, je lui ai répondu par l'affirmative et lui ai expliqué ce qui s'était passé. Il m'a ensuite proposé de prendre mes billets et de m'en donner de nouveaux afin que je ne quitte pas l'hôtel avec quelqu'un d'autre. Une fois de plus, nous devions nous rencontrer pendant 90 minutes le lendemain. Je n'avais toujours aucune idée de la raison pour laquelle nous nous rencontrions, je pensais simplement que c'était ce que font tous les clients. Il s'avère que c'est comme un Time Share auquel ils veulent que vous adhériez. Si nous n'étions pas restés pendant les 90 minutes, j'aurais perdu la possibilité de faire mon excursion. Personne ne vous dit de vous méfier, mais je pensais que tout le monde le faisait. Les deux premiers jours ont mis un bémol à nos vacances et il est probable que je ne reviendrai plus au Mexique.

Would not go back The scam started as soon as we got off the plane. I asked one person directions to the bus and she took me over to a guy at a booth. He asked where I was staying and I told him, he then asked if I wanted to go on excursions while I was there, of course the answer was yes. He told me about a deal and that I would have to meet him the next day for 90 minutes for a tour. I agreed, naive I guess. We finally made it to our bus and to the hotel. Right off the start we were greeted by a gentleman who took us to a table and said he was going to make sure we had a good time. He asked if I had spoken to anyone at the airport and I said yes and explained what happened. He then offered to take my tickets and give me new ones so I do not leave the hotel with someone else. Again we had to meet for 90 minutes the next day. I still had no idea why we were meeting, just thought it was what every guest does. It turns out to be like a Time Share they want you to get on board with. If we wouldn't have stayed for the 90 minutes I would have lost the opportunity to go on my excursion. No one tells you to "BEWARE", again just thought everyone did this. The first 2 days put a damper over our vacation and I probable will not visit Mexico again.

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Nice Resort

L'hôtel était agréable @ les fleurs étaient bien entretenues. La nourriture dans les restaurants était très bonne mais il n'y avait pas les produits de base : bacon, bananes, beurre. Les restaurants étaient fermés sans préavis. Les informations sur les restaurants étaient difficiles à trouver. La chambre était excellente. La voie d'accès à l'hôtel était très encombrée.

The resort was nice @ the floral was well kept. The food in restaurants was very good but not stocked with basic items : bacon, bananas, butter. Restaurants were closed giving no notice. Information on the restaurants was hard to find. The room was excellent. The lane way up to the hotel was very junky.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Génial

L'hôtel était très bien, l'accueil était hors du commun. Ils nous ont aidés car nous ne savions pas du tout à quoi nous attendre. Ils se sont trompés dans notre réservation mais l'ont rapidement corrigée. Ils se sont trompés de chambre le premier soir et l'ont corrigée le lendemain. Tout s'est bien passé.

Awesome The hotel was great.greating us was out of this world. They were so friendly, very helpful to us as we had no idea as to what to expect.They messed up our reservation but soon corrected it .Wrong room first night straitened it out next day. All went well.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: De grands moments !

J'y suis allée avec des amis et j'ai apprécié notre séjour. Le terrain était bien entretenu et le service était excellent, tout le monde était très amical. Nous sommes allés dans tous les restaurants, difficile de choisir un préféré, l'italien était particulièrement bon. Ne manquez pas les tacos frais préparés tous les jours, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Great times!! I went with friends and enjoyed our stay. The grounds were well kept and the service was great..everyone was very friendly. We went to all of the restaurants hard to pick a favourite..the Italian was especially good. Don't miss out on the fresh tacos being made daily..you will not be disappointed.

Grand Riviera Princess: Meilleur voyage !

Du début à la fin, nous n'avons eu que des commentaires élogieux sur notre séjour de 8 jours ! C'est la troisième fois que nous venons ici et ce ne sera pas la dernière ! Le complexe a conservé sa propreté et son apparence après toutes ces années. Le personnel est des plus sympathiques et s'occupe de servir et d'entretenir toute la journée autour de l'hôtel ! La nourriture est toujours fraîche et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Vous pouvez trouver une plage ou un lit tranquille pour lire ou faire [... lire plus] la fête à la piscine. Les spectacles du soir sont de premier ordre et les danseurs ont gardé leur rythme rapide depuis la première fois que nous sommes venus il y a des années ! Excellent ! Best Trip ! From the Start to Finish we couldn't say enough but Great reviews about our 8 day stay! Our 3rd time here and won't be our last! The resort has kept up its cleanliness and appearance after all these years. The staff are the friendliest people and are serving and maintaining all day around the resort! Food was always fresh and so much assortment for everyones taste. You can go find a quite beach/pool bed to read or party at the pools. The evening shows are top notch and have kept their fast paced dancers up beat from 1st time we were here years ago! Excellent! Can't wait fo return🌴😎🍹

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Absolument incroyable !

J'ai passé un séjour extraordinaire. Le complexe était magnifique et bien entretenu, et le personnel était formidable. En particulier l'équipe d'animation et de divertissement. Ils ont fait en sorte que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus et comme chez vous. 10/10 J'y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Absolutely amazing!! I had the most amazing time. The resort was beautiful and well kept, and the staff were amazing. Especially the Animation/Entertainment Team. They made you feel welcome and at home. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Propreté, amabilité et personnel très attentif

Nous y sommes allés pour notre lune de miel et avons réservé la suite jacuzzi penthouse supérieure. C'était incroyable ! Les étoiles la nuit étaient incroyables ! Superbe hôtel, nous y reviendrons à 100% ! Un endroit idéal pour se reposer et se détendre !

Clean, friendly and very attentive staff We went for our honeymoon and booked the superior penthouse jacuzzi suite. It was incredible! The stars at night were amazing! Great hotel, we would 100% sray here again! Great place for rest and relaxation!

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Un personnel formidable !

La piscine de style Laguna était incroyable dans ce complexe - de loin ma piscine préférée dans n'importe quel complexe. La nourriture était délicieuse, le personnel était toujours attentif et nous avons même été surclassés dans une chambre face à l'océan pour notre dernière nuit. C'est une très belle expérience et un lieu de villégiature merveilleux.

Wonderful staff! The Laguna style pool was incredible at this resort- by far my favourite pool at any resort. The food was delicious, there were always attentive staff who even upgraded us to an oceanfront room on our last overnight. Such a lovely experience and wonderful resort.
