L'hôtel est fabuleux ! Le terrain est bien entretenu et les chambres sont grandes et propres. Nous avons trouvé le complexe immense, mais nous n'avons pas eu de mal à nous déplacer en voiturette de golf. (Adultes plus âgés) Les spectacles étaient bien faits et divertissants. La nourriture était excellente. Nos restaurants préférés étaient le restaurant japonais et le steak house. Le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant. La rivière paresseuse et la piscine sinueuse sont absolument les m [... lire plus]eilleures caractéristiques du complexe. On s'y amuse beaucoup ! La plongée avec masque et tuba sur la plage est excellente et nous avons vu beaucoup de poissons. Il y a beaucoup de pallapas dans ce complexe, ce qui permet d'avoir de l'ombre si on le souhaite l'ombre si vous le souhaitez. Allez voir le spectacle des dauphins à l'hôtel. C'est gratuit, sauf si vous voulez nager avec eux. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un lieu de villégiature fantastique ! Assurez-vous de voir le spectacle des dauphins...

The hotel was fabulous! The grounds are well kept and the rooms are large and clean. We found the resort huge but didn't have any trouble catching a ride on a golf cart. (Older adults) The shows were well done and entertaining. The food was awesome . Our favourite restaurants were the Japanese and the Steak House. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lazy river and the winding pool are absolutely the best features of the resort. So much fun! The snorkelling at the beach is great and we saw lots of fish. Lots of pallapas at this resort so you can have shade if you want. Go see the dolphin show at the resort . It's free unless you want to swim with them. All in all this is a fantastic resort ! Make sure you see the dolphin show..

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Premier voyage dans le Sud - C'était incroyable WOW !

En 46 ans de vie, c'était la première fois que je me rendais dans un centre de villégiature dans le sud. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tous mes amis et à ma famille - nous sommes déjà en train de planifier notre prochaine visite. Les employés sont A-1 et fournissent un service A-1. Je tiens à remercier personnellement Ivan et Guadalupe, qui ont rendu mon séjour au centre de villégiature chaleureux et accueillant. Ces deux personnes se sont démarquées de toutes les autres. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient fantastiques et j'apprécie vraiment la façon dont ils impliquent les enfants dans chaque spectacle nocturne. J'ai fait ce voyage avec ma sœur, nous n'avions pas d'enfants avec nous, mais nous avons vraiment apprécié le spectacle pour enfants, et lors de notre prochain voyage, nos enfants et petits-enfants viendront avec nous. First Trip South- It was Amazing WOW! This was the first time I was ever to a Resort down South in my 46 years of life. I would recommend this Resort to all my friends and Family- Heck we are already planning our next time. The workers are A-1 and Provided A-1 Service. I would actually like to pass on a personal Thanks and my Appreciation to Ivan and Guadalupe, they made my Stay at the resort warm and welcoming. These two people stood out above all others. I can't wait to see them again. People like that make the Resort. Keep Smile Ivan! The entertainment at night was fantastic and I really enjoy how they involve the kids into each night show. I was on this trip with my sister, we didn't bring any kids with us- but certainly enjoyed the kids show, that our next trip our kids and grandchildren will be coming with us. Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: C'était un très beau complexe et très propre

Les chambres étaient très soignées et propres, le personnel était très serviable et gentil. Les restaurants étaient propres et les serveurs et serveuses étaient très sympathiques et toujours prêts à aider de quelque manière que ce soit. Le terrain était très soigné et propre, et si ce n'était pas le cas, ils essayaient toujours de l'améliorer. La piscine était géniale, elle était si grande et il y avait des chaises longues dans les deux piscines avec des bars à balançoires. Le seul vrai problème [... lire plus] que nous ayons eu, c'est la machine à glaçons qui ne fonctionnait pas, nous l'avons dit mais elle n'a jamais été réparée. Cependant, nous avons pu aller dans l'un des autres bâtiments pour obtenir de la glace, ce qui n'a pas posé de problème.

This was a beautiful resort and very clean Rooms were very neat and clean, staff was very helpful and kind. Restaurants were clean and and waitors and waitress were very friendly and constantly wanting to help in anyway. The grounds were very neat and clean, and if not they were always trying to make it look better. The pool was awesome, it was so big and had the lounge chairs in both pools with swin up bars. The only real probelm we had was the ice machine did not work, we told them but it never did get fixed. However, we were able to go into one of the other buildings to get ice so that was okay.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Occidnetal Grand Xcaret

Le centre de villégiature était un peu désorienté au début. Nous n'avons pas trouvé grand-chose avant les deux derniers jours. Nous avons également eu quelques difficultés avec nos excursions. La chambre était propre et confortable et les sentiers de la station étaient agréables à parcourir en raison de la faune que l'on pouvait rencontrer. Les spectacles du soir étaient très bien faits et c'était une bonne surprise de voir différents vendeurs installés autour du théâtre pendant quelques soirs.  [... lire plus]Le shopping à Playa del Carmen était très facile à réaliser pour une première fois.

The resort was a bit disorienting at first. We didnt find quite a few things until our last couple of days. We also had some difficulty with our excursions. The room was clean and comfortable and the trails within the resort were fun to walk because of the wildlife you would come across.The evening shows were very well done and it was a nice surprise to see different vendors set up around the theatre during a couple of evenings. Shopping in Playa del Carmen was very easy to accomplish for first time going there.

El Dorado Royale: Merveilleuse escapade !

Tout dans ce centre de villégiature était de première classe ! La nourriture était merveilleuse et il y avait tant d'endroits différents où manger qui étaient tous excellents. Le service était toujours souriant. Notre salle de bain était parfaite pour une baignade rapide et très proche de la plage - à quelques pas en fait. Nous recommanderions ce complexe à tout le monde.

Wonderful getaway! Everything about this resort was first class! The food was wonderful and so many different places to eat at which were all great. Service was always with a smile. Our swim up room was perfect for a quick dip and very close to the beach- steps away in fact. We would recommend this resort to anyone.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Ce n'était pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions !!!

Nous, 5 familles, y avons séjourné pendant les vacances de mars. Nous nous sommes tous plaints de certaines choses. Tout d'abord, le coffre-fort que nous avons payé 45 dollars pour une semaine, uniquement pour obtenir le code... totalement absurde ! Les oreillers et les matelas étaient très inconfortables. L'eau de la piscine n'était pas assez propre. Il n'y avait pas de plage de sable, en effet. La baignoire jacuzzi de la chambre était jaunâtre et ne pouvait pas vraiment être utilisée. Mon fils [... lire plus] est tombé malade un soir et j'ai demandé une soupe dans la chambre. Finalement, j'ai obtenu un bol de soupe froide, après 2 heures et après beaucoup de cris et de disputes avec le personnel de la conciergerie et de la cuisine... Le seul point positif était la nourriture dans les buffets. Le resort n'était pas ce que j'attendais...

It wasn't what we expected!!! Well, we, 5 families, were there during the March break. Few things that we all complained about. First the safety box that we paid $45 for one week, only for getting the code... totally nonsense!!! The pillows and mattresses were very uncomfortable. The water in the pool wasn't clean enough. There was no sandy beach, indeed. The in room Jacuzzi tub was yellowish that you can't be really used. My son got sick one night and I asked for a soup in the room. Finally I got a bowl of cold soup, after 2 hours and after lots of yelling and arguing with the staff at the concierge and kitchen...The only good thing was the food in the buffets. The resort wasn't what I expected...

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Grand centre de villégiature !!!

Dans l'ensemble, le Grand Bahia Principe Coba a répondu à nos attentes et les a même dépassées.Nous avons séjourné dans la section Royal Golden du 19 au 26 mars.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enregistrés rapidement et nous avons trouvé le personnel de la réception courtois et amical.Notre chambre était immense avec un grand lit confortable et une grande salle de bain.Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et, à notre grande joie, le buffet était ouvert et la nourriture était incroyable.Le pers [... lire plus]onnel était très sympathique, en particulier Abigail au Golden Lounge et Andres au Kukulcan Dining hall. Les trolleys qui vous emmènent dans les différentes parties de la station étaient amusants et un moyen rapide de se déplacer, nous avons vraiment apprécié le marché Hacienda.Nous avons également pris le Collectivo (bus/van) à Playa Del Carman, qui coûtait 70 pesos (environ 5 $) par couple, et nous sommes revenus vers 22 heures également avec le Collectivo, c'était génial, environ 30 minutes de route et nous a déposés à leur station à 2 pâtés de maisons de la 5ème avenue. Le complexe est immense, mais il y a beaucoup de piscines et d'activités pour occuper tout le monde, nous avons adoré l'amphithéâtre et les spectacles nocturnes.Notre seule déception était les grandes quantités d'algues qui dérivaient vers l'intérieur des récifs, ne permettant pas aux gens de profiter de la plage autant qu'ils le voudraient... Le personnel a travaillé extrêmement dur pour ramasser les algues avec un chargeur frontal, des râteaux et des sacs, et mérite d'être félicité pour cela, nous avons apprécié nos deux derniers jours à la plage grâce à leur travail acharné... Nous recommanderions le Grand Bahia Principe Coba à n'importe qui, merci pour un séjour merveilleux !!!

Great Resort!!! Overall the Grand Bahia Principe Coba lived up to and surpassed our expectations.We were guests in the Royal Golden section March 19-26, and upon arrival we were checked in fast and found front desk staff courteous and friendly.Our room was huge with a huge comfortable kingsize bed and large bathroom.We arrived late at night and much to our delight the buffet was open and the food was incredible.Our building was 24b which overlooked the adults pool and was situated close to everything.Staff was very friendly,expecially Abigail in the Golden Lounge and Andres in the Kukulcan Dining hall.The trollys that take you to different parts of the resort were fun and a fast way to get around,we really enjoyed the Hacienda Market .We also took the Collectivo (bus/van)into Playa Del Carman,which cost 70 pesos(about$5)per couple and came back about 10pm also on the Collectivo,it was great about a 30 minute drive and dropped us off at their station a 2 block walk to 5th avenue.The resort is huge,but there are lots of pools and activities to keep everyone busy,we loved the ampitheatre and the nightly shows.Our only disappointment was the large amounts of seaweed which drifted inward off the reefs,not allowing people to enjoy the beach as much as they would like...staff worked extremely hard gathering seaweed up with a frontend loader and rakes and bags,and derserve credit for this ,we enjoyed our last two days at the beach because of their hardwork...We would recommend the Grand Bahia Principe Coba to anyone,thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Pas ce que l'on attendait

Sachant qu'il s'agit d'un grand complexe hôtelier, je m'attendais à quelques difficultés, mais je n'étais pas prête à faire face à la désorganisation que nous avons connue. J'ai trouvé que plus souvent qu'autrement, le service et l'amabilité du personnel n'étaient pas très bons. Je suis un buveur de Pepsi et ce centre de villégiature fournit du Coca, alors le premier jour j'ai fait un voyage spécial au magasin pour acheter du Pepsi, seulement pour me le faire voler dans ma chambre le jour suivan [... lire plus]t. Le buffet était très bon, mais essayer de réserver un menu à la carte était ridicule. Arrivé un mercredi, on m'a dit que les premières réservations disponibles étaient pour le dimanche soir ? Les lits et les oreillers étaient très durs. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un très beau complexe, nous n'y reviendrons pas

Not What Expected Knowing this is a huge resort I did expect some challenges, but wasn't ready to deal with the disorganization that we experienced. I found that more often than not, the service / friendliness of the staff wasn't that great. I'm a Pepsi drinker and this resort provides Coke, so on Day 1 made a special trip to the store to buy Pepsi, only to have it stolen from my room the next day. Buffet was really good, but trying to book any a la carte was ridiculous. Arrived on a Wednesday & was told the first available bookings were Sunday night? Beds and pillows were very hard. While a beautiful resort, this is not one we'll be returning to

El Dorado Seaside Palms: Des vacances extraordinaires dans ce centre de villégiature.

La chambre d'hôtel, le service, la nourriture et les divertissements étaient tous excellents. Le seul point négatif est la longueur du trajet entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel - 60 minutes en taxi privé ou plus d'une heure et demie en bus régulier avec plusieurs arrêts.

AWESOME Vacation at this resort. The hotel room, service, food and entertainment were all excellent. The only negative is the long ride to the hotel from the airport - 60 minutes via private taxi or 1.5+ hours in regular bus with a number of stops.

Grand Velas Riviera Maya: Vraiment étonnant... Luxe

Ce centre de villégiature est vraiment extraordinaire. Le personnel s'occupe très bien de vous et est très sympathique. Les terrains et les installations sont très bien entretenus. Ne manquez pas le service d'étage pour le petit déjeuner ! Le service d'étage est livré à la minute près tous les matins. Pas besoin de marcher ou de nager jusqu'au bar, le personnel s'assure que vos boissons ne sont pas vides et s'efforce de vous satisfaire. Seul bémol... Si vous voulez une vie nocturne, il n'y a pas [... lire plus] grand-chose dans ce complexe, bien qu'il y ait un beau bar avec la capacité d'organiser une bonne fête.

Truley Amazing... Luxury This resort is truly amazing. The staff takes excellent care of you and very personable. Excellently maintained grounds and facilities. Be sure to get room service for breakfast! Room service delivered on time to the minute every morning. No need to walk or swim to the bar, the staff makes sure your drinks don't run empty and aim to keep you satisfied. Only Con... If you want nightlife, there is not much at this resort although they have a beautiful bar with the capacity to support a good party.

Ocean Maya Royale: Nice Resort

L'hôtel était très agréable et la chambre était superbe ! Les employés de l'hôtel étaient très gentils, serviables et respectueux. Le terrain est bien entretenu et la nuit, toutes les lumières étaient magnifiques et brillantes !

The hotel was really nice and the room was amazing! The people at the hotel were so nice, helpful and respectful. The grounds are well maintained and at night all the lights were so beautiful and bright!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un personnel extraordinaire

La nourriture est bonne. Le personnel est formidable. Les chambres sont très propres mais nous n'avons pas pu dormir. Notre chambre était juste à côté de la rue. Le personnel de maison frappe à votre porte même si vous avez un panneau "ne pas déranger". La plage était horrible et l'emplacement était difficile. Comme nous n'étions pas près de la plage, faire la navette tout le temps devenait vite ennuyeux. Si vous êtes du genre à traîner autour de la piscine et à dormir profondément, cet hôtel vo [... lire plus]us conviendra. Nous avons trouvé que Tulum était un meilleur hôtel et beaucoup plus pratique.

Amazing Staff The food is good. The staff is amazing. The rooms are very clean but we were unable to sleep. Our room was right next to the street. The house keeping knock's on your door even if you have a do not disturb sign on it. The beach was terrible and the location was challenging. Since we were not close to the beach, shuttling around all the time got old fast. If your the type that hangs around the pool and a deep sleeper, this hotel will be fine. We found Tulum to be a better hotel and much more convenient.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Le resort était exceptionnel en termes de nourriture et de service. Le terrain était joli avec une végétation luxuriante, de belles piscines, une plage... et même des singes sur le site. Les installations comprennent une salle de sport, petite mais récente et bien équipée. L'ambiance de l'hôtel a été appréciée grâce à la gastronomie exceptionnelle, au personnel, au terrain et à la piscine/plage. Excellent pour un petit complexe personnel.

Wonderful resort The resort was exceptional in terms of the food and service. The grounds were pretty with lush vegetation, nice pools, beach..even monkeys on the resort. The facilities included a gym which was small but new with good equipment. The ambiance of the resort was appreciated from the exceptional gourmet, staff, grounds, and pool/beach. Great for a small personal resort.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: beau centre de villégiature

Le complexe était très agréable... il y avait tout ce que vous vouliez ou dont vous aviez besoin... la seule plainte était les mauvaises odeurs à certains endroits lorsque vous vous promenez sur le terrain....ça sentait les égouts......les algues étaient un terrible problème pour eux cette année... c'est ce qu'on nous a dit......les piscines sont magnifiques... nous, en tant que clients plus âgés, aurions aimé entendre un peu de musique ancienne et danser le soir.....il faudrait plus de mélange  [... lire plus]de musique et un peu plus d'animation le soir dans le salon ........pas besoin d'emporter des serviettes de plage, du shampoing, du gel douche, un sèche-cheveux, ........ Il y a des magasins sur place si vous avez oublié quelque chose. ........ Nous sommes allés en ville avec une navette pour 6 $ l'aller... qui vient vous chercher dans le hall d'entrée. ....nous avons trouvé que les prix étaient bien meilleurs dans le magasin à gauche en sortant de la bijouterie où l'on vous dépose à l'arrière du magasin... mais il y a un Wal Mart au bout de la rue sur la 10ème avenue. Tout au bout à droite....J'étais un peu nerveuse à l'idée d'y aller mais vraiment pas besoin de l'être.... J'y retournerai certainement.....de superbes vacances.....la semaine n'était pas assez longue ....nous étions dans le bâtiment 6, chambre 6322, je pense que c'était la section la plus récente..... Lit king size, très confortable.... chambre était magnifique...la piscine tranquille est proche mais la plage et la plus grande piscine sont à quelques pas ou vous pouvez être pris avec les trolleys....

nice resort The resort was very nice...everything there you would want or need...the only complaint was the bad odors in certain places as you are walking around the grounds....smelled like sewer......sea weed was a terrible problem for them this year ..so we were told......the pools are beautiful..we as older clients would like to have heard some oldie music and dancing in the evenings.....need more mixture of music and a little more lively in the evenings in the lounge ........don't need to take beach towels,shampoo,body wash,hair blower,.......there are stores on the resort if you did forget anything.......went down town on a shuttle bus for $6.00 each way... picks you up in the front lobby....last one to return to resort is at 6pm or you can get a taxi for $30.00 ..we found the prices much better in the store to the left as you come out of the jewelery store where they drop you off at the back of the store...but there is a Wal Mart down the street on 10th ave. At the very end to the right....I was a little nervous to go but really no need to be.... I will definitely go back again.....great vacation.....week wasn't long enough ....we were in building 6 ,room 6322,I think it was the newer section..... King size bed,very comfortable....room was beautiful...the quiet pool is near there but the beach and larger pool is quite a walk or you can be picked up with the trolleys .

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellentes vacances... Je reviendrais sans aucun doute !

Dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été excellentes. Notre agent de voyage Tracy Duffin nous a recommandé ce centre de villégiature et nous sommes très heureux qu'elle l'ait fait. Le terrain était magnifique et très propre. Notre majordome Andres était merveilleux, il connaissait très bien l'hôtel et les environs. La plage était très belle, malheureusement il y avait beaucoup d'algues qui s'échouaient sur le rivage, l'hôtel, bien qu'ils aient travaillé très dur, n'a pas pu suivre le nettoyage. La  [... lire plus]nourriture était moyenne au buffet mais bien meilleure dans les restaurants a lacart. Le personnel était excellent dans tout l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Great Vacation... Would Definitely Return! Overall it was a great vacation. Our travel agent Tracy Duffin recommended this resort to us and we are very happy she did. The grounds were beautiful and kept very clean. Our butler Andres was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable abut the hotel an surrounding areas. The beach was very nice, the unfortunate thing was there was quite a lot of seaweed washing up on shore, The hotel, although they worked very hard, could not keep up with the cleanup. The food was average at the buffet but much better at the a lacart restaurants. The staff were excellent throughout the hotel. We would definitely return.

Un centre de villégiature de premier ordre ! Des vues à couper le souffle, des terrains bien entretenus, un service impeccable partout, un personnel extrêmement sympathique, de nombreuses activités et des repas gastronomiques incroyables. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour à Azul Fives a été Excelente !

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Un grand moment de soleil

L'hôtel et le terrain étaient très beaux. La nourriture était excellente, à l'exception du restaurant italien. Les divertissements étaient extraordinaires, et c'est probablement ce que j'ai préféré. La plage était belle, à l'exception des algues. Les piscines étaient très belles, mais je n'y suis jamais allé. Les boissons étaient excellentes et le personnel de service aussi.

Great time in the sunshine Hotel and grounds were very nice. The food was great except the Italian restaurant. the entertainment was amazing, probably my favourite part. The beach was nice, except for the seaweed. The pools looked very nice but never went in them. The drinks were awesome and the wait staff was too.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Excellent séjour !

Je reviens d'un excellent séjour dans une suite d'une chambre à l'Azul Fives. Nous y sommes allés avec notre mari et notre enfant de 3 ans. Notre chambre avec salon complet avec canapé sectionnel, demi-salle de bain séparée, salle à manger et cuisine était plus qu'assez grande. Toutes les demandes préalables ont été satisfaites (berceau et poussette). Plus qu'assez d'activités pour les enfants et le service de majordome de plage pour aider à trouver des chaises/lits de plage ombragés a été parti [... lire plus]culièrement utile. Les piscines étaient propres et l'eau de la "lazy river", qui serpente le long des villas/chambres du resort, était chaude comme une baignoire, avec des entrées graduées pour les plus petits. La nourriture et le choix dans tous les restaurants que nous avons essayés étaient très bons. L'hôtel s'est vraiment occupé des enfants, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le personnel de service était dans l'ensemble très bon.

Great Stay! Just back from a great stay in a 1 bedroom suite at the Azul Fives. Went with husband and 3 yr. old. Our room with full living room with sectional sofa, separate half bath, dining room and kitchen was more than big enough. All requests beforehand were met (crib and stroller). More than enough activities for the kids and beach butler service to help with finding shaded beach chairs/beds was especially helpful. Pools were clean and water in the "lazy river" winding pool along resort villas/rooms was bathtub warm with graduated entrances for little ones. Food and selection at all restaurants we tried was very good. Hotel really catered to kids which was very much appreciated. Wait staff were overall very good.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: excellent centre de villégiature pour les familles

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans ce centre de villégiature et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Nous y sommes allés avec deux jeunes enfants et ma seule plainte aurait été la distance entre notre chambre et tout....mais nous aurions pu demander une chambre plus proche. Le complexe proposait de superbes divertissements pour les enfants, toujours de la nourriture adaptée aux enfants et beaucoup de choses à faire avec eux. lorsque vous arrivez, faites attention aux promoteurs de "time share" [... lire plus] qui veulent que vous vous rencontriez le lendemain. ... pour nous, c'était une perte de temps ! Nous retournerons certainement dans ce complexe avec nos enfants !

great family resort We just got back from a week at this resort and would go back in a heartbeat. We went with two young kids and my only complaint would have been how far our room was from everything....but we could have requested a closer room. The resort had great entertainment for kids, always had kid friendly food available and lots of stuff to do with them. when you arrive look out for the "time share" promoters that want you to meet the following day. ... for us it was a waste of time! We would definitely go back to this resort with our kids!

Quel beau complexe hôtelier. 5 étoiles sur toute la ligne....le décor, la piscine, la nourriture. Le personnel était le plus amical et le mieux formé que j'aie jamais rencontré. La plage était magnifique et l'eau chaude. Notre chambre était magnifique, nous nous sommes endormis chaque soir au son des vagues.

Beautiful What a lovely resort. 5 star all the way....the decor, the pool, the food. The staff were the friendliest and best trained I have come across. The beach was magnificent and the water warm. Our room was beautiful,we fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves.
