Riu Dunamar: Excellent personnel !

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de faire des commentaires sur les voyages car je pense que c'est l'expérience et le niveau de relaxation que vous pouvez atteindre. cet hôtel était très joliment conçu. le bleu tropical qui se trouve dans tout l'hôtel est attrayant. les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. les salles de bains très grandes. le personnel était agréable et accommodant. le personnel de restauration et le personnel du bar, excellents. Nourriture : bien qu'il y ait une grande variété, nous [... lire plus] avons trouvé que c'était très fade. Les desserts étaient jolis à regarder, mais ils étaient affreux. Ils n'avaient littéralement aucun goût. Cependant, l'une de nos quatre personnes était malade et le chef lui a préparé une soupe et du riz spécial. Plage. On m'a dit par la suite que les meilleures périodes pour y aller afin de ne pas rencontrer d'algues étaient avant mai et après juillet. il y avait tellement d'algues, mais elles étaient entretenues par le personnel. on ne peut rien faire contre mère nature. cependant, un crime a été commis quelques jours avant notre arrivée. nous avons été choqués lorsque nous avons vu le policier entièrement vêtu porter un énorme pistolet. mais à part cela, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en danger. Piscines : les piscines étaient fantastiques. il y a 5 piscines, toutes superbes. aucune plainte. divertissements : il y avait une variété de spectacles qui satisfaisaient les différents types de clients qu'ils avaient. l'hôtel lui-même était fantastique.

Excellent Staff! I usually do not comment about trips as I believe it is the experience and the level of relaxation you can achieve. this hotel was very beautifully designed. the tropical blue that is through out the hotel is appealing. the room were spacious and clean. bathrooms very large. the staff was pleasant and accomidating. the food staff and bar staff, excellent. Food: although there was a large variety, we found that it was very bland. They did have different sauces to add spice to the food if you desired. the desserts were pretty to look at. but the they tasted awful. they literally had no taste. however, one of our 4 was sick and they chef made soup and special rice for her. so that was above and beyond excellent service. Beach. I was told after that the best times to go so you do not encounter the seaweed is before May and after July. there was so much seaweed, but it was maintained by the staff .nothing you can do about mother nature. however there was a crime that occurred a few days before we arrived. we were shocked when we saw the fully garbed policy carrying a huge gun. but aside from that we did not feel unsafe. Pools: the pools were fantastic. there are 5 pools- all great. no complaints. entertainment: they had a variety of shows that satisfied the different type of clients they had. so it was fair. the hotel itself was fantastic.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Grand centre de villégiature

Le centre de villégiature était très bien. Il y avait beaucoup de zones de baignade, y compris une zone réservée aux adultes. Le parc aquatique pour enfants était bien aussi. La nourriture était assez bonne ... pas la meilleure que j'ai mangée au Mexique, mais elle n'était pas mauvaise. Le steakhouse, l'italien et le teppanyaki étaient les meilleurs. Quelques inconvénients : la plage était mauvaise, elle sentait mauvais. Les piscines ont compensé. Il a plu constamment pendant quelques jours et  [... lire plus]notre chambre n'avait pas de parasol - bonne chance pour en obtenir un auprès du service clientèle ou de la réception. Nous étions trempés lorsque nous allions dîner, etc. Aussi, apportez beaucoup de $1™s si vous voulez donner un pourboire.... la réception n'avait pas non plus de "change". Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon hôtel pour l'argent que nous avons payé - est-ce que j'y retournerais ? Seulement s'il s'agit d'une très bonne affaire.

Great resort Resort was great. Lots of areas to swim including an adults only area. The Kids water park was good too. The food was pretty good ...not the best I’ve had in Mexico but wasn’t bad. Steakhouse, Italian and teppanyaki was the best. A few cons: beach was bad, smelled awful. Pools made up for it though. It rained constantly for a few days and our room didn’t have an umbrella— good luck getting one from guest services or the front desk. We were soaked going to dinner, etc. Also, bring lots of $1’s if you want to tip....front desk also did not carry “change” Overall, it was a good resort for the money we paid — would I go again? Only if it was a really great deal.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Le terrain, les bâtiments, les chambres, les piscines sont excellents et propres, la nourriture est bonne, sauf que les restaurants à la carte sont plus bas qu'il y a deux ans.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Étonnant centre de villégiature pour les familles

C'était la première fois que notre famille passait des vacances tout compris, nous ne savions donc pas vraiment à quoi nous attendre. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis par le personnel et son attitude amicale. Le personnel nous a beaucoup aidés. Ils nous ont apporté tout ce dont nous avions besoin et ont même installé un lit supplémentaire dans notre chambre ! L'hôtel lui-même était très agréable. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités pour tous les âges. Mes enfants ont b [... lire plus]eaucoup aimé les spectacles le soir. Le personnel chargé des activités et des divertissements était très amusant et divertissant. Nous avons fait de l'exercice dans l'eau, joué au volley-ball et au basket-ball. La nourriture était également délicieuse. Nous avons adoré le restaurant méditerranéen. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel lorsque nous retournerons au Mexique ! Je recommanderai certainement cet endroit à tout le monde ;) merci pour cette merveilleuse expérience ! !!

Amazing Family Resort It was our family's first all inclusive vacation so we didn't really know what to expect. As soon as we got there, we felt very welcomed by the staff with their friendly demeanor. The staff were very helpful. They brought us everything we needed even set up an extra bed in our room! The hotel itself was very nice. There were a lot of activities for all ages. My kids really enjoyed the shows at night. The activity and entertainment staff were very fun and entertaining. We did water exercise, played volleyball and basketball. Food was also delicious. We loved the Mediterranean Restaurant. We will definitely use this hotel again when we go back to Mexico! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone ;) thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Parfait pour les couples !

Le Bahia Principe est une escapade parfaite pour les couples qui cherchent à se détendre en vacances, mais il est également rempli d'activités amusantes tout au long de la journée et de la nuit ! Mon copain et moi avons réservé une suite penthouse junior supérieure au Sian Ka’an et nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de vivre dans le luxe pendant une semaine. La première nuit là-bas, nous avons appelé pour faire remplir notre jacuzzi et notre majordome nous a également apporté une bouteille de [... lire plus] vin pétillant ! Chaque soir, Sian Ka’an avait des artistes incroyables, mon préféré étant les danseurs de Latin Night, mais à travers les 3 autres stations auxquelles vous avez accès, il y a plus de spectacles à assister. Nous avons regardé Michael Jackson à Tulum (qui était incroyable), mais notre soirée préférée était de loin la Fiesta Mexicana à l'Hacienda ! L'équipe de divertissement de Sian Ka’an est absolument incroyable et a vraiment fait un effort pour apprendre à nous connaître. Ils avaient des activités à la plage de la fin de la matinée à midi, puis ont continué à notre piscine, et sont revenus le soir également. Ils étaient tellement attachants et drôles ! Enfin, la nourriture était absolument incroyable, que ce soit au snack-bar, au buffet ou à la carte. Il y avait une telle variété et tant de saveurs ! Dans l'ensemble, j'ai vraiment eu l'impression d'être dans un hôtel 5 étoiles et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner !

Perfect for Couples!! The Bahia Principe is a perfect getaway for couples looking to relax on vacation, but is also packed with fun activities throughout the day and night! My boyfriend and I booked a junior superior penthouse suite at Sian Ka’an and it truly felt like living in luxury for a week. The first night there, we called to have our jacuzzi filled and our butler also brought us a bottle of sparking wine! Each night, Sian Ka’an had incredible performers with my favorite being the dancers from Latin Night, but throughout the other 3 resorts that you have access to, there are more shows to attend. We watched Michael Jackson at Tulum (which was amazing), but our favorite night by far was the Fiesta Mexicana at the Hacienda! The entertainment team at Sian Ka’an is absolutely amazing and really made an effort to get to know us. They had activities at the beach from late morning to noon, then continued back at our pool, and returned in the evenings as well. They were so engaging and funny! Finally, the food here was just absolutely incredible, whether it was at the snack bar, buffet, or a la cartes. They had such a wide variety and there was so much flavor! Overall, this truly felt like a 5 star resort and I would not hesitate to go back again!!

Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Une expérience authentique ! Un service étonnant !

Le complexe était bien équipé et proposait de nombreux événements, spectacles, activités et services qui nous ont occupés pendant toute la semaine. Proche de la ville mais pas en son centre, nous avons apprécié d'être au bord de la plage tout en ayant accès à la ville en cas de besoin. La nourriture était décente mais pas extraordinaire. Nous avons également vu quelques cafards ici et là (l'un d'eux m'a chatouillé les orteils...). Je pense qu'il faut s'attendre à cela étant donné que beaucoup de [... lire plus] nourriture est préparée et ensuite gaspillée. Lorsque nous y sommes allés, il y avait de grands groupes d'enfants. Même dans nos chambres, nous pouvions les entendre courir et crier. Dans la piscine réservée aux adultes, il y avait des enfants de temps en temps. Si vous recherchez le calme et la tranquillité, ce n'est pas l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Mais si vous voulez une atmosphère animée et que vous avez une famille, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Pour les couples, je dirais que cet endroit est assez bien, mais il y a peut-être des options plus romantiques ailleurs. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit fantastique et, pour un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel, j'y retournerai.

Authentic Experience! Amazing Service! The resort was well equipped and offered lots of events, shows, activities and services that kept us busy for the entire week. Close to the city but not in the centre of it, we appreciated being right by the beach while having access to the city as needed. The food was decent but not amazing. We also saw a few cockroaches here and there (one tickled my toes...). I think that is to be expected as so much food is made and subsequently wasted. When we went, there were large groups of kids. Even in our rooms, we could hear kids running around and yelling. In the adult only pool, there were kids from time to time. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. But if you want a lively atmosphere and have a family, this is the place for you. For couples, I would say that this place is quite good, but there might be more romantic options elsewhere. Overall, fantastic place and for an amazing value, I would return again.

Excellent Resort Food Great Beach is a 10 min shuttle from resort Beach wasn’t that good. Unless you like an enclosed off beach by rocks where there’s only like 300 feet of beach for everyone to swim at If you are looking for a resort with a nice beach this isn’t the resort for you 2/5 If your looking for a very nice resort and very luxurious resort where you would rather be at a pool then this is the resort for you.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Belle et grande propriété

Bahia Principe est composé de 4 complexes couvrant des centaines et des centaines d'hectares. Nous avons séjourné à Sian Ka'an qui est le complexe réservé aux adultes. Il est situé à 1 ou 2 km des trois autres. Ce n'est pas vraiment un problème car le service de navette vers tous les autres complexes est très bon. Le temps d'attente moyen pour une navette était d'environ 2 minutes. Nous avons eu accès à tout dans les 4 complexes, il y a donc beaucoup de choses à faire et un très grand choix de [... lire plus] restaurants. Tout est vraiment 5 étoiles Chaque interaction avec le personnel a été agréable à chaque fois. Seules certaines plages sont sablonneuses. Le corail et les rochers sont présents à certains endroits, il faut donc être prudent. Apparemment, les algues sont un problème saisonnier

Beautiful large property Bahia Principe is 4 resorts covering hundreds and hundreds of acres.We stayed at Sian Ka'an which is the adult only resort. It is located 1 or 2 KM from the other three. Not really a problem since the shuttle service to all the other resorts is very good. Our average wait time for a shuttle was maybe 2 minutes. We had complete access to everything at all 4 resorts so there is plenty to do and a tremendous selection of restaurants. Everything is true 5 star Every interaction with staff was pleasant every time. Only some beaches are sandy. coral and rocks are present in some locations so step carefully. Apparently seaweed is a seasonal issue

Exemplaire ! Très impressionné par tout et par tout le monde. Cet endroit était très propre, le personnel était très poli, accessible et accommodant. Nous avons apprécié les superbes piscines et les installations de plage. Il y avait un grand choix de repas. Le ménage, Diana et le service de conciergerie étaient excellents (Mario) et Pech. Nous espérons revenir.

Amazing resort Exemplary! Very impressed with everything and everyone. This place was very clean, staff was very polite, approachable and accomodating. We enjoyed the great pools and beach facilities. There was a great selection with the meals. Housekeeping, Diana and concierge service was excellent (Mario) and Pech. We are hoping to be back again.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Superbe escapade !

L'hôtel était magnifique - le personnel était sympathique - la nourriture était excellente - le service l'était aussi. Je dirais qu'il faudrait plus d'accès à une variété d'en-cas ou à un restaurant 24 heures sur 24 - à part cela, tout était très bien. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce complexe comme lieu de séjour et espérons y revenir un jour.

Great getaway! Hotel was beautiful - staff was friendly - food was great - service was awesome too. I would say more access to a variety of snacks or access to a restaurant 24 hrs a day would be required - other than that, all was great. We would definitely recommend this resort as a place to stay and hope to come back one day.

Les gens étaient très confus à la réception et le transport jusqu'à nos chambres a pris beaucoup de temps. La nourriture était bonne et le personnel du restaurant et du bar était brillant. Les agents de Westjet à l'hôtel sont très impolis, je ne veux plus avoir affaire à eux. L'hôtel était en très bon état et nos chambres étaient agréables.

The people were confused a lot at the front desk and also getting the transportation to our rooms took along time. The food was good and the restaurant and bar staff were brilliant. The Westjet agents at the hotel are very rude, don't want to deal with them again. The resort was kept in great condition and our rooms were nice.

Aweosome resort One of the beat hotels i have been too. Its soo clean and staff are professional. The food was second to none. The resort has everthing you need from gift shops to spa to dolphins to jet skies to kids water parks

Je suis un fan des hôtels Grand Palladium depuis des années et j'ai visité la Riviera Maya à plusieurs reprises. Le meilleur voyage que j'ai fait jusqu'à présent, cependant, c'est au TRS Yucatan (anciennement The Royal Suites Yucatan), récemment rénové et transformé, qu'il a été possible de le faire. C'était tout simplement incroyable du début à la fin. Nos attentes ont été largement dépassées ! Qu'est-ce qui était si génial ? Fantastic resort in the Riviera Maya - best vacation yet! I have been a fan of Grand Palladium hotels for years and have visited the Riviera Maya several times. The best trip yet, however, was at the newly renovated and transformed TRS Yucatan (formerly, The Royal Suites Yucatan). It was simply amazing from start to finish. Our expectations were far exceeded! What was so great? The rooms, the infinity and salt-water pools, the butlers in the villas, the a la carte restaurants, the staff and service. As an experienced traveler, I've become quite discerning; however, I had a tough time finding anything to call out for not being excellent. This hotel is a tremendous value for the dollar. Don't hesitate to go!

La nourriture était fantastique, les chambres propres et la piscine fraîche. Le service était moyen. L'équipe de la réception était bonne et très attentive. Lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre chambre et que nous n'étions pas satisfaits du résultat, l'employé de la réception n'a pas pu nous satisfaire jusqu'à ce que le directeur Sergio s'occupe de notre problème. Une fois que Sergio est intervenu, il nous a calmés, s'est occupé de notre problème et nous a aidés du mieux qu'il pou [... lire plus]vait. C'est un homme de classe, un homme dynamique, j'aimerais que tous les complexes hôteliers où je suis allé aient une personne comme lui.

The food was fantastic, rooms clean and pool fresh. The service was average. The front desk team was good and very attentive. When we had an issue with our room and we were not happy with the result the front desk attendant couldn't make us happy until the Manager Sergio attended to our issue. Once Sergio got involved he calmed us down, dealt with our issue and helped us to the best of his ability. Class act, dynamite guy, wish every resort I have been at had a person like him.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Beautiful Resort

Tout était formidable dans ce complexe, de l'arrivée au départ, la nourriture, le personnel, les chambres, tout était formidable. La seule chose qui nécessite un peu d'attention est d'avoir des services de trams fréquents.

Everything was amazing about this resort from the time we got in to the time we left food, staff, rooms all were amazing. The only thing that needs little bit of attention is to have frequent trams services.

Riu Santa Fe: Station balnéaire fantastique !

Nous sommes un couple de 60 ans et nous avons adoré ce centre de villégiature. Il y avait tant de choses à voir et à faire. L'équipe de divertissement nous a fait rire avec des jeux hilarants, danser sur des airs fabuleux et faire de l'exercice avec l'entraînement d'acrobatie aquatique qui nous a inspirés ! Même les spectacles nocturnes étaient merveilleux. Tout le monde est si talentueux et travaille si dur pour rendre les clients heureux. Maintenant, je dois mentionner les fêtes de la piscine [... lire plus] ! J'avais l'impression d'être à Vegas. Cet hôtel met tout en œuvre pour s'assurer que ses clients passent un moment fabuleux. C'était la fête pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes. Le terrain de l'hôtel est magnifique et tout est impeccable et propre. Même les toilettes publiques étaient toujours propres et fraîches. Le seul inconvénient est la plage. Bien qu'elle soit magnifique, elle est trop agitée pour s'y baigner. De plus, il est difficile de marcher le long du rivage en raison de la pente et des vagues furieuses ! J'ai adoré cet endroit et j'aimerais y retourner avec un grand groupe pour faire la fête comme si nous étions jeunes !

Funtastic Resort! We are a 60 year couple that loved this amazing resort. There was so much to see and do there. The entertainment staff kept us laughing with the hilarious games, dancing to their fabulous tunes and excercising with the inspiring water arobics coaching! Even the nighttime shows were wonderful. Everyone is so talented and work so hard to keep the guests happy. Now I must mention the pool parties!! I felt like I was in Vegas. This hotel goes all out to make sure their guests are having a fabulous time. It was party time for young and old alike. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and everything is so pristine and clean. Even the public washrooms were fresh and clean all the time. The only downfall is the beach. Although it is beautiful, it is too rough to swim in. Also, it is hard to even walk along the shoreline due to the slope and angry waves! Loved it here and would love to return again with a large group to party like we were young again!

Excellent personnel, y compris Jorge, le meilleur serveur du Mexique ! Bonne nourriture, très propre, excellent wifi. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La plage est le seul point négatif. Je vais à Pv depuis 20 ans, dans de nombreux hôtels différents. C'est mon préféré !

Great resort! Excellent staff including Jorge, the best server in Mexico! Good food, very clean, great wifi. Superb value. Beach area is only negative. I've been going to pv for 20 years, many different hotels. This is my fav!

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Belle station balnéaire

L'endroit n'était pas mal, il y a une petite plage pour se baigner. Je préférerais qu'ils mettent plus de nourriture mexicaine authentique dans le buffet. La chambre a été récemment rénovée et nous l'aimons beaucoup. Les restaurants à la carte étaient corrects. Le resto thaïlandais n'est pas recommandé. Le concierge est très serviable et toujours disponible, en particulier Guillermo et Juan Guillermo. J'y retournerais.

Nice resort The place wasn't bad. there's a small beach to swim. I prefer if they put more authentic Mexican food in the buffet. The room was recently renovated we love it. The Ala carte restaurants were okay. The Thai resto I won't recommend. The concierge are very very helpfull and always available particularly Guillermo n Juan Guillermo. I would go back.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Belle station balnéaire mais ...

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné au Grand Bahia Principe Coba pendant 10 jours, à partir du 3 mai 2018. Nous avons déjà voyagé dans d'autres stations balnéaires dans les Caraïbes, mais c'était notre premier voyage au Mexique. L'ensemble du complexe (extrêmement grand) est magnifique. Les chambres sont charmantes et l'entretien ménager était génial. Tout le personnel du complexe était très gentil et serviable. La nourriture était excellente dans tous les restaurants, qu'il s'agisse de buffets  [... lire plus]ou de plats à la carte. Les piscines sont belles et propres. Les familles avec enfants adoreront la piscine et le parc aquatique pour enfants. Le seul reproche que nous pourrions faire concerne la plage. Mère Nature donne du fil à retordre à ce magnifique complexe. Les algues ont rendu la plage inutilisable pendant notre séjour. Je n'exagère pas comme je pensais que d'autres critiques l'avaient fait. Des camions à benne et des lynx tentent d'enlever les algues, mais elles recouvrent la plus grande partie de la plage et l'odeur est vraiment accablante. Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a dit que la situation avait empiré au cours des deux dernières années, et je me sens vraiment mal pour l'hôtel. Nos vacances ont été formidables à l'exception du fait que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la plage, et nous aimons vraiment nous promener sur la plage pendant nos vacances et y passer du temps. Sinon, si vous n'avez pas peur de passer vos vacances à la piscine, je vous recommande vivement ce complexe. J'ai donné une note de 4/5 à l'hôtel et une note de 3/5 à la piscine/plage uniquement à cause de la plage.

Beautiful Resort But ... My husband and I stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Coba for 10 days, beginning May 3, 2018. We have travelled to other resorts in the Caribbean before, but this was our first trip to Mexico. The entire (extremely large) resort is beautiful. The rooms are lovely and housekeeping was awesome. All the staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. Food was great in all the restaurants, both buffets and a la cartes. Pools are beautiful and clean. Families with children will love the children's pool/waterpark. The only complaint we would have is the beach. Mother Nature is giving this beautiful resort a really hard time. The seaweed had made the beach unusable during our time there. I am not exaggerating as I thought other previous reviewers had done. There are dump trucks and bobcats trying to keep up with clearing the seaweed away, but it is covering the majority of the entire beach, and the smell is really overwhelming. Staff from the resort told us it has been getting worse the last couple of years, and I feel really bad for the resort. Our vacation was amazing except for not being able to use the beach, and we really enjoy walking on the beach during our vacations and spending time there. Otherwise, if you don't mind a pool vacation, I would totally recommend this resort. I gave the resort a 4/5, and the pool/beach a 3/5 solely because of the beach.
