Bonjour Barcelo Maya Colonial, J'ai trouvé l'hôtel très bien. La nourriture, les chambres, le parc aquatique pour les enfants, le service est excellent pour le prix. Les points suivants doivent être pris en compte par la direction. Internet devrait être disponible pour tous, tout le temps, pour les clients non premium également. Internet pour les clients non premium Il serait bien d'introduire des huttes pour l'ombre sur la plage. Les réservations Alacart pour les restaurants étaient diffici [... lire plus]les bien que nous ayons essayé de réserver le jour même de notre arrivée. Lorsque nous avons demandé pourquoi il en était ainsi, les gens réservent en ligne avant d'arriver. Les gens réservent en ligne avant d'arriver. C'est la première fois que j'entends parler de cela. Nous sommes allés dans 15 à 20 centres de villégiature et n'avons jamais eu de problème. Nous avons reçu des réservations que nous ne souhaitions pas. Il faut que la direction des centres de villégiature se penche sur la question. Si cela est amélioré, ce sera un merveilleux complexe hôtelier et de merveilleuses vacances. La plage avait beaucoup de mauvaises herbes mais ils ont nettoyé tous les jours. C'était à cause de la tempête de la semaine précédente. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent centre de villégiature. Bon amusement. S'il vous plaît, fournissez l'internet en permanence à TOUS LES HOTES dans le cadre de l'offre globale

Good resort Hello Barcelo Maya Colonial, I found the resort was great. Good Food ,rooms, kids waterpark,great service for the money.Thoroughly enjoyed it. Following things needs to be considered by Management. Internet should be for all ,all the time for non premium guests as well. Internet for Non premium guests It wood be nice to introduce huts for shades on the beach. Alacart bookings for restaurants was difficult though we tried to book on the same day we arrived. When we asked why is it so. People book on line before they arrive. This is the first time I have heard about this. We have been to 15 to 20 resorts never had an issue. We got bookings for which we did not desire. It needs to be reviewed by Management of the resorts. If this is improved it would be a wonderful resort and vacation. Beach had a lot of weeds but they cleaned everyday. That was because of the storm the previous week. All in all a great resort. Good FUN. Please provide internet at all times to ALL GUESTS as part of the package deal

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Le centre de villégiature a été très apprécié !

Tout dans ce centre de villégiature était exceptionnel ! La seule plainte pour la semaine concernerait le temps, à part cela, le centre de villégiature était extraordinaire. Je reviendrais absolument ! Je conseillerais à tous ceux qui prévoient de séjourner dans cet hôtel de réserver à l'avance les restaurants à la carte en envoyant un courriel à l'hôtel. Cela permet de s'assurer que l'on peut essayer les restaurants disponibles. Je recommanderais les restaurants Gourmet et brésilien de l'hôt [... lire plus]el Akumal.

Loved the resort! Everything about this resort was outstanding! The only complaint for the week would just be regarding the weather, other than that, the resort was amazing. Would absolutely return! I would advise anyone planning on staying to book their A la carte restaurants ahead of time by emailing the hotel. This ensures you will be able to try the restaurants available. I would recommend the Gourmet and Brazilian restaurants on the Akumal resort.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Barcelo Maya Colonial - Une station extraordinaire

L'hôtel est magnifique et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La nourriture, les chambres, les piscines et le parc aquatique pour les enfants sont tous exceptionnels. Les dîners alacarte et le buffet principal étaient excellents. Les employés étaient si sympathiques et le service à la clientèle super. Le responsable de l'enregistrement, Esteban Marcial, a été très serviable et a fourni un excellent service à la clientèle. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues. Nous n'avons pu aller dans l'océ [... lire plus]an qu'un seul jour. L'hôtel n'avait pas de wifi gratuit, ce que j'ai trouvé inhabituel car la plupart des complexes hôteliers où je suis allé avaient le wifi dans tout le complexe. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit formidable et j'y retournerai.

Barcelo Maya Colonial - Amazing resort The hotel is beautiful and had a great stay. The food, the rooms, the pools and the water park for kids all outstanding all the amenities were great. The alacarte dinners and the main buffet were excellent. The employees were so friendly and super customer service. The check in manager Esteban Marcial was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. The beach had lots and lots of seaweeds. We could only go in the ocean 1 day only. The hotel did not have free wifi that I found unusual as most of the resorts which I have been had wifi throughout the resort. Overall great place and will go back.

The Sens Cancun: Belle station !

L'Oasis Palm resort est un bel endroit où séjourner. Les chambres sont propres et agréables (ce serait mieux s'il y avait un réfrigérateur), mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit confortable. Belle piscine et plage propre. La seule chose qui nous dérange est que nous devons faire la queue à chaque fois que nous avons besoin d'une boisson à cause du manque de barmans... Tout le reste était correct.

Nice resort! The Oasis Palm resort it is a beautiful place to stay. Clean & nice rooms (it would be nicer if it has a fridge) but overall it is a comfy place. Beautiful swimming pool and clean beach. The only thing that bothers us is that we have to make lines every time we need a drink because of a shortage of bartenders... Everything else was ok.

De la réception accueillante au buffet succulent, c'est une destination de vacances qui nous a permis de nous sentir choyés et détendus. Chaque petite chose a été anticipée et prise en charge. Le cadre de la jungle est complété par l'iguane paresseux et le coati curieux qui se promènent sur les sentiers. Exotique, ou comme le diraient les Mayas, Xotic ! Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an - a Gem in the Mayan Riviera From the welcoming Reception to the scrumptious buffet , this was a vacation destination that left us feeling pampered and relaxed. Every little thing was anticipated and catered for. The jungle setting came complete with the lazy iguana and curious coati walking across the paths. Exotic, or as the Mayan would say, Xotic! The grounds were cared for with pride; the staff extremely courteous and friendly; the entertainment filled with enthusiasm and crowd participation. A perfect home away from home.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Ce complexe est l'un des meilleurs dans lesquels j'ai séjourné. J'ai trouvé la chambre et le centre de villégiature très propres. Tous les employés étaient très gentils et amicaux et semblaient aimer leur travail. La nourriture était excellente, j'ai trouvé que les portions étaient petites dans certains restaurants à la carte, mais le goût était quand même excellent. Amazing resort This resort was one of the best resorts i've stayed at. I found the room and the resort itself very clean. All the workers were very nice and friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Food was great, i found the portions small at some of the a la cartes but it still tasted amazing. I loved that their was a coffee and ice cream shop at the resort as well. I would definitely return to this resort.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Luxueux et paisible

Tout d'abord, l'aménagement du complexe est magnifique. Un professionnel a été engagé pour concevoir et aménager l'ensemble du complexe. Tout est à proximité et facile à localiser, de beaux jardins, des allées et des éclairages parfaitement conçus. Les hamacs sont situés dans des zones arborées avec des boules d'osier éclairées en haut des arbres. C'est époustouflant ! Chaque chambre donne sur l'océan. Ensuite, le personnel est extraordinaire. Raul, à la réception, était professionnel et amical [... lire plus]. Phillipe, au snack-bar 24, était sympathique et un excellent barman. Le service était toujours rapide et il y avait suffisamment de personnel pour répondre à tous vos besoins. L'hôtel propose des alcools locaux et internationaux, ainsi que des bières Heiniken et XXX. Les femmes de chambre étaient sympathiques et offraient un excellent service. Le personnel d'animation était très sympathique et nous avons fait la connaissance de plusieurs d'entre eux : Alex G, Alex S, Karla, Minvet, Samantha (formidable avec les enfants) et Mario. La nourriture était excellente. Le buffet proposait une grande variété de viandes, de poissons, de riz, de pâtes, de légumes, de plats végétariens et végétaliens. La nourriture était bien préparée et épicée, toujours fraîche et remplacée régulièrement. Les fruits frais, les desserts et les glaces étaient délicieux. Les restaurants à la carte étaient les suivants : Brésilien, Japonais, Français (nécessite un pantalon long), et Mexicain. Tous étaient excellents et de qualité gastronomique. La présentation et les saveurs étaient superbes. La meilleure caractéristique est qu'il n'y a pas de réservation pour les restaurants à la carte ! On se présente et on apprend combien de temps il faut attendre pour avoir une table. En général, nous avons attendu entre 0 et 15 minutes. Il y avait également un bar à sushis près de la piscine, où Lilian était un chef de sushis fantastique. Enfin, le snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 près de la piscine proposait un mini-buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner et un menu à commander à d'autres moments. La nourriture était très bonne et nous permettait de prendre un repas rapide près de la piscine ou de l'océan. La chambre comprend un mini-réfrigérateur avec des boissons et des en-cas qui est réapprovisionné tous les jours. L'hôtel a choisi d'organiser des concerts tous les soirs au lieu d'organiser des spectacles. C'est un excellent choix. Il y avait de la musique à la piscine et dans les restaurants, mais pas trop fort et pas tout le temps. Encore une fois, c'est un excellent choix. Si vous aimez la musique forte en permanence, les fêtes qui ne s'arrêtent pas et le personnel d'animation qui siffle toute la journée, ce n'est pas l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Je m'en voudrais de ne pas mentionner la partie bien-être du complexe. Il y a deux studios de yoga. Le plus grand se trouve sur la plage, le plus petit derrière le complexe. Vous pouvez voir et entendre l'océan pendant que vous prenez vos cours de yoga dans le grand studio. Il y a aussi des cours de méditation. Il y a un programme avec les cours proposés chaque jour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux cours de yoga que nous avons suivis. Il y a également une salle de sport et un spa dans la forêt. Cet espace est magnifiquement aménagé et jardiné, entièrement ombragé. Il y a également un hammam et un sauna. Il y a également un jacuzzi enterré, entouré par la forêt. Il y a une piscine principale, ainsi que quatre piscines plus petites situées le long du rivage, face à l'océan. Si vous souhaitez faire un plongeon relaxant, les petites piscines conviennent parfaitement. Akumal signifie "tortue". L'océan d'Akumal possède des récifs coralliens qui sont parfaits pour la plongée en apnée et vous pouvez facilement trouver des tortues en faisant de la plongée en apnée. La plage est parsemée d'algues que le personnel ramasse tous les jours. Nous avons nagé dans l'océan, mais vous devrez vous déplacer un peu sur la gauche du complexe pour trouver un point d'entrée plus agréable. Hormis les algues, nous avons adoré ce complexe.

Luxurious and peaceful First, the layout of the resort is wonderful. They hired a professional to design and layout the entire resort. Everything is close by and easy to locate, beautiful gardens, walkways and lighting were perfectly designed. Hammocks were located in treed areas with lighted wicker balls high in the trees. Stunning! Every room faces the ocean. Next, the staff are amazing people. Raul at the front desk was professional and friendly. Phillipe at the 24 snack bar was friendly and a great bartender. Service was always prompt and they had plenty of staff to take care of all your needs. They have local and international liquor available, as well as Heiniken and XXX beer. The maids were friendly and provided great service. The Animation staff were very friendly and we got to know quite a few of them: Alex G, Alex S, Karla, Minvet, Samantha (wonderful with kids), and Mario. The food was excellent. The buffet had a huge variety of meat, fish, rice, pasta, vegetables, vegetarian and vegan dishes as well. The food was well prepared and spiced, always fresh and replaced regularly. The fresh fruit, desserts, and ice cream were delicious. The a la carte restaurants included: Brazilian, Japanese, French (requires long pants), and Mexican. All were excellent and gourmet quality. Both the presentation and the flavours were superb. Best feature ever, no reservations for a la carte! You show up and find out how long for a table. Usual wait for us was 0 to 15 minutes. There was also a Sushi Bar next to the pool, Lilian was a fantastic sushi chef. Finally, the 24 hour snack bar near the pool had mini buffet for breakfast and lunch and a menu to order from at other times. The food was very good and it allowed us to have a quick meal near the pool or ocean. The room includes a mini fridge with drinks and snacks which is restocked daily. The resort has chosen to have live music every evening instead of having "entertainment shows". Great choice. There was some music at the pool and in the restaurants, but not loud and not all the time. Again, great choice. If you like loud music all the time, partying not stop, and Animation staff blowing whistles all day, this is not the place for you. I would be remiss if I did not mention the wellness part of the resort. There are two yoga studios. The large one is on the beach, the small one is behind the resort. You can see and hear the ocean while you take your yoga lessons in the large studio. They also have meditation. There is a schedule with the classes they offer every day. Thoroughly enjoyed the two yoga classes we took. There is also a gym and spa area in the forest. Beautifully laid out and gardened, fully shaded. They have a steam room and sauna as well. There was also an in ground hot tub surrounded by the forest. There is a main pool, as well as four smaller pools located along the shoreline which face the ocean. If you want to take a relaxing dip, the smaller pools fit the bill nicely. Akumal translates to turtle. The ocean in Akumal has coral reefs which are great for snorkelling and you can easily find turtles while snorkelling. The beach has a lot of seaweed which is picked up constantly by the staff, every day. We swam in the ocean, but you will need to move a little to the left of the resort to find a nicer entry point. Other than the seaweed we absolutely loved this resort.

Riu Palace Peninsula: C'est un lieu de villégiature fantastique, hautement recommandé

Le terrain est bien entretenu et magnifiquement aménagé. La vue depuis la chambre 1631 est à couper le souffle. Nous nous sommes photographiés chaque soir avant le dîner sur le balcon en utilisant comme arrière-plan le coucher de soleil, l'océan avec les bateaux de pirates et la ville de Cancún. Nous avons également photographié le lever du soleil le matin en utilisant le même arrière-plan. Nous remercions sincèrement Maria qui a nettoyé notre chambre et Madai et Reyes qui se sont occupés de nou [... lire plus]s au petit-déjeuner et au déjeuner. Ces trois membres du personnel nous ont traités comme une famille pendant notre séjour de deux semaines. L'équipe de divertissement était formidable, dirigée par Eric, Carlos et Angel. Au cours des deux semaines, nous avons pris plus de 4000 photos, y compris des activités à la plage, à la piscine et au théâtre Latina. This a fantastic resort, highly recommended The grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped. The view from room 1631 is a sight to behold. We photographed ourselves each night before dinner on the balcony using the sunset, the ocean with the pirates boats, and downtime Cancun as the background. We also photographed sunrise in the morning using the same background. Our sincere thank you to Maria who cleaned our room and many thanks to Madai and Reyes who looked after us both at breakfast and lunch. These three staff members treated us like family during our two-week stay. The entertainment staff was great led by Eric, Carlos, and Angel. Over the the two weeks we took over 4000 pictures including activities by the beach, pool, and the Latina theatre. The Mexican, Mayan, and Michael Jackson shows were fantastic. The food and drinks were great. However, one sour note is that all three of us got sick from the food so proper hygiene practices must be in place at all times to prevent this from happening.

Je vais essayer d'être bref. Notre séjour global 6;13-6;20/2018 a été une expérience merveilleuse. Juste parce que quelques problèmes que nous avons eus, je vais quand même laisser une critique positive. Le seul problème était : notre chambre 32607 était très bien située, nous avions une climatisation agréable et fraîche la première nuit, elle a cessé de refroidir le 2e jour et pendant 3 jours / nuit, nous n'avions pas d'a/c, il a fallu jusqu'à samedi et 3 rapports différents jusqu'à ce qu'un  [... lire plus]représentant à la réception Premier prenne des mesures et que le problème soit résolu. Si nous devions retourner dans un autre hôtel et que le même problème se produisait, je serais plus agressif dès le départ et je leur demanderais de régler le problème. L'autre chose qui m'a vraiment dérangé est le concierge, nous avons été approchés le premier jour et avant que notre chambre ne soit prête par un concierge, il a dit que le resort voulait nous donner une présentation de bienvenue avec un certificat cadeau de 70,00 $, il était si gentil et poli, j'ai accepté et pris rendez-vous pour le 3ième jour pendant le petit déjeuner. Sur le carton d'invitation, on pouvait lire : heure, 1h pour la durée de cette présentation de bienvenue. J'ai vite compris qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'une présentation de bienvenue mais d'une présentation sur la multipropriété, j'étais très déçu et je voulais partir, ma femme m'a convaincu de l'écouter afin d'être respectueux, la présentation a duré 2 heures, alors j'ai fini par lui dire respectueusement de se taire, nous ne sommes pas du tout intéressés par la multipropriété, nous sommes juste venus pour nous amuser et ne pas subir de pression pour participer à un engagement à long terme. Il a signé le formulaire de décharge et nous sommes partis. Ce sera une grande leçon pour l'avenir, je vais leur dire dès le début que nous ne sommes pas intéressés et de nous laisser en paix. Si le centre de villégiature veut améliorer sa capacité à attirer des touristes, il doit se débarrasser complètement de tous les représentants en timeshare et de toutes les promotions. J'ai parlé à d'autres personnes à ce sujet et chacun d'entre eux, absolument détestent être approchés par ces représentants de multipropriété. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, la qualité et le service, c'était incroyable. Nous n'avons pas pu visiter tous les restaurants à la carte, mais ceux que nous avons eu le privilège de manger étaient absolument extraordinaires. J'aimerais en citer quelques-uns : Samuel à Mashua était si professionnel et poli, la nourriture était la meilleure. Antonio à La Tequila était un autre jeune qui avait le plaisir de servir et de faire en sorte que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus, la nourriture était également incroyable. Ana, au Buffet de Cozumel, était une femme très humble et douce dans son service. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour en valait la peine et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner. Je recommande vivement le Grand Bahá Principe Coba.

Beautiful resort I’ll try to be brief. Our overall stay 6;13-6;20/2018 was a wonderful experience. Just because a few issues we had, I will still leave a positive review. The one issue was: our room 32607 was in a great location, we had nice cool air conditioning the first night, it stopped cooling the 2nd day and for 3 days/night we had no a/c, it took until Saturday and 3 different reports until one rep. at Premier reception took action and the problem was fixed. No issues after that, should we ever go back to any resort and the same problem would arise, I would be more aggressive right from the get-go and have them fix the problem. The other thing that really bothered me was the concierge, we were approached the first day and before our room was ready by a concierge, he said the resort wanted to give us a welcome presentation with a $70.00 gift certificate, he was so nice and polite, I accepted and made the appointment to be the 3th day during breakfast. On the invitation card was: time, 1hr for the duration of this welcome presentation. I realized soon this was not a welcome presentation but a timeshare presentation, I was very disappointed and wanted to leave, my wife convinced me to hear him out in order to be respectful, the presentation lasted 2 hrs, so finally just told him respectfully to rap it up, we’re not interested one bit in timeshare, we just came to have fun and not pressured to join in a long lasting commitment. He signed the release form and we were out the door. This will be a huge lesson for the future, I’ll tell them right from the beginning we’re not interested and to leave us in peace. If the resort wants to improve in bringing in tourist, this one thing they should do, completely get rid of all timeshare representatives and promotions. I talked to other people about this and every single one of them, absolutely hate to be approached by these timeshare reps. As far as food, the quality and the service, it was amazing. We were not able to visit all À la cart restaurants but the ones we had the privilege to eat and dine, were absolutely amazing. I would like to mention a few of them: Samuel at Mashua was so professional and polite, the food was the best. Antonio at La Tequila was another young individual who had pleasure in serving and making you feel welcome, the food also amazing. Ana at Cozumel Buffet was a very humble and sweet lady in serving. Overall, our stay was well worth it and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, I highly recommend Grand Bahía Principe Coba.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Neat Room and Restaurants, OK Food and Service

La chambre est très propre et le personnel change de lit tous les jours. Le service de chambre est excellent. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, l'espace est lumineux et soigné. La nourriture est variée mais la qualité est juste correcte. Rouleaux de sushi - le riz n'est pas bien cuit. Cuisine brésilienne - la viande bbq est trop sèche. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options pour les boissons non alcoolisées. Seulement du jus d'orange et d'ananas. On peut préparer du jus de pastèque ou de mangue frais.

The room is very clean and the room staff change bed every day. Room service is excellent. There are many restaurants, space is bright and neat. Food is various but the quality is just okay. Sushi rolls-rice are not well cooked. Brazil cuisine- bbq meat is too dry. There are not too many options for non-alcohol drinks. Only orange and pineapple juice. Can make some fresh watermelon, or mango juice.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Un service exceptionnel

Tout est parfait : la nourriture, les boissons, la chambre, le service et l'endroit. La seule chose que je suggérerais, c'est de retarder l'heure de fermeture des piscines et de faire quelque chose le soir en plein air pour les adultes - piscine ouverte/bars, musique en plein air.

Amazing service Everything's perfectttt--food, drinks, room, service and place. The only thing I would suggest is to have a later closing time on the swimming pools and they should something at night outdoors for the adults-- open swimminh pool/bars, music outdoor.

Grand Riviera Princess: Pas si grand centre de villégiature

Le Grand Riviera Princess a besoin d'une cure de jouvence. -Les carreaux de la piscine sont manquants ou cassés - la chaise longue s'est cassée sur nous parce qu'elle était toute rouillée - le nettoyage n'est pas fait tous les jours, par exemple le même cafard est resté coincé dans le couloir pendant 2 jours, nous sommes allés prendre le petit déjeuner, quelqu'un avait renversé du lait ou de la crème le long du mur, nous sommes revenus pour le petit déjeuner le lendemain et c'était toujours l [... lire plus]à. La même serviette est restée posée sur une lampe de l'allée pendant toute la semaine où nous étions là. -le personnel était grincheux - cafard dans notre chambre - pas assez d'éclairage dans la chambre d'hôtel (surtout dans le couloir) - Restaurant oriental vraiment mauvais pas oriental du tout, le Pad Thai était fait avec une sauce BBQ et ressemblait plus à une soupe de nouilles. Nous nous sommes levés et sommes partis sans finir nos repas, nous avons été avertis de ne pas manger au restaurant de sushis par un autre couple qui avait été malade. Nous avons entendu d'autres mauvaises choses sur les autres restaurants et nous nous sommes donc contentés des buffets qui étaient corrects. - nous ne sommes pas de grands buveurs, mais les boissons étaient vraiment peu alcoolisées. Dans l'ensemble, l'atmosphère n'était pas agréable et accueillante. Je ne recommanderais à personne et ne reviendrait pas dans ce complexe.

Not so Grand resort Grand Riviera Princess is showing signs of needing a facelift. -Pool tiles missing or broken - lounge chair broke on us because it was all rusty - clean up was not done on a daily basis example the same cockroach sat squished in the hall way for 2 days, we went for breakfast someone had spilled milk or cream along side of the wall, came back for breakfast the next day and it was still there. Same towel sat on a walkway light the whole week we were there. -staff was grumpy - cockroach in our room - not enough lighting in hotel room (hallway especially) - Oriental restaurant really bad not oriental at all, Pad Thai was made with a BBQ sauce and was more like noodle soup. We got up and left not finishing our meals, we were warned not to eat at the sushi restaurant by another couple who had gotten sick from it. We heard a few other bad things about the other restaurants so we stuck to the buffets which were ok. - we are not big drinkers, but the drinks were definitely light on alcohol. Just overall if was not a pleasant/welcoming atmosphere. Would not recommend to anyone and would not return to this resort.

LE PERSONNEL A UNE ATTITUDE, TROIS FOIS QUE J'AI APPELÉ LE SERVICE, IL N'A PAS ÉTÉ PRIS EN COMPTE, LE JOUR SUIVANT MÊME HISTOIRE. L'AIR CONDITIONNÉ NE FONCTIONNAIT PAS DEPUIS TROIS JOURS, J'AI FINALEMENT APPELÉ LA RÉCEPTION, M. DEAGO A ÉTÉ TRÈS IMPOLI. DEAGO A ÉTÉ TRÈS IMPOLI. ELLE M'A DIT QU'ELLE ALLAIT LUI PARLER ET A ENVOYÉ UN TECHNICIEN POUR RÉPARER LA CLIMATISATION. LE TECHNICIEN A CHANGÉ LA PIÈCE DÉFECTUEUSE ET TOUT EST RENTRÉ DANS L'ORDRE. A 20H00, J'AI SIGNALÉ L'INCIDENT À LA DIRECTRICE, RABECCA. ELLE M'A DIT QU'ELLE ÉTAIT DÉSOLÉE. COMME SI ELLE NE SE SOUCIAIT PAS DU STRESS QUE M'AVAIT INFLIGÉ DEAGO ET DES 3 JOURS SANS CLIMATISATION. APRÈS LE CHECK-OUT, J'AI PARLÉ AU RESPONSABLE DE LA RÉCEPTION, QUI N'ÉTAIT PAS AU COURANT DE L'INCIDENT. ON DIRAIT QUE TOUT LE MONDE SE COUVRE, ILS NE SE SOUCIENT PAS DES CLIENTS. LA NOURRITURE N'ÉTAIT PAS DE LA QUALITÉ RIU, PARFOIS LA NOURRITURE D'AUJOURD'HUI ÉTAIT SERVIE LE LENDEMAIN.TOUS LES JOURS LE CURRY D'AGNEAU ÉTAIT CAOUTCHOUTEUX.

DEAGO WAS VERY RUDE. FINALLY, I SAID CAN I SPEAK TO MANAGER, DEAGO TOLD ME TO COME DOWN AND FILE REPORT IT WILL TAKE 24Hrs TO SPEAK TO MANAGER.I SAID WHAT 24Hrs, I WANT TO SPEAK TO HIM NOW. DEAGO TOLD ME TO COME DOWN AND FILE REPORT. I TOLD HIM YOU WANT ME TO COME DOWN AND FILE REPORT FOR SERVICE I AM IN UNDERWARE? DEAGO TOLD ME"COME DOWN I AM WAITING FOR YOU" I DRESSED UP AND WENT FRONT DESK, ASK FOR DEAGO HE WENT ON 30 MTS BREAK. THEN PUBLIC RELATION STAFF PAULINA CAME OUT TO FRONT DESK AND TALK TO ME. SHE SAID SHE WILL TALK TO HIM AND SENT TECHNITIAN TO FIX AIR CONDITION. TECHNITIAN CHANGED DEFACTIVE PART AND IT WAS O K. AT 8.00PM I REPORTED INCIDENT TO MANAGER RABECCA. SHE SAID I AM SORRY. AS IF SHE DO NOT CARE STRESS GIVEN TO ME BY DEAGO AND 3DAYS OF NO AIR CONDITION. AFTER CHECKING OUT I TALK TO FRONT DESK MANAGER, HE WAS NOT AWARE OF INCIDENT. IT SOUND AS IF EVERYONE IS COVERING OTHER, THEY DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMER. FOOD WAS NOT THE RIU QUALITY, SOMETIMES TODAY FOOD WAS SERVED NEXT DAY.EVERYDAY LAMB CURRY MEAT WAS RUBBERY.

Flamingo Vallarta: Un bel hôtel mais une mauvaise expérience

Tout était excellent jusqu'à ce que je sois traitée comme une personne délicate. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel et le gars de la piscine nous a emmenés à la réception parce que j'ai enlevé le bracelet parce qu'il était trop serré sur mes petits enfants et j'ai décidé de les enlever pour ne pas blesser d'autres membres de ma famille. Quand on nous a emmenés à la réception, ils ont dit que si nous ne payons pas 10 $US pour chacun, nous devrons quitter l'hôtel j'ai expliqué que c'était la raison pou [... lire plus]r laquelle j'avais enlevé les bracelets la première fois et qu'elle m'avait fourni d'autres bracelets. Je pense que c'est ce que la réception doit faire avec plus d'attention. En tout cas, la gouvernante Alicia était géniale et le gars qui nous a aidés avec nos bagages, je crois qu'il s'appelle Martin

Beautiful hotel with bad experience Everything was excellent until I was treated as delicuent we arrive at the hotel and the guy at the pool take us to front desk because I removed the bracelet because it was to tight on my little kids and I decided to remove them till hurt other members of my family when we were taken to from desk they said if we don’t pay $10US for each we have to leave the hotel they didn’t allow to enter the rooms and the security went to get my teenage kids like we steal something discussing action finally we pay the fee when I already pay the hotel and they put the bracelet again very tight on my daughter next day I care to front desk with my daughter with her hand wrist all tight she was crying and hurt I took pictures of it and front desk lady also said wow this is to tight she took pictures to and I explain that was the reason I removed bracelets first time and she provides other time other than that bearly can swim at the pool because lots of drunk people that I think that’s what the front desk need to each more carefully anyway housekeeper Alicia was awesome and the guy that help us with our luggage I think his name is Martin

Paradisus Cancun: La grande dame

L'hôtel est tout à fait extraordinaire. Il est tout ce qu'il est censé être. Le personnel était très attentif aux détails de l'entretien de la propriété et veillait à ce que les clients soient bien pris en charge. La propriété est magnifique et fait face à l'océan à l'arrière. Pendant notre séjour, il y a eu deux jours de fortes pluies et deux jours de faibles pluies. Les jours de fortes pluies, l'hôtel a montré qu'il avait besoin d'un peu d'entretien. La pluie entrait par les cloisons en  [... lire plus]verre et, à certains endroits, par le toit, mais la pluie était forte et il fallait s'y attendre... et même dans notre chambre. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent hôtel, avec un personnel formidable, qui a juste besoin d'un peu de soin pour peaufiner les détails. Comme nous étions là pendant la saison des pluies, il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plage, qui étaient enlevées tous les deux jours.

The Grand old Lady The hotel is pretty amazing. It is everything it is supposed to be. The staff were very attentive to the details of maintaining the property and making sure the guests were very well taken care of. It is a beautiful property facing the ocean on the back side. The weather while we were there was 2 days of severe rain and 2 days of light rain. On the days with the severe rain, the hotel showed its age, in that it needs a little TLC. There was rain coming in through the glass partitions, and in some areas the roof, but the rain was severe so this was to be expected.,and even into our room. Overall a great hotel, amazing staff, just needs some TLC to polish up the details. Because we were there in the rainy season, there was a great deal of seaweed on the beach which was removed every couple of days.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Un centre de villégiature vraiment extraordinaire !

C'est un très beau complexe hôtelier. Partout où nous sommes allés, tout le monde travaillait dur et souriait, des jardiniers aux serveurs en passant par les barmans. Le concierge a appelé au moins trois fois pour s'assurer que tout allait bien. La nourriture était absolument incroyable, il y avait tellement de choix et elle était toujours chaude et fraîche. La propreté des salles de bains, le remplissage du mini-frigo et le majordome qui a allumé notre chauffe-senteur tous les soirs dans la cha [... lire plus]mbre. Tous les matins, les employés étaient à la plage pour nettoyer les algues. Je n'ai absolument aucune plainte à formuler, si ce n'est qu'il a plu à verse pendant 5 des 7 jours que nous avons passés sur place......... a adoré le service de navette ! J'y retournerais sans aucun doute !

A truly amazing resort! What an absolute beautiful resort. Everywhere we went on the resort everyone was working hard and smiling from the gardeners to the servers to the bartenders. The concierge called at least 3 times to make sure everything was good. The food was absolutely amazing, so many choices and always hot and fresh. From the clean bathrooms to the refilling of the mini fridge to the butler lighting up our scent warmer every night in the room. Every morning the workers were at the beach cleaning up the seaweed. I have absolutely no complaints except it poured rain for 5 out of the 7 days we were there......... loved the shuttle service! I would definitely go again!!

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Pas si étonnant

J'ai beaucoup voyagé à Pierro Vallarta et j'ai séjourné dans de nombreux complexes hôteliers et ce n'est pas un complexe quatre étoiles l'emplacement est excellent les chambres sont vieilles la plomberie n'est pas bonne ni l'air conditionné le personnel de l'accueil n'a pas été utile bien que le reste du personnel ait été formidable je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel

Not so amazing I've travelled a lot in Pierro Vallarta And stayed at many hotel resorts and this is not a four star resort location is great the rooms are old the plumbing is not good nor the air conditioning the front staff was not helpful although the other staff was great I would not recommend this hotel

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Station balnéaire de charme

Super Resort ! mes 2 seules plaintes sont, 1- le service d'enregistrement cauchemardesque qui a été rapidement résolu et 2- les montagnes d'algues sur la plage rocailleuse. Le personnel est sympathique, le terrain bien entretenu, les chambres propres, la nourriture abondante et variée. Les spectacles sont typiques d'un hôtel tout compris. Dans l'ensemble, je retournerais dans ce complexe. L'hôtel de luxe dépasse les complexes de Coba et de Tulum situés sur le même terrain. Cela vaut la peine de [... lire plus] payer plus cher pour l'hôtel de luxe que pour les deux autres.

Lovely Resort Great Resort! my only 2 complaint's are, 1- the nightmare check-in service which was quickly resolved and 2- the mountains of seaweed on the rocky beach. Staff is nice, grounds well groomed, rooms clean, food plentiful and varied. Shows are typical all inclusive talent. All in all I would go to this resort again. The Luxury Hotel exceeds Coba and Tulum resorts on the same grounds. Its worth paying extra for the Luxury than the other 2.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Un lieu de villégiature parfait

Très propre, personnel extraordinaire, belles chambres et plages magnifiques. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire. Les buffets étaient excellents, les restaurants à la carte étonnants. Beaucoup d'animaux sauvages, y compris un étang de crocodiles et des étangs de flamants roses. L'emplacement dans la jungle est un bonus. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Perfect resort Very clean, amazing staff, nice rooms and beautiful beaches. No end to things to do. Buffets were great, a la carte restaurants amazing. Lots of friendly wildlife,including a crocodile pond and flamingo ponds. Jungle like location a bonus. I would definetly be going again.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Un endroit idéal pour séjourner !

Tout dans cet hôtel est amusant. Les couleurs, les gens, les divertissements, tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer. L'atmosphère est vraiment accueillante et tout le monde est là pour s'amuser. Nous avons rencontré des gens formidables venus de tout le Canada et des États-Unis.

Great place to stay! Everything about this hotel is fun. The colors, the people, the entertainment, anything you can think of. The atmosphere is really inviting and everyone is there for a good time. We met so many great people from all over Canada and the US.
