Riu Santa Fe: Superbe hôtel et personnel sympathique

Le terrain est très propre et bien entretenu. Les piscines sont géniales et les barmen des bars de baignade le sont tout autant. Ma famille a adoré ses vacances. Les activités étaient amusantes et nombreuses pour tous les âges. Les restaurants de spécialités offraient une grande variété de plats et un service rapide. La nourriture était excellente, mais le vin a besoin d'être amélioré. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient excellents et différents chaque soir. Great Resort and Friendly Staff The grounds were very clean and well kept. The pools are awesome and so are the bartenders at the swim up bars. My family loved the vacation. The activities were fun and abundant for all ages. The specialty restaurants had a variety of food and quick service. The food was great, however the wine needs improvement. The nightly entertainment was excellent and different every night. My family loved it and will always remember the great time we had!

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Des vacances extraordinaires

c'est notre deuxième visite dans ce complexe en deux ans et une fois de plus nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons réservé le diamond club côté adultes, l'enregistrement a été rapide, en une demi-heure nous étions au bord de la piscine en train de savourer une boisson fraîche et nous étions dans notre chambre à 15 heures, nous avons été transférés dans une chambre face à l'océan le jour suivant, la vue est incroyable et les chambres sont très propres, le service de majordome et bien c'est à vou [... lire plus]s de voir, mais nous l'avons apprécié. La nourriture est excellente, du bar des sports au buffet en passant par tous les restaurants à la carte, il y a beaucoup de piscines à apprécier et le service au bord de la piscine était très bon. Le seul inconvénient de ce complexe est la plage : l'eau n'est pas d'un bleu limpide, mais le sable est blanc et propre, et la plage est très privée, personne n'essayant de vous vendre quoi que ce soit. sur 5 étoiles, je lui donnerais 4,5

Amazing vacation this is our 2nd visit to this resort in the last 2 years and once again we were not disappointed. we booked the diamond club adults side, checking in was quick with in half an hour we were poolside enjoying a cold beverage and we were in our room by 3 o'clock, we were moved to ocean front room the next day views we unbelievable and the rooms are very clean, Butler service well that's up to you but we enjoyed it. Food is top shelf from the sports bar to the buffet to all the a la carte restaurants, there lots of pools to enjoy and the service at pool side was very good. The only down side to this resort is the beach the water is not that pretty blue clear the sand is white and clean and it very private no one is there trying to sell you anything. out of 5 stars I would give it 4.5

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Excellente station !

Je n'ai pas l'habitude d'écrire des commentaires, mais tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que c'est incroyable ! Notre séjour à la station n'était rien de moins que parfait, la chambre était incroyable, le personnel était très amical, serviable et divertissant. La nourriture était excellente, nous n'avons pas essayé tous les restaurants car ceux que nous avons visités étaient si bons que nous y sommes retournés. Les piscines étaient superbes et très bien entretenues "jamais obscurcies par la crème [... lire plus] solaire". Je dirais que le seul bémol est la plage, uniquement à cause de la quantité d'algues " pas à cause du manque de personnel essayant de les nettoyer " cela arrive.

Excellent Resort!! Well I'm not one to usually write reviews but all I can say is Amazing!!! Our stay at the resort was nothing less than perfect, the room was amazing the staff was very friendly, helpful and entertaining.The food was excellent we did not try all the restaurants due to the ones we did go too were so good we went again.The pools were great and very well kept "never clouded by sunscreen ". I would have to say the only downside was the beach only due to the amount of seaweed " not from lack of the staff trying to clean it up " it happens.

Las Palmas by the Sea: Un centre de villégiature plutôt bien situé

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé sur la plage et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Le personnel est formidable, Guatloupe, Lorenzo, Martin et tant d'autres, difficile de se souvenir de tous les noms mais ils sont formidables. Les animations étaient bonnes tous les soirs. La piscine pour adultes était bien séparée de la piscine pour enfants. La seule chose qui nous a déçus, c'est que nous ne pouvions pas avoir notre propre musique à la piscine. La nourriture était irrégulière au buffet. L [... lire plus]e service y était toujours bon mais la nourriture manquait de grandeur. Pas de bacon au petit déjeuner. Le gazebo pour l'el a carte était très bon, mais ne commandez pas le porc très sec. Le saumon et le poulet étaient divins. Les chambres sont propres et le lit est décent mais les oreillers sont bosselés. Merci Martha pour votre grand service en gardant notre chambre propre. Pas de frigo bar ni de cafetière dans les chambres, si vous vous attendez à cela, ce n'est pas le cas. Belle vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon, une image parfaite et aussi sur les montagnes. C'était une vue magnifique. Le front de mer est charmant mais nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à la piscine. Très bien de garder les enfants hors de cette piscine mais il devrait y avoir des exceptions pour les adolescents qui sont 17 presque 18 et avec les parents. La musique de la piscine pour enfants avait l'air amusante, je n'y suis jamais allé mais ils avaient l'air de s'amuser. L'hôtel n'est ni chic ni grand mais pittoresque, propre, avec un beau terrain et un personnel très agréable. C'est bien qu'ils nous aient laissé garder nos bracelets jusqu'à ce qu'on vienne nous chercher et qu'ils aient gardé nos sacs, départ à midi, retour à 3h20. Je reviendrais encore 3-3.5 étoiles.

Pretty good resort The resort is perfectly located right on the beach and close to all amenities. The staff are amazing, Guatloupe, Lorenzo, Martin and so many more hard to remember all the names but they are great. Entertainment was good every night. The adult pool was nice to have separate from the kids pool. Only thing we were disappointed about was not being able to have our own music at the pool. The food was hit a miss in the buffet. Service was always good there but the food was lacking in greatness. No Bacon for breakfast. The gazebo for the el a carte was very good do not order the pork very dry. Salmon and chicken was divine. Rooms are clean and bed is decent but pillows are lumpy. Thank you Martha for your great service on keeping our room clean. No bar fridge no coffee makers in rooms if you are expecting this its not there. Nice ocean view from balcony picture perfect and also of the mountains. Was gorgeous views. Beach front is lovely but spent most of our time by the pool. Very good about keeping the kids out of this pool but there should be exceptions for those teens that are 17 almost 18 and with parents. Music at the kids pool sounded like fun, never went into that pool but they seemed to be having fun. Hotel is nothing fancy or big but quaint, clean, nice grounds and very nice pleasant staff. Nice they let us keep our bands on till our pick up and held our bags, check out noon, pick up 3:20. I would come back again 3-3.5 star quality.

Secrets Huatulco: un service extraordinaire pour le prix

l'hôtel est situé dans un parc attrayant, bien que peu étendu, et comprend un charmant jardin d'observation des oiseaux. sur une colline escarpée (bien qu'il y ait de nombreux ascenseurs), il offre une vue magnifique sur la "baie des lapins" et la grande plage de sable. bien que l'eau soit souvent agitée, le personnel aquatique (nombreux) est prêt à l'affronter. dans l'hôtel, le personnel est extrêmement courtois et serviable. j'ai apprécié la politique du "just turn up" pour les restaurants à  [... lire plus]la carte - et nous avons été très impressionnés par le restaurant mexicain - excellentes spécialités oaxaquiennes. le restaurant castaways, à l'écart du site principal, était excellent pour le déjeuner, et offre les meilleures vues de la propriété. nous avons seulement eu tendance à utiliser le "sky bar" sur le pont entre la zone principale et les ascenseurs vers les piscines. encore une fois, des vues spectaculaires spectaculaires. nous avons voyagé avec air canada vacations et réservé toutes nos excursions par l'intermédiaire de l'agent local. la plupart étaient intéressantes, mais impliquaient souvent des trajets épuisants en minibus. nous avons constaté que la compagnie d'excursions que nous avons utilisée, xpert travel, a des groupes plus petits, mais à chaque fois nous étions les seuls gringos, ce qui ajoutait à l'intérêt. nous n'avons pas fait le tour de la ville, car nous avons constaté que nous pouvions prendre un taxi jusqu'à crucetita pour 70 pesos [5 $] pour deux personnes et nous promener à notre guise. l'église principale de la ville vaut vraiment la peine d'être visitée. bien que cette période de l'année soit la saison sèche et que les collines soient principalement brunes, la plupart des espaces publics de la région et l'autoroute menant à l'hôtel ont été aménagés et sont bien arrosés, ce qui rend l'endroit très agréable. nous envisageons sérieusement de revenir à la fin de la saison des pluies !

extraordinary service for the price the hotel is set in attractive, though not extensive grounds, and includes a delightful birdwatching garden. on a steep hillside [though plenty of elevators] it has great views over the ' bay of rabbits ' and wide sandy beach. though the water is often rough, the aquatic staff [ plenty of them ] are prepared to tough it out. in the hotel, the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. i liked the 'just turn up' policy for the a la carte restaurants - and we were most impressed by the mexican restaurant - excellent oaxacan specialities. castaways restaurant, away from the main site, was excellent for lunch, and has the best views on the property. we only tended to use the 'sky bar' on the bridge between the main area and the elevators to the pools. again, spectacular views. we went with air canada vacations, and booked all our excursions through the local agent. most were interesting, but often involved grueling minibus jouneys. we found that the tour company ac used, xpert travel, has smaller groups, but each time we were the only gringos, which added to the interest. we didn't take the city tour, since we found we could take a taxi to crucetita for 70 pesos [$5] for 2 and wander around at will. the main church in town is definitely worth a look. although this time of year is the dry season, and the hillsides are mainly brown, most public areas in the region and the highway to the hotel have been landscaped and are well watered, making it most pleasant. we are seriously contemplating returning at the end of the rainy season!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Le meilleur centre de villégiature qui soit.

Iberostar fait toujours les choses bien, de la nourriture au terrain en passant par les divertissements. Ce complexe est génial et vous avez la possibilité d'utiliser 2 des complexes d'Iberostar connectés également. Iberostar semble toujours offrir le meilleur rapport qualité-prix. Nous y retournerons bientôt et, je l'espère, nous y emmènerons beaucoup d'autres amis.

Best resort ever. Iberostar always does things right, from the food to the grounds and the entertainment. This resort is great and you have the ability to use 2 of the connected iberostar resorts as well. Iberostar always seems to deliver the best bang for your buck. We will be going backs soon and hopefully bringing many other friends with us.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: J'ai adoré !

J'ai passé d'excellentes vacances la semaine dernière au Grand Sirenis ! Un temps parfait, une nourriture incroyable au buffet et dans les restaurants à la carte, un service formidable et un complexe propre. Ce complexe est assez étendu mais il n'y a pas de mal à marcher un peu et le service de navette était également disponible. Ma petite-fille de 7 ans a trouvé beaucoup de choses à faire au club pour enfants. Le seul point négatif était la plage, pas aussi sablonneuse que d'autres dans cett [... lire plus]e région, mais nous savions en y allant qu'elle se trouvait dans une crique de rochers coralliens, ce qui était mieux pour la plongée avec tuba ! Beaucoup de chaises à la plage et autour des piscines, et ils n'ont pas manqué de serviettes fraîches ! Oh, et beaucoup de bacon au buffet du petit déjeuner ! Un grand merci à Karol de Trip Central !

Loved it! Had a great vaca last week at the Grand Sirenis! Perfect weather,amazing food at the buffet and a la carte restaurants as well, wonderful service and clean resort. This resort is quite spread out but didn't hurt to walk a bit and shuttle service was available as well. My 7 yr.old granddaughter found lots to do at the kids club. Only down side was the beach, not as sandy as some in this area, but we knew going in that it was in a cove of coral rock, which was better for snorkelling! Lots of chairs at the beach and around the pools, and they didn't run short of fresh towels! Oh, and lots of bacon at breakfast buffet!! Many thanks to Karol from trip central!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire :)

Notre voyage à l'hôtel Sian Kaan a été incroyable. L'hôtel est extraordinaire, Coba, Tulum et Akumal ne sont pas comparables. Le fait d'être sur le Sian Kaan (où l'on ne peut pas entrer) et ensuite sur le terrain de l'hôtel nous a permis de comparer la qualité des deux. L'expérience à Sian Kaan est 5 étoiles. C'est privé, le service est incroyable, la qualité des équipements est irréprochable. C'était une escapade secrète loin des plages et loin de l'agitation, du chaos et de la confusion qui rè [... lire plus]gnent dans les autres hôtels. Ces hôtels n'étaient pas réservés aux adultes, ce qui explique peut-être pourquoi ils ne sont pas comparables à la qualité de Sian Kaan. Ils étaient également beaucoup plus grands et la qualité était rare. Le service de plage sur la plage privée de Sian Kaan était incroyable. Martha était la meilleure hôtesse tous les jours du mardi au dimanche. Tous les autres membres du personnel (à l'exception du personnel qui s'occupe des réservations aux restaurants....) étaient incroyables. Utilisez l'application téléphonique pour réserver. Allez tôt à la plage ou à la piscine et réservez des places, tout le monde le fait.

Amazing resort :) Our trip to hotel Sian Kaan was incredible. The hotel is amazing to stay in, Coba, Tulum and Akumal do not compare. Being on Sian Kaan (which they cannot enter) and then being on their grounds helped us compare the quality of the two. The experience at Sian Kaan is 5 star. It's private, service is amazing, quality of amenities is immaculate. It was a secret getaway away from the beaches and away from the busy, chaotic and "all over the place" other hotels. Those hotels were not adult only - which could be why they did not compare to the quality at Sian Kaan. They also were much larger and quality was scarce. Beach service at the private Sian Kaan beach was amazing. Martha was the best host out there every day Tuesday to Sunday. All the other staff (except for the staff that books reservations at restaurants....) Were incredible. Use phone app to book. Go early to beach or pool and reserve spots, every one does it.

Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Déçu

L'hôtel est très beau, mais pas très relaxant. C'est un complexe familial maintenant... pas un endroit pour un couple canadien qui ne veut pas que les enfants courent à 22 heures au Sports Bar, tout "sucrés" par les boîtes de céréales qu'ils prennent au buffet. En fait, il s'agissait de parents qui ne contrôlaient pas leurs enfants. C'est extrêmement décevant, car le complexe dispose de nombreux endroits magnifiques. La "piscine à débordement" devrait simplement être appelée "piscine pour enfant [... lire plus]s", car c'est elle qui est utilisée, à tel point qu'il était difficile d'y accéder. Et quelqu'un peut-il me dire comment un enfant peut rester dans l'eau et ne pas aller à la salle de bain.... réponse simple !!! Enfin, dans le bar des sports, il y avait des téléviseurs... le personnel était assez sympathique et a trouvé CBC pour que nous puissions regarder les séries éliminatoires de hockey..... seul problème, c'est que dans le même coin pour regarder le match, il y avait 4.... comptez les 4 parties de "fooze-ball". le bruit et les cris des locaux étaient déjà assez mauvais pour une partie, mais 4.... n'ont pas pu profiter de la soirée. Cet hôtel n'a pas d'endroit pour boire un verre tranquillement et jouer à des jeux le soir. Dommage qu'il s'agisse d'un beau quartier.

Disappointed The hotel is very beautiful, but not very relaxing. It's a family resort now... not a place a Canadian couple who doesn't want kids running around at 10pm at the Sports Bar all "sugared up" from the boxes of cereal they take from the buffet. What it amounted to was parents not keeping their children under control. This was extremely disappointing as the resort has many beautiful areas. The "Infinity Pool" should just be called the "Kids Pool" as that's who's in it to the extent that you had a hard time accessing the pool. And will someone tell me how a kid can stay in the water and not go to the bathroom.... simply answer!!! Lastly in the Sports Bar they had the TV's... now the staff was friendly enough and found CBC so we could watch the hockey playoffs..... only problem was in the same sitting area to watch the game is 4.... count them 4 "fooze-ball" games. the noise and shouting from the locals was bad enough on 1 game but 4.... couldn't enjoy the evening. This hotel has no place for a quite drink and an area to play games in the evening. Too bad nice area.

Grand Oasis Riviera: Centre de villégiature familial

Les chambres étaient très propres et entretenues quotidiennement. La piscine pour les enfants était géniale pour nos enfants de 1 an et 3 ans. Il y avait des activités pour les enfants tous les jours et des spectacles tous les soirs. La nourriture était incroyable. Très savoureuse et très variée. L'hôtel semblait manquer de personnel, mais tout le personnel était très amical et prêt à aider à tout moment. Les douches étaient chaudes comme de la vapeur, mais suffisamment chaudes. La plage av [... lire plus]ait beaucoup d'algues lorsque nous y sommes allés mais l'hôtel a fait de son mieux pour l'entretenir. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était formidable, tout était proche, pas de longues marches pour se rendre à un endroit particulier, sympathique, bien organisé, parfait pour les familles, et nous le recommanderions à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit au Mexique.

Family Friendly Resort Rooms were very clean and maintained daily. The pool for the kids was great for our 1 year old and our 3 year old. They had activities for the kids daily and shows every evening. The food was amazing. Very tasty and lots to go around. They seemed to be slightly understaffed but all the staff were very friendly and willing to help at any time. The showers were steaming hot but still hot enough. The beach had a lot of seaweed when we went but the hotel tried their very best to maintain it. Overall the hotel was amazing, everything was close, no long walks to any particular area, friendly, well organized, great for families, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Mexico.

Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort: Viva Catalonia Yucatan !

Je suis allée dans ce complexe uniquement pour me reposer et il ne m'a pas déçue. Nous étions un groupe de 4 et 2 d'entre nous ont été surclassés en Privilège et 2 ne l'ont pas été. De cette façon, nous avions tous accès à la plage et au bar "privilège". Si vous préférez profiter de la piscine, le surclassement pour 185 $ de plus par personne n'en vaut probablement pas la peine. La plage est un beau sable blanc et vous pouvez faire du snorkeling et nager dans la mer claire des Caraïbes juste en [... lire plus] face du complexe. Il y a quelques poissons intéressants, mais si vous voulez nager avec les tortues, allez à Akumal. La nourriture était assez bonne et les restaurants à la carte étaient très bons. Le personnel était travailleur et amical. Mes deux seuls reproches sont que la musique était parfois très forte au bord de la piscine et qu'il s'agissait de rock américain plutôt que de musique mexicaine....J'aime écouter de la musique latine lorsque je suis au Mexique. L'autre reproche est qu'il était permis de fumer dans la piscine et dans les bars. La plupart des clients de l'hôtel étaient français, italiens, mexicains et quelques Canadiens et Américains. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix !

Viva Catalonia Yucatan! I went to this resort solely for R & R and it did not disappoint. We were in a group of 4 and 2 of us upgraded to Privilege and 2 didn't. This way we all had access to the "privilege" beach & bar. If you are a poolside person then the upgrade for an extra $185 each probably isn't worth it. The beach is lovely white sand and you can snorkel and swim in the clear Caribbean sea right in front of the resort. There are quite a few interesting fish but if you want to swim with the turtles go to Akumal. The food was quite good and the a la carte restaurants were very good. The staff were hard-working and friendly. My only 2 complaints were that sometimes the music was extremely loud poolside and was American rock rather than Mexican music....I like to listen to Latin music while in Mexico. The other complaint is that smoking was allowed in the pool and at the swim-up bars. Most of the guests when we were there were French, Italian, some Mexican and a few Canadians & Americans. Over all a very good value for money resort!

GR Solaris Cancun and Spa: Le GR Solaris est un très bon centre de villégiature

L'hôtel est très bien, beaucoup d'équipements, l'animation était bonne, les chambres très propres et la vue sur l'océan magnifique, le service très bon, le personnel très poli et amical. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très bonne expérience. La seule chose qui m'a déplu : l'eau de l'océan n'était pas bonne pour nager et il y avait beaucoup de mauvaises herbes.

GR Solaris is very good resort Hotel is very nice, lot of amenities, entertainment was good, rooms very clean and beautiful ocean view, service very good, staff very polite and friendly. Overall very good experience. The only thing I was not happy about: ocean water was not good for swimming and there was a lot of see weed.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Belles vacances !

Nous avons absolument adoré nos vacances dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était formidable, tellement attentif et arrangeant. La nourriture était très bonne (surtout le restaurant asiatique !). Il y avait aussi beaucoup d'options végétariennes. Notre chambre était une chambre avec vue sur l'océan et elle était très belle. Elle était très privée et offrait une vue magnifique. Il n'y avait qu'une seule piscine principale, qui proposait de nombreuses activités. Nous l'avons trouvée agréable le mati [... lire plus]n mais bruyante l'après-midi. Si nous n'avions pas eu une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, j'aurais eu du mal à me détendre. Nous préférons des vacances relaxantes, et nous avons trouvé que c'était très bien. Il semblait y avoir beaucoup d'activités si vous vouliez participer. Les seuls inconvénients de cet hôtel sont que les réceptions de mariage sont assez bruyantes et qu'elles semblent se dérouler à l'extérieur, sur les pelouses. Elles sont suffisamment proches des chambres pour que la musique soit assez gênante entre 20h et 22h30. Cependant, ils ont toujours semblé l'éteindre à ce moment-là. Dans l'ensemble, cela ne nous a pas trop affectés, mais ce n'était pas idéal.

Lovely vacation! We absolutely loved our vacation at this hotel. The staff were amazing and so attentive and accommodating. The food was very good (especially the Asian restaurant!). They had plenty of vegetarian options as well. Our room was a swim up ocean view and it was lovely. Quite private with a great view. There was only one main pool, which held a lot of activities. We found it nice in the morning but loud in the afternoons. If we hadn’t had a swim up, I would have found it difficult to relax. We prefer a relaxing vacation, and found it was great. There seemed to be plenty of activities if you wanted to participate. The only downsides to this hotel were that the wedding receptions are quite loud and they seem to be done outside on the grassy areas. Close enough to rooms to be quite annoying with loud music from around 8-10:30pm. However they always seemed to shut it down by then. Overall this didn’t affect us too much, but it wasn’t ideal.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le complexe, la nourriture était superbe, l'hôtel était très propre, le terrain était magnifique L'hôtel était très propre, le terrain était magnifique. Le personnel était très attentif, amical et très accommodant lorsque nous n'étions pas satisfaits de notre chambre. Je retournerai sans aucun doute dans ce complexe !

Fantastic resort We really enjoyed the resort , food was superb, the hotel was Kept very clean, the grounds were beautiful. The staff was very attentive, friendly and very accommodating when we were unsatisfied with our room . I will most definitely go back to this resort.!

c'est notre 5ème voyage au Gran Bahia Principe Coba.....e complexe est l'un de nos préférés, le personnel, l'équipe d'animation, le terrain, la nourriture....notable....es chambres sont grandes et très accueillantes pour les familles de toutes tailles....es cartes valent toutes les réservations...ne manquez pas de les essayer....le buffet principal a suffisamment de choix pour que vous ne sachiez pas par où commencer, pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner....bonne chance....vous ne rep [... lire plus]artirez pas le ventre vide....les piscines sont fantastiques, l'atmosphère convient à tous les voyageurs, jeunes ou vieux, et il y a un endroit idéal pour les enfants......la plage est magnifique, vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomètres, la baignade est excellente lorsqu'elle est débarrassée des algues.........et le temps est toujours ensoleillé....profitez-en, vous ne le regretterez pas !!! this has been our 5th trip to the Gran Bahia Principe Coba.....the resort is one of our favorites, the staff, the entertainment staff, the grounds, the food....top notch....rooms are large and very accomodating for any size family....a la cartes are worth every booking...make sure you try them all....the main buffet has enough to chose from you do not know where to begin, for breakfast lunch or dinner...good luck....you will not leave hungry at all....the pools are fantastic, atmosphere for every traveller young or old, and a great area for the kids......the beach is lovely, you can walk for miles, the swimming is great when cleared of seaweed.........and the weather is always sunny....enjoy you will not regret it!!! Ocean Riviera Paradise: Ce centre de villégiature a été adoré !

Ce complexe est magnifique. Les terrains sont très bien entretenus, les chambres sont belles et très propres. La nourriture et les boissons sont délicieuses. Il y a beaucoup de variété et de choix. J'ai trouvé le personnel très amical et serviable. C'est sans aucun doute l'un des plus beaux complexes hôteliers où j'ai séjourné. J'aimerais beaucoup y retourner.

Loved this resort! This resort is beautiful. The grounds are very well manicured the rooms are nice and kept very clean. The food and drinks were delicious. There is lots of variety and selections to choose from. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. This has definitely been one of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed at. I would love to go back there again.

Cet hôtel était génial ! C'était la troisième fois que j'y séjournais et j'ai apprécié chaque minute ! Le personnel était très amical et serviable ! L'équipe d'entrée a fait un excellent travail ! Je retournerai certainement dans cet hôtel !

Great resort!! This hotel was awesome! This was the 3rd time at the resort and I enjoyed every minute of it! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Enterinament crew did a great job! I would for sure go back to this hotel!

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Tout à l'hôtel Royal Playa Del Carmen était excellent. Super propre, nourriture excellente, personnel professionnel et amical. La plage était magnifique. Les piscines sont magnifiques. A 2 minutes à pied de la 5ème avenue pour faire du shopping. Je recommande vivement le Royal PDC !

Excellent resort! Everything at the Royal Playa Del Carmen was top notch. Super clean, excellent food, friendly professional staff. Beach was beautiful. Pools lovely. Close 2 minute walk to 5th avenue for fun shopping. Highly recommend the Royal PDC!!

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Une nourriture étonnante et un service excellent.

L'hôtel dispose d'une culture de premier ordre transmise au personnel. Les terrains sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. Les chambres et l'hôtel sont très propres. Je reviendrai dans les hôtels Karisma à l'avenir. Personnel remarquable ! La nourriture était délicieuse, tendre et bien présentée. J'ai mangé dans la plupart des restaurants du complexe. Les barmans étaient formidables et nous ont fait découvrir de nouveaux shooters et de nouvelles boissons. L'équipe de participation était géniale [... lire plus] et divertissante. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient fantastiques et m'ont beaucoup diverti.

Amazing food and great service. Hotel has a first class culture trained into their staff. Grounds are beautiful and well kept . Rooms and resort very clean. I will visit Karisma resorts again in the future. Outstanding staff! Food was very delicious, tender , presented well. Ate at most restaurants on the resort. Bartenders were great introduced to new shooters and drinks. Participation team were awesome and entertaining. Night shows were fantastic and kept me highly entertained.

Las Palmas by the Sea: Meilleur prix pour la valeur

Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'aller à l'aéroport, mais j'ai eu l'occasion d'y rencontrer des gens qui m'ont fait confiance. Je commencerai par le personnel local d'Air Transat à l'aéroport, qui était tout à fait identifiable au milieu de la mêlée des gangs très éprouvants de la multipropriété. Ma famille et moi-même, ma femme, mon fils et mon fils d'un an, avons été rapidement conduits à l'hôtel Las Plamas. Nous avons été bien accueillis par des employés sympathiques et bien habillés dans une réc [... lire plus]eption moderne mais rustique. Le temps d'attente n'a pas dépassé 5 minutes, puis nous sommes allés dans notre chambre. Une chambre standard typique avec une belle vue sur la montagne en arrière-plan. L'endroit est d'une propreté époustouflante, le personnel est de première classe, toujours souriant, amical et désireux de vous aider. Le restaurant Palapa est toujours accommodant et une grande variété de nourriture est toujours disponible, très peu de répétitions, le personnel est comparé à un 5 étoiles, ils sont toujours soignés, propres et parlent bien. L'ensemble du terrain était impeccable, pas même une feuille séchée à voir. La piscine est géniale. La plage était agréable, pas trop occupée, quelques vendeurs légalement identifiables. Le personnel de ménage était minutieux et rapide, car nous avons eu le bébé. j'ai eu un problème avec les toilettes qui a été résolu en dix minutes. Les boissons étaient vraiment bonnes et les couchers de soleil étaient incroyables. La ville est sûre pour s'aventurer et il y a beaucoup de bonbons locaux etc... J'aime vraiment LAs palmas et son personnel... Ils étaient incroyables... L'ambiance est traditionnelle ce qui était génial, ils ont aussi un bar sain. le barman Pablo et l'agent de sécurité Pedro ont rendu mon expérience très mémorable. Les serveurs Federico ont été incroyables, en fait ils l'ont tous été. Le divertissement nocturne a été le ... l'expérience globale a été géniale ... j'ai rencontré des familles très gentilles aussi .... Je reviendrai sans aucun doute... merci au personnel de Las Palmas... bravo !

Best price for Value To all those reading this ..let me tell you first of all that Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful city . Il begin by Air transat staff Local at the airport were quite identifiable amidst the melee of the very trying time share gangs .My family and i wife son and 1 yo g/son were promptly wizzed off to the hotel Las Plamas. Were we well received by friendly stall well dressed as well . in a modern yet rustic reception area .. waiting time max 5 mins then we went o our room . a typical standard room with a nice view of the mountainside back ground. The place is mindblowingly clean the staff is first class always smiling friendly and eager to assist you.. the palapa restaurant is always accommodating and a great variety of food is always available very few repeats the staff there are compared to 5 star they are always neat clean and well spoken.. the entire grounds was spot less not even a dried leaf to be seen pool is great beach was nice not too busy a few vendors legally identifiable. the housekeeping staff was thorough and prompt as we did have the baby.. i had a an issue with the toilet it was fixed in ten minutes . the drinks were really ggod and the sunsets were amazing the city is safe to venture and a lot of local candies etc.I really love love LAs palmas and their staff .they were amazing the ambiance is traditional which was great , they also had a healthy Bar. the bartender Pablo an the security guard Pedro made my experience very memorable. the servers Federico was amazing actually all of them were.. the night entertainment was the ... the overall experience was great .. met some really nice families as well.. I will definitely visit again... thanks Las Palmas staff... cheers
