Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Tout était magnifique, les animations étaient excellentes et le personnel sympathique. Il est facile de se déplacer dans ce complexe. La seule chose qui ne nous a pas satisfaits est l'aménagement de la salle de bains/douche, trop ouverte et sans intimité.

Amazing Resort Everything there was beautiful.. great entertainment and friendly staff. Easily can get around this complex with ease. The only thing that was not to our satisfaction was the set up of the washroom/ shower area.. too open with no privacy.

Un paradis absolu ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et une hospitalité exceptionnelle, Albenis à la réception a été très serviable. La situation époustouflante de l'hôtel en bord de mer a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Les chambres étaient impeccables, propres et spacieuses, avec un jacuzzi, une vue imprenable et le plus grand confort. Les restaurants, les snack-bars, le restaurant de la plage et le buffet sont tous excellents. La variété des activités et des divertissements proposés répondait à tous les goûts, de sorte que l'on ne s'ennuyait jamais. Chaque jour, il y avait quelque chose à faire ou un événement quelconque comme la soirée mousse, le karaoké, les spectacles d'acrobatie, la soirée tout blanc, etc. Nous avons bénéficié d'un service exceptionnel au restaurant El Olivo Gourmet. Au buffet principal Acuario, Fernando nous a fait sentir comme chez nous et nous a offert un service inégalé. Le personnel était très amical, poli et nous a fait sentir les bienvenus. Nous avons quitté l'hôtel en nous sentant rajeunis et en planifiant déjà notre retour. Une destination vraiment remarquable pour des vacances de rêve !

Amazin resort! Loved it a lot An absolute paradise! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality, Albenis at the front desk was very helpful. The resort's breathtaking beachfront location made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were immaculate, clean and spacious, offering a Jacuzzi, and stunning views and utmost comfort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, from personalized service to incredible dining experiences. The food was so good at the restaurants, snack bars, beach restaurant and buffet. The variety of activities and entertainment options catered to every taste, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Everyday there was something to do, or some kind of event like the foam party, karaoke, acrobatics performances, all white party etc. We had the most exceptional service at El Olivo Gourmet Restaurant. At the main buffet Acuario, Fernando made us feel at home and provided unmatched service. The staff were very friendly, polite, and made us feel welcomed. We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our return. A truly remarkable destination for a dream vacation!

J'ai’ été dans ce resort une fois auparavant il y a environ 6 ans et c'était incroyable. Malheureusement, tout a changé. La nourriture était horrible, le service était horrible et préparez-vous à vous faire voler lors de vos excursions. Bahia principe J'ai été dans plusieurs complexes hôteliers, j'espère que vous vous en sortirez à nouveau.

Not impressed I’ve been to this resort once before about 6 years ago and it was amazing. Unfortunately everything has changed…. The food was horrible , the service was horrible and prepare your self to get robbed on you excursions. Bahia principe I’ve been to multiple resorts I hope you guys pull it together again.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Cela en vaut la peine !

J'ai passé un très bon moment ! Ma chambre était propre et bien équipée pour la plupart ! J'ai pensé que le buffet et les options de nourriture étaient très bien aussi, les piscines et les bars étaient géniaux ! La zone de plage était un peu petite pour les clients de Coba, mais ce n'était pas trop mal. Il n'y a pas d'options de nourriture pour Coba à la plage, mais ce n'était vraiment pas un problème ! J'ai tellement mangé au buffet que je n'ai eu faim que bien après l'heure du déjeuner hahaha  [... lire plus]! Honnêtement, tout était propre, le personnel était irréel et c'était vraiment un voyage formidable. Du début à la fin, nous avons passé un très bon moment !

Worth it! Had a really good time! My room was clean, and well stocked for the most part! I thought the buffet and food options were great as well, pools and bars were awesome! Beach area was a tad small for Coba guests but it wasn’t too bad. There is no food options for Coba at the beach but this really was a non issue! I ate so much at the buffet that I wasn’t hungry until well after lunch time hahaha! Honestly, everything was clean, the staff were unreal and it was truly a great trip. Start to finish, we had a really good time!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Mauvaise expérience ! !!!

C'était notre troisième visite dans le même hôtel. Nous ne reviendrons PAS dans votre hôtel. Personnel très antipathique. Pas désireux d'aider ou d'aider du tout. Service épouvantable au buffet. La nourriture était toujours froide. On peut certainement dire que des réductions sont en cours car peu de poisson est noté sur les menus, en particulier aux buffets. Il y avait du saumon fumé tous les matins. Je crois que je l'ai vu 3 fois pendant notre séjour de 12 nuits. Le saumon qui était là avait l [... lire plus]'air gras et très peu appétissant, c'est pourquoi je n'en ai jamais mangé. Le plus ennuyeux, ce sont les travaux dont on nous a dit qu'ils étaient mineurs. Eh bien, les marteaux-piqueurs, les camions de ciment et le bruit constant ont été entendus jusque tard dans la nuit. On nous avait dit que les travaux se dérouleraient de 8h à 18h, ce qui n'était certainement pas le cas puisque nous les avons vus travailler bien au-delà de 21h. Sans parler de la poussière de construction toujours présente dans l'air, en particulier autour de la piscine. Les appels à la réception pour obtenir de l'aide étaient très lents et l'Internet était absolument épouvantable. Nous ne pouvions PAS avoir de wifi dans notre chambre pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Même pas sur notre balcon. Nous ne pouvions y accéder que par moments dans le hall, ce qui était très gênant. Nous avons souvent manqué de boissons au bar du hall et le service y était horrible. J'étais content de partir et de rentrer à la maison ! !!

Poor experience !!!! This was our 3rd visit to the same hotel. We will NOT be returning to your hotel. Staff very unfriendly. Not eager to help or help at all. Service terrible at buffet meals. Food was always on the cold side. Can certainly tell cut backs are in hand as little fish noted on menus especially at buffets. Used to have smoked salmon every morning. Think I saw it there 3 times on our 12 night stay. The salmon that was there looked greasy and very unappetizing therefore never having any. The most annoying was your construction that we were told was minor. Well jackhammers, cement trucks and constant noise was heard well into our nights. We were told it would be from 8am to 6pm well that was certainly not the case as we saw them working well past 9pm. Not to mention the construction dust always in the air especially around the pool. Calling the front desk for assistance was very slow and the internet was absolutely aweful. We could NOT get wifi in our room the entire time of our stay. Not even on our balcony. Could only access at times in Lobby which was a massive inconvenience. Often ran out of drinks at bar area by lobby and service there horrible. Was happy to leave and come home !!!

Bahia Principe Akumel est l'un de mes hôtels préférés, le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à aider, il se surpasse. Le service à la clientèle est exceptionnel. L'atmosphère d'Akumel était si relaxante et apaisante pour tous les participants à notre voyage. Les chambres étaient très propres et bien approvisionnées en serviettes, boissons, etc. tous les jours. Nombreux restaurants à la carte à choisir. Les buffets étaient également très bons. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Awesome Resort Bahia Principe Akumel is one of my favorite resorts, the staff are always smiling and willing to help, they go above and beyond. The customer service was oustanding. The atmosphere in Akumel was so relaxing and soothing to all on our trip. The rooms were very clean and fully stocked with towels, drinks, etc. every day. Many a la carte restaurants to choose from. Buffett foods was good as well. would recommend this hotel.

Ce resort est magnifique ðŸï¸ les terrains sont si beaux, le personnel de divertissement était parfait… tous avaient tellement d'enthousiasme, nous avons adoré….... Desiree et Bianca étaient toujours souriantes et veillaient à ce que nous ne soyons jamais déshydratés😠tous les chariots à la carte étaient si bons …¦. On ne peut pas se tromper dans ce resort â¤ï¸ on l'a adoré â¤ï¸â€¦... mais il faut se méfier de l'aéroport dominicain …¦. J'ai eu mon bagage saccagé. Beautiful This resort is beautiful 🏝️ the grounds are so pretty, the entertainment staff was perfect… all of them had so much enthusiasm, we loved it….. Desiree and Bianca always had smiles and made sure we were never were dehydrated😁 all the à la carts were so good …. You cannot go wrong at this resort ❤️ loved it ❤️….. but must mention one beware …… the Dominican airport …. Had my luggage ram-sacked …. Keep anything of value on your carry on 😣

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: 5ème visite à un GBP

C'était ma 5ème visite aux GBP : Punta Cana, Samana, La Romana, Sian Kaan et maintenant Bougainville. La dernière visite à La Romana était en 2015, et maintenant la section Bougainville en 2023, les choses sont vieilles bien que très bien entretenues mais dépassées, la redécoration coûterait des millions car tous les GBP ont le même décor, je comprends. Par conséquent, vous devez améliorer les choses qui sont sous votre contrôle. À Bougainville, le niveau VIP doit être celui-là, tout doit êtr [... lire plus]e inclus. Dans les bars par exemple, je ne devrais pas avoir à payer un supplément pour de l'alcool de qualité supérieure. Check in Je devrais être fait pour se sentir comme VIP et la priorité comme ilâ €™s censé être, notre transport nous a amené au hall principal et je devais insister que nous étions à Bougainville tandis que les invités réguliers ont été enregistrés facilement nous avons attendu pour chariot à Bougainville lobby. Une fois à Bougainville, pas de boisson de bienvenue, pas de serviette pour se rafraîchir le visage, rien pour nous faire sentir WOW. La seule chose qui était extraordinaire était le personnel qui devrait être reconnu et récompensé car il a rendu notre séjour excellent : -Lissander au bar du hall principal était l'homme de la situation, chef d'orchestre et formidable avec les clients, toujours souriant et riant -Marien et Edgar au bar de la piscine -Gelson, qui dirige l'équipe au 4 -Yariza aux boissons Corales -Yasmin au buffet -Buffet de la nuit dominicaine : les deux serveurs Joaquin Rosario et Wilbel Holguin ont été super efficaces, rapides et courtois Quant à TripCentral, ils nous ont communiqué des informations utiles avant, pendant et après notre voyage, c'était génial !

5th visit to a GBP This was my 5th visit to à GBP: Punta Cana, Samana, La Romana, Sian Kaan and now Bougainville. Last visit to La Romana was in 2015, and now Bougainville section in 2023, things are old although very well maintained but outdated, redecorating would cost millions as all GBPs have same decor, I understand. Therefore, you need to improve things within your control. When in Bougainville, the VIP level should be that VIP, all things should be included. At bars for example, I shouldn’t have to pay extra for top shelf alcohol. Check in I should be made to feel like VIP and priority as it’s supposed to be, our transportation brought us to main lobby and I had to insist we were at Bougainville while regular guests were being check in easily we waited for cart to Bougainville lobby. Once at Bougainville, no welcome drink, no towel to refresh face, nothing to make us feel WOW. Only thing that was amazing was staff which should be recognized and rewarded as they made our stay excellent: -Lissander at main lobby bar was the man, orchestra leader and great with guests and always smiling and laughing -Marien & Edgar @ quiet pool bar -Gelson, leading the team @ 4 -Yariza @ Corales drinks -Yasmin at buffet -Buffet Dominican Night both servers Joaquin Rosario y Wilbel Holguin were super efficient and speedy and courteous As for TripCentral, they communicated with us with useful information before, during and after our trip, that was amazing!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Superbe séjour au centre de villégiature !

Ma copine et moi avons passé une semaine au Bahia Principe Aquamarine avec ses parents et je dois dire que nous avons été très satisfaits de notre expérience générale. La piscine est très bien aménagée, avec des zones où l'on peut se détendre un peu plus, mais aussi un endroit près du bar de la piscine où les choses deviennent un peu plus animées (d'une manière amusante !). En parlant de piscine, les animations ont été très amusantes ! L'équipe de divertissement avait vraiment toute l'énergie n [... lire plus]écessaire pour faire un spectacle avec leurs divers jeux pour garder les gens engagés (parfois j'ai eu l'impression que les jeux s'éternisaient ?) mais un vrai moment de plaisir en général. Le personnel du bar n'est pas des plus sympathiques, je dois le dire. Je me demandais souvent si je n'avais pas dit quelque chose de mal ou si je n'étais pas un peu ennuyeux J'aurais peut-être pu leur donner un pourboire plus élevé afin d'obtenir de meilleures réponses Le Lobby Bar est magnifique et c'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre le soir si vous voulez rester près de votre chambre d'hôtel tout en vous divertissant. Le Sports Bar est sans aucun doute l'un des points forts de notre voyage. Il peut devenir assez bruyant le soir, ce qui était inattendu ! La nourriture du pub est excellente et c'est un endroit idéal pour prendre quelques verres supplémentaires avant d'aller se coucher. L'Aquamarine est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, ce qui est très facile à gérer et accessible. La plage est magnifique. Je recommanderais de commencer la matinée à la plage, puis de se rafraîchir au bord de la piscine l'après-midi. Le buffet était étonnamment très bon ! Nous avons réservé de nombreux restaurants à la carte tout au long de la semaine, mais nous nous retrouvions souvent à retourner au buffet, car le service était si rapide et la nourriture délicieuse ! Ne sous-estimez pas le tampon. 9/10 à recommander à tout le monde !

Great time at the resort! My girlfriend and I spent just about a week at the Bahia Principe Aquamarine along with her parents and I must say that we were quite pleased with our overall experience at the resort. The pool is set-up quite nicely where you can find areas where you can relax a little more, but also you can find a spot near the Pool Bar where things get a little more animated (in a fun way!). Speaking of Pool, the Entertainment was a fun time! The entertainment team definitely had all the energy to put on a show with their various games to keep people engaged (sometimes I did feel like the games were dragging on for too long?) but a real fun time in general. The Bar Staff for the most part are not the friendliest I will say. I would often find myself thinking if I said something wrong or if I am being annoying somehow? Perhaps I could have tipped them more so I can get better responses? The Lobby Bar is beautiful and a great hangout spot in the evening if you want to stay close to your hotel room and still want to be entertained. Sports Bar is definitely a fun highlight of our trip. It can get pretty rowdy in the evening which was unexpected! Great pub food, and just a great late night spot to have a few extra drinks before bed. Aquamarine's location makes it a 10 min walk to the beach which is super manageable and accessible. The beach is stunning. I would recommend a morning start at the Beach and then cool off by the pool in the afternoon. The buffet was surprisingly really good! We booked many A la Carte restaurants throughout the week, but we'd often find ourselves going back to the buffet as the service is so quick and the food was delicious! Do not underestimate the buffer. 9/10 recommend to anyone!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Examen honnête

Il s'agit d'un solide complexe hôtelier 3,5/4 étoiles dans son état actuel. Le terrain est magnifique, le personnel est sympathique et travaille dur, et la nourriture est supérieure à la moyenne. Les piscines sont superbes, le WIFI est puissant dans tout le complexe (même sur la plage) et tout est très propre. Le seul vrai point négatif pour nous était l'état des chambres ... elles sont datées et usées et ont vraiment besoin d'être rénovées ! Quelques suggestions. Nous avons utilisé Air C [... lire plus]anada Vacations et notre vol a atterri à l'heure à 18 h 40. Nous ne sommes arrivés au resort qu'à 22 heures car le transfert a duré 2 heures. Le buffet était fermé et nous avons eu du mal à trouver de la nourriture. Le complexe est immense et peut être désorientant, il est donc préférable d'arriver à la lumière du jour. De plus, même si elle n'est pas sur la plage, celle-ci est accessible à pied. Nous avons séjourné dans la villa 2 (nous recommandons les villas 1 à 7) et la plage était à 7 minutes à pied et le complexe principal/buffet à 7 minutes à pied. Nous avons séjourné à PDC et à Tulum plus tôt cette année et notre expérience de la plage a été gâchée par les sargasses (algues). Heureusement, la plage ici était dépourvue d'algues ! Si la salle de sport est importante pour vous, allez voir ailleurs car la salle de sport du Grand Coba était petite et mal équipée. Enfin, des amis que nous avons rencontrés avaient une chambre au 1er étage de leur villa et ont trouvé que le bruit de la chambre du dessus était un problème. Notre chambre était au 3ème étage et nous n'avons rien entendu (il n'y a pas d'ascenseur).

Honest Review This is a solid 3.5/4 star resort in it's current condition. The grounds are lovely, the staff are friendly and hard working, and the food is above average. Great pools, the WIFI is strong throughout the resort (even the beach), and everything is very clean. The only real negative for us was the condition of the rooms ... they are dated and worn and really need to be refurbished! A couple of suggestions. We used Air Canada Vacations and our flight landed on time at 6:40 PM. We did not get to the resort until 10 PM as it was a 2 hour transfer. The buffet was closed and we struggled to find food. The resort is massive and can be disorienting so it would be best if you can arrive in daylight. Also, while not on the beach, the beach is walkable. We stayed in villa 2 (recommend Villas 1-7) and it was a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 7 minute walk to the main complex/buffet. We stayed in PDC and Tulum earlier this year and our beach experience was ruined by the sargassum (seaweed). Thankfully, the beach here was seaweed free! If the gym is important to you, look elsewhere as the gym at Grand Coba was small and not well equipped. Finally, friends we met had a room on the 1st floor of their Villa and found noise from the room above to be a problem. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we heard nothing (noting there are no elevators).

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Superbe voyage !

Belle propriété - personnel sympathique ! Le personnel de l'animation et du bar était formidable ! Le buffet était excellent. Le grec était mon moins bon plat parmi les dîners au restaurant, mais c'était quand même bon. Les chambres étaient bien, toujours nettoyées et prêtes quand on revenait de la piscine/plage. La plage était fantastique. Nous avons eu deux mauvais jours de pluie et l'équipe d'animation a quand même fait en sorte que ce soit amusant ! Yovanni nous a aidés à organiser notr [... lire plus]e excursion à couper le souffle à la cascade d'El Limon et nous a donné de bonnes idées d'excursions locales.

Great Trip! Beautiful property - friendly staff! Entertainment and bar staff were amazing! Buffet was great. Greek was my least favourite of the restaurant dinners, butt was still good. Rooms were good, always cleaned and ready when you came back from the pool/beach. Beach was fantastic. We had 2 bad days of rain and the entertainment crew still made it fun! Yovanni helped us with our breathtaking tour to El Limon Waterfall and gave us great local day trip ideas.

Bahia Principe est une station extraordinaire, mais n'utilisez pas West Jet. Le transfert de l'aéroport PUJ à Bahia Principe s'est déroulé dans les pires conditions. Ils n'ont pas pu résoudre le problème pendant une demi-heure, me faisant passer d'une appréhension à l'autre, même si je leur ai montré les documents imprimés de ma réservation. à la fin, l'un d'eux m'a dit, je l'ai fait spécialement, je vous apprenais comment vous devez me parler. Pour ma prochaine visite, j'utiliserai d'autres co [... lire plus]mpagnies aériennes comme Air Canada, Transat, et j'essaierai d'éviter West Jet. Ce n'est pas une plainte sur le vol lui-même, je ne comprends pas comment la compagnie a perdu mes informations et n'a pas envoyé ces informations à ses représentants, et même s'ils n'ont pas eu ces informations, ils n'ont pas notre nom dans leur liste, il devrait toujours y avoir un plan B pour cette condition

Amazing resort Bahia Principe is amazing resort, but don't use West Jet . We had worse transfer from airport PUJ to Bahia Principe . They could not resolve it during half hour ping pong me from one reprehensive to another, even I show them my printed booked documents. at the end one of them said , I done it specially , I was teaching you how you must talk with me. For next my visit , I will use different air fare company like Air Canada , Transat , and will try avoid West Jet . This is not complain about flight itself, I don't understand how company lost my info and did not send this information to there representatives, also even they did not get this info they don't have our name in there list , still should be plan b for this condition

Nous sommes revenus dans ce complexe pour la deuxième fois, car de tous les complexes où nous sommes allés, c'est notre préféré. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Belle salle de bain. Les employés gardent les chambres bien approvisionnées et le réfrigérateur également.

Very nice resort We came back to this resort for the second time, because of all the resorts we've been to, this is our favorite. The rooms are large and clean. Nice bathroom. The workers keep the room stocked with supplies and the fridge stocked as well.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Une expérience étonnante

La plage du complexe était pour le moins décevante. Cependant, l'ambiance autour de la piscine tranquille et le personnel du bar de la piscine ont compensé ce manque. Il semble que plus le moment de partir approche, plus l'entretien ménager se détériore et plus les changements de serviettes et le réapprovisionnement du réfrigérateur deviennent fréquents. Le ménage est devenu moins efficace et nous avons parfois été obligés de le faire nous-mêmes et d'appeler la réception pour obtenir des se [... lire plus]rviettes. Le service en chambre pourrait être amélioré. Cependant, tout bien considéré, c'était un temps loin du stress quotidien, bien employé.

Amazing Experience The beach at the resort was disappointing to say the least. However, the atmosphere around the quiet pool area as well as the staff at the swim up bar made up for this. It appears that the closer your time to leave approaches, housekeeping deteriorates and towel changes, bar fridge replenishment becomes less frequent. Housekeeping has become less effective and we have on occasion been forced to do it ourselves and call front desk for towels. Room service could be improved upon. However, all things considered, it was time away from everyday stresses, well spent.

Très bon service, très propre, le personnel est sympathique, la nourriture était incroyable, le poulet jerk... délicieux. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine japonaise et le restaurant italien. Les piscines sont chaudes et propres. Nous avons adoré le club pour enfants et ses programmes. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un complexe extraordinaire.

Family resort Great service, very clean, staffs are friendly, food was amazing, jerk chicken..delicious. We enjoyed the Japanese cuisine and the Italian restaurant. The pools are warm and clean. We loved kids club and their programs. Overall, it is an amazing resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Mariage de Lubeck Shoemaker

Pas content : Nous n'avons reçu la confirmation de notre voyage que la veille de notre départ, ce qui nous a causé beaucoup d'anxiété. Notre fils se mariait et nous avons emmené 80 personnes, dont des enfants de 2 à 15 ans, au Mexique. Nous avons payé le prix fort pour notre vol qui était censé être un vol direct. C'est pour cela que nous avons payé. Nous avons dû quitter Edmonton à minuit et traverser le Canada jusqu'à Toronto. Ensuite, nous avons pris l'avion de Toronto à Cancan, puis no [... lire plus]us sommes arrivés à Cancan et avons pris un bus pour nous rendre à l'hôtel. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons dû attendre nos chambres d'hôtel, parce que le resort n'était pas prêt pour nous.... Notre chambre était correcte, mais j'avais demandé une chambre adjacente pour notre fille. Au lieu de cela, elle a obtenu une chambre mitoyenne avec une belle-sœur. Nous avions demandé à ce que nous soyons tous proches les uns des autres car nous voyagions avec de jeunes enfants. Notre fils s'est retrouvé à environ 2 km. Pas terrible. Tout ce qui avait été organisé pour le mariage prévu le 3 novembre s'est avéré être un désastre. Personne ne peut contrôler la pluie, mais il aurait dû y avoir un lieu de secours pour la réception du mariage, nous avons fini par être retardés pour le dîner à cause de la pluie, mais quand le dîner a été servi, la table était trempée, et nous avons tous été trempés par l'eau qui s'écoulait des tables. Le dîner était misérable, les gens recevaient des chocs à cause des cuillères en métal, quand nous l'avons dit aux employés, ils ont tous agi comme s'ils ne parlaient pas anglais, très frustrant. Tout était beaucoup trop cher, ça ne valait pas ce qu'on nous demandait. Nous avons fini par être bloqués à Montréal pour notre vol de retour. Cette annulation a fait manquer à ma femme une opération très importante qu'elle attendait depuis 2,5 ans. Nous n'avons aucune idée de la date à laquelle elle pourra être reprogrammée. Nous avons dû trouver des chambres pour 35 personnes qui étaient sur ce vol. Absolument inacceptable. Je ne recommanderai pas ce site de voyage ni cet hôtel

Lubeck Shoemaker wedding Not happy: We did not receive confirmation regrding our trip until the day before we were to fly. this caused much anxiety. Our son was getting married so we brought 80 people including kids age 2- 15 to Mexico. We paid high price for our flight which was supposed to be a direct flight. That’s what we paid for. We ended up having to leave Edmonton at midnight and flew across Canada to toronto. Then flew from toronto to cancan and arrived in cancan got a bus to the Hotel. When we arrived we had to wait for our hotel rooms, because the resort wasn’t ready for us.. Our room was ok, but i had requested an adjoining room with Our daughter. Instead she got an adjoining room with a sister in law. We had requested that we all be close together as we were travelling with young children. Our son ended up approximately 2 km away. Not good. Every thing that was organized for the wedding set for Nov 3 turned out to be a disaster. No one can control the rain, but there should have been a back up location for the wedding reception, we ended up getting delayed for supper due to the rain, but when supper was served the table was soaking wet, and we all ended up drenched with the water leaking off the tables. Supper was miserable, people were getting shocks from the metal spoons, when we told the workers they all acted like they couldn’t speak English, very frustrating. Everything was way too expensive, not worth what we were charged. We ended up getting stranded in Montreal on our return flight. This cancelation caused my wife to miss a very important surgery which she had been waiting for for 2.5 years. No idea when she can be rescheduled. We had to get rooms for 35 people whom were on this flight. Absolutely not acceptable. I will not be recommending this travel site or the hotel

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Station fantastique !

J'ai été impressionné dès que nous sommes entrés dans le hall. Très propre et mis à jour. Le terrain était magnifique et bien entretenu et les chambres étaient parmi les plus belles dans lesquelles nous avons séjourné également. La nourriture était également excellente. Ma seule plainte est que les bars n'avaient généralement qu'un seul serveur et que les files d'attente devenaient très longues, sinon tout était parfait. Je recommanderais ðŸ'¯ ce centre de villégiature.

Fantastic resort!! I was impressed the moment we entered the lobby. Very clean and updated. The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of and the rooms were some of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in also. The food was amazing as well. My only complaint is that the bars usually only had one server and the line ups got very long, otherwise everything was perfect. Would 💯 recommend this resort.

Notre récent séjour au Bahia Principe Grand Tulum a été extraordinaire ! La chambre Premium Superior récemment rénovée était bien aménagée, propre, spacieuse et disposait de suffisamment d'espace de rangement pour nos vêtements, nos valises, nos flotteurs de piscine, etc. Le terrain et les installations sont bien entretenus. Les piscines étaient propres, les restaurants impeccables, le personnel se surpassait pour s'assurer que les clients étaient satisfaits et heureux. Le complexe propose de  [... lire plus]nombreuses activités en journée et en soirée. L'équipe d'animation veille à ce que tout le monde s'amuse ! Le fantastique club pour enfants est formidable et propose diverses activités pour les enfants âgés de 4 à 12 ans. Il y a également un club pour adolescents. La nourriture était excellente, qu'il s'agisse de l'un des nombreux restaurants à la carte ou du buffet. Le food truck était pratique car il se trouvait à proximité de la piscine pour enfants et du parc aquatique. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un voyage amusant en famille dans la région de la Riviera Maya.

Excellent Family Resort Our recent stay at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum was amazing! The newly renovated Premium Superior room was well appointed, clean, spacious & had adequate storage for our clothing, suitcases, pool floats, etc. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. The pools were clean, the restaurants were spotless, the staff went above & beyond to ensure guests were satisfied & happy. The resort offers many activities during the day & evening. The entertainment staff make sure everyone is having a great time! The fantastic kids club is great and has various activities for children ages 4-12. There’s also a teen club. Food was great whether it was from one of the many a la carte restaurants or the buffet. The food truck was handy being near the kids pool & water park. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, family trip to the Riviera Maya area.
