Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Un endroit idéal pour les familles

Nous avons séjourné une semaine, il nous a fallu quelques jours pour nous familiariser avec le complexe et le parc voisin. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la climatisation de notre chambre, mais cela a été réparé rapidement. Cet endroit a beaucoup à offrir aux familles. Une carte de trois jours au parc Excarat est nécessaire pour faire la plupart des activités. L'hôtel lui-même a beaucoup à offrir. Great place for families We stayed for a week, it took a couple of days to familiarize ourselves with the complex and the park next door. We had trouble with the AC in our room but it was fixed quickly. This place has a lot to offer for families. A three day pass at the Excarat park is needed to do most of the activities. The hotel itself has a lot to offer. Entertainment in the lobby, great beach, on site animals, sports tennis, archery, fishing(bring your rod) etc... This is a large complex with friendly people. My girlfriend and I enjoyed this place and would recommend and go back

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Hôtel génial

Nous y avons séjourné pour une semaine et avons passé un moment fantastique. L'hôtel est magnifique, les parties communes sont super propres et bien rangées, les jardins sont magnifiques. La chambre était grande et très agréable. Nous avions la formule "golden", ce qui nous a permis de bénéficier d'un très bon emplacement et de quelques avantages supplémentaires. Tout à fait recommandé. La nourriture de l'hôtel est délicieuse. Beaucoup de variété. Les boissons sont très bonnes aussi, beaucoup de [... lire plus] marques et pas seulement locales.

Awesome hotel We stayed there for a wee and had a fantastic time. Hotel is beautiful, the public areas super clean and tidy, gardens are beautiful. The room was big and very nice. We had the golden package what gave us a very nice location and a few extra perks. Totally recommended. The food at the hotel is delicious. A lot of variety. Drinks are really good too, many brand names not only locals.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Le personnel du service se met en quatre pour vous !

Le Bahia se trouve à 90 minutes de route de l'aéroport de Cancun. La clientèle du Tulum était composée à 90 % de Britanniques et la quasi-totalité du personnel parlait un peu l'anglais. Le complexe hôtelier est composé de 3 hôtels, le Tulum (nous y avons séjourné), le Coba et l'Akumel. Tulum est le plus ancien des trois complexes et commence à avoir besoin d'être rafraîchi, ce qui a été fait. La propriété est très bien entretenue et extrêmement propre. Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées - e [... lire plus]lles sentent un peu le renfermé en raison de l'humidité élevée et la nôtre a été inondée lors d'une forte pluie. L'hôtel a fait tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour arranger les choses dès que nous l'avons signalé. Les villas ont commencé à être rénovées lorsque nous y étions. Le buffet était très varié et il y en avait pour tous les goûts. La salle à manger était cependant très chaude car elle n'est pas climatisée et les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas toujours. Les restaurants étaient assez agréables et la nourriture était bonne - pas gastronomique - mais tout à fait adéquate. Aucun membre de notre groupe n'a souffert de problèmes d'estomac. L'eau était bonne à boire et des bouteilles d'eau étaient fournies dans toutes les chambres. Les bars servaient principalement des alcools nationaux, une très bonne bière locale et un vin maison très standard, mais il était possible d'acheter des vins de qualité supérieure sur la carte des vins. Le personnel a fait tout son possible pour que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus - il est très amical et très efficace. La semaine où nous y étions, les plages étaient très agitées en face de Tulum. Les plages en face du Coba avaient des murs faits de main d'homme qui brisaient le ressac et vous pouviez nager dans la mer - elles étaient à environ 10 minutes de marche de la plage pour nous. Les piscines étaient toujours pleines et l'eau était chaude, presque trop chaude ! Le personnel d'animation de la piscine Hacienda n'était pas très motivé et presque distant - pas très amical du tout et pas en accord avec le reste du personnel de l'hôtel - très étrange. Ils auraient pu faire plus. J'aimerais rendre hommage à certains membres du personnel qui travaillent dur et dont nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer et dont le service était exceptionnel. Ces personnes illustrent le visage de la marque Bahia que l'hôtel essaie de donner à son personnel. Ils sont sincères dans leurs efforts pour ce qui peut être un travail ingrat. Iberato - barman à la piscine Hacienda - endroit très fréquenté et il a fait un travail formidable en servant rapidement et avec précision - très efficace, agréable et extrêmement professionnel et plein de tact. Alberto, Jose, Delfina - personnel de service au restaurant Tequila - ils ont toujours fait en sorte que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus et ont fait preuve d'une grande diligence en remplissant vos tasses, en se souvenant de votre commande et en gardant la salle à manger impeccable Alfredo au buffet de la salle à manger - très occupé, il n'a jamais cessé de servir ses tables, de les nettoyer et de les débarrasser. Il a toujours fait en sorte que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus et appréciés. Eduardo à la réception de l'Hacienda - Professionnel, serviable, précis et un merveilleux ambassadeur de la marque Bahia. Il a traité tous les problèmes de manière courtoise en veillant à ce que les choses soient expliquées à votre satisfaction ou rectifiées. Glenys, responsable du service clientèle, s'est démenée pour nous aider lorsque notre chambre a été inondée. Je suis sûr qu'elle avait beaucoup de problèmes à régler ce jour-là, mais elle a fait en sorte que nous nous sentions appréciés et écoutés. Efrain - notre gouvernant - un jeune homme extraordinaire qui a rendu notre chambre impeccable tous les jours. Il a nettoyé après la petite inondation et s'est efforcé de prendre des précautions jusqu'à ce que la source de la fuite soit trouvée. Extrêmement travailleur et agréable. Je reviendrai dans cette propriété.

Sevice Staff go out of their way for you! The Bahia is a 90 minute drive from the Cancun airport. The demographic of the guests at the Tulum was about 90% from the UK - and almost all of the staff spoke some English. The hotel complex is made up of 3 hotels, the Tulum (we stayed here), the Coba and the Akumel. Tulum is the oldest of the 3 complexes and is starting to need refreshing which has been started. The property is very well maintained and extremely clean. The rooms are in need of updating - they smell a bit musty due to the high humidity and ours flooded during a heavy rain. The hotel did everything they could to put things right as soon as we reported it. The villas have started being renovated when we were there. The food in the buffet had a lot of variety and there was something for every taste. The dining room was very hot though as it is not air-conditioned and the fans are sometimes not enough. The restaurants were nice enough and the food was good - not gourmet - but extremely adequate. No one in our party suffered any stomach problems. The water was fine to drink and bottled water was provided in all the rooms. The bars served primarily domestic liquor, a very good local beer, and a very standard house wine - but you could buy premium wines from their wine list. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome - very friendly and very efficient. The beaches the week we were there were very rough in front of Tulum. The beaches in front of the Coba had man made break walls that broke the surf and you could swim in the sea - these were about a 10 minute walk down the beach for us. The pools were always full and the water was warm - almost too warm! The animation staff at the Hacienda Pool were not very motivated and almost aloof - not very friendly at all and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel staff - very strange. They could have done more. I would like to recognize some of the hard working staff that we had the pleasure to have met whose service was exceptional. These folks exemplify the face of the Bahia brand that the hotel is trying to have its staff achieve. They are genuine in their efforts in what can be a thankless job. Iberato - bartender at the Hacienda Pool - very busy location and he did a wonderful job of serving quickly and accurately- very efficient, pleasant and extremely professional and tactful. Alberto, Jose, Delfina - wait staff at the Tequila Restaurant - always made you feel welcome and were extremely diligent about filling your cups, remembering your order and keeping the dining room spotless Alfredo in the buffet dining room - extremely busy place and he never stopped always keeping his tables served, clean and cleared. Always made you feel welcome and appreciated. Eduardo at the Hacienda front desk - Professional, helpful, accurate and a wonderful ambassador for the Bahia brand. Dealt with any issue in a courteous manner ensuring things were with explained to your satisfaction or rectified. Glenys - Manager Customer service - went out of her way to help us when the room flooded. I am sure she had many issues to deal with on that day - but she made us feel valued and heard. Efrain - our housekeeper - amazing young man who made our room spotless daily. Cleaned up after the little flood and went out of his way to put precautions in place until the source of the leak could be found. Extremely hard working and pleasant. I would return to the property.

Playacar Palace: Emplacement parfait et nourriture délicieuse !

La nourriture était délicieuse, fraîche et il y en avait pour tous les goûts. La plage était propre et sûre. Le complexe, y compris notre suite, était propre, moderne et de taille parfaite... ni trop grand, ni trop petit. Le personnel était courtois, amical et amusant ! Le seul inconvénient est qu'il y avait des travaux à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ainsi qu'à l'embarcadère du ferry de Playa Del Carmen. Dans l'ensemble, c'était parfait !

Perfect location and great food! The food was delicious, fresh and there was something for everyone. The beach was clean and safe. The resort, including our suite, was clean, modern and the perfect size...not too big, not too small. The staff were courteous, friendly and fun! The only downfall was they were doing some exterior work to the resort as well as the Playa Del Carmen ferry pier. All in all, it was perfect!

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: mieux que ce que nous attendions...

Ocean Maya Royale: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour le prix.

Belles piscines, personnel formidable. Le seul point négatif que nous avons pour le resort est le tabagisme. Les gens étaient autorisés à fumer partout sauf dans le hall principal. Nous avons même été autorisés à fumer dans les piscines. C'est dégoûtant pour ceux qui ne fument pas, et en plus les ivrognes risquaient de se faire brûler. Il faudrait faire respecter les zones fumeurs comme sur la plage au lieu d'autour des piscines et dans les piscines et les terrains. Il est interdit de fumer dans [... lire plus] les lieux de restauration, Dieu merci. Les bateaux de croisière peuvent faire respecter cette règle, pourquoi pas un complexe hôtelier tout compris. En outre, le personnel n'a pas fait les chambres jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi, même si vous avez mis le signe de la chambre de maquillage tôt le matin. J'ai eu une urgence médicale et mon mari s'est retrouvé à l'hôpital pendant 4 jours et le personnel a été très serviable, attentif et attentionné. Personnel formidable, en particulier à la réception. Les bars étaient également très bien. Nourriture correcte. Pas aussi bien que l'Excellence Riviera où nous étions il y a 4 ans. Le terrain est fantastique.

Great Resort for the money. Great pools, great staff. Only negative we have for the resort is the smoking. People were allowed to smoke everywhere except the main lobby. Were even allowed to smoke in the pools. Discusting for those who don't smoke, plus with the drunks were in for getting a burn. Should enforce smoking areas like on the beach instead of around the pools and in the pools and grounds. No smoking in eating places thank goodness. Cruise ships can enforce this why can an all-inclusive resort. Also staff didn't make up rooms til late afternoons even if you put make-up room sign early in morning. Had a medical emergency were husband ended up in hospital for 4 days and the staff were very helpful and attentive and caring. Great staff especially at the front desk. Also bars were very good. Food ok. Not as good as Excellence Riviera where we were 4 years ago. Grounds fantastic.

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 312 "deal of the day" qui n'offre pas la meilleure vue, mais la chambre était géniale avec une immense salle de bain et une grande terrasse enveloppante. La sélection de nourriture aurait pu être meilleure, mais le service d'étage 24 heures sur 24 était génial, bon séjour. Nous avons visité Puerto Aventuras, fait du shopping et visité un petit bar à la marina appelé HooHaa Restaurant and Bar. C'est un petit endroit génial avec du karaoké, des animations noctur [... lire plus]nes et les meilleurs fruits de mer de la région, le personnel était super sympa et les propriétaires nous ont personnellement accueillis à notre table, ils avaient aussi de très bonnes entrées. Nous vous recommandons vivement de visiter HooHaa, qui se trouve à 5-7 minutes à pied de l'hôtel et où vous pourrez observer les dauphins nager pendant que vous prenez un verre et que vous déjeunez !

Great resort Dreams was a nice resort right on the beach the pools were a little smaller than average but clean we stayed in the "deal of the day" room 312 not the best views but the room was awesome with a huge bathroom and large wrap around deck it was on the corner so it was real private the food selection could have been better but the 24 hour room service was awesome, nice stay. We visited puerto aventuras, shopped and visit a little bar at the marina called HooHaa Restaurant and Bar a great little place with karaoke, nightly entertainment and the best seafood in the area, the staff were super friendly and the owners personally greeted us at our table, they had great appetizers too. We would highly recommend a visit to HooHaa it's a short 5-7 minute walk from the resort also you can watch the dolphins swimming while you have drinks and lunch!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Des vacances extraordinaires !

La station est magnifique, le service est excellent, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que ce soit une station familiale, ma fille s'est beaucoup amusée, la nourriture était incroyable, très variée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et prévoyons de revenir l'année prochaine.

Amazing vacation! The resort is beatiful, the service is excellent.We relly like that it is a family friendly resort, my daughter had a great time, the food was amazing, lots of variety. We had a really nice vacation, planning to come back next year.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Grand centre de villégiature

Le terrain est magnifique, nous n'avons jamais été dans un complexe hôtelier avec autant de végétation et d'intimité. Nous avions réservé une suite émeraude avec baignoire jacuzzi. Dans la première chambre que nous avons occupée, les deux téléphones étaient en panne, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et les portes de l'élément de vente de la chambre (baignoire jacuzzi) étaient cassées et ne s'ouvraient pas. Une femme de ménage m'a permis d'utiliser le téléphone d'une autre chambre pour appeler l [... lire plus]a réception. Ils ont rapidement changé notre chambre pour une chambre au deuxième niveau. De petits problèmes avec l'internet et la télévision tout au long du séjour, mais rien qui ne vaille la peine de se plaindre. A la carte, l'italien est incroyable !!!! Le service était phénoménal ! J'ai une allergie aux produits laitiers et nous avons mangé italien 3 fois parce que le directeur est venu me parler avant chaque repas et a ensuite parlé au chef pour s'assurer que je n'avais rien à craindre. Le Mexique et le steak house étaient corrects, je n'y suis pas retourné une deuxième fois. Les sushis et le hamachi étaient également délicieux. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, assez varié pour trouver de quoi manger, mais après deux semaines, nous en étions fatigués.

Great Resort Grounds were beautiful, we've never been to a resort with so much vegetation and privacy. We booked an emerald suite with jacuzzi tub. First room we checked into both phones were broken, tv didn't work an the doors on the selling feature of the room (jacuzzi tub) were broken and didn't open. A housekeeper let a use the phone in another room to call the desk. They promptly changed our room to one on the second level. Minor issues with internet and tv throughout the stay but nothing worth complaining over. A la cartes, Italian is amazing!!!! Service was phenomenal! I have a dairy allergy and we ate Italian 3 times because the manager came over to speak with me before each meal and then spoke to the chef to ensure I was safe. Mexico and steak house were ok, didn't go back a second time. Sushi and hamachi were delicious as well. Breakfast buffet, enough array to find food to eat but after two weeks we were tired of it.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Je veux y retourner !

C'était notre deuxième séjour au Kantenah, et c'était encore mieux que le premier. Nous avons adoré la plage, les possibilités de plongée avec masque et tuba, la nourriture ! Nous avons aimé marcher le long des promenades et du chemin de pierre menant à la piscine d'eau salée. Les gens étaient sympathiques. Le volley-ball de plage était génial ! Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Want to go back! This was our second time at the Kantenah, and it was even better than the first. We loved the beach, the snorkeling opportunities, the food! We enjoyed walking along the boardwalks and the stone path to the salt water pool. People were friendly. Beach volleyball was great! Can't wait to go back!

Pièces préférées : - L'hôtel - Les cafés +++ - Le restaurant de fruits de mer et son desert bar ! C'était incroyable...tellement de choix - La plage - Le personnel était sympathique - Le terrain était agréable et bien entretenu... je ne sais pas comment le décrire... il semblait très "grandiose" - Les détails dans les chambres, comme le chargeur pour différents téléphones portables attaché au réveil/téléphone, étaient sympas. Même les détails comme la lumière qui s'allume dans le coffre-fort éta [... lire plus]ient sympas. Les bons côtés : - Restaurants à buffets (j'adore leurs crêpes au chocolat et aux noisettes !) - Restaurants à la carte - Popcorn disponible le soir au bar principal près du hall d'entrée - Possibilité de visiter d'autres complexes hôteliers Déceptions : -Ils ont oublié que c'était notre lune de miel ou n'ont jamais été prévenus comme nous l'avions demandé lors de la réservation avec tripcentral. À la réception, ils ont dit "félicitations" et c'est tout. Nous avons dû fournir la preuve que nous venions de nous marier. Lorsque nous avons finalement fourni cette preuve, ils ont laissé une bouteille de champagne dans notre réfrigérateur deux jours plus tard et c'est tout... très sans histoire et vraiment une déception par rapport à ce qui était impliqué. Si vous recherchez une attention particulière ou des détails pour votre lune de miel, n'allez pas ici. Nous nous sommes tout de même bien amusés car l'hôtel ne fait pas une lune de miel ! - Les lits sont assez durs. Il nous a fallu quelques jours pour nous y habituer. - Le Spa a besoin de beaucoup de travail sur les lits et dans les bains. Les carreaux se détachent et sont probablement difficiles à nettoyer puisqu'ils ont fait des travaux de réparation.

Great vacation Favorites parts: - The hotel - Coffee bars +++ - Seafood restaurant and its desert bar! It was amazing...so many choices - The Beach - The staff were friendly - The Grounds were fun and well kept...not sure how else to describe...felt very "grand" - The details in the rooms like the charger for different cell phones attached to the alarm clock/phone were cool. Even details like a light that turns on in the safe was cool. Good parts: - Buffet restaurants (Love their hazelnut chocolate crepes!) - A la carte restaurants - Popcorn available in the evening at main bar near lobby - Can visit other attached resorts Disappointments: -They forgot it was our honeymoon or were never notified as we had asked when we booked with tripcentral. At the reception they said "congratulations" and that was it. We actually had to provide proof we had just gotten married. When we finally did provide proof they left a bottle of champagne in our fridge two days later and that was it...very uneventful and truly a disapointment from what was implied. If you are looking for special attention or details on your honeymoon don't go here. We still enjoyed ourselves because the resort does not make a honeymoon! - The beds are pretty hard. Took a few days and we got used to it. - The Spa needs a lot of work on the beds and in the baths. Tiles loose and probably hard to get clean since they had done some patch work.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Superbe centre de villégiature. Dans l'ensemble.

C'est la quatrième fois que nous venons au Bahia à Tulum. Un complexe très propre et magnifique. Le personnel est très sympathique et se met en quatre pour vous. Les plages sont impeccables et il y a beaucoup d'activités pour vous tenir occupé. La nourriture est de haute qualité avec des choix différents chaque jour. Le restaurant japonais propose un dîner-spectacle divertissant et savoureux. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine

Great resort. Overall. This is our 4th time here to the Bahia here at tulum. A very clean and beautiful resort. Staff very friendly and all go out of there way for you. Beaches are pristine with many activities to keep you busy. Food is high quality with different selections each day. Japanese restaurant has a dinner show that is entertaining and tasty. We'll be back next year

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Deuxième visite, même grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons visité cette station il y a 6 ans, cette fois avec des enfants, cette fois sans ! Toujours la même station balnéaire, une merveilleuse rivière paresseuse et une très bonne plongée avec tuba ! Très bonne nourriture, tant dans les buffets que dans les restaurants spécialisés. Je recommande le Beach grill et le restaurant japonais, qui sont autant de spectacles ! Très bons divertissements, le Mojito Lounge installé sur le toit des restaurants de spécialités (un soir) était magique ! Le p [... lire plus]ersonnel a vraiment excellé, de la réception à l'entretien ménager. Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, qui valait chaque centime ! Le spa est également excellent. Nous avons fait l'aqua-circuit, qui est une série de piscines, de saunas et de douches. Ce n'est pas ce à quoi je m'attendais mais c'est très agréable. Le seul point négatif est le vin de la maison, inclus dans le buffet et les repas de spécialité. Auparavant, nous avions plusieurs options, mais cette fois-ci, il n'y en avait qu'une, et elle n'était pas très bonne. Je suppose que si c'est le seul point négatif, alors c'est une très bonne critique ! :)

Second visit, same great Resort We visited this resort 6 years ago, that time with kids, this time without! Same beautiful resort, wonderful lazy river, and very good snorkelling! Very good food, both at the Buffets and the Specialty restaurants. Recommend the Beach grill and the Japanese Restaurant, as much a Show as anything! Great entertainment, the Mojito Lounge set up on the roof of the specialty restaurants (one night) was magical! The Staff really excelled, from front desk to housekeeping. We upgraded to an ocean-view room which was worth every penny! Also excellent was the Spa, we just did the aqua-circuit, which is a series of pools, saunas and showers. Not what I was expecting but very enjoyable. The only negative was the house wine, included with Buffet and Specialty meals. Previously we had several options, this time there was only one, and it wasn't very good. I suppose if that is the only negative, then this is a very good review indeed! :)

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Superbe station familiale

Dans l'ensemble, ce complexe conviendrait bien aux familles, mais moins bien aux couples désireux de se détendre. La nourriture était bonne et très variée dans les restaurants à la carte. Nous n'avons pas été impressionnés par la plage, petite et rocailleuse. Nous ne pouvons pas faire de commentaires sur les piscines car nous ne les avons pas utilisées. Le service était excellent, il y avait toujours quelqu'un autour et tout le monde était prêt à aider.

Great family resort Overall, this resort would be good for families, but not as great for couples looking to relax. The food was good with a lot of variety at the a la carte restaurants. We were not impressed with the beach as it was small and rocky. Cannot comment on the pools as we did not use them. The service was great, there was always somebody around and everybody was willing to help.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Des vacances étonnantes

Nous avions séjourné dans ce complexe il y a un an et demi et nous avons trouvé le service encore meilleur. Les terrains et le complexe sont très bien entretenus. Le personnel est très amical et vous fait sentir comme chez vous. Les divertissements sont très bons et orientés vers les adultes. La nourriture et l'expérience gastronomique sont excellentes. Nous avons déjà séjourné dans des complexes d'excellence et nous trouvons que le service, la nourriture et les repas sont bien meilleurs au Secr [... lire plus]ets. Le service de chambre est très rapide. Les piscines sont très agréables. Nous y avons séjourné du 1er septembre au 12 septembre 2014. Nous avions une chambre Partial Oceanview qui avait une vue incroyable sur l'océan et la piscine. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Amazing Holiday We had stayed at the resort a year ans a half ago and found the service even better. The grounds and the resort are very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The entertainment is very good and adult oriented. The food and the dining experience is excellent. We have stayed at the excellence resorts previously and find the service, food and dining experience much better at Secrets. Room service is very quick. The pools are very nice. We were there from Sept 1 to Sept 12/2014. We had a Partial Oceanview room that had an amazing Ocean and Pool view. I can't wait to go back.

Un séjour fantastique de 4 nuits. Le service était de premier ordre. La nourriture était incroyable, les installations étaient magnifiques. J'ai été très impressionné par l'ensemble de l'expérience. Je vous recommande de jeter un coup d'œil à ce complexe pour vos prochaines vacances.

Incredible Resort A fantastic 4 night stay. The service was top of the line. The food was amazing, the facilities were magnificent. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. I recommend you take a strong look at this resort for your next vacation.

Je recommanderais ce complexe à des couples. Pas d'enfants. Le complexe et le personnel sont fabuleux. Le personnel ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour moi. Les chambres étaient propres et bien entretenues. La piscine principale la piscine principale a de superbes bars avec un excellent service. La plage est sablonneuse et entretenue quotidiennement. Je n'ai rien à redire. Nous y retournerons.

great I would recommend this resort to couples. No kids. Resort and staff are fabulous. Staff couldn't do enough for me. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Main pool has great swim up bars with great service. Night entertainment was good.Beach is sandy and groomed daily. No complaints. Will go back.

l'emplacement était parfait. Il se trouve au milieu de tout. la restauration était excellente, en particulier le restaurant thaïlandais et le restaurant français. Le japonais, le mexicain et l'italien étaient moyens, mais le service général était excellent. les piscines étaient superbes et la plage était très belle. des spectacles divertissants. des bars partout.

location was perfect. It is in the middle of everywhere. dining was great, especially thai and french restaurant. Japanse and mexican and italian was average, general service was excellent though. pools were great and the beach was very beautiful. entertaining performances. bars everywhere.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Un hôtel et un service extraordinaires

Nous avons séjourné au GBP Akumal Golden du 29 août au 5 septembre et ce fut l'un des meilleurs voyages que nous ayons jamais faits. L'ensemble de l'établissement était impeccable grâce au travail acharné du personnel. Nous avons apprécié le buffet car il y a tellement de variété tous les jours qu'il n'est pas nécessaire d'aller à la carte. Patricia et les autres serveurs étaient très attentifs et toujours souriants. La plage était géniale, surtout les piscines avec leur jacuzzi. Nos chambres so [... lire plus]nt nettoyées tous les jours et le réfrigérateur est approvisionné. La seule raison pour laquelle je ne l'ai pas classé cinq étoiles est que le décor et les lits dans les chambres pourraient être modernisés et que la climatisation devrait fonctionner plus efficacement. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 66 et avions la vue sur l'océan, mais tous les matins, des camions de livraison se garaient devant notre balcon. Nous étions dehors la plupart du temps, donc c'était très mineur. La prochaine fois, nous prendrons les étages supérieurs. Dans l'ensemble, ce complexe est fantastique et nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Amazing Resort and Service We were at the GBP Akumal Golden from Aug. 29th to Sept. 5th and it was one of the best trip we've ever had. The entire place was spotless because of the hardworking staff. We enjoyed the buffet food as they have so much variety everyday that you don't even have to go to the a la cartes. Patricia and the other servers were very attentive and always with a smile. The beach was awesome, specially the pools with their jacuzzi. Our rooms are cleaned everyday and fridge stocked. The only reason I didn't rate this as a five star, since the decor and bed in the rooms could be updated, and the aircondition to work more efficiently. We stayed at building 66 and had the oceanview, however every morning, they would have delivery trucks parked infront of our balcony. We were out most of the time, so this was very minor. Next time we'll have the higher floors. Overall this resort is fantastic and would return in a heartbeat!
