L'hôtel était très bien entretenu, mais il était tellement dispersé qu'il en était presque incommode. Le personnel était formidable, aidant à faire tout ce qu'il pouvait et toujours souriant. La nourriture dans les différents restaurants était bonne et les boissons étaient fraîches.

Great staff and good food The hotel was very nicely kept but it was so spread out that it was almost inconvenient. The staff were amazing helping out with whatever they could and always smiling. The food throughout the different restaurants was good and the drinks were cold.

L'hôtel était propre et si quelque chose devait être fait, on s'en occupait rapidement. Le terrain était bien entretenu et la direction était très attentive. Je pense vraiment qu'il est temps d'offrir le WiFi gratuit aux clients et cela sera un facteur de rupture pour moi la prochaine fois. Je me suis vraiment sentie bien en ce qui concerne la sécurité du terrain.

Good atmosphere Hotel was clean and if anything needed to be done it was quickly taken care of. The grounds were well kept and management was very attentive. I definitely think it's time to offer free WiFi to customers and that will be a deal breaker for me next time. I really felt good about the grounds security.

C'est la troisième fois que je viens au Decameron à Nuevo Vallarta au cours des 13 dernières années. Il n'a pas la prétention d'être un complexe cinq étoiles, mais pour moi, c'est ce qui lui donne son caractère. Le complexe est très propre, le terrain est impeccablement entretenu, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique... on dirait qu'ils aiment vraiment travailler ici, et l'ambiance générale du complexe est accueillante et amusante, plutôt qu'un cinq étoiles guindé. Ma sœur et moi nous sommes [... lire plus] éclatées et avons adoré les spectacles du soir. Les piscines sont variées et propres, jamais surchargées, et les multiples bars de piscine sont bien approvisionnés. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et certaines ont besoin de petites réparations, mais rien ne m'a dérangé. De toute façon, combien de temps passerez-vous dans votre chambre ? Nous n'y avons fait que dormir... il y a trop de choses à faire ailleurs ! L'océan se trouvait à quelques pas de notre chambre située au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui nous a permis d'assister à de fabuleux et spectaculaires orages nocturnes sur les vagues, avant que le soleil ne brille de tous ses feux le lendemain. C'est un endroit magnifique. Faites aussi l'effort de vous "échapper"... une courte marche jusqu'à l'autoroute principale et vous pouvez prendre un taxi, ou si vous êtes aventureux, optez pour les transports en commun pour une fraction du coût et beaucoup plus amusant et dirigez-vous vers la ville. Les gens sont aimables et accueillants. Aimez le Mexique ! Decameron est parfaitement situé.

Lively and fun! This is my third time to Decameron in Nuevo Vallarta in the past 13 years. It doesn't claim to be a five-star resort, but to me, that's what gives it its character. The resort is very clean, the grounds are impeccably maintained, the staff are beyond friendly... they really seem to love working there, and the whole vibe of the resort is welcoming and fun, rather than five-star stuffy. My sister and I had a blast and loved the evening shows. The pools are varied and clean, never over-crowded, and the multiple pool bars are well-stocked. The rooms are a little dated and some are in need of minor repairs, but nothing that bothered me. How much time will you spend in your room anyway? We only slept there... too much to do elsewhere! The ocean was just steps from our ground-floor room, so we had some fabulous, dramatic night-time lightening storms over the waves, only to have the sun shine brightly the next day. Such a beautiful place. Take the effort to "escape" too... a short walk to the main highway and you can catch a cab, or if you're adventurous, go for public transportation for a fraction of the cost and loads more fun and head into town. The people there are gracious and hospitable. Love Mexico! Decameron is perfectly located.

Les chambres étaient très propres et de bonne taille. Le complexe était très propre et bien entretenu. Avec tous les restaurants, c'était génial de pouvoir choisir un restaurant différent chaque soir. La plage était très grande et spacieuse, on ne s'y sentait jamais à l'étroit. Les spectacles ont été la seule déception.

Great Resort The rooms were very clean and a nice size. The resort was very clean and well kept. With all the restaurants it was great being able to choose a different restaurant every night. The beach was very large and spacious so you never feel crowded in. The shows were the only disappointment.

J'avais lu les critiques négatives mais j'ai décidé de ne pas y prêter attention car j'ai déjà séjourné dans des endroits charmants avec des critiques négatives. J'y suis allée avec beaucoup d'optimisme et j'ai été très déçue. La nourriture était très basique. Chaque pâtisserie avait un goût bizarre. Il y avait beaucoup de sauces sucrées et ce n'était pas très sain. Les salades étaient fatiguées, la nourriture n'était pas conservée suffisamment au froid pour avoir l'air fraîche et le rester. Il faut faire la queue à 6h30 du matin pour essayer de réserver une place - ce n'est pas quelque chose que l'on veut faire en vacances, et même s'ils étaient légèrement meilleurs que le buffet, ils n'étaient pas bons. Il s'agissait simplement d'un repas assis où l'on vous apportait la nourriture du buffet avec seulement une option de 5 plats ! Le plat thaïlandais était assez drôle. J'ai commandé un Pad Thai qui ne devait pas être trop difficile à préparer, mais le menu indiquait des nouilles de riz. C'était juste des pâtes en paquet avec une sauce blanche et quelques cacahuètes ! C'était plus italien et certainement PAS thaïlandais ! Ma fille et moi avons passé deux très longues journées et nuits où nous avons été très malades à cause d'une intoxication alimentaire présumée. Il y avait des mouches dans la section buffet et les gens manipulaient la nourriture et les enfants la touchaient et la respiraient aussi. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé en Malaisie, en Indonésie et en Thaïlande et nous n'avons jamais été aussi malades que dans ce complexe. Dans d'autres endroits, j'ai mangé de la nourriture de rue dans de minuscules chariots - il y avait quelque chose qui n'allait pas dans ce centre de villégiature pour que nous soyons si malades. J'ai observé que le personnel du bar rinçait les mixeurs dans l'eau du robinet lorsqu'il préparait les boissons et j'ai donc eu des doutes à ce sujet également. Les lits et les oreillers étaient durs et inconfortables. Notre chambre était très éloignée des zones principales et il n'y avait aucune information dans notre chambre sur les activités proposées dans le complexe. Il n'y avait pas de navette gratuite pour la ville. Il fallait acheter une excursion pour 69 USD si l'on voulait la navette. Ma fille, qui n'a pas encore 18 ans, avait un bracelet pour enfants et n'avait donc pas le droit d'aller à la piscine pour adultes ou à la salle de sport. C'est une adolescente plus âgée, très calme et mature qui était toujours accompagnée par moi. Les autres piscines étaient pleines d'enfants bruyants et criards et la piscine pour adultes était vide. Nous y sommes allés pour nager tranquillement et on nous a dit grossièrement de sortir ! Les piscines ferment tant qu'il fait encore jour et chaud. -à 18 heures. Trop de règles stupides - nous avions parfois l'impression d'être dans un camp de concentration et nous voulions juste rentrer chez nous. L'eau de la piscine était trop chaude pour moi car les piscines sont peu profondes, mais c'est une préférence personnelle. Internet n'était disponible que dans le hall public et il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'endroits où s'asseoir. Il y avait de la musique des années 80 dans tout le complexe pendant toute la semaine - LA MÊME PLAYLIST@ J'entendais les mêmes chansons plus de 6 fois par jour - et je pouvais prédire ce qui allait suivre - ça nous a rendus dingues ! J'aurais aimé avoir de la musique mexicaine en direct à un moment ou à un autre du dîner. Je pense que je m'attendais à ce qu'un centre de villégiature AI soit comme une croisière sur terre... ce n'était pas le cas ! J'ai eu l'impression de gâcher une semaine de vacances précieuses. Je ne reviendrai JAMAIS dans cet hôtel. J'avais trop peur de me plaindre en personne car j'ai vu plusieurs autres personnes se plaindre et se faire agresser verbalement par un responsable. Je ne voulais pas être encore plus stressée par cela et je me sentais épuisée et mal en point. Je n'ai jamais écrit d'avis négatif comme celui-ci auparavant et j'ai plus de 90 avis sur Trip Advisor. Je pourrais parler de bien d'autres choses négatives, mais je n'y pense même plus maintenant. Notre femme de chambre a été formidable et nous lui avons donné un bon pourboire,

Very Disappointing I had read the negative reviews but I decided to not pay much attention to them as I have stayed at lovely places with negative reviews. I went very optimistically and was very disappointed. The food was very basic. Every pastry had a weird 'background' taste. So much sweet sauces and really not very healthy. Salads were tired, food was not kept cold enough to look and stay fresh. The restaurants were a joke. Line up at 6.30am to try and book a place - not something you want to do on holidays, and although were very slightly better than the buffet, were not good. Just a seated meal where buffet food was brought to you with only a 5 dish option! The Thai one was quite funny. Ordered a Pad Thai which I thought shouldn't be too hard for them to make..menu said rice noodles. It was just packet pasta with a white sauce and a few peanuts! Was more italian and certainly NOT Thai! My daughter and I both had 2 very long days and nights where we were very ill from suspected food poisoning. There were flies in the buffet section and people were handling the food and kids were touching and breathing on it too. We have travelled extensively through Malaysia and Indonesia and Thailand and have never been so sick as we were at this resort. In other places I have eaten street food from tiny carts - there was something wrong here at this resort for us to be so ill. I did observe the bar staff rinsing the blenders in tap water when preparing drinks so was suspicious about that too. The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Our room was a very long way from the main areas and there was no information in our room about the activities on offer in the resort. There was no free shuttle bus to town. Had to buy a tour for $69USD if you wanted the shuttle. My daughter who is not yet 18 had a children's wrist band so she wasn't allowed in the adult pool or gym. She is an older, very quiet, mature teen who was alway accompanied by me. The other pools were full of screaming noisy kids and the adult pool was empty. We went in for a quiet swim and were told rudely to get out! The pools close while it is still light and hot. -at 6pm. Too may stupid rules -felt like we were in a concentration camp at times and we just wanted to go home. Pool water was too hot for me as the pools are shallow but that is a personal preference. Internet was only in public lobby and there were not many places to sit. They had 80s music throughout the resort for the entire week - THE SAME PLAYLIST@ I would hear the same songs 6+times a day - and could predict what was next - DROVE us crazy! Would have loved some live mexican music at some stage at dinner. I guess I expected an AI resort was like a cruise on land...it wasn't!!! I felt like we wasted our week of valuable vacation time. Would NEVER stay there again. Was too scared to complain in person as I witnessed several other people make complains and they were verbally attacked by a manager. I did not want to get further stressed by that and was feeling pretty exhausted and unwell. I have never written a negative review like this before and have more than 90 reviews on Trip Advisor. So much more negative I could talk about but Im over even thinking about it now. Our room maid was great though and we tipped her well,

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en juillet, il faisait donc très chaud au Mexique ! Notre séjour au Royal Decameron a été meilleur que prévu. Nous étions dans le bloc 5. C'était calme, le paysage tropical, les oiseaux et les fleurs juste à côté de notre terrasse étaient magnifiques, relaxants et parfumés. Le terrain était impeccable et le personnel nettoyait, balayait, lavait, peignait, etc. en permanence. Il s'agit d'un complexe hôtelier plus ancien, il y a donc beaucoup d'entretien à faire, ma [... lire plus]is ils travaillent très dur. La nourriture dans les buffets était très bonne, très variée, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. La cuisine mexicaine était notre préférée, elle était délicieuse. Les tortillas de maïs fraîches sont pressées et cuites juste avant d'être mangées, et le guacamole est le meilleur ! Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec les ala cartes, surtout la mexicaine et la japonaise. Nous devions avoir des attentes plus élevées, car nous avons été déçus par la qualité de la nourriture. Les chambres étaient basiques et propres, bien que l'air conditionné ait très bien fonctionné, il était bruyant, même lorsque nous l'éteignions, nous pouvions entendre les climatiseurs des autres chambres bourdonner à travers les murs ! Je recommande d'emporter des bouchons d'oreille si vous avez le sommeil léger, mais je m'y suis habitué ! Il y avait un grand nombre d'activités à faire. La plage était magnifique et les vendeurs de bijoux, etc. sur la plage font partie de l'hôtel, ils ne sont pas insistants et sont respectueux lorsque vous refusez. Nous y retournerons certainement, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix et l'atmosphère est très amicale et accueillante.

Great location, Great value! We stayed for 1 week in July, so it was very hot in Mexico! Our stay at royal Decameron was better than expected. We were in block 5. It was quiet, the tropical scenery, birds and flowers just off our deck were beautiful, relaxing, and fragrant. The grounds were kept immaculate, with staff constantly cleaning, sweeping, washing, painting etc. It is an older resort, so there is a lot of maintenance to be done, but they work very hard. Food in the buffets was very good, lots of variety, something for everyone. The Mexican food was our favourite, it was delicious. Fresh corn tortillas pressed and cooked just before you eat them, and the guacamole was the best! We didn't have luck with the ala cartes, especially the Mexican one and Jap Jap. We must have had higher expectations, as we were disappointed in the quality of food. The rooms were basic and clean, although the air conditioner worked really well, it was loud, even when we turned it off we could hear the other rooms ac units buzzing through the walls! I'd recommend taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, although I got used to it! There was a great line up of activities to participate in. The beach was beautiful and the people selling jewelry etc on the beach are part of the resort, they are not pushy, and are respectful when you say no. We would definitely go back, it's amazing value and has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

J'ai été satisfait de tout ce qui concerne l'hôtel. Le personnel était fantastique et j'aime la disposition de la propriété et la proximité des clients en raison de la taille de celui-ci. La nouvelle plage de propriété acquise récemment va faire de cet hôtel un joyau !

Happy with my stay - 22nd time to Jamaica I was happy with everything about the hotel. The staff was fantastic and I love the property layout and closeness of the patrons due to the size of it. The new property beach acquired recently is going to make this a gem!

J'ai adoré mon voyage la plage était magnifique le trampoline dans l'océan était parfait pour prendre un bain de soleil tout le personnel était très gentil et rapide pour nous apporter nos boissons la bande en face de l'hôtel était très sûre pour se promener de jour comme de nuit je reviendrai très certainement !

Loved it amazing resort and staff I loved my trip the beach was beautiful the trampoline in the ocean was perfect for sunbathing all of the staff where very nice and fast with getting us our drinks the strip in front of the hotel felt very safe to walk on day or night I will most definitely be going back !

Le complexe semble vaste au début, mais on s'habitue ensuite à s'y promener. Le complexe est situé sur la plage et le personnel entretient constamment le terrain. La nourriture est excellente si vous êtes prêt à essayer de nouveaux aliments. Le personnel est aimable et joyeux. Ce n'est pas la faute du complexe, mais si vous allez sur la plage, il y a des Mexicains qui vous bombardent pour acheter des articles. J'ai entendu dire que c'était courant dans tout le Mexique. Ce complexe est également  [... lire plus]éloigné de la ville. N'a pas apprécié le fait qu'il est interdit de se baigner dans les piscines après 20 heures. Il n'y a pas de panneaux, ils ne vous préviennent pas et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous étions en train de nager vers 21 heures devant un bar ouvert et un agent de sécurité est arrivé en sifflant. Il y a une piscine pour tous les âges et des piscines réservées aux adultes. Les activités quotidiennes étaient bonnes et les spectacles nocturnes étaient incroyables ! L'autre chose que je n'ai pas aimée, c'est que la sécurité, la nuit, avait l'air d'être dans un trip de pouvoir. L'un des travailleurs discutait avec nous la nuit, et le superviseur de la sécurité est passé et a dit à voix basse au gars de s'en aller. Apparemment, les locaux n'ont pas le droit de parler aux touristes. Le soir également, mon ami et moi allions dans le même bar pour rencontrer des gens. Le garde de sécurité venait s'asseoir au bar et nous fixait, le barman et moi, s'il n'y avait qu'eux et moi au bar à ce moment-là. Puis, en espagnol, il lançait des accusations aux barmans, ce qui me rendait triste, car ils n'étaient que des barmans gentils et excellents. Mon ami a commencé à intervenir et il a nié les faits. J'ai appris plus tard qu'un des employés avait été verbalisé pour avoir parlé aux touristes. C'est ce qui m'a le plus dérangé. Je ne suis pas un grand buveur, mais j'aimais rester au bar et rencontrer toutes sortes de gens. Ce complexe n'est pas très excitant et lorsque j'y suis allé en juin, il n'y avait que des Canadiens et des Mexicains. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de personnes âgées de 25 à 40 ans sans enfants. Dans l'ensemble, je retournerais ici si je voulais me détendre dans un centre de villégiature. Pour quelque chose de plus excitant, j'irais ailleurs.

Resort was sufficient. The resort appeared large at first; although, you got used to the walking around afterwards. The resort is on the beach and the staff upkeeps the grounds constantly. The food is amazing if you are willing to branch out and try new foods. The staff were kind and cheerful. Not that it is the resort's fault, but if you go on the beach there are Mexicans bombarding you to purchase items. I hear this is common all over Mexico. This resort is also a distance from the city. Disliked that there is no swimming after 8pm in the pools. There are no signs, and they don't notify you and when we arrived we were swimming around 9pm in front of an open bar and a security came blasting his whistle. There is a pool or all ages and there is adult only pools as well. The daily activities were good and the nightly performances were amazing! The other thing I disliked was the security at night appeared to be on a power trip. One of the workers was chatting with us at night, and the security supervisor walked by and muffled under his breath telling the guy to move on. Apparently the locals are not allowed to talk with the tourists. Also at night my friend and I would go to the same bar to meet people. The security guard would come and sit at the bar and stare at me and the bartenders if it were only I and them at the bar at the time. Then in spanish he would throw accusations to the bartender which made me sad because they were nothing but kind and excellent bartenders. My friend started to intervene and he denied it. I was later informed that one of the workers got written up for talking with the tourists. This what bothered me the most. I am not a big drinker but loved staying at the bar meeting all kinds of people. This resort is not all that exciting and when I went in june it was all Canadians and Mexicans. Not a lot of people between the ages of 25-40 without children. Overall, I would go here again if I wanted to relax at a resort. For something more exciting, I would go elsewhere.

L'emplacement dans la baie est idéal. De la plage au terrain bien entretenu, les services des hôtes vous surprendront comme ils l'ont fait pour moi. Je reviendrai pour profiter de la meilleure baie du Pacifique. Tant de choses à voir, jamais assez de jours pour le faire.....

Location Location Location, Best in the Bay Great set up with the location in the Bay. From beach to the well groomed grounds, the guests services will amaze you as they did I. I will be back to enjoy the Best bay in the Pacifico. So much to see never enough days to do it.....

Ma sœur et moi sommes allées dans ce resort à la fin du mois de mai 2015. Il n'y a rien de fantaisiste, mais c'est un excellent complexe si vous voulez profiter de la plage et vous détendre. Comme les autres commentaires l'ont mentionné, c'est VRAIMENT propre. Ils sont toujours en train de prendre soin de la station. Les chaises longues (et oui, elles ne sont pas très confortables après une semaine), les piscines et la plage sont nettoyées tous les soirs. La nourriture est bonne, vous trouverez  [... lire plus]toujours quelque chose à manger, quelles que soient vos préférences, et le personnel est très amical et courtois. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon complexe et je le recommande vivement.

Great vacations My sister and I went to this resort at the end of May 2015. There's nothing fancy but it's a great resort if you want to enjoy the beach and relax. As the other reviews mentioned, it's REALLY clean. They are always taking care of the resort. The long chairs (and yes they are not that comfortable after a week on it), the pools and the beach are cleaned every night. The food is good, you always find something to eat, whatever your preferences and the staff is very friendly and courtly. All in all it's a really good resort and I highly recommend it.

Notre lit était cassé et il a fallu 3 jours pour qu'ils viennent le réparer. De plus, la moitié du complexe était fermée pendant notre séjour et nous n'avons pu utiliser que certaines piscines et certains restaurants. L'hôtel était très propre.

Acceptable & Reasonably priced Our bed was broken and it took 3 days for them to come and fix it. Also half of the resort was closed while we were there and we were only able to use some of the pools and the restaurants. Resort was very clean.

Amazing getaway From day one we had a fantastic time, no work, no thinking, just plain old relaxing and enjoying the resort and all its activities. Every one was extra friendly. The beach was clean and the food great.

Cet hôtel est parfait. Il est suffisamment petit pour que tout le monde vous connaisse et suffisamment grand pour que vous puissiez rencontrer un grand nombre de personnes différentes. Le personnel est très gentil et facile à vivre. La nourriture est excellente. Les chambres ont toutes une vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Amazing Resort This hotel is perfect. Its small enough where everyone knows you and big enough where you can meet a lot of different people. The staff is very nice and easy going. The food is amazing. The rooms all have a great ocean view.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Superbe station, excellent rapport qualité-prix

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique au Decameron Los Cocos. Mon ami et moi (tous deux âgés de 22 ans) y avons séjourné pendant une semaine à la fin du mois d'avril. Le complexe est situé sur une plage magnifique. Tout est extrêmement propre, le complexe lui-même est super coloré et mignon, et la nourriture est plutôt bonne. Ne vous attendez pas à un complexe 5 étoiles de luxe dans une communauté fermée - ce n'est pas ce que vous obtiendrez. Ce que vous obtiendrez, c'est un établissement de st [... lire plus]yle mexicain authentique, mignon et accueillant, situé dans un endroit magnifique et dont les employés sont incroyablement gentils et serviables. Il y a des tonnes d'activités à faire, l'eau est chaude, il y a plusieurs piscines et des spectacles nocturnes avec d'incroyables talents de danseurs ! Nous avons absolument adoré cet endroit et nous le recommandons sans hésiter si vous recherchez des vacances familiales à petit budget.

Great resort, great value We had a fantastic time at Decameron Los Cocos. My boyfriend and I (both 22) stayed here for a week in late April. The resort is right on a beautiful beach. Everything is extremely clean, the resort itself is super colorful and cute, and the food is pretty alright. Don't come here expecting a 5-star luxury resort in a gated community - that is not what you get. What you do get is a really cute, welcoming, authentic Mexican-style resort in a beautiful location, with incredibly kind and helpful employees. There are tons of activities to do, the water is warm, there are several pools, and nightly entertainment shows featuring incredible dancing talent! We absolutely loved it here and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a family-friendly vacation on a budget.

C'était notre cinquième visite et nous l'avons appréciée, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons été déçus par notre accueil. Nous sommes arrivés à midi, l'enregistrement s'est fait à 15 heures et il a fallu attendre tard dans la soirée pour que nous obtenions enfin une chambre. Apparemment, le problème était qu'ils n'en avaient pas pour nous ! C'était la première fois que nous réservions avec Air Canada Vacations et c'est à eux que je m'en prends, pas au centre de villégiature. Poor Reception This was our 5th visit and we enjoyed it but upon our arrival we were disappointed with our reception. We arrived at noon, check in was at 3:00pm and it was late in the evening before we finally got a room. Apparently the problem was they didn't have one for us! This was our first time booking with Air Canada Vacations and I blame them, not the resort. Once everything was straightened away, things were good.

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois en Jamaïque et le Royal Decameron a été de loin le meilleur ! Nous avons trouvé le complexe propre et le personnel extrêmement sympathique. Les bungalows sont superbes ! Nous avons adoré le nôtre ! Le personnel d'entretien a fait un excellent travail, changeant les draps tous les jours et les plus beaux draps blancs que j'aie jamais vus dans un complexe hôtelier ! La nourriture était vraiment bonne, très variée, dommage que les mangues n'étaient pas en saison qua [... lire plus]nd nous y étions ! La plage est ratissée tous les jours et les équipes de terrain et d'entretien sont constamment à la hauteur des exigences quotidiennes. Dans l'ensemble.... nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !!!

Awesome time! We have been to Jamaica several times and the Royal Decameron was the best by far! We found the resort to be clean and the staff extremely friendly. The bungalows are great! We loved ours! Housekeeping did a great job, changing linens every day and the best crisp white sheets I've ever seen at a resort! The food was really good, great variety, too bad mangos were out of season when we were there! The beach is raked everyday and the grounds and maintenance crews are constantly keeping up with everyday demands. All in all.... we are definitely going back!!!

The place to go to relax!! This resort is immaculately clean, well maintained and provides friendly and helpful services in every department. Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Un complexe agréable, propre et datant de plusieurs années

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Bonne nourriture et boissons avec un personnel agréable. Ce n'est pas un nouveau centre de villégiature, mais il est propre. L'accès à la plage est très petit mais le resort n'était pas très fréquenté donc ce n'était pas un problème pour nous.

Nice clean dated resort Overall we had a great stay. Good food and drinks with pleasant staff. Not a new resort by any means but clean. The beach access is very small but the resort wasn't busy so it wasn't a problem for us.

Une véritable atmosphère mexicaine, une architecture, un aménagement paysager et une grande variété de couleurs mexicaines Couleurs mexicaines. Nous voulions un thème mexicain, nous l'avons eu, nous l'aimons, nous l'admirons. C'est le personnel qui fait vraiment la différence, il a été merveilleux et très serviable. J'ai eu des maux d'estomac lorsque je me suis enregistré après avoir mangé chez Air Transat. Mais le responsable de l'équipe de nuit, Adrean Aduelar, m'a apporté tout le soutien et  [... lire plus]les soins nécessaires à tout moment, jusqu'à l'enregistrement et les soins à tout moment, jusqu'à ce que nous ayons quitté l'aéroport. Merci Adrean. Le spectacle de nuit était formidable, surtout avec le thème et la culture mexicains. Bonne ambiance familiale et relaxante.

Amazing staff A true Mexican atmosphere, architecture, landscaping and bright variety of Mexican color. We wanted a Mexican theme, we got it, we love it, we admire it. Its the staff that really make the difference they were wonderful and very helpful. I got stomach sick when I checked in from my food at Air Transat. But the night shift manager Adrean Aduelar gave me all the support and care at all times, till we checked out. Thank you Adrean. The night show was terrific, specially with all Mexican theme and culture. Good family and relaxing atmosphere.
