Planet Hollywood Resort: A répondu à nos attentes

Dès l'entrée dans le hall, nous avons senti que le personnel était là pour faire de notre séjour la meilleure expérience possible. Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Lorsque nous avons regardé par la fenêtre, nous avons vu la partie du Bellagio, les fontaines, une partie du strip. C'est tout à fait impressionnant. l'hôtel se trouve à distance de marche de tous les grands hôtels, restaurants et magasins. Met our expectations Right from the moment we walked into lobby we felt that the staff was there to make our stay would be the best experience possible. Our room was spacious and well appointed. When we looked out the window view of the part of the Bellagio, the fountains, part of the strip . Totally stunning. .This hotel was within walking distance all the major hotels and restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed eating at Planet dailies and PF Chang's; both were priced well and the quality was excellent

MGM Grand: Les chambres de l'aile ouest sont correctes

Nous avons séjourné à l'aile ouest, sans savoir qu'il s'agissait d'un quartier d'hôtel assez miteux avec des couloirs de chambres qui ressemblaient plus à une prison. Les chambres en elles-mêmes étaient correctes et l'emplacement était bon. Si j'avais su qu'elles allaient ressembler à cela, j'aurais pris une chambre dans la tour principale.

West Wing rooms are okayish We stayed at the West Wing, didn't know it was a pretty crappy hotel area with room corridors that looked more like a jail. The rooms in it self were okay and the location was good. If I knew they were going to look like this I would've upgraded to the main tower.

Park MGM Las Vegas: Emplacement idéal !

Nous avons séjourné au Monte Carlo pendant 5 nuits et n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre. Nous avons fait une bonne affaire et nous avons été très satisfaits. L'hôtel était un peu vieillot, d'où les rénovations, mais il était parfaitement propre, le service était excellent et l'emplacement était parfait ! On ne peut pas payer 3,5 étoiles et s'attendre à un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel !

Perfect location! Stayed at the Monte Carlo for 5 nights and had absolutely no complaints. We got quite a good deal and we were quite pleased. The hotel was a little dated , hence the renovations , however it was perfectly clean, service was excellent, and the location was perfect! You cannot pay 3.5 star rates and expect a 5 star hotel. Would definitely return to this hotel!

MGM Grand: Parfaitement satisfaisant

La piscine est très propre et il y a beaucoup d'espace pour prendre le soleil. Personnel très sympathique au petit déjeuner. Nombreuses possibilités de restauration et d'en-cas. Chambres nettoyées tous les jours et serviettes fraîches renouvelées tous les jours.

Perfectly satisfactory Please with pool area for cleanliness and ample spaces for sunbathing. Very friendly staff at breakfast. Plenty of opportunities for dining and snacks. Rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels renewed everyday.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas: Hard Rock "Rocks" !!

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Hard Rock de Las Vegas du 14 au 18 mai 2017. Hôtel plus petit que ce à quoi nous sommes habitués, mais dans l'ensemble c'était plutôt bien - le personnel était sympathique et accommodant & les lits étaient vraiment confortables ! Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser toutes les piscines car certaines ne sont ouvertes que le week-end (ce qui était décevant). Mais la nourriture et le service étaient bons !

Hard Rock "Rocks"!! We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas from May 14-18, 2017. Smaller hotel than what we are used to, but overall it was pretty good - staff were friendly and accommodating & beds were really comfy! Didn't get to use all of the pools as some are only open on the weekends (which was disappointing). But food & service was good!

The Venetian Resort: A couper le souffle...

Le Venetian est un lieu de séjour extraordinaire. Notre chambre était charmante et la dame qui s'occupait de nous était fantastique. Elle a pensé à tout. Je n'ai jamais pensé que nous avions laissé notre chambre en désordre, mais lorsque nous l'avons rendue, elle était impeccable. La nourriture était délicieuse. Le personnel était sympathique et très serviable. Bel hôtel, piscines à couper le souffle, en plein cœur de Vegas. Pour ma première visite à Vegas, j'ai été agréablement surpris par la  [... lire plus]propreté de l'hôtel et de ses environs. Le seul commentaire négatif est lié à notre départ. Au moment du départ, on nous a demandé si nous voulions nous enregistrer à l'aéroport, ce à quoi nous avons répondu par l'affirmative. Nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport et nous n'avons pas été enregistrés. En fait, les billets qu'on nous a remis à l'hôtel n'étaient même pas les nôtres... Leçon : vérifiez toujours vos papiers et ne présumez jamais qu'ils sont corrects. Nous reviendrons certainement au même endroit !

Breath Taking... The Venetian is an amazing place to stay. Our room was lovely, and the lady who was looking after us was fantastic. She thought of everything. I never thought we left if messy, but when we returned the room it was meticulous. The food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Beautiful hotel, breath taking pools, right in the heart of Vegas. For my first visit to Vegas I was pleasantly surprised how clean the hotel is and surrounding area. The only negative comment is related to our check out. At check out we were asked if we would like to check in at the airport and we said absolutely. We get to the airport and we are not checked in. In fact the tickets we were given at the hotel were not even ours...lesson: always check your paperwork and never assume it is correct. We would definitely return to the same location!

Mirage: Terrain magnifique et emplacement central !

Le personnel de cet hôtel est formidable, j'ai oublié mon sac à main au bar et on me l'a apporté. La piscine est magnifique et il y a aussi une fête de piscine décontractée dans la journée sur la propriété dans une zone séparée. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel, mais nous n'avions jamais essayé les restaurants de l'établissement. La nourriture est fabuleuse, en particulier les pizzas et les hamburgers. Les chambres sont propres et les lits super confortables. Un séjour parfait !

Lovely grounds and central location! Staff at this hotel were great, I forgot my purse at the bar and they had it there waiting for me. The pool is amazing and they also have a laid back daytime pool party on the property in a separate area. Also, we have stayed here before but never tried the onsite restaurants. The food is fabulous, particularly the pizza and the burgers. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Perfect stay!

Planet Hollywood Resort: séjour à l'hôtel

l'enregistrement a été efficace, le check out encore plus et serviable la chambre était incroyable, spacieuse et calme. la douche aurait pu avoir plus de pression d'eau nous ne pouvions PAS nous connecter au Wi-Fi car il était si lent... et il était stipulé que nous ne pouvions utiliser que deux appareils ? La piscine n'avait pas assez de chaises longues, nous n'avons donc pas pu utiliser la piscine ou le patio ouvert

hotel stay check in was efficient, check out even more so and helpful room was amazing, spacious and quiet. shower could have had more water pressure resort frees...ridiculous - it was supposed to be for Wi-Fi and pool use. we could NOT log on to Wi-Fi or it was so slow...and it stipulated only on 2 devices? Pool area did not have enough loungers so we weren't able to use the pool or the open patio area

Paris Las Vegas: 4 étoiles

L'hôtel était très bien mais la réception manque de service à la clientèle. Il n'y a pas assez de personnel pour enregistrer les arrivées et les départs dans les longues files d'attente. Le processus semble long lorsqu'un client arrive à la réception. Il peut y avoir 10 à 15 personnes dans la file d'attente, mais je n'ai vu qu'un à trois employés de la réception. Il faudrait que quelqu'un se tienne à proximité des machines d'enregistrement automatique pour offrir cette option aux clients. Il [... lire plus] devrait y avoir des panneaux indiquant que les caisses automatiques ne peuvent pas être utilisées après 14 heures. Faire la queue une nouvelle fois pour obtenir des coupons est une perte de temps puisqu'après l'enregistrement, il faut faire une autre queue. Les coupons sont surtout des publicités. Une suggestion : donner ces coupons automatiquement lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est très propre, dispose d'excellents restaurants, de belles boutiques, d'un décor unique et la piscine offre une vue magnifique sur la tour Eiffel.

4 star rating The hotel was great but the front desk is lacking customer service. There is not enough staff to check in or out the long line ups. It appears to be a long process when a customer reaches the front desk. There can be 10-15 people in line but I have seen 1 to 3 front desk staff. The automatic check in machines should have someone standing by to offer customers the option. There should be signage stating that the check out machines cannot be used after 2pm. Lining up again to get coupons is a waste of time since after checking in a separate line. The coupons are mostly advertisement. A suggestion, to give these coupons upon checking in automatically. The hotel is very clean, has excellent restaurants, nice shops, very unique decor, and the swimming pool has a wonderful view of the eiffel tower.

MGM Grand: Grand hôtel !

Cet hôtel est génial ! Il est immense et vous disposez de tous les services disponibles dans l'hôtel, y compris 3 Starbucks et un lieu de ramassage/dépose Uber. Nous sommes arrivés et repartis sans problème. Le service est très bon et l'emplacement est parfait sur le strip.

Great Hotel!! This hotel is great! It is huge and you have all the services available in the hotel including 3 Starbucks and Uber pick up/drop off location. We checked in and out with no problems. Service is very good and the location is perfect on the strip.

Circus Circus: Le temps de s'amuser

L'hôtel était très basique mais très propre et le personnel était fantastique. Il a fait un effort supplémentaire, c'est certain. Beaucoup de familles à l'hôtel, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas à Vegas, mais c'était correct. Il y avait des travaux près de la piscine, mais sinon c'était bien

Fun time Hotel was very basic but very clean and staff were fantastic. Went the extra mile for sure. Lots of families at hotel which we didn't expect from Vegas, but it was ok. There was construction going on near the pool, but otherwise it was good

Golden Nugget: Bonne situation au centre-ville

L'hôtel est idéal pour ceux qui veulent vivre l'expérience de la rue Freemont, car il est situé en plein milieu de l'action. L'hôtel est propre, le personnel est agréable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans la tour Rush et avons trouvé la chambre très calme même si c'est la tour la plus proche de la rue Freemont. Ce n'était pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel et ce ne sera pas le dernier. Merci d'avoir fait de mon expérience une expérience "Golden".

Good downtown location The hotel is great for wanting the Freemont St. experience since it's located right in the middle of the action. Hotel is clean, staff is pleasant and would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the Rush tower and found the room to be very quiet even though its the closest tower to Freemont St. This was not my first stay at this hotel and will not be my last. Thanks for making my experience "Golden".

The Venetian Resort: Le Venetian était médiocre

Dans l'ensemble, c'était bien. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait que nous devions payer des frais de séjour, pourquoi ne pas simplement les ajouter au prix de la chambre par nuit. Je n'ai pas pu utiliser la piscine car le temps était frais. La chambre était belle et propre. Le lit était très confortable. Le Grand Lux Cafe était très bon. Le buffet l'était moins. Il était difficile de naviguer dans le Venetian, je tournais en rond.

The Venetian was meh Overall it was okay. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay resort fees, why not just add it into the price of the room per night,. I didn't get to use the pool because weather was cool. Room was nice, clean. Bed was very comfy. The Grand Lux Cafe was very good. The buffet not so much. It was difficult navigating the Venetian, kept walking in circles.

Planet Hollywood Resort: Grand hôtel

C'est la quatrième fois que je viens à Vegas, j'ai été au mom, au Trump Tower, au Hard Rock Hotel et au Planet Hollywood. Le PH est au milieu de tout, les chambres sont super propres, les lits sont très confortables, c'est un super hôtel pour le prix. La piscine est un peu petite, mais dans l'ensemble c'est un très bon hôtel.

Great hotel It's my fourth time in Vegas, been to the mom, trump tower, hard rock hotel and the Planet Hollywood. The PH is in the middle of everything, rooms are super clean, beds are very comfortable, it is a great hotel for the price. The pool is a bit small, but overall a really great hotel.

The Venetian Resort: Grand hôtel

Nous avons séjourné à la Venezia Tower, et avons passé un très bon séjour dans une chambre donnant sur le Mirage et son Volcan. Superbe vue ! Service et nourriture excellents. Prestations à la hauteur de l'hôtel 5 étoiles qu'est le Venetian. Superbe jardin au niveau du lobby du Venezia (11ème étage) avec fontaines, piscines et bains à remous, entouré par les tours Venetian et Venezia. Sécurité efficace, mais courtoise comme le reste du personnel.

Great hotel We stayed at the Venezia Tower, and had a very nice stay in a room facing the Mirage and its Volcano. Great view! Excellent service and food. Amenities commensurate with the 5 star hotel the Venetian is. Superb garden on the lobby level of the Venezia (11th floor) with fountains, pools and whirlpools surrounded by the Venetian and Venezia towers. Security effective, but courteous as the rest of the staff is.

Flamingo Las Vegas: Désorganisé ðŸ˜-

L'hôtel n'avait pas de chambre king non fumeur disponible pour notre première nuit, nous avons donc dû rester dans la chambre fumeur cette nuit-là. L'une des chambres non-fumeurs pour notre groupe n'a été disponible que quelques heures après notre arrivée, vers 23 heures. Lorsque l'enregistrement se fait à 15 heures, on aurait pu penser que nos chambres auraient été prêtes.

Disorganized 😕 The hotel did not have our non smoking king room available our first night so had to stay in smoking room that night. One of the non smoking rooms for our group wasn't available until a few hours after we got there around 11pm. When check in is 3pm, you'd think our rooms would have been ready.

Mirage: Super Resort

Un endroit idéal pour séjourner ! La piscine était géniale ! Les chambres étaient très belles et très propres. Je recommanderais sans hésiter le Mirage et j'y séjournerais à nouveau !

Great place to stay! The pool was awesome! Variety of good restaurants and the food in the restaurants was great, the rooms were very nice and clean. The location was central.Would definitely recommend the Mirage and stay there again!

Treasure Island: Très bel endroit pour séjourner

La chambre de l'hôtel est agréable et les lits sont très confortables, l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier idéal sur le strip... Le casino était agréable, avec un grand choix de machines. Personnel aimable et serviable, hôtel propre, je reviendrais ici.

Mirage: Fête des mères à Vegas !

Nous voulions emmener nos mères à Vegas pour la fête des mères, car les filles et moi y avons toujours passé du bon temps. Karol nous a donné des suggestions, des indications et des options de prix intéressantes. Nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Merci Karol !

Park MGM Las Vegas: Très bonne situation

Cet hôtel est bien situé - la chambre était convenable mais la salle de bain était mal éclairée et mal éclairée - il paraît qu'ils sont en train de rénover et miteuse - j'ai entendu dire qu'ils étaient en train de faire des rénovations Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix en matière de restauration rapide Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel et les frais de séjour ont grimpé en flèche En général 6/10 ? ?

Very good location This hotel has a good location - the room was adequate but the bathroom was poorly lit and dingy - I hear they are in renovation mode Not a good selection in fast food grab a quick snack places I would not stay hear again and resort fees going through the roof In general 6/10 ??
