Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Excellent centre de villégiature

Le complexe était fabuleux, il était très grand et il nous a fallu quelques jours pour savoir où se trouvaient les choses et comment s'y rendre. Le seul point faible était la construction, mais au moins on pouvait voir que ce complexe était bien entretenu. Les chambres étaient magnifiques, nous avons adoré le bain à remous et les multiples pommeaux de douche pour une douche complète. C'est un endroit magnifique où séjourner.

Excellent Resort The resort was fabulous, it was very large and took us a couple of days to get to know where things were located and how to get there. The only shortfall was the construction, but at least one could see that this resort is being well maintained. The rooms were gorgeous, loved the hot tub and the multi-shower heads for a full body shower. It is a beautiful place to stay.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Les attentes ont été dépassées !

Sandos Caracol était bien plus qu'un centre de villégiature tout compris typique. C'était une expérience unique que mon mari et moi ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier ! Il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire sur place que je ne suis pas sûre qu'il soit possible de tout voir en une semaine ! Les divertissements étaient exceptionnels, le cenote était si frais et rafraîchissant, le spa était paradisiaque, j'ai adoré la promenade romantique en bateau... je pourrais continuer. Sandos est dans une li [... lire plus]gue à part, et nous reviendrons. Merci Sandos de nous avoir fait vivre une expérience inoubliable !

Exceeded expectations! Sandos caracol was so much more than your typical all inclusive resort. It was a unique experience that my Husband and I won't soon forget! There is so much to see and do right on the resort...I'm not sure it's even possible to take it all in within a week! The entertainment was exceptional, the cenote was so chill and refreshing, the spa was heavenly, loved the romantic boat ride...I could go on. Sandos is in a league of their own, and we will return. Thank you Sandos for providing us with an unforgettable experience!

Riu Tequila: très belle station balnéaire propre avec une belle plage .

La plage est ce qui me vient à l'esprit dès ma première impression à mon arrivée. L'enregistrement a été très rapide. Ensuite, nous avons pris notre chambre qui était propre avec 2 lits poussés l'un contre l'autre, une douche, pas de baignoire, une télévision à écran plat, la salle de bain n'offre pas d'intimité. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre. Le buffet du premier soir était excellent avec beaucoup de choix, propre, une bonne ambiance mexicaine, un bon service. Il n'y a pas de buffet ouvert p [... lire plus]our le déjeuner, il est près de la piscine. Une déception. Nous ne sommes pas allés aux cartes à la carte, nous ne voulions pas être contraints par les horaires. Il n'y a que 3 choix possibles. La plupart des animations étaient très bonnes. A la plage, nous sommes allés chercher une boisson et on nous a dit que nous ne pouvions pas venir ici pour en prendre une, mais que nous devions aller là-bas. Le buffet du midi au Yucatan est ouvert à la chaleur et la nourriture n'est pas très bonne. Nous sommes partis plus tard et on nous a demandé 60 dollars pour garder notre chambre pendant 3 heures. Nous avons refusé et avons dû transporter notre argent et notre passeport avec nous. J'y retournerais s'il y avait une bonne affaire, sinon il y a de meilleures stations dans la région pour ce qu'ils facturent. . C'était un voyage agréable mais nous sommes habitués à un buffet climatisé pour le déjeuner, pour ce que nous avons payé, c'est ce à quoi il faut s'attendre. Pas de room service, pas de service à la piscine ou à la plage.

very nice clean resort with beautiful beach . The beach is what stands out in my mind from first impressions upon arrival. Check in was very quick . Next stop to our room which was clean with 2 beds pushed together with a shower , no bathtub, flatscreen T.V. bathroom does not give privacy. No coffee maker in room. Buffet for the first night was excellent with many choices, clean, great Mexican atmosphere, good service. There is no buffet open for lunch, its by the pool. A disappointment. We did not go to the a la cartes, did not want to be tied down with times. There is only 3 to choose from. Most of the entertaintment was very good. When at the beach we went to get a drink and where told you can,t come here to have one you have to go over there. Lunch buffet at Yucatan are open to heat and food not that good. We had a later departure and they wanted 60 us dollars to keep our room for 3 hours. We declined and had to carry our money and passport around with us . I would go back if there was a great deal otherwise there are better resorts in the area for what they charge. . It was a nice trip but we are used to an air conditioned buffet for lunch, for what we paid that is to be expected. No room service, no pool or beach service.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: station propre et relaxante

le personnel est très sympathique, la nourriture est bonne. L'hôtel est calme. La nourriture était bonne, mais il y avait des ruptures de stock très rapidement. Notre chambre était située à côté de la route principale menant au complexe et le bruit nous réveillait à 5 heures du matin.

clean and relaxing resort staff are very friendly,food is good. Resort is quiet. Food was good,but they ran out of some items very quickly. Our room was next to the main road leading into the resort and the noise was awakening us at 5 in the morning.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: fantastique

tout était parfait, le service était excellent, il faudrait plus de musique aux piscines, on dirait que vous vous adressez aux jeunes de 18 ans et non aux gens qui dépensent de l'argent, mais c'est mineur par rapport à l'ensemble, plus de vie nocturne et d'activités pour les enfants

fantastic everything was up to snuff great people service could use better music at pools seems like you are catering to the 18 year olds and not the people who spend money but that is minor compared to the overall picture more nightlife and kids activities

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: De superbes vacances

Centre-ville de Playa Del Carmen, à proximité des boutiques, des divertissements et des restaurants. Nous avons choisi une chambre en bord de mer qui était belle et spacieuse. Le personnel de l'hôtel est merveilleux. 2 déceptions : la plage juste en face de l'hôtel et la nourriture de l'hôtel.

Great vacation Downtown Playa Del Carmen, near shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Chose an oceanfront room that was beautiful and spacious. Hotel staff are wonderful. 2 disappointments: the beach directly in front of the hotel and the hotel food.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

L'ensemble du complexe a été une expérience merveilleuse, les terrains étaient immaculés, la nourriture était incroyable, nous y sommes allés deux fois et nous avons hâte d'y retourner ! Les piscines étaient propres et jamais bondées. Le bar du hall principal était génial, nous avons adoré la rivière et le grand spectacle des Indiens !

Amazing Resort The whole resort was a wonderful experience, grounds were immaculate, food was amazing, we have been there twice and look forward to going again! Pools were clean, and never over crowded. Main lobby bar was great, loved the river, and the Indians great show!

Barcelo Maya Palace: Un lieu étonnant

Meilleur service, les serveurs sont très gentils, tout est propre, les chambres sont grandes, la nourriture est parfaite et vous devez aller dans tous les restaurants à la carte, en particulier le restaurant français. Si j'en ai l'occasion, j'y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Amazing Place Best service, the waiters are very nice, everything is clean, rooms are big, Food is perfect and you must go to all the A la carte restaurants, especial the French one. If I have the chance, I will definitely go again..

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Le MEILLEUR si vous avez des enfants !

Nous n'avions qu'un seul objectif : offrir à notre fille de 4 ans les meilleures vacances possibles en tant qu'enfant, et nous n'aurions pas pu être plus heureux ! Nous remercions tout particulièrement Gerardo, Virginia, Lucy (concierge familial) et Gilberto (capitaine du restaurant à l'heure du petit-déjeuner). Si vous adorez vos enfants et que vous voulez le MEILLEUR, n'hésitez pas, allez dans ce complexe, vous ne le regretterez jamais ! The absolute BEST if you have kids! We had one goal in mind: to provide our 4 year old daughter with the absolute best vacation she could have as a child, and: we couldn't have been any happier! Special thanks to Gerardo, Virginia, Lucy (Family Concierge), and Gilberto (Captain of the restaurant at breakfast time). If you adore your kids and want the BEST, do not hesitate, just go to this resort, you will never regret it! Room Tip: If you can, definitely go with the Family Concierge service, it's worth every penny (and more)!

Ocean Maya Royale: Océan maya

Le terrain était magnifique, la nourriture était décente. Ils ont surréservé et nous ont fait séjourner dans leur hôtel jumeau à 20 minutes sur la route, qui était un hôtel décent, puis nous avons été transférés la nuit suivante et avons été surclassés en privilège ! J'ai laissé mon sèche-cheveux par accident au premier hôtel et ils allaient me facturer 36 dollars américains pour le récupérer, super décevant. A part cela, ce fut un excellent séjour.

Ocean maya The grounds were beautiful, food was decent. They overbooked and made us stay at their sister hotel 20 mins down the road, which was a decent hotel and then transferred back the next night and was upgraded to privilege! I left my hair dryer accidentky at the first hotel and they were going to charge me $36 American to retrieve it, super disappointing. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent moment... nous aurions seulement aimé avoir quelques jours de plus pour profiter de l'excursion en catamaran qui a été annulée et nous aurions aimé faire l'excursion à Chichen Itza. J'aimerais revenir l'année prochaine.

Wonderful vacation Had a super time...only wish we had a few more days to enjoy the catamaran trip that was cancelled on us and would have loved to have gone on the excursion to Chichen Itza. Would love to return next year.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: un grand moment

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances à Tulum. Le terrain est impeccable, la nourriture est excellente et très variée, les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais la dispersion des bâtiments est un avantage. Nous aurions aimé avoir une meilleure plage, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bel endroit.

a great time We really enjoyed our vacation at Tulum Grounds are immaculate, food excellent with lots of variety, room slightly dated but spread out buildings are a benefit. Wish there was a better beach but overall a very nice place.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Grand centre de villégiature

C'est la deuxième fois que nous y allons, tout est très bien. Nous aimons la possibilité d'aller d'un hôtel à l'autre, et de passer d'un buffet à l'autre ou d'une piscine à l'autre, la plage était superbe et facile d'accès depuis Akumal. Le filet mignon était terrible au restaurant japonais, on aurait dit du caoutchouc, pas du bœuf, sinon la nourriture était excellente.

Great resort Second time there everything very good. We like the way we can go from one hotel to another, and any buffet or pool, beach was great and easy to get to from akumal. The filet mignon was terrible at the Japanese restaurant, it was like rubber, not beef, otherwise the food was great.

Grand Sunset Princess: Mon centre de villégiature préféré.....grand centre de villégiature

Le terrain est spectaculaire ... et les divertissements sont de premier ordre ... c'est mon deuxième voyage et il y en aura un troisième '!!!!!!!' Le personnel est très sympathique et vous traite avec beaucoup d'égards

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Comme à la maison !

Absolument magnifique. Tout ce qui se trouve sur la propriété est très propre et bien entretenu. C'est le plus beau terrain de tous les complexes où nous sommes allés. Nous avons profité de toutes les zones, que ce soit pour les familles ou les adultes. La piscine réservée aux adultes avec le bar est un vrai régal !

Like going home! Absolutely stunning. Everything on the property is so clean and well kept. It's the nicest grounds at any resort we've been to. We enjoy all areas no matter family or adult only. the adult only pool with the swim up bar is a great treat!!!

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Des gens et un lieu formidables

L'endroit était parfait pour moi. C'est aussi l'une des meilleures périodes où je suis allée. Il n'y avait que des adultes, rien que du plaisir et des fêtes le soir. Belle plage et belles piscines. La nourriture était excellente. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute avec encore plus de monde cette fois-ci !

Awesome people and place The place was perfect for me. It was also one of the better times I went. It was all adults, nothing but fun, and parties at night. Nice beach and pools. Awesome food. I would definitely come back with even more people this time!

Catalonia Yucatan: un beau complexe familial

Tout était bien....famille a apprécié la petite taille de l'hôtel et de la région. Les divertissements étaient bons. Les buffets étaient corrects. Les restaurants étaient bons, nous avons apprécié chacun d'entre eux. Le personnel est formidable. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de plage, mais les piscines fonctionnent bien.

nice family resort All was good....family enjoyed the small feel of the hotel and area. The entertainment was good. Buffets were decent. Restaurants were good, we enjoyed each one. Staff are awesome. Not much beach, but the pools worked well.

Catalonia Yucatan: Station balnéaire décente.

Nous avions une chambre vue "jardin" assez datée et assez proche de la plage (très) corallienne, ce qui rendait l'accès à l'eau difficile. Il y a un petit accès à la plage de sable un peu plus loin, mais il ne représente que 10% de l'accès à la plage du resort. Le buffet était bon, comme tous les restaurants. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient également respectables. La salle de jeux climatisée était agréable, avec billard, ping-pong et table de jeu de dames. Les bars ne manquaient pas et les [... lire plus] boissons étaient bonnes. Le complexe voisin avait une meilleure piscine et nous avons apprécié de jouer au volley-ball de plage dans les deux endroits. Apportez une canne à pêche, les poissons mordent comme des fous dans le lagon peu profond près du complexe !

Decent resort. We had a pretty dated "garden" view room that was pretty close to the (very) coral-ly beach which made water access difficult. There is a small sandy beach access a bit further, but it only represents 10% of the resort's beach access. The buffet was good,as were all the restaurants. The nightly entertainment was respectable as well. The air-conditioned game room was enjoyable , and it had billiards, ping pong, and a checkers table. There was no shortage of bars and the drinks were good. The next-door resort had a better each, and we enjoyed playing beach volleyball in both places. Bring a fishing rod, the fish bite like crazy in the shallow water lagoon near the resort!

El Dorado Royale: fantastique station thermale

Le personnel est excellent et les chambres sont impeccables. La nourriture et les boissons étaient exceptionnelles et notre suite avec piscine privée était un vrai régal. Les dîners gastronomiques du soir étaient très bien faits et le restaurant italien était l'un de nos préférés. Le Sante Fe est incontournable pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel du bar de la piscine et le personnel de la plage étaient sympathiques et attentifs.

fantastic spa resort Excellent staff and the rooms were spotless. The food and drink were exceptional and our suite with private pool was a real treat. The gormet dinners in the evening were well done with the Italian restaurant one of our favourites. You could not beat the Sante Fe for breakfast. The pool bar staff and beach staff were freindly and attentive.

Riu Tequila: Excellente station

Ce complexe est excellent, le terrain, la plage, la nourriture et l'hospitalité sont exceptionnels. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le seul petit point négatif serait l'entrée peu éclairée des chambres dans la journée. Dans l'ensemble, nous reviendrons dans ce complexe.

Excellent resort This resort was excellent the grounds, beach, food and hospitality was exceptional. The staff very friendly. The only small negative would be the dimly lit entrance way to your rooms in the daytime. Overall we will return to this resort.
