Dans l'ensemble, les chambres semblent petites et seulement 50 % d'entre elles ont une vue sur l'océan ou la piscine, les autres ont une vue sur le côté d'un bâtiment, les balcons mesurent environ 2 mètres sur 2. La nourriture était bonne, les boissons étaient bonnes, le service était bon mais souvent ils ne comprenaient pas ce qu'on leur demandait, alors ils souriaient et hochaient la tête, ou disaient oui et s'en allaient. Dated but nice Overall the hotThe rooms seemed small and only 50% will get an ocean/pool view, the rest get the side of a building, balconies are about 2x8'. Food was good, drinks were good, service was good but many times they didn't understand what was being asked, so they would smile and nod, or say yes and walk away. Now that I have been there, and if the price is right I would return.

Hôtel de grande qualité où tous les services et besoins sont pris en charge. La nourriture et l'alcool sont de première qualité et il y a beaucoup de divertissements et d'activités nocturnes. L'hôtel a été nettoyé en permanence et nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre. Un hôtel à ne pas manquer !

Vacation Perfection Top quality hotel with every service and need fully taken care of. Premium food and alcohol along and plenty of nightly entertainment and activities. Resort was cleaned constantly and we had zero complaints. A must try resort!

Grand Sunset Princess: Vacances 2018

L'hôtel est très bien, mais il n'y a rien d'extraordinaire. Propre, très bon personnel, la nourriture était aussi moyenne que dans tous les autres complexes que nous avons visités au Mexique. J'ai apprécié le fait qu'il y ait plus d'un bar dans la piscine. Cela rend les piscines moins encombrées par les bars.

Vacation 2018 Resort is very nice, nothing over and above. Clean, great staff, food was as average as any other resort we have visited in Mexico. Liked the fact that they have more than 1 swim up bar. Makes the pools less congested around the bars.

Riu Dunamar: Tout à fait conforme aux attentes - exactement comme décrit

La station était de taille parfaite, facile à parcourir, mais suffisamment grande pour qu'on puisse s'y perdre si on le souhaite. Il convient aussi bien aux familles qu'aux couples. Nouveau, propre et personnel super, super amical. Je n'ai jamais vu autant de personnel de nettoyage et d'entretien en 20 visites dans le sud. Je le recommanderais à mes amis.

Totally met expectations – Just as described Resort was perfect size being easy to get around, but yet, large enough to get lost if you wanted. Both family and couples friendly. New, clean and super, super friendly staff. I have never seen so many cleaning and grounds workers in my 20 visits down South. Would recommend to friends.

The Sens Cancun: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à l'Oasis Palm. L'emplacement au bord de l'eau était magnifique, le terrain était beau et propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les restaurants et les personnes spéciales qui servaient et travaillaient dur pour satisfaire tout le monde.

Amazing resort! We really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis Palm. The location at the water was beautiful, the grounds kept beautiful and clean. We especially enjoyed the restaurants with the special people that served and worked hard to please everyone.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya: Tout ce que vous voulez dans un centre de villégiature

Secrets Akumal s'est avéré être aussi bon que les critiques le disaient ; les installations, la nourriture, le service, la plage, l'eau de l'océan et les divertissements étaient cinq étoiles ! Nous étions un couple plus âgé (67 ans) qui préfère les stations balnéaires plus tranquilles et nous avons été plus que ravis de passer la semaine au soleil et de nous amuser à Secrets Akumal Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui a fait de notre séjour un plaisir.

Everything You'd Want in a Resort Secrets Akumal turned out to be as good as the reviews said; from facilities, to food, to service, to beach and ocean's water, to entertainment, were five star! We were an older couple (67) who prefer the more tranquil get-away-from-winter resorts and we were more than pleased to spend the week in the sun and fun of Secrets Akumal We will definitely return! LE SERVICE, LE TERRAIN, LA NOURRITURE ÉTAIENT AU TOP, LA SEULE CHOSE QUI A ÉTÉ DÉCEVANTE C'EST QUE LE GROUPE DE SPRING BREAK ÉTAIT TELLEMENT IVRE QU'IL ÉTAIT INCONTRÔLABLE. IL Y AVAIT BEAUCOUP DE PERSONNEL POUR LE NETTOYAGE ET LE SERVICE DE LA NOURRITURE ET LES JARDINS ÉTAIENT ADORABLES. J'Y RETOURNERAIS MAIS PAS AU MOMENT DU SPRING BREAK.

GREAT RESORT THE SERVICE, THE GROUNDS ,THE FOOD ,WAS TOP OF THE HILL,THE ONLY THING THAT WAS DISSAPPOINTING WHEN THE SPRING BREAK GROUP GOT SO DRUNK THEY WERE OUT OF CONTROL. THERE WAS A LOT OF STAFF FOR CLEANING ON FOOD SEARVIICE AND THE GROUNGS WERE LOVLEY. I WOULD GO BACK BUT NOT AT SPRING BREAK TIME.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Calme et tropical

Excellent complexe si vous voulez un endroit calme réservé aux adultes ou si vous pouvez vous permettre de jouer au golf. La plage est un peu éloignée et les autres stations sont grandes et bruyantes. Le service a été exceptionnel et chaque problème a été traité rapidement et facilement et n'a pas été résolu tant que je n'étais pas satisfait.

Quiet and tropical Great resort if you want a quiet adults only location or you can afford to play golf. The beach is a little far away and the other resorts are large and noisy. The service was exceptional and every issue was dealt with quickly and easily not resolved until I was satisfied.

Emporio Cancun: Station agréable, calme et propre

Nous avons adoré nos 11 jours à Emporio ! Tout le personnel était très sympathique, la nourriture était excellente et tout était bien entretenu. Le décor est peut-être un peu démodé, mais l'hôtel travaille à la modernisation des chambres. Nous étions dans l'une des suites les plus anciennes, mais tout fonctionnait bien et les chambres étaient propres. Tout ferme à 11 heures, ce qui rend l'endroit très calme au moment d'aller se coucher. La plage était également superbe et le sable était entreten [... lire plus]u régulièrement. Il y avait quelques algues dans l'eau mais cela n'empêchait pas les gens d'aller dans l'océan. Compte tenu de ce que nous avons payé, nous avons eu l'impression d'en avoir vraiment pour notre argent.

Nice, quiet and clean resort We loved our 11 days at Emporio! All of the staff were really friendly, the food was great and everything was well-maintained. The decor maybe a little outdated but they are working on upgrading the rooms. We were in one of the older suites but everything worked fine and the rooms were clean. Everything closes at 11 so it gets nice and quiet when it's time to go to bed. The beach was great too and the sand was groomed regularly. There was some seaweed in the water but it didn't inhibit people from going into the ocean. Considering what we paid we felt we got really good value for our money.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Grand centre de villégiature !

Le complexe est moderne et propre. La nourriture était fantastique, non seulement au buffet, mais aussi dans les différents restaurants à la carte. Le complexe dans son ensemble était magnifique avec des unités de baignade à l'avant et à l'arrière de la plupart des bâtiments. Nous avons choisi une unité avec balcon cette fois-ci, mais si c'était à refaire, nous voudrions une unité avec baignade. Des activités étaient organisées chaque jour et chaque soir. Nous avons particulièrement appréc [... lire plus]ié le groupe de reggae sur la plage un soir. Comme nous étions dans le complexe Platimum, nous avions un accès complet au complexe Grand Princess. Notre chambre était moderne et très propre. Le personnel était excellent et très amical. Notre seule déception a été la plage. La plage devant le complexe est rocheuse une fois que l'on entre dans l'eau. Il est agréable de se détendre sur la plage de sable, mais pas d'aller dans l'eau sans chaussures de plongée. Cela n'a pas été un problème car nous avons accédé à la plage du Grand Princess et avons pu nous y baigner - à seulement 5 minutes de marche. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très heureux d'avoir choisi le Platinum Yucatan Princess All Suites Resort pour passer un moment agréable et relaxant.

Great Resort! The resort was modern and clean. The food was fantastic at not only the buffet but also at the variety of 'a la carte' restaurants available. The resort as a whole was beautiful with swim out units in front and back of most of the buildings. We picked a balcony unit this time but if we were to do it again we would want a swim out unit. They had activities each day and evening. We especially enjoyed the Reggae band on the beach one evening. Since we were at the Platimum resort we had full access to the ajoining Grand Princess resort. Our room was modern and very clean. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Our only disappointment was the beach. The beach in front of the resort is rocky once you enter the water. It is nice to relax on the sand beach but not for going in the water without water shoes. This was not a problem because we accessed the beach at the Grand Princess and were able to swim there - only a 5 minute walk. Overall we were very happy to have chosen the Platinum Yucatan Princess All Suites Resort for a fun and relaxing time.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Une semaine étonnante !

J'ai aimé la plupart des aspects de ce centre de villégiature. La nourriture était excellente. Nous avons dû attendre environ une heure au restaurant Blue Moon, mais nous sommes arrivés vers 20 heures et nous nous y attendions. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues mais ils étaient dehors toute la journée pour essayer de les nettoyer. Bataille perdue d'avance, mais ils ont fait un travail remarquable. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour obtenir une chaise longue près de la piscine, mais nous nous so [... lire plus]mmes levés à 8 heures du matin. Plus tard, vous n'obtiendrez probablement pas de parasol, mais il y en avait encore beaucoup sur la plage toute la journée. Le service de bar autour de la piscine était également bon. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Amazing week! Loved mostly everything about this resort. Food was amazing. Had to wait for the blue moon restaurant for about an hour, but we showed up close to 8pm so kind of expected that. The beach had a lot of seaweed but they were out all day trying to clean it up. Losing battle but they did an amazing job. Had no issues getting a lounger near the pool but we were up by 8am. Any later than that and you likely wont get an umbrella, there were still plenty available on the beach all day. Bar service around the pool was good too. I would definitely recommend this resort! We had an awesome time!

Oleo Cancun Playa: OLEO - Février 2018

OLEO est un magnifique hôtel de charme idéal pour les plus de 30 ans. Il est situé à environ 15 minutes de l'aéroport, sur la bande de l'hôtel. Le centre commercial n'est qu'à une courte distance en bus et même le marché 28 est accessible en bus. Le front de mer et la vue sont incroyables ! Je recommande vivement l'OLEO pour des vacances reposantes !

OLEO - February 2018 OLEO is a beautiful boutique hotel that is ideal for the 30+ age group. It is located approximately 15 min from the airport on the hotel strip. It is only a short bus ride to the mall and even Market 28 is manageable by bus. The beach front and view are amazing! I would highly recommend the OLEO for a relaxing vacation!

Grand Sunset Princess: Bonne heure

Le terrain était bien entretenu, les gens étaient sympathiques, les chambres étaient bien et l'agencement du complexe était bien (beaucoup d'options de piscine). Le seul inconvénient est que l'eau de la plage est peu profonde et que la nourriture est bonne ou moyenne.

Good time Grounds were well kept, people were friendly, rooms were good and the layout of the resort was good (lots of pool options). The only downside was the beach water is shallow and the food was good to average.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Plage de Paraiso

Le terrain était impeccable. La chambre était charmante. Nous avons trouvé l'endroit un peu grand pour nous. Il y a beaucoup de marche à faire mais nous pouvions prendre le tram si nous en avions besoin. Nous avons trouvé les gens très sympathiques. Mon mari a trouvé que les bars n'avaient pas beaucoup de seigle canadien en stock. Ils n'arrêtaient pas d'en manquer. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Paraiso Beach The grounds were immaculate. The room was lovely. We found the place a little big for us. There lots of walking but we could catch the tram if we needed to. We found the people very friendly. My husband found that the bars did not stock alot of canadian rye. They kept running out. All in all we had a great week.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Charmante station balnéaire

avantages : beau terrain, animations pour tous, jeunes et moins jeunes, inconvénients : on nous avait annoncé un surclassement à l'hôtel Sian Kaan, ce qui n'a pas été le cas, après avoir demandé une chambre calme, nous avons été placés à côté d'une salle d'équipement qui abritait un climatiseur, nous avons donc dû dormir avec des bouchons d'oreille, des algues, j'ai trouvé l'atmosphère et le personnel de Coba plus amicaux que ceux de Tulum

Lovely resort pros: lovely grounds, entertainment for everyone young and mature, cons: initial told of an upgrade to a sister hotel Sian Kaan, it turned out not to be, after asking for a quiet room we were put next to an equipment room that housed a air conditioner so we had to sleep with ear plugs, seaweed, i found the atmosphere/staff at Coba friendlier then Tulum

Allegro Playacar: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Ce centre de villégiature est impeccable ! Les chambres, les terrains, les piscines, les restaurants, etc. sont d'une propreté irréprochable et exceptionnellement bien entretenus. Allegro Playacar est un petit complexe, ce qui vous permet de faire connaissance avec le personnel et de rencontrer de nombreux visiteurs qui reviennent. La grande piscine borde la plage et la plage est magnifique ! Elle est très longue et idéale pour marcher... 20 minutes de la ville. Il y a toujours quelque chos [... lire plus]e à faire si vous voulez de l'activité. J'ai adoré le hamac sur le balcon après une journée à la plage et les jardins près de notre unité et dans tout le complexe sont à couper le souffle. Nous reviendrons :)

Beautiful Resort! This resort is pristine! The rooms, grounds, pools, restaurants, etc are impeccably clean and exceptionally well kept. Allegro Playacar is a small resort which allows you the opportunity to get to know the staff and meet many returning visitors. The large pool abuts the beach and the beach is beautiful! It's very long and great for walking... 20 min to Town. Always something to do if you want activity. Loved the hammock on the balcony after a day on the beach and the gardens by our unit and throughout resort were breathtaking. We will be back :)

Grand Sunset Princess: Belle station balnéaire et tant de piscines

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 10 jours ici, il y avait toujours quelque chose à faire, les spectacles du soir étaient géniaux. Les rochers dans l'eau étaient difficiles à contourner et glissants, les chaussures d'eau étaient utiles. La chambre était toujours propre et le réfrigérateur approvisionné tous les jours. J'ai eu un massage au spa, Rosa était super. Tout le monde était si amical ici. J'ai passé un très bon moment.

Beautiful Resort and so many pools We really enjoyed our 10 days here, was always something to do, the evening shows were great. Lots of places to eat, the beach had some sea weed but wasn't a problem. the rocks in the water were hard to navigate around and slippery, water shoes were helpful. Room was always clean and fridge stocked daily. Had a massage at the spa, Rosa was great.. Everyone was so friendly here. Had a great time.

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Un centre de villégiature 5 étoiles, c'est certain

Les terrains étaient bien entretenus, la nourriture était exceptionnelle, je n'ai jamais été dans une station où les couettes étaient nettoyées tous les jours. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. La plage était petite mais les piscines et les jacuzzis ont compensé

A 5star resort for sure Grounds were well kept, food was exceptional, never been to a resort where the duvet were actually cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was small but pools and jacuzzis made up for that

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe en autant d'années et c'était tout aussi merveilleux que la première fois. La nourriture était incroyable, la plage était superbe (bien que la fois où nous y étions, ils avaient du mal à nettoyer les algues, mais ils ont fait du bon travail ! Je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde.

Amazing Resort This was our second time to this resort in as many years and it was just as wonderful as it was the first time. Food was amazing, beach was great (although the time we were there they were struggling to keep the seaweed cleared but did a great job!) and the staff was as fantastic as one could hope for. I would recommend this resort to anyone.
