Gran Caribe Sun Beach: Bonne situation

Il s'agit d'un hôtel simple avec eau chaude, situé dans le centre de Varadero, à proximité de tout. Les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours et le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable. Nous n'avons pas mangé à l'hôtel pendant notre séjour, mais d'après ce qu'on m'a dit, c'était moyen.

Good location This was a simple hotel with hot water, in downtown Varadero close to everything. The rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel staff were all very helpful. We did not eat at the resort while we were there, but from what I was told, it was average.

Barcelo Solymar: à proximité de tout à Varadero

il est agréable d'avoir deux complexes en un, ce qui permet d'avoir plus de choix dans les activités et la nourriture. La plage est fantastique et le personnel est formidable avec de grands sourires pour vous accueillir et vous informer. A dix minutes à pied, vous êtes à Varadero, c'est très pratique.

close to everything in Varadero nice having two resorts in one, more choices in activities and food. Beach is fantastic and staff are amazing with big smiles to welcome you and inform you. Just a ten minute walk and your in Varadero, very convenient.

Melia Marina Varadero: Vue sur l'océan, propre et bon service

Les chambres donnent sur le front de mer, la vue est magnifique et le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel est chic et moderne, conçu dans un esprit nautique. Il semble neuf et élégant et il serait difficile de trouver un autre hôtel comparable à celui-ci en termes de taille et de design à Cuba. La terrasse située juste après le hall dispose de meubles en osier où vous pourrez prendre un verre, et un balcon pour le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner offre une belle vue sur la marina. L'autre côté offre [... lire plus] des vues sur la piscine et l'océan. C'est un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances.

Oceanview, clean and good service Rooms facing the waterfront, beautiful view and friendly staffs. The hotel is chic and modern, designed with a nautical feel. It feels new and stylish and you would be hard pressed to find another hotel comparable to this one in scale and design in Cuba. The terrace just past the lobby has wicker furniture where you can enjoy a drink, and a balcony for breakfast or lunch offers a nice view of the marina. The other side offers views of the pool and ocean. Indeed a great place to spend vacations.

Punta Peninsula Varadero: Merveilleuse station, excellente nourriture, excellent personnel !

Exemple : Qu'avez-vous pensé de cet hôtel ? l'hôtel était très propre et accueillant. Il fallait marcher un peu pour se rendre dans le quartier principal, mais l'hôtel propose un service de navette gratuit ! La nourriture était parfaite ! Le personnel était merveilleux. La plage était magnifique ! Les divertissements nocturnes étaient spectaculaires !

Wonderful Resort, Great Food, Great staff!! Example: What did you think about  this hotel? (grounds, public areas, rooms, dining, features, etc.) The hotel was very clean and accomidating. It was a bit of a walk to the main area, but they provide free shuttle service!! Food was perfect! Staff were wonderful. Beach was beautiful! Nightly entertainment was spectacular!!

Brisas Del Caribe: Ce fut un voyage inoubliable.

Ma femme et moi avons séjourné au Brisas Del Caribe du 22 mars au 29 mars 2014. Le terrain était splendide, bien entretenu et pittoresque. Les ouvriers veillaient quotidiennement à ce que la présentation de l'hôtel soit prioritaire. Le personnel était exceptionnel en essayant d'aider avec ce qu'ils pouvaient. Toujours souriant et nous mettant à l'aise. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont spacieuses et agréables. Les piscines sont petites, mais pittoresques, ce qui facilite la conversation ave [... lire plus]c des étrangers et permet d'en apprendre davantage sur leur culture. L'espace café était mon préféré, et j'ai passé beaucoup de mes fréquentes visites à fumer une cigarette et à boire une tasse de café. Les chambres étaient horribles, j'aimerais qu'elles soient meilleures, mais je mentirais. Nous avons changé trois fois de chambre... Finalement, nous nous sommes contentés d'une chambre pleine d'insectes, dans laquelle ma femme dormait entièrement vêtue, avec un sweat à capuche sur la tête. Au moins, cela nous a permis de ne pas rester dans la chambre. Les repas étaient corrects, vous n'aurez pas faim... sauf si vous êtes difficile. La soirée homard était la meilleure. Dans l'ensemble, pour un dollar, ce n'était pas mal. Pour un bon moment avec des attentes réduites, nous avons pu profiter des nécessités de l'hôtel pour une semaine dans le magnifique pays de Cuba pour un peu moins de 1500 $ combinés. Olah !!!

It was a trip to remember. My wife and I stayed at the Brisas Del Caribe from March 22nd - March 29th, 2014. The grounds were splendid, well kept and picturesque. The workers ensured daily that the presentation of the hotel was priority. The staff were exceptional in trying to assist with what they could. Always smiling making us feel comfortable. The public areas of the resort were spacious and enjoyable. The pools are small, but quaint, making it easier to make conversation with strangers and learn about their culture. The coffee area was my favorite, spending many of my frequent visits enjoying a smoke and a cup of jaffee. The rooms were horrendous, I wish they were better, but I would be lying. We switched 3 times...eventually we just settled and stayed in a room full of bugs my wife slept with a hoodie over her head and fully clothed. At least it kept us out of the room. Dinning was fair, you will not go hungry...unless you are picky. Lobster night was the best. Overall, for the dollar, it wasn't bad. For a good time with lowered expectations, we were able to enjoy the necessities of what the resort could provide for a week in the beautiful country of Cuba for just under $1500 combined. Olah!!!

Roc Arenas Doradas: Un centre de villégiature formidable

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce complexe. Il était propre, le personnel était formidable. La nourriture était bonne. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner en février 2015 avec notre famille et nos amis. Nous recommandons ce complexe sans hésitation. C'est également un bon complexe pour les enfants. Le spectacle à la piscine est excellent.

Awesome Resort We really enjoyed out stay at that resort. It was clean, the staff was amazing. The food was good. We are planning on returning in February 2015 with family and friends. We would recommend this resort with no hesitation. It is also a good resort for children. The show at the pool is excellent.

Resonance Blu Varadero: De bons moments, des gens formidables !

Trop de marche, malheureusement pas assez de chariots circulant dans la station. J'ai été tellement contrariée qu'ils n'aient plus de feuilles de menthe pour mon mojito, QUOI ?!?!!! Les chambres étaient superbes, les gens merveilleux, le terrain très propre et la nourriture était bien celle de Cuba. Les pizzas étaient excellentes et les cappuccinos délicieux.

Good times, great people! Too much walking, sadly not enough carts circulating through the resort. I was so upset they ran out of mint leaves for my mojito, WHAT?!?!?! Those are two not really valid concerns, the rooms were great, the people wonderful, the grounds so clean and the food was well Cuba food. They had great pizza and cappuccinos were delicious.

Blau Varadero: Belle plage, grand centre de villégiature

Ayant déjà séjourné à Cuba, ce centre de villégiature a dépassé nos attentes à tous points de vue. Il était beau, propre, la nourriture et le service étaient très bons et la plage était fantastique. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute au Blau !

Beautiful beach, great resort Having been to Cuba before, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautiful, clean, food and service very good and the beach was fantastic. We will definitely visit the Blau again!!

Club Kawama: Bon pour le prix !

L'hôtel proposait de superbes animations, la nourriture était correcte, les chambres n'étaient pas les meilleures, mais on a fait en sorte qu'elles fonctionnent. Les femmes de chambre étaient formidables ! Le service au bar était parfois un peu lent. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner si je voulais des vacances à petit budget !

Good for the price! The hotel had great entertainment, food was okay, rooms weren't the best but made them work. Maids were great! Bar service could be a little slow at times. I wouldn't mind going back if I wanted a budget vacation!

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Une station magnifique - qui n'a pas déçu ! !!

C'est mon premier voyage à Cuba. J'ai séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature du 5 au 12 juillet 2014. La propriété qui est environ 2 ans de nouveau est tout simplement fabuleux-moderne, propre, écologique, magnifiquement paysagé avec un design bien pensé. La chambre est très agréable avec une baignoire et une cabine de douche séparées, un placard spacieux et des équipements (mais la serviette de toilette n'en fait pas partie). Elle offre beaucoup d'intimité et est très calme. Même s'il s'agit d [... lire plus]'un complexe familial, il n'y a pas d'enfants qui courent partout en criant. Les lits sont confortables et reposants. La plage, avec son sable blanc et son eau chaude et turquoise, est tout simplement magnifique. Le personnel est très gentil et attentif. Les animations nocturnes sont bonnes, tout comme les activités nautiques (pédalo, catamaran, etc.). En ce qui concerne les gilets de sauvetage, il y a beaucoup trop de gilets cassés ou endommagés qui doivent être remplacés. Le théâtre pourrait certainement bénéficier de quelques ventilateurs de plafond, car il fait assez chaud si vous êtes assis au milieu du théâtre. Le buffet est le meilleur de tous les restaurants. Très bon choix avec 3 stations de cuisson, présentation impressionnante et savoureux... même le mangeur difficile est sûr d'y trouver quelque chose qui lui plaira. Les restaurants à la carte sont médiocres, avec un joli décor et une belle présentation des plats. Ce complexe n'offre pas les meilleurs taux de change par rapport aux autres complexes situés à proximité. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Awesome Resort - Did not Disappoint !!! This is my first trip to Cuba. Stayed at this resort from July 5 to 12, 2014. The property which is around 2 years new is simply fabulous-modern, clean, eco-friendly, beautifully landscaped with a well-thought out design. The room is very nice with a separate bathtub and shower cubicle, spacious closet space and amenities (but face towel is not one of them). It affords lots of privacy and is very quiet. Even though it is a family resort, there are no screaming kids running around. The beds are comfortable and restful. The beach with its white sand and warm turquoise water is simply wonderful. The staff is very nice and attentive. Nightly entertainment is good and so are the water activities i.e. pedal boat, catamaran ride, etc. As for the life jackets-there are far too many broken or damaged ones that need replacing. The theatre can certainly benefit from a few ceiling fans as it is quite warm if you are seated in the middle of the theatre. The buffet is the best of all the restaurants. Very good selection with 3 cooking stations, impressive presentation and tasty... even the picky eater is sure to find something there that will please them. The a la carte restaurants are mediocre, with nice decor and beautiful food presentation. This resort does not have the best currency exchange rates compared to the other nearby resorts. Overall had an amazing good time!

Hotel Bella Costa: Un personnel formidable !

Ce complexe a besoin d'être rénové, mais pour l'essentiel, c'était génial. La nourriture était correcte et la plage était incroyable ;) le personnel médical est génial. Julio (agent de sécurité à l'entrée) est un homme très courageux ;)

Great staff!! This resort is in need of some tlc but for the most part it was great. The food was ok and the beach was amazing ;) the medical staff are awesome. Julio (front entrance security guard) is a real stand up guy ;)

Starfish Jibacoa: Villas Jibacoa

Merveilleux endroit pour se reposer et se détendre - personnel et hébergement formidables. J'ai adoré pouvoir entrer dans l'eau et commencer à faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba ; j'ai adoré être avec d'autres familles cubaines ; et j'ai vraiment apprécié que la plupart des paysages soient adaptés aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité.

Wonderful place for rest and relaxation - great staff and wonderful accomodations. Loved being able to just walk into the water and start snorkeling; loved being there with other Cuban families; and I really liked that most of the landscape was friendly for those with mobility problems.

Melia Marina Varadero: Un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire avec un service exceptionnel !

Notre famille de neuf personnes, parents, enfants et petits-enfants, a adoré son séjour d'une semaine au Melia Marina Varadero ! Le complexe est magnifique, avec toutes les dernières améliorations, situé sur l'eau et offrant des vues spectaculaires sur le port. La plage est à 15 minutes à pied ou en voiturette électrique. La nourriture était exceptionnelle au buffet et dans les restaurants de spécialités... tout comme le service ! Le personnel était toujours prêt à nous aider ou à aider les enfa [... lire plus]nts, avec le sourire. Nous avons résolu notre problème d'ombre à la piscine principale en louant une cabane qui était accompagnée de personnel pour nous apporter des rafraîchissements ! Il serait utile d'avoir encore plus d'options d'ombre à la plage et à la piscine, surtout pour les petits. Nous avons tous passé un excellent moment !

Amazing Resort with Outstanding Service! Our family of nine, parents, children and grandchildren enjoyed our week long stay at the Melia Marina Varadero! The resort is beautiful with all the latest upgrades, situated on the water for spectacular views of the harbour. It is a 15 min. walk or short electric cart ride to the beach. The food was outstanding at the buffet and specialty restaurants...as was the service! The staff were always ready to help us or the children, with a smile. We solved our problem of shade at the main pool by renting a cabana that came with staff to bring us refreshments! Even more shade options at the beach and pool would be helpful, especially for little ones. We all had a great time!!

Roc Barlovento: étonnant

Les chambres sont belles et propres, le terrain est propre et très bien entretenu, la nourriture est excellente, les hêtres sont très propres et bien entretenus, le personnel est formidable

Roc Barlovento: Excellent personnel

Dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été excellent. Les chambres sont dignes d'un 3 étoiles, la nourriture n'est pas si bonne, mais il y a beaucoup de bons endroits où manger à quelques pas. Mais ce qui a rendu le séjour excellent, c'est le personnel. Ils étaient vraiment incroyables et aimaient faire participer leurs clients. L'espace bar était également très agréable.

Excellent staff Over all the stay was excellent. The rooms were your usual 3 star experience - food not so good but lots a great places to eat in walking distance as well. But what made the stay excellent was the staff. They were truly amazing and loved to engage their guests. Also the bar area was a blast as well.

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Vraiment étonnant !

Nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire, tout le monde était si gentil. La plage était magnifique, les chambres étaient propres et le personnel d'animation était très amusant ! Les dames du buffet étaient également très gentilles et serviables. Les garçons ont passé un excellent moment au bar grâce à Jerry et à tous les autres.

Truly Amazing! We had a truly amazing time, everyone was so nice. The beach was beautiful and the rooms were clean, the entertainment staff were very fun! The ladies in the buffet were also very nice and helpful. The boys had an amazing time in the bar thanks to Jerry and everyone else.

Brisas Del Caribe: Nous reviendrons une troisième fois !

Après nous être mariés dans ce complexe en 2008, nous avons décidé d'y revenir en mars 2014. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Le personnel est si gentil et serviable, les jardins sont magnifiques et la plage est à couper le souffle. Nous avons apprécié le pain frais, les fruits de mer et les légumes au buffet et aux restaurants. Notre chambre était vieille mais propre et en bon état de fonctionnement. La seule chose que je changerais ? Certains clients ! Bruyants, indisciplinés et certains semblent n [... lire plus]e pas savoir comment tirer la chasse d'eau. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, c'est certain !

We will be back a third time! After getting married at this resort in 2008, we decided to come back in March of 2014. We were not disappointed. The staff are so nice and helpfull, the gardens are beautiful and the beach is breathtaking. We enjoyed fresh bread, seafood and veggies at the buffet and resturants. Our room was old but kept clean and in good working order. The only thing I would change? Some of the guests! Loud, unruly and some seem to not know the concept of flushing a toilet. We will be back next year for sure!

Roc Arenas Doradas: Magnifique petit centre de villégiature !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances bien méritées. Les chambres étaient agréables mais des lits plus neufs seraient vraiment appréciables. Nous étions proches de tout. La piscine était magnifique et il y avait toujours beaucoup de chaises. La nourriture était correcte, mais nous nous y attendions. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous y retournerons certainement.

Beautiful little resort! We really enjoyed our much needed vacation. The rooms were nice but newer beds would be really nice to see. We were close to everything. Pool was beautiful and always lots of chairs. The food was ok, but we expected that. We had a great time and Would definitely go again.

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Endroit agréable

Station balnéaire assez grande. Il faut beaucoup marcher, ce qui est une bonne chose car il y a beaucoup de bons plats à manger. J'ai adoré le café avec ses baristas exceptionnels. On peut marcher des kilomètres sur la plage. Bon complexe propre. J'ai pris le bus local pour Varadaro pour 2 dollars.

Nice place Fairly big resort. Lots of walking which is good because of all the great food they had to offer. Loved the coffee shop with the outstanding baristas. Walk for miles on the beach. Good clean resort. Took the local bus into varadaro for 2 bucks.

Melia Peninsula Varadero: Petit mais sympathique

Notre première impression n'a pas été bonne. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le soi-disant technicien nous a dit de garder la porte fermée. La poignée des toilettes s'est cassée le lendemain et un insecte a coulé sur le sol. Nous sommes allés à la réception, nous avons expliqué et demandé une autre chambre, plus proche d'un ami et au deuxième ou troisième étage. C'est fait, et poliment ! Le reste du séjour s'est bien passé. Je voyageais avec 4 autres personnes. Nous avons apprécié la dan [... lire plus]se du DJ dans le hall. Plage très spacieuse et bien gardée.

Small but friendly Our first impression was not good. The air conditioning did not work and the so called technician said keep the door shut. Toilet handle broke next day and bug ran across floor. Went to front desk, explained and requested another room, closer to friend and 2 or 3 floor. Done, and politely!! Rest of stay went well. Travelling with 4 others. Enjoyed deejay dance in lobby. Beach very spacey and we'll kept.
