Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Merveilleuses vacances en famille

Nous avons séjourné au Panama Jacks à Cancun avec nos filles de 2 et 4 ans. Le complexe était fantastique, il était très propre et les piscines étaient chaudes et avaient une belle zone peu profonde pour les enfants. La plage était magnifique avec un sable excellent et l'eau était d'un bleu limpide sans algues. Il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour obtenir une chaise à la plage ou à la piscine. La nourriture était fantastique, en particulier au Viaggio (restaurant italien). Nous y avons mangé troi [... lire plus]s fois et la nourriture était délicieuse et le service exceptionnel. Merci à Fily, Alberto et Javier. Rueben était excellent au buffet Ventana pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner. Le personnel du centre de villégiature était également sympathique et arrangeant. Tout le monde avait le sourire. Nous avons adoré le bar à café, les cafés au lait étaient vraiment de qualité Starbucks. Mon fils de 4 ans a adoré le camp pour enfants et y allait deux heures par jour pour faire des bracelets, décorer des biscuits, faire une journée de spa et d'autres activités. Panama Jacks se trouve à seulement 25 minutes de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique avec des enfants. Nous recommandons vivement Panama Jacks, c'était un très bon complexe hôtelier et nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille.

Wonderful Family Vacation We stayed at Panama Jacks in Cancun with our 2 and 4 year old daughters. The resort was fantastic, it was so clean and the pools were warm and had a nice shallow area for the kids. The beach was beautiful with excellent sand and the water was clear blue with no seaweed. Never a problem getting a chair at the beach or pool. The food was fantastic, especially at Viaggio (Italian Restaurant) we ate there 3 times and the food was delicious and the service outstanding. Thank you to Fily, Alberto and Javier. Rueben was great at the Ventana buffet for breakfast and lunch. The resort staff were also friendly and accommodating. Everyone had a smile on their face. We loved the Coffee Bar the latte's were really Starbucks quality. My 4 year old loved the Kids Camp and would go for a couple hours a day to do bracelets, decorate cookies, spa day and other activities. Panama Jacks is conveniently only 25 minutes from the airport. which is nice with Kids. We highly recommend Panama Jacks, it was such a great resort and we had a wonderful family vacation.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Horrible station balnéaire

Honnêtement, ce fut mes pires vacances. Je tiens tout d'abord à dire que cela n'a rien à voir avec les employés. Ils étaient tous très gentils, mais la qualité de cette station est au-delà de l'horrible. La nourriture était la pire que j'ai jamais eu et m'a donné envie de ne pas manger du tout. Pas de saveur, juste fade dans l'ensemble et les mêmes choses tous les jours. La sélection d'alcool était extrêmement basique pour un 4 étoiles et toutes les bouteilles chères étaient remplies d'eau pour  [... lire plus]faire croire qu'ils avaient des choses chères, mais ils n'ont pas. Le processus d'enregistrement a pris plus d'une heure avec une seule personne travaillant le bureau d'enregistrement et plusieurs employés marchant autour. Je ne recommanderais jamais à personne d'aller séjourner dans ce complexe. Mes amis et moi ne retournerions jamais et sont extrêmement déçus sur la façon dont cet hôtel est classé comme un 4 étoiles, mais est à peine même qualifié pour un 2 étoiles. Vous devez vraiment réévaluer le classement de cet hôtel.

Horrible Resort Honestly this was my worst vacation ever. I want to first off say it has nothing to do with the employees. They were all very nice but the quality of this resort is beyond horrible. The food was the worst I’ve ever had and made me not want to eat at all. No flavour just bland overall and the same things everyday. The alcohol selection was extremely basis for a 4 star and all the expensive bottles were filled with water to make it look like they had expensive stuff but they didn’t. The checkin process took over 1hr with only one person working the checkin desk and multiple employees walking around. I would never recommend anyone to go and stay at this resort. My friends and I would never go back and are extremely disappointed on how this hotel is rated as a 4 star but is barely even qualified for a 2 star. You really need to re-evaluate the rating of this resort.

Sandos Cancun: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons passé 7 jours dans ce complexe. Il est idéal pour les couples, mais il n'est pas recommandé de venir avec des enfants. La nourriture est très bonne, il y a un grand choix de restaurants, les chambres sont agréables et douillettes, il manque peut-être un peu de lumière. Le personnel est très gentil et amical et toujours prêt à aider. Les piscines sont très belles ainsi que la plage. L'hôtel propose des activités nocturnes différentes chaque jour, mais il semble qu'il manque encore un p [... lire plus]eu d'animation pendant la journée.

Great Resort We went for 7 days to this resort. It is great for couples, not recommended to come with children. Food was very good, big selection of restaurants, rooms are nice and cozy maybe lacking a bit of lights in them. Staff is very nice and friendly and always willing to help. The pool areas are very beautiful as well as the beach. The resort does have different night activities planned out each day, but it still seems like its lacking some entertainment during the day.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Fantastic Resort

Nous avons séjourné au Royalton Suites à Cancun et avons vraiment apprécié les installations et les services. Nous sommes arrivés très tard et nous avons pu commander le service en chambre à notre arrivée sur la télévision de notre chambre 24 heures par jour. Le complexe dispose également de 5 restaurants à la carte qui étaient vraiment bons, en particulier les restaurants mexicains et asiatiques. Nous avons dîné au moins trois fois dans chacun d'eux et tous les plats que nous avons commandés [... lire plus] étaient excellents. Le soir, nous avons pu assister à un spectacle de Queen, Micheal Jackson et Bruno Mars que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. En fait, vous n'avez pas eu besoin de quitter le complexe pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour. Le complexe est sûr et bien protégé, mais il n'est qu'à un trajet en bus du centre-ville, où nous avons acheté des souvenirs pour nos amis et notre famille. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement cet hôtel à mes amis et à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un moment de détente au soleil dans ce complexe accueillant et haut de gamme. We stayed at the Royalton Suites in Cancun and really enjoyed the facility and services. We arrived very late and were able to order room service upon our arrival on our room television 24 hours a day. The resort also has 5 a la carte restaurants that were really good—especially the Mexican and Asian offerings. We dined at each at least three times and every dish we ordered were excellent. The evening entertainment offered a Queen, Micheal Jackson, and Bruno Mars show that we really enjoyed. In fact, you did not have to leave the resort to fully enjoy your trip. The resort is safe and well protected yet only a bus ride from the town centre where we bought some souvenirs for friends and families. Overall, I would fully recommend this friends and anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing time under the sun in this friendly and upscale resort. I will keep my eyes peeled for special pricing here>

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: J'ai passé un excellent moment !

Notre groupe de 7 adultes a passé un excellent moment dans ce centre de villégiature la semaine dernière. La nourriture était fantastique. Nous avons trouvé le personnel sympathique et arrangeant. Malgré notre grand groupe, nous avons pu entrer dans la plupart des restaurants à la carte sans trop d'attente. La plage est magnifique - beaucoup d'arbres et d'ombre et beaucoup de distance à parcourir. Il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour obtenir une chaise de plage.

Had a Great Time! Our group of 7 adults had a great time at this resort last week. The food was fantastic. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Despite being a large group we were able to get into most of the al a carte restaurants with very little wait. The beach is amazing - lots of trees and shade and plenty of distance to walk. It was never a problem to get a beach chair.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Dirty30 au Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa à Cancun au Mexique

J'ai récemment séjourné au Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa à Cancun au Mexique pour mon 30ème anniversaire. J'ai été incroyablement satisfaite de ce complexe et voici pourquoi : Le personnel : ils prennent le temps d'apprendre à vous connaître, sont toujours très amicaux et rapides pour vous donner tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La nourriture : incroyable ! le buffet était toujours plein, et les restaurants de la station (qui étaient aussi inclus dans le séjour - pas de frais supplémentair [... lire plus]es) étaient incroyables ! Les barmans : tellement amusants ! ils plaisantent, rient avec vous et vous donnent l'impression d'être de la famille. vous n'avez jamais besoin de demander un verre, ils sont toujours à votre écoute. Hôtel : très propre ! et le personnel de nettoyage de l'hôtel a fait en sorte que notre chambre soit impeccable tous les jours. La plage : parfaite ! sable blanc et propre, pas d'algues, et vous pouvez marcher sur une bonne distance dans des eaux peu profondes. beaucoup de locations différentes sur la plage également si vous aimez faire du seadoo ou du parapente. Je recommande vivement ce complexe à tous ceux qui voyagent à Cancun !

Dirty30 at the Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa in Cancun Mexico I recently stayed at Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa in Cancun Mexico for my 30th birthday. I was so insanely happy with this resort and heres why: The Staff: absolutely amazing! they take the time to get to know you, are always so friendly, and quick to get you whatever you need. The Food: incredible! the buffet was always stacked, and the restaurants on the resort (which were also included with your stay - no extra fee) were amazing! Bartenders: so much fun! they will joke, laugh with you and make you feel like family. you never have to ask for a drink they keep on top of you. Hotel: very clean! and hotel cleaning staff had our room spotless everyday. The Beach: perfect! white clean sand, no seaweed, and you can walk out for quite a distance into shallow water. lots of different types of rentals on the beach as well if you like to seadoo or paraglide. I would highly recommend this resort to someone travelling to cancun!

Wyndham Grand Cancun: Excellent voyage

L'hôtel Omni est très agréable et modernisé. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres, la nourriture était bonne et très américanisée. Il’s plenty of selection for places to eat throughout the day, lots of stairs to get to the beach and back but doable ! Les seules plaintes sont la réservation des chariots à la carte (il y avait un pépin dans leur système, donc nous ne pouvions pas réserver l'italien sur leur application et avons dû attendre pour le faire en personne), leurs divertissements  [... lire plus]le soir n'étaient pas très longs et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits pour les grands groupes à s'asseoir dans leur bar du lobby (petites tables donc vous ne pouvez pas bien jouer aux cartes, et vous êtes coincé assis loin d'une partie du groupe si vous avez plus de 5 personnes dans votre voyage). Sinon, j'y retournerais, le personnel était merveilleux et très accommodant/agréable à traiter. Leur boisson appelée "Omni paradise" est délicieuse, essayez-la !

Excellent trip Omni hotel is very nice and updated. Rooms were spacious and clean, food was good and very Americanized. There’s plenty of selection for places to eat throughout the day, lots of stairs to get to the beach and back but doable! Only complaints are booking the a la carts (there was a glitch in their system so we couldn’t book the Italian on their app and had to wait to do it in person), their entertainment at night wasn’t very long and there’s not many places for big groups to sit at in their lobby bar (small tables so you can’t play cards well, and you’re stuck sitting far away from some of the group if you have more than 5 people on your trip). Otherwise would go back again, staff was wonderful and very accommodating/pleasant to deal with. Their drink called “Omni paradise” is delicious give it a try!

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Notre station préférée jusqu'à présent !

Nous avons adoré ce complexe ! Nous avons choisi une chambre avec jacuzzi... la chambre était très spacieuse et avait 2 salles de bain, une grande terrasse avec jacuzzi. La seule chose à faire est de demander, lors de la réservation d'une chambre avec jacuzzi, si vous êtes du côté ensoleillé du bâtiment. Nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de soleil dans notre secteur. Nous étions dans une section réservée aux adultes. Il y avait pas mal de familles dans ce complexe, mais bien sûr dans leu [... lire plus]r propre section familiale dans le complexe et à la plage. Avec notre chambre swimup, nous faisions partie du Majestic Club, qui offre des avantages intéressants ! Nous avions un concierge/butler, de la bière premium (Corona, Coors Lights & Heikekin réapprovisionnés dans le réfrigérateur tous les jours, des snacks fournis tous les jours (cacahuètes, chips & barres chocolatées), 1 séance gratuite au spa d'hydrothérapie, 1 litre d'alcool premium, un service de chambre gratuit 24 heures sur 24, chaque nuit nos couvertures étaient baissées à l'heure du coucher et nous étions prêts à grimper dans notre lit. Les sacs ont été livrés dans notre chambre au moment de l'enregistrement et récupérés par le groom à l'heure du départ. Nous avions une section désignée sur la plage avec un service impressionnant pour les boissons. Le restaurant Steak était notre préféré et à part cela, nous avons apprécié le buffet et le restaurant sur la plage... Mar House ! Le saumon, les hamburgers, etc. y sont excellents. Les glaces étaient délicieuses aussi ! Les animations nocturnes n'étaient pas les meilleures mais nous n'étions pas trop préoccupés par cela car nous étions fatigués de toute façon. Ernesto Lu Cio était un barman fantastique, il était amusant et faisait tout son possible pour nous connaître ! Nous aurions aimé avoir des cabanes sur la plage, mais il y avait des cabanas dont le toit n'était pas fermé... il était donc difficile de trouver de l'ombre ! Nous couvrions le haut de la cabane avec de grandes serviettes pour bloquer le soleil. La plage était magnifique ! Nous sommes allés dans des complexes à Puerta Plata, Punta Cana, Riviera Maya et avons fait des croisières... mais c'est le meilleur que nous ayons jamais vu ! La nourriture était excellente ! Nous aurions du mal à choisir un défaut....finir l'ombre sur la plage et avoir plus de soleil à notre baignade est tout ce qui nous vient à l'esprit. Nous avons réservé avec Trip Central... Eliana Anton était notre agent, très serviable... tout s'est bien passé ! Excellentes vacances et vivement recommandées. Je m'attends à ce que le prix de ce complexe augmente d'ici un an ou deux, car ils nous ont informés qu'ils s'efforçaient de devenir un complexe 5 Diamants. Enfin, je tiens à mentionner notre majordome, JD...., qui a vraiment fait en sorte que nos vacances et notre expérience de l'hôtel soient les meilleures possibles. Il nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et nous a fait faire un mini tour de l'hôtel en nous montrant tout, de manière à ce que nous ayons une bonne idée de l'emplacement de chaque chose JD prenait régulièrement des nouvelles pour s'assurer que nos besoins étaient satisfaits et s'efforçait de faire de notre voyage un moment spécial ! Il était fantastique dans son travail et est un vrai compliment pour le Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres Resort !!! Nous reviendrons dans ce centre de villégiature car il était tout et plus que ce que nous avions espéré ! Et le temps était parfait aussi !

Our favorite resort yet! We loved this resort! We chose a swimup room with jacuzzi...room was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms, large deck with jacuzzi. The only thing...be careful when booking a swim up to ask if you are on the sunny side of the building. We found we didn't get sun in our area. We were in an adult section of this resort. There were quite a few families at this resort but of course in their own family section on resort and at beach. With our swimup room we were part of the Majestic Club, which has some nice perks! We had a consierge/butler, premium beer (Corona, Coors Lights & Heikekin restocked in fridge daily, snacks supplied daily (peanuts, chips & chocolate bars), 1 free session at the hydrotherapy spa, 1 quart of premium alcohol, 24 hour free room service, each night our blankets were turned down at bedtime and ready to climb into bed. Bags were delivered to our room at check in and picked up at our room for check out time by bellboy. We had a designated section on beach with awesome service for drinks. The Steak restaurant was our favorite and other than that we enjoyed the buffet and the restaurant by beach...Mar House! It had awesome salmon, burgers, etc. Ice cream was delic too! Entertainment at night wasn't the best but we weren't really too concerned by that as we were tired out anyway. Sports bar has great drinks...Ernesto Lu Cio was a fantastic bartender, he was fun and went out of his way to get to know us!! We would have loved huts on the beach but they had cabanas with no closed in top...so shade was hard to find !! We would cover the top of the cabana with large towels to block some sun. Beach was beautiful!!! We have been to resorts in Puerta Plata, Punta Cana, Riviera Maya and have cruised...but this was our best yet! Food was top notch!! We would have to struggle to pick out a fault....finding shade on beach and having more sun at our swim up is all that really comes to mind. We booked with Trip Central...Eliana Anton was our agent, very obliging...all went smooth! Excellent vacation and highly recommend. I expect this resort will go up in price within the year or so as they advised us they are striving to become a 5 Diamond resort. Lastly, I want to mention our butler JD....he truly made our vacation and hotel experience as best it could be, he greeted us as we arrived and took us on a mini tour of the hotel showing us everything, so we had a good feel where all was located, this was so helpful as it saved us time in days to come as we knew exactly where we wanted to go! JD would check in regularly to make sure our needs were met and strived to make our trip a special one! He was fantastic at his job and is a real compliment to the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres Resort!!! We will be revisiting this resort as it was all and more than we had hoped for!! And the weather was perfect too!

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Absolument fabuleux !

Notre séjour au Panama Jacks à Cancun a été fabuleux. Le personnel était amical et très serviable, le terrain est magnifique et la propriété elle-même, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, est impeccable ! Il y a eu un problème avec notre chambre lorsque nous sommes arrivés, tard dans la nuit, mais ils se sont occupés du problème dès que je l'ai mentionné le lendemain matin - ce qui a fait du changement rien de plus qu'un léger ralentissement. Je ne peux tout simplement pas dire assez de bien de c [... lire plus]et hôtel. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner en janvier prochain. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait que le hall soit au centre de presque tout, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de tous les services offerts par le complexe. Les heures d'ouverture des différents restaurants étaient également très accommodantes, ce qui nous a permis de dîner quand nous le souhaitions. Je recommande vivement le Panama Jacks Cancun !

Absolutely Fabulous! Our stay at Panama Jacks in Cancun was fabulous. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the property itself, inside and out is kept spotless!!! There was a mix up with our room when we arrived, which was late at night, but they took care of the issue as soon as I mentioned it the following morning - making the change nothing more than a slight speed bump. I simply can't say enough nice things about it. We are planning on going back there next January. I really liked that the lobby is the center of pretty much everything, making it easy to enjoy all the services the resort has to offer. Also the hours for the various restaurants was very accommodating, giving us the choice to dine when we wanted. I highly recommend Panama Jacks Cancun!

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

J'ai tout aimé au Panama Jack's Cancun. Le terrain, les chambres et les restaurants étaient impeccables, le personnel était incroyable et il y en avait tellement que vous n'avez jamais attendu pour quoi que ce soit. La seule chose que j'ajouterais est une piscine plus grande. Il y avait beaucoup de familles, donc beaucoup d'enfants dans la piscine. Il y a une piscine pour enfants mais la plupart ont utilisé la plus grande. Ce n'est pas un gros problème, juste une réflexion.

Amazing resort I loved everything about Panama Jack's Cancun. The grounds,rooms and restaurants were spotless, the staff were incredible and there were so many you never waited for anything. The only thing I would add is a bigger pool. There were a lot of families so lots of kids in pool. There is a kids pool but most used the larger one. Not a big issue, just a thought.

The Pyramid Cancun: Un bon moment entre amis :)

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce complexe ! Nous avons obtenu un surclassement gratuit avec vue sur l'océan, ce qui était génial... Le seul inconvénient est qu'il y avait beaucoup de travaux dans le bâtiment, ce qui pouvait être bruyant par moments. La chambre était plus petite mais propre et adéquate. Aucun problème avec l'eau chaude... bien que les toilettes aient fait des siennes à quelques reprises. Le personnel a toujours été très réactif en cas de problème. Le mini-réf [... lire plus]rigérateur était réapprovisionné tous les jours (Coors Light, Coca Cola, eau) La nourriture était excellente ! Plage et piscine très propres. Beaucoup de choses à faire le soir également. Beaucoup de sécurité. Le WiFi fonctionnait dans tout le complexe. C'est un grand complexe, il faut donc se préparer à marcher beaucoup... il a fallu quelques jours pour apprendre à naviguer. Il a fallu quelques jours pour apprendre à s'y retrouver. Cela vaut vraiment la peine de payer le supplément pour passer à la Pyramide.

Good time with friends :) Overall really enjoyed this resort! We got a free upgrade to ocean view which was awesome... only downfall was they were doing a lot of construction in the building which could be loud at times. Room was on smaller side but clean and adequate. No issues with hot water... although the toilet acted up a few times. Staff was always very responsive to any issues. Mini fridge was restocked daily (Coors Light; Coca Cola, Water) Food was awesome! Beach and pool areas very clean. Lots of things to do a night time as well. Lots of security. WiFi worked throughout the resort. It's a big resort so be prepared to do a lot of walking... took a few days to learn how to navigate. Definitely worth the extra money to upgrade to the Pyramid.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Tout nouveau et magnifique

Le Majestic Elegance Playa Mujeres est un tout nouveau complexe hôtelier et il est magnifique. Le service était en grande partie exceptionnel, la nourriture était excellente et les divertissements étaient meilleurs que la plupart des autres. Un grand merci à Jordan de l'équipe de divertissement, à Orlando du bar de la piscine, à Luce et Abby Gail du Sky Lounge ! Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré est que notre chambre de bain dans le bâtiment 5 était à l'ombre toute la journée et que les  [... lire plus]piscines étaient très fraîches, mais je crois qu'elles sont maintenant chauffées. La plage était superbe, les algues nettoyées plusieurs fois par jour, le sable magnifique et les eaux turquoises ! Le personnel de la réception pourrait être un peu plus amical (un gars en particulier). Les employés du piano bar étaient super et rapides pour préparer un café glacé ou un cappuccino/latte aromatisé. Le resort est grand mais pas trop et l'organisation est très agréable. Nous ne reviendrons probablement pas car ce n'est pas notre truc, nous aimons visiter d'autres régions et destinations et nous ne répétons jamais la plupart du temps. 5* sur toute la ligne ! Beaucoup de critiques négatives mais les gens doivent se rappeler que cet endroit n'a que 8 semaines d'existence et qu'il atteindra le niveau qu'il s'est fixé !

Brand new and gorgeous Majestic Elegance Playa Mujeres is a brand new resort and beautiful. The service for the most part was outstanding, food was great and the entertainment was better than most. Shout out to Jordan from the entertainment team, Orlando from the pool bar, Luce and Abby Gail from the Sky Lounge!! The only issue we encountered was our swim up room in building 5 was in the shade all day and the pools were very cool but I believe they are now heated. The beach was great, seaweed cleaned multiple times per day, beautiful sand and turquoise waters! The front desk staff could be a little more friendly (one guy in particular). The guys at the piano bar were great and quick to make a iced coffee or flavored cappuccino/latte. The resort is big but not too big and the setup flows very nicely. Likely will not return as that is not our thing, we like to checkout other areas and destinations and never repeat for the most part. 5* all the way! Lots of negative reviews but people need to remember that this place is only 8 weeks old and will get to the standard it set out to be!

Riu Palace Peninsula: "Station fantastique" ;

Ma femme et moi avons séjourné au RIU PP du 16 au 23 janvier, nous avons passé un moment merveilleux.Un vrai complexe 5 étoiles.Le personnel est incroyable et travaille dur (Alicia, Luis au buffet sont géniaux).Le barman (Max) au Plaza bar est incroyable.Nous recommanderons ce complexe à tout le monde.

Iberostar Selection Coral Cancun: Fantastic Resort

L'hôtel est magnifique, le terrain est superbe, les parties communes, les piscines et le front de mer sont bien entretenus. Le service en chambre et l'hébergement ont été une expérience fantastique. Les restaurants et le buffet étaient excellents. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient de premier ordre. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 10 jours au maximum.

Beauty hotel, awesome grounds, well manicured common areas, pools and beach front. Room service and accommodations was a fantastic experience. Restaurants and Buffet were excellent. Nightly entertainment was top drawer. Enjoyed our 10 day stay to the Max .

NYX Hotel Cancun: Petit centre de villégiature - Grand cœur

Ce complexe est petit, mais il a beaucoup de punch. Si vous recherchez des boissons sur la plage, des divertissements nocturnes, de superbes piscines et de beaux espaces, essayez-le. L'ensemble est vraiment bien entretenu, le personnel est sympathique et la nourriture est fantastique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine.

Small Resort - Big Heart This resort is small, but it carries a lot of punch. If you are looking for drinks on the beach, nightly entertainment, great pools and lovely spaces, give it a try. the whole place is really well kept, have friendly staff, and the food was fantastic. We had a great week-long stay.

Iberostar Selection Coral Cancun: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

L'Iberostar Selection Coral Level est fantastique et se classe parmi les meilleurs des nombreux hôtels où nous avons séjourné. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et amical. Les chambres sont fantastiques et bien entretenues. Le personnel du service de chambre est extraordinaire et le ménage est fantastique. L'hôtel propose probablement la meilleure cuisine que j'aie jamais mangée sur la Riviera Maya. La nourriture est toujours fraîche et les menus sont délicieux et différents chaque jour [... lire plus]. Amazing Resort The Iberostar Selection Coral Level is fantastic and ranks at the top of the many hotels we have stayed at. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are fantastic and well kept. Room service staff are amazing and housekeeping is fantastic. It probably has the best food I have ever eaten in the Riviera Maya. It is always fresh and the menu options are delicious and different daily. I would recommend this hotel resort to anyone wanting an amazing stay

Atelier Playa Mujeres: Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux

Il est très propre et sent très bon grâce à l'aromathérapie. La nourriture est fabuleuse. Le personnel est très accommodant et amical. Les chambres sont luxueuses et très propres. La plage est magnifique. Le mobilier est très confortable dans tout le complexe. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde.

Fabulous resort Very clean and smells great with aroma therapy. The food is fabulous. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. The beach is beautiful. Very comfortable furniture throughout the resort. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

TRS Coral: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. Très bon service.

Le centre de villégiature est magnifique. Moderne et propre, il accorde une grande attention aux détails. Toutes les personnes travaillant dans l'établissement étaient très attentives et amicales. Notre majordome était toujours prêt à nous aider. Nous avions une suite junior avec baignade, c'était incroyable.

Amazing resort. Great service. The resort was stunning. Modern clean and great attention to detail. Everyone working there was very attentive and friendly. Our butler was on point always able to help. Had a junior swim up suite was amazing.

Occidental Tucancun: Excellente station

Le centre de villégiature était génial ! J'ai adoré le fait que la plage soit si proche et juste devant vous. Le personnel est formidable et la nourriture est bonne. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient superbes et je les ai beaucoup appréciés. Les barmans ont travaillé dur pour satisfaire tout le monde et l'ont fait en souriant. Antonio et Lorenzo étaient géniaux ! Le check-in est très très lent et le check-out est également lent. C'est mon seul reproche. Tout le reste était excellent ! Un endroit  [... lire plus]très propre et joyeux.

Excellent resort The resort was great! I loved that the beach was so close and right in front of you. The staff are amazing and the food was good. The night shows were great and enjoyed them very much. The bartenders worked so hard to please everyone and did it smiling. Antonio and Lorenzo were great!!! The check in is very very slow and the check out is also slow. That's my only complaint. Everything else was excellent! Very clean and happy place.
