Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Un lieu de vacances extraordinaire !

Deuxième séjour à Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness Resort. Vacances tranquilles et relaxantes, personnel très amical et souriant, toujours prêt à aider. La plage et l'océan sont magnifiques. Un bon endroit pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba. Nous reviendrons certainement, bien que nous ayons peur que s'ils s'étendent cet endroit (ils ont dans le plan de construire 60 villas) va perdre leur charme.

Amazing place for vacation! Second time in Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness Resort. Just came back a week ago and ready to go back.Quiet and relaxing holiday, very friendly and smiling staff always ready to help. Beach and ocean amazing. A good place for snorkeling. We will definitely come back, although we are afraid that if they spread this place (they have in the plan to build 60 villas) will lose their charm.

Riu Santa Fe: Un centre de villégiature génial !

J'aime tout dans ce centre de villégiature ! Les chambres sont magnifiques, le terrain est magnifiquement entretenu, les piscines sont propres et chaudes, car on ne peut pas se baigner dans l'océan à cause du ressac très fort. La plage est également magnifique. La disposition et le style des bâtiments donnent vraiment l'impression d'être au Mexique et pas seulement dans un hôtel qui pourrait se trouver n'importe où dans le monde. La nourriture est incroyable. Je pourrais continuer ainsi long [... lire plus]temps.... Je dois également mentionner le personnel : il est merveilleux, amical et extrêmement serviable ! Tout est très propre et ils travaillent tous très dur.

Awesome Resort! I love everything about this resort! The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are beautifully kept, the pools are clean and warm to swim in since you can't swim in the ocean due to the super strong undertow. The beach is also gorgeous. The arrangement and style of the buildings really give you a feeling of being in Mexico and not just a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The food is amazing. I could go on and on.... I also have to mention the staff - they are wonderful, friendly and over the top helpful! Everything is so clean and they all work so hard.

Temptation Resort & Spa: "j'adore les nouvelles rénovations" ;

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature du 28 janvier au 4 février. C'est la cinquième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe et nous avons vraiment adoré les nouveaux Reno. Le personnel était formidable, en particulier notre serveuse au bord de la piscine, Saby, elle était tout simplement incroyable, toujours là dès le matin avec des bouteilles d'eau et préparait vos boissons exactement comme vous les aimiez à chaque fois. les restaurants étaient délicieux, j'ai adoré le [... lire plus] SHE, l'italien et le steak house. Le bar à café est aussi un bon ajout ! Les animations diurnes et nocturnes étaient géniales et toujours bonnes à rire. Surtout Mini Cooper ! c'était la meilleure Lol. Pour nous, c'est un excellent hôtel cinq *****.

"love the new renos" My husband and I travelled to this resort from Jan 28th to Feb 4th. This is our 5th time to this resort and really loved the new Reno's. I staff was amazing, especially our poolside waitress Saby, she was just amazing, always there first thing in the morning with bottled water and mixed your drinks just the way you liked them every time. restaurants were delish, loved the SHE, Italian and steak house. Coffee Bar is a nice addition too! The daytime and nighttime entertainment were awesome, and was always good for a laugh. Especially Mini Cooper! her was the best Lol. This in our books is a strong five ***** hotel.

Las Brisas Huatulco: C'est un lieu de villégiature fantastique

This is a fantastic resort -Staff are friendly and accommodating -3 beaches available -sports beach -snorkeling beach-swimming beach all excellent -Meals were 4-5 stars with 5 a la carte restaurants -Room were great all facing the bay or ocean -Grounds were like walking through a botanical garden

Emporio Cancun: Excellent centre de vacances pour les familles

Séjour d'une semaine avec nos deux enfants. Junior Suite Oceanfront L'hébergement était spacieux (mais daté), la vue était incroyable. La nourriture, les piscines et la plage étaient excellentes et le service exceptionnel ! A recommander à tous ceux qui ont des enfants (surtout les plus jeunes)

Great Family Resort Stayed for a week with our two kids. Junior Suite Oceanfront Accommodations were spacious (but dated), view was incredible. Food, pools and beach were great and service was exceptional! Would recommend to anyone with children(especially young ones)

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Grand centre de villégiature

C'est un bon centre de vacances pour tous. Il y avait des enfants et une bonne aire de jeux pour eux avec des activités. Il y avait aussi des bébés. Il y avait surtout des adultes. La nourriture était bonne au buffet du petit déjeuner, du déjeuner et du dîner. Il y a 4 restaurants indépendants. Nous avons mangé dans deux d'entre eux. Le restaurant français n'était pas très bon car le filet de bœuf n'était pas tendre... en fait, il était dur. Le BBQ était excellent, nous avons pris la côte de bœ [... lire plus]uf et elle était plus grosse et plus tendre que le filet de bœuf. Nous avons également pris les côtes lors de notre deuxième visite et elles étaient abondantes et délicieuses. Si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, vous pouvez demander une chambre plus proche du hall d'entrée où se déroule la plupart des activités. La marche jusqu'à la piscine n'était pas très loin de notre chambre, ce qui n'a pas posé de problème. Il n'est pas possible de réserver des places à la piscine avant 9h00... ils enlèvent tout ce qui y est déposé. Ce n'était pas nécessaire car le complexe n'était rempli qu'à 50%. Nous avons remarqué que les serveurs du buffet semblaient peu nombreux... le service était parfois tardif pour obtenir la deuxième tasse de café le matin. Vous pouvez vous procurer votre propre jus de fruit si vous ne pouvez pas attendre et c'est ce que la plupart des gens ont fait. La chambre que nous avons occupée donnait sur la plage et était plus grande que la plupart des autres, avec un coin salon que nous n'avons pas vraiment utilisé. Un bureau et deux chaises pour vérifier les courriels... le WIFI était bon. Le balcon était agréable pour s'asseoir et profiter du coucher de soleil et regarder les vagues, les gens sur la plage et les baleines occasionnelles... loin mais là.

Great Resort This was a good resort for all. There were children here and a good play area for them with activities. There were also babies present. There were mainly adults. The food was good in the buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. there are 4 stand alone restaurants. We ate at 2 of them. The French was not really very good as the beef tenderloin was not tender...in fact tough. The BBQ was great we had the rib eye and it was large and more tender that the tenderloin. We also had the ribs on our second visit and they were plentiful and delicious. There is a lot of walking to this resort so if you have some mobility issues you can ask I suppose for a room closer to the lobby where most of the action takes place. The walk to the pool was not far from our room so that was OK. There is no reserving of places at the pool before 9.00am ...they take away anything put there. There really was no need as the resort was only 50% full. We did notice that the waiters in the buffet seemed sparse ..service was sometimes tardy in getting that second cup of coffee in the morning. You can get your own juice if you cannot wait and most people did that . The room we had was overlooking the beach and was larger than most with a sitting are that we did not really use at all. Desk and 2 chairs to check emails at ...the WIFI was good. The balcony was nice to sit out on and enjoy the sunset and watch the waves, people on the beach and occasional whale...out far but there.

Iberostar Waves Quetzal: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons adoré cet endroit. Idéal pour les adultes et les enfants. Le personnel était formidable et le buffet incroyable. Les services de garde d'enfants étaient excellents. La chambre et les installations étaient d'une propreté irréprochable.

Great Resort We loved the place. Great for adults and kids alike. The staff was great and the buffet amazing. Had child minding services that were great. The room and facilities were kept at an amazing level of clean.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique !

Le premier avantage de l'hôtel est qu'il est proche de l'aéroport de Cancun, ce qui permet de ne pas être coincé dans un bus pendant une heure. Il était à environ 20 minutes. Vous n'êtes pas non plus sur la bande principale de Cancun, donc il n'y a pas toutes sortes de personnes venant d'autres endroits qui se promènent sur la plage, ou des tas de vendeurs comme sur la plupart des plages des stations balnéaires. L'ensemble du complexe est magnifique, avec de belles piscines, d'excellents rest [... lire plus]aurants et beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Le buffet était impressionnant, avec une grande variété, mais de tous les types de nourriture vraiment étonnante. Nous aurions pu y manger tous les jours quelque chose de différent et de délicieux. Les autres restaurants étaient également excellents ; nous avons essayé le steak house, le restaurant italien et le restaurant de fruits de mer du Hideaway. La section Hideaway était tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter dans la section adulte d'un centre de villégiature. Elle disposait de son propre salon/réception pour l'enregistrement, les questions, l'échange d'argent, etc. Elle disposait même d'un petit bar et avait toujours des fruits et des en-cas à portée de main. Chaque étage avait un concierge qui pouvait vous donner un itinéraire imprimé chaque jour avec les activités de la journée, les divertissements, les heures d'ouverture et de fermeture des restaurants et des bars. Il y avait toujours de la musique provenant du bar de la piscine, de l'eau et des activités en dehors de la piscine, ce qui rendait l'ambiance agréable. Mais il y avait aussi des endroits plus calmes dans d'autres sections de la piscine. La plage était magnifique et, comme à la piscine, on pouvait toujours trouver une chaise de jardin. Il y avait toujours des serviettes et des serveurs passaient fréquemment pour remplir les commandes de boissons et de nourriture. Il y avait un bar sur la plage qui jouait toujours de la musique, mais là encore, vous pouviez vous en éloigner si vous vouliez passer un moment tranquille. La chambre était également magnifique. Je partageais ma chambre avec un ami et nous avions deux grands lits, bien que la plupart des chambres de cette section aient un grand lit. La chambre était très propre et le personnel était toujours très accommodant lorsque nous demandions des choses pour le mini-bar, du papier hygiénique, n'importe quoi en fait. Il y avait une énorme baignoire et une incroyable douche à l'italienne, avec un banc intégré, deux pommeaux de douche à effet de pluie et un autre pommeau de douche à effet de téléphone. En tant que client du Hideaway, vous avez accès à toutes les autres sections du complexe, ce qui vous permet de profiter de tout ce qui se trouve sur le site. Les animations en soirée étaient agréables et il y avait quelques bars, ainsi qu'un petit club où l'on pouvait se détendre. Le personnel, partout sur le site, était amical et serviable. Je recommande vivement ce complexe et j'y retournerai certainement si je retourne dans la région de Cancun. J'ai passé un séjour absolument fantastique !

Fantastic Resort! The first nice thing about the resort is that it's close to the Cancun airport, so you'd not stuck on a bus for an hour. It was about 20 minutes away. You're also not on the main Cancun strip, so there aren't all types of people from other places wandering the beach, or heaps of vendors like most resort beaches. The whole resort was beautiful, with lovely pools, great restaurants and a lot of space where you could just hang out and relax. The buffet was impressive, with a huge variety, but of all types of really amazing food. We could have eaten something different and really delicious there every day. The other restaurants were great too; we tried the steak house, Italian restaurant and the seafood restaurant in the Hideaway. The Hideaway section was everything you'd want in the adult section of a resort. It had its own lounge/reception for check-in, questions, cash exchange, etc. It even had a small bar and always had fruit and snacks on hand. Each floor had a concierge who could give you a printed itinerary each day with the day's activities, entertainment, opening and closing hours of restaurants/bars. There was always music coming from the pool bar, water and out of the pool activities, so it was a fun vibe. But there were quieter spots at other sections of the pool as well. The beach was beautiful, and like at the pool, you could always find a lawn chair. There were always towels, and waiters came by frequently to fill drink and food orders. There was a beach bar that always played music, but again, you could be further away from it if you wanted some quiet time. The room was beautiful as well. I was sharing with a friend and we had 2 queen beds, though most rooms in that section have a king. A bonus, the beds were really comfortable, which I find isn't often the case in resorts.The room was very clean, and the staff was always very accommodating when we requested things for the mini bar, toilet paper, anything really. There was a huge tub and an amazing walk in shower, with a built in bench, two rain shower heads and another telephone shower head. As a guest of the Hideaway, you still have access to all other sections of the resort so you can enjoy really everything on site. The evening entertainment was nice and there were a few bars, as well as a small club where you could hang out. The staff everywhere on site was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort and will certainly return if heading back to the Cancun area. I had an absolutely fantastic time!

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Un endroit formidable

Personnel sympathique et serviable. La représentante de Tripcentral, Diane, a été formidable pour me faire entrer dans un délai très court. Ma mère avait besoin d'un fauteuil roulant et consieur s'est occupé d'en faire livrer un et de le récupérer après. l'endroit est accessible aux fauteuils roulants.

Great place Friendly helpful staff loved the layout. Tripcentral rep Diane was amazing getting me in on such short notice. My mother required a wheel chair and consieur took care of getting one delivered and picked up after. place is wheel chair accessable.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Visite du 29 janvier au 8 février

Le complexe est idéal pour les familles et les couples. J'ai adoré la piscine de 25 mètres et la salle de sport. Le complexe est exceptionnellement bien entretenu, le personnel est très amical et serviable. Les ala carts étaient bons, mes préférés étaient les restaurants Tokyo et Santa Fe.

Visit Jan 29 to Feb 8th The resort is great good for families and couples. I loved the 25 meter pool and the gym. The resort is exceptionally maintained, staff are very friendly and helpful. ala carts were good my favourite was the Tokyo and Santa Fe restaurants.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Expérience inférieure à la normale

Le complexe lui-même n'avait rien de spectaculaire, les chambres étaient moyennes ; nous avions une chambre avec vue sur l'océan où il fallait s'accrocher au balcon pour voir l'océan. Il y avait également une très forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain quelques matins et nous avons demandé un lit king et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux lits doubles à la place sans aucune chance de changement car "rien n'était disponible" malgré le fait qu'ils n'aient même pas regardé dans leur système po [... lire plus]ur vérifier. La nourriture était inégale. Tous les buffets étaient assez terribles, mais la plupart des buffets le sont, donc je n'étais pas vraiment surpris. Les restaurants à la carte étaient pour la plupart bons. Il convient de noter que, bien qu'il s'agisse d'un centre de villégiature tout compris, des restrictions importantes sont imposées sur ce que l'on est autorisé à consommer. Les alcools sont très spécifiques et tout ce qui est supérieur à la moyenne est réservé aux VIP. Je ne saurais vous dire combien de fois on m'a dit cela pendant notre court séjour. De plus, il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire le soir dans ce complexe, et le bar principal dispose d'un certain nombre de tables de billard et d'air hockey payantes. Le personnel a été l'élément le plus surprenant de ces vacances. 90 % des employés avec lesquels nous avons eu des contacts étaient impolis et arrogants et n'hésitaient pas à vous congédier pour ne pas avoir à faire quoi que ce soit de plus. Je dois cependant dire que le personnel de nettoyage était incroyablement gentil et terre à terre. Enfin, cette dernière partie s'adresse à Sunquest Vacations et non au centre de villégiature lui-même. Je ne réserverai JAMAIS un autre voyage par l'intermédiaire de cette agence de voyage. La navette vers et depuis l'aéroport était un cauchemar. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il nous a fallu environ 15 minutes pour localiser le monsieur qui devait nous conduire, puis nous avons attendu encore 30 minutes avant qu'il ne nous passe un autre chauffeur pour nous emmener à la station. Sur le chemin du retour, nous avons dû confirmer notre transport auprès d'un représentant du centre de villégiature. Après avoir pris rendez-vous, nous avons attendu 25 minutes avant qu'elle n'arrive. Après avoir pris connaissance de notre date de départ et s'être rendu compte qu'elle ne pouvait pas nous vendre d'excursions, elle s'est empressée d'arrêter de nous faire perdre son temps. Maintenant, le matin de notre vol de retour. Notre navette ne s'est JAMAIS présentée pour nous emmener à l'aéroport, bien qu'elle soit arrivée 30 minutes à l'avance. Nous avons attendu une heure de plus avant de décider de prendre nous-mêmes un taxi à 70 dollars pour nous rendre à l'aéroport, estimant que c'était moins cher que de rater notre vol. Nous avons continuellement demandé au personnel de l'hôtel s'il y avait des retards avec notre navette et ils nous ont tous répondu "ça vient, ne vous inquiétez pas". Finalement, nous avons demandé à un autre chauffeur de navette d'une autre agence de voyage qui nous a dit "de prendre rapidement d'autres dispositions, sinon nous manquerions notre vol". Tant de stress pour un voyage si cher. J'ai l'impression qu'il y a plein d'autres complexes hôteliers plus agréables, avec des gens charmants, à un prix plus abordable que cet endroit. Je ne peux pas dire que je recommanderais ce complexe, et je suppose qu'il va sans dire que je n'y retournerai jamais.

Sub Par Experience The resort itself was nothing spectacular, the rooms were average; we had an ocean view room where you had to hang off the balcony to actually see the ocean. There was also a VERY strong sewage smell in the bathroom a few mornings and we requested a king and ended up with two doubles instead with no chance of changing as "nothing was available" despite them not even looking through their system to verify. The food was hit and miss. All the buffets were pretty terrible but most buffets are so I wasn't really surprised. And for the most part the a la carte restaurants were good. It's worth noting that despite this being an all inclusive resort, they put big restrictions on what you are actually allowed to consume. Alcohols are very specific and anything above average is for "VIP only". I can't tell you how many times I was told this on our short stay. Also, there isn't much to do at night at this resort, and the main bar has a number of pool tables and air hockey tables that you have to pay for, so be prepared to spend extra money while you're at this resort. The staff were the most surprising part about this vacation. 90% of the staff we interacted with were rude and arrogant and were quick to dismiss you so as not to have to do anything additional. I must say however the cleaning staff were incredibly sweet and down to earth. Lastly, this next part goes towards Sunquest Vacations and not the resort itself. I would NEVER book another trip through this travel agency again. The airport shuttle both to and from the airport were a nightmare. When we arrived, it took about 15 minutes just to locate the gentleman who was to drive us and then we waited another 30 minutes before he passed us on to another driver to take us to the resort. On the way back, we had to confirm our transportation with a representative at the resort. After having an appointment, we waited around for 25 minutes before she arrived. And after finding out our departure date and realizing she couldn't sell us any excursions she was brisk and snappy and quick to stop waisting her time. Now for the morning of our return flight home. Our shuttle NEVER even showed up to take us to the airport, despite being 30 minutes early. We waited an additional hour before deciding to take a $70 cab ride to the airport ourselves ... deciding that was cheaper than missing our flight. We continuously asked the staff at the resort if there were any delays with our shuttle and they all kept saying "it's coming, don't worry". Finally we asked another shuttle driver from a different travel agency and they told us "to promptly make other arrangements or we'd miss our flight". So much stress for such an expensive trip. I feel like there are plenty of other nicer resorts, with lovely people at a more affordable rate than this place. I can't say I would ever recommend this resort, and I guess it goes without saying I would never return.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Grand centre de villégiature !!!

L'hôtel et le terrain étaient immaculés ! le personnel nettoyait constamment les allées et les sols du matin jusqu'à la fin de la soirée. la nourriture était superbe à la fois à la carte et au buffet. il y avait une telle variété de nourriture et une belle présentation. nous avons rencontré 2 excellents serveurs, Paulina et Alex. ils étaient tous les deux amicaux et attentifs au-delà de toute croyance. Nous avons rencontré deux excellents serveurs, Paulina et Alex, tous deux sympathiques et atte [... lire plus]ntifs au-delà de toute croyance.Nous sommes allés principalement au buffet, surtout à cause d'eux.Les piscines, les barmans et le personnel de service ont tous été fantastiques..juste un équipage génial !

Great Resort!!! The hotel and grounds were immaculate!!the staff were constantly cleaning the walkways and floors from early morning to late evening..Food was superb in both the a la carte and buffet.there was such a great variety of food and presentation beautiful.We met 2 excellent servers,Paulina and Alex. Both of them were friendly and attentive beyond belief.We mostly went to the buffet, mainly because of them.Pools,bartenders and wait staff all fantastic..just a great crew!!

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

La nourriture était fantastique, le service était incroyable, ils nettoient constamment et font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour satisfaire leurs clients. Le complexe est toujours propre et frais et l'ambiance est fabuleuse. Amazing Resort We stayed at the Blue Bay about 4 years ago and were impressed then and this time was even better. The food was fantastic the service was amazing they are constantly cleaning and doing whatever they can to please their guests. The resort is always clean and fresh and the ambiance is fabulous. I didnt want to go home and will definitely be back People said the beach wasnt so good but I thought it was fine no different than any other beach in Mexico maybe a little shorter in depth but nice all the same

Grand Sunset Princess: Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel était magnifique et le personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré (qui est un choix personnel), c'est que l'hôtel était trop grand :) Bien qu'il y ait des navettes pour se rendre de nos chambres au hall principal, au théâtre et aux restaurants, nous avons dû marcher un peu pour nous rendre aux piscines et aux restaurants près de nos chambres. A plusieurs reprises, le ménage n'a pas été fait (et nous avons dû appeler pour que notre chambre soit n [... lire plus]ettoyée), et certaines lumières n'ont pas fonctionné pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Nous avons payé pour être dans la zone Platinum du complexe, qui aurait dû être de premier ordre, et nous n'aurions pas dû avoir de problèmes du tout. Le principal problème que nous avons rencontré est le fait que nous avions réservé au Grand SUNSET et que nous avons été envoyés au Grand RIVIERA à la place. Aucune explication ne nous a été donnée (même si nous avons demandé plusieurs fois), et au fur et à mesure de notre séjour, nous avons constaté que les restaurants et les buffets de la zone Sunset avaient de meilleures heures d'ouverture.

Wonderful Resort! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we had (which is a personal choice), is that the resort was too large :) Although there were shuttles to get from our rooms to the main lobby, theater, restaurants, we did have quite a bit of walking to do in order to get to the pools and the restaurants by our rooms. There were a few times when the cleaning wasn't done (and we had to call to get our room done), and there were lights which didn't work the whole time we were there. We paid to be in the Platinum area of the resort, which should have been top notch, and we shouldn't have had any issues at all. The main issue we had was the fact that we had been booked into the Grand SUNSET and were sent to the Grand RIVIERA instead. There was no explanation given (even though we asked a few times), and as we stayed at the resort, we found that the Sunset area had better hours for their restaurants and buffets.

un plus petit tout inclus... il n'y avait qu'un buffet et 3 à la carte mais en toute honnêteté le buffet était excellent et c'est tout ce dont vous avez besoin. c'est une installation plus ancienne mais vous pouvez voir qu'elle est très bien entretenue. le personnel est génial. c'était généralement calme et nous n'avons jamais eu de mal à trouver des places sur la plage ou aux piscines. nous avons passé un très bon moment

great little resort a smaller all- inclusive...it had only one buffet and 3 a la carte but in all honesty the buffet was excellent and is all you really need to got to. its an older facility but you can see it is very well maintained. staff is awesome. its was generally quiet and we never had trouble finding seats on the beach or at the pools. had a great time

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété. Il y a eu un problème. Notre chambre n'a été faite qu'après 16h00 tous les jours. Nous venions dans la chambre tôt pour faire une sieste et prendre une douche avant le dîner. Lorsque nous avons demandé un départ tardif et que nous avons dit au gérant que la chambre n'était pas nettoyée avant 16h00, il n'a pas été accommodant du tout et s'en fichait vraiment.

Great vacation with an issue We enjoyed our vacation very much. We would recommend this property highly. There was an issue. Our room was as not made up until after 4:00pm everyday. We would come to the room early to have a nap & shower before dinner. When we asked for a late checkout & told the Mgr that the room wasn’t cleaned until 4:00pm he wasn’t accommodating at all & really didn’t care.

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: La deuxième fois, c'est encore mieux !

Deuxième fois dans ce magnifique hôtel et c'était encore mieux que la première fois . C'est le personnel qui le rend vraiment exceptionnel. La nourriture est vraiment bonne. Le Blue Water Grill pour le déjeuner et le dîner est exceptionnel. Les autres plats à la carte sont également excellents. Les boissons sont bonnes, la plage est bonne, les piscines sont bonnes. Le Preferred Club Ocean Front est la meilleure solution ! Merci à Now Sapphire !

Second time even better! Second time to this beautiful hotel and it was even better than the first . It’s the staff that makes it really outstanding . Food is really good . Blue water grill for lunch and dinner outstanding . Other a la cartes good too . Drinks good , beach good , pools good . Preferred club ocean front the way to go! Thank you Now Sapphire!!

Riu Dunamar: Merveilleuses vacances au Riu Dunamar !

Ce nouveau complexe hôtelier avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer des vacances extraordinaires ! Le terrain, les chambres, les piscines, la nourriture, le décor, le personnel, les divertissements et la plage étaient tous à la hauteur du standard Riu. Nous avons voyagé dans un groupe de 6 adultes et tout le monde s'est bien amusé. Le complexe est très grand, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. La plage est d'un bleu cristallin, avec des vagues douces et il y avait toujours des chai [... lire plus]ses et des palmiers pour l'ombre. Le personnel de plage était également souvent présent pour le service des boissons. Nous avons mangé au buffet tout au long de notre séjour et le choix était abondant, avocats et guacamole tous les jours, tacos authentiques et une grande sélection d'autres produits. Le complexe lui-même est magnifique et moderne, ce qui lui confère une atmosphère plus haut de gamme. Ne manquez pas la Beach Party, les danseurs de feu ont été un moment fort !

Wonderful vacation at Riu Dunamar! This new resort had everything needed for an amazing holiday! The grounds, rooms, pools, food, decor, staff, entertainment and beach were all up to the Riu standard. Traveled in a group of 6 adults and everyone had a great time. The resort is a great size that made getting around very accessible. The beach is crystal blue, with soft waves and there were always available chairs and palm trees for shade. The beach staff were also often in sight for drink service. We ate ate the buffet throughout our stay and the selection was abundant, avocados and guacamole every day plus authentic tacos and a great selection of other items. The resort itself is beautiful and modern which makes for a more upscale atmosphere. Don't miss the Beach Party, the fire dancers were a definite highlight!

Superbe hôtel, proche du centre-ville, bus devant l'hôtel, taxis disponibles. Excellent service comme d'habitude. On rencontre toujours des gens formidables en vacances. J'y suis allé 4 fois et j'y retournerai comme le font d'autres vacanciers année après année.

Great Resort Great Resort, Close to downtown, bus out front, taxis available. Great service as usual. Always meet great people vacationing also. Have been there 4 times and will go back as do other vacationers year after year.
