Riu Emerald Bay: Tout est parfait

C'est la troisième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe et nous l'adorons. La plage est magnifique, même si l'eau est parfois agitée. Elle est idéale pour se promener, tout comme la rue devant l'hôtel. L'hôtel lui-même et les chambres sont immaculés et très propres. Le personnel se surpasse pour vous accueillir. Jose et Pancho s'occuperont bien de vous au Lobby Bar le soir. Le buffet est excellent et nous ne nous en sommes jamais lassés, même après deux semaines. Notre seul commentaire négatif [... lire plus] ne concerne pas le centre de villégiature, mais le vol tardif de Sunwing à Toronto et l'attente d'une heure et 20 minutes pour récupérer nos bagages. C'est inacceptable. Ce n'est pas une bonne façon de terminer les vacances.

Everything perfect This was the third time we visited this resort and we love it. The beach is beautiful even though the water can be pretty rough at times. It is excellent for walking as is the street out front. The hotel itself and rooms are immaculate and so very clean. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you. Jose and Pancho will look after you well in the Lobby Bar in the evening. The buffet food is excellent and we never tired of it even after two weeks. Our only negative comment is not in regard to the resort but the late flight with sunwing getting into Toronto and taking one hour and 20 minutes to get our luggage. This is not acceptable. Not a good way to end vacation.

Riu Palace Las Americas: STELLER HOTEL

Je donnerais à cet hôtel une note de 5 étoiles et voici pourquoi. Tout d'abord, l'enregistrement s'est déroulé en douceur, nous avons obtenu la chambre que nous voulions et nous avons été accueillis avec du champagne. La chambre avait tout ce que vous pourriez demander pour une grande salle de bains double évier douche walk in distributeurs de savon shampoing gel douche serviettes fraîches et robes de chambre. La nourriture était exceptionnelle, vous aviez le choix entre le steakhouse, le japonais, l'italien, la fusion ou le buffet que nous avons utilisé la plupart du temps parce qu'il y en avait pour tous les goûts et qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de réserver.L'hôtel a été récemment rénové, donc tout était pratiquement neuf, les salles de bains de l'hôtel étaient impeccables, le hall était incroyable et le wifi était gratuit dans tout l'hôtel. Il y avait beaucoup à faire ici : sports nautiques, excursions, animations nocturnes, shopping à proximité et tout le personnel était si serviable et amical. Il faut y aller, croyez-moi vous ne serez pas déçus, j'ai adoré.

I would give this hotel a 5 star rating and here is why. first of all check in went so smoothly got the room we wanted and were welcomed with champagne. The room had everything you could ask for large bathroom double sinks walk in shower soap dispensers shampoo body wash fresh towels and robes. The room also boasts a stellar ocean view with mini bar king size bed which was very comfy, fridge fully stocked with water pop and beer. There was also a mini bar with four different kinds of liquors in it.WOW food here was outstanding, you had your choice of steakhouse, japanese, italian, fusion, or the buffet which we went to the majority of the time because they had something for everyone and no reservations required.Pools were very clean great bar staff and entertainment and service around the pool.The hotel was recently renovated so everything was pretty much new, bathrooms around the hotel cleaned spotless, lobby was amazing and wifi was free all around the hotel.There was lots to do here water sports, excursions, nightly entertainment shopping near by and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. You must go here trust me you wont be dissapointed loved it.

Riu Flamingos: Excellent séjour

J'ai adoré la station, les gens étaient si gentils et amicaux, les activités étaient si amusantes, j'ai adoré la chambre et comment elle était toujours propre quand je suis arrivé à la fin de la nuit, la seule chose est que j'aurais’ préféré une meilleure musique et une nourriture différente,

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellent centre de villégiature

Le meilleur complexe hôtelier que nous ayons connu. Avantages : Nous avons apprécié la piscine à débordement réservée aux adultes et le service au bord de la piscine. Le buffet avait beaucoup d'options et un bon service. Bon transport pour se déplacer dans le resort et les resorts adjacents. Excellente sélection d'alcools et beaucoup de tequila ! Les divertissements en soirée étaient bons. La zone séparée de l'océan était bien pour une baignade quotidienne - garder le calme et la propreté. Excellent Resort Best resort we have been to. Pros: Enjoyed the adults only infinity pool with pool side service. Buffet had lots of options and good service. Good transportation to get around the resort and adjoining resorts. Excellent liquor selection and lots of tequila!! Evening entertainment was good. Sectioned off area of the ocean was good for a daily swim - keep it calm and clean. Cons: Room smelled musty, uncomfortable bed.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un centre de villégiature de premier ordre !

L'endroit était tout à fait extraordinaire, le meilleur lieu de vacances que j'ai jamais visité. Tout a été fait dans les règles de l'art et le service a été extraordinaire. Tout le personnel semblait aimer son travail et semblait vraiment authentique. C'était un immense complexe hôtelier, mais il ne semblait pas être grand. Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents et les buffets ne faisaient pas exception. Il faut que j'y retourne et que je visite ce même complexe.

Top notch resort! The place was quite amazing, the best vacation spot that I have ever visited. Everything was done top notch and the service was very amazing. All the staff seemed to love their job and really seemed genuine. It was a huge resort but didn’t seem to be large. The a la Carte restaurants were excellent and the buffets were no exception. I have to go back again and visit this same resort.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Une escapade incroyable

L'hôtel est incroyablement propre et tout le personnel est très serviable et professionnel. Nous avons trouvé que beaucoup de panneaux concernant les heures d'ouverture des restaurants ou l'emplacement du spectacle nocturne étaient incorrects, ce qui a entraîné quelques petites déceptions, mais ce n'est certainement pas une raison pour ne pas y aller. Nous avons apprécié le service de boissons sur la plage et la variété des restaurants. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient assez divertissants (à que [... lire plus]lques terribles exceptions près). Sensai a été notre expérience culinaire préférée, mais assurez-vous de réserver tôt !

Incredible Getaway Incredibly clean and all of the staff are very helpful and professional. We found a lot of the signage regarding restaurant hours or the location of the nightly show were incorrect and lead to a couple of minor disappointments, but definitely not a reason to not go. We enjoyed the beachside drink service and restaurant variety. The nightly shows were fairly entertaining (with a couple of terrible exceptions). Sensai was definitely our favourite dining experience, just make sure to snag a reservation early!

Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: Un grand moment !

Avantages : Mon mari et moi avons passé un excellent moment et avons profité de tous les équipements de l'hôtel. L'hôtel était propre, le personnel très sympathique. Notre chambre était belle et confortable et maintenue propre. Inconvénients : Le seul problème est que j'ai été malade le dernier soir de nos vacances, donc je ne sais pas si c'était la glace dans la boisson ou la nourriture. Il faut aussi se méfier de la vente de timeshare à l'aéroport quand vous arrivez - nous avons été reta [... lire plus]rdés par la vente de timeshare et nous avons pris un taxi pour notre hôtel à la place.

Great Time! Pros: My husband I had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities of the hotel. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Our room was nice and comfortable and kept clean. Cons: Only problem is that I got sick on the last night of our vacation, so not sure if it was the ice in the drink or the food. Also be wary of being caught by timeshare selling at the airport when you arrive -we were delayed with the timeshare pitch and took a taxi to our hotel instead.

Riu Dunamar: Riu Dunamar Excellent !

Le Riu Dunamar vient d'ouvrir. Nous craignions qu'il ne soit pas vraiment prêt, mais nous avons été agréablement surpris à notre arrivée. L'enregistrement a été rapide et efficace. Notre chambre donnait sur le côté nord du complexe et nous pouvions partiellement voir l'océan. Les chambres étaient modernes, le lit était vraiment confortable et la salle de bain était un rêve. Le vin était très bon et les desserts étaient très intéressants. Nous sommes allés au restaurant italien, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de réserver à l'avance. Le premier arrivé est le premier servi. Le repas était excellent. Le bar des sports offre une grande télévision et il y a un comptoir de nourriture où vous pouvez obtenir une salade, une salade de fruits, un sandwich préparé, un hamburger, un hot-dog. Il y a aussi un réchauffeur de nachos. Le four à micro-ondes est à votre disposition. Les piscines sont très agréables, il y a assez de chaises pour tout le monde. La plage est fabuleuse, vous pouvez marcher une heure dans chaque direction. Nous y retournerions ? Certainement. N'hésitez pas et profitez de vos vacances

Riu Dunamar Excellent! The Riu Dunamar just opened. We were concerned it would not be really ready, but nicely surprised upon arrival. The check-in was quick and efficient. Our room faced the north side of the resort and we could partially see the ocean. The rooms were modern, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was a dream. The meals at the main dining room were very good. The salad bar offered a wide variety. There main dishes were very good and there was enough of a variety to still be interesting at the end of the 7-days. The wine was very decent and dessert were very interesting. We went to the italian restaurant, we did not need to reserve before hand. First come, first served. Meal was excellent. The Sports Bar offers big television and there is a food counter where you can get a salad, a fruit salad, a prepared sandwich, hamburger, hot dog. There is also a nacho warmer. Microwave is right there for your convenience. The pools were really nice, enough chairs for everyone. The Beach is fabulous, you can walk an hour in each direction. Would we go back? Certainly. Do not hesitate and enjoy your vacation

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Grand centre de villégiature

Belles piscines, bon service, belle plage, bonne nourriture. Excellente équipe d'animation à la piscine et beaucoup d'activités à faire. Pour le prix que j'ai payé, c'était un très bon complexe. La piscine s'étend sur environ 200 mètres, ce qui est agréable. Il y avait un choix varié de nourriture. Je recommande le steakhouse.

Great resort Nice pools, nice service, nice beach, nice food. Great pool entertainment team and lots of activities to do. For the price I paid it was quite a good resort. The pool stretches about 200 meters which is was nice. There was a diverse food selection. Would recommend the steakhouse.

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Un beau complexe mais des chambres enfumées et des intoxications alimentaires

La plage était agréable. La plongée avec masque et tuba à partir du quai était le point fort. La nourriture était bonne jusqu'à ce que j'attrape une intoxication alimentaire l'avant-dernier jour. Le reste du voyage a été gâché. On m'a volé ma pilule Beats dans mon sac à l'aéroport de Mexico. La chambre sentait la fumée.

Beautiful resort but smokey rooms and food poisoning an issue Beach was nice. Snorkeling off the dock was the highlight. Food was good until I got food poisoning the 2nd to last day. Killed the rest of the trip. Beats pill was stolen form my bag at Mexico airport. Room smelt like smoke.

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Hôtel charmant

L'hôtel est assez grand et plusieurs ailes du bâtiment sont reliées au hall. Le personnel est sympathique et attentif. La plage est très belle et il y a de nombreuses piscines où il y a beaucoup de chaises longues. L'eau des Caraïbes est propre mais parfois agitée, il y a des rochers, des jet skieurs, etc. plus loin. Bien qu'étant l'une des chambres les moins chères, la nôtre était assez grande avec jacuzzi, salle de bains avec douche (deux pommeaux de douche), lavabos dans la salle de bains [... lire plus] et au bout de la chambre, coffre-fort, minibar rempli de boissons, d'eau et d'en-cas. La chambre était également calme. Notre formule tout compris incluait tous les repas dans 6 des 7 restaurants de l'hôtel (plus les 3 de leur autre propriété Panama Jack's), ainsi que le Coffee House, les bars, etc. Les repas étaient très bons - nous avons pris quelques kilos. L'après-midi, il y avait des dégustations et d'autres activités ; tous les soirs, il y avait un spectacle sur l'herbe ou dans le grand hall. Attention aux vendeurs de Time-sharing et d'Hotel Club.

Lovely hotel The hotel property is quite large with multiple wings of the building connected to the lobby. The staff were friendly and attentive. The beach is very nice and there are numerous pools at they provide plenty of lounge chairs. The Caribbean water is clean though rough at times, there are some rocks, and jet skiers, etc. out further. Though one of the least expensive rooms, ours was quite large with Jacuzzi, bathroom with shower (two shower heads), sinks in bathroom and at end of room, safe, minibar that they kept stocked with drinks, water and snacks. It was also quiet. Our all-inclusive plan included all meals at 6 of the hotel's 7 restaurants (plus the 3 at their other property Panama Jack's) as well as the Coffee House, bars, etc. (and they will make a box lunch if you're going sightseeing during the day). The meals were very good--we gained a few pounds. In the afternoons there were various tastings and other activities; every evening there was a show either on the grass or in the large lobby area. Only beware Time-sharing, Hotel Club sellers.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Excellent séjour

Nous sommes venus ici deux fois et ce complexe est fantastique (tout le complexe). La nourriture est décente mais la plage et l'océan sont spectaculaires. Vous pouvez faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba directement sur la plage et voir des tortues de mer, des bancs de poissons et quelques gros poissons aussi. Le seul inconvénient est le manque de divertissement nocturne décent, mais ce n'est certainement pas une rupture d'accord. L'hôtel est exceptionnellement propre et bien entretenu. Great Stay We've been here twice and this resort is fantastic (the whole complex). Food is decent but the beach and ocean are spectacular. You can snorkel right off the beach and see sea turtles, schools of fish, and some big guys too. Only downside is the lack of decent night time entertainment, but its certainly not a deal breaker. Resort is exceptionally clean and well kept. You won't regret coming here.

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: La course à la baisse

C'était notre deuxième séjour à l'Iberostar Cozumel. Je dois avant tout faire l'éloge du personnel qui était très amical et serviable. Malheureusement, l'odeur de compostage et d'aigreurs était écrasante. La zone du hall principal et du restaurant principal ainsi que le théâtre sentaient tellement mauvais que c'était terrible. J'ai loué deux chambres et la chambre 2612 sentait la merde, un peu comme le site de compostage, ce qui n'est pas acceptable. La plage est inexistante et il faut des chaussures car il n'y a pas de sable, seulement du corail et des rochers. Run Down It was our second time at the Iberostar Cozumel. I must and foremost praise the staff which was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the composting and sour smell was overwhelming. The area of the main lobby and main restaurant as well as the show theatre smelled so bad it was terrible. I was renting two rooms and room 2612 smelled like shit, pretty much like the composting site, which is not acceptable. The steak house was very good while the Mexican restaurant was disappointing. The beach area is non existant and requires shoes as there is no sand, just coral and rocks. The snorkelling is good having seen Moray eel, barracuda, octopus, and plenty of fish. The Christmas diner (buffet) was ordinary. Unfortunately I will not be returning

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Un personnel extraordinaire

Nous étions ici avec un groupe de filles à la fin du mois de novembre. Je dois dire que le personnel a été formidable, des animateurs au personnel des restaurants. Notre chambre a été rénovée et très propre. Nous avons eu un problème avec nos toilettes et ils ont envoyé quelqu'un jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient réparées. La nourriture et les restaurants que j'ai trouvés étaient vraiment bons. J'ai des problèmes avec certains aliments et ils se sont assurés que tous mes besoins étaient satisfaits. Il [... lire plus]s sont en train de rénover, donc nous avons été détournés vers d'autres zones pour marcher, mais une fois que nous nous y sommes habitués, tout allait bien. L'odeur de la peinture époxy était parfois très forte et m'a donné mal à la tête à quelques reprises, mais on ne peut rien y faire pendant les rénovations. La plage a été emportée par les eaux, nous avons donc dû aller nous baigner au Royale, le magasin voisin. Si vous aimez nager dans l'océan et ne pas marcher loin pour le faire, ce n'est pas l'endroit pour vous. Cependant, si vous aimez la piscine, il y avait toujours quelque chose qui se passait là-bas et ils ont fait de leur mieux pour divertir tout le monde. J'aimerais voir l'hôtel lorsque les rénovations seront terminées. Merci au personnel de nous avoir fait sentir si bien accueillis.

Amazing staff We were here with a group of girls at the end of November. I have to say the staff were amazing from the entertainment to the staff in the restaurants. Our room was renovated and very clean. We had an issue with our toilet and they kept sending someone until it was fixed. The food and the restaurants I found were really good. I have issues with certain foods and they made sure all my needs were met. They are renovating right now so we were diverted to differently areas for walking but once we got used to it we were fine. The smell from the epoxy paint was very strong at times and gave me a headache a couple times but can't be helped when renovating. The beach was washed up so we had to go over and swim at the Royale next store. If you love to swim in the ocean and not walk far to do it this is not the place for you. However if you love the pool there was always something going on there and they did their best to keep everyone entertained. Would love to see the hotel when renovations are done. Thanks to staff for making us feel so welcome.

Samba Vallarta: Un grand moment

C'était la première fois que nous allions au Samba Vallarta. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le personnel est incroyable, si gentil, poli et serviable et toujours prêt à vous accueillir avec un grand sourire amical. C'est un complexe familial, mais la façon dont les piscines sont conçues permet aux plus jeunes d'avoir leur propre espace avec des petits toboggans, etc. C'est parfait. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, mais nous les avons trouvées propres et confortables. Les [... lire plus] serviettes ne sont pas grandes, moelleuses et d'un blanc étincelant, mais elles étaient propres et, pour moi, c'est ce qui compte le plus. Notre chambre avait une vue imprenable sur les piscines et l'océan. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait une bonne variété et qu'on n'avait jamais faim. La plage était propre et il y avait beaucoup de places assises. Vous pouvez marcher le long de la plage jusqu'à la ville voisine de Bucerias. Je pourrais continuer encore et encore, mais pour résumer, nous retournerions dans ce complexe.

Great time It was our first time for being to the Samba Vallarta. We had a wonderful time. The staff are amazing, so kind, polite and helpful and always ready to greet you with a big friendly smile. It is a family resort, but the way the pools are designed, youngsters had their own area with little slides, etc. Perfect set up. The rooms are a little dated, but we found them to be clean and comfortable. The towels are not big, fluffy and sparkling white, but they were clean and to me that was what matter the most. Our room had an amazing view of the pools and the ocean. In regards to the food, I felt there was a good variety and one would never go hungry. The beach was clean, lots of seating. You can walk along the beach to the next town of Bucerias. I could go on and on, but to sum it up we would go back to this resort.

Station propre, bonne nourriture et activités pour tous les âges. Le service était bon. La pharmacie n'a jamais eu les produits de base dont nous avions besoin et commander des médicaments en vente libre dans la ville voisine était très coûteux. J'avais peur qu'il y ait trop d'algues à la plage d'après les commentaires. Cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous à la mi-décembre.

Great Resort Clean resort, good food and activities for most ages. Service was good. Pharmacy never had basic things we needed and ordering over the counter meds from next town was very pricey. Was concerned about too much algae at the beach based in reviews. This was not an issue for us in mid-December.

La nourriture au buffet n'était pas géniale, les restaurants étaient très bons. Dans l'ensemble, un bon voyage mais rien de spectaculaire, les divertissements manquent vraiment. Ok resort The food at the buffet wasn’t great the restaurants were very good all in all a good trip but nothing spectacular the entertainment is really lacking if you go try and share whatever you can with the beach locals they really appreciate it 💕

Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux avec notre famille de 5 personnes. Nos enfants sont de jeunes adultes et ont apprécié le complexe autant que nous. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités pour eux et la nourriture était excellente, beaucoup de choix au buffet, donc on ne s'ennuyait jamais. Seules suggestions d'amélioration : Un meilleur étiquetage des aliments, pour que vous sachiez ce que vous mangez ou souhaitez goûter. Et s'il vous plaît, prenez du vrai beurre, pas du beurre ultra-pasteurisé. N [... lire plus]ous avons apprécié le restaurant japonais, en raison des animations, et le steak house. Mon mari était très en retard pour le dîner ce jour-là, et le restaurant ne l'a pas accommodé. C'était un peu décevant, car les restaurants ne sont jamais bondés. Il n'aurait pas fallu beaucoup de temps pour faire frire un steak. Il a donc dû manger des hors-d'œuvre et un dessert. Nous n'avons rien à comparer à notre séjour, car c'était notre première fois au Mexique et notre première fois dans un complexe hôtelier. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, le terrain était entretenu méticuleusement et il y avait des animaux sauvages indigènes, ce qui était assez magique. J'ai adoré le concept de plein air du hall et des restaurants, et c'était toujours confortable, je n'ai jamais eu besoin d'un pull. Je ne suis pas sûr qu'il fasse chaud en été. La plage était magnifique et nous en avons profité tous les jours. J'ai adoré le fait qu'il y ait de l'ombre à la plage. Il était parfois difficile d'obtenir une chaise, car les gens réservent des chaises pour toute la journée, ce qui n'est pas autorisé. L'hôtel pourrait mieux encourager les gens à ne pas monopoliser les chaises. La piscine était grande et les enfants l'appréciaient, mais le carrelage autour de la piscine était extrêmement glissant, et partout (si les sols sont mouillés par la pluie). L'ensemble du complexe semblait un peu grand, mais mes enfants ont dit qu'ainsi il y avait plus de monde pour faire fonctionner les activités. Une chose que je n'ai pas appréciée, c'est l'insistance avec laquelle les réunions de time share nous ont été proposées, avant même que nous ayons obtenu notre chambre. Il faut supprimer cela ! Je peux me passer de cet accueil ! Le centre commercial est en grande partie hors de prix. Je ne sais pas qui va y faire ses courses, mais j'imagine que si vous avez oublié quelque chose, c'est bien pratique. C'est un endroit agréable pour prendre un café ou déguster un taco, et assister au spectacle culturel maya. Nous avons dû nous rendre deux fois à la clinique et nous avons été bien servis à chaque fois. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous aimerions y retourner !

Great family vacation We had a wonderful time with our family of 5. Our children are young adults and enjoyed the resort as much as we did. There were many activities for them and the food was excellent, many choices at the buffet, so it never got boring. Only improvement suggestions: Better labeling of the food, so you know what you are eating/ wish to try. And please get some real butter, not ultra pasteurized. A la carte provided a change of scenery and was nice, we enjoyed the Japanese restaurant, because of the entertainment and liked the steak house. My husband was very late for dinner that day, and was not accommodated by the restaurant. It was a little disappointing, because the restaurants very never packed. It would not have taken much to fry up a steak. So he had to eat appetizers and dessert. We have nothing to compare our stay to, because this was our first time in Mexico and our first time at a resort. Rooms were clean and comfortable, grounds were kept meticulously and had some native wildlife, which was quite magical. Did not see any bugs the whole week.I loved the open air concept of the lobby, and restaurants, and it was always comfortable, never needed a sweater. I am not sure how hot it would get in the summer, though. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed it every day. I loved that there was shade provided at the beach. It was sometimes hard to get a chair, because people reserve chairs for the whole day, which is not allowed. The hotel could do a better job encouraging people not to be chair hoggers. The pool was big and kids enjoyed it, but extremely slippery tiles around the pool, and everywhere (if the floors get wet through rain). The whole resort seemed a bit big, but my kids said that way there were more people to get activities going. One thing I did not enjoy was the pushy way time share meetings were marketed to us right away, before we even got our room. Scrap that! I can do without that as a welcome! The shopping centre is for the most part totally overpriced. No idea who goes shopping there, but I guess if you forgot something it is handy to have. It is a nice place to have coffee or enjoy a taco, and see the Mayan cultural performance. We had to visit the clinic twice and got good service both times. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to go back!

Las Palmas by the Sea: Excellent centre de villégiature

Bonne cuisine, excellente hospitalité. Le meilleur serveur du bar est "The Famous David". Miguel, qui s'occupe des activités, est très doué pour recommander les meilleures excursions. Antonio, à la porte, vous aidera pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin, en portant votre valise et en vous trouvant un taxi. Belles plages ! Je recommande cette destination.

Excellent Resort Good food, excellent hospitality. The best Bar Tender is "The Famous David". Miguel from Activities is great at recommending the best tours. Antonio at the door will help you with everything you need carrying your suitcase and getting you a cab. Beautiful beaches! I recommend the destination.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: J'ai adoré !!!

L'hôtel était magnifique, les gens sympathiques et la nourriture délicieuse, la plage aussi. Je suis vraiment très impressionné. Il y a toujours de la nourriture disponible et, bien sûr, des boissons sur commande. Notre restaurant préféré était le Mariachi Grill. Le personnel y était le plus sympathique de tout l'hôtel ! Cherchez Onisome, c'est le directeur et c'est une personne extraordinaire. Je recommande vivement cet endroit fantastique !

Loved it!!! The hotel was beautiful the people friendly and the food delicious the beach also wonderful. I'm so so so impressed. There is always food available and of course drinks made to order. Our favorite eating area was actually the Mariachi Grill.. The staff there were the nicest at the whole resort! Look for Onisome, he is the manager and an amazing person. I extremely recommend this fantastic place!!!
