Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Absolument incroyable !!!

Nous y sommes allés pour notre lune de miel. Nous avons été surclassés pour une vue sur l'océan. Le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas, ils nous ont donc changé pour un autre avec vue sur l'océan, ils ont même déplacé nos bagages pour nous. Service extraordinaire, très propre, nourriture excellente. Honnêtement, je ne peux pas me plaindre. Un grand coup de chapeau à Arcangel, notre incroyable barman.

Absolutely amazing!!! We went for our honeymoon. They upgraded us to an ocean view. A.C. was not working so they happily switched us to another ocean view, they even moved our luggage for us. Amazing service, very clean, great food. I honestly cannot complain. A big shout out to Arcangel our amazing bartender.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Excellent centre de villégiature !

La station était très bien pour un tout inclus par rapport aux stations de Cuba et de la Jamaïque où je suis allé. La nourriture était très bonne, savoureuse et les restaurants de spécialités constituaient une pause agréable par rapport au buffet. Le restaurant brésilien était notre préféré. Pour le petit-déjeuner ou le déjeuner, les options ne manquent pas. Vous pouvez déjeuner au barbecue de la plage, au buffet principal ou dans les restaurants de la piscine. L'hôtel a deux hôtels frères,  [... lire plus]nous étions au Mayan Beach, et nous pouvions facilement prendre le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner près de la piscine sans avoir à marcher jusqu'au buffet principal. L'hôtel est grand, il faut beaucoup marcher mais il y a un bon service de navettes. La plage... il faut des chaussures d'eau... nous avons choisi l'hôtel pour la plongée avec masque et tuba en dehors de la plage, et c'est très rocheux, comme prévu. Avec des chaussures d'eau, il n'y a pas de problème. Nous avons vu les tortues depuis la plage, même en regardant depuis le rivage. Quelques poissons. En juin, il fait chaud au Mexique, très humide et très chaud. L'eau est très chaude. Nous avons adoré le skybar, où l'on peut s'asseoir le soir. Beaucoup de piscines et de choix pour nager. Les chambres sont très grandes...ATTENTION...la salle de bain est ouverte sur la pièce principale, donc pas d'intimité. J'ai apprécié le fait qu'il y ait un concierge dans chaque bâtiment, qui peut m'aider pour n'importe quoi. J'ai vu des singes et beaucoup d'iguanes dans tout le complexe. Très respectueux de l'environnement. Oh, ils essaient de vous vendre du temps partagé....ils vous offrent des freebies et vous disent ensuite que vous devez participer à une visite de 2 heures de leur nouvel hôtel. Ils vous demandent tous les jours.

Great resort! The resort was very good for an all inclusive compared to resorts in Cuba and Jamaica that I have been to. The food was very good, tasty and the specialty restaurants were a nice break from the buffet. The Brazilian restaurant was our favourite. For breakfast or lunch there were plenty of options. You can get lunch at the beach barbecue, main buffet, or the pool restaurants. The resort has 2 sister hotels, we were in the Mayan Beach, and could easily have breakfast and lunch near the pool area without walking to the main buffet. Resort is large, lots of walking but good shuttle service. The beach...you NEED WATER SHOES.. we chose the resort for the off beach snorkeling, and it is very rocky as expected. With water shoes there is no problem. We saw the turtles off the beach, even just looking in from the shore. Some fish. In June, Mexico is hot, very humid and hot hot. Water very warm. Loved the skybar, sitting out in the evening. Lots of pools and choices to swim. Rooms are very large...BEWARE...bathroom is open to the main room, so no privacy. Loved having a concierge sitting at each of the buildings who can help with any thing. Saw monkeys and lots of iguanas all over the resort. Very eco friendly resort. Oh, they try to sell you time share....they offer you freebies and then say you need to attend a 2 hour tour of their new hotel. They ask you every day.

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour des vacances sans fioritures

Le terrain est impeccablement entretenu. Les chambres sont propres, les lits confortables et l'air conditionné puissant. Le buffet est frais et délicieux. Ce n'est pas très chic, mais vous n'aurez certainement pas faim. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les chariots à la carte car le buffet était si varié et frais. Excellent value for a no frill vacation The grounds are impeccablely maintained. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the air conditioning is strong. The food at the buffet was fresh and delicious. It isn't fancy but you certainly will not go hungry. There is a something for everyone. We didn't go to the a la carts because the buffet was so varied and fresh. The drinks are strong and tasty. The shows were entertaining. Above all the service was incredible. I will absolutely be back to barcelo maya tropical

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: moyenne

L'hôtel est vieux. Je pense qu'ils doivent embaucher plus de personnel. Notre chambre a été nettoyée après 16 heures tous les soirs. La plage est très bien et sûre pour les enfants. Beaucoup de choses à faire avec les enfants (dauphins, parc aquatique sur le territoire de l'hôtel).

average Hotel is old. I feel they have to hire more personal. Our room was cleaned after 4PM every night. Beach is very good and safe for children. A lot to do with kids ( dolphins, waterpark on the territory of resort).

Allegro Playacar: Plage et emplacement magnifiques !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe au début du mois de juin. Le temps était extrêmement chaud et humide et nous avons eu de fortes pluies pendant la semaine. L'hôtel est situé sur une belle partie de la plage et suffisamment proche pour se rendre à pied à Playa del Carmen (25 minutes). Le terrain de l'hôtel est très beau et tropical. De nombreux oiseaux peuvent être vus et entendus. Les toits de chaume des "bungalows" sont uniques et contribuent à l'ambiance tropicale, mais ils ne sont pas  [... lire plus]très pratiques car certains des toits ont fui pendant les fortes pluies, y compris celui de l'unité dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. Nous avons été transférés dans une autre unité mais la configuration de la literie n'était pas celle que nous avions initialement demandée, ce qui a entraîné un autre changement de chambre deux jours plus tard. Une mauvaise communication de la part de la réception est à l'origine de ce retard, ce qui nous a obligés à vivre dans nos valises pendant deux jours. Les chambres standard étaient un peu petites, sans commode et avec seulement deux petites étagères dans le placard pour les vêtements. Il y avait un coffre-fort pour les objets de valeur. La douche vitrée rénovée offre une bonne pression d'eau et le climatiseur fonctionne bien. Les chambres étaient propres et les lits confortables. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel était amical et courtois. Il y avait diverses activités près de la piscine principale ou sur la plage pendant la journée. Il y avait des étirements sur la plage, des spectacles de cuisine et du bingo. La majorité des activités étaient orientées vers les familles. Il semble que la plupart des clients étaient hispanophones la semaine où nous y étions. Beaucoup de chaises longues aux deux piscines et sur la plage. Pas de problème avec les échanges de serviettes. Au début, nous avons trouvé que la nourriture au buffet était en dessous de nos attentes, principalement à cause de la production de masse et de la nécessité de garder la nourriture au chaud car les heures d'ouverture du dîner et du déjeuner étaient très généreuses, par exemple le déjeuner était disponible de midi à 16 heures, mais nous avons toujours trouvé des choses à essayer et à apprécier. Nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes d'estomac, mais nous avons évité les salades et apprécié les différents fruits délicieux qui nous ont été servis. Les repas des restaurants mexicains et italiens à la carte étaient très bons, bien que les descriptions des menus diffèrent quelque peu de ce que nous avons réellement reçu. Très bon service aux buffets. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une semaine agréable et relaxante à l'Allegro Playacar.

Beautiful Beach and location! We stayed at this resort at the beginning of June. The weather was extremely hot and humid and we had some heavy rainfall during the week. The resort is on a beautiful stretch of the beach and close enough to walk into Playa del Carmen (25 minutes). The grounds of the resort is very beautiful and tropical. Many birds can be seen and heard. The thatched roofs of the "bungalows" were unique and lends to the tropical feel but were not very practical since some of the roofs leaked during the heavy rainfall including the unit we stayed in. We were moved to another unit but the bedding configuration was not what we initially had and requested so this meant another room changed 2 days later. Miscommunication from the front desk was the cause of the delay which was inconvenient for us to live out of our suitcases for 2 days. The standard rooms were on the small side with no dresser and only 2 small shelves in the closet for your clothes. There was a safe for valuables. The renovated glass enclosed shower gave good water pressure and air conditioner worked well. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall the staff were friendly and courteous, there were various activities by the main pool or on the beach during the day. There were stretching on the beach to cooking shows to bingo. The majority of the activities were family oriented. It seems that most guests were Spanish speaking the week we were there. Lots of beach lounger at the 2 pools and on the beach. No problems with towel exchanges. Initially we found the food at the buffet was below our expectations mainly because of the mass production and having to keep the food warm as the dinner and lunch opening hours were very generous, example lunch was available from noon to four p.m. however we always found items to try and and enjoy. We did not encounter any stomach problems but we avoided the salads but enjoyed all the various delicious fruits served. The Mexican and Italian a la carte restaurants meals were very good although the menu descriptions of the foods differed somewhat from what we actually received. Very good service at the buffets. Overall we had a relaxing enjoyable week at the Allegro Playacar.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Superbe centre de villégiature ! Un personnel formidable ! Excellente nourriture !

J'ai passé de nombreuses vacances au Mexique et c'est celle qui m'a laissé le plus de souvenirs, la nourriture était excellente et le personnel très sympathique, merci à Carlos, Jeol, Marcos, Andres, Rosalio et de Tian Tang capitaln Emanuel, le terrain de l'hôtel est toujours impeccable et le jardin est magnifiquement traité, les femmes de ménage ont fait du bon travail, Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel mérite 5 étoiles. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel Fiest American pour votre séjour.

Great resort ! Great staff ! Excellent food ! I have been to many vacations to Mexico this is the one left me with most memory, the food was excellent and supper friendly staff, thanks to Carlos,Jeol,Marcos, Andres, Rosalio and de Tian Tang capitaln Emanuel, The hotel ground always kept spotless and the garden treated beautifully, house keeping ladies did a good job, Overall the hotel deserved 5 star rating I definitely recommend Fiest American Is the hotel for your stay.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: D'excellentes vacances en famille

L'hôtel était très bien. Grand, mais les zones ne se sont jamais senties bondées. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Le wifi était très bon dans tout le complexe, y compris sur la plage. La nourriture était bonne et abondante au buffet. Les restaurants à la carte (nous avons mangé au steak House, au restaurant mexicain, au restaurant Route 66 et au restaurant italien) étaient également très bons et ne nécessitaient pas de réservation, à l'exception du restaurant japonais. Le club pour enfants était génial et le parc aquatique était une touche supplémentaire agréable.

Great family vacation Resort was great. Large but areas never felt crowded. Rooms were spacious and clean. Wifi was very good throughout resort including the beach. Food was good and plentiful at the buffet. A la carte restaurants (we ate at the steak House, Mexican, route 66, and Italian) were really good as well and did not require a reservation except for the Japanese restaurant. Hotel grounds were​ plush and clean. Pools were great and service at the bars was good as well. Kids club amazing and the waterpark was a nice added touch.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Un grand complexe hôtelier - une nourriture moins bonne.

Le complexe était très bien entretenu, les piscines, le bar et le service étaient excellents. Carlos et Itzbel ont été nos serveurs à la piscine pendant tout notre séjour et ils ont été absolument fantastiques ! C'est le troisième Dreams où nous avons séjourné et malheureusement la nourriture n'était pas ce que nous attendions, beaucoup de restaurants à choisir, mais la nourriture était assez basique pour la deuxième moitié de nos vacances, nous avons pris une navette à la station voisine Secret [... lire plus]s pour le dîner et la nourriture de ce côté était incroyable !!! C'était bien d'avoir la possibilité de manger ailleurs. Excellent complexe familial - pas aussi agréable si l'on recherche une escapade romantique.

Great Resort - Not so great food. The resort was very well maintained, great pools , bar and bar service. Carlos & Itzbel were our servers at the pool for our whole stay and they were absolutely fantastic! This was the third Dreams that we have stayed at and unfortunately the food was not what was expected, many restaurants to choose from however the food was quite basic for the second half of our vacation we took a shuttle to the neighbor resort Secrets for dinner and the food on that side was amazing!! It was nice to have the option to eat elsewhere. Great family resort - not as enjoyable if looking for a romantic getaway.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Fantastique et si propre

Le centre de villégiature était incroyable, le personnel fantastique et tout était exceptionnel. Des vacances merveilleuses, pleines de rires et d'amusements. J'aimerais y emmener mes enfants pour leur montrer à quel point ces vacances ont été formidables.

Fantastic and so clean The resort was amazing, staff fantastic and everything outstanding. Truly a wonderful holiday packed with lots of laughter and fun. I would like to bring my children here to show them exactly how great a vacation it was.

El Dorado Royale: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire avec une nourriture incroyable !

Magnifique terrain, nombreuses options de piscine, y compris d'eau salée. Service attentif et amical. Nourriture délicieuse, très variée. Activités et divertissements amusants. Nombreux restaurants avec de nombreuses options culinaires. Activités sur place telles que dégustation de tequila, yoga, aquagym.

Amazing resort with incredible food! Beautiful grounds, lots of pool options, including salt water. Attentive friendly service. Delicious food, lots of variety. Fun activities and entertainment. Lots of restaurants to choose from with many culinary options. On site activities such as tequila tasting, yoga, water aerobics.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Voyage fantastique !

Il n'y a rien de négatif à dire sur le Barcelo. Nous avons réservé avec Karol et il a été fantastique en termes de service et de tout le reste. Le complexe lui-même est à couper le souffle. Il est suffisamment grand pour que vous puissiez l'explorer toute la journée. Il y a tellement de choses à faire. La nourriture, les chambres et le service étaient tous impeccables !

Fantastic trip! Nothing negative to say about the Barcelo. We booked with Karol and he has been nothing but fantastic in terms of service and everything else. The resort itself is breathtaking. Big enough for you to explore all day long. So many things to do. Food, rooms and service were all impeccable!

...nous y étions pour la troisième fois, donc : - première fois il y a 20 ans - très bien dans l'ensemble - 2012 besoin d'une refonte : piscines, chambres, mobilier des espaces publics - 2017 mieux , chambres peintes , nouveau mobilier dans le lobby , bar, piscines plus propres - sauf la principale.... trop fréquentée et l'eau pas très propre, terrains bien entretenus, restaura [... lire plus]tion - nappes blanches impeccables tout le temps, beaucoup de choix et savoureux, mais moins qu'avant dans l'ensemble, une bonne expérience.

...we were there for the 3rd time, so: - first time 20 years ago - great in all - 2012 in need for a make over :pools ,rooms ,public areas furniture - 2017 better , rooms painted , new furniture in lobby , bar , pools cleaner -except the main one....to crowded and water not so clean , grounds well kept , dining - white table cloths spotless all the time , plenty to choose from and tasty , yet less then before overall good experience.

Moon Palace Cancun: Faboulous Resort

Le terrain était impeccable, le service était incomparable, la nourriture excellente, l'hébergement très bon. La plage était un peu décevante du point de vue des algues et on ne pouvait pas vraiment aller dans l'eau. J'y retournerais certainement, beaucoup de choses à voir, beaucoup de choses à faire, l'excursion à laquelle nous avons participé était géniale ! Le Sky Bar est également très intéressant ! Superbe complexe !

Grounds were impeccable, service was second to none, food excellent, accomodations very good. Beach was a bit of a disappointment from a seaweed point of view and couldn't really go in the water. Would definitely go again, lots to see, lots to do, excursion we went on rocked!!! Sky bar rocks as well!!! Great resort!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Des vacances exceptionnelles ! !!!

Cet hôtel possède la meilleure plage de toute la côte. Du sable sur le rivage... du sable dans l'eau... des palapas pour vous protéger du soleil, une expérience de baignade très agréable dans une eau cristalline ! La nourriture était extraordinaire avec un buffet exceptionnel et des restaurants spécialisés. Le personnel de l'hôtel est efficace et a toujours une réponse à vous donner. Ils sont sympathiques mais aussi discrets et pas ennuyeux. Les chambres sont correctes ! J'ai vu mieux mais c'é [... lire plus]tait acceptable et confortable. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le restaurant snack au bord de la mer. Nous avons fait une excursion à Ek-Balam et Maya Cenote avec le guide français, Anthony. Excursion passionnante et guide compétent. Nous avons beaucoup appris sur les Mayas et la formation des cenotes. Dans l'ensemble, une excursion très agréable dans un endroit magnifique.

Outstanding vacations !!!! This hotel has the best beach on the the whole coast. Sand on the shore... sand in the water...Palapas to protect you from the sun, a very nice bathing experience in a Crystal clear water ! The food was extraordinary with an outstanding buffet and specialized restaurants. The personnel from the hotel is efficient and always has an answer for you. They are friendly but also discreet and not annoying. Rooms are OK ! I have seen better but it was acceptable and comfortable. I enjoyed the snack restaurant by the sea a lot. We took an excursion to Ek-Balam and Maya Cenote with the french guide, Anthony. Exciting trip and a knowledgable guide. We learned a lot about the Mayas and the formation of the cenotes. Over all, a vey pleasant trip in a beautiful location.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Nous avons adoré !

Mon mari et moi avons voyagé au GBP Coba pendant 10 jours. L'hôtel était magnifique et très propre. Nous avons trouvé que la nourriture était excellente dans les restaurants à la carte, mais nous avons dû donner un pourboire pour que des restaurants supplémentaires soient ajoutés à notre séjour (avec 10 jours, vous n'avez droit qu'à 4 restaurants). Nous avons essayé les 9 restaurants ! Le seul qui nous a déçus est l'Oasis, car tout était trop salé. Les restaurants japonais, méditerranéen, Le Gou [... lire plus]rmet et brésilien ont été nos préférés. Nous avons adoré toutes les options de divertissement en soirée, en particulier la hascienda et le casino. Si nous voulions passer une nuit tranquille, nous nous allongions simplement dans les hamacs, ce qui était très relaxant ! La plage est très propre et des employés ramassent constamment les algues. La plupart du temps, le sable est doux, mais certaines parties de la plage sont parsemées de rochers lorsque l'on entre dans l'eau. Nous marchions jusqu'à la plage d'Akumal lorsque nous voulions entrer dans l'eau, car il y avait très peu de rochers à cet endroit. Si vous souhaitez obtenir un tiki hut au bord de la piscine, vous devrez vous lever avant 7 heures du matin car les gens mettent les serviettes sur leurs chaises très tôt ! Il y a moins d'empressement pour obtenir une place sur la plage car il y a un plus grand nombre de tiki huts et vous devriez pouvoir en trouver une disponible à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Nous avons voyagé en juin et nous étions inquiets à propos des moustiques, mais nous n'en avons vu aucun ! La seule piqûre que nous ayons eue a eu lieu lors d'une excursion à la Jungle Maya. Nous pensons que ce complexe est idéal pour les personnes de tous âges, il y a beaucoup à faire pour les familles, les groupes d'amis ou les couples. Nous serions ravis de revenir !

We loved it! My husband and I traveled to GBP Coba for 10 days. The resort was beautiful and kept very clean. We thought the food was amazing at the a la Cart restaurants but had to tip in order to get additional restaurants added to our stay (with 10 days you only get 4 restaurants). We tried all 9! The only one we were disappointed in was the Oasis, as everything was too salty. The Japanese, Mediterranean, Le Gourmet, and Brazilian were our favourites. We loved all the options for entertainment in the evening, especially la hascienda and the casino. If we wanted a quite night we would just lay around in the hammocks, which was very relaxing! They keep the beach very clean, there are workers constantly picking up seaweed. For the most part the sand is soft however certain parts of the beach have a number of rocks when you enter the water. We would walk over to the Akumal beach when we wanted to go into the water since there were very few rocks at that point. If you want to get tiki hut by the pool you will have to be up before 7am as people put towels on their chairs very early! There is less of a rush to get a spot by the beach since there are a greater number of tiki huts you should be able to find one available at any point during the day. We travelled in June and were worried about the mosquitos, but we didn't see any! The only bite we received was when we were on an excursion to the Jungle Maya. We felt that this resort is great for people of all ages, there is lots to do for families as well as groups of friends, or couples. We would love to come back!

Smart Cancun By Oasis: Hôtel très bien situé

L'hôtel se trouve à distance de marche de la route principale pour les transports en commun vers la plage principale. Le personnel de la réception et le serveur parlent couramment l'espagnol et l'anglais. La piscine est de belle taille, avec un cadre magnifique, un petit spa et une belle salle de sport. La chambre au 6ème étage est équipée d'un lit King et les chambres sont très propres et de grande taille

Great hotel great location The hotel is walking distance to the main road for public transportation to the mains beach. The front desk and waiter personal speak Spanish and English fluently. Nice size pool including a great setting nice little spa, nice gym. Room on 6th floor come with King bed and the room are very clean and large size

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Agréablement paisible

Cet hôtel était merveilleusement isolé. J'ai eu l'impression que tout le monde était proche les uns des autres. Que ce soit les membres du personnel qui s'entendent bien entre eux ou les autres clients, tout le monde semblait très proche. Les chambres étaient bien équipées et simples. Tout était à proximité (piscine, plage, nourriture). En ce qui concerne la nourriture, elle était délicieuse. Le buffet était toujours chaud et prêt, et les restaurants étaient magnifiques. Pleasantly peaceful This hotel was wonderfully remote. I felt like everyone was close with each other. Whether it was the staff members getting along with each other or with other guests, it seemed really close. The rooms were well stocked and simple. Everything was close by (i.e pool, beach, food). Speaking of food, it was delicious. The buffet was always hot and ready, and the restaurants were beautiful. We had an amazing time!

Riu Flamingos: Excellent séjour

Moi et mon copain nous avons séjourné au Riu Jalisco pendant une semaine fin mai 2017. L'hôtel est super, le personnel sympathique, la nourriture est correcte. La discothèque le soir était un plus. La seule chose est que l'équipe d'animation parlerait surtout espagnol. Nous étions à la piscine et n'avons rien compris au jeu qui se déroulait. A part cela, ce fut un séjour merveilleux. Je recommanderais ce complexe.

Great Stay Me and my boyfriend we stayed at the Riu Jalisco for a week at the end of May 2017. Hotel is great, staff friendly, food is ok. The discotheque at night was a plus. The only thing is that the entertainment team would mostly speak Spanish. We were at the pool and did not understand anything from the game that was going on. Beside that, it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Mauvais

L'hôtel était agréable, mais c'est le pire service que j'ai jamais reçu dans un complexe tout compris, et j'ai séjourné dans deux autres Grand Bahia dans d'autres pays. Le personnel des restaurants et des bars est très inamical et impoli. La nourriture était bonne, mais je ne pouvais pas boire une gorgée d'eau. Elle avait toujours un goût de savon. Le personnel de la réception était très variable. Parfois, il était amical et serviable et d'autres fois, il était complètement impoli, pressé et [... lire plus] peu serviable.

Meh The hotel was nice, however, the worst service I have ever received at an all-inclusive resort, and I have stayed at 2 other Grand Bahia's in other countries. Very unfriendly and rude staff at the restaurants and bars. The food was good, but could not drink a sip of water. It always tasted like soap. The staff at the front desk were a hit or miss. Sometimes, friendly and helpful and other times, completely rude, rushed, and unhelpful.

Occidental Tucancun: Station balnéaire relaxante pour les couples !

Le terrain était extrêmement propre, le personnel était très gentil, pas vraiment turbulent et les plazas de l'autre côté de la rue étaient parfaites pour les promenades nocturnes et les dîners en dehors du complexe (pour ceux qui voulaient un peu de variété). Le choix de nourriture est limité, mais on ne peut pas se plaindre du reste.

Relaxing resort for couples! The grounds were kept extremely clean, the staff was really nice, not really rowdy and the plazas across the street was perfect for night time walks and dinner outside of the resort (for those that wanted a bit of variety). Limited food selection but couldn't complain about anything else.
