Catalonia Royal Bavaro: Un lieu de séjour idéal

Un lieu de séjour très agréable. Nous nous sommes sentis détendus et pris en charge. Nous n'avons jamais eu un repas que nous n'avons pas aimé. Le dîner romantique sur la plage était PARFAIT et nous le recommandons à tous ceux qui séjournent dans ce complexe. La piscine était sur le point d'être rénovée et la plage était légèrement endommagée par le temps, mais rien que nous n'ayons pu gérer et cela n'a pas eu d'impact sur notre expérience. Il était agréable d'être à côté de la station non-adult [... lire plus]e, mais nous avons vraiment apprécié la paix et la tranquillité du côté Royal. Tout le personnel était formidable et était là quand nous en avions besoin. L'entretien ménager a été un peu court pour les serviettes certains jours, mais cela a été facilement corrigé.

Great Place to Stay A very nice place to stay. We felt so relaxed and cared for. We never had a meal we did not like. The romantic dinner on the beach was PERFECT and we recommend it to anyone staying at this resort. The pool was about to get renovations and the beach was slightly messed up from the weather but nothing that we could not manage and it did not impact our experience. It was nice to be beside the non-adult resort but we really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the Royal side. All of the staff were tremendous and were there when we needed them. Housekeeping a little short on towels some days but easily corrected.

Permettez-moi de commencer par dire que nous avons apprécié notre séjour et que nous avons passé 10 jours heureux ici. Avec juste quelques améliorations, il pourrait être de retour à son passé les destinations les plus fabuleuses. Nous avons déjà séjourné ici et c'était certainement un peu moins que par le passé. Le personnel n'était pas aussi sympathique qu'avant, la nourriture et les restaurants à la carte étaient tous assez bons. La propreté était correcte mais pourrait être meilleure. Par ex [... lire plus]emple, dans le passé, nous voyions tous les jours les employés de la piscine frotter les carreaux, etc. ainsi que le hall. Aujourd'hui, les carreaux de la piscine sont remplis de moisissures noires alors que la piscine elle-même est toujours propre. Cela pourrait être mieux. Il y avait également quelques zones autour des bars de la piscine qui avaient de gros morceaux cassés qui devaient être remplacés. Il est temps de procéder à une mise à niveau. Les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours mais certainement pas très bien, même si nous avons laissé un pourboire tous les jours. Un jour, j'avais une taie d'oreiller tachée de sang (dégoûtant) et toute la chambre a été nettoyée en 5 minutes, littéralement. J'ai regardé. Le réfrigérateur de la chambre n'a JAMAIS été plus froid que la température ambiante, même après avoir demandé plusieurs fois qu'on le règle. Nos compagnes, qui sont des femmes âgées avec quelques handicaps et qui vivent dans une suite pour handicapés, ont vu leur chambre cambriolée. Heureusement, rien n'a été volé car elles portaient toujours leurs objets de valeur sur elles, mais c'était tout de même très troublant. Lorsqu'elles ont gentiment informé l'hôtel à ce sujet, la porte a immédiatement été réparée..... cependant..... elle n'avait pas été réparée correctement car le lendemain matin, elle ne se fermait pas à clé. Après avoir été fracturée la veille au soir, c'était très perturbant pour deux dames âgées qui avaient peur d'être seules dans la chambre et de la laisser sans surveillance. Nous avons prévenu la réception et parlé à "CARLOS", mais nous n'avons jamais reçu le moindre mot d'excuse pour notre problème. Juste "ça n'aurait pas dû arriver". Nous allons nous en occuper. Je m'attendais à un peu plus pour que les clients se sentent mieux après leur séjour. De même, les gens de la multipropriété essayant de vous faire passer une partie de nos vacances avec eux et d'écouter leurs arguments de vente n'en finissaient pas. Un "non merci" amical aurait dû suffire à leur faire comprendre que nous n'étions pas intéressés. Ces personnes ne sont pas sur la plage mais dans l'hôtel lui-même et interrompent continuellement les conversations pour faire leur discours. Agaçant. La plage était fabuleuse. J'ai adoré chaque minute passée là-bas. Grande Bahia Principe Bavaro, Punta Cana, nous reviendrons à Punta Cana mais pas ici.

Recommending with Caution. Know what to expect Let me start by saying we enjoyed our stay and had 10 happy days here. With just a few improvements it could be back to it's past most fabulous destinations. We have stayed here before and it certainly was a little less than in the past. The staff were not nearly as friendly as before, the food and a la carte restaurants were all quite good. Cleanliness was OK but could be better. Example of this is in the past we daily saw pool people scrubbing the tiles etc. as well as the lobby. Now the pool tiles were filled with black mold although the pool itself was always clean. Could be better. There were also a few areas around the pool bars that had big broken pieces that needed to be replaced. Time for an upgrade there. The rooms were cleaned daily but certainly not very well, even though we left a tip every day. I had a blood stained pillow case one day (gross) and the whole room in itself was cleaned within 5 minutes literally. I watched. The room fridge NEVER was cooler than room temp. even after asking several times for a adjustment. Our companions who are senior ladies with a few disabilities and in a handicapped suite, had their room broken into. Luckily nothing was stolen as they always carried their valuables with them but very unsettling never the less. When nicely informing the hotel about this immediately the door was fixed..... however..... it had not been fixed properly as the next morning it would not lock. After having been broken in the evening before it was quite disturbing for 2 senior ladies who were afraid to be in the room alone and also afraid to leave the room unattended. We informed the reception desk and spoke with "CARLOS" and never got even a sorry for our trouble. Just "that shouldn't have happened. we will look into it. I would expect a bit more to make their guests feel better about their stay. Also the time share people trying to get you to go spend some of our vacation time with them and listen to their sales pitch was never ending. A friendly No thank you should have been enough to let them know we were not interested. These people are not on the beach but on the Hotel itself and continuously interrupting conversations to make their pitch. Annoying. The beach was fabulous. Loved every minute down there. Grande Bahia Principe Bavaro, Punta Cana, we will be back to Punta Cana but not here.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Superbe nourriture, plage et alcool

Ils se surpassent pour rendre votre séjour merveilleux, les chambres sont toutes superbes, la nourriture est la meilleure de toutes les stations que j'ai visitées, j'ai été partout.... La plage est géniale, pas d'algues, du sable blanc, de l'eau bleue, ils ont de la bière Coors Light et de la vodka Grey Goose, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans beaucoup de complexes, c'est très bien, le bar des sports est génial, il y a tous les matchs, le buffet est génial, tout comme le steak house, le mexicain et l [... lire plus]e japonais. Il n'a jamais essayé le reste, le surclassement au colonial club en vaut la peine pour le service en chambre gratuit et la piscine et la plage privées quand on veut se détendre, la fête de la mousse est une explosion

Great food beach and booze They go above and beyond to make ur stay wonderful, rooms are all great, food is best of all resorts I've been to I been everywhere... Beach is great no sea weed white sand blue water , they have coors light beer and grey goose vodka, don't see that at many resorts it's very nice, sports bar is great get every game, buffet is awesome, along with steak house and Mexican and Japanese. Never tried the rest, upgrade to colonial club well worth it for free room service and private pool and beach when u wanna chill, foam party is a blast

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Fantastique

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au colonial majestic. Hébergement extraordinaire et très bonne nourriture. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est formidable. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce complexe. L'emplacement est parfait pour le mariage auquel nous avons assisté.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: Pas un 5 étoiles lits horribles souris au buffet

Les lits sont horribles, nous avons eu des fourmis dans la première chambre en investissant nos sacs. Nous avons ensuite été déplacés dans une autre chambre où le matelas était déformé et nous nous sommes réveillés avec d'horribles douleurs dans le dos et le cou, nous avons été déplacés à nouveau dans une autre chambre, même problème. L'avant dernier jour de notre voyage il y avait une souris qui mangeait les desserts à l'intérieur du buffet. C'était absolument dégoûtant. Une dame l'a filmé, j'a [... lire plus]urais aimé avoir mon téléphone. Nous sommes de retour à Toronto et je souffre de diarrhée, de douleurs au corps et à l'estomac depuis 4 jours, et je suis sur le point d'aller chez le médecin. Je suis allée à plus de 40 voyages tout compris et j'ai été en Dominique 8 fois.

Not a 5 star horrible beds mouse at the buffet Horrible beds we had ants in the first room investing our bags. Then got moved to another room where the mattress was warped and woke up with horrible back and neck pains moved again to another room same problem. On the second last day of our trip there was a mouse eating the desserts inside of the buffet. It was absolutely disgusting. One lady video taped it i wish i had my phone. We are back in toronto and ive had diarehea body pains and stomach pains for 4 days on my way to Drs now. Plz do not go here there are way better resorts ive been to over 40 all inclusive trips and Dominican 8 times.

J'ai emmené mon petit ami pour fêter son 30e anniversaire et nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Le personnel était formidable, le complexe était propre et la nourriture, en particulier dans les restaurants à la carte, était fantastique ! Nous reviendrons bientôt !

Great vacation spot! I took my boyfriend to celebrate his 30th birthday and we had a wonderful time! The staff was great, the resort was clean and the food, especially at the a la carte restaurants, was fantastic! We will be returning soon!

Casa Marina Sosua Trademark by Wyndham All Inclusive: jamais une déception

L'hôtel et le parc sont incroyables. Depuis mon premier séjour il y a 5 ans, j'ai remarqué des améliorations chaque année. Les chambres sont propres, confortables, l'air conditionné fonctionne très bien et il y a des réfrigérateurs dans chaque chambre. Le terrain est toujours propre et les piscines sont propres et rafraîchissantes. Les 3 bains à remous extérieurs sont incroyables, directement sur les falaises de corail qui surplombent l'océan. La vue est superbe. La nourriture des buffets ne déç [... lire plus]oit jamais. Vous êtes en pleine ville, à distance de marche des banques, des magasins, des bars et des restaurants, ainsi que du meilleur marché de la plage. Le personnel est toujours souriant, serviable et très amical, et il est agréable de discuter avec les habitants. J'y séjournerai toujours lorsque j'irai en RD.

never a disappointment The hotel & grounds are amazing. Since I first stayed there 5yrs ago I noticed improvements each year. Rooms are clean, comfortable, air conditioning works great & they have fridges in each room. The grounds are always kept clean & the pools are clean & refreshing. The 3 outdoor whirltubs are amazing, right on the coral cliffs over looking the ocean. What a great view. The food on the buffets never disappoint. You are right in town, walking distance to banks, shopping, bars & restaurants & the greatest beach market. The staff are always smiling & helpful & very friendly & the locals are fun to talk to. I will always stay there when I go to DR.

cet hôtel n'était pas exactement ce que nous avions espéré... la nourriture n'était pas excellente... le petit déjeuner était une déception... nous avons réussi à trouver quelque chose pour le déjeuner et le dîner... le personnel, très amical... les chambres, très standard... bien que nous ayons réservé une chambre supérieure... nous avons changé de chambre... elles ont été bien nettoyées....

misinformed trip Hotel staff was great, but misinformed us about our rooms.Travelled with parents and a friend all in their eighty's asked for a handicap room as dad is in whellchair ,we booked in the preferred area and on arrival were told no handicap rooms in that area .After we got home and complained were told we should have been offered a regular handicap room with all of the preferred privileges.Travelled with sunwing and paid for seat selection and when we got to the airport they had moved us into three different rows

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful Resort

Nous nous sommes retrouvés à Ambar I et l'emplacement était parfait. Nous étions proches du lobby/restaurant/piscine et de la plage. Nous n'avons vraiment pas eu besoin d'utiliser les trams sauf pour quelques restaurants à la carte et les activités nocturnes, ce qui était génial. Le personnel était vraiment super sympathique, la plage était magnifique et la nourriture était bonne.

We ended up in Ambar I and the location was perfect. We were close to the lobby/restaurant/pool and beach. We really didn’t need to use the trams except for a few of the ala carte restaurants and night time activities which was great. The staff were really super friendly, the beach was gorgeous and the food was good.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Abeilles, insectes, mauvais service

Le service n'était pas homogène. Le personnel n'était pas très aimable. Le terrain n'était pas très bien entretenu ni propre. La chambre était de taille décente, mais le ménage n'était pas régulier. Les boissons étaient bonnes. Les piscines étaient de bonne taille, mais elles n'étaient pas bien nettoyées. Attention aux abeilles autour de la piscine et aux moustiques la nuit. La nourriture était tout juste correcte. Nous avons eu mieux au Bahia Principe et même dans des hôtels à Cuba et au Mexiqu [... lire plus]e. Le seul plat à la carte que nous avons apprécié était le Under the Sea. Nous n'y retournerons pas et ne le recommanderons à personne.

Bees, Bugs, poor service Service was inconsistent. Staff were not that friendly. Grounds were not that well kept or clean. Room was decent size, however housekeeping was inconsistent. Drinks were good. Pools were a good size, but not cleaned well around it. Watch out for bees around the pool and lots of mosquitos at night. Food was just OK. We've had better at the Bahia Principe and even resorts in Cuba and Mexico. Only A la Carte we enjoyed was the Under the Sea. Would not return back or recommend to anyone.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Un hôtel et un séjour fantastiques

Ce centre de villégiature était incroyable, tout dans notre séjour était excellent. Ce que nous avons aimé dans ce complexe : la nourriture est excellente et n'est jamais la même, il y a beaucoup de variété et c'est très savoureux. Le complexe lui-même est absolument incroyable, nous aimons tous les aménagements paysagers, les fleurs, les plantes et les arbres ; je n'ai jamais été dans un complexe aussi propre, notre chambre était propre et les lits étaient faits deux fois par jour. C'était notr [... lire plus]e première fois dans un hôtel Five 5 * et nous avons certainement l'intention de retourner au Luxury Ambar ou au Luxury Esmeralda sur le même site, mais nous devons dire qu'un séjour d'une semaine n'est pas suffisant pour profiter de tout ce que ce complexe a à offrir.

Fantastic Resort and Stay This resort was amazing, everything about our stay was excellent. What we liked about this Resort is: the food is excellent and never the same, they have a lot of variety and it's very tasty. the people are great, friendly and always wanting to help out. The resort itself is absolutelly amazing, we love all the landscaping, the flowers, the plants & trees; I have never been to a resort that is so clean, our room was clean and beds were made twice a day. This was our fisrt time in a Five 5 * hotel and we most certainly plan on going back to either the Luxury Ambar and or Luxury Esmeralda on that same site, we do have to say that a one week stay is not enough to take advantage of everything this resort has to offer.

Je ne peux pas dire une seule mauvaise chose, tout était excellent, le personnel est si amical, les divertissements, la nourriture et les séances d'entraînement sur la plage et au bord de la piscine ont rendu l'entraînement amusant, oui amusant ! Je recommanderais cette station à tout le monde.

Incredible! I cannot say 1 bad thing, everything was excellent , the staff is so friendly, the entertainment, the food and the workouts on the beach as well as poolside made working out fun, yes fun!! I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant une semaine, du 16 au 23 septembre La nourriture était bonne, le restaurant japonais était notre préféré, avec de très bons sushis. C'est un grand complexe, ce que nous n'avons pas l'habitude de faire car nous aimons les petits complexes, mais il était toujours facile de se déplacer avec la navette, la plage était magnifique, un peu d'algues quelques jours, mais les travailleurs ont essayé très fort de garder cela sous contrôle ! Great place We stayed here for one week Sept 16-23 it was a great trip, beautiful resort! The food was good the Japanese restaurant was our favourite very good sushi. It is a large resort which we don't tend to do as we enjoy the smaller ones but it was always easy to get around with the shuttle , the beach was beautiful a little seaweed a few days but the workers tried very hard to keep that under control! Beautiful grounds and friendly staff overall o great trip!

Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach: Des vacances merveilleuses

J'ai passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce centre de villégiature. Les divertissements étaient remarquables et la nourriture toujours excellente. Le personnel était très amical et poli. Et pour couronner le tout, la plage est magnifique. J'ai passé un excellent moment à Isla Saona et je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe à d'autres personnes. El Capitano reviendra !

A Wonderful Vacation I had a wonderful vacation at this resort. The entertainment was outstanding and the food was consistently excellent. The staff were very friendly and polite. On top of it all, the beach is amazing. I had a great time at Isla Saona and would definitely recommend this resort to others. El Capitano will be back!

Les chambres, la réception sont belles et bien entretenues, le resort est vraiment grand, le point négatif de ce resort est qu'il n'y a pas de café le matin, du bon café, du vrai café, de l'eau et de l'alcool de très mauvaise qualité, les serviettes de plage sont très difficiles à obtenir.

Okay! The rooms, reception area are beautiful well maintain, the resort it is really big, the down fall for this resort is there is no coffee in the morning ,good coffee, real coffee water and alcohol very poor quality, beach towels very hard to get.

Pour ma première expérience dans un centre de villégiature, j'ai été totalement émerveillée ! Belle décoration dans notre chambre et dans les espaces communs. Très propre partout ! Le personnel est aimable et serviable. La nourriture était abondante et il y avait de quoi satisfaire tout le monde.

Beautiful Bahia For my first experience at a resort I was totally amazed! Beautiful decor in our room and common spaces. Very clean everywhere! Staff friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and they had something to satisfy everyone.
