Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Grande période

L'hôtel est immense et les choses sont dispersées, ce qui a pris quelques jours pour s'y habituer, nous étions dans la partie luxe réservée aux adultes, nous avions une salle de sport séparée qui était charmante, nous avions un service de majordome pour que nous puissions avoir du café frais au réveil, les piscines étaient superbes, la plage était agréable et relaxante, même si elle est très peu profonde, donc pas idéale si vous aimez nager, les piscines étaient superbes, la plage était agréable [... lire plus] et relaxante, même si elle est très peu profonde, donc pas idéale si vous aimez nager, le service était bon dans l'ensemble, certains mieux que d'autres, les chambres toujours propres, etc, je recommande vraiment ce complexe, j'y retournerais certainement, le seul point négatif était qu'ils n'avaient pas de bière non alcoolisée, mais probablement tous ces complexes seraient dans le même cas, car les gens vont normalement profiter de leurs boissons.

Great Time The Hotel is huge and things are spread out, which took a couple of days to get used to, we were on the Luxury adult only side had a separate gym which was lovely, had butler service so that we could get fresh coffee when we woke up, The pools were super nice, beach was nice and relaxing, even though it is very shallow, so not ideal if you like to swim, found the Service was good as a whole some better than others, always clean rooms etc, definitely reccomend the resort, I would go again for sure, only negative was that they did not have any non alcoholic beer, but probably all of these resorts would be the same story, as people normally go and enjoy their beverages.

La piscine était agréable. Il faut cependant s'y prendre tôt pour trouver une place. À 9 heures du matin, toutes les chaises de la piscine étaient occupées. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. La plage est morcelée par les hôtels (Bahia a 5 complexes hôteliers sur la propriété), il y a beaucoup d'algues et les chaises longues sont en pente par rapport au sable. Nice resort The pool was nice. You have to get a spot early though. By 9am all the pool chairs were taken. The beach is a far walk..10 mins. The beach is broken down by hotels (Bahia has 5 resorts on the property) lots of algae and the loungers were up on a slope from the sand. It was a strange set up and would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. there were lots of a la carte options. Some were good and others were average. The rooms were nice and the staff very attentive. Large resort so lots of walking. Good for those who want to eat lots and walk it off! We did the gym a few times and it was very nice. My husband loved the sports bar. Had great snacks and good entertainment

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Excellent lieu de vacances

Le complexe est magnifique à tous points de vue. Le terrain et la plage étaient impeccablement entretenus. Les chaises longues et les tables à la plage et autour de la piscine étaient nettoyées tous les jours. La nourriture était formidable. Il y avait tellement de choix et les plats étaient toujours présentés et préparés à la perfection. Le personnel était amical et serviable et semblait sincèrement heureux que nous soyons là. Excellent Vacation Spot The resort was beautiful in every way. The grounds and beach were groomed impeccably. Loungers and tables at the beach and around the pool were cleaned everyday. The food was awesome. So many choices and always presented and prepared to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to be genuinely happy that we were there. Every effort was made to make our vacation totally stress free.

J'ai contacté Trip Central pour les vacances de mars 2023 J'ai pris contact avec Monique, qui m'a fait des suggestions exceptionnelles dans ma fourchette de prix Nous n'avons pas été déçus, la nourriture, la piscine, la plage, les divertissements au Bahia Principe Grand el Portello à Samana en République Dominicaine ont été au-delà de nos attentes Juste un petit problème, nous avions réservé pour 8 jours, 7 nuits, mais à cause de retards avec Air Transat, nous sommes restés 7 jours, 6 nuits

Le problème majeur est la communication. Nous avons spécifié à plusieurs reprises que nous avions besoin d'une zone/chambre/étage spécifique pour notre père, toute la famille (9 personnes) a dû déménager deux fois, à l'exception de ma famille qui a dû déménager trois fois du vendredi au lundi. C'était décevant. Le service du restaurant italien était lent, et je veux dire, nous y sommes restés 90 minutes et c'est parce que nous avons commencé à demander des choses, la nourriture, venant d'un arri [... lire plus]ère-plan italien, n'était pas la meilleure non plus. En fonction de ce qu'ils proposent après leurs rénovations, nous ne sommes pas sûrs d'y retourner.

Decent The major problem is communication. We specified on many occasions we needed a specific area / room / floor for our father, the entire family (9 people) had to move twice, except my family who had to move 3 times from Friday to Monday. This was disappointing. The Italian restaurant service was slow, and I mean, we were there for 90 minutes and that was because we started to ask for things, the food, coming from an Italian backround, wasn't the greatest either. Depending on what they offer after their renovations, not sure we will go back there.

Très bon hébergement, piscine, accès à une belle plage. Une suggestion pour les buveurs de bière : améliorer la variété des bières ; seule une marque un peu plate ‘XX’ est proposée dans le cadre de l'inclusion et aucune bière Corona ou Pacifico n'est disponible du tout.

Great Stay Really good accommodations, pool, access to nice beach area. One suggestion for beer drinkers is they improve the beer variety; only somewhat flat ‘XX’ brand offered as part of the inclusive and no Corona or Pacifico beer available at all.

Ce centre de villégiature est très bien aménagé et maintenu dans un état impeccable. Nous y avons séjourné il y a 4 ans et les rénovations qui ont été faites depuis sont incroyables ! Le personnel est formidable, la nourriture est excellente et les activités sont variées et toutes amusantes. Nous reviendrons ....

Le Grand Bahia Aquamarine fait partie d'un vaste complexe hôtelier divisé par le prix que vous êtes prêt à payer pour vos vacances. Chaque hôtel dispose de toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin et il y a un très bon tramway qui vous emmène à la plage ou a’la charrette restaurants. Les terrains et les bâtiments sont impeccables. Les chambres sont datées mais bien entretenues. Le personnel de ménage est formidable pendant la semaine. Il n'y a jamais eu de souci de propreté, même si j'ai pris des lingettes et fait le téléphone, la télécommande, les poignées, etc. pour ma propre tranquillité d'esprit. La plus grande faiblesse de l'ensemble est le personnel. Le service au buffet n'était pas homogène et le week-end, il était presque inexistant. Il y a très peu d'enthousiasme pour leur poste, à l'exception des gars du bar du hall qui ont rendu toutes les soirées amusantes. J'ai pris une tasse Baileys pour le café car leurs tasses sont si courtes. Elle ressemblait à une tasse spéciale de la station et je pense qu'elle a été emportée à la cuisine. J'ai commencé à demander de l'aide pour la récupérer, mais au bout de 5 jours, tout ce que j'ai obtenu, ce sont des hochements de tête et des sourires, mais personne n'a rien fait. Mon dernier jour a été gâché lorsqu'un employé du service clientèle m'a dit que c'était ma faute si la tasse avait disparu parce que je ne l'avais pas gardée dans le coffre-fort. Puis il a ajouté que je n'avais pas vu la fille le prendre et que j'avais probablement inventé toute l'histoire. Cela a gâché mon dernier jour d'être traité si grossièrement. N'emportez rien que vous ne puissiez vous permettre de perdre. Les coffres-forts sont petits, conçus pour les passeports. Apparemment, tout ce qui n'est pas dans le coffre est bon à prendre, Cet incident et le manque d'éclat du personnel font que nous ne nous précipiterons pas pour revenir, mais votre expérience pourrait être meilleure. Il a en tout cas le potentiel pour.

Beautiful Resort (at first Glance) Grand Bahia Aquamarine is part of a massive resort complex divided by what you were willing to pay for your holiday. Each hotel has all the amenities you need and there is a very good tram that takes you to the beach or a’la cart restaurants. The grounds and buildings are immaculate. The rooms are dated but well maintained. Housekeeping staff are great during the week. Part time people on the weekends don’t pay as much attention to detail. There was never a concern with cleanliness although I did take wipes and do the phone, remote, handles etc for my own piece of mind. The biggest weakness overall is the staff. Service in the buffet was inconsistent with the weekends almost non existent. There is very little enthusiasm for their position except for the lobby bar fellows who made every night fun. I had a Baileys mug for coffee as their cups are so short. It looked like a specialty resort mug so I believe it was taken to the kitchen. I started asking for help getting it back but after 5 days all I got was nods and smiles but no one did anything. My last day was ruined when a guest services person told me it was my fault the mug went missing because I didn’t keep it in the safe. Then he said since I didn’t see the girl take it so I probably made up the whole story. It spoiled my last day to be treated so rudely. Don’t take anything you can’t afford to lose. Safes are small, made for passports. Apparently anything not in the safe is fair game, That incident and the lack lustre staff means we won’t rush back but your experience may be better. It certainly has the potential to.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: De superbes vacances

La Jamaïque a toujours été sur ma liste de choses à faire, et ce complexe n'a certainement pas déçu. La nourriture était incroyable, toujours une sélection différente au buffet, des gens et des bars géniaux. Un coup de chapeau particulier à Nicola et Abel pour les animations. Romario et Colin étaient les meilleurs barmans. Toujours en train de préparer des boissons étonnantes avec beaucoup de plaisir et de sourires. Le déjeuner-bar au poulet jerk sur la plage était délicieux. Ma chambre étai [... lire plus]t très propre, un grand merci à Shanita. Le petit réfrigérateur était réapprovisionné tous les jours. Je retournerais dans ce complexe sans hésiter.

Great vacation Jamaica has always been on my bucket list, and this resort certainly did not disappoint. The food was amazing, always a different selection in the Buffet, awesome people & bars. Special shout out to Nicola & Abel from the entertainment. Romario & Colin were the best bartenders. Always making amazing drinks with a lot of fun & smiles. The jerk chicken lunch bar on the beach was delicious. My room was kept very clean, a big thank you to Shanita. The small fridge was re-stocked daily. I would return to this resort in a heart beat.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellent service - Le centre de villégiature a besoin de travaux

Je dois dire que le service dans ce centre de villégiature était sans égal - les gens étaient incroyables, ce qui a fait de ces vacances ce qu'elles étaient. Les terrains, la sélection, les piscines, les plages et les bars sont tous fantastiques. Le problème que j'ai eu avec ce complexe était avec les chambres et certaines offres de nourriture. Les chambres sont fatiguées, et c'est une politesse : carrelage fissuré, meubles des années 70 et un mini-frigo qui ne contenait presque rien. De [... lire plus] plus, l'air conditionné est très bon (même lorsqu'il est réglé sur une température basse) mais il n'y a pas de couvertures supplémentaires pour se sentir à l'aise la nuit. L'eau chaude était excellente mais la pression de l'eau était extrêmement faible. Le lit était confortable mais les draps étaient vieux et tachés. Je dois cependant préciser que le préposé au nettoyage était tout simplement extraordinaire et qu'il a compensé certains de ces inconvénients. OK - la nourriture - il s'agit d'une formule tout compris et il est inévitable qu'elle devienne répétitive et je peux m'en accommoder, mais certains aliments sont censés être chauds et ne sont pas servis à température ambiante. Cela s'est produit assez souvent et je voudrais également avertir les gens que certaines des options payantes n'ont pas fonctionné non plus. J'ai dépensé plus de 40 USD pour un homard et tout ce que je peux dire, c'est qu'il était extrêmement petit et servi à température ambiante dans une sorte de beurre dégoûtant. Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai passé une excellente semaine. Air Canada a été impeccable, à l'exception du transfert privé vers l'hôtel, qui a été retardé d'une heure, mais les deux vols et la récupération des bagages ont été excellents. L'hôtel obtient un GRAND OUI pour son personnel et son service, ainsi que pour la propreté et l'entretien des lieux, et un juste OK pour les chambres et certains des repas proposés. Excellent Service - Resort Needs Work I will state that the service at this resort was 2nd to none - the people were incredible which made the holiday what it was. The grounds, the selection, the pools, the beaches and bars all fantastic. The issue I had with this resort was with the rooms and some of the food offerings. The rooms are tired and that is being polite - cracked floor tiles - furniture from the 70's and a mini fridge that held next to nothing. In addition, extremely good air conditioning (even when on low) but no extra blankets to be comfortable at night. The hot water was great but the water pressure was extremely poor. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were old and stained. I will however state that the cleaning attendant was just amazing and made up for some of these downfalls. OK - the food - its all inclusive and is bound to get repetitive and I can deal with that however certain foods are meant to be hot and not served at room temp. This happened quite a bit and I would also warn people that some of the pay for options did not pan out either. I spent over $40 USD for a lobster and well all I can say - DONT - was extremely small and again room temp in some kinda gross butter substance. Anyhow - I had a great week - Air Canada was spot on except for the private transfer to the hotel - that was delayed 1 hour but both flights and luggage retrieval was great. The hotel gets a BIG YES for its people and its service and how clean and manicured it was - and gets a just OK for the rooms and some of the meal offerings. I would recommend this hotel for the people and the service but it needs some work R

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Station propre et idéale pour les enfants !

J'étais inquiet à propos des critiques négatives sur l'hôtel - oui, le complexe a besoin d'améliorations dans les halls, les ascenseurs et les chambres, mais notre séjour a été 10/10. Le temps était superbe (pas d'insectes la nuit), la nourriture était bonne (on y va pour la nourriture jamaïcaine), les activités pour les enfants étaient extraordinaires, le personnel était formidable et les terrains très bien entretenus (il y avait toujours une équipe qui lavait les murs ou les sols à la machine) [... lire plus]. Clean resort and great for kids! Was nervous about the negative reviews about the hotel - yes the resort does need upgrades in the halls, elevators and rooms but our stay was 10/10. Great weather (no bugs at night), good food (you go there for the Jamaican food), amazing activities for the kids, amazing staff and very well maintained grounds (there were always crew power washing walls or floors). Make sure you download the app so you can always be in the know of events for the time you're there!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Un grand moment

C'était notre première fois au Bahia Principe Grand Bávaro ! Nous avons été vraiment surpris de voir à quel point ce complexe était beau. Nous avons aimé notre chambre, qui était juste à côté de la piscine et à distance de marche de la plage et du hall. La nourriture était excellente, le service était excellent, le personnel - très amical et attentif. Great time This was our first time in Bahia Principe Grand Bávaro! We were really surprised to see how beautiful this resort was. We liked our room, which was right by the pool and walking distance to the beach and to the lobby. Food was great, service was excellent, staff - very friendly and attentive. One thing about the beach ,- it was quite crowded, Beds were very close to each other and IT was a problem to find an umbrella or palapa. Otherwise everything was great, we’ll definitely come back

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Nous avons apprécié notre séjour

Les chambres sont très anciennes mais propres. Nous avons eu des problèmes de clés toute la semaine, et nous avons finalement décidé que le problème venait du mécanisme de la porte et non des clés, après avoir recodé de nombreuses clés qui ne fonctionnaient pas. C'était incroyablement ennuyeux car la réception est très occupée la plupart du temps. La chambre se trouvait à côté d'une route de service, n'avait aucune vue et était bruyante à cause des camions qui circulaient toute la nuit. Nous avi [... lire plus]ons déjà demandé un changement de chambre, ce qui a été un défi et a pris du temps, alors nous avons vécu avec le bruit et la deuxième chambre était très proche de la plage, ce qui était ce que nous voulions. Le resort est grand et il y a beaucoup à faire, le système de trolley est très bon et vous n'avez jamais eu à attendre longtemps pour un tour. Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur le personnel, tout le monde était excellent et a fait tout ce qu'il pouvait pour rendre votre séjour le meilleur possible. J'essaierais à nouveau cette station, mais je serais très spécifique sur le choix de la chambre maintenant que je connais l'aménagement.

Enjoyed our stay Rooms are very dated but clean. We had key issues all week, eventually decided the issue was the door mechanism not the keys after many recoded keys would not work. This was incredibly annoying as the front desk is a very busy place most of day. Room was beside a service road, had no view, and was noisy with trucks all night long. Had already requested a room change which was a challenge and time consuming so we lived with the noise and the second room was very close to beach which was what we wanted. The resort is large and there is lots to do, the trolley system is very good and you never had to wait long for a ride. Entertainment was actually quite decent and performers were often practicing through the day. Lots of little shops and things to do in the Village area. The food was very good in the buffet and the Beach House. The A la cartes were ok, tried the Italian, the Grill and the Teppanyaki. Can’t say enough of the staff, everyone was excellent and did all they could to make your stay the best it could be. I would try this resort again but would be very specific about room selection now knowing the lay out.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Bahia Jamaïque

Grande propriété qui fait beaucoup de choses bien. J'y ai séjourné il y a 15 ans lorsque l'hôtel était proche de Nee et que l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. 16 ans plus tard, l'ascenseur desservant le bâtiment 23 ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôtel a au moins doublé de taille depuis mon premier séjour. C'est l'un des rares hôtels de cette taille qui ne fournit pas de plan de la chambre (beaucoup d'autres clients erraient en essayant de trouver leur chemin vers leur chambre ou de retourner à leur chambr [... lire plus]e. Ils doivent faire mieux. La nourriture était bonne dans tous les établissements où nous avons mangé. Le bar de la plage a manqué de boissons glacées la première heure sur la plage (et beaucoup de bars ont eu le même problème). Ils ont consacré beaucoup de temps et d'efforts à essayer de vous vendre une adhésion à un club "privilège" pour obtenir le traitement que vous devriez déjà avoir en tant qu'invité. Il y avait de nombreuses zones de vote auxquelles vous ne pouviez pas accéder sans l'adhésion de 25 000 euros. Et il n'y avait aucune idée claire de l'endroit où cela commençait et s'arrêtait dans la zone de la piscine. Le temps était superbe, beaucoup de bons employés, juste dommage qu'ils semblent penser que la quête pour aspirer les gens dans le club coûteux était leur objectif

Bahia Jamaica Big property that does many things well. Stayed there 15 years ago when it was near nee and the elevator did not work. 16 years latter now and the elevator serving building 23 did not work. It has at least doubled in size since the original stay. It is one of they few hotels of this size that does not provide a map to the room(many other guests were wandering around trying to either find their way to their room or back to their room. They need to do better. The food was good in every facility that we ate in. The beach bar ran out of frozen drinks the first hour on the beach (and many of the bars had the same issue). They put a lot of time and effort trying to sell you a “privilege “ club membership to get the treatment you should already get as a guest. They had many poll areas you couldn’t go to without the 25k membership. And no clear idea where it started and stopped in the pool area. Weather was great a lot of good staff just too bad they seem to think the quest to suck people into the expensive club was their focus

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Génial mais..

Le complexe Bahia Principe Grand La Romana était fantastique, nous avons adoré notre séjour. La plage est cependant décevante et c'est un peu dommage pour nous. Nous avons passé tout notre temps à la piscine car la plage ressemble plus au lac Ontario qu'à l'eau bleue et au sable blanc auxquels on s'attend en République dominicaine. Tout le monde disait que La Romana avait les meilleures plages, mais il s'avère que ce complexe spécifique est la seule exception à cette règle de La Romana. Il y a a [... lire plus]pparemment une rivière à proximité qui ruine la couleur de l'eau et la fait ressembler à un lac. Tout le reste était parfait, donc si vous ne vous souciez pas de la plage, ce complexe est parfait pour une semaine de détente loin du travail et du bruit de la ville. La nourriture était bonne, beaucoup de choix, des soupes tous les jours, je les ai toutes essayées, j'aime absolument les soupes, les légumes et les fruits dans une grande variété. Le complexe est suffisamment grand pour ne pas se sentir à l'étroit et suffisamment petit pour que tout soit accessible en 5 minutes à pied. L'équipe de divertissement est amusante et joyeuse et ils ne vous ennuient pas et ne vous obligent pas si vous n'êtes pas dans leurs jeux et que vous voulez juste traîner et regarder les autres jouer. Un bar à la plage, un bar à la piscine et un bar dans le hall d'entrée, donc beaucoup d'endroits pour boire. Les chambres étaient correctes, pas super spacieuses mais suffisantes pour répondre à vos besoins minimums car vous n'êtes pas censé passer beaucoup de temps dans la chambre de toute façon. Nous avons aimé être au premier étage car cela nous donnait une belle vue sur l'arrière-cour de la station et aussi une autre façon d'entrer dans notre chambre car la clé ne fonctionnait que rarement.

Awesome but… The Bahia Principe Grand La Romana resort was fantastic, we loved our stay. The beach is disappointing though and that was kind of a bummer for us. We spent the entire time at the pool as the beach kind of resembles Lake Ontario rather than the blue water white sand experience you expect in the Dominican. Everyone was saying La Romana has the best beaches but it turns out this specific resort is the only exception to that La Romana rule. There is apparently a nearby river which ruins the color of the water and makes it look like a lake. Everything else was great tho so if you don’t care for the beach this resort is great for a chill week away from work and city noise. Food was good, lots of choices, soups every day I tried them all I absolutely love soups, vegetables and fruits in grand variety. The resort is large enough not to feel crowded and small enough that everything is within a 5 mins walk. The entertainment team is fun and happy and they do t annoy and obligate you if you aren’t into playing their games and just want to hang out and watch others play. One bar at the beach, one bar at the pool and a bar at the lobby so plenty of alco spots. Rooms were ok, not super roomy but enough to do your minimum needs as you aren’t expected to spend much time in the room anyway. We liked being on the first floor as that gave us a nice backyard view to the resort and also another way to enter our room as the key rarely actually worked.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Un moment merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux ! Le complexe était magnifique et très bien entretenu. La nourriture était toujours fantastique, mais la meilleure chose à propos de la station, à mon avis, était le personnel. Ils étaient amicaux, accommodants et se sont surpassés ! Un grand merci à Adelaida au bar de la piscine, à Santa sur la plage et à Nelson. Ils étaient toujours heureux de nous voir et de nous aider !

A wonderful time We had a fabulous time! The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. The food was always fantastic, but the best thing about the resort, in my opinion, was the staff. They were friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond! Shout out to Adelaida at the pool bar, Santa on the beach and Nelson. They were always happy to see us and happy to help!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Très belle station.

Le Bahia Principe Grand Coba est un excellent endroit pour passer des vacances agréables, un endroit très propre et un sanctuaire pour les animaux sauvages. La nourriture du buffet est très variée et savoureuse, les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres. Les dîners dans les différents restaurants étaient délicieux. Les spectacles étaient phénoménaux. Le plus fascinant, ce sont ses habitants qui ont gentiment répondu à nos besoins de manière très professionnelle. Beautiful resort. Bahia Principe Grand Coba is an excellent place to enjoy anice vacation, a very clean place and a sanctuary for wild animals. The food in the buffet is very varied and tasty, the bedrooms are very spacious and clean. The dinners in the different restaurants were delicious. The shows were phenomenal. The most fascinating is its peoples who kindly met our needs in a very profesional way. If God allows it, we can return with our children and grandchildren

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Hôtel sympa mais j'ai quand même annulé mon voyage de mars.

Bel hôtel, je suis venu au moins 10 fois. Les majordomes ne sont pas proactifs, beaucoup de nouveaux majordomes avec peu de notion de service à la clientèle. Coupons non honorés. La construction ( 1 à 2 pelleteuses cassant de la roche au loin de 7h à 19h 6 jours par semaine ) bien que pas bruyante était constante. Lorsque vous êtes à l'étage sur le balcon du penthouse, c'est irritant. Le service au bar est lent. de 17 à 19 heures, le vin blanc à bulles de l'après-midi accompagné de bouchées étai [... lire plus]t agréable mais bon marché. Ils l'appelaient champange. Spectacles ok, mais pas plus. Le buffet était bon, mais la signalisation des plats était mauvaise. L'affiche indiquait du poulet, mais c'était du poisson. La plupart des soupes étaient très bonnes. Les plats à la carte de l'Alux et du Mikado étaient très bons. Demandez Silverlo à Alux et Edgar à Mikado. Donnez-leur un bon pourboire (20 à 25 dollars US) et vous verrez ce qui se passera la prochaine fois que vous irez. La plage était horrible, il n'y avait que des rochers partout (attention aux personnes âgées, si vous y allez, assurez-vous d'avoir une bonne assurance). La plage en face du restaurant Kay était la meilleure. Vous devez payer pour manger, cela ne fait pas partie du resort mais vous pouvez utiliser la plage. Un transport direct vers la plage de Kay est disponible toutes les 50 minutes depuis Sian Ka'an. Une fois que vous avez trouvé le bon petit chariot, demandez à voir l'horaire. J'étais membre de black bahia et j'ai pu aller manger dans tous les endroits que je souhaitais. Le buffet d'Akumal était très mauvais, le restaurant de la plage de Tulum était bon, mais l'attente était longue pour obtenir de la nourriture. Les boissons partout prenaient du temps et n'étaient pas fortes. Le vin était correct. L'hôtel est à 100 km de l'aéroport et à 75 minutes en bus. Il faut quitter l'hôtel à 8h30 pour un vol de 14h40. J'ai été tellement déçu par le service de majordome et la construction que j'ai annulé mon voyage du 8 au 22 mars 2023. J'ai payé 9600 $ CAN pour 2 semaines en première classe avec Vacances Air Canada. Ils n'ont rien dit à propos de la construction. Bien joué AC, combien de couples avez-vous écrasé en ne mentionnant pas la construction. Même en tant que membre noir, je n'ai pas obtenu la chambre que j'avais demandée. (Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bel hôtel, mais il ne vaut pas le prix demandé par Air Canada. N'OUBLIEZ PAS LA PLAGE ET LA CONSTRUCTION ! !!

Nice hotel but I cancelled my March trip anyways. Nice hotel, been here at least 10 times. butlers not pro-active, lots of new butlers with little concept of customer service. Coupon vouchers not honored. Constrution ( 1 to 2 shovels breaking rock in the distance from 7 am to 7 pm 6 days a week ) although not loud was constant. When your upstairs on the penthouse balcony, it was irritating. Bar service slow. 5-7pm afternoon bubly white wine with bite size food was nice but cheap. They called it champange. Shows ok, but no more. Buffet was good, food signage was poor. Sign said chicken, it was fish. Most soups were very good. Alux and Mikado a la carte was very good. Ask for Silverlo at Alux and Edgar at Mikado. Tip them well ( 20 -25 dollars USD ) and see what happens next time you go. Beach was horrible, only rock everywhere ( elderly people beware, if you go, make sure you have good insurance ). Beach in front of Kay resturant was the best. You have to pay for food, not part of the resort but you can use the beach. Transportation directly to Kay beach availible every 50 minutes from Sian Ka'an. Once you get the right little cart, ask to picture the schdule. I was a black bahia member and was able to go eat at any place I wished. Akumal buffet very poor, tulum beach rest. was good, but long wait to get food. Drinks everywhere took time and weren't strong. Wine was ok. Hotel 100 kms from airport and 75 mins by bus. You have to leave the hotel at 8:30 am for a 2:40 pm flight. I was so disappointed with the butler service and construction that I cancelled my March 8 - 22th, 2023 trip. Paid $9600.00 CAN for 2 weeks in first class with Air Canada Vacation. They didn't mention anything about the construction. Nice going AC, how many couples did you scxxw over by not mentioning the construction. Even being a black member, I didn't get the room I asked for. (As a black member, I was suppose to get it.) All in all it's a very nice hotel but not worth what Air Canada is asking. DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE BEACH AND CONSTRUTION !!!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Le bon, la brute et le truand

Commençons par la laideur, il n'y en a qu'une mais elle est énorme. Ils ont dilué l'alcool. À mon âge, je connais le goût et l'effet de l'alcool et je peux dire avec autorité qu'il correspondait à environ 50 % (20 % d'alcool par volume) de ce qui était indiqué sur l'étiquette. Je suis avant tout un buveur de bière et de vin, alors quand je me tape deux bières de midi à dix heures et que je rentre sobre dans ma chambre, cela veut tout dire. Ce n'était pas le cas l'année dernière lorsque j'étais a [... lire plus]u même endroit et je ne sais pas pourquoi c'était le cas cette année. Les points négatifs - pas grand-chose en fait. Il manque un peu de personnel à mon avis. Le bar des sports n'a pas ouvert avant 18h30 malgré les matchs de la Grapefruit League qui se jouaient à 14h (Jays) chaque jour et il y a suffisamment de représentants dominicains dans l'équipe pour que ce soit naturel. C'est aussi le seul endroit climatisé où l'on peut prendre un verre pendant la journée si l'on veut se mettre à l'abri de la chaleur. Les bonnes choses - Beaucoup, un personnel génial comme toujours, tout petit problème avec la chambre réglé immédiatement. Le buffet était bon, avec beaucoup d'options et différentes soirées à thème. Le terrain et la plage sont toujours impeccables. J'y retournerais volontiers mais pas s'ils arrosent l'alcool.

The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly Lets start with The Ugly, and there is only 1 but its huge. They WATERED the liquor down. At my age I know the taste and effect of it and I can say with authority is was about 50% (20% alcohol by volume) of what was stated on the label. I am primarily a beer/wine drinker so when I go 2 fisting it from noon till 10 and go back to my room sober that pretty much says it all. This was not the case last year when I was at the same resort and don't know why it was this year. The Bad - not much really. A bit short staffed by my estimation. The Sports bar didn't open until 6:30 PM despite the Grapefruit League games playing at 2 PM (Jays) each day and there's enough Dominican representation on the team is should be a natural. Its also the only AC'd place you can get a drink during the day if you want out of the heat. The Good - Lots, awesome staff as always, any small issue with the room fixed immediately. The buffet was good with lots of options and different theme nights. Grounds and beach immaculate as always. I'd go back in a heartbeat but not if they are watering the alcohol.
