Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Très beau centre de villégiature

Tout ce que l'on recherche dans une station balnéaire est là. Les chambres, les hôtels, les piscines et la nourriture étaient tous très bien. Je m'attendais à ce que les plages soient un peu mieux d'après les commentaires. Le personnel était gentil mais j'ai été mieux traité dans le passé. Le Grand Bahia au Mexique était plus amical. Dans l'ensemble, un très bon séjour.

Very nice resort The things you most in a resort for all there. Rooms, hotels, pools and food were all very nice. I had expected the beaches to be slightly better from comments. The staff were nice but I have been treated to better in the past. The Grand Bahia in Mexico were friendlier. Overall a very nice time.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Nous avons séjourné dans la section club, cela valait vraiment la peine d'être surclassé, tout le monde dans la station était très agréable et ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour vous.les repas étaient exceptionnels et la plupart du personnel parlait bien l'anglais.nous reviendrons l'année prochaine

amazing resort I would highly recommend this lovely resort .We stayed in theclub section ,it certainly was well worth the upgrade,everyone in the resort were very pleasant and couldn,t do enough for you.THE meals were outstanding and most of staff spoke good English.We will return next year

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique !

Le centre de villégiature était magnifique. Le terrain était spectaculaire. Le personnel était très sympathique. Le service était excellent partout. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce complexe et nous y retournerons certainement. La nourriture était excellente et très variée.

Fantastic Resort! The resort was beautiful. The grounds were spectacular. The staff were very friendly. Great service everywhere you went. We enjoyed our stay at this resort very much and would definitely go back. The food was great with a great variety.

Blue Bay Villas Doradas: Très bon rapport qualité/prix

J'ai adoré l'hôtel et le terrain, l'accueil a été très agréable. Ils vous donnent une serviette froide à utiliser et du thé glacé, c'était une touche agréable. J'ai été plusieurs fois en RD et j'ai trouvé cet hôtel très agréable et confortable. Le seul problème que j'ai eu est avec le ménage, ils ont nettoyé ma chambre seulement une fois en 4 jours, même quand je l'ai demandé ils ne sont pas venus pour nettoyer. sinon cet endroit est génial !

Great Place for the value I loved the hotel and the grounds, the welcome was very nice. They give you a cold towel to use and some ice tea. this was a nice touch. I been to DR several times and i find this hotel very nice and cozy. The food was great and the service was excellent! i would go back. the only problem i had was with housekeeping, they cleaned my room only 1 time in 4 days even when i requested it they did not come to clean. otherwise this place is great!!!

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Le terrain était d'une propreté irréprochable. Le service était extrêmement amical. La nourriture était excellente, très variée et variée. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très flexible et arrangeant lorsque nous avons demandé un changement de chambre. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et super propres.

Pour commencer, vous ne devriez pas vendre ce complexe de juin à septembre, il est envahi par des Dominicains locaux qui n'ont pas du tout été impressionnés. J'ai dû me battre pour obtenir la chambre que nous avions payée, Ocean View Superior. J'ai dû changer de chambre trois fois (la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas). La dernière chambre était acceptable et le personnel était A+. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit toute la semaine à cause des fêtes dominicaines bruyantes et bruyantes..... dû fa [... lire plus]ire en sorte que la sécurité les fasse taire. La nourriture était passable quand il y avait ....Cet hôtel ne devrait s'adresser qu'aux locaux......Bien trop bruyant et stressant pour les vacanciers. Je suis allé 7 fois en République Dominicaine, c'était le pire ....Viva Punta Cana !

2.5 star resort Well to start you should not sell this resort from June to Sept it is invaded with local Dominicans and was not at all impress. I had to fight to change our room to what we paid for,Ocean View Superior. I had to change rooms 3 times ( A/C did not work. Last room was acceptable and staff was A+. We did not sleep at night all week because of loud loud Dominican parties.....had to get security to shut them down. Food was passable when there was ....This hotel should only cater to locals......Way to loud and stressful for vacationers. Been to the D.R 7 times this was the worst ....Viva Punta Cana!

Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés gratuitement (avec d'autres personnes de notre vol). Je retournerais à l'Esmerelda la prochaine fois que je me rendrai au Grand Bahia. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe est immense et amusant, et le personnel est très sympathique. Ils ont organisé une grande célébration pour la fête du Canada, ce qui était génial.

Top notch resort with friendly staff We were fortunate enough to get upgraded for free (along with some other folks from our flight). I would go back to the Esmerelda the next time I head over to Grand Bahia. All in all, the resort is huge and fun with some friendly staff. They did a huge celebration for Canada Day which was great.

Mon mari et moi sommes allés dans ce complexe pour célébrer notre lune de miel au printemps 2015. Le complexe est très bien conçu et extrêmement bien entretenu. Nous avons eu une expérience incroyable du service fourni, les chambres, la nourriture, l'expérience de la piscine / plage, le divertissement (celui que nous avons vu - Michael Jackson imitation et soirée plage), l'ambiance générale.... Le personnel de l'hôtel de luxe Bahia Principe Ambar a vraiment fait de notre lune de miel une expérie [... lire plus]nce unique. Nous y retournerons probablement et nous recommanderons certainement ce complexe à nos amis et à notre famille.

Great Resort - Amazing Experience!!! My husband and I went this resort to celebrate our honeymoon in spring 2015. The resort is very well designed, and extremely well maintained. We had an amazing experience from the service provided, the rooms, the food, the pool /beach experience, the entertainment (the one we saw - Michael Jackson impersonation and evening beach party), the overall ambiance... The Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar staff really made our honeymoon experience one of a kind. We will likely go back again, and we certainly would recommend this resort to friends and family.

C'est un très bel hôtel. Les options pour les repas étaient bien meilleures que dans un hôtel 3 étoiles typique et, à part un service un peu lent, je dirais que la nourriture est aussi bonne que dans les restaurants tout compris. La plage est excellente et une autre belle plage était proche et agréable à parcourir. Les divertissements sont un peu chers sous la forme d'excursions d'une journée à Puerto Plata, etc, mais j'ai choisi de me détendre dans le complexe et je n'ai pas eu l'impression d'a [... lire plus]voir manqué quoi que ce soit. La sortie de l'hôtel la nuit n'est pas la plus sûre, à moins d'être accompagné de plusieurs personnes, mais je me sentais bien pendant la journée. En fait, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

a must see trip This is a very nice hotel. Options for meals were much better than a typical 3 star location and other than slightly slow service I would rate the food as good as all inclusive restaurants get. The beach is excellent and another nice beach was close by and a pleasant walk. Entertainment is a bit pricey in the form of day trips to Puerto Plata etc, but I chose to relax in the resort and did not feel like I missed anything. Leaving the resort at night is not the safest move unless in company of several people, but i felt fine during the day. Actually great value for the money.

Bad time of year to go to the resort it was full of locals and they were noisy and loud and eating all the food:( but everything else was amazing!! Clean!! Good food!! Ps. They take the air conditioning off between 10-4 am it sucks!!! Didnt like that

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: De superbes vacances !

Deuxième visite dans ce charmant petit complexe. Le personnel est très serviable et toujours heureux d'aider. Nous étions dans le bâtiment Catalina, au premier étage, avec vue sur l'océan, ce qui était une bonne surprise. La climatisation fonctionnait bien, toujours de l'eau chaude pour les douches. La chambre était propre mais les lits et les oreillers ne sont pas les meilleurs. De plus, il y a très peu d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements. La plage était agréable. Pédaleurs mais si vous d [... lire plus]ites "non merci" ils vous laissent tranquille. Le restaurant de la plage proposait du poulet et des ailes de poulet fantastiques au déjeuner. Le buffet était bon avec beaucoup de choix... Les personnes pointilleuses comme moi ont trouvé la nourriture bonne également. A plusieurs reprises, il n'y avait pas de tables dressées/nettoyées pour manger. Préparez-vous à l'afflux de Dominicains le week-end. Nous savions qu'il y aurait beaucoup de monde et ils peuvent être très bruyants et insistants. Nous avons réservé une excursion pour le samedi afin d'éviter le chaos et nous sommes restés au bord de la piscine le dimanche jusqu'à la fin de la journée. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un petit complexe qui fait beaucoup d'efforts et pour le prix, c'est une excellente affaire pour une semaine de détente au soleil.

Great Vacation! Second visit to this lovely smaller resort. Staff are very helpful and always happy to help. We were in the Catalina building on first floor with a view of ocean which was a nice surprise. A/C worked well, always hot water for showers. Room was clean but beds and pillows aren't the best. Also, very little storage for clothing. Beach was nice. Peddlars but if you say "no thanks" they leave you alone. Beach restaurant had fantastic chicken and chicken wings at lunch. Buffett was good with lots of choices... Picky eaters with me found food good as well. A few times there were no tables set/cleaned up to eat at . Be prepared for influx of Dominican locals on wknd. We knew it would be busy and they can be lvery loud and pushy. We booked a daytrip for Saturday to avoid the chaos and hing out at quiet pool on Sunday until checkout. Overall a great little resort that tries hard and for the price an excellent bargain for a week of R&R in the sun.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent moment !

J'ai réservé ce voyage pour 3 personnes dans ce complexe sans savoir à quoi m'attendre mais avec un prix relativement plus bas, nous avons décidé de le faire. Le voyage s'est très bien passé, comme je l'ai déjà fait dans des complexes Iberostar aux Caraïbes, et je n'ai pas été déçue malgré sa taille relativement plus petite. La nourriture, le personnel amical, les terrains bien entretenus, un joli Gmy bien entretenu et les chambres propres et spacieuses font de ce complexe un endroit idéal pour  [... lire plus]séjourner. Le restaurant japonais à la carte mérite d'être visité, il était excellent. Les deux seules choses qui ont terni ce qui aurait été des vacances presque parfaites ont été l'enregistrement qui a duré une éternité car les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes avant 16h30 alors que nous sommes arrivés au resort à 13h45 et que l'enregistrement normal se fait à 15h. Ils ont continué à promettre que les chambres seraient prêtes dans 20 minutes jusqu'à ce que nous abandonnions. Et les prix du wifi sont une véritable escroquerie, 25 $ pour 5 jours, c'est inacceptable à notre époque. Sinon, nous avons eu une expérience merveilleuse et nous y penserons à deux fois avant de revenir à l'avenir.

We had a wonderful time overall! Booked this trip of 3 to this resort unknowing of what to expect but with relatively cheaper price we had to go for it. The trip went very well as I have been to Iberostar resort in the Caribbean I wasn't disappointed in spite of it's relatively smaller size. The food, the friendly staff, the well kept clear grounds, a nice well-looked after Gmy, and the clean specious rooms makes it a great resort.to stay at. The Japanese a la cart restaurant is worthy a visit it was great. The only 2 things that dented what would have been almost a perfect vacation were check-in which took for ever as the rooms were not ready until 4:30 when we arrived at the resort at 1:45pm and the normal check-in is 3pm. They kept promising that the rooms would be ready in 20 minutes until we gave up. And the wifi prices are a total reap off, $25 for 5 days is unacceptable in this age. Otherwise we had a wonderful experience and we would think twice to return sometime in the future.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Une lune de miel géniale !!!

Le chic était très beau et tout nouveau/moderne. C'est un endroit idéal pour les couples et parfait pour notre lune de miel ! Nous recommanderions certainement ce complexe à d'autres couples. La nourriture est excellente et le personnel très sympathique. Les piscines sont également très agréables.

Awesome Honeymoon!!! Chic was very beautiful and brand new/modern. Great couples resort and perfect for our honeymoon! We would definitely recommend this resort to other couples. Great food and very friendly staff. Pools are very nice as well.

Occidental Caribe: Belle

Les chambres étaient belles et propres, le terrain était bien entretenu, la plage était propre et vous n'avez jamais eu de mal à trouver une chaise, la nourriture était décente, il y avait un large choix et le bar à pâtes et la station de viande fraîche étaient très bons. La vie nocturne était bonne, avec de nombreuses options de spectacles, de casino, de bars dans le hall, de musique et de discothèque.

Beautiful Room was beautiful and clean, the grounds were well taken care of, the beach was clean and you never struggle to find a chair, food was decent there was a wide selection and the pasta bar and fresh meat station were very good. Night life was good, many options from shows, casino, to lobby bars, music and a disco.

Riu Palace Bavaro: Station balnéaire décente avec une nourriture pas très bonne

L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que j'attendais d'un Riu. En ce qui concerne l'apparence, le complexe est magnifique, mais il manque beaucoup de choses dans d'autres domaines. Dans tous les autres hôtels que j'ai visités, les cartes à la carte ont toujours eu la meilleure nourriture, ici le buffet était meilleur comme le disent tous les autres commentaires. Notre clé de chambre n'a pas fonctionné plus de 7 fois, à chaque fois nous avons dû aller jusqu'au lobby pour qu'ils envoient quelqu'un [... lire plus] pour la réparer. Une autre fois, notre coffre-fort ne s'ouvrait pas. Quelqu'un est venu et l'a réparé, mais la même chose s'est reproduite le lendemain, ce qui a obligé à le casser. Le directeur, Roberto je crois, a été très serviable et nous a beaucoup aidés. L'autre chose qu'ils devraient peut-être cesser de faire, c'est de mettre des fleurs sur les lits et de les disperser dans la chambre. Chaque jour, nous trouvions de nombreuses fourmis qui rampaient autour des fleurs. C'est une belle touche mais quand cela amène autant d'insectes dans la chambre, peut-être qu'une autre approche devrait être adoptée. Le bar des sports est très agréable, le seul problème étant que les gens y fument constamment. Nous avons dû partir tôt pour ne pas être exposés à la fumée secondaire. Les spectacles du soir étaient incroyables ! Certainement l'un des meilleurs spectacles que j'ai vus dans un complexe hôtelier. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues et il était difficile d'aller dans l'eau. Je ne sais pas si c'était la saison ou si cela arrive tout le temps. Dans l'ensemble, je ne recommanderais pas ce complexe à qui que ce soit, il n'en vaut pas la peine.

Decent resort with not great food The resort did not live up to what I expected from a Riu. Appearance wise the resort looks beautiful but lacks a in a lot of other areas. From any other resort I've been the a la cartes have always had the better food here the buffet was better as all the other reviews say. Our room key didn't work more than 7 times, each time we had to go all the way to the lobby so that they could send someone to fix it. Another time our safe wouldn't open. Someone came and fixed it but the same thing happened again the following day which led to it having to be broken. The manager, Roberto I believe was very helpful and helped us quite a bit. The other thing that they may want to stop doing is putting flowers on the beds and scattered in the room. Everyday we would find numerous ants crawling around the flowers. It's a nice touch but when it brings so many bugs into the room maybe another approach should be taken. The sports bar is very nice for the only problem being people constantly smoking. We had to go early so that we wouldn't be exposed to as much second hand smoke. The shows in the evening were amazing! Definitely one of the best shows I've seen at any resort. The beach had a lot of seaweed making it hard for anyone to go into the water. Not sure if it was the time of season or if it happens all the time. Overall I would not recommend this resort to anyone not worth the money.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: quelles vacances !

beau, propre, super nourriture !!! Ce qui a vraiment rendu ce voyage fantastique, c'est le personnel du VH Gran Vantana... du personnel de l'hôtel (barmans du salon - Domenic, Antonia, barman de la plage Aquilno...) au personnel du buffet, aux nettoyeurs de chambre, tous extraordinaires !

what a holiday!! beautiful, clean, great food!! What really made this fantastic trip were the staff at the VH Gran Vantana.. from the hotel staff ( lounge bartenders- Domenic, Antonia,, beach bartender Aquilno..) staff at the buffet, room cleaners all amazing!

Catalonia Royal Bavaro: Vacances très relaxantes

Le Catalonia Royal Bavaro est un très beau complexe. Le fait d'être du côté des adultes était calme et relaxant. La nourriture était parfaite et le service était incroyable dans tous les bars et restaurants. Je tire mon chapeau au personnel de l'hôtel !

Very relaxing Vacation The Catalonia Royal Bavaro is a very nice resort. Being on the adult side was quiet and relaxing. The food was just right, and the service was incredible at all of the bars and restaurants. My hat goes off to the staff there!

Occidental Punta Cana: De belles vacances

L'hôtel est bien agencé, le terrain est bien entretenu et les chambres sont propres. Il y avait toujours de la nourriture à manger, même si vous êtes un mangeur difficile. La plage était magnifique et tout le personnel était amical et serviable.

Lovely vacation The hotel had a nice layout, grounds were neatly kept and rooms clean. There was always food to eat, even if you are a picky eater. The beach was beautiful and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

L'hôtel n'a pas aimé. Le personnel impoli qui peut nous appeler sur "Hey". Nous avons eu un problème, nous nous sommes adressés au service clientèle à Johanna, elle a été impolie pour nous, a dit que pour résoudre leurs problèmes eux-mêmes, il nous a jeté son badge sur la table quand nous avons demandé son nom.Elle nous a ignoré. Sur la plage, nous avons été trompés avec des billets pour le hors-bord. Seul le directeur de l'hôtel nous a aidés à rendre notre argent. Nous avons perdu 3 heures. Un  [... lire plus]jour, après la pluie, nous avons eu une demi-journée sans électricité ni eau, sans excuses. Le lendemain, nous avons eu environ 5 heures sans eau dans la chambre. Il n'a pas été possible de trouver un représentant d'Air Canada. La chambre sous la pluie coulait du toit. Fatigué d'attendre une cuillère ou un thé dans la salle à manger. Les chambres sont nettoyées proprement, la plage est bonne. La nourriture n'était pas mauvaise.

This resort is so-so. Resort did not like. Rude staff who can call us on "Hey". Guests service does not working for tourists.We have a problem,we addressed in the guest service to Johanna, she was rude to us, said that to solve their problems themselves, he threw us her badge on the table when we asked her name.She ignored us. On the beach we were deceived with tickets for the speedboat. Only manager of hotel helped us to return our money back. We lost 3 hours. One day after the rain we had half a day without electricity and water, no apologies. The next day, we had about 5 hours without water in the room. To find air Canada representative was not possible. The room in the rain flowing roof. Tired to wait a spoon or tea in the dinning room. Rooms are cleaned clean, the beach is good. The food was not bad.
