Notre première journée au centre de villégiature a été très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés vers l'heure de la nuit et nous sommes allés manger au buffet au buffet. Il y a un grand choix de différents types de nourriture au buffet, du pain aux pâtes en passant par le poulet et le poisson. Le personnel du buffet était merveilleux et offrait un excellent service, ils étaient tous très sympathiques. Les deux jours suivants, nous sommes allés visiter le complexe et l'endroit lui-même est très spac [... lire plus]ieux. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer et explorer. Nous avons profité de la piscine et de la plage à plusieurs reprises et avons mangé au bord de la piscine la plupart du temps. Il y avait un snack-bar juste à côté de notre chambre et de la piscine, ce qui est très bien si vous voulez juste manger un morceau rapidement. Il n'y a pas autant de choix au snack bar qu'au buffet, mais c'est compréhensible. Le guacamole et les chips étaient parfaits pour se détendre au bord de la piscine. Nous avons pris 2 chambres pour 2 personnes chacune, soit 4 personnes au total. Les chambres sont très belles et assez grandes pour accueillir plusieurs personnes. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très arrangeant lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose (mouchoirs, sachets de thé, etc.) Le seul inconvénient que je qualifierais de "CON" est que ma fille a eu une intoxication alimentaire à cause d'un des restaurants à la carte où nous avons mangé. Je crois qu'il s'agissait du restaurant français situé près du hall. Nous avons soupçonné qu'il s'agissait d'un agneau non cuit ou d'un dessert qu'elle avait mangé, nous ne savons pas exactement, mais elle s'est sentie TRÈS malade après avoir mangé dans ce restaurant et je ne le recommanderais pas. Elle a vomi plusieurs fois et nous avons dû lui acheter du Gatorade dans la boutique de souvenirs située dans le hall d'entrée Dans l'ensemble, le personnel était charmant et l'endroit lui-même est parfait si vous aimez les grands centres de villégiature et que vous voulez vous détendre. Je lui donne un ✰✰✰✰/5.

Our first day at the resort was really nice. We got there around night time so straight away we went to eat at the buffet. There is a great selection of different types of foods at the buffet ranging from breads to pastas to chicken and fish. The staff at the buffet was wonderful and gave great service, they were all very friendly. The next couple days we went to check out the resort and the place itself is very spacious. Lots of room to move around and explore. We enjoyed the pool and beach a couple times and ate pool side most times. There was a snack bar right beside our room and pool area which is great if you just want a quick bite to eat. Not as much selection at the snack bar as the buffet but understandable. The guacamole and chips were great while chilling by the pool. We got 2 rooms for 2 people each so 4 people in total. The rooms are very nice and big to fit quite a few people. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating when we needed something (Tissue, tea bags, etc) The only downside I would right as a 'CON' was when my daughter had food poisoning from one of the A La Carte's we ate at. I believe it was the French restaurant located near the lobby. We suspected it might be 'Uncooked Lamb' or the dessert she ate, we don't know exactly but she definitely felt VERY sick after eating there and I would not recommend it. She puked a couple times so we had to buy Gatorade for her in the gift shop located at the lobby, always be prepared for those things! Overall, the staff was lovely and the place itself is great if you like big resorts and want to relax. I give it a ✰✰✰✰/5.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Un centre de villégiature génial, le meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour vos vacances !!!

Je dois dire que tout le monde nous a très bien traités et nous a fait sentir à l'aise et bienvenus. La chambre avait une vue magnifique sur la mer et le temps était superbe ! La propreté et le confort étaient excellents. Le service était exceptionnel ! Je reviendrai certainement dans cet endroit :)

Awesome resort best value for your vacation dollars!!! I have to say that everyone treated us very well here and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The room had a great sea view and the weather was just great! Cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Service was exceptional!!! I will definitely be back to this place :)

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Bon centre de villégiature.

Bon complexe de base. Pas tout à fait aussi propre que ce que tout le monde semble suggérer, mais je suis peut-être plus pointilleux. Les femmes de chambre semblent parfois manquer de constance. Les piscines sont bonnes mais les chaises au bord de la piscine sont très inconfortables (sauf la piscine du Cocos 5 qui a de nouvelles chaises plus confortables). La nourriture était la même dans presque tous les restaurants avec quelques différences ici et là. Le menu à la carte était meilleur. Le bar  [... lire plus]du restaurant mexicain était très bien et moins fréquenté. Le bar du buffet n'était pas aussi bon et le service manquait. Le bar de La Bamba était très bien. Le bar de La Bamba dispose également d'une machine à cappuccino, café, etc. Le café dans l'ensemble n'était pas fantastique, mais il a passé pour nous. Il y a d'autres options à proximité si vous souhaitez en acheter. Méfiez-vous du magasin situé en face de l'entrée principale de l'hôtel, où l'on ne rend pas la monnaie à l'achat et où l'on ne trouve pas de prix sur la plupart des produits du magasin.

Good resort. Good basic resort. Not quite as clean as everyone seems to suggest but I may be more picky. Maids seem a bit inconsistent at times. Pools are good but the poolside chairs are very uncomfortable.(except cocos 5 pool which has new and better comfortable chairs) Food was the same at almost all restaurants with some differences here and there. Al la carte was better. Bar by the Mexican restaurant was very good and not as busy. Bar by the buffet was not as good and service lacking. Bar at the La Bamba was very good. La Bamba bar also has a cappuccino machine coffee etc. Coffee over all was not fantastic but it passed for us. There are other options nearby if you wish to purchase it. Be weary of the store across from main hotel entrance incorrect change given back from purchase and no prices on most goods in their store.

Riu Santa Fe: Superbes vacances !!!

J'ai hésité au début car les chambres semblaient datées mais elles étaient si propres que cela compensait le décor plus ancien. La nourriture était bonne. Grande variété. Les piscines étaient superbes. 4 au total. Boissons abondantes et bonnes. Le personnel était le plus amical que j'ai jamais vu. Proche de la ville et de la plage à pied. L'eau est trop agitée pour nager, mais à 5-10 minutes de marche sur la droite, il y a une zone clôturée pour nager. Nous l'avons fait et c'était super.

Great vacation!!! Was hesitant at first as rooms appeared dated but they were so clean that it made up for the older decor. Food was good. Large variety. Pools were great. 4 on total. Drinks plentiful and good. Staff were friendliest I have ever seen. Close to town and can walk it on the beach. Water too rough to swim but 5-10 min walk to the right has a roped off area to swim. We did and it was great.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Beautiful Resort

Ma famille est venue ici lors d'un voyage de groupe du 17 au 24 avril 2017. C'est magnifique et j'aime que la nature soit tout autour avec les singes et les iguanes et les cerfs partout. Cependant notre chambre n'était pas la bonne car nous sommes un couple et voulions 1 lit et non 2. Il n'a pas été possible de la changer mais nous en avons profité au maximum. Il y a beaucoup de marche et d'escaliers. Ma mère a deux hanches remplacées et c'était beaucoup pour elle. Il a plu quelques jours et c'é [... lire plus]tait incroyablement glissant. Ils ont mis beaucoup de temps à poser des tapis pour éviter les chutes. J'ai fini par tomber plus d'une fois et je me suis fait très mal au pied. La plage est magnifique. Les piscines sont superbes mais j'aurais aimé qu'il y en ait plus d'une avec un bar de nage. Les plats à la carte sont excellents mais le buffet devient un peu ennuyeux au bout d'un certain temps. De plus, dans de nombreux endroits du complexe, il y a une odeur épouvantable. Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'eaux usées ou de fumier, mais c'est assez accablant. De plus, pendant notre séjour, le toit d'un des bâtiments s'est effondré sur le balcon situé en dessous. Très effrayant. Dans l'ensemble, c'était très bien. Les employés étaient très sympathiques et serviables. Il y a juste quelques petites choses qui auraient fait de cet hôtel un endroit presque parfait.

My family came here on a group trip from April 17-24th, 2017. It is beautiful and I love that nature is all around with the monkeys and iguanas and deer everywhere. However our room was wrong as we are a couple and wanted 1 bed not 2. It was unable to be changed but we made the most of it. There is tons of walking and stairs. My mom has 2 replaced hips and it was a lot for her. It rained a couple of days and it was insanely slippery. It took them a long time to put down mats to keep from falling. I ended up falling more than once and actually hurt my foot pretty bad. The beach is beautiful. The pools are great but I wish there was more than one with a swim up bar. The a la cartes are great but the buffet gets a bit boring after a while. Also in many areas of the resort there is a terrible smell. I dont know if it's sewage or manure but it is fairly overpowering. Also while we were there one of the buildings roof collapsed onto the balcony below it. Very scary. Overall though it was great. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Just a few things would have made this a near perfect resort.

Crown Paradise Golden: Juste ce qu'il faut !

La nourriture et les activités sont incroyables tous les jours. La foule était également très variée et diversifiée. Le serveur Augustin nous a beaucoup plu et tout le personnel était sympathique et ouvert. Les chambres étaient plutôt standard, mais nous n'en avions besoin que pour dormir.

Just right! Amazing food and activities every day. The crowd was also quite varied and diverse. The server Augustin was a real hit with us and all the staff were friendly and outgoing. Rooms were pretty standard but all we really needed them for was sleeping.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Un voyage extraordinaire

Ce centre de villégiature était si grand et si beau. Tout était très organisé, propre et bien géré. Le personnel était si sympathique et si gentil. Il n'y a que des bonnes choses à dire à ce sujet. L'enregistrement était très lent, mais à part cela, il y avait tellement de gens et de choses à faire qu'on ne s'est jamais ennuyé ! De plus, la plage est magnifique !

Amazing trip This resort was so big and beautiful. Everything was very organized, clean and well managed. The staff was so friendly and nice. Nothing but great things to say about it. The check in was very slow but other than that there we're so many people and things to do we were never bored! Also gorgeous beach!!

Grand Sunset Princess: Excellent rapport

Excellent terrain, bonne nourriture, personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont également bien nettoyées, tous les jours. Les piscines et les restaurants étaient excellents. Il faut beaucoup marcher car le complexe est grand, mais c'est un bon exercice. Je reviendrai certainement.

Great rrsort Excellent grounds, great food, friendly staff. Also well cleaned rooms, done daily. Pools n restaurants were great. Lot of walking as resort is large, however, good exercise. Definitely would return.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Riu récidive !

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel et avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Cabo. Littéralement, nous n'avons pas vu un seul nuage pendant les 7 jours de notre séjour. Le temps était superbe, l'hôtel était superbe, la nourriture était superbe (j'ai adoré les Indiens), la piscine était superbe, la chambre était superbe. Nous avons eu la meilleure femme de chambre de l'hôtel, qui a pris grand soin de nous. Merci Iris ! C'était un jour férié pour moi et j'ai découvert à mon arrivée qu'il n'y avait pas de b [... lire plus]ureau dans la chambre. On m'a apporté une petite table et une chaise, ce qui était très agréable. Ce n'est pas un hôtel où l'on va pour se baigner dans l'océan. Non pas que ce soit impossible et ne vous méprenez pas, la plage est magnifique et très propre, mais il peut y avoir des vagues très fortes et l'eau est froide. Je préfère généralement la plage, mais les piscines sont très jolies et offrent de superbes vues. Le trajet en taxi jusqu'à la ville coûte 250 pesos l'aller, mais il y a aussi un bus public qui coûte environ 15 pesos. Il y a également un Walmart à quelques pas de l'hôtel, ce qui s'est avéré pratique car nous avions oublié notre crème solaire. Nous sommes allés en ville et avons pris un bateau-taxi pour faire le tour de Land's End (El Arco) pour 260 pesos chacun. Les agents touristiques essaieront de vous vendre un dîner-croisière au coucher du soleil pour 50 à 90 dollars américains, mais cela n'en valait pas la peine.

Riu does it again! We loved this hotel and had such a great vacation in Cabo. Literally, we did not see a single cloud the entire 7 days we were there. The weather was great, the hotel was great, the food was great (loved the Indian), the pool was great, the room was great. We had the best hotel maid, who took great care of us. Thank you Iris! It was a working holiday for me and I arrived to find that there was no desk in the room. They brought me a little table and a chair, which was very nice. This is not a hotel you go to to swim in the ocean. Not that it's impossible and don't get me wrong, the beach is beautiful and very clean, but there can be some really rough waves and the water is cold. I'm usually a beach person, but the pools are very nice with great views. A cab ride into the city is 250 pesos each way, but there's also a public bus that costs about 15 pesos. There is also a Walmart within walking distance of the hotel, which came in handy because we forgot our sunscreen. We went into the city and took a water taxi around Land's End (El Arco) for 260 pesos each. The tour agents will try to sell you a sunset dinner cruise for between $50 and $90 US, but it didn't seem worth it.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Un endroit idéal pour séjourner !

J'y suis allée avec mon copain et nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Barcelo ! Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était notre préféré et nous avons apprécié tous nos dîners à la carte (fruits de mer, mexicains et sushis). Les buffets du dîner étaient également délicieux. Le buffet du déjeuner était notre moins bon (mais tout de même agréable). La plupart du temps, nous nous sommes contentés de manger du guac et des chips au snack-bar ! Remarque concernant les cartes à la carte : vous pouvez rés [... lire plus]erver des jours à l'avance et elles se remplissent ! Notre chambre était très bien, le service à la piscine était excellent et la plage était très agréable à parcourir. Ma seule expérience négative a été celle du concierge. Je ne les ai pas trouvés très utiles pour quelques questions (réservation de cartes à la carte, wifi, réservation de la navette de retour à l'hôtel, etc.) Ils ont une politique étrange qui consiste à photocopier votre pièce d'identité lorsque vous achetez du wifi (vous ne pouvez pas non plus le facturer à votre chambre, vous avez besoin de votre carte de crédit). Lorsque je leur ai demandé pourquoi, ils m'ont simplement répondu que c'était leur politique. Ils n'ont pas pu expliquer pourquoi ils en avaient besoin, où elles étaient stockées ni combien de temps elles étaient conservées. Il s'agit peut-être d'un détail, mais cela m'a dérangé. De plus, cette politique n'est pas cohérente puisqu'une fois ils n'ont pas photocopié les pièces d'identité et une fois ils l'ont fait. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé une semaine formidable et si j'étais du genre à retourner deux fois au même endroit, je le ferais certainement !

Great place to stay! I went with my boyfriend and we had a great stay are Barcelo! The breakfast buffet was our favourite and we enjoyed all of our a la carte dinners (seafood, mexican and sushi). Dinner buffets were also delicious. The lunch buffet was our least favourite (but still enjoyable). Most days we were satisfied to eat guac and chips at the snack bar though! Note about the a la cartes - you can book days in advance and they do fill up! Our room was great, service at the pool was wonderful and the beach was great to walk on. My only negative experience with the trip was with the concierge. I didn't find them overly helpful with a few issues (booking a la cartes, wifi, booking shuttle back to hotel etc). They have a strange policy of photo copying your ID when you buy wifi (also you can't charge it to your room, you need your credit card). When I asked them why they only responded that it was their policy. They could not explain why they needed it, where it was stored or how long it was kept. A small thing maybe but it certainly bothered me. Also it's an inconsistent policy since one time they didn't photocopy ID and one time they did. Overall a great week and if I was the type of person to go back to the same place twice I certainly would!

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Fabulous Resort

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Secrets ! Nous y sommes allés pour les 60 ans de mon mari avec 5 autres amis. Tout le monde a adoré notre séjour à la piscine et nos vacances relaxantes. Nous avons fait quelques excursions d'une journée dans les villes locales et nous avons pêché en haute mer ! Il y a tellement d'histoire dans le désert de Baja ! Un personnel excellent et amical, une nourriture délicieuse dans les différents restaurants du complexe, de belles chambres lumineuses e [... lire plus]t un terrain immaculé, tout était très propre et très bien entretenu. Le seul point négatif est qu'en raison du ressac, vous ne pouvez pas nager dans l'océan ... mais vous pouvez marcher sur la plage et profiter du martèlement des vagues. Il y a beaucoup de piscines, d'activités quotidiennes et un terrain de golf pour compenser ! Nous y retournerions .... oui, sans hésiter !

We totally enjoyed our time at Secrets! We went for my husband's 60th birthday with 5 other friends. Everyone loved our pool time and relaxing vacation. We did go on a couple of day trips to local towns and deep sea fishing! There is so much history in the Baja desert! Excellent and friendly staff, delicious food at various restaurants on the Resort, beautiful bright rooms and immaculate grounds, everything was very clean and very well maintained. The only negative is that because of the undertow, you cannot go swimming in the ocean ... but you can walk on the beach and enjoy the pounding waves. There are lots of pools, daily activities and a golf course to compensate! Would we go again .... yes, in a heartbeat!!

Riu Santa Fe: C'était génial.

C'est un hôtel assez agréable. On nous a changé de chambre sans problème. Notre première chambre donnait sur l'arrière et nous voulions le soleil du matin et une vue. Le bar des sports fait de superbes cappacinos (avec des bailey's bien sûr). Le Bldg 7 et la piscine à débordement étaient vraiment jeunes et pas notre tasse de thé, mais les piscines intermédiaires étaient superbes. Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais, mais j'ai eu des problèmes à l'aéroport avec les escrocs de la sécurité. Ils peuve [... lire plus]nt prendre votre argent sans aucun recours et ils vous attacheront jusqu'à ce que vous payiez. On pourrait penser qu'avec toute la mauvaise presse dont ils font l'objet, ils accueilleraient plus volontiers les visiteurs.

It was great. It's quite a nice hotel. They changed our room without any problems. Our 1st room faced the back and we wanted morning sun and a view. Sports bar made awesome cappacinos (with bailey's of course). Bldg 7 and the infinity pool was really young and not our cup of tea but the middle pools were great. Overall I would go back but had issues at the airport with the scam artists in security. They can take your money without any recourse and they will tie you up until you pay. You'd think will all their bad press they may welcome visitors more.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Très bon repas

Oui, à part la playa et la plage, tout était parfait. Trop de 'roches' sur la plage et sur l'eau... Et pas beaucoup d'hommes seuls, lol. Mais ce n'est pas ta faute hihi......... ............i je ne comprends pas pourquoi mes commentaires ne passent pas...

Riu Santa Fe: Lieu de fête.

L'hôtel était agréable. Bien entretenu et paysage magnifique. La nourriture était correcte. Rien de spécial. Le personnel de la réception a été très inconstant et n'a pas été d'une grande aide lorsque des problèmes se sont posés, comme des problèmes avec les chambres, par exemple... deux lits jumeaux poussés l'un contre l'autre et appelés un grand lit... ce n'est pas acceptable. Il a fallu 3 jours pour changer de chambre et obtenir un vrai grand lit. La plage n'était pas géniale. Les vende [... lire plus]urs vous harcèlent toute la journée dès que vous vous asseyez et il n'y a pas moyen d'y échapper. Ils s'installent directement devant le resort de sorte que vous ne pouvez même pas voir l'eau car ils se tiennent devant les chaises de plage. Vente de drogue à profusion sur la plage. Il n'est pas sûr de se baigner car les vagues sont trop grosses tout le temps Les bars de la piscine sont remplis de jeunes de 20 ans ivres toute la journée et qui font la fête à outrance. Un bon endroit si vous voulez vous défoncer, faire la fête, vous droguer et ne pas vous détendre. Si vous voulez vous détendre, n'y allez pas.

Party resort. Hotel was nice. Well kept and great scenery. Food was ok. Nothing special. Front desk staff were very inconsistent and not helpful when issues arose such as problems with rooms ie... two twin beds pushed together and calling it a king bed.. not accept. Took 3 days to change rooms to a proper king bed. Beach was not great. Vendors harrased you all day of you sat down there and there is no escaping it. They set up directly in Front of resort so you can't even see the water as they stand in Front of beach chairs. Drug deals galore on the beach. Not safe to swim as waves are to big all the time Pool bars are full of 20 years olds drunks all day partying to hard. Good resort of you want to go get smashed, party, do drugs and not relax. If you want to relax do not go here.

Catalonia Yucatan: Des vacances formidables !

Ce complexe était très propre, la nourriture était excellente. Nous nous sommes bien amusés avec la suds party ! Nous avons marché jusqu'à la marina presque tous les jours. Beaucoup de choses à voir ! La seule chose que nous n'avons pas aimée, c'est qu'il fallait se lever à 6 heures pour avoir une chaise longue ombragée sur la plage ou autour de la piscine.

Awesome holiday! This resort was very clean, food was great. We had fun with the suds party! We walked to the marina almost everyday. Lots to see! A great place to go if you just want to relax.the only thing we didn't like was having to get up by 6 to get a shaded lounges on the beach or around the pool.

Ce complexe est de loin le meilleur que j'aie connu. J'ai voyagé partout, j'ai même vécu aux Bermudes pendant 6 ans. Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes et nous avons tous ressenti la même chose. La nourriture était délicieuse (buffet et restaurants) et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Les chambres étaient toujours très bien nettoyées, la pression de la douche était idéale. Pour la première fois en formule tout compris, nous n'avons même pas assisté aux spectacles nocturnes car il y avait toujour [... lire plus]s beaucoup de choses à faire, avec de nombreux divertissements. Je donnerais à ce complexe une note de 10/10 et j'y reviendrai ðŸ˜

Phenomenal Resort! This resort was by far the best resort I have been too. I have travelled all around, even living in Bermuda for 6 years. There was a group of 7 of us and we all feel the same. From the delicious food (Buffett & restaurants), we never had a disappointing meal. The rooms were always cleaned very well, the shower pressure was ideal. For the first time on an all inclusive we never even made it to many of the night time shows because there was always so much to do, with lots of entertainment. I would rate this resort 10/10 and will be visiting again 😁

Tout dans ce Resort était incroyable, la nourriture était de premier ordre, la plage, les piscines, les restaurants, le service ! Nous étions 7 à avoir réservé ensemble par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central et nous n'aurions pas pu être plus heureux ! Nous sommes tristes d'être rentrés et avons hâte d'y retourner, je vous le recommande vivement

Amazing Resort! Everything about this Resort was amazing, food was top notch, beach, pools, restaurants, service! There was 7 of us who booked together through trip central and could not have been happier! Sad to be home and can't wait to go back, highly recommend

Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience lors de la réservation d'une excursion avec le personnel des cabanes à serviettes. Il pleuvait fort, avec du tonnerre, des éclairs et de fortes pluies. L'excursion aurait dû être annulée car nous avions réservé un catamaran et les conditions n'étaient pas sûres. Nous aurions dû être remboursés mais le personnel s'est moqué de nous et nous a dit que nous étions au Mexique et que nous nous moquions de nous pour faire quelque chose de stupide. La nourriture n'é [... lire plus]tait pas très bonne non plus, seuls les sushis étaient bons. Le personnel de divertissement et le personnel du bar de la piscine étaient excellents. La vie nocturne est également très pauvre et si vous y allez avec plus de 4 personnes, trouvez un autre endroit où aller car vous ne pourrez jamais manger ensemble puisqu'ils ne prennent pas de réservations et ne veulent pas vous accommoder. Il y aura des tables vides qu'ils pourront réunir mais ils ne le feront pas. Tout notre groupe a été très déçu.

Bad experience We had a bad experience with booking an excursion with the staff in the towel huts. It was raining hard with thunder and lightning and heavy rain. The trip should have been cancelled as we booked a catamaran and the conditions were unsafe. We should have been refunded but the staff was laughing at us and told us we're in Mexico and we're taunting us to do something stupid. The Food wasn't very good either only the sushi was good. The entertainment staff and pool bar staff were excellent though. Nightlife is very poor as well and if you are going with more than 4 people find a new place to go because you will never be able to eat together since they don't take reservations and don't want to accommodate you. There will be empty tables they could put together but they just won't do it. Our whole group of was very disappointed.
