Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Tout simplement incroyable

Cet hôtel a changé mon point de vue sur les centres de villégiature tout compris. Dans le passé, j'ai eu de nombreuses mauvaises expériences et je préfère une expérience plus haut de gamme. L'hôtel Hyatt all inclusive était merveilleux. Il y avait de nombreuses options de restauration et le personnel s'est toujours surpassé pour s'assurer que nous étions satisfaits. Ma femme a une allergie au gluten et ils ont été très accommodants. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Simply amazing This hotel changed my entire perspective on all inclusive resorts. In the past I've had many poor experiences and prefer a higher end experience. The Hyatt all inclusive was wonderful. It had many restaurant options and the staff always went over and above to make sure we were happy. My wife has a gluten food allergy and they were very accommodating. I can't wait to go back!!

Complexe magnifique et luxueux. Les chambres sont magnifiques et disposent de tous les équipements nécessaires et plus encore. Le personnel est très amical et attentif. Beaucoup de choix d'endroits pour manger. Tous les divertissements sont assez bons, ce serait un peu mieux s'il y avait de la danse dans l'amphithéâtre extérieur pour les adultes. La plupart des événements sont destinés aux enfants. Le Zilara propose des animations dans son seul restaurant le soir, dommage qu'ils n'ouvrent pas le [... lire plus] hall tous les soirs pour des animations pour les adultes. Le seul point négatif est que les toilettes autour de la piscine du Zilara et dans le hall ne sont pas aussi luxueuses que celles du Ziva. Je recommanderais que des panneaux soient installés dans ces zones pour expliquer le fonctionnement des toilettes. De plus, il n'y a pas de poubelle. Les piscines sont magnifiques, la plage est petite mais charmante. Toutes les chaises sont confortables pour de longues journées au soleil. Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que nous y étions en janvier, mais l'eau de la piscine est absolument glaciale. Presque personne ne se baigne. Je recommanderais sans hésiter et j'y retournerais volontiers

Fabulous Resort! Hyatt Zilara Jamaica Jan 14-21 2017 Beautiful and luxurious complex . Rooms are beautiful and provide all amenities needed and more. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Lots of choices of places to eat. All the entertainment is pretty good, would be a little bit better if they had dancing at the outside amphitheater for the adults. Most events are for the children. The Zilara does offer entertainment in their one restaurant in evening, too bad they don't open up the lobby every night for live entertainment for the adults. The only thing negative I would say is that the washrooms around the Zilara pool and in lobby area are not as luxurious as the Ziva. I would recommend that signs be put up in those areas explaining how the toilets work. As well they all do not hav a garbage can. The pools are beautiful, the beach is small but lovely. All chairs are comfortable for long days in the sun. I don't know if it's because we were there in January but the pool water is absolutely freezing. Hardly anyone swimming. Would definitely recommend and would go their again

Le Hyatt Ziva est un centre de villégiature de classe mondiale ! La propriété est magnifique et bien entretenue. Chapeau bas aux héros méconnus qui travaillent en coulisses pour que cela se produise. Le personnel est sans égal ! Quel que soit le poste occupé, il était évident qu'ils étaient vraiment fiers de travailler ici. L'association d'une cuisine excellente et d'un service remarquable fait de ce complexe un choix de premier ordre. Viva Hyatt Ziva Los Cobos !

Immaculate and Incredible! The Hyatt Ziva is a world class resort! The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Hats off to the unsong heroes behind the scenes which makes this happen. The staff were second to none! No matter what position they held it was clear they were genuinely proud to work there. An awesome combination of great food and outstanding service makes this resort a top tier choice. Viva Hyatt Ziva Los Cobos!

L'emplacement était idéal - proche de la ville de San Jose et directement sur une plage magnifique. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants différents à choisir et la plupart d'entre eux proposent une nourriture excellente. Le service était incroyable - ils ne pouvaient pas en faire assez pour vous et étaient très polis et respectueux. Grande chambre avec une belle vue sur la piscine et l'océan.

Fantastic resort The location was great - close to the town of San Jose as well as directly on a great beach. Many different restaurants to choose from - most of them had excellent food. The service was amazing - they couldn't do enough for you and very polite and respectful. Large room with a nice view of the pool and the ocean.

Magnifique complexe avec plusieurs piscines et plages privées. Le personnel se promène constamment pour voir si vous avez besoin d'une boisson ou de quoi que ce soit d'autre. Littéralement, chaque membre du personnel était amical et vous saluait toujours en passant. Le seul problème que j'ai eu était le ménage qui venait dans ma chambre à 17 heures tous les jours. Je préférerais qu'ils le fassent au moins entre 13h et 16h.

Awesome Resort Beautiful resort with several pools and private beaches. Staff are constantly walking around to see if you need a drink or anything else. Literally every single staff was friendly and would always great you when passing by. Only issue I had was housekeeping coming to my room at 5ish daily. I would prefer they do it during 1-4pm at least.

Belle station, j'y retournerais, mais comme tout, il y a des avantages et des inconvénients Chambres - joli décor, propre, taille normale, lit confortable, (si vous avez une chambre avec vue) des vues absolument magnifiques, de beaux couchers de soleil, la nuit, un océan romantique éclairé par la lune, Service - moyen, le personnel est poli et serviable mais en même temps très peu attentif aux préoccupations des clients, bruit de la construction, marteau piqueur toute la semain [... lire plus]e dans la chambre d'en face, le réfrigérateur du bar n'a été approvisionné que 3 jours sur 7, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y a pas d'eau à boire dans votre chambre, Nourriture - adéquate, la qualité de la nourriture est, à mon avis, en dessous de la moyenne pour un all inclusive, à une exception près, un soir ils ont organisé une Fiesta Mexicaine et c'était très bon, le buffet était fermé donc pas d'oiseaux qui picorent la nourriture mais il y a toujours des mouches qui volent autour et se posent sur la nourriture, deux des 4 restaurants sont situés sur la plage et ont une belle ambiance, certains restaurants sont fermés certains soirs. Taille de l'hôtel - Petit, pas plus de 5 minutes de marche pour se rendre n'importe où dans l'hôtel, Emplacement - Fantastique, isolé entre deux falaises rocheuses, vous disposez d'une plage très privée tout en étant à seulement 10 minutes en bus de Puerto Vallarta, Plage - Fabuleuse, petit ressac, (évidemment dépendant de la météo) très peu de ressac, idéal pour la baignade, la plage a une plate-forme de 20 pieds, vous pouvez donc marcher au-delà du ressac et être à une profondeur de seulement 5 à 6 pieds, ce n'est pas une bonne plage pour les petits enfants ou les non nageurs, l'eau était claire 7 jours sur 8, Piscines - trop petites et peu pratiques, belles à regarder, mais avec un nombre très limité de places assises et très encombrées car il n'y a tout simplement pas assez d'espace Bars - sont adéquats, ils pourraient vraiment utiliser de la musique live Réceptions privées : 5 nuits sur 7, il y avait des réceptions privées, ce qui rend ce complexe encore plus petit car vous ne pouvez pas utiliser les installations où se déroulent les réceptions privées

Very Nice Nice resort, I would go back but like anything there are pros and cons Rooms - nice decor, clean, typical size, comfortable bed, (if you have a room with a view) absolutely gorgeous views, beautiful sunsets, at night, a romantic moon lite ocean, Service - average, staff are polite and helpful but at the same time very lacking in the concerns of the guest, construction noise, jack hammering all week in the room across the hall, the bar fridge was only stocked 3 of 7 days which means no water to drink in your room, Food - adequate, the quality of food in my very well traveled opinion is that, it is below average for an all inclusive, one exception, on one night they put on a Mexican Fiesta and it was very good, the buffet was enclosed so no birds pecking at the food but still has flies flying around and landing on the food, two of the 4 restaurants are situated on the beach and have a beautiful ambience, some restaurants are closed on some nights. Resort Size - Small, not more than a 5 minutes walk to get anywhere in the resort, Location - Fantastic, isolated between two rock cliffs you have a very private beach yet, is only a 10 minute bus ride to Puerto Vallarta, Beach - Fabulous, Small surf, (obviously weather dependent) very little undertow, great for swimming, the beach has about a 20 foot shelf so you can walk out past the surf and be at a depth of only 5 to 6 feet, not a good beach for small children or non swimmers, water was clear 7 of 8 days, Pools - to small and impractical, beautiful to look at, but had very limited seating and were very crowded because there just isn't enough room Bars - are adequate, they could really use some live music Private functions, 5 of 7 night there were private functions which makes this resort even smaller because you can not use the facilities were the private functions are being held

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Un voyage extraordinaire

Nous avons réservé le Hyatt Ziva, Puerto Varartta. Nous y sommes restés 10 jours et nous y retournerions demain. Le complexe était fantastique. L'eau était claire et bleue et la plage était privée. Le personnel était très gentil. Nous sommes allés en ville 5 fois et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et jamais poussés à acheter chez les vendeurs. Nous avons pris le bus de la ville jusqu'à Boca et avons fait une randonnée jusqu'au restaurant Oceam Grill. C'est un endroit magnifique. Ce que nous  [... lire plus]avons le plus apprécié, c'est que l'hôtel a un programme pour les tortues. Ils déterrent les œufs de tortues sur la plage et les enterrent dans un endroit sûr. Ils les gardent jusqu'à ce qu'ils éclosent et les relâchent au crépuscule. De très bons souvenirs et je n'hésiterais pas à réserver par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central.

Amazing trip We booked Hyatt Ziva, Puerto Varartta. We were there for 10 days and would go back tomorrow. The resort was fantastic. The water was clear and blue and the beach was private. The staff were so kind. We went to town 5 times and felt very safe and never pressured to buy from the vendors. We took the city bus to Boca and hiked to Oceam Grill restaurant. It's a beautiful place. What we enjoyed the best was that the hotel has a turtle program. They dig up turtle eggs on the beach and bury them in a safe area and keep them till they hatch and release them at dusk. Great memories and would not hesitate to book through trip central.

Ma femme et moi n'avions pas pris de vacances depuis longtemps. Cet endroit était incroyable, le personnel et la nourriture étaient de premier ordre. Les chambres étaient très propres et impressionnantes. L'ensemble du complexe était très propre. Nous y retournerons certainement à l'avenir. Nous recommandons également à notre neveu de s'y marier.

Awesome resort My wife and I haven't been on a vacation in a long time. This place was amazing , the staff , the food were top notch. The rooms were very clean and awesome as well. The whole resort was very clean. We will definitely be going back there in the future. We are also recommending this resort to our nephew to get married there.

Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach: Bon Balue !

Un bon hôtel, bien situé, avec un personnel formidable ! Le personnel a fait tout son possible pour répondre à nos besoins. De bonnes options de petit-déjeuner étaient incluses dans notre séjour. Les lits étaient extrêmement confortables. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu une expérience très agréable dans cet hôtel.

Good Balue! A good hotel in a good location with great staff! Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Good breakfast options were included with our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall a very enjoyable experience at this hotel.

Hyatt Regency Waikiki: Excellent exemple d'un hôtel de premier ordre et d'un service de première classe

Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel, nous avons été traités comme des rois. Qu'il s'agisse de la personne à la réception, du personnel de nettoyage, des serveurs dans les restaurants ou du gardien de la piscine, le service était de première classe. L'hôtel était spectaculaire. La piscine était impeccable et luxueuse. La vue sur la plage de Waikki pendant le petit-déjeuner au restaurant Shore était à couper le souffle. La chambre était impeccable. Le service clientèle était de premier ordre. J'ai  [... lire plus]même reçu des courriels personnels du directeur nous remerciant d'avoir séjourné à l'hôtel et me demandant mon avis. Le service dans les restaurants était remarquable. La nourriture n'était rien de moins qu'exceptionnelle. Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur l'expérience positive que j'ai eue en séjournant dans cet hôtel.

Great Example of a Top Notch Hotel and First Class Service Right from the minute we arrived at the hotel, we were treated like royalty. Whether it was the person at the front desk, the cleaning staff, the wait staff at the restaurants or the pool attendant, the service was first class. The hotel was spectacular. The pool area was spotless and luxurious. The view of Waikki beach while having breakfast at the Shore restaurant was breathtaking. The room was spotless. The customer service was top notch. I even received personal emails from the manager thanking us for staying there and asking for my feedback. The service in the restaurants was outstanding. The food was nothing less than exceptional. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had while staying at this hotel.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun: Quel bel endroit !

Cet hôtel était absolument incroyable, de l'enregistrement rapide (notre chambre était prête) à la sortie, le personnel de service était au top. Nous avons mangé dans plusieurs restaurants et il y en a pour tous les goûts, du hamburger aux frites en passant par les sushis. Les vues et les terrains ont été bien entretenus et il y avait tous ces petits espaces de détente avec des cheminées au gaz pour la nuit et des lits qui bordaient la piscine. Il y avait aussi des tonnes d'endroits ombragés  [... lire plus]sur la plage. Je recommande vivement ce complexe à tout le monde et j'y retournerai volontiers.

What a great spot! This hotel was absolutely amazing from the speedy check in (our room was ready) to check out the service staff grounds was top notch. We ate a a couple of the restaurants and they all have something for everyone from a burger and fries to sushi. The views and the grounds were well taken care of and there were all these little sitting areas as well with gas fire places for at night time to the beds that lined the pool area. There was also tons of shady spots on the beach as well. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone and would love to go back.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié les spectacles plus intimes au piano lounge, et le piano joué par Jermaine. La vie nocturne pourrait être un peu meilleure, nous aimerions qu'il y ait plus d'activités dans les bars. En résumé, l'endroit est absolument magnifique et très proche de la plage, mais c'est vraiment le personnel qui rend les choses géniales. J'ai adoré cet endroit et j'espère vraiment y retourner.

Great Family Vacation at the Hyatt Ziva My family and I had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Ziva in Jamaica. The service was great, and the staff went over and above to make our stay extra special. The property and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we loved the food, and there were so many restaurants with such a wide variety of food selection as well as 24 hour room service. We are vegetarian and found lots of options, plus the restaurants are always happy to make something special if requested. The beach was beautiful, and staff were constantly making sure that it was clean.We loved the Z Crew who were constantly running fun activities such as dance and beach volleyball. Really enjoyed the more intimate shows at the piano lounge, and piano playing by Jermaine. Nightlife could be a little better, would love if there were more activities at the bars. To sum it up, the place is absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach, but it is really the staff that make things awesome. Loved this place, and definitely hope to return.

Nous étions dans le bâtiment principal, qui est plus ancien, mais nous avons été très satisfaits de la propreté, de l'espace et du confort des chambres. La propriété et le terrain sont absolument magnifiques et bien entretenus. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré la nourriture, et il y avait tellement de restaurants avec une grande variété de choix de nourriture, ainsi qu'un service d'étage 24 heures sur 24. Nous avons surtout fréquenté Choices, Barefoot Jerk, Di Roza et Fuzion, et nous avons vraiment apprécié tous les plats. Nous sommes végétariens et nous avons trouvé beaucoup d'options, et les restaurants sont toujours heureux de préparer quelque chose de spécial sur demande. La plage était magnifique et le personnel veillait constamment à ce qu'elle soit propre. Ils n'ont pas de longue plage que vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomètres, mais nous étions bien avec la plage plus petite et l'océan sans fin. Il aurait été bon que l'hôtel informe les clients des spectacles organisés au piano-bar, car nous avons eu la chance de tomber dessus par hasard. Cependant, nous avons fait en sorte d'y aller tous les soirs, car c'était sans aucun doute nos spectacles préférés à l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, nous aimerions remercier Chantell et Lenois du café Grindz, Chantell de la plage, Chantell de Fuzion, Anthony et Andre de la station d'œufs, Dyawne de Di Roza, Erroll du piano-bar, Hayne de Union Jackz, Omar du Z Crew, Jermaine le pianiste, ainsi que Nicholas et Ruel de la réception. Suggestions d'amélioration : - Informer les gens de la fermeture de certains restaurants, car nous avons reçu un tableau au début du voyage, mais il n'était pas exact. - Annoncer les spectacles du piano-bar et les faire durer un peu plus longtemps ou commencer plus tard car ils commençaient normalement à l'heure du dîner et finissaient tôt. - La vie nocturne pourrait être meilleure, et il pourrait être utile que le complexe planifie et annonce les différentes activités qui se déroulent à Union Jacks ou Potions. Cela permettrait d'attirer plus de monde. En résumé, l'endroit est absolument magnifique et très proche de la plage, mais c'est vraiment le personnel qui rend les choses formidables. Nous sommes allés dans d'autres stations en Jamaïque, à Cuba et en République dominicaine, mais en termes de service, celui-ci a été le meilleur. Nous avons adoré cet endroit et espérons vraiment y retourner.

At the airport, we were able to wait at the Hyatt exclusive lounge while we waited for our pick up bus, and were given drinks and snacks. Check in was very quick. The first day, my parents were given a room on the second floor beside the elevators, which was quite loud. The next day, they asked for a room change and were moved to a different room right away. We were in the main building, which is an older building, but we were still quite happy with the clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we loved the food, and there were so many restaurants with such a wide variety of food selection as well as 24 hour room service. We mostly went to Choices, Barefoot Jerk, Di Roza, and Fuzion, and really enjoyed all of the food. We are vegetarian and found lots of options, plus the restaurants are always happy to make something special if requested. The beach was beautiful, and staff were constantly making sure that it was clean. They don't have long beach that you can walk for miles, but we were fine with the smaller beach are never ending ocean. We also loved the pool and the swim up bar. We loved the Z Crew who were constantly running fun activities such as dance and beach volleyball. Would love to shout out Omar! They had different entertainment in the evenings which we didn't really stay for, as we really enjoyed the more intimate shows at the piano lounge. Special mention to a fantastic pianist Jermaine, who we could not stop listening to. One night, Jermaine was joined by Della and Eddy and we loved listening to them. It would have been nice for the resort to make the guests aware of the shows at the piano bar, as we were lucky to have just come across it. However we made sure to go every night as they were definitely our favourite shows at the resort. Overall would like to shout out Chantell and Lenois from Grindz coffee, Chantell from the beach, Chantell from Fuzion, Anthony and Andre from the egg station, Dyawne from Di Roza, Erroll from the piano bar, Hayne from Union Jackz, Omar from the Z Crew, Jermaine the pianist, and Nicholas and Ruel from front desk. Suggestions for improvement: - Let people know when specific restaurants are closed, as we received a time table at the beginning of the trip, however, it was not accurate. - Announce the piano bar shows and have them run a little longer or start later as they normally started at dinner time and ended early. - Nightlife could be better, and it may help if the resort can plan and announce different things that are going on at Union Jacks or Potions. This would attract more people to attend. To sum it up, the place is absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach, but it is really the staff that make things awesome. We have been to other resorts in Jamaica, Cuba and Dominican Republic, but in terms of service, this has been the best. Loved this place, and definitely hope to return.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille au Hyatt Ziva. Nous avons adoré la belle propriété, les terrains bien entretenus et la superbe vue sur l'océan. Nous avons apprécié la petite plage peu profonde. La plongée avec masque et tuba était excellente. Nos chambres se trouvaient dans le bâtiment principal, qui a un aspect très classique et traditionnel. Les chambres ont un aspect vieillot par rapport aux nouveaux bâtiments, mais elles sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, et il es [... lire plus]t agréable d'être proche de tout. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur l'océan et cela n'avait pas de prix. La nourriture était généralement très bonne et très variée. Nous sommes végétariens et nous avons toujours eu beaucoup d'options, et le personnel du restaurant était heureux de nous préparer quelque chose de spécial. Nous avons adoré le café Grindz ouvert 24 heures sur 24, le restaurant Di Roza et Fuzion, ainsi que le piano-bar. La pizza du restaurant italien mérite une mention spéciale. Il est dommage que le Di Roza ait été fermé à deux reprises sans préavis. Le buffet n'est pas très grand et n'est pas aussi varié que ce que nous avons vu dans d'autres hôtels, mais il y a une bonne quantité d'options végétariennes et de superbes fruits, légumes et jus de fruits frais. Les boissons sont de bonne qualité dans tous les bars et cafés. Nos enfants ont adoré le service en chambre 24 heures sur 24. Pour les divertissements en soirée, nous avons préféré les petits spectacles intimes au piano-bar. Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur les spectacles du piano-bar car ils n'étaient mentionnés nulle part. Plus que tout, le personnel et le service ont rendu ce voyage mémorable. Un grand merci aux trois Chantells - à Grindz, Fuzion et à la plage. Dyawane à Di Roza, Nicholas et Ruel à la réception, Anthony et Andre à Chosiez, Brittania au Ziva club et Jermaine le pianiste. Et tous les autres qui ont rendu notre voyage spécial. Enfin, c'était génial de ne pas avoir de bracelets.

Fantastic resort with great service We had an awesome family vacation at the Hyatt Ziva. We loved the beautiful property, well manicured grounds and great view of the ocean. We actually enjoyed the small and shallow beach area. Snorkelling was great. Our rooms were in the main building which has a very classic and traditional feel. The rooms are dated looking compared to the new buildings, however, they were spacious, clean and comfortable and it was great being close to everything. We had a great view of the ocean and it was priceless. Food was generally very good and there was a lot of variety. We are vegetarian and always had a lot of options, plus the restaurant staff were happy to make us something special. Loved the 24 hour coffee shop Grindz, Di Roza and Fuzion restaurant and piano bar. Pizza at the Italian restaurant is worth a special mention. It was a shame that Di Roza was closed on two occasions without prior notice. The buffet is not too large and didn't have as much variety as we have seen at other resorts but they had a fair amount of vegetarian options and amazing fresh fruits, vegetables and juices. Good quality drinks at all the bars and coffee shop. Our kids loved the 24 hour room service. For evening entertainment, we preferred the small intimate performances at the piano bar. We accidently came across the piano bar shows as it wasn't mentioned anywhere. More than anything else the staff and service made the trip memorable. Shout out to all three Chantells - at Grindz, Fuzion and the beach. Dyawane at Di Roza, Nicholas and Ruel at reception, Anthony and Andre at Chosiez, Brittania at Ziva club and Jermaine the piano player. And all the others that made our trip special. Last but not the least, it was great not having wrist bands.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Grand centre de villégiature avec une exception.

L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est poli, arrangeant, gentil. Il y a neuf restaurants, tous excellents. 6 piscines, j'en ai essayé 2, mais l'une d'entre elles était tellement grande qu'elle ressemblait plus à un grand étang avec des îles. Comme l'hôtel accueille des enfants, si vous souhaitez une expérience tranquille, vous ne l'obtiendrez pas dans les parties communes. J'ai adoré la fiesta mexicaine du samedi soir. C'était très amusant. J'ai adoré le massage au spa. Une chose que je  [... lire plus]n'ai pas aimée est le prix du spa, il m'a été donné en dollars américains, puis il a été converti en pesos et débité sur ma carte de crédit. En fait, le prix du spa change tous les jours en fonction du prix du dollar américain.

Great resort with an exception. The Hotel is beautiful, staff are polite, accommodating, kind. There are nine restaurants, every single one is great. 6 pools, tried 2, really one of them was so big, it was more like a big pond with islands. As the hotel accommodates children, if you want a quiet experience, you will not get it in the public areas. I loved the Mexican fiesta Saturday night. I was so much fun. Loved the massage at the spa. One thing I did not like was the pricing of the spa, it was given to me in US Dollars, then it was converted to pesos, and charged to my credit card. So basically the prices for the spa change according to the price of US Dollars every day.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Excellente station

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Excellente situation

L'hôtel est situé sur la meilleure plage de PV, les vues sont exceptionnelles et l'eau était magnifique. La nourriture était un 7/10, pas assez variée à mon avis. Le service était assez bon, pas un 5 étoiles. Le seul problème est qu'ils ne passent pas les gobelets de plage/piscine au lave-vaisselle, ils utilisent un produit chimique. Je ne suis pas fan de cela, j'ai acheté mon propre gobelet pour l'utiliser. L'hôtel est ancien avec quelques éléments modernisés, mais les vues depuis les chambres  [... lire plus]sont 10/10.

Great location The hotel is on the best beach in PV, the views are exceptional and the water was amazing. The food was a 7/10, not enough variety in my opinion. Service was pretty good, not a 5 star. Once concern is they did not run their beach/pool cups thru the dishwasher, they use a chemical dip. Not a fan of thi, bought my own cup to use. The hotel is old with some updated elements, however the views from room are a 10/10.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

L'ensemble du complexe était très propre. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Les piscines étaient propres mais la plupart du temps, il fallait réserver sa place le matin. La nourriture était vraiment bonne et il y avait toujours un événement pour chaque soir. Très divertissant !

Amazing resort! The overall resort was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were clean but most of the time you had to reserve your spot in the morning. The food was really good and they always had an event for each night. Very entertaining!

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Parfait pour toute la famille !

Le personnel employé dans ce complexe est authentique et sincère dans la prestation du service à la clientèle. Il y a bien quelques exceptions, mais il est facile de les contourner. La nourriture est très bonne, l'accès aux commodités est parfait et la taille de la station est sûre, propre et située avec un éventail d'opportunités. À un moment donné, ma femme participait à une séance de yoga sur le quai de la plage, mon fils nageait avec un ami et ma fille lisait un livre à côté de moi sur une c [... lire plus]haise longue de la piscine. J'ai regardé autour de moi et je me suis dit que tout allait bien dans ce voyage !

Perfect for any family! The staff employed at this resort are genuine and sincere in the delivery of customer service. Yes the odd exception but that is easy to navigate around. Food is very good, access to amenities is perfect and the size of the resort feels safe, clean, and situated with a range of opportunities. At one point my wife was attending a yoga session on the beach front dock, my son was swimming with a friend, and my daughter was reading a book beside me on a pool lounging chair. I looked around and thought everything is alright "man" with this trip!

Krystal Grand Cancun: Grand hôtel - solide 4 étoiles

Tout était parfait dans ce complexe : excellente situation, très propre, belles chambres, petites, superbes chariots à la carte, personnel de service sympathique. Le seul problème que nous avons eu avec cet hôtel est que nous avions des bracelets tout compris mais nous devions quand même signer pour tout et quand je dis "tout" je veux dire même la boisson que vous commandez à la piscine. Cela devient un énorme tracas parce que le personnel de service prend une éternité pour traiter une boisson,  [... lire plus]de sorte que le service n'est pas si grand. En dehors de cela, tout va bien. Beaucoup de gens se plaignent du bruit des bars de la plage - regardez les choses en face, si vous séjournez sur le strip n'importe où à Cancun, vous entendrez la musique du Mandala et des clubs locaux jusqu'au petit matin.J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je reviendrais dans ce complexe s'il n'y avait pas l'obligation de signer pour tout.

Great Hotel - solid 4 star Everything was great about this resort: excellent location,very clean, nice rooms, small, great a la carts, nice service staff. The only issue we had with this hotel was that we had all inclusive bracelets but still needed to sign for everything and when I say "everything" I mean even the drink you order at the pool. This becomes a huge hassle because it takes the wait staff forever to process a drink so the service not so great. Outside of that - all good. A lot of people complain about the noise from the beach bars - face the facts, if you are staying on the strip anywhere in Cancun, you will hear the music from Mandala and the local clubs until the wee hours.I really enjoyed my stay and would come back to this resort if they didn't have the requirement to sign for everything.
