Très belle station

la partie 1000 est réparée et agréable et calme ,,,,mais ne restez pas dans la villa c'est très vieux et pas agréable ,,allez dans le bloc 1000 très agréable ,,,c'est propre pas d'insectes et nous l'aimons j'y retournerai n'importe quand ,,la nourriture est ok

C'était notre premier voyage à Cuba et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Villa Cuba a une belle plage, un personnel sympathique, surtout si vous leur donnez un pourboire, une bonne sélection de boissons et une vue imprenable depuis le bar sur le toit. La chambre était correcte, mais il faut absolument travailler sur la plomberie car nous avons eu des fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain. Nous avions la vue sur la piscine, qui est assez bruyante la nuit jusqu'à minuit et une heure du matin, mais la vue  [... lire plus]est magnifique !

Good value for the money paid It was our first trip to Cuba and we were not disappointed! Villa Cuba has nice beach, friendly staff, especially if you tip them, good selection of drinks and stunning view from the bar on the roof. Room was OK, but they definitely need to work on plumbing as we had water leaking in the bathroom. We had pool view, which is quite loud at night till 12 - 1 am, but has astonishing view!

L'hôtel n'est pas très grand, et c'est ce que je voulais parce que mon épouse a récemment subi une opération du genou. Notre chambre était bien, beaucoup d'autres clients n'avaient pas de pression d'eau, d'eau chaude ou de climatisation, mais heureusement nous avions tout cela :) nous avons rencontré des gens extraordinaires. Il y avait toujours beaucoup de nourriture et de boissons. Le personnel était très amical. C'est Cuba, on en a pour son argent, je ne suis jamais déçue, j'y suis allée 6 fo [... lire plus]is.

It's Cuba - I had a great time :) The hotel isn't huge, which is what I wanted because my spouse recently had knee surgery. Our room was fine, a lot if other guests didn't have good water pressure, hot water, or AC - but luckily we had it all :) we met some amazing people there. There's was always plenty of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly. It's Cuba, you get what you pay for, I'm never disappointed, been there 6 times.

Nous avons également séjourné ici l'année dernière. Belle situation, plage, piscine et terrain. Bonne nourriture. Très bon personnel. Pourrait utiliser de l'eau chaude pour la douche. Le bâtiment fuit depuis un certain temps et commence à sentir le renfermé, mais c'est un endroit très relaxant.

Average Stayed here last year also. Beautiful location, beach , pool and grounds. Good food. Great staff. Could use some hot water for shower. Building leaking for some time, as beginning to be musty. but, is a very relaxing place.

Tout juste OK

Les bâtiments et les terrains ont besoin de beaucoup de travail. Il devrait y avoir des restrictions sur l'usage du tabac. Le hall d'entrée était vraiment mauvais. La douche de la salle de bains fuyait sur tout le sol. Quant à la femme de chambre, elle n'a pas fait son travail. J'ai payé pour un forfait VIP et nous avons dû demander tout ce qui était dans le forfait.

Just OK The buildings and grounds needed a lot of work. There should be some kind of restrictions..on smoking. The lobby area was really bad. The shower in the bathroom leaked all over the floor. As far as the maid goes she did not do her job. I paid for a VIP package and we had to ask for everything that was in the package.

cet hôtel était probablement un 4 étoiles il y a 30 ans, maintenant je lui donnerais 2 étoiles au plus, l'hôtel était très négligé, il avait besoin de beaucoup d'entretien, partout où vous regardez quelque chose était cassé, ou ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu 2 jours pour changer de chambre, le personnel était génial en général, la nourriture juste ok,... Ce ne sera pas mon endroit favori pour revenir.

this hotel was probably a 4 stars 30 years ago now i would give it a 2 stars at the most, hotel was very neglected,need a lot of maintenance,everywhere you look something was broken,or not working, took 2 day's to switch room,staff was great in general, food just ok,.Will not be my favorite place to return.

Hôtel idéal pour les amateurs d'animaux

C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel. Nous aimons les chats et nous avons donc adoré cet hôtel. Il y en a beaucoup qui courent partout :) Je comprends que cela puisse gêner certaines personnes, donc si vous n'aimez pas les animaux, n'allez pas dans cet hôtel, vous ne l'apprécierez pas. La plage est la meilleure. Nous avons marché sur la plage jusqu'au centre ville de Varadero, et sommes passés devant tous les hôtels sur le chemin, et je peux vous dire que la plage de Villa Cuba [... lire plus] est bien meilleure, plus large et plus propre que n'importe quel autre hôtel sur le chemin. La piscine est très bien aussi, pas trop de chlore comme au Canada. Les boissons sont également excellentes, très variées, rhum, whisky, gin, vodka, tequila, tout ce que vous voulez. J'ai bu 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, et j'ai toujours été satisfait des boissons. La nourriture est correcte. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, ils font des crêpes et des omelettes devant vous. Le dîner n'est pas aussi bon, mais le souper est excellent aussi. Il y a toujours du poulet et du poisson. Et toujours de la glace, ce qui est très important quand il fait chaud dehors. Le personnel de la réception est très serviable, tout comme le représentant de Sunwing. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très bonne expérience.

Great hotel if you like animals Second time going to this hotel. We love cats so we loved this hotel. There are many of them running around :) I understand it will annoy some people, so if you don't like animals don't go to this hotel, you won't enjoy it. The beach is the best. We walked on the beach to the Varadero city center, and passed all the hotels along the way, and i can tell you the beach in Villa Cuba is much better, wider, and cleaner than any other hotel on the way. The pool is great too, not too much chlorine like in Canada. Drinks are great too, lots of variety, rum, whisky, gin, vodka, tequila, anything you want. I was drinking 24/7 and always was satisfied with the drinks. Food is ok. Breakfast is great, they make pancakes, omelettes right in front of you. Dinner is not so good, but Supper is great too. Always chicken, and fish available. And always they have ice cream, which is very important when it is hot outside. Great front desk staff, very helpful, also the representative for sunwing was very helpful too. Just overall a great experience.

Villa cuba- oh a changé !

Cet hôtel a changé par rapport à il y a 4 ans, il est un peu moins bon pour votre argent. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas eu beaucoup de monde, il y avait beaucoup de clients de 1 à 2 ans ou de séjours d'une semaine qui étaient des Cubains locaux, donc si vous parliez anglais, vous vous sentiez certainement en minorité. Le week-end, il y avait plus de monde et le buffet était difficile à trouver. le personnel est gentil, donnez un pourboire, il sera apprécié. Le sol est superbe et la piscine, la plage, c [... lire plus]ertaines chambres sont bien entretenues et/ou récemment rénovées. Le choix des boissons est excellent. La situation est excellente par rapport à la ville, aux autres stations, aux clubs. Cela dépend de ce que vous aimez mais cela s'est dégradé par rapport aux années précédentes.

villa cuba- oh has it changed! This hotel has changed from 4 years ago, it is a little less value for your money. Although it was not busy and full of people, there were many 1-2 or week stay guests who were local Cubans, so if you spoke English you definitiely felt a minority. weekend time it was busier and buffet hard to get good food. the food in all is the same day in day out. fish, some kind of meat, rarely chicken or hamburgers. only one kind of bread. staff are nice, do tip, it will be appreciated. the ground are great and the pool, beach, some rooms well maintained and/or newly renovated. drink selection is excellent. location is excellent to town, to other resorts, to clubs. depends what you like but it has become worse from previous years.

La mi-septembre n'est pas la meilleure période pour visiter Villa Cuba. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de touristes et la nourriture a posé quelques problèmes à chacun d'entre nous. Le personnel est sympathique et les spectacles sont excellents. Nous avons eu 4 jours de pluie sur 7.

Affordable vacation Mid September is not the best time to visit Villa Cuba. There were not a lot of tourists and the food brought some problems to all of us. Friendly staff and great shows. We had 4 rainy days out of seven.

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Cet hôtel était assez incroyable, même si la sélection de nourriture n'était pas aussi bonne que dans certains resorts, mais tout de même correcte. J'ai eu des problèmes mineurs avec l'hébergement, mais il est très facile de les surmonter. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout le monde. C'est une excellente première expérience et j'y retournerai certainement dans un avenir proche

amazing resort This hotel was pretty amazing all though the food selection was not as good as some resorts but still alright. Had minor issues with accommodations but very easy to see past it. I recommend this resort to anyone. Great first time experience and will definitely be going there again in the near future

Des gens formidables

Cet hôtel a besoin d'un peu de soin, mais les personnes qui y travaillent le compensent. Nous avons passé de très bons moments. La plage était absolument magnifique. La piscine était géniale et le service était incroyable. L'ascenseur était un peu lent mais ça allait. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Great people This hotel is in need of little TLC but the people that work there make up for it. We had a great time. The beach was ubsolutely beautiful. The pool was awesome and the service was incredible. The elevator was a little slow but it was o k. We will defenately go back.

C'est la première fois que nous venons à Cuba et nous avons tout apprécié à la Villa Cuba. Tant que vous y allez avec un esprit ouvert et que vous pouvez vous adapter facilement, il est certain que vous apprécierez votre séjour... L'emplacement est excellent. Il est à quelques minutes du centre-ville... Le personnel est formidable. Ils vous accueillent toujours avec le sourire... L'hôtel a besoin d'un peu d'entretien, mais encore une fois, si vos attentes ne sont pas si élevées, vous l'aimerez t [... lire plus]el qu'il est... La chambre où nous étions était très propre... Avec l'aide de la femme de chambre, elle est restée propre et soignée pendant notre séjour... Les équipes du restaurant buffet sont formidables. Ils sont toujours souriants et offrent un excellent service... Nous avons également apprécié les restaurants à la carte, mais il n'est pas facile de les réserver... Il faut faire la queue avant 10 heures pour réserver et faire l'effort d'être là plus tôt, sinon vous ferez la queue toute la journée... La plage était magnifique et l'eau était calme...

Great resort Being a first time traveller to Cuba, we enjoyed everything at Villa Cuba.. As long s you go there with an open mind and can adapt things easily, for sure, you will enjoy your stay.. The location is great.. It's few minutes away from downtown.. The staff are amazing.. They always greet you with a smile... The resort needs some maintenance, but again, if your expectations are not so high, you will like it as is... The room where we were was very clean.. With the help of the chamber maid, it was kept neat and clean during our stay... The buffet restaurant crews are great.. They are always smiling and provide great service... We also enjoyed the a la carte restaurants, but booking them isn't an easy task.. You have to be in line before 10 am to book and make the effort to be there earlier, otherwise you will be in line forever... The beach was beautiful and the water was calm...

J'ai adoré !

Tout a été excellent lors de notre séjour à la Villa Cuba. Segei, à la réception, est le MEILLEUR ! Il s'est surpassé pour faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. L'employé du bar à café était également très sympathique. La piscine, les restaurants Alla Carte, le terrain, la plage, le temps, les magasins (facilement accessibles à pied) et les habitants de Cuba ont été une expérience merveilleuse. Nous y retournerons un jour, peut-être, espérons-le, l'hiver prochain.

Loved It!! Everything was excellent with our stay at Villa Cuba. Segei at the front desk is the BEST!! He went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The fellow at the coffee bar was very friendly as well. The pool, Alla Carte restaurants, grounds, beach, weather, shopping (within easy walking distance), and the people of Cuba were all a wonderful experience. We ARE going back someday, maybe, hopefully this next winter.

Très propre

Un bon endroit pour passer des vacances en famille, la seule chose est que les moustiques sont partout la nuit, le spray contre les moustiques peut aider. Les employés sont gentils et très amicaux.

Very clean Good place to stay for vacation with familly, the only thing is , mosquitos are all over the place at night, spray for it wil help.Stay away from dark places, ware bright colors, never dark, and enjoy the hotel. Nice workers and very frendly too.

Station balnéaire déplorable

La nourriture était absolument dégoûtante (mais c'est encore de la nourriture cubaine). Très souvent, nous avons vu des restes. Chaque fois que nous prenions une douche, la salle de bain était inondée. Nous avons payé pour une chambre premium et nous n'avons rien eu de tout cela. C'était ma première visite à Cuba, mais aussi la dernière.

Awful resort The food was absolutely desgusting (but its again Cuban food). Very often we saw left over. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom flooded. We paid for premium room and got none of that. This was my first visit to Cuba but also the last.

Belle station balnéaire

Nous avons voyagé à la villa Cuba en février 2013. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur l'océan ! Les chambres étaient propres, pas d'insectes. La nourriture était excellente ! Excellent service. L'hôtel est suffisamment proche du centre-ville pour que l'on puisse s'y rendre à pied. Nous avons voyagé avec hola sun donc nous avons eu un spectacle de cabaret gratuit. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de divertissements et le snack bar n'était pas très bon. Cet endroit es [... lire plus]t idéal pour faire la fête et se détendre. Les piscines étaient propres la plage est belle comme toujours à varadero. Le personnel était amical et serviable. Je retournerais sans aucun doute dans ce complexe !

Beautiful resort We travelled to villa Cuba in February 2013. We had a great time! We had an ocean view room! Rooms were clean, no bugs. Food was great! Excellent service. It's close enough to downtown that you could walk there. We travelled with hola sun so we had a free cabaret show. There isn't much for entertainment and the snack bar wasn't very good. This place is great for both partying and relaxing. Pools were clean beach is beautiful as always in varadero. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to this resort again!

C'est toujours un grand moment

Nous y séjournons chaque année, parfois deux fois si nous avons de la chance ! Le service est toujours de premier ordre, ils prennent vraiment soin de vous. Nous séjournons toujours dans l'une des villas, mais j'ai entendu dire que les chambres d'hôtel étaient également agréables. Le personnel est le meilleur, Daylin et Angie du service des loisirs font un travail remarquable. Je n'ai jamais rencontré de problème avec la nourriture, j'ai toujours pu trouver quelque chose à mon goût. Les restaura [... lire plus]nts de spécialités sont également fantastiques, mais le restaurant chinois est mon préféré. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe est fantastique, la plage est magnifique et le personnel est encore meilleur. Rendez-vous en janvier.

Always a great time We stay every year, sometimes twice if we are lucky! The service is always top notch they really take care of you. We always stay in o e of the villas but I have heard that the hotel rooms are nice as well. The staff are the best, Daylin and Angie from the entertainment department do an outstanding job. I have never encounter any problem with the food, I have always been able to find something that is to my liking. The specialty restaurants are fantastic also, the Chinese Restaurant is my favorite though. All in all fantastic resort, great beach, even better staff. See you all in January.
