Terrain agréable - plus familial

Nous le recommandons aux familles, il n'y a pas de vie nocturne ni de divertissement pour les enfants. La nourriture était correcte, le poulet Jerk était la meilleure option. Le buffet était médiocre. L'hôtel était constamment à court de vin et de verres à vin. Le personnel de la plage est sympathique et amical. Assurez-vous de sortir de la station, les habitants sont très sympathiques. Damian était un membre du personnel extraordinaire qui nous a aidés à organiser une excursion d'une journée à  [... lire plus]Negril.

Nice Grounds- More Family Oriented We recommend for families, no night life other children's entertainment. Food was ok, Jerk Chicken was the best option. Buffet was subpar. Hotel was constantly running out of Wine and Wine glasses. Nice Beach friendly staff. Make sure to get off the resort, locals are very friendly. Damian was an amazing staff member who helped us organize a day trip to Negril.

Fantastic Resort

Un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire ! L'hôtel était très propre et les gens étaient sympathiques. Le terrain était magnifique et la nourriture était très bonne. Je recommanderais cet hôtel aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Le seul point négatif de cet établissement est qu'il ne dispose pas d'une grande plage.

Amazing Resort! The hotel was very clean and the people were friendly. The grounds were beautiful and the food was very good. I would recommend this hotel to families with young children. Only negative thing about this property was that it did not have a large beach area.

Nice Rresort

La chambre d'hôtel était petite mais fonctionnelle, la piscine et la plage étaient superbes, mais le service dans certaines parties de la station est discutable, dans l'ensemble ce fut de bonnes vacances et une bonne station PS : n'achetez pas le lobster diner dont les locaux prétendent qu'il s'agit d'un repas à volonté, car il s'agit d'une grosse arnaque !

Hotel room was small but functional , pool and beach was great ,But the service on some area of the resort is questionable.All in all it was a good vacation and good resort PS don't purchase the lobster diner locals are claiming to be all you can eat , because its a big rip off !

Superbe station familiale

La propriété était propre et disposait de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La nourriture au buffet était excellente. Les autres restaurants étaient également corrects. Les toboggans aquatiques étaient superbes. La piscine était superbe. La seule plainte serait que les boissons sont tellement édulcorées qu'on ne peut pas sentir le goût de l'alcool. Beaucoup de sucré, pas de punch... L'autre chose à noter est que nous avons dû aller à l'hôpital et qu'ils nous ont convaincus d'y aller en ambulance, e [... lire plus]ffrayant... Ne plus jamais y aller à moins d'être en train de mourir. Il n'y avait pas de personnel médical de garde. (n'allez jamais à l'hôpital à moins que votre vie ne soit en danger, car ils vous jaugent et font des tests inutiles), puis ils nous ont laissé partir sans nous ramener à l'hôtel. l'hôtel ne répondait pas au téléphone, nous avons donc dû prendre un taxi, effrayant, et payer 75,00 pour un trajet de 10 minutes.

Great Family resort The property was clean and had everything you need. Food in the buffet was excellent. the other restaurants were Ok too. the waterslides were great. the pool was great. Only complain would be that the drinks are watered down so much that you can not taste the alcohol. A whole lot of sweet, no punch.. the other thing to note was we had to go to hospital and they convinced up to go by ambulance, scarey...never again unless you are dying, don't go. No medical staff on duty there. (dont ever go to the hospital unless your life is in danger, cause they gauge you and do unecessary tests), then they let us go with no ride back to the hotel. the hotel would not answer the phone so had to take a cab, scarey, and pay 75.00 for a 10min ride.

Tout était génial ! La nourriture, les boissons, le service ! Nous étions là pour notre lune de miel et nous avons été si bien traités ! Chambre surclassée gratuitement ! Je retournerais dans ce complexe sans aucun doute ! Idéal pour les familles avec enfants ! Le parc aquatique avait l'air amusant et il n'était qu'à 45 minutes de l'aéroport de Montego Bay. J'ai hâte de planifier un voyage avec les enfants.

incredible! ! Everything was great! The food, the drinks, the service! We were there on our honeymoon and we're treated so well! Upgraded room free of charge! I would go back to this resort again without a doubt! Great for families with children! Water park looked fun and was only 45 minutes from Montego Bay airport. Looking forward to planning a trip back there with the kids.

Un grand potentiel !

Séjour au Royalton du 2 au 9 mars 2014, mon mari et moi, c'était notre 19e anniversaire de mariage. J'avais envoyé un email avant l'arrivée en demandant un lit queen et une chambre calme parce que c'était notre anniversaire sans les enfants. À l'arrivée, nous avons dû prendre un siège et nous avons reçu du champagne à siroter. L'accueil s'est bien passé, l'attente n'a pas été trop longue, mais lorsque nous avons pris notre chambre, nous avons dû revenir en arrière. Notre chambre comportait deux  [... lire plus]lits simples, ce que l'on préférerait ne pas avoir à l'occasion d'un anniversaire. Malheureusement, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait rien d'autre de disponible et qu'il fallait revenir dans quelques jours. Pour faire court, nous sommes restés là où nous étions, car nous avions entendu dire que d'autres clients avaient eu des problèmes plus graves que les nôtres. Le directeur, M. Alexander, nous a parlé et nous a donné l'impression qu'il allait faire quelque chose, mais il n'a absolument rien fait. Sur une note positive, le personnel était formidable et très accommodant, nous avons apprécié les restaurants à la carte, le buffet était également bon mais manquait de service et d'organisation. Les animations quotidiennes à la piscine m'ont semblé ennuyeuses et bruyantes. Encore une fois, quelques améliorations dans certains domaines feront de cet hôtel un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel.

Great potential!! Stayed at the Royalton March 2 - 9, 2014, my husband and I, It was our 19th wedding anniversary. I had sent an email prior to arrival requesting a queen bed and a quiet room because it was our anniversary without the kids. Upon arrival we had to take a seat, and got champagne to sip on. Reception was fine, not too long a wait, but when we got our room we did have to go back. Our room was 2 single beds which on your anniversary you would prefer not to have. But unfortunately we were told there wasn't anything else available, so checkback in a few days. Long story short we stayed where we were, as we heard other guests had worse problems than us. The manager Mr Alexander had talked to us and made it sound like he was going to do something and did absolutely nothing. On a positive note the staff were great and very accommodating, we enjoyed the ala carte restaurants, buffet was also good but lacking in service and organization. Daily entertainment at pool I found to be annoying and loud, again some improvements in a few areas will make this a great resort.

L'hôtel est un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire... Dès notre arrivée, ils se sont assurés que nous nous sentions bien accueillis et que tous nos besoins soient satisfaits !!! Le personnel, la chambre, la nourriture et le terrain sont sans aucun doute 5 étoiles ! Nous reviendrons au Royalton White Sands.
