J'ai adoré chaque minute !

C'est notre deuxième séjour à l'Iberostar Pariso Lindo. Nous ne séjournerons plus que dans un Iberostar. Le service est excellent, la nourriture est très variée et les chambres et le terrain sont impeccables. Nous avons 4 enfants (2 adolescents et 2 plus jeunes). Les adolescents se sont occupés à la plage, à la piscine, à la rivière paresseuse, à la piscine d'activités et à la piscine tranquille. Mes petits ont adoré le club pour enfants et je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de tout le personnel. [... lire plus] La plage était magnifique, avec de belles vagues et du sable blanc. Le restaurant japonais était un succès et les spectacles nocturnes pour enfants et adultes étaient très bien faits. Nous reviendrons !

Loved every minute! This is our second time at the Iberostar Pariso Lindo. We will only stay at an Iberostar. They have amazing service, great selection of food and the rooms and the grounds ammaculate. We have 4 kids (2 teens and 2 younger ones). The teens kept busy at the beach, pool, lazy river, activity and quiet pool. My little ones loved the kids club and I cannot say enough good things about all the staff. The beach was amazing with great waves, and white sand. The Japanese restaurant was a hit and the kids and adult nightly shows were very well done. We will be back!

Pour l'argent que ce resort coûte, la valeur n'est pas là. Les restaurants de spécialités ne valent pas la peine d'avoir une réservation. La nourriture est aussi bonne que le buffet, rien de spécial. Le manque de restaurants ouverts pour le déjeuner

Appréciable

C'est notre troisième séjour dans un hôtel Iberostar et nous sommes heureux de dire que nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec le nettoyage de notre chambre, le personnel a rapidement corrigé le problème et notre femme de chambre s'est excusée. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel a fourni un excellent service... Nous tenons à remercier notre concierge, Tatiana, pour toute l'aide qu'elle nous a apportée. Elle est très agréable et serviable. Nous étions au Lindo, qui peut êt [... lire plus]re considéré comme le centre de villégiature "tranquille" le soir, mais nous avons pu visiter librement les autres centres de villégiature. Pendant la journée, la piscine du Lindo proposait de nombreuses activités. La plage était également excellente.

Enjoyable This is our third stay at an Iberostar resort and we are happy to say that we were not disappointed. We had a minor hiccup with our room cleaning, the Staff was quick to correct the problem and our chambermaid was very apologetic. Overall, the service Staff was excellent...we would like to thank our concierge, Tatiana, for all of her assistance. She is very pleasant and helpful. We were at the Lindo, which can be considered the 'quiet' resort in the evening, but we were able to freely visit the other resorts. During the day, the Lindo pool had plenty of activities. The beach was excellent as well.

Une destination fantastique

Une fois de plus, mon mari et moi n'avons pas été déçus....troisième séjour à Iberostar et deuxième au Lindo....service et propriété toujours maintenus au plus haut niveau. Nous aimons Paraiso Lindo

Notre famille (de 6 à 60 ans) passe la dernière semaine de novembre à Paraiso Lindo depuis 2012. Cette année encore, nous avons passé un moment fantastique. La nourriture était encore meilleure que les années précédentes. J'ai fait du yoga sur la plage tous les matins et c'était divin. Nos petits enfants ont apprécié le club pour enfants et notre grand enfant était à l'aise pour participer aux activités plus adultes (c'est-à-dire le basket-ball et le volley-ball dans la piscine).

We LOVE Paraiso Lindo Our family (ages 6-60) has been spending the last week of November at Paraiso Lindo since 2012. We had a fantastic time again this year. The food was even better than previous years. I did yoga on the beach every morning and it was heavenly. Our small kids enjoyed the kids club and our big kid was comfortable taking part in the more adult activities (ie. pool basketball and volleyball).

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné du 26 novembre au 3 décembre. Une belle période pour y aller, le resort était plus calme ce qui était agréable. Dans l'ensemble : La station est assez grande, mais magnifiquement entretenue. Le hall principal a une odeur étrange et forte, mais qui n'est remarquée nulle part ailleurs dans le complexe (vous n'y entrez que pour vous enregistrer et sortir.) Vous avez la possibilité de prendre des navettes si nécessaire. Il y a un centre commercial avec un bar à tacos, [... lire plus] un bar à crêpes, un glacier, un restaurant de hamburgers (mais je n'y suis pas allé) et un café ! Les piscines sont magnifiques et la plage est belle et bien entretenue par le personnel. Chambre : lits confortables et très propres. Nous avons séjourné dans la section centrale 53. Nous l'avons aimée, calme et au centre des choses. Ceux qui sont plus proches du lobby entendent le bruit des animations nocturnes. (51) Service : Absolument incroyable Famille : C'est une station familiale extraordinaire. Ils ont un super programme pendant la journée pour les enfants, et quand j'ai vu le groupe, tous les enfants avaient l'air heureux et s'amusaient. Nous y sommes allés sans notre enfant, et nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les enfants autour. Plage : Elle était bien entretenue, avec quelques rochers dans l'eau. De l'endroit où se trouvent les chaises à l'eau, il y a un dénivelé. Puis, en entrant dans l'eau, il y a un peu de dénivelé. C'est bien pour les adultes, mais je serais nerveuse si j'avais un enfant en bas âge avec moi (mais les vents étaient forts et produisaient de grosses vagues - elles se sont calmées à la fin de notre voyage) Beaucoup de chaises longues et de cabanes pour se mettre à l'ombre. Vous n'êtes pas censé garder les chaises (j'ai vu la sécurité prendre les serviettes) mais la plupart des gens s'en sont sortis. Nourriture : Appréciée !!! Nous avons adoré le steak house et le mexicain. L'italien pas trop - trop de poisson à mon goût dans le menu. Le buffet était super, j'ai toujours trouvé quelque chose que j'aimais. J'ai adoré le petit déjeuner ! L'emplacement : Il n'a fallu que 30 minutes pour arriver à l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport et nous avons été les premiers à être déposés de la navette. C'est très agréable ! Conseil : Pour trouver la navette. Ignorez ceux qui se trouvent dans l'aéroport. Une fois à l'extérieur, vous trouverez votre transporteur (WestJet...) et votre hôtel. Vous n'avez qu'à chercher.

Beautiful resort. My Husband and I stayed Nov 26-Dec 3. A beautiful time to go, the resort was quieter which was nice. Overall: The resort is fairly large, but beautifully kept. The main lobby has a weird strong scent but is not noticed anywhere else at the resort (You only go in to check in and out.) You are able to take shuttles when needed. There is a shopping centre which has a taco bar, Crepe bar/ ice cream parlour and a burger spot (but did not go there) and a Coffee shop! The pools are beautiful and the beach was nice and well kept by staff. Room: comfortable beds and kept very clean. We stayed in the middle section 53. We liked it, quiet and in the centre of things. The ones closer to the lobby would hear the noise from the night entertainment. (51) Service: Absoultely amazing Family: This is an amazing family resort. They have a great program during the day for the kids to go, and when I seen the group all kids looked happy and were having fun. We went with out our child, and we're not bothered by the children around. Beach: Was well kept, some rocks in the water. From where the chairs are to the water, there is a drop. Then again as you enter the water there is a bit of a drop. Fine as adults, I would be nervous if I had my toddler with me. ( but the winds were high making big strong waves- it settled at the end of our trip) Lots of sun chairs and huts for shade. Your not suppose to save chairs (I seen security taking towels) but most people got away with it. Food: Enjoyed it!! We loved the steak house and the Mexican. Italian not so much- too much fish for my liking on the menu. The buffet was great, always found something i liked. Loved breakfast! Location: Only took 30 min to get to the resort from the airport and we were the first to be dropped off the shuttle. So nice! Tip: When finding the shuttle. Ignore those in the airport. Once outside you will find your carrier (WestJet..)and hotel. You just have to search.

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

les chambres n'ont pas de vue sur l'océan mais il y a tellement de choses à voir par la fenêtre, quel que soit l'endroit où l'on se trouve, la nourriture est excellente et le personnel est très serviable ! Il n'y a pas de jacuzzi dans tout le complexe, seulement de l'eau froide à jets qui n'est pas attrayante, et les indications pour se rendre dans le complexe ne sont pas très bonnes.

amazing resort beautiful presentation, grounds wonderful, rooms have no view of the ocean but there is so much to see out of your window no matter where in the resort you are, great food and staff very helpful! No hot tubs in the whole complex only jetted cold not appealing water..not so great about directions throughout the resort.

Iberostar Paraiso Lindo

Honnêtement, cet hôtel a dépassé nos attentes à tous points de vue : J'ai beaucoup voyagé dans les Caraïbes et cet hôtel était de loin mon préféré. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé rapidement et sans encombre. Le terrain était impeccablement entretenu La plage était extrêmement bien entretenue et il n'y avait aucun problème pour trouver une place à n'importe quelle heure de la journée, ce qui est parfois le cas dans d'autres complexes hôteliers si vous n'avez pas trouvé votre place avant 6 heu [... lire plus]res du matin. La nourriture était très bonne et l'accès aux restaurants à la carte ne posait aucun problème... notre préféré était le restaurant français, mais le restaurant brésilien était également très bon dans l'hôtel voisin. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient incroyables et le premier soir de notre arrivée, il y avait un spectacle de type cirque de soleil avec des divertissements de très haut niveau tous les soirs dans l'énorme pavillon de divertissements. Les chambres étaient modernes, bien entretenues, impeccables, avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris un sèche-cheveux et du shampoing, du savon, etc Honnêtement, le personnel était incroyable, respectueux mais amical. J'ai voyagé dans d'autres endroits où deux femmes voyageant ensemble (mère et fille) ne sont pas toujours traitées avec respect par certains membres du personnel. Le plus beau, c'est que chaque "bâtiment" avait son propre concierge situé dans le hall et que vous pouviez leur parler pour organiser des excursions, poser des questions d'ordre général et même faire votre check-out sur place au lieu de devoir faire la queue dans le hall. Raul et Jonathan étaient nos concierges et ils étaient si heureux et amicaux avec nous, nous demandant toujours si nous avions besoin de quelque chose ou s'ils pouvaient faire quelque chose pour nous. Les équipements de l'hôtel : par où commencer ? Piscine à vagues, nombreux sièges autour de la piscine, belle atmosphère, paons se promenant librement autour de la propriété, coatis se promenant librement tout autour. Le centre commercial situé juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel était vraiment génial. On pouvait aller au restaurant "taco" ou au restaurant "pastrie and coffee" et manger gratuitement parce que cela faisait partie de la formule tout compris. C'était la première fois que ma fille de 23 ans passait des vacances de ce type et lorsque je lui ai demandé si le complexe correspondait à ses attentes, elle m'a répondu que c'était beaucoup plus ! Elle ne s'attendait pas à ce que ce soit aussi grandiose. Miranda : merci beaucoup pour vos conseils sur ce voyage....'a vraiment été plus que ce que nous aurions pu espérer...

Honestly, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard: I have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean and this was by far my favourite hotel. Check in was seamless and quick. The grounds were impeccably maintained The beach was extremely well maintained with no problem whatsoever getting a lounge at any time of the day...this is sometimes a problem in other resorts if you don't stake out your spot by 6:00 am. Food was very good with access to the a la carte restaurants no problem...our favourite was the French restaurant however the Brazillian was also very good at the adjacent hotel. The entertainment at night was amazing and the first night we arrived there was a cirque de soleil type of show with very high calibre entertainment each night in the enormous entertainment pavillion. The rooms were modern well maintained, spotless with everything you could need including a hair dryer and supply of shampoo/soap etc., ...the shower was really cool! Honesty the staff were amazing, respectful yet friendly. I have travelled other locations where 2 women travelling together (mother and daughter) are not always treated respectfully by some of the staff. The best part was each "building" had their own concierge located in the lobby and you would speak to them to arrange trips, general questions and even check out there instead of having to line up in the lobby. Raul and Jonathan were our concierges and they were so happy and friendly to us always asking if we needed anything or if they could do anything for us. The amenities of the hotel: where do I start? Wave pool, lots of seating area around the pool, beautiful atmosphere, peacocks wandering freely around the property, coatis wandering freely all around . A really cool part was the "shopping mall" just outside the hotel where you could go to the "taco" restaurant or the "pastrie and coffee" restaurant and dine free because it was part of the all inclusive. This was my 23 year old daughters first experience with a vacation like this and when I asked her if the resort was what she expected, she said it was so much more!! She hadn't expected it to be that grand. Miranda: thank you SO much for your advice on this trip....it really was more than we could have hoped for...

J'ai adoré !!!!

Très beau complexe. J'ai adoré le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs types de piscines pour les enfants. Il y a d'autres complexes Iberostar et un centre commercial à distance de marche. Le programme Star Kids pour les enfants est un soulagement pour les parents avec de jeunes enfants. L'ambiance est vraiment bonne et la nourriture est correcte. Le personnel est très serviable et se soucie vraiment des autres. Je veux juste partager une expérience que nous avons eue Ma fille de 8 ans a rassemblé tou [... lire plus]s les petits souvenirs de son voyage dans son petit sac à main qu'elle a oublié dans un restaurant la veille de notre départ. Nous ne nous sommes pas rendu compte qu'il avait disparu jusqu'à ce qu'il nous reste 15 minutes avant de partir pour l'aéroport et qu'elle soit en larmes. Le personnel a fait de son mieux pour récupérer son sac et Ryan (qui s'occupe de la réception) a couru derrière notre bus (qui prenait son tour) avec le sac. C'était vraiment agréable de voir un tel dévouement et nous l'avons vraiment apprécié. Nous avons quitté nos vacances avec le sourire et nous sommes heureux d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. Loved it!!!! Very nice resort. Loved the fact that there are so many different types of pools for kids. There are other Iberostar resorts and shopping mall at walking distance. The Star Kids program for kids is a relief for parents with young children. Ambiance is really good and food is okay. The staff is very helpful and they really care. Just want to share an experience we had My 8 year old girl collected all small memories of her trip in her little purse which she forgot at a restaurant the night before we were supposed to check out. We didnt remember it was missing until we had 15 mins left to leave for airport and she was in all tears. The staff tried their best to get her purse and Ryan (who sits at front desk) came running behind our bus (our bus just was taking turn) with the purse. It was really nice to see such dedication and we truly appreciate it. We left our vacation with all smiles and were glad that we selected this hotel. Thanks to Fred from trip central for suggesting it.

Aucun regret pour ce centre de villégiature

Je dois dire que c'était un plaisir suprême d'être dans ce centre de villégiature Un seul mot me vient à l'esprit : Immaculé. Je n'ai jamais vu autant de travailleurs s'affairer pour maintenir le complexe dans un état impeccable. Jardiniers, nettoyeurs, concierge, personnel de service, etc. Les terrains sont incroyables Personnel et service fantastiques Variété Beaucoup de choses à faire Magasins très bien Baignade Plage et piscines excellentes Je terminerai en disant que nous avons pas [... lire plus]sé un moment fantastique grâce à ce que j'ai mentionné ci-dessus et que nous n'hésiterions pas à retourner à l'Iberostar Playa Paraiso Lindo Mexico

No Regrets about this Resort I must say that it was a supreme pleasure to be at this Resort One word comes to mind Immaculate. I have never seen so many workers toiling to keep the resort in pristine condition. Gardeners, cleaners concierge wait staff etc. Grounds incredible Staff and Service fantastic Variety much to do Shopping very good Swimming Excellent beach and pools I will end off saying that we had a fantastic time because of what I mentioned above and would not hesitate to return to the Iberostar Playa Paraiso Lindo Mexico

Ce centre de villégiature était extraordinaire. Il y a tellement de choses à faire et c'est très convivial pour les familles. De la piscine à vagues à la rivière paresseuse, il y a tellement de piscines à choisir. Il y avait toujours un bon choix de nourriture et d'en-cas, et les spectacles nocturnes étaient géniaux !

Awesome Vacation This resort was amazing. So much to do and very family friendly. From the wave pool to the lazy river, and so many pools to choose from. There was always a good selection of food and snacks, and the night time shows were great!

L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé. Les buffets du petit déjeuner, du déjeuner et du dîner étaient excellents. Les restaurants pour le dîner du soir étaient excellents et le service exemplaire. Il y a beaucoup de divertissements pour les enfants et je suis sûr que les enfants ne s'ennuieront pas ici.

Amazing resort The hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were awesome. The restaurants for dinner in the evening were excellent and service was exemplary. There is a lot of entertainment for kids and am sure kids would not be bored here.

Le personnel est extraordinaire Bartolo et Carmen à El Fogon nous ont accueillis tous les jours avec un sourire et 2 Mimosas et merci Bartolo pour le cadeau que je chérirai toujours, vous nous avez fait sentir comme une Familia ! Alejandra, tu m'as tellement aidée et chaque problème que j'ai rencontré a été résolu immédiatement... j'ai adoré que tu prennes le temps de discuter avec moi et tu as vraiment rendu notre séjour mémorable ! Miguel à El Tapito est un serveur extraordinaire, énergique et [... lire plus] chaleureux... une expérience formidable grâce à vous et la nourriture était incroyable ! Ce complexe est très agréable mais ce n'est pas un endroit pour les célibataires, il y avait des bébés qui pleuraient même dans les restaurants à 23 heures, ce qui a gâché notre plaisir de séjourner dans ce complexe.

Too Many Children The staff is amazing Bartolo and Carmen at El Fogon greated us everyday with a smile and 2 Mimosas and thank-you Bartolo for the gift I will always treasure it you made us feel like Familia! Alejandra you helped me so much and every problem I encountered was fixed immediately..loved that you took time to chat with me and you truly made our stay memorable! Miguel at El Tapito he is an amazing energetic warm amazing waiter..great experience because of you and the food was amazing! This resort is very nice but it was not a place for singles there were babies crying even at the restaurants at 11pm which for us spoiled our enjoyment of the resort.I would only recommend this resort to people with young children.

Nous y sommes allés au début du mois d'avril et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le personnel était très sympathique et veillait toujours à ce que nous vivions une expérience formidable. Il y a beaucoup de choses qui se passent autour du complexe et il faut y aller pendant au moins 7 jours. La nourriture était correcte et les piscines auraient besoin d'un peu plus de nettoyage (piscine à vagues et piscines pour enfants), mais je lui donnerais quand même 5 étoiles dans l'ensemble.

Amazing resort Went there beginning of April and we had the best time. Staff were very friendly and always made sure we were having a great experience. Lots of things going on around the resort that you'll need to go for at least 7 days. Food was ok and the pools could use a bit more cleaning ( wave pool and the kids pools) but I would still rate it 5 stars overall.

Bonnes vacances

Beaux locaux, bon service. La promenade sur la plage est un atout. Les bâtiments sont un peu désuets. Les chambres pour handicapés ne sont pas adaptées aux besoins croissants de la population. La nourriture est excellente, en particulier les fruits. Les végétariens et les personnes souffrant d'allergies doivent se battre pour trouver les bons aliments.

Good vacation Beautiful premises, good service. Boardwalk on the beach is a plus. Buildings are a bit dated. Handicapped rooms are not caught up to rising population needs. Food is great especially the fruit. Vegetarians and allergy sufferers have to struggle to find right foods.

Nous y sommes allés pour notre 25e anniversaire en février 2016 et je n'aurais pas pu être plus heureux ! La nourriture, l'hébergement, le personnel, les spectacles, les piscines, l'océan et la plage étaient spectaculaires. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !

Amazing Resort! We went for our 25th Anniversary in February 2016 and I could not have been more happier! The food, accommodations, staff, shows, pools, ocean and beach were spectacular. I would totally go back again!

Merveilleuses vacances en famille

C'était des vacances parfaites pour notre groupe de 10 - 6 adultes et 4 enfants entre 6 et 9 ans. Il y avait tant de choses à faire pour les enfants (piscine à vagues, lazy river, parc aquatique pour enfants, etc.) et de nombreux endroits où les parents pouvaient surveiller et prendre un verre (essayez le Riviera Maya). La nourriture était toujours fraîche et délicieuse (ne manquez pas le bar à ceviche frais au buffet) et nous avions toujours des choix étonnants. Les cartes à la carte étaient co [... lire plus]rrectes et il était très pratique d'avoir un concierge dans le bâtiment. Nous étions dans le bâtiment 52, qui est très central. Nous reviendrons !

Wonderful Family Vacation This was a perfect vacation for our group of 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids between 6 and 9. There was so much for the kids to do (wave pool, lazy river, kids water park, etc.) and lots of areas for the parents to supervise and have a drink (try the Riviera Maya). Food was always fresh and delicious (be sure to catch the fresh ceviche bar at the buffet) and we always had amazing choices. The A La Cartes were decent and it was very handy having a concierge at the building. We were in building 52 which is very central. We'll be back!

Le buffet était le meilleur que nous ayons eu dans un hôtel tout compris. Il y avait toujours une grande variété d'aliments frais disponibles. Le terrain était impeccable. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Amazing family vacation This resort exceeded our expectations. The staff was always friendly and provided excellent service. The food was good. The buffet was the best we've had at an all inclusive. There was always a great variety of fresh food available. The grounds were immaculate. We would go back in a minute.

De superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment la première semaine de janvier 2016. Bonne nourriture, grands divertissements / spectacles, employés très gentils et dévoués au Kids Club. La seule chose qui me fait hésiter sur ce resort est la chambre. Elle était très propre, mais personnellement j'ai trouvé qu'elle sentait mauvais (à cause de l'humidité)

Great vacation! We had a great time first week of Jan 2016. Good food, great entertaining / shows, very nice and dedicated employees at the Kids Club. The only thing that makes me hesitate about this resort is the room. It was very clean, but personally I found it was smelling (because of humidity)
