Magnifique centre de villégiature !

C'est un très beau centre de villégiature ! Le terrain est luxuriant et bien entretenu. Le service est remarquable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, joliment décorées et propres. La nourriture au buffet était très bonne, mais le seul restaurant à la carte où nous sommes allés proposait du surf and turf et les portions étaient très petites et froides. Les divertissements en journée étaient insuffisants et nous avons écouté la même playlist tous les jours. Dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été excell [... lire plus]entes.

Beautiful resort! This is a beautiful resort! The grounds are lush and well kept. The service was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The food at the buffet was very good however the only a la carte we went to has surf and turf and the portions were very small and cold. The day entertainment was lacking and We listened to the same playlist daily. Overall a great vacation.

Beautiful resort Great hotel very clean good food and service. Always somewhere to eat or drink . Resort never seemed overcrowded Clean beach Would definitely go back Butler service was great Customer service was great and all staff was happy to help and make your vacation special

J'ai adoré !

Des terrains magnifiques, une nourriture fantastique et un personnel merveilleux. Notre majordome Renaudo était tout simplement le meilleur. Je le recommanderais sans hésiter, ainsi que ce complexe hôtelier. Notre restaurant préféré était le Japanese, qui n'était pas seulement fantastique, mais aussi très divertissant.

Loved it! Beautiful grounds, fantastic food & wonderful staff. Our Butler Renaudo was simply the best. Would definitely recommend him and this Resort. Our favorite restaurant was the Japanese which was not only fantastic food but great entertainment as well.

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour au Majestic colonial ! Les chambres étaient magnifiques et le personnel très sympathique. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités différentes pendant la journée, et les spectacles le soir étaient géniaux ! Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons ici !

Awesome resort Absolutely loved our stay at majestic colonial! The rooms were beautiful, and staff was super friendly. There were a lot of different activities during the day, and the shows at night were awesome! Overall the resort was well maintained. Would stay here again!

Un grand moment !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au Majestic Colonial grâce à O’Neil Graham qui nous a offert une fois de plus un service exceptionnel. Le complexe nous a accueillis pour la deuxième fois avec des bannières sur la porte et à proximité de la piscine et de l'océan. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux avec un service exceptionnel. Le personnel était très attentif à tout. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Great time! We had an awesome time at Majestic Colonial thanks to O’Neil Graham for once again exceptional service. The resort welcomed us back for a second time with banners on the door and close to pool and ocean. We had a wonderful time with exceptional service. Staff was very attentive to everything. I can’t wait to go back.

Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes. Nous avons pu avoir des chambres proches les unes des autres et des réservations de groupe. Les chambres étaient propres et le terrain de l'hôtel était également propre. Le personnel est très poli. A recommander

Great Resort We had a group of 10 of us go down. We were able to have rooms close together and group reservations as well. The rooms were clean and resort grounds tidy as well. Staff are very polite. Would recommend

Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Nous avons visité un certain nombre de complexes hôteliers dans les Caraïbes, et celui-ci est certainement le plus beau ! Les chambres, la nourriture, l'emplacement, les activités et l'ambiance sont de premier ordre. Ce qui a permis au Majestic Colonial de se démarquer, c'est l'excellent service fourni par le personnel. Nos besoins (et nos désirs) ont été pris en compte immédiatement, et toujours avec le sourire. Notre majordome, Eduardo, nous a donné l'impression d'être à notre place, et il [... lire plus] était agréable de pouvoir compter sur une personne aussi amicale et serviable. Le seul problème est que j'ai été victime d'une intoxication alimentaire lors du buffet du mardi soir (7 janvier).

Wonderful resort! We have been to quite a few resorts in the Caribbean, and this is certainly the nicest! The rooms, food, location, activities and ambiance are top notch. What made the Majestic Colonial really stand out was the excellent service provided by the staff. Our needs (and wants) were addressed immediately, and always with a smile. Our butler, Eduardo, made us feel like we really belonged there, and it was nice to have a such a friendly, helpful person to call upon. The only glitch was that I got food poisoning at the Tuesday night (Jan 7) buffet.

Station balnéaire agréable, hébergement décevant

Nous avons apprécié le resort, mais malheureusement notre chambre ne pouvait pas sécher sans déshumidificateur et même avec le déshumidificateur en place, nos vêtements étaient mouillés, n'ont jamais séché et ont été ramenés à la maison avec une odeur de moisi. Les restaurants du Colonial ont besoin d'être améliorés, tout comme les terrains.

Nice resort, disappointing accomodations We enjoyed the resort, but unfortunately our room could not dry without a de-humidifier and even with the de-humidifier in place, our clothes were wet, never dried and were brought home with a moldy smell. Restaurants in the Colonial are in need of an upgrade as are the grounds.

Charmante station balnéaire

Le complexe est bien aménagé et les terrains sont maintenus propres... vous pouvez voir les employés qui s'occupent des terrains et qui lavent les allées. Le personnel était très amical et courtois. Nous avons acheté le Colonial CLUB et je le recommanderais à tous ceux qui voyagent dans ce complexe, car vous avez un majordome personnel sur lequel vous pouvez compter pour faire du service à la clientèle une expérience formidable.Les chambres avaient un double lavabo, un sèche-cheveux, une planche [... lire plus] à repasser, un jacuzzi, une douche et des toilettes séparées. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons trouvé que la pression de l'eau était faible mais praticable... les toilettes étaient un peu petites. Le service de mini bar et le service de veille de nuit étaient assurés. La piscine principale était superbe, mais les membres du Club disposaient d'une piscine séparée pour les adultes, avec leur propre service de serviettes. La plage réservée aux membres du Club était clôturée, mais il fallait quand même s'assurer une place tôt le matin. La plage elle-même était magnifique, mais le temps venteux a rendu les eaux un peu plus agitées. Il y avait cinq restaurants à la carte ; il fallait réserver uniquement pour le Japonais et le Gourmet, mais le majordome pouvait réserver les cinq pour vous. Nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre de la nourriture au buffet ou à la carte ; pour moi, elle était très bonne pour les standards de Punta Cana. Il y a également un casino et un bar sportif. Ce qui rendrait ce complexe encore meilleur, c'est qu'il y ait un café.

Lovely resort The resort was well laid out and the grounds were kept clean...you can see the workers tending to the grounds and also washing the walkways. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We bought into the Colonial CLUB and I would recommend this to anyone travelling to this resort as you had a personal butler who you can rely on to make the customer service experience a great one.The rooms had double sinks, hair dryer, ironing board, jacuzzi, separate shower and toilet. During our stay we found the water pressure to be low but workable...the toilet area was a bit small. Mini bar service and night turn down services were provided. Main pool area was great but we had separate adult pool area for Club members...with their own towel service. The beach area for Club members was roped off but you still had to secure a spot early in the morning. The beach itself was great but we had windy weather which accounted for somewhat rougher waters. There were five a la carte; reservation needed for the Japanese and Gourmet only but the butler can make reservations for all five for you. No complaints about the food at the buffet or the a la carte; for me it was very good for Punta Cana standards. There was also a casino and sports bar. What would make this resort even better is if it had a café.

Nous revenons d'une semaine au Magestic colonial. Le complexe est magnifique, le personnel formidable et amical et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! Notre salle de bain du côté de la famille était fantastique ! La plage était magnifique - beaucoup de chaises longues, pas d'algues. La nourriture était bonne. L'équipe de divertissement a fait un excellent travail et les spectacles du soir étaient amusants. La plaza était un élément agréable pour les spectacles avant le spectacle de fin de journ [... lire plus]ée.

Fantastic resort! We came back from a week at the Magestic colonial. The resort is beautiful, staff amazing and friendly and we would definitely return! Our swim out room on the family side was fantastic! The beach was amazing - lots of loungers no seaweed. Food was good. Entertainment team did a great job and evening shows were fun. The plaza was a nice feature for live entertainment before the later show.

Grande semaine !

Je reviens d'une excellente semaine au Majestic Colonial Punta Cana. Le complexe est magnifique, la nourriture et les boissons sont excellentes ! L'hôtel est très grand, ni trop petit, ni trop grand. La plage est superbe, mais seuls certains endroits sont accessibles à la baignade. Tous les restaurants sont excellents, sauf "Le Gourmet", qui a été déçu par la nourriture et le service. Les restaurants Seafood, Rodeo, Buffet et Tempinyaki ont tous dépassé les attentes. Tous les spectacles étaie [... lire plus]nt fantastiques ainsi que tous les divertissements/sports organisés sur la plage. La fête de l'écume était très amusante ! Mais elle devrait être déplacée un peu plus tôt dans la journée, 16h est un peu tard dans la journée. 2 ou 3 aurait été mieux à mon avis. Dans l'ensemble, la semaine a été excellente et je la recommanderais ! :)

Great Week!! Just returned from a great week at Majestic Colonial Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, has great food and drinks! The resort is a great size, not too small or too big. Great beach but only certain spots are swimmable. All of the restaurants are great, except for "Le Gourmet", was let down by the food and service. The Seafood, Rodeo, Buffet and Tempinyaki all exceeded expectations though. All of the shows were fantastic as well and all of the organized entertainment/sports on the beach. The foam party was so much fun! But should be moved a little earlier in the day, 4pm is a little late in the day. 2 or 3 would have been better in my opinion. Overall great week and would recommend! :)

Tout était toujours propre, le personnel était mon élément préféré, il était si amical et amusant. L'attention portée aux détails a permis à la station de se présenter sous son meilleur jour. La plage était magnifique ! Il y avait toujours des activités pour vous tenir occupé si vous le souhaitez et elles étaient si amusantes

The best resort ever! Everything was always kept clean, the staff was my favourite part they were so friendly and fun. The attention to detail really made the resort look the best. The beach was stunning! There was always activities to keep you busy if you want and they were so fun

Une époque étonnante

Nous sommes allés en groupe de 9 personnes pour fêter Noël, et ce fut un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire pour célébrer la famille. Le terrain est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et propres. Les boissons étaient excellentes et le personnel extraordinaire. Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Amazing time We went as a group of 9 to celebrate Christmas, this was an amazing resort to celebrate family. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms spacious and clean. The drinks were excellent and the staff was amazing. We had a fabulous time and would not hesitate to return.

Cet hôtel est sans aucun doute un 5 *, le terrain est bien entretenu. Le personnel est sympathique et toujours prêt à se surpasser pour vous satisfaire. Nous avons séjourné dans le Colonial Adult only side, ce qui signifie qu'un majordome vous est attribué. La plage est de sable blanc et l'eau bleue cristalline. Je recommande vivement ce complexe.

Amazing resort This Hotel is definitely a 5 *, the grounds are well kept. The staff are friendly and always willing to go over and beyond to accommodate you. We stayed at the Colonial Adult only side so you are assigned a Butler, who again was outstanding and made sure your stay was enjoyable. The beach is white sand and crystal clear blue water. I highly recommend this resort.

Les terrains sont magnifiques et bien entretenus, le personnel est très aimable et la nourriture est excellente. Les plages étaient bien entretenues et le personnel ramassait toujours les déchets ou les gobelets laissés sur place. Il semblait également y avoir des événements amusants sur la plage ou à la piscine. Mon seul reproche concerne les stands installés autour du théâtre, où des gens vendaient toutes sortes de marchandises, mais ils étaient très insistants dans leurs tactiques de vente. Great weather, terrific experience! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, staff was very friendly, and food was great. The beaches were neatly kept and there were always staff picking up litter or cups left behind - there also always seemed to be fun events going on by the beach or pool areas. My only complaint would be that there were stalls set up around the theatre where people were selling all kinds of goods, however they were very pushy with sales tactics. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and will likely go back in the future!

Merci à Yefferson et Edwin qui ont pris soin de rendre nos vacances mémorables. Les restaurants offraient un grand choix et si vous vouliez une soirée décontractée, le buffet n'a jamais déçu. Tout le monde à l'hôtel s'est surpassé pour s'assurer que nos besoins étaient satisfaits. Les chambres sont spacieuses et impeccables grâce au service de nettoyage. Les serveurs [... lire plus] et les barmans sont sympathiques et accueillants. La plage est exceptionnelle et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver des chaises longues. Majestic Colonial. Amazing Resort This was our 6th stay at the Majestic Resorts and the 3rd time in the Colonial. We chose the club and were thoroughly pleased. Thanks to Yefferson and Edwin who took such care to make our vacation memorable. The restaurants offered great selections to choose from and if you wanted a casual evening the buffet never disappointed. Everyone in the hotel went above and beyond to make sure your needs were met. The rooms are spacious and kept spotless by the maid service. The waiters and bartenders are friendly and welcoming. The beach was outstanding and we never had any issue finding lounge chairs. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Resort!!! This hotel was awesome. We thank you so much for the free upgrade to the Colonial section. Would definitely recommend this option for the butler service (David was amazing, took care of all our requests quickly and made us feel like we were getting special treatment) and the private lounge, pool and beach section - they were a super added bonus. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The room was nice and large. The staff was always friendly and attentative. The food was great - we really enjoyed the Teppanyaki and the Steakhouse restaurants. We will definitely go to this hotel again and will recommend it to all our family and friends. Cet endroit nous a de nouveau émerveillés. Nous y sommes allés deux fois et prévoyons d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Les terrains sont bien entretenus, la plage est fantastique, la nourriture est délicieuse et le service est incomparable. Nous avons déjà demandé à d'autres personnes de se joindre à nous. Awesome again This place has amazed us again. We have been twice now and are planning to return next year. The grounds are well maintained, the beach is fantastic, the food is delicious and the service can't be beat. We have already asked others to join us. Looking forward to seeing our new friends again.
