Iberostar Beach Jamaïque

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'Iberostar Beach en Jamaïque. Le personnel était charmant et les chambres très confortables et propres. C'est le steak house qui nous a le plus plu. Le buffet était correct mais pas assez varié pour nous.

Iberostar Beach Jamaica We enjoyed our stay at the Iberostar Beach in Jamaica. The staff were delightful and the rooms very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the food at the steak house the best. The buffet was okay but did not have enough variety for us.

Un personnel des plus courtois !

L'hôtel est très beau, le terrain est immaculé, très propre, le service est excellent et la nourriture est très bonne ! J'ai demandé très poliment à l'un d'entre eux s'il pouvait mettre mon petit bagage à main blanc sur le dessus parce qu'il s'abîme et se salit, il m'a répondu très grossièrement : " Eh bien, vous allez devoir rentrer chez vous et le nettoyer, et la prochaine fois que vous viendrez, achetez un bagage noir " J'ai été vraiment déçu de son attitude, il n'y avait pas lieu de faire ce [... lire plus]la !

Most courteous staff! The hotel is very nice, immaculate grounds, very clean, great service and the food was so good! Most impressed with the friendly and happy staff everyone was so wonderful except for the guys that loaded the luggage onto the bus they were very rude, I asked one very politely if he could please put my small white carry-on luggage on top because it gets damaged and dirty, he very rudely responded “well you are just going to have to go home and clean it, and next time you come buy black luggage” he then proceeded to put my luggage at the bottom and placed 3 of the larger ones on top and smiled! Was truly disappointed with the attitude, there was no need for that!

Cet hôtel est très sympathique, propre et le matériel est génial. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'ai hâte d'y retourner. Ils sont adaptés aux enfants, ma fille m'a dit qu'elle avait hâte d'y retourner. J'adore cet endroit

Amazing resort This hotel is very friendly clean and the stuff is Awsome I would recommend this hotel can't wait to go back. They are children friendly my daughter said she can't wait till she goes back. I LOVE THIS PLaCE

Iberostar Rose Hall

Nous avons été surclassés dans les Suites, donc ce commentaire porte sur les SUITES et non sur la PLAGE. Hôtel et centre de villégiature de premier ordre avec un personnel et un service exceptionnels. La qualité et le choix de la nourriture sont supérieurs à la moyenne. Piscine excellente et plage agréable. La seule chose à laquelle il faut faire attention est l'offre du Club. Lisez les commentaires avant de vous engager à assister à une présentation.

We were upgraded to The Suites so this review is on the SUITES and not the BEACH. Top notch hotel and resort with outstanding staff and service. Food quality and selection above average. Pool excellent and beach good. The only thing to be aware of is The Club offering. Please read reviews before you commit to attend a presentation.

Très beau centre de villégiature

Mon ami et moi-même y avons passé une semaine. Nous avons été émerveillés par la propreté de l'hôtel en général. La nourriture était superbe et suffisamment variée pour satisfaire tout le monde. Le personnel était extraordinaire, toujours souriant et heureux de pouvoir nous aider à tout moment. La femme de chambre a fait de magnifiques sculptures de serviettes tous les jours sur nos lits et a gardé la chambre impeccable. Nous avons eu la surprise de trouver une bouteille de champagne et un gât [... lire plus]eau le soir de l'anniversaire de mon amie. Une assiette avec différents fruits a également été placée dans notre chambre. A deux reprises, nous avons trouvé un lit (pas les deux) préparé pour la nuit, avec deux chocolats. La plage est un peu courte. Néanmoins, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci à Iberostar.

Very nice resort My friend and myself were there for one week. We marvelled at the cleanliness of the hotel in general. The food was superb with enough varieties to please everyone. The staff were amazing, always smiling and happy to Be of help all the time. The chambermaid made beautiful towel sculpture everyday on our beds and kept the room spotless. We were surprised to find a bottle of bubbly, a cake the night of my friend's birthday. A plate with different fruits was also placed in our room. Twice we found one (not both) bed prepared for the night, with two chocolates. The beach is a little short. Nonetheless we had a great week. Thank you Iberostar.

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Tout était formidable ! La nourriture, le service, les chambres ont dépassé nos attentes. L'équipe de divertissement était excellente pendant la journée et le spectacle du soir. Le buffet et les restaurants étaient très bons. Nous reviendrons !

Amazing resort Everything was great! The food, service, rooms exceeded our expectations. The entertainment team was excellent during the day and the evening show. The buffet and restaurants were very good. We will return!

Un centre de villégiature formidable !

Si vousâ €™re à la recherche pour un grand tout inclus vacances, ce resort est génial. Un personnel formidable, des installations propres et agréables. En tant qu'habitué de Cuba, la bonne nourriture fait vraiment la différence. La nourriture était incroyable ! Le restaurant japonais est génial (ma famille n'aime même pas le japonais et ils ont adoré). Ce complexe est le dernier au bout de la plage et il y a un ‘market’ jamaïcain juste à côté et ils viennent sur la plage à 17h. La plage est  [... lire plus]agréable mais n'est pas comparable à une plage cubaine. Les divertissements étaient très bons aussi ! Je recommanderais ce complexe à 110% !

Awesome resort! If you’re looking for a great all inclusive vacation, this resort is awesome. Great staff, clean, nice facilities. As a typical Cuba goer, the great food really does make a difference. The food was amazing! Japanese Restaurant is awesome (my family doesn’t even like Japense and they loved it). This resort is the last resort at the end of the beach and there is a Jamaican ‘market’ right beside and they come on the beach they 5pm. Beach is nice but doesn’t compare to a Cuba beach. Entertainment was really good too! I would 110% recommend this restort!

Le centre de villégiature était formidable. Propre, bonne nourriture et personnel très sympathique. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Grand centre de villégiature

Nous y sommes allés pour un mariage et c'était formidable ! La nourriture et les divertissements étaient excellents. Nous avons payé un supplément pour une vue sur l'océan et nous avons eu la même vue que le reste de notre groupe, ce qui était une arnaque. Mais nous y retournerons sans aucun doute

Great resort We went for a wedding and it was amazing! The food and entertainment were great. We paid extra for an ocean view and got the same view as the rest of our party which was a rip off. But would definitely go back

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'iberostar rose hall beach resort.

Excellente propriété, piscines, aménagement paysager, plage, les gens étaient très gentils. Le seul problème était que les chambres sentaient le renfermé, mais elles étaient très propres. Les excursions en dehors de la station étaient faciles à réserver par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel et très sûres et agréables. Ma femme et moi reviendrons certainement.

Was an awesome time at iberostar rose hall beach resort. Excellent property, pools landscaping , beach , people were very nice. Only problem was rooms were musty smelling. They were very clean however.Off resort trips were easy to book through hotel and very safe and enjoyable.My wife and I would definitely return again.

J'ai adoré l'Iberostar !

J'ai séjourné à l'Iberostar en octobre 17. J'ai adoré le complexe. Tout le monde, du gardien au personnel du bar, est toujours sympathique. La nourriture était bonne dans tous les restaurants à la carte et au buffet. J'ai mangé du homard un soir et des pattes de crabe un autre soir au buffet ! Les crevettes et les scampis sont parmi les plus savoureux que j'ai mangés si vous aimez les fruits de mer. Si vous aimez un steak à point, choisissez-le à point, la première fois c'était un peu en desso [... lire plus]us mais le goût était excellent. Plage et eau propres. Le personnel de divertissement est infatigable et fantastique, que vous participiez ou non. J'ai adoré le poulet jerk et j'en ai mangé tous les jours. Je ne sais pas pourquoi les gens se plaignent des petites choses, vous êtes au paradis ! S'il vous plaît, regardez la moitié pleine plutôt que la moitié vide. Ne cherchez pas à vous plaindre, mais profitez simplement de votre séjour. Vous serez heureux de l'avoir fait. Je recommanderais à tout le monde. J'y retournerais. Probablement pas car il y a tellement d'autres endroits à visiter. J'ai eu des expériences similaires à Mayan et en RD, mais je n'y retournerais pas aussi bien. 5 étoiles à mon avis. Irie mon!😀

Loved the Iberostar! Was at Iberostar in oct/17. Loved the resort. Everyone from groundskeeper to bar staff always friendly. Food was good in all a la carte restaurants and buffet. Had lobster on one night and crab legs another at the buffet! Also some of the tastiest shrimp/scampi I've had if you are a seafood lover. If you like medium rare steak go medium, first time a bit under but still tasted great. Beach and water clean. Entertainment staff tireless and fantastic whether you participated or not. Loved the jerk chicken and ate it everyday. Not sure why people complain about small stuff you are in paradise! Please look at half full rather than half empty. Don't look for things to complain about but just enjoy your time there. You will be glad you did. Would recommend to anyone. Would I go back. Probably not because there are so many other places you can visit. Have had similar experiences in Mayan and DR but would not go back as well. 5 stars in my opinion. Irie mon!😀

Grand hôtel

La nourriture était fabuleuse. Les chambres étaient grandes et propres. Les divertissements étaient corrects. La plage était belle, l'eau était excellente. La piscine était très propre et grande. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y avait pas de musique. Le resort devrait avoir de la musique toute la journée pour que les gens ressentent l'ambiance de la Jamaïque. Cela doit être à l'extérieur, sur la plage et dans le hall. Le personnel était tous formidables !

Great Hotel The food was fabulous. The rooms were large and clean. Entertainment was ok. The beach was nice , water was great. Pool very clean and large. Only down fall was no music playing. The resort should have music playing all day so people feel the vibe of being in Jamaica. This needs to be outside, beach and lobby. Staff were all great!

Un test d'exception

C'est l'un des meilleurs centres de villégiature que j'aie jamais visités. Le personnel était très amical, accommodant et cherchait toujours à rendre votre séjour agréable. Les animations et le personnel étaient géniaux, en particulier Mr neat string bean et teddy bear. La nourriture était de premier ordre et le choix était 5 étoiles plus plus. La maintenance était toujours en train d'entretenir le terrain. Super propre !

Exceptional Tesort This was one of the top resorts i have ever been to. The staff was very friendly accommodating and always looking to making your stay pleasurable. Entertainment and staff was awsome especially Mr neat string bean and teddy bear. Food was top notch and selection was 5 star plus plus. Maintenance was always keeping the grounds. Super clean!

Excellent séjour

Ce centre de villégiature est super. Les gens sont si gentils et si accommodants. La nourriture est excellente et très variée. La plage est correcte. Elle n'est pas très longue et plus on s'éloigne, plus il y a d'algues. Il n'y a jamais eu de problème avec les chaises. Les chambres sont superbes. Le complexe est bien entretenu. Je le recommanderais sans hésiter.

Excellent stay This resort is super. People are so friendly and accommodating. The food is great and a big variety. The beach is ok. Not very long and the further you go out the more seaweed you get. Never a problem with chairs. Rooms are great. The resort is well taken care of. I would for sure recommend it.

Superbe complexe familial

Il a totalement dépassé nos attentes en matière de vacances familiales. Nous nous sommes vraiment amusés. Les enfants ont adoré. La nourriture était incroyable ! Le personnel était super sympa. Il aurait fallu un autre membre du personnel au bar de la piscine car il y avait trop de monde pour un seul

Amazing family resort Totally exceeded our expectations of a family resort. We had a real fun time. Kids loved it. Food was amazing!! Staff were super nice. Needed another staff member at pool bar though as it was too busy for one

Absolument magnifique !

La nourriture était délicieuse. Nous avons mangé un steak parfaitement cuit au steakhouse et de superbes crevettes à la noix de coco au Cajun. Le personnel était très aimable et attentif. Les employés étaient très heureux - ils chantaient toujours. Notre chambre était également très moderne et propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce complexe.

Absolutely Beautiful! They food was delicious. We had a perfectly cooked steak at the steakhouse and awesome coconut shrimp and the Cajun. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very happy employees - always singing. Also, our room was very modern and clean. We had a wonderful stay at this resort.

Le personnel était si amical et extraordinaire. Ils ont fait en sorte que tout le monde s'amuse. Les divertissements étaient également amusants. La nourriture était excellente et les boissons encore meilleures ! L'hôtel était très propre et le réfrigérateur était très bien rempli.

Amazing resort! The staff were so friendly and amazing. They made sure everyone had fun. The entertainment was fun as well. The food was great and the drinks even better! The hotel was very clean and the fridge was very stacked.

Charmante station balnéaire

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné à l'Iberostar Rose Hall Beaches Resort, nous avons passé sept jours extraordinaires, nous avions une belle chambre avec une vue magnifique sur la piscine et la plage, le personnel était le meilleur, des gens vraiment gentils et toujours souriants, les restaurants étaient vraiment sympas aussi, la nourriture était bonne, nous l'avons appréciée,nous avons adoré tout ce qui concerne l'Iberostar, je pourrais continuer encore et encore pour faire une longue histoire cou [... lire plus]rte, nous aimerions y retourner. Je sais qu'en décembre, plus près de Noël, c'est un peu cher, mais je vais quand même y réfléchir. Les meilleures vacances de tous les temps.

Lovely resort My husband and I stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beaches Resort we had an amazing Seven days, we had a nice room with a beautiful view of the pool and beach,the staff were the best really nice people so friendly and always smiling,the restaurants were really nice as well the food was good we enjoyed it,we loved everything about the Iberostar I could go on and on to make a long story short we will love to go back I know in December closer to Christmas well be a bit pricey but I'm still going to look into it I will most definitely go back to the Iberostar Rose Hall. Best vacation ever.

Excellent séjour

Du moment où nous sommes arrivés au resort jusqu'au moment où nous l'avons quitté, je n'ai que de bonnes choses à dire sur cet endroit... les employés étaient formidables, la nourriture était bien au-dessus de la moyenne et les terrains étaient parfaits... je le recommande vivement à tous les adultes et à toutes les familles.

Great stay From the moment we arrived at resort until the moment we left I have nothing but great things to say about this place... employees were great, food was well above average and grounds were perfect... highly recommend it to all adults and families.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant une semaine et j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. La chambre était propre, tout comme la piscine et le terrain. Le personnel était sympathique et travaillait très dur. L'enregistrement a été lent, mais au moins nous avons été accueillis avec une bonne boisson tropicale. J'ai aimé l'emplacement de ma chambre, la chambre 1015, qui était proche de tout. La nourriture était bonne. Il y avait toujours quelque chose à choisir, même si l'on est très difficile en mat [... lire plus]ière de nourriture. La plage n'était pas très belle, mais elle était quand même praticable. J'ai apprécié que l'hôtel soit proche de l'aéroport. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel à ma famille et à mes amis et j'y retournerais sans hésiter si j'en avais l'occasion.

Great Resort I stayed at this hotel for 1 week and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The room was clean, as was the pool and grounds. The staff were all friendly and worked very hard. Checking in was slow but at least we were greeted with a nice tropical drink. I liked the location of my room, room 1015, which was close to everything. The food was good. There was always something to choose from no matter how picky of an eater one may be. The beach wasn't the greatest but was still workable. I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friend and I would definitely return if I had the opportunity.
