Hôtel extraordinaire...

Mon mari et moi venons de passer 9 jours au Grand Palludium en Jamaïque, du côté de Lady Hamilton, et nous l'avons adoré. Les restaurants de spécialités et le buffet avaient un bon choix de différents aliments, surtout si vous aimez la nourriture jamaïcaine authentique. Les plages et les piscines étaient toutes propres et il y avait un service de bar avec des serveurs qui vous apportaient vos boissons à la piscine et à la plage, ce que je n'ai jamais vu dans aucun autre centre de villégiature. [... lire plus] Le personnel de l'hôtel a été formidable et toujours serviable et a fait en sorte que notre séjour se déroule comme si nous étions de la famille. amazing hotel... My husband and I just spent 9 days at the grand palludium in Jamaica on the lady Hamilton side and just love it. The specialty restaurants and the buffet had a good selects of diffrent foods especially if you like authentic jamacian food. The best was the chicken jerk hut at sunset cove .All the beaches and pools where all clean and had bar service with waiters getting you your drinks at the pool and beach which I have never seen at any other resort. The resort staff where amazing and always helpful and made are stay feel like we where family.. Thanks Grand Palludium for such a good experience at you resort...

Incroyable pour les enfants !

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait que le complexe soit adapté aux enfants. J'ai trois enfants âgés de deux, trois et cinq ans. Ils se sont tous bien amusés et ne se sont jamais ennuyés. La garderie était disponible de 9h à 23h et le personnel était génial. Nous ne les avons laissés qu'une seule fois et ils ont vraiment apprécié. La pataugeoire et l'aire de jeux leur ont aussi beaucoup plu. Les buffets étaient géniaux et proposaient toujours une variété de plats jamaïcains traditionnels ainsi que de [... lire plus] la nourriture pour les enfants. J'ai vraiment passé un bon moment dans ce complexe.

Amazing for kids!! Really liked how child friendly the resort was. I have three ages two, three and five. They all he an amazing time and were never bored. Daycare was available from 9am to 11pm and the staff were awesome. We only left them once and thy really enjoyed it there. The splash pad and playground were really good for them as well. The buffets were awesome and always had a variety of traditional Jamaican food as well as food for the kids. Really had a great time at the resort.

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

L'hôtel était magnifique et très propre, j'y retournerais. J'ai rencontré des amis très sympathiques pendant mes vacances dans ce complexe. Le terrain était magnifique à explorer et nous l'avons gardé. Le personnel était très sympathique. La chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. La nourriture était très bonne. Comme je suis un mangeur difficile, j'ai eu beaucoup de choix pendant mon séjour. J'ai eu beaucoup de choix pendant mon séjour. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Amazing resort The hotel was wonderful very clean would go back again. Met some very nice friends while vacationing at this resort. The grounds were beautiful to explore, and we'll kept. The staff was very friendly. And the room was very clean and well kept. The food was very good. As I am a picky eater. I had to lot of choices while there. Can't wait to go back again.

Excellent séjour au Grand Palladium Jamaica u

Nos vacances ont été extraordinaires du moment où nous sommes arrivés jusqu'au moment où nous avons quitté le centre de villégiature. La propriété était très propre, y compris les chambres, les restaurants et la plage/piscine. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir choisi ce complexe pour notre séjour en Jamaïque et nous le recommandons vivement à d'autres personnes qui souhaitent y passer leurs vacances.

Great stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica u Our vacation was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the resort. The property was very clean including the rooms restaurants and beach/pool. We were really glad to have chosen this specific resort for our stay in Jamaica and would highly recommended it to others to spend their vacation time here.

Magnifique complexe, personnel charmant (surtout nabi l'animateur), nourriture très bonne, plage correcte (pas plus que cela). La seule chose que nous n'avons pas aimée est que nous ne pouvons pas réserver pour les restaurants, ce qui signifie que certains soirs il n'y avait pas de place pour nous ou que nous devions partir plus tôt

Great resort Beautiful resort, lovely staff (especially nabi the animator), food is very good, beach is okay(not more than that). Only thing we did not like was that we cannot reserve for the restaurants which would mean some nights there were no place for us or we would have to go earlier

Ce complexe n'a pas répondu à mes attentes. Le complexe est grand, préparez-vous à marcher beaucoup, surtout pour aller à la plage. Le personnel est sympathique et la chambre était toujours nettoyée. L'inconvénient de la chambre était que lorsqu'on allait à la salle de bain, il fallait mettre tout le papier toilette dans cette petite poubelle à côté de la cuvette qui ne prenait pas beaucoup de temps à se remplir. La nourriture au buffet était la même tous les jours avec un ou deux changements. [... lire plus] Le restaurant mexicain à la carte était le meilleur. C'est le seul endroit où l'on peut manger un bon steak ou un filet mignon. Les divertissements n'étaient pas géniaux. Tous les soirs, les haut-parleurs étaient trop bas, on entendait à peine la musique et ce n'était tout simplement pas divertissant. Le temps a été parfait toute la semaine avec beaucoup d'humidité.

Ok resort This resort did not meet my expectations. The resort is big, prepare yourself for a lot of walking especially to the beach. Staff is friendly and room was always cleaned. The downside to the room was when going to the bathroom all toilet paper would have to go in this little garbage big beside the bowl which didn't take much to fill up. The food at the buffet was the same everyday with one or two changes. The mexican a la carte was the best. Only place you can have a good steak or filet mignon. The entertainment wasn't great. Every night the speakers were low, hardly heard the music and was just not entertaining. Weather was perfect all week with a lot of humidity.

Plusieurs plages au choix et une belle piscine. J'ai adoré la crique du coucher de soleil et le poulet jerk au déjeuner. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu et la nourriture est délicieuse, j'y retournerais n'importe quand. Si vous avez fait des excursions à l'hôtel, le prix était très raisonnable.

Great resort Variety of beaches to choose from and a great pool. Loved sunset cove with the jerk chicken at lunch. Hotel maintained very well and food was delicious, would go back anytime. If you got excursions at the hotel it was very reasonably priced.

Grand voyage

Magnifique terrain, personnel très sympathique. Nous voyagions avec un enfant souffrant d'une allergie alimentaire et ils ont été formidables. Lors de l'enregistrement, on nous a donné une carte à montrer au personnel de salle pour qu'il comprenne l'allergie. Le chef nous a accueillis dans chaque restaurant pour nous présenter le menu ou le buffet. Nous avons pu faire des réservations pour toute la semaine dans les restaurants à la carte. L'équipe POP s'est assurée que tout le monde passait un b [... lire plus]on moment.

Great Trip Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff. We were traveling with a child with a food allergy and they were great. We were given a card at check in to show the wait staff so they understood the allergy. The chef met us at each restaurant to go over the menu or buffet. We were able to make reservations for the whole week for the A LA carte restaurants. The POP crew made sure everyone was having a great time.

Mon séjour au Palladium

Le séjour a été excellent, le terrain, les gens, les plages et l'hébergement, mais le buffet n'était pas toujours bon et les spectacles au théâtre pourraient être meilleurs. La navette autour du terrain était une bonne chose.

My stay at The Palladium Most excellent was the stay, the grounds, the people, the beaches and the accommodation, however the buffet was inconsistently good, the theatre entertainment could be better. The shuttle around the grounds was a nice touch.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour, la station est à couper le souffle

Le personnel de l'hôtel et le centre de villégiature étaient merveilleux, le temps était un peu mauvais à cause de la pluie, mais à part cela, c'était une expérience formidable. Mon vol était probablement les deux vols les moins stressants que j'aie jamais eus.

i enjoyed my stay the resort was breath taking The hotel staff and resort were wonderful the weather was a little off because of rain but other than that it was a great experience.My flight was probably the two most stress free flights I ever had I commend West Jet for adding to a wonderful vacation.

Un centre de villégiature absolument extraordinaire

Pour commencer, je voyage dans 4 à 5 centres de villégiature par an et jamais deux fois le même, mais laissez-moi vous dire que nous avons déjà réservé notre deuxième voyage au Grand Palladium pour octobre de cette année. Le service était exceptionnel. Ils ont été très accommodants. Nous avons même été surclassés du côté de Lady Hamilton sans frais. Le personnel était respectueux et très informatif. La nourriture était irréelle ! Nous avions quelques amis qui voyageaient avec nous et qui s [... lire plus]ont nés et ont grandi en Jamaïque, et même eux étaient d'accord pour dire que la nourriture était incroyable. Surtout le poulet jerk ! Wow. Nos chambres étaient exceptionnelles. Très propres ! Tameka, notre femme de ménage, était de loin la personne la plus sympathique. Nous avons déjà recommandé ce complexe à des amis qui arrivent dans 6 jours :)

Absolutely amazing resort To start off I travel about 4-5 resorts a year and never the same one twice, but let me say we've already booked our second trip to the Grand Palladium for October of this year. Service was exceptional. They were so accommodating. We even go upgraded to the Lady Hamilton side at no cost. The staff was respectful and very informative. The food was unreal! We had a few friends travelling with us that were born and raised in Jamaica and even they agreed the food was incredible. Especially the jerk chicken!! Wow. Our rooms were outstanding. Very clean! Tameka, our in house cleaning lady was the friendliest individual by a far. We've already recommended this resort to friends who arrive in 6 days :)

Magnifique hôtel, très grand et le plus grand que j'ai visité. La nourriture pourrait être plus authentiquement jamaïcaine, mais c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire. La chambre était magnifique et il y avait beaucoup d'activités amusantes à faire. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de quitter l'hôtel.

Will go there again. May 2016 Beautiful hotel, very grand layout and largest I've been to. Food could be more authentic Jamaican, but that is the least. Room was beautiful, and lots of fun activities to do. Did not have to leave the resort.

Incroyable

L'hôtel était immense et il fallait marcher, mais c'était incroyable, la piscine était à mourir, la plus grande que j'ai vue ou dans laquelle j'ai été... et cela rendait l'expérience encore plus agréable, même s'il y avait beaucoup de gens bruyants dans la piscine, il y avait toujours d'autres endroits où se déplacer, ce qui rendait l'expérience encore plus agréable

Amazing The Hotel was huge and was a walk but amazing, the Pool was to die for the biggest one that I have even seen or been into...and that made it even more enjoyable to be into has if there was a lot rowdy people in the pool with it being so big there was always other areas to move to so that made it more enjoyable

Du bon et du mauvais !!!

Le terrain de l'hôtel était immaculé, très bien entretenu, la piscine et les plages magnifiques, le service en chambre un peu mou, même avec de généreux pourboires, les navettes très lentes. Difficile d'obtenir des réponses et des remèdes ! On nous a donné la mauvaise chambre, j'ai dû refaire mes valises et quitter celle-ci à 10h30 et ne pas entrer dans l'autre avant 16h00, j'ai dû refaire mes valises, ce n'était toujours pas la bonne chambre, mais j'en avais assez ! C'est là que nous sommes et  [... lire plus]j'en ai assez ! Même si nous ne nous sommes pas retrouvés avec la famille et les amis, nous avons vraiment adoré notre chambre, privée, calme, avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur l'océan

Good and Bad!!! The hotel grounds were immaculate, very very well maintained, wonderful pool and beaches, room service somewhat slacking ,even with generous tips, shuttels very slow. Hard to get answers and remedies! Gave us wrong room had to repack and be out of that one at 10:30am and not into the other one until after 4:00pm, had to unpack again still not the right room but I'd had enough! This is where we are and I'm done! Even though we didn't end up with family and friends, we really loved our room, private, quiet, with an amazing panoramic view of the ocean

Tout était bien entretenu et propre, le personnel était très sympathique, les buffets étaient très variés, les plats à la carte n'étaient pas aussi bons que les buffets. Les chambres étaient propres mais sentaient le renfermé, elles auraient besoin d'un déshumidificateur

Awesome hotel Everything was well maintained and clean , staff was very friendly buffet meals had a great variety to choose from the a la cartes were not as good as the buffet. The rooms were clean but smelled musty they could use a dehumidifier

Station balnéaire occupée et fumeuse

Les chambres étaient belles mais il y avait de la fumée partout même dans la piscine. Le personnel de la Jamaïque était très gentil mais lent à réagir. Dans l'ensemble, ce n'est pas une mauvaise expérience Je ne sais pas si je m'empresserais d'y retourner Je pense que c'est peut-être bien pour les jeunes (19 - 25)

Busy and Smokey Resort The rooms were nice but there was smoking everywhere even in the pool. Jamaica staff were all very nice but slow to react. Not a bad experience overall Not sure if I would rush back there I think perhaps good for the younger people (19 - 25)

Belle station.... l'enregistrement a été un cauchemar...pas de clés de chambre jusqu'au lendemain.nourriture très bonne..service au bar de la piscine par la villa 24..Lizzy très gentille et grand service elle se souvient des boissons de chacun..dans l'ensemble belle station..besoin de plus de personnel à l'enregistrement...

Absolument fabuleux !

Le Grand Palladium, en Jamaïque, était absolument magnifique. Tout le personnel a fourni un excellent service à la clientèle, de la réception au personnel du restaurant. Ce complexe hôtelier de Montego Bay a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. De la part de voyageurs chevronnés, ce fut une merveilleuse expérience 5 étoiles !

Absolutely fabulous! The Grand Palladium, Jamaica was absolutely beautiful. All staff provided excellent customer service, from the reception staff to the restaurant personnel. This resort in Montego Bay exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to go back. From seasoned travellers, this was a wonderful 5-star experience!

Le service, les restaurants, les terrains, la piscine, les plages ( quelques uns_) tout était extraordinaire. J'y retournerais sans hésiter ! Beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire....bellboys service impeccable. La nourriture était délicieuse et les choix nombreux. L'équipe de divertissement travaille dur pour représenter les différents thèmes qu'elle présente. A leur tour, ils se joindront à la foule lors de l'open bar du soir et des groupes de musique live. amazing resort Service, restaurants, grounds, pool, beach areas ( a few_) all was amazing. Would go back in a heart beat! Lots to see an do....bellboys service impeccable. Food was delicious with many options. Entertainment team works hard to represent the various themes they showcase. In turn they will join the crowd at the evening open bar an live music bands. A lot of relaxing fun. Day tours are amazing.

L'hôtel était absolument extraordinaire. La nourriture, le service, la propreté et la gentillesse des gens étaient incomparables. J'avais envoyé une demande au Grand Palladium pour obtenir une chambre proche de toutes les commodités et ma demande a été acceptée.

Fantastic resort The hotel was absolutely amazing. The food, service, cleanliness and friendliness of the people was second to none. I had sent a request to Grand Palladium asking for a room close to all amenities and my request was granted.
