Hotel Deauville: Excellente situation

L'hôtel n'est vraiment pas un 5 étoiles. Il est très ordinaire. Mais.... si vous vous souciez plus de l'emplacement... il correspond à ce que vous recherchez. A distance de marche de la vieille Havane, du Prada, des grands restaurants etc... La chambre était propre, le prix était correct. Vous voulez un meilleur hôtel ? Facile... ouvrez votre portefeuille...

Great Location Hotel is definitely not a 5 star. Very plain. But....if you care more about location...this fits the bill. Walking distance to old Havana, the Prada great restaurants etc.Room was clean, price was right. Want a better hotel? Easy .. open your wallet..

Villa Bacuranao: Belle station balnéaire

La piscine était magnifique. Peu de choix pour la nourriture. Il n'aurait jamais dû s'agir d'un petit déjeuner uniquement car il n'y avait aucun restaurant à proximité. Pas de divertissement, juste de la musique forte. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. Il y avait deux habitants juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel qui harcelaient les gens qui entraient et sortaient de l'hôtel. Nous nous sommes sentis mal à l'aise et ennuyés d'être dérangés par ces personnes. Nous n'étions pas les s [... lire plus]euls qu'ils dérangeaient, c'était tous ceux qui passaient à côté d'eux dans un soi-disant magasin et restaurant.

Nice resort Pool was beautiful. Not many choices for food. Should never be a breakfast only as there were no restaurants within walking distance. No entertainment, just loud music. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were two locals just outside resort that were hassling people as they went in and out of the resort. Made us feel uncomfortable and annoyed to have these people bother us. We were not the only ones they bothered, it was anyone going by them at a so called store and restaurant.

Many years of well stablish quality and reliability Built on the beach. regular transportation to Habana every 40 minutes with 5 CUC return included. Food satisfactory for this 2,5 star hotel. Staff well trained for years and very tolerant of foreigners. Improvement slowly throughout the years. Good package deals compared to other nearby hotels.

Villa Bacuranao: Pas de télévision toute la semaine !

Imaginez que vous passiez une semaine dans un hôtel sans télévision ? Votre publicité annonçait la télévision par câble. Je suis allé à la réception pour signaler qu'il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour allumer la télévision, et ils m'ont répondu que l'hôtel était plein et qu'ils n'avaient donc pas assez de télécommandes. Ils m'ont dit d'allumer manuellement la télévision, ce que j'ai fait, mais aucune chaîne ne fonctionnait. Au bout de trois jours, j'en ai eu assez, c'était très frustrant.

No TV all week!! Imagine spending a week at a hotel with no Television? Your advertisement claimed cable TV. I went to reception stating there was no remote control to turn on the TV, and they said the hotel was full, therefore they did not have enough remote controls. Then told me to manually turn the TV on, I did, but none of the channels worked. After three days I had had enough, very frustrating.

Hotel Atlantico: Grand voyage !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, tout le monde était très gentil et toujours serviable et accueillant. Il y avait toujours beaucoup d'activités autour de la station. Je recommanderais cet endroit à beaucoup de mes amis qui cherchent à s'évader et à s'allonger sur la plage pendant une semaine.

Great trip!! We had a very very good time everyone was very nice and always helpful and welcoming. There was always lots of activities going on around the resort. I would recommend this place to many of my friends looking to get away and lay on the beach for a week.

Hotel Atlantico: Un déclin rapide

J'y suis allé plusieurs fois. Certains meubles ont été peints mais le climatiseur de ma première chambre ne fonctionnait pas et faisait du bruit en essayant de l'utiliser. La porte du balcon est difficile à ouvrir. La nourriture n'a jamais été bonne mais maintenant c'est bien pire. Nous avons tous les deux eu la diarrhée et n'avons mangé que là et nous ne buvons pas d'alcool.

Going Downhill Quickly Have been there many times. Some furniture has been painted but Air conditioner in my first room did not work and made loud noses trying too. Door to balcony hard to open, The food has never been good but now is much worst. We both got diarrhea and only ate there and we do not drink alcohol.

C'est un hôtel moyen, pas de boissons tropicales, certains membres du personnel n'étaient pas très souriants, mais il y a eu une tornade et certains d'entre eux ont été touchés. La plage est géniale, nous avons eu beaucoup de méduses et d'algues, mais ils ont tout nettoyé avec les tracteurs. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à La Havane, c'était génial, de la musique, de la danse et beaucoup d'éclats de rire.

Its a average hotel ,no nice tropical drinks,Some of the staff wernt to smily ,but hey ,they had a tornado .Ans some of them were affected.Beach is awesome.We had lots of jelly fish and sea weed.But they kept it all clean with the tractors.We spent lots of time in Havana.Awsome .Music ,dance and lots of laughes.

Il y a plus d'inconvénients que d'avantages Le pour : - proche de la Havane -navette gratuite pour La Havane -excellent personnel de bar et de ménage personnel -petit centre de villégiature Inconvénients : - Plage très sale, BEAUCOUP de verre cassé sur le sable. -la promenade a désespérément besoin de travaux - pas sûre, beaucoup de planches cassées et pourries, des clous dépassent, la rampe est très instable -les abords de la piscine ont besoin [... lire plus] de travaux, je suis tombée à travers la grille en plastique et je me suis gravement égratignée la cheville. -le personnel de divertissement s'occupe de très petits groupes de personnes spécifiques et ignore tous les autres -la nourriture est toujours la même, il suffit de la varier un peu pour l'améliorer -aucune aide lorsque vous vous enregistrez tard dans la nuit. Ils vous donnent juste une vague description de la façon de vous rendre à votre chambre. Il nous a fallu 10 minutes d'errance dans l'obscurité totale (3 heures du matin) pour trouver notre chambre -le personnel de la réception parle très peu l'anglais -

Pros and cons There are more cons than pros Pros: - close to Havana -free shuttle into Havana -excellent bar staff and housekeeping staff -small resort Cons: - Beach very dirty, LOTS of broken glass throughout the sand. -boardwalk desperately needs work -unsafe, many broken and rotten boards, nails sticking out, handrail very unstable -around pool needs work, fell through plastic grate, scratching ankle badly. -entertainment staff cater to very small specific groups of people and ignore everyone else -food always the same, all they need to do is vary it up a bit to make it better -no help when you check in late at night. They just tell you a vague description of how to get to your room. It took us 10 minutes wandering the around in pitch dark (3am) to find our room -reception staff speak very little English -

Blau Arenal Habana Beach: Bravo Club Hotel Arenal, idéal pour la proximité de La Havane mais ...

Je n'y ai passé que trois nuits. J'ai trouvé qu'il était propre et que le service était correct. Ce n'était pas vraiment un hôtel tout compris. Ils nous donnaient une bouteille d'eau gratuite la première nuit seulement. Le reste du séjour, nous devions les acheter. De plus, certains alcools au bar n'étaient pas gratuits non plus. Nous devions les payer. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix pour la nourriture. Nous ne prenions que le petit déjeuner et il s'agissait d'omelettes. Les croissants ét [... lire plus]aient très secs, les crêpes étaient stockées au fond de leur récipient dans le buffet. Nous avons dégusté des pâtes deux fois pendant notre séjour. Une fois pour le déjeuner et une fois pour le dîner. La navette pour aller à la Havane est très bien mais les horaires sont moins bien. Vous arrivez à 11h30 et la prise en charge se fait à 16h30. Il serait bien qu'il y ait plus d'une navette par jour pour La Havane. J'espère que cela vous aidera :)

Bravo Club Hotel Arenal, great for the proximity to Havana but ... I was only there for three nights. I found it was clean and in terms of service it was ok. It wasn't really all inclusive though. They would give us a free bottle of water the first night only. The rest of the stay, we had to buy them. Also, some of the alcools at the bar were not free either. We had to pay for them. There wasn't much of a choice for food. We would have breakfast only and it would be omelettes. The croissant's were very dry, the pancakes were stocked at the bottom of their recipient in the buffet. We enjoyed the pasta two times during our stay. Once for lunch and once for dinner. The shuttle to go to Havana is great but the times are not so great. You arrive at 11:30 and the pick-up is at 4:30. It would be nice if there was more than one shuttle a day to Havana. Hope this helps :)

Hotel Atlantico: La plage, le personnel et les fouilles sont agréables

J'ai aimé l'hôtel et j'ai trouvé qu'il offrait un bon rapport qualité-prix. Comme l'Atlantico n'est qu'à 25 minutes de La Havane, j'en ai profité au maximum (bus gratuit également). Il y avait beaucoup de choses à manger, même si la foire était assez basique (une plainte commune à Cuba). La plage est belle et longue, idéale pour se promener. Les divertissements étaient plutôt moyens et un peu trop bruyants. Si vous cherchez un complexe 5 étoiles avec toutes les commodités, continuez à chercher.  [... lire plus]Mais si vous recherchez un bon rapport qualité-prix, l'Atlantico est peut-être fait pour vous, il l'était pour moi.

Nice beach, staff and diggs I liked the hotel and thought it offered good value. Since the Atlantico is only 25 minutes from Havana, l made the most of it (free bus too). There was plenty to eat, although the fair was pretty basic (a common complaint in Cuba). The beach is pretty and long, great for walks. The entertainment was kind of average and a bit too loud. If you're looking for a 5 star resort with all the amenities, keep looking. But, if you are looking for good value for your money then Atlantico might be for you, it was for me.

Hotel Caribbean: Notre maison loin de la maison depuis 10 ans

Cet hôtel dispose d'un hébergement de base et d'un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Il est souvent possible de le réserver à un prix avantageux et c'est ce que nous apprécions. En revanche, l'eau chaude peut être très aléatoire : il faut souvent laisser couler le robinet pendant 5 ou 10 minutes avant d'obtenir de l'eau chaude. Il y a aussi souvent des problèmes avec l'ascenseur. Cette fois-ci, il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur du tout ; apparemment, il était en train d'être remplacé, [... lire plus] mais personne ne savait quand. L'autre problème est le buffet du petit-déjeuner, qui mériterait d'être sérieusement amélioré. En général, nous nous contentons de l'omelette qu'ils nous préparent. Ce serait bien si les plats du buffet pouvaient avoir des couvercles transparents pour que les mouches ne se posent pas sur la nourriture. Ensuite, il pourrait être amélioré avec un choix de fruits frais et de pains (protégés des mouches), et peut-être quelques œufs durs. Enfin, le panneau indique que le bar est ouvert 24 heures sur 24, mais nous l'avons souvent trouvé fermé à 21h30 ou 22h sans explication raisonnable. Néanmoins, il offre une bonne affaire et un emplacement idéal sur le Prado, et c'est pour cette raison que nous continuons à y penser avec affection !

Our home away from home for the last 10 years This hotel has basic accommodation and very welcoming and friendly staff. It often can be booked at a great price and that's what we appreciate about it. On the other hand, hot water can be very iffy -- we often have to run the tap for a good 5 or 10 minutes before warm water arrives. Also there were often problems with the elevator. This time there was no elevator at all; it apparently it was being replaced, but no one knew when. The other thing is the breakfast buffet, which could use some serious improvement. We normally just stick to the simple omelet they make us. It would be lovely though if the buffet dishes could have clear covers so that the flies don't land on the food. Then it could be improved with a choice of fresh fruit and breads (protected from the flies), and maybe some boiled eggs. Finally, the sign states that the bar is open 24 hours, but we often found it closed by 9:30 or 10 p.m. with no reasonable explanation. Nevertheless it offers a great bargain and an awesome location right on the Prado, and for this reason we continue to think of it fondly!

au bout de quelques jours, je m'étais habitué à l'endroit, tout comme ma femme et ma fille de 30 ans. J'ai donné les notes suivantes : hébergement 2,5/5, nourriture 4/5 parce que j'aime le porc, le poulet et les légumes, le poisson était moyen, animation en soirée 2,5/5, la plage 5/5, vous êtes sur la plage donc j'ai fait de la plongée et de la marche pendant que ma femme lisait, il y avait aussi de bonnes animations sur la plage comme des leçons de salsa, des compétitions de fléchettes, etc.  [... lire plus]L'emplacement est parfait pour se rendre à La Havane. Vous pouvez prendre le bus gratuit d'Atlantico à 10 heures et revenir à 17 heures ou prendre un bus public toutes les 40 minutes à proximité de l'hôtel pour seulement 5 CUC's aller-retour. Le bus était excellent, avec la climatisation, et le trajet jusqu'à La Havane ne durait que 30 minutes. J'ai particulièrement apprécié ce trajet. Je suis allé à La Havane 4 ou 5 fois.

pleasant and economical hotel by the end of a couple of days i had warmed up to the place and so had the wife and 30 yr old daughter. My rating was as follows: accommodation 2.5/5, food 4/5 that's because i love good wholesome nutritious pork and chicken and vegetables, the fish was average, entertainment on an evening 2.5/5, the beach 5/5, you are right on the beach so i went snorkelling and walking while the wife read, there was also good entertainment on the beach like salsa dancing lessons, darts competitions etc. The location is perfect for commuting to Havana. You can catch the free bus from Atlantico at 10am then return at 5pm or catch a public bus every 40 mins from near the hotel for just 5 CUC's return. The bus was excellent with AC and the ride to Havana just 30mins. This i particularly enjoyed. I went to Havana 4 or 5 times.

Hotel Atlantico: Terrible !

L'hôtel était sale et nous ne pouvions pas voir le fond de la piscine. Au bout d'un jour, nous avons demandé à changer d'hôtel. Le personnel n'était pas sympathique non plus. La plage était superbe et la nourriture n'était pas mauvaise, mais je ne recommanderais toujours pas cet hôtel

Terrible! The hotel was dirty and we could not see the bottom of the pool. After one day we asked to change hotel. Staff we not friendly either. Beach was great and food was not bad but I still would not recommend this hotel

Hotel Atlantico: Très belle plage, l'une des meilleures

Bel hôtel, toujours de l'eau chaude, une bonne nourriture et une bonne ambiance. très proche de la Havane, un bus vous emmène à la vieille Havane tous les jours et vous ramène à la maison à 17 heures, il y a quelques villes à proximité, le personnel était très sympathique et toujours prêt à aider et la plage est exceptionnelle

Very nice beach one of the best Nice hotel always hot water, good food and good atmosphere . very close from havana a bus take you to old havana everyday and bring you home at 5pm there is a few town near by .the staff was very friendly and always ready to help and the beach is exceptional

Hotel Atlantico: La propreté et le service à la clientèle ont besoin d'être améliorés

L'hôtel a besoin de plus de propreté et d'entretien. Le niveau d'hygiène dans la salle à manger est vraiment mauvais. J'ai eu une intoxication alimentaire la dernière fois et j'ai rencontré d'autres personnes qui ont été malades. Je n'ai jamais vu personne laver les tables de la salle à manger, ils utilisent une brosse pour dépoussiérer la table et les sets de table. Les sets de table sont sales et collants. Ils les lavent ou les changent rarement. Même chose dans les chambres, ils ne changent p [... lire plus]as les draps régulièrement et les serviettes ne sont pas très fraîches. Les couvertures de lit sont vraiment sales et dégoûtantes. Le ménage est toujours négligé. Les jardins et les parties communes ont besoin d'être mieux nettoyés. Les animations au bord de la piscine sont bruyantes et agaçantes. Le DJ crie et hurle suffisamment pour qu'on l'entende dans tout l'hôtel. Parfois, il y avait de la musique facile à écouter à faible volume, ce qui était plus agréable. Tout le monde se plaint des cris et des hurlements choquants du DJ, mais il ne semble pas comprendre à quel point il est odieusement bruyant. Le personnel de la réception est très impoli et peu serviable. Delvis est le plus serviable et le plus amical de tous. Ils sont très désagréables.

Needs A Big Over Haul In Cleanliness And Customer Service The hotel needs more cleanliness and maintenance. The level of hygiene in the dining room is really bad. I got a bout of food poisoning the last time and I've met other people who got sick. I have never seen anyone wash the dining room tables.They use a brush to dust off the table and place mats. The place mats are dirty and sticky. They rarely wash or change them. The same in the rooms, they don't change the sheets regularly and towels are not very fresh looking. The bed covers are really dirty and disgusting looking. Housekeeping is always sloppy. The gardens and public areas need more cleaning. The poolside entertainment is over the top loud and annoying. The DJ guy shouts and screams enough to be heard all over the hotel. Sometimes they have had some low volume easy listening music which was more pleasant. Everyone complains about the shocking screaming and shouting from the DJ but he doesn't seem to understand how obnoxiously loud it is. The reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. Delvis is the most helpful and friendliest of them all. They are very unpleasant.

Hotel Bella Habana: Bel hôtel !

C'était un bon hôtel. Très bien situé. Nous sommes arrivés à La Havane vers 3 heures du matin, mais l'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème et nous avons eu une chambre en 15 minutes. Cet hôtel a un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Nice hotel! It was a good hotel. Very nice location. We ended up getting to Havana around 3am in the morning but our check in was smooth and we had a room within 15 mins. This hotel is very good value. I recommend this hotel.

Marazul Hotel: Moyen

Si vous n'avez jamais été à Cuba, cela peut valoir la peine d'y aller, mais ce n'est pas pour tout le monde. Les standards sont bas, compte tenu du prix, c'est normal. La nourriture était fade et répétitive. Les chambres sont basiques et l'hôtel est un peu vieux mais il est proche d'une belle plage. Le transport n'est pas comme annoncé, il est dit qu'il est gratuit mais c'était une galère et j'ai fini par payer 5cuc

Fair-ish If you have not been cuba, it may be worthwhile going, however its not for everyone. Standards are low, given the price its expected. Food was bland and repetitive. Rooms are basic and hotel is kinda old but is near a nice beach. Transportation is not as advertised, says its free but it was a hassle and ended up paying 5cuc
