Le prix n'en vaut pas la peine !

Les chambres auraient besoin d'un réveil et les femmes de chambre n'ont pas bien nettoyé notre baignoire et n'ont pas changé les draps. A moins que tous leurs draps soient tachés... Nous savions en arrivant à Cuba que nous devions avoir peu d'attentes en ce qui concerne la nourriture. Nous avons trouvé que la nourriture de ce complexe était tout à fait terrible. La nourriture était soit trop cuite, soit pas assez. Nous avons fini par manger principalement à la station de pâtes fraîches. Les che [... lire plus]fs y étaient excellents. Les serveurs et les serveuses n'étaient pas toujours à la hauteur. Peut-être parce qu'ils sont un peu partout et qu'ils ne se concentrent pas sur certaines zones. Le marchand de glaces Fragola était fantastique, tout comme l'employé qui sourit toujours. Une mention spéciale pour Bryan au Blue Sky Bar qui s'est toujours bien occupé de nous. Nous avons mangé à l'extérieur de l'hôtel et la nourriture était excellente, donc je ne pense pas que ce soit une question de Cuba mais plutôt d'hôtel(s). Tous les restaurants/établissements n'étaient pas ouverts au moment de la rédaction de cet article. Les restaurants à la carte qui étaient ouverts étaient tout à fait terribles. Le design ne correspond pas au thème du restaurant. Ils ne sont pas stricts sur le protocole vestimentaire car beaucoup d'hommes sont entrés avec des shorts et des sandales. La plage était magnifique. Je ne recommanderais pas ce complexe.

Not Worth The Price! Rooms could use an alarm clock and maids didn't thoroughly clean our bathtub and didn't change bedsheets. Unless all their bedsheets have stains... We knew coming into Cuba to keep our expectations low for food. We found this resort's food was utterly terrible. Food was either overcooked or undercooked. We ended up eating mostly from the fresh cooked pasta station. Chef's there were great. It was a hit or miss with the waiters/waitresses. Possibly because they are all over the place rather then focusing on certain areas. Ice cream shop called Fragola was fantastic as well as the employee who always smiles in there. Special shout out to Bryan at the Blue Sky Bar who always took great care of us. We ate outside resort and food was excellent so I do not think this is a Cuba thing but more a resort(s) thing. Not all the restaurants/establishments were open at the time of this review. The a la cartes that were open were utterly terrible. And the design does not fit with the theme of the restaurant. They are not strict on dress protocol as a lot of men came in with shorts and sandals. Beach was amazing. I would not recommend this resort.

Un centre de vacances impressionnant

Complexe hôtelier flambant neuf qui correspond réellement aux photos publiées en ligne et à la classification par étoiles. Il est neuf, brillant, de qualité et super propre. Il n'est pas encore tout à fait terminé (dans certaines sections) car il a récemment ouvert ses portes. Une fois qu'il sera achevé, il sera très impressionnant. J'attends avec impatience de voir l'installation entièrement achevée.

Impressive resort Brand new resort which actually matches the pictures you see advertised online and the high star rating. New, shiny, quality built and so super clean. It is still not quite complete (in some sections) as it recently opened. Once it gets there it will be quite impressive. I am looking forward to the fully completed facility.
