Cet hôtel n'a rien à envier aux autres ! Dès que vous posez le pied dans le hall d'entrée, vous êtes accueilli chaleureusement Bienvenue à la maison et j'ai ressenti l'ambiance d'un membre de la famille qu'ils attendaient ! Notre premier dîner au buffet ma fille déjà lien avec Keila et chaque travailleur est chaleureux et accommodant et voulait faire tout ce qui rendrait votre séjour relaxant agréable et mémorable. Eric Juan Miguel à la plage, Angelo pour avoir réapprovisionné notre réfrigérateur et Angela pour s'être assurée de la propreté de notre chambre et pour avoir mis en place un système d'alarme pour s'être assuré que notre chambre était propre et pour avoir mis une bannière Feliz Compleanos pour ma fille, Miki et toute l'équipe de divertissement. Fernando pour notre enregistrement et Jesus pour nous avoir aidés à réserver notre sortie shopping à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, pour les pièces de monnaie dominicaines que vous nous avez données pour notre collection. Je vous remercie tous tous, ce n'est pas un adieu, mais jusqu'à ce que nous nous rencontrions à nouveau !

Amazing Resort This hotel is second best to None! The moment you step foot on the lobby you are greeted with a warm Welcome Home and I felt that vibe of you’re a family member they had been waiting! Our first dinner at the buffet my daughter already bond with Keila and every single worker is warm and accommodating and wanted to do anything that would make your stay relaxing pleasant and memorable. Thanks to Tony, Darleny of See and Sea, Jorge , Juan , Jose Bierlin , Jesus, Pedro , Anna Milagro, Miriam, Elba( if I got right her name) Carlos of El Asadito and Flavours. Eric Juan Miguel by the beach.Angelo for replenishing our fridge and Angela making sure our room was clean and putting a Feliz Compleanos banner for my daughter .Miki and the entire entertainment team. Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai adoré le Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. L'environnement est très relaxant. Le personnel est formidable, gentil, serviable. La chambre est propre, la nourriture est excellente, les divertissements sont excellents. J'ai passé de très bons moments pendant mon séjour. C'est un endroit accueillant. Je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement à mes amis. Il n'y a eu qu'un seul incident. Cela n'a pas d'incidence sur mon sentiment général à l'égard de cet endroit. J'allais chercher des serviette [... lire plus]s pour aller à la plage, le personnel m'a demandé combien de serviettes, j'ai dit trois et le personnel a répété que TROIS SERVIETTES S'IL VOUS PLAÎT. J'ai été choquée et j'ai essayé de comprendre pourquoi il avait cette attitude parce que j'avais gentiment dit trois. Il cherche peut-être un pourboire mais j'ai donné le pourboire la veille à son collègue et je n'avais pas mon portefeuille sur moi et j'ai plus de 50 ans et le personnel était jeune. Il n'avait pas son badge, j'ai marché 20 mètres et j'ai décidé de revenir en arrière et de lui demander son nom. Je lui ai demandé son nom, il était avec son collègue à ce moment-là, il a sorti sa carte d'identité de sa poche et l'a montrée, son nom est ALEXANDER FRASER. Il y a beaucoup d'employés qui travaillent dur et cette personne a besoin d'une formation plus poussée en matière de service à la clientèle. Il est peut-être fatigué à ce moment-là, mais nous avons travaillé toute l'année et économisé de l'argent pour ces vacances et nous avons besoin de nous détendre et de prendre du bon temps. Dans l'ensemble, tout était parfait.

Great Resort I loved Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. Very relaxing environment. The staff is great, kind, helpful. The room is clean, food is great,entertainment is great. I had great time during my stay. It is welcoming place. I definitely recommend this place to my friends. There is only one incident happened. This doesn't effect overall my feeling to this place. I was getting towels to go beach, the staff asked my how many towels, I said three and the staff repeat that THREE TOWELS PLEASE. I shocked and try to understand him why he has attitude because I was kindly said three. He may looking for tip but I gave the tip a day before to his colleague and I didn't have my wallet with me and I am over 50 years old and the staff was young. He didn't have his badge and I walked 20 meters and decided to go back and ask his name. I asked his name, he was with his collegue at that time, he took his id from his pocked and showed it, his name is ALEXANDER FRASER. There are many employees working hard and this person need to get some more costumer service training. He may be tired at that moment but We worked all year and saved money for this vacation and need to relax and have good time also. Overall everything was great.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Le terrain est magnifique. Les enfants ont adoré le parc aquatique ! La piscine principale proposait diverses activités tout au long de la journée, ce qui était très amusant ! La plage était décevante à cause des algues. Je pense que la plage aurait été magnifique à une autre période de l'année. Les boissons étaient bonnes et il y avait plusieurs boissons différentes chaque jour. Il y a beaucoup d'options pour les dîners. Nous avons souvent pris le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner au buffet. Le buf [... lire plus]fet n'était pas très varié tout au long de la semaine, mais il était tout de même assez bon. Le bar à glaces était notre préféré. Mes enfants ont mangé entre 8 et 10 glaces par jour ! Le café était également très bon. Il y a beaucoup d'options intéressantes ! Dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été merveilleuses. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Je retournerai certainement dans un autre hôtel de rêve, mais pas en août.

Beautiful Resort! The grounds were beautiful. The kids loved the water park! The main pool had various activities throughout the day, which were fun! The beach was disappointing with the seaweed. I believe that the beach would have been gorgeous at a different time of year. The drinks were good and they had various different drinks of day. Lots of dining options for dinners. We often had Breakfast and lunch at the buffet. Not a tone of variety throughout the week at the buffet but still pretty good. The gelato bar is was our favourite. My kids had about 8-10 ice creams a day lol! The cafe was very good as well. Lots of great options in there! Overall, it was a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend this resort to families with young children. I will for sure go back to another dreams resort again just not in august.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Pas vraiment Adultes seulement

L'hôtel était agréable, mais il était faussement annoncé comme réservé aux adultes. Une partie de l'hôtel était réservée aux adultes, mais les enfants avaient toujours accès à la plage où se trouvait la partie réservée aux adultes. La salle à manger principale était également partagée avec des familles et des enfants. J'ai demandé que l'on fasse quelque chose de bien par email, car j'étais là pour fêter un anniversaire - rien n'a été fait. La plage n'était pas terrible non plus. Cela dit, le per [... lire plus]sonnel était très gentil et toujours poli. Le personnel d'entretien, le personnel d'animation et en général tout le monde était absolument charmant. C'est dommage mais je ne reviendrai pas.

Not truly Adults only The hotel was nice however it was falsely advertised as adults only. There was a portion of the resort which was ‘adults only’ however kids were still accessing the beach where the adults only part was. The main dining area was also shared with families and kids. I requested something nice be done via email, as I was there to celebrate a birthday - nothing was done. The beach wasn’t the greatest either. Having said that the staff there were very nice and always polite. The housekeeping, entertainment staff and over all everyone was absolutely lovely. It’s unfortunate but I would not return.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Un centre de villégiature correct pour ce que nous avons payé

L'hôtel était propre, un peu délabré, quelques rénovations s'imposent. Le buffet était correct, les restaurants à la carte bien meilleurs. Des vendeurs pressants essayant de vendre des multipropriétés. Très frustrant ! Les membres du Diamond club sont favorisés par rapport à ceux qui ne le sont pas en ce qui concerne l'application pour réserver les restaurants. Karina a été très utile . Donnez-lui une augmentation. Plus de travail nécessaire pour nettoyer les algues sur la plage .

Fair resort for what we paid The hotel was clean , a bit run down, some renos required. Buffet was ok, a la carte restaurants much better . Pushy salespeople trying to sell timeshares . Very frustrating! Diamond club members favoured over non- diamond club regarding the app to book restaurants. Karina was very helpful . Give her a raise. More work required to clean seaweed on the beach .

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Un lifting et moins de harcèlements sont nécessaires

Terrain propre et agréable. Les piscines ont besoin de personnel pour nettoyer les tasses/la nourriture à l'intérieur. La plage a besoin d'être nettoyée. Terrible problème d'algues qui n'est pas traité tous les jours. Attention à certains membres du personnel du service clientèle. Yaqui - très mauvais harcèlement sur le service de vente en temps partagé. La seule personne que nous avons aimée et appréciée est Carina. Carina étonnante et attentionnée qui nous a aidé à réserver des restauran [... lire plus]ts. L'application qu'ils ont fournie ne nous a donné qu'un dîner à 21 heures. J'ai été dans plusieurs Royalton resorts et celui-ci a besoin d'une cure de jouvence. Tout, y compris le bâtiment, tombe en ruine. Ce Royalton spécifique favorise le Diamond Club et les autres sont traités différemment.

Needs facelift and less harassments Resort grounds clean/ nice. Pools need staff cleaning cups /food inside. Beach needs cleaning. Terrible seaweed issue not dealt with every day. Watch out for some guest services personnel. Yaqui - very bad harassment on time sharing selling service. The only person we loved and appreciated was Carina. Amazing and caring Carina who helped us book restaurants. The App they provided only gave us a 9 pm dinner time line. I have been to several Royalton resorts and this one needs a facelift. Everything including building falling apart. This specific Royalton favours Diamond Club and others are treated differently.

HM Alma De Bayahibe Hotel: Magnifique Resort !!!

Le complexe est magnifique, le personnel est très sympathique, la nourriture est correcte. Je savais que le complexe n'avait pas de plage, mais je n'avais pas réalisé à quel point elle me manquerait. En résumé, 3,5/5. Je ne suis pas sûr que je séjournerais à nouveau dans ce centre de villégiature

Beautiful Resort!! The resort was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, food was decent. I did know that the resort did not have a beach but I did not realize how much I would miss it. All in all 3.5/5. Not sure I would stay at this resort again

Ocean Blue and Sand: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Excellent service de la part du personnel de l'hôtel, installations très propres tout autour de l'établissement, accueillant pour les familles et soucieux du détail, très bonnes options de restauration pour tout le monde et programme d'animation très intéressant tous les soirs. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience très agréable.

El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: Nice Resort

Le centre de villégiature lui-même était agréable. Le service n'était pas très bon. Les chambres n'étaient pas vraiment propres, nous avons dû demander à ce qu'elles soient nettoyées. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes fraîches, ce que nous avons également demandé. La nourriture n'était pas très bonne non plus. Nous n'avons pas été bien servis dans les restaurants, nous avons dû attendre notre nourriture pendant environ 2 heures. Même au buffet, nous n'avons pas eu d'attention de la part des serveu [... lire plus]rs.

The resort itself was nice. The service was not really great. The room were not really clean, we had to request to get it cleaned. No fresh towels, that was also requested. The food was also not that great. we got no proper service at the restaurants, we had to wait for our food like 2 hours. Even on buffet we did not get any attention from the servers.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Excellent séjour à Gran Ventana

J'y ai séjourné avec mes enfants adolescents (19 et 15 ans). Nous avions deux chambres séparées, côte à côte. Les chambres étaient bien aménagées, bien qu'un peu vieillies et pourraient être mises à jour bientôt, si le complexe n'est pas transformé en un développement de condo comme beaucoup de complexes précédents à Playa Dorada. Nous avons adoré la compacité du complexe - juste la bonne taille, la courte distance de l'aéroport et la proximité de Puerto Plata. Le restaurant buffet et le snac [... lire plus]k-bar offraient une très bonne variété. Les 3 restaurants à la carte étaient également très bons et offraient une ambiance agréable. Nous avons passé des heures chaque jour à jouer au volley-ball dans la piscine. Les divertissements étaient également très bons. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une semaine formidable grâce à un personnel merveilleux. Je ne suis pas douée pour les noms, mais Amoury et Rosa se sont distingués. Les animateurs de la piscine étaient eux aussi très sympas. Je reviendrai certainement !

Great stay at Gran Ventana I stayed there with my teenage kids (age 19 and 15). We had 2 separate rooms, side by side. The rooms were well appointed, although a bit aged and could be due for an update soon, if the resort is not changed to a condo develooment like many of the prior resorts in Playa Dorada. We loved the compactness of the resort - just the right size, it's short distance from the airport, and the proximity to Puerto Plata. The grounds looked great, the pool was very nice and the beach was great.The buffet restaurant and the snack bar combined offered a very good variety. The 3 a la carte restaurant were very good as well, and they offered a nice ambience. We spent hours each day playing volleyball in the pool. The entertainment was really good as well. Altogether we had a great week there thanks to the wonderful staff. I am bad with names, but Amoury and Rosa stood out. The pool entertainment guys and gals were fun as well. I would certainly return!

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel est agréable mais les chambres sont désuètes ! rouille et trous dans les baignoires, faible pression d'eau. Les armoires (placards) et les tiroirs de la commode sont coincés. Le personnel de nettoyage fait du bon travail, mais les chambres sont vieilles. L'air conditionné n'est pas très bon, nous nous sommes réveillés certaines nuits en transpirant. Le buffet était bon, certains jours nous avons dû attendre pour entrer dans le restaurant qui était trop plein. La qualité de la nourriture  [... lire plus]et le service au buffet et à la carte étaient excellents ! Le steak house était phénoménal. Le service du bar des sports n'était pas très bon, en particulier lorsque vous commandiez des boissons, les barmans vous oubliaient et servaient un local même si vous attendiez le 1er. La plage est magnifique, bien entretenue, avec beaucoup de chaises et d'ombre. La piscine était correcte, quelques zones usées, des fissures dans le béton, mon fils s'est coupé l'orteil. Il n'y a pas assez de parasols dans la zone de la piscine pour se protéger du soleil, mais il y avait des zones ombragées. Les jeux et les activités au bord de la piscine étaient bien, le personnel d'animation était tous formidables. Dans l'ensemble, de bonnes vacances, mais pour le prix, le complexe devrait moderniser les chambres.

Nice resort The hotel is nice but rooms are outdated! rusty and holes in tubs, low water pressure. Cabinets ( closets) and dresser drawers got stuck. Cleaning staff does a good job cleaning the rooms just old. Air conditioner not great woke up some nights sweating. Buffet was good somedays we had to wait to get in too over capacity. Food quality and service in Buffet and A la Carte were great! Steak house was phenomenal. The Sports bar service was not great especially when ordering drinks, bartenders would overlook you and serve a local even though you were waiting 1st. Beach is beautiful well kept lots of chairs and shade. Pool was ok, some worn out areas, cracks in the concrete my son cut his toe. Not enough umbrellas in the pool area to protect from sun some shaded areas were available. Games and activities by the pool were good, entertainment staff were all great. Overall a good holiday but for the price the resort should update rooms.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Très beau complexe hôtelier

Ce complexe est très propre, amical et professionnel Je recommanderais ce complexe à n'importe qui et j'y retournerais même, mais j'opterais pour une chambre avec vue sur l'océan. La seule chose que je souhaite, c'est qu'il y ait de la bière dans le réfrigérateur de ma chambre, approvisionné tous les jours.

Very nice Resort This resort is very clean, friendly, professional I would recommend this resort to anyone and would even go again to this resort but I would upgrade to a swim up room with ocean view. Only thing I wish It has was beer in my fridge in my room stocked daily.

Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience au Majestic Colonial a été formidable. La qualité de la nourriture et le service étaient excellents, et il convient de souligner l'attention et la cordialité du personnel, toujours prêt à aider. Amazing resort Overall, our experience at Majestic Colonial was awesome. The food quality and service were excellent, and it’s worth highlighting how attentive and cordial the staff were. they were always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the fresh fish and fruits. One minor concern was with the housekeeping service. Although we requested our room to be cleaned before 11 a.m., it was usually done in the afternoon. My only recommendation for the resort would be to offer HALAL meat options for guests who are interested

Riu Palace Bavaro: Paradis

Cet endroit me manque déjà. Deux semaines de paradis. L'hôtel était très beau. Christian d'Elite était une personne extraordinaire. Il a fait en sorte que nous nous sentions très spéciaux. Un grand merci à Christian. La nourriture était très bonne, les chambres toujours propres. Il y avait beaucoup de choses à faire et deux semaines n'étaient pas suffisantes. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues et certains endroits sentaient vraiment mauvais. A part cela, j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Paradise I miss this place already. Two weeks of paradise. Hotel was very beautiful. Christian from Elite was amazing person. He made us feel very special. Big thanks to Christian. Food was very good, room was always clean. There were a lot to do and two weeks was not enough. The beach did have a lot of seaweed and some areas did really smell bad. Beside that I cant wait to go back.

Ocean Blue est un excellent complexe hôtelier. Le terrain est très propre, la nourriture est délicieuse et il y a plusieurs options et variations de restaurants. Le service était excellent, en particulier notre femme de ménage, Odalisa, et les serveurs Rafael et le jeune Martin. La piscine et les divertissements sont excellents. J'ai passé un moment fabuleux et j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Amazing Resort Ocean Blue is an excellent resort. The grounds are quite clean, the food is delicious with several restaurant option and variations. The service was great, especially our housekeeping lady, Odalisa and waitors Rafael and young Martin. The pool and entertainment great. I had a fabulous time and would definitely go back.

La chambre est en très mauvais état. La comida debe ser mejora, el pan no lucia y sabia fresco. Alguna de la comida del Buffet parecía reciclada. Debería prohibir fumar en cualquier área del Resort. Sin embargo la gente que trabaja en el Resort son muy amables y gentiles.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: Beau complexe hôtelier

Les chambres étaient grandes et bien entretenues. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le système d'air conditionné et les toilettes qui étaient bloquées et débordaient. Le personnel est sympathique. La nourriture était correcte, il y avait beaucoup de choix mais il était difficile d'obtenir des réservations pour notre séjour. Le Teppanyaki était un gâchis, pas assez de nourriture et pas de spectacle, nous avions fini en 30 minutes et nous avions faim. La plage était bien entretenue, nous avons aimé [... lire plus] le service à la plage et même avec la saison des algues, nous avons apprécié l'eau. Les animations étaient excellentes de jour comme de nuit.

Nice looking resort The rooms were large well kept property. We had problems with the air conditioning system & toilet being blocked & overflowing. The staff are friendly. The food was okay, there was lots of selections but reservations hard to get for our stay. Teppanyaki was a waste not enough food & no show we were done in 30 minutes & hungry. Beach was well kept we liked the service at the beach & even with seaweed season enjoyed the water. Entertainment was excellent day & night.

Viva Heavens by Wyndham: Excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour. Le complexe est plus petit que les autres, mais les gens sont très gentils, y compris le personnel. La nourriture n'est pas trop mauvaise. Elle pourrait être meilleure en ce qui concerne les fruits de mer, car la raison pour laquelle nous nous rendons dans des endroits comme celui-ci est la sélection de fruits de mer. A part ça, c'est bien et j'ai été content de mon séjour.

Great stay! Great stay. Smaller resort compared to the others that I went to but people are very nice in the resort including the staff. Food is not too bad. Could be better in terms of sea food as the reason why we travel into places like this is for sea food selection. Other than that it's good and I was happy in my stay.
