on en a pour son argent... les chambres étaient médiocres... douches à l'eau salée... très rustiques et nécessitant des améliorations. Le personnel était sympa et la nourriture était moyenne mais le personnel de la réception n'était pas toujours disponible. Je ne reviendrai pas.

2 star resort you get what you pay for...rooms were subpar...salt water showers...very rustic in need of some needed upgrades. Staff was nice and food was average but staff at reception was not always available. Will not be back.

Grand Palladium Palace: Belle station et excellent service !

Nous avons adoré la nourriture, il y avait plus qu'assez de variété de nourriture. Nous avons essayé 3 restaurants et le service était très bon. Nous avons adoré la belle plage de l'hôtel. Il y a aussi un marché. C'est un grand complexe, il y a donc suffisamment de place pour se promener.

Beautiful resort and great service!! We loved food, there was more than enough variety of food. We tried 3 restaurants and service was very good. we loved the resort beautiful beach. Resort has a market too. It is a huge resort so there is enough to walk around.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Plage paisible !

Les locaux sont bien entretenus, la nourriture est bonne (pas excellente), les services sont bons, la plage est belle, le personnel est très sympathique ! Il pourrait y avoir plus d'activités et améliorer la nourriture, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon endroit pour se détendre et oublier les tracas de la vie quotidienne !

Peaceful Beach! The premises are well maintained, the food is good (not excellent), good services, nice beach, very friendly staff! Could have more activities and improve the food, but overall a very good place to relax and forget about the every day hassle!

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Légèrement supérieur à la moyenne générale

Le complexe est très bien aménagé. La plage était spacieuse ainsi que les piscines. Seulement deux plaintes... la nourriture était en dessous de la moyenne, la viande était trop cuite et la nourriture était parfois dure et sèche. L'autre inconvénient est que la majorité du personnel ne parlait pas anglais... la plupart parlait espagnol. Les enfants ont passé un bon moment dans l'ensemble. La réception était trop décontractée. J'ai dû me plaindre de notre chambre avec la forte odeur de produit de [... lire plus] nettoyage qu'ils essaient d'utiliser pour couvrir la fumée et la moisissure de la chambre. On m'a demandé de revenir dans 2 à 4 heures et de parler à un superviseur. J'ai parlé à 8 personnes différentes et, à force de persévérance, j'ai fini par obtenir un changement de chambre le deuxième jour. J'ai eu une réaction à l'air de la chambre qui m'a pris 3 jours pour dégager mes poumons et 2 nuits agitées. Le personnel était sympathique dans les restaurants et dans tout l'hôtel, mais il ne parlait pas anglais

Slightly Above average overall The resort had great landscaping. Beach was spacious and pools. Only two complaints...food was below average, meat over cooked and food was sometimes hard and dry. Other downfall is the majority of the staff could not speak English...mostly spoke Spanish. Kids had a great time overall. The front desk was too lay back. Had to complain about our room with the strong smell of cleaning chemical they try to use to cover the smoking and mouldy room. Kept asking me to come back in 2-4 hours and to speak to supervisor. Spoke to 8 different person and with persistency finally got a room change the second day. I had some reaction to the air in the room that took me 3 days to clear my lungs and 2 restless nights. Staff were friendly in the restaurants n through out the hotel...just didn't speak English

Blue Bay Villas Doradas: Excellent endroit pour les vacances.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. L'endroit est bien tenu et le personnel est formidable. La seule chose qui m'a posé problème, c'est que les plats à la carte n'étaient pas tous gratuits. C'était des vacances tout compris, mais deux des dîners étaient payants. Les meilleurs plats du menu étaient payants. Le restaurant japonais était incroyable et tout était gratuit.

Excellent place for vacation. We had a great time. Well keep place staff where amazing. The only thing that I had an issue was the Le carte were not all free. It was an all incluse vacation but 2 of the dinners. The best food on the menu you had to pay for. The Japanese restaurant was amazing and all free.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Bienvenue dans ma maison dominicaine

C'est un excellent hôtel si vous voulez séjourner dans un hôtel plus petit. Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont bien entretenues. La nourriture est TRES BONNE et très variée. Il y a toujours de l'eau chaude pour se doucher ! !!!!!!!! Nous avons voyagé le 26 mars 15 et les vols étaient à l'heure........ transfert à l'hôtel a été bien géré et notre chambre était prête lorsque nous nous sommes enregistrés. Nous avons été satisfaits d'une suite junior .........king bed au troisième étage avec vue  [... lire plus]sur la plage...........WoW !! Chambre 1347. La plage a un sable magnifique..........no corail pointu et est bien patrouillée. C'était notre deuxième séjour et il y avait une bannière sur notre porte "Welcome Back"

Welcome Home to my Dominican Place This is a Great Resort if you want a smaller resort to stay at. The rooms have been renovated & are well kept. Food is VERY GOOD with lots of variety to choose from. There is always HOT WATER to shower !!!!!!!!! We travelled on March 26/15 and the flights were on time........transfer to resort well managed and our room was ready when we checked in. We were pleased with a Jr. Suite .........king bed on the third floor overlooking the beach...........WoW!! Room 1347. The beach has great sand..........no sharp coral and is well patrolled. This was our second stay & there was a banner on our door "Welcome Back"

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Belle station, mais très vallonnée.

Nous avions une belle chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Assurez-vous d'obtenir un surclassement car les chambres de la section la plus ancienne sont très petites et démodées. La nourriture et le service au buffet et à la carte italienne étaient excellents. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues et était assez trouble, mais les piscines étaient bien. L'ensemble du complexe est construit sur une colline, de sorte que de la plage au lobby, il y avait au moins 5 à 6 volées d'escaliers avec des chemins en mont [... lire plus]ée entre les deux....un peu fatigant si vous faites cette randonnée plusieurs fois par jour. Nous avons apprécié notre voyage pour l'essentiel, mais nous ne réserverons pas à nouveau dans ce complexe.

Nice resort, but very hilly. We had a nice room overlooking the ocean. Make sure you get the upgrade because the rooms in the older section are very small and outdated. The food and service at the buffet and the Italian a la carte were excellent. The beach had a lot of seaweed and was quite murky, but the pools were good. The whole resort is built on a hill, so from the beach up to the lobby was a minimum of 5-6 flights of stairs with uphill pathways in between....a bit tiring if you're making that trek several times a day. We enjoyed our trip for the most part, but would not book at this resort again.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Un lieu de villégiature amusant !

C'est grand, mais il y a quelque chose à faire pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes ! Vous ne vous ennuierez certainement pas car il se passe toujours quelque chose. La nourriture était bonne et très variée. Le service était bon et toujours là si vous avez besoin d'aide. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et c'était agréable d'avoir un service d'étage 24 heures sur 24. Nous avons adoré la proximité de la plage, la villa 5 ! Nous avons eu 4 dîners à la carte mais 2 étaient déjà choisis pour n [... lire plus]ous, j'aurais aimé choisir les 4. Je ne mange pas de fruits de mer, mais mon mari n'a pas été impressionné par ce restaurant. le reste de nos vacances en valait la peine ! Merci Bahia Principe !

Fun resort! It is big, but there is something to do for young and old! You definitely will not be bored because there is always something going on. Food was good and lots of variety. Service was good and always there if you need help. Rooms are clean, cozy and it was nice to have 24hr room service. Loved how we were close to the beach, villa 5! We had 4 a la carte dinners but 2 were already chosen for us, I would of liked to choose all 4. I don't eat seafood, but my husband wasn't impressed with that restaurant. the rest of our vacation was all worth it! Thanks bahia principe!

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Bien mieux que prévu !

Je commencerai par les points négatifs mineurs. Les lits étaient durs, cela dit, ils ont été très accommodants en nous donnant un dessus d'oreiller pour le matelas. La nourriture est plus qu'adéquate et abondante, mais pour ceux qui ne voyagent pas, ils peuvent s'attendre à mieux. Les personnes qui voyagent savent qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre à une nourriture inimaginable. Dans l'ensemble, ils ont fait du bon travail en essayant de cuisiner des plats de style américain/canadien. L'océan n'est pa [... lire plus]s aussi clair que nous l'espérions, mais le bord de la piscine est magnifique, ce n'était donc pas un problème. Tout le personnel était incroyablement poli et prêt à faire n'importe quoi pour vous. Le "majordome" Francisco et Nester, le coureur au bord de la piscine, étaient formidables. Notre chambre était belle et spacieuse. Le hall d'entrée était relaxant et tranquille. L'ensemble du complexe était de loin le mieux entretenu de tous les endroits où je suis allée, en particulier l'aménagement paysager. En bref, mon mari et moi n'hésiterions pas à revenir aussi souvent que possible, en fait, nous planifions déjà notre retour.

Way better than expected! I'll start with the very minor negatives. The beds were hard, that being said, they were very accommodating in giving us a pillow top for the mattress. The food is more then adequate and plentiful but for those that don't travel, they may be expecting better. Any person that does travel will know not to expect food beyond imagination. Overall, they did a great job attempting to cook American/Canadian style food. The ocean isn't as clear as we hoped but the pool side is amazing so it wasn't a concern. All the staff were unbelievably polite and more then willing to do anything for you. The "butler" Francisco and Nester the pool side runner were amazing. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The lobby was relaxing and tranquil. The entire resort was by far the best maintained then anywhere I've been, specifically the landscaping. In short my husband and I would not hesitate to return as often as we could, in fact, we are already planning our return.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Station balnéaire phénoménale

superbe terrain, nourriture incroyable. Nous reviendrons. L'eau est bleue, les boissons sont fraîches, le temps est chaud. Ce centre de villégiature a été un excellent lieu de vacances et de destination pour un mariage ! Je recommande vivement ce complexe à tout le monde.

Phenomenal Resort great grounds, amazing food. Will come again. The water is blie, the drinks are cold, the weather is warm. This resort was a great vacation and destination wedding locations! Highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Sunscape Dominicus La Romana: be live canoa

Très bon hôtel, emplacement idéal, beau hêtre, belle piscine. Excellent service, les gens ont toujours le sourire.La nourriture est excellente et il y a beaucoup de variété d'autres pays.Beaucoup d'activités.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Joli, mais beaucoup trop chargé

Très grand complexe, difficile d'obtenir des places à la piscine, à la plage ou aux spectacles, même le hall d'entrée était toujours bondé. A plusieurs reprises, on s'est assis au buffet pour revenir et quelqu'un d'autre s'est assis à votre table. Très accueillant pour les enfants, à éviter si ce n'est pas votre truc. Les chambres montrent clairement qu'elles ont pris de l'âge. Ce n'était pas des vacances bon marché et j'ai séjourné dans des stations bien plus agréables. J'ai été déçu et je ne s [... lire plus]éjournerai plus jamais dans un Grand Bahia. Le terrain était agréable. Il n'y avait aucune touche supplémentaire. Le coffre-fort de la chambre n'était pas inclus, le réfrigérateur de la chambre n'était pas réapprovisionné tous les jours. Le divertissement était bon. Dans l'ensemble, il faut peut-être donner une chance à ce centre de villégiature.

Nice but way to crowed Very large resort hard to get seats at pool, beach or shows even lobby was packed at all times. On several occasions seated at buffet only to return and someone else seated at your table. Very child friendly avoid if not your thing. Rooms are definately showing thier age. Was not cheap vacation and have stayed at much nicer resorts. I was dissapointed and would not stay at a Grand Bahia again. Grounds were nice. There was no extra touches. Room safe was not included, in room fridge was not restocked daily. Entertainment was good. Overall maybe give this resort a pass.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Un centre de villégiature impeccable - des gens formidables

Le terrain était impeccable. Les chambres étaient extrêmement bien entretenues. Il s'agit d'un très grand centre de villégiature, mais il est très bien organisé. Ils ont fait un effort particulier pour notre anniversaire. Le restaurant de la plage était absolument extraordinaire.

Immaculate Resort - Great People The grounds were immaculate. The rooms were extremely well kept. It is a very large resort but very well organized. They made a special effort for our anniversary. The restaurant at the beach was absolutely amazing.

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Il y en a pour tous les goûts

Beaucoup d'activités et une grande variété de plages et de piscines. Le complexe est très bien organisé. Il y a environ 10 restaurants parmi lesquels on peut choisir et la nourriture et le service sont bons. Il y a une zone de piscine très active et deux piscines pour adultes qui sont magnifiques. Dans l'ensemble, il y a quelque chose à offrir à tout le monde. La seule chose qui manque est un plus grand nombre de restaurants/bar avec vue sur l'océan.

Something for Everyone Lots of activities and a variety of beach/pool areas to enjoy. The resort is very well planned. There are about 10 restaurants to choose from and the food and service are good. There is a very active pool area and 2 adult pools which are beautiful. Overall it is has something to offer everyone. The only thing missing are more dining/bar areas with an ocean view.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Satisfait

Le personnel et la nourriture sont excellents... mais je l'ai trouvé trop grand, plus grand que ce à quoi j'étais habitué. Beaucoup de chauffeurs ne pouvaient pas communiquer car ils parlaient très peu l'anglais. Il était très facile de se perdre en allant trop loin sur la plage et en prenant la mauvaise ligne de train.

Satisfied Great staff, food...just found it too big-larger than I am used to. A lot of the drivers could not communicate as they spoke very little English. it was very easy to get lost by going down the beach too far and getting on the wrong train line.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour les familles !

Nous venons d'y séjourner avec nos deux enfants (3 et 6 ans). Nous sommes arrivés à 10 heures et nous étions dans notre chambre à l'heure du déjeuner au lieu de 15 heures, ce qui était génial ! Notre chambre : Nous étions dans le bâtiment 8 et notre balcon donnait sur la piscine ! ce qui était pratique lorsque notre plus petit faisait la sieste et que je pouvais toujours regarder mon mari et ma fille aînée jouer dans la piscine. Notre coffre-fort était gratuit, ce qui était génial ! Nous avions [... lire plus] également le wifi gratuit dans notre chambre ! Nous avions deux lits doubles qui étaient confortables et 4 oreillers sur chaque lit. Il y avait un placard pour accrocher vos vêtements, la porte coulissante était un peu collante mais ce n'était pas un problème. Les femmes de chambre ont été formidables car nous entrions et sortions souvent, mais elles ont réussi à nettoyer la chambre tous les jours ! Le terrain : il est magnifique, avec beaucoup d'arbres, d'arbustes et de fleurs ! Il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour tailler les arbres et les arbustes, nettoyer les allées, etc... ..... Le personnel : nous sommes toujours souriants, nous disons hola aux enfants et nous les appelons de belles princesses ! La réception a été formidable et a rapidement résolu le problème de notre carte qui ne fonctionnait plus ! Nous avons également oublié le numéro du coffre-fort et en vingt minutes, quelqu'un était dans notre chambre et l'a réparé sans frais ! La nourriture était excellente, je n'ai pas tout essayé mais il y avait certainement des favoris que je mangeais tous les jours (omlet, station de pâtes, station de viande, Nacho, sauce, guacamole et salsa) et bien plus encore, ils avaient des thèmes différents chaque soir dans le buffet. Le restaurant à la carte ne prenait pas de réservations, ce qui entraînait une longue attente, à moins d'être là à 18 heures ! Il y avait des animations, de la barbe à papa, des nachos pour tout le monde pendant l'attente ! La plage se trouvait sur la propriété du Royalton et il fallait prendre un trolley qui passait souvent Elle n'était qu'à 4 minutes à pied de notre immeuble ! Les enfants ont adoré monter dans le trolley ! La plage était magnifique ! La seule chose que j'ai trouvée, c'est que le personnel essayait de vous faire adhérer à ce programme de voyage pour vous offrir une journée gratuite au Royalton ou à la carte, c'est selon, mais vous deviez passer 2 heures à écouter leur offre ! Je ne le ferais pas, nous avons eu une carte journalière mais nous ne pouvions utiliser que la piscine et non les bars (mon mari n'a pas été servi), il a dû aller au bar memories sur la plage ! Ils nous ont aussi dit que nous avions deux massages gratuits, j'ai pris rendez-vous mais je n'avais pas les papiers et ils l'ont presque facturé à notre chambre ! Nous avons donc dû trouver le gars qui nous avait donné le massage, et ensuite obtenir le certificat ! Beaucoup de temps perdu, alors que nous nous sommes amusés les trois derniers jours à la plage (côté souvenirs) ! Il y avait beaucoup de bouteilles d'eau !

Awesome resort for families! We just stayed there with our two children(3&6yrs old). We arrived at 10 am we were in our room by lunch time instead of after 3pm which was great! Our room: We were in building 8 and our balcony was looking over the pool! which was convient when our smallest napped and I could still watch my husband and older daughter playing in the pool. Our safe was free which was great! We also had free wifi in our room! We had two double beds which were comfortable and 4 pillows on each bed. There was a closet to hang your cloths, the sliding door was a bit Sticky but not a problem. The maids were great since we were in and out often but they manage to get the room cleaned everyday! The grounds: we're beautiful lots of tree, shrubs, flowers! there was always someone pruning the trees, shrubs cleaning the walkways etc.... The staff: we're always smiling, saying hola to the children and calling them beautiful princesses! Front reception was great and quickly resolved Our card that stopped working! We also messed up the safe number and in twenty minutes someone was in our room and fixed it with no charge! The food was great, I didn't try everything but there was definitely favorites that I ate everyday ( omlet, pasta station,the meats station, Nacho, sauce,guacamole and salsa) and so much more, they had different themes every night in the buffet. The a la carte didn't do reservations which was a long wait time unless you were there at 6 pm! They did have entertainment ,cotton candy, nachos for everyone while they waited! The beach was on the royalton property which you needed to get a trolley ride which went by often! It was also only a 4 min walk from our building! The kids loved getting on for the ride! The beach was beautiful! The only thing I found they had staff trying to get you to join this travel program so they would offer you a free day pass to the royalton or a la carte it depends but you had to spend 2 hrs listening to there offer! I wouldn't do it, we got a day pass but could only use the pool not the bars( wouldn't serve my husband) he had to go to the memories bar on the beach! They also said we had a two free massages, which I booked the appointment but didn't have the papers and they almost charged it to our room! So we had to find the guy who gave it to us, and then get the certificate! Lots of wasted time, when we we had fun the last three days at the beach(memories side)! There was lots of bottled water!

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Une bonne station pour une escapade tranquille !

L'El Portilla est un complexe tranquille avec une belle plage, une bonne cuisine et un très bon service. Le complexe lui-même était bien entretenu et propre et la suite junior supérieure dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était spacieuse et propre. Le complexe est suffisamment petit pour que l'on puisse s'y promener sans difficulté, mais suffisamment grand pour que l'on puisse trouver des endroits plus calmes où s'asseoir et se détendre. La plage est magnifique et il y a un récif à seulement troi [... lire plus]s mètres de profondeur pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba. Le récif offrait une zone protégée pour la baignade et il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour entrer dans l'eau. Je recommanderais ce complexe à ceux qui veulent passer des vacances plus tranquilles.

Good resort for a quiet get away! The El Portilla was a nice quiet resort with a beautiful beach, good food and very good service. The resort itself was well maintained and clean and the junior superior suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The resort was small enough to walk around without difficulty but large enough so you could find quieter areas to sit and relax. The beach was beautiful with a reef just 10 feet out to snorkel around. The reef provided a nide sheltered area for swimming so there was never any problem going into the water. I would recommend this resort to those who want to have a quieter vacation scene.

Le complexe a été à la hauteur de nos attentes, avec une excellente nourriture, une équipe de divertissement, un personnel de service, une plage et des piscines extraordinaires. Les piscines n'étaient jamais bondées, la plage et l'accès à des kilomètres de front de mer étaient incroyables.

Everything we were expecting and more The resort lived up to our high expectations with excellent food, entertainment staff, service staff, and amazing beach and pools. The pools were never over crowded, the beach and access to miles of ocean front were amazing.

Le resort était très agréable.la plage était magnifique.la nourriture était très bonne et variée.les chambres avaient besoin d'être rénovées mais pour le peu de temps que vous passez dans votre chambre, elles étaient très bien.les employés étaient très sympathiques et s'arrêtaient toujours pour vous parler ou vous demander si tout allait bien.

great hotel The resort was very nice.Beach was beautiful .Food was very good and large variety.Rooms needed some updating but for the short time you are in your room they were fine.The workers were so very friendly always stopping to speak or asking you if everything was ok.
