Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Ce n'est certainement pas un centre de villégiature cinq étoiles !

Un groupe d'entre nous a séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un mariage à destination (environ 90 personnes). Cet hôtel prétend être un Royalton mais j'ai séjourné dans un Royalton à Cancun et ce n'est rien comparé à cela. Je vais vous donner quelques exemples de choses qui ont mal tourné. A l'arrivée, c'était le bordel ! Les personnes qui avaient réservé une suite n'ont pas eu la chambre qu'elles avaient payée. Mon frère et sa famille ont payé pour une suite jacuzzi avec vue sur l'océan, qui est cens [... lire plus]ée accueillir 5 personnes, et on leur a montré une chambre avec un lit et un canapé pour 5 personnes. Il s'est finalement retrouvé dans une deuxième chambre avec une porte communicante. Toujours pas de jacuzzi ni de costume avec vue sur l'océan. Nous avons appris plus tard que cela était arrivé à de nombreuses personnes de notre groupe, même aux mariés ! Ils avaient également réservé une suite (ambassade si je ne me trompe pas) et on leur a donné une chambre normale. Avec tous les bagages qu'ils avaient apportés pour leur mariage, ils n'avaient même pas la place de marcher dans la chambre. On leur a dit que leur chambre ne serait pas prête avant vendredi. Nous sommes arrivés le mardi et le mariage avait lieu le jeudi. Les mariés ont dû emprunter la chambre d'un membre de leur famille au Blue Water Side le jour de leur mariage pour se préparer. Nous n'avons pas réservé de suite, mais nous avons payé 7 400 dollars pour deux adultes et un enfant de 12 ans. Nous avons eu droit à un lit et à un canapé qui convenait à peine à l'enfant de 12 ans. Notre chambre avait une porte communicante avec la chambre voisine. Mon mari est allé l'ouvrir et a pu passer dans la chambre voisine ! Nous avons appelé un membre du personnel pour l'informer de ce qui se passait et il a travaillé sur les serrures, mais il n'a pas réussi à les verrouiller. Nous avons fini par pousser le canapé contre la porte. Le téléphone n'a jamais fonctionné pendant toute la durée de notre séjour (pour commander le service d'étage qui était proposé 24 heures sur 24). On nous a promis que quelqu'un s'en occuperait à trois reprises. Pas de sèche-cheveux ni d'horloge dans notre chambre. Les premiers jours, notre chambre a été nettoyée tous les deux jours. Lorsque nous avons posé des questions, on nous a dit que le service d'entretien était très occupé. Mais ils nous ont donné des serviettes propres lorsque nous l'avons demandé. Nous avons apprécié les cours d'exercices proposés. Cependant, une fois, l'instructeur ne s'est pas présenté et personne n'a pu expliquer aux 10 personnes qui attendaient le début du cours pourquoi il en était ainsi. La plage du côté de Whitesand avait des rochers qui étaient très dangereux. Ma cousine a été blessée et a dû aller à l'hôpital. Elle a dû payer 700 dollars pour cette visite. J'ai moi-même trébuché sur les rochers, mais heureusement je n'ai pas été blessée. Ma sœur et son fils étaient sur la plage et ont été abordés par des vendeurs locaux. Je suppose qu'on leur a proposé de l'herbe. Inutile de dire que ma sœur n'était pas très contente que cela se passe sur la plage de l'hôtel. Il ne semble pas y avoir de direction dans cet hôtel. Les employés semblent faire ce qu'ils veulent. Je vais vous faire part de quelques observations. Je me dirigeais vers ma chambre lorsque j'ai entendu un employé demander à un client de lui donner de la bière, un employé boire avec des clients et proposer de l'herbe à la vente, des clients poser des questions et le personnel répondre "je ne sais pas". Il y a eu beaucoup de "je ne sais pas" pendant mon séjour de 8 jours. Un matin, ma sœur et moi sommes allées faire du yoga et nous avons vu un tas de vomi sur le sol. Des employés se tenaient à proximité. Une heure plus tard, nous sommes passées devant, toujours là. Les employés parlaient à proximité. Nous sommes repassées devant en pensant que quelqu'un avait nettoyé. Nous nous sommes trompés, des invités ont marché dessus et ont nettoyé l'endroit ! Je dois dire que mon expérience à Cancun a été très différente de mon expérience en Jamaïque. Je vais devoir réfléchir à deux fois avant de réserver à nouveau avec Royalton. Vous devriez vraiment écouter vos clients. Nous avons observé tellement de plaintes à propos de cet hôtel alors que nous nous tenions dans le hall de l'hôtel de la part de vos clients. Même la nourriture était horrible. La mariée a fait un commentaire qui reflète mes pensées : "C'est moi ou la nourriture ici a le même goût ?" Je voudrais aussi vous faire savoir qu'il y avait de bons employés, surtout au café et au buffet.

This is definitely not a five star resort! A group of us stayed at this hotel for a destination wedding (about 90 plus people). This hotel claims to be a Royalton but I have stayed at a Royalton in Cancun and this is nothing compared to that. I will give you a few examples of things that went wrong. Upon arrival it was a mess! People that booked a suite did not get their room as paid for. My brother and his family paid for a jacuzzi suite with ocean view, that's supposed to sleep 5 people, was shown to a room with 1 bed and a pulled out sofa for 5 people. He finally ended up with a second room with a connecting door. Still no jacuzzi or ocean view suit. We later found out that this happened to many people in our group, even the bride and groom! They booked a suite also (embassy if I am not mistaken) and was given a regular room. With all their luggages that they brought for their wedding they didn't even have space to walk in the room. They were told that their room would not be ready until Friday. We arrived on Tuesday and wedding was on Thursday. The bride and groom had to borrow their relative's room over at the blue water side on their wedding day to get ready. Now for my room, we did not book a suite but we did pay $7,400 for 2 adults and a 12 child. We were given 1 bed and a pulled out sofa that barely fit the 12 year old. We had a room that had a connector door to the next room. My husband went to open it and was able to go into the next room! We called in one of the staff to let them know what was happening and he worked on the locks but he could not get it to lock. We ended up just pushing the sofa against the door. Phoned never worked the whole time we were there (to order room service that was offered 24 hours). We were promised someone would look into it 3 separate times. No hair dryer or clock in our room. The first few days our room was cleaned every other day. When we asked about it we were told that house keeping was very busy. But they did give us clean towels when we asked for it. We did enjoy the exercise classes offered. Although one time instructor never showed up and no one can give, the 10 people that was waiting for the class to start, a reason why. Beach on the Whitesand side had rocks that was very dangerous. My cousin was injured and had to go to the hospital. She ended up paying $700 dollars for the visit. I myself trip on the rocks but luckily I was not injured. My sister and her son was on the beach and was approached by local vendors. I am assuming, and was offered weed. Needless to say my sister was not very happy that this was happening on the hotel beach. There does not seem to be any managements at this hotel. Employees seem to do what they want. I will give you a few observations. I was heading to my room when I heard a worker ask a guest to give him beer, employee drinking with guests and offering weed for sale, guests asking questions and staff saying I don't know. There was a lot of I don't knows during my 8 day stay. One morning my sister and I went down to yoga we saw a pile of vomit on the floor. Employees standing near by. An hour later we walked by still there. Employees nearby talking. We later walked by it again and thought someone cleaned it up. We were wrong guest have walked on it clearing the spot up! I will have to say my Cancun experience was very different from my Jamaica experience. I will have to think twice about booking with Royalton again. You should really listen to your guest. We observe so many complaints about this hotel while standing in the lobby of the hotel from your guest. Even the food was horrible. The bride made a comment that mirrors my thoughts "Is it me or does the food here taste all the same?" I would also like to let you know that there were good workers also especially in the coffee shop and the buffet.

Les chambres étaient minuscules pour le prix que j'ai payé, le service était désorganisé et lent, les équipements étaient corrects/moyens/peuvent être améliorés, les options pour le dîner étaient excellentes mais encore une fois, le service était incroyablement lent

Not worth the price paid for Slightly below average compared to other resorts visited... rooms were tiny for the price I paid, service was disorganized and slow, amenities were okay/average/could be improved, dinner options were great but again, the service was incredibly slow

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Des vacances en famille étonnantes

C'est le deuxième Royalton que nous réservons par l'intermédiaire de notre agent Heather Felice et celui-ci a dépassé nos attentes. L'hôtel était propre, le service extraordinaire, la nourriture et les boissons de qualité supérieure et toujours en circulation ! C'était un endroit merveilleux pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons loué un catamaran avec l'autre famille avec laquelle nous avons voyagé pour une demi-journée et ce fut certainement le point fort de notre voyage. Le seul petit inco [... lire plus]nvénient était la plage... beaucoup d'algues, mais la beauté du récif corallien en valait la peine. Nous ne pouvons pas dire assez de bien de l'hôtel et du personnel et nous y retournerons certainement !

Amazing Family Vacation This is the second Royalton that we have booked through Our Agent Heather Felice and this one exceeded our expectations. The resort was clean, amazing service, food and drinks were premium and always flowing! It was a wonderful spot for a family vacation. We rented a catamaran with the other family we travelled with for a half day and that was certainly the highlight of our trip. The only small downfall was the beach.. lots of seaweed but the beauty of the coral reef was worth it. We can’t say enough about the resort and staff and would certainly go back!!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Station balnéaire infestée de moustiques

Cet endroit est infesté de moustiques et certaines chambres ont des punaises de lit. Si vous pouvez passer outre cela... tout le reste est vraiment génial, sauf l'océan. Les algues sentent mauvais. Le personnel est vraiment génial. Le steak house est génial. Une autre chose. Pourquoi demander 45 $ US pour une queue de homard à 10 $ ? C'est de l'arnaque pour quelque chose qui est censé être tout compris

Mosquito infested resort This place is infested with mosquitoes and also some rooms have bed bugs.. If you can get past that...everything else is really great except the ocean. Smelly seaweed. The staff are really great. Steak house is awesome. One other thing. Why up charge $45 US for a frigging $10 Lobster tail. It’s gouging for something that’s supposed to be all inclusive

Si quelqu'un répond, il faut attendre entre 45 minutes et une heure. La nourriture est affreuse quand elle arrive de toute façon, froide. La nourriture dans les restaurants était épouvantable, le restaurant italien était la seule chance d'avoir un repas décent. Le service n'existe pas en dehors des restaurants. Donc si [... lire plus] vous voulez manger entre le buffet et le dîner, bonne chance. Il est possible de trouver des hamburgers et des frites, mais il faut attendre 45 minutes. La plupart des téléphones ne fonctionnaient pas, le coffre-fort de nombreuses chambres, dont la mienne, a été fracturé avant même que nous n'entrions dans notre chambre, l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas du tout la première nuit (certaines n'avaient pas d'eau du tout) et la deuxième nuit, elle était seulement chaude ! La plage était superbe, le temps aussi. En d'autres termes, les parties qui étaient sous le contrôle de l'hôtel étaient bonnes. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

aweful Where to start about this hotel. 24 hour room service?? Maybe if they picked up the phone but mosty they didnt bother answering. If u got someone to actually answer then you will wait anywhere from 45 min to an hour. Food is aweful when it arrives anyway, cold. Restaurant food was aweful, the italian was the only chance for a decent meal. Service did not exist outside of restaurants. So if u want food between buffet and dinner good luck. Burgers and fries u might find but u will wait for it 45 min again. Now to the rooms. (We were part of a wedding group of 50+) most phones didnt function, many rooms including mine had their safe smashed open before we even got into our room, hit water didnt work at all first night ( some didnt have water at all) second night it was only hot!?. Beach was great weather was great. In other words parts that were under the hotels control was good. I would never come to this hotel again.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Fantastic Resort

Le complexe est magnifique. Très propre Le personnel est merveilleux. C'est fou d'avoir son propre majordome....wow ils feraient n'importe quoi pour vous faire profiter de nos vacances Le temps était parfait et les serveurs de bar étaient très bons. La plus belle plage que j'ai jamais vue. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander ce complexe

The resort is beautiful. Kept very clean The staff are wonderful . Its crazy go have your own butler....wow they would do anything for you to enjoy our holidays The weather was perfect and the bar tenders were very good. Nicest beach I have ever seen. We would definetly refer this resort

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: J'ai adoré le Hideaway Royalton riviera

J'ai fait beaucoup de recherches avant de choisir ce centre de villégiature et j'ai fait le bon choix. Dès notre arrivée au Royalton riviera hideaway, chaque membre du personnel a été extraordinaire. Je recommande vivement le Diamond Club au hideaway. Une boisson de bienvenue nous a été offerte dès notre arrivée. Ils ont pris nos bagages pour qu'ils soient livrés dans notre chambre. Nous avons ensuite été escortés à travers le complexe jusqu'au salon du Diamond Club où nous avons été enregistrés [... lire plus] et avons reçu une coupe de champagne. Nous sommes allés nous changer dans le hall principal pour mettre nos maillots de bain et nous diriger vers la plage parce que notre chambre n'était pas tout à fait prête. Je ne voulais pas emporter toutes nos affaires à la plage, alors nous sommes retournés dans le hall pour les donner au groom afin qu'il puisse les escorter jusqu'à notre chambre. Mais à notre grande surprise, elles avaient déjà été emmenées dans notre chambre car elle était prête ! Nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre et elle était spectaculaire ! Face à la mer, immense, balcon avec jacuzzi. Nous avons reçu un message de bienvenue de la part de nos deux majordomes, Michelle et Evanisto. Pas plus de deux minutes plus tard, Michelle était à notre porte, s'est présentée, nous a demandé si nous avions besoin de quelque chose, si elle pouvait déballer pour nous, ce que nous voulions boire, etc. Elle nous a dit quand elle travaillerait et quand Evanisto travaillerait. Elle nous a dit quand elle travaillerait et quand Evanisto travaillerait. Après son départ, on a de nouveau frappé à la porte et c'était un concierge avec une bouteille de champagne. Nous avons quitté notre chambre pour explorer un peu et avons fini par nous asseoir dans le hall et par contempler gracieusement la beauté des lieux. Franklyn (Franko), le concierge de l'hôtel situé en face du spa, s'est approché, s'est présenté et nous a offert un verre. Pouvez-vous dire wow ! Lorsque nous sommes allés à la plage dans la section Diamond Club hideaway, nous avons toujours été accueillis avec le sourire par Raul. Il nous a offert des serviettes, les a étendues pour nous et s'est toujours déplacé pour servir des boissons à tout le monde. Il a pris grand soin de ses clients. Nous avons également passé de bons moments à la piscine. Jorge s'occupait toujours de nous et nous faisait savoir quand il allait partir et qui s'occuperait de nous, comme Gabriella, qui était également très accommodante. Oscar au Dorando était un serveur spectaculaire car nous y avons mangé plusieurs fois et tout le personnel était si amical et désireux de faire plaisir. J'aimerais pouvoir me souvenir du nom de chacun et si j'avais su que c'était important pour l'article, je les aurais tous notés. Je dois également mentionner à quel point ce complexe était propre ! Aucun détail n'a été négligé...

Loved the Hideaway Royalton riviera Okay I did a lot of searching before picking this resort and I choose perfectly. From the moment we arrived at the Royalton riviera hideaway every single staff member was amazing. Diamond club at the hideaway I highly recommend. A welcome drink was given to you as soon as you arrived. They took our bags so that they could be delivered to our room. We were then escorted through the resort to the Diamond club Lounge were we were registered and also given a glass of champagne. We went and changed in the main lobby into our bathing suits and were headed to the beach because our room wasn’t quite ready. I didn’t want to take all of our things to the beach so we went back to the lobby to give them to the bell boy so he could escort them to our room. But much to our surprise they had already been taken to our room as it was ready! We got to our room and it was spectacular! Ocean front, huge, balcony with jacuzzi. There was a welcome message from out two butlers, Michelle and Evanisto. Not more than two minutes later Michelle was at our door, introduced herself, asked if we needing anything and could she unpack for us, what would we like to drink etc., showed us how the tv worked, how we could order food etc. She told us when she would be working and when Evanisto would be working. After she left the door knocked again and it was a concierge with a bottle of champagne. We left our room to explore a bit and ended up sitting in the lobby and just gazing graciously at how beautiful everything was. Franklyn (Franko) the front concierge across from the spa came over, introduced himself and them offered to get us drinks. Can you say wow! When we went to the beach on the diamond club hideaway section where we were always greeted with a smile by Raul. He offered us towels, laid them out for us, and was always coming around to service everyone with drinks. He took excellent care of his resort guests. We had a great time at the pool as well. Jorge was always looking after us and he would let us know when he was going to be leaving and who would be looking after us like Gabriella who was also so accommodating. Oscar at the Dorando was a spectacular waiter as we ate there many times and all of the staff were so friendly and willing to please. I wish I could remember everyone’s name and if I had known that it was important for the review I would written them all down. I also have to mention how clean this resort was! Not one single detail was overlooked...

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Belle station balnéaire

J'ai vraiment apprécié de passer du temps dans ce centre de villégiature. Les chambres sont très propres et le personnel est formidable. La plage est magnifique. C'est un petit complexe et c'est très calme, que ce soit à la plage ou près des piscines. La nourriture est bonne mais, étant à la carte, le choix des repas proposés est limité. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais ce complexe, mais il est un peu éloigné des autres activités (en dehors du complexe) et de l'aéroport ! Avoir les services [... lire plus] d'un majordome pour la semaine était génial ! Un grand merci à Diana qui s'est occupée de nous pendant les vacances. Ma femme et moi y étions du 6 au 13 mars 2018. Beaucoup de soleil et de vent ! !!

Beautiful resort I have really enjoyed spending time at this resort. The rooms are very clean and the staff is great. The beach is amazing. It is a small resort and it is very quiet either at the beach or near the pools. The food is good but, being a la carte, we have a limited choice of the meals being offered. Overall, I would recommend this resort but it is a bit far away from other activities (outside the resort) and the airport! Having the services of a butler for the week was great! A big thank you to Diana who took care of us during the holidays. My wife and I were there from March 6 to March 13, 2018. Lots of sun and windy!!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Le pire Royalton que j'ai connu

A l'exception de la nourriture, qui était bonne, le service à la réception et la façon dont nous avons été traités ont été terribles. Ils nous ont dit que c'était la faute de notre agent si notre chambre n'était pas correcte. Nous avions réservé une suite présidentielle de deux chambres. La suite, comme son nom l'indique, comprend un salon et deux (2) chambres adjacentes. Non, dans leur cas, cela signifie une suite d'une (1) chambre à côté d'un studio d'une chambre sans aucune porte adjacente en [... lire plus]tre les deux. En fait, il s'agit de deux chambres séparées. Nous avons amené notre fils de seize (16) ans qui a dû rester dans une chambre tout seul. Est-ce pour cela que nous avons payé ? Si c'est le cas, honte à nous. Je ne pense pas que ce soit le cas. J'en ai assez de ce genre de traitement. P.S. : Permettez-moi aussi de dire que la plage était horrible. Elle était remplie de mauvaises herbes et TELLEMENT SOMBRE. Impossible de s'y baigner. Terrible

Worst Royalton I have been too With the exception of the food, which was good, the service at the front desk, how we were treated was terrible. They said it was our agent's fault our room was incorrect. We booked a 2 bedroom Presidential Suite. Suite, as the name implies has a living room and two(2) adjoining bedrooms. No, in their case, it means a One(1) Bedroom suite beside a one bedroom studio suite with NO adjoining door in between. Essentially, 2 bedrooms separate. We brought our sixteen(16) year old son which had to stay in a room by himself. Is that what we paid for? If so, shame on us. I do not think so. I am tired of this type of treatment. P.S.: Let me also state, the beach was horrible. It was filled with weeds and SO DARK. Could not swim there. Terrible

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Excellent centre de villégiature. Bien traité par tout le monde. Propre, amusant, facile à naviguer, bonne sélection de nourriture. Spectacles tous les soirs avec possibilité de divertissement en plein air. Il y a quelque chose pour tout le monde, quel que soit l'âge, au Royalton. Nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés. Merci Julie pour ton travail acharné et ta patience !

Amazing resort Great resort. Treated well by everyone. Clean, fun, easy to navigate, good food selection. Shows each night with an outdoor entertainment option. Something fro everyone of every age at the Royalton. Enjoyed ourselves greatly. Thank you Julie for your hard work and patience!

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Royalton Negril

C'est notre nouveau centre de villégiature préféré. Un vrai 5 étoiles. Les piscines sont magnifiques et l'eau est chaude. La plage était magnifique et proche de tout. La nourriture était excellente dans tous les restaurants et au buffet. La station était très sûre et le personnel était incroyable. Nous y retournerons en 2019😎

This is our new favorite resort. A true 5 star. The swim out pools were amazing and the water was warm. The beach was beautiful and it was close to everything. Food was great at all the restaurants and the buffet. The resort was very safe and the staff were amazing. Going back in 2019😎

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Super Resort

Le Royalton à Cayo Santa Maria Cuba a été bien animé, très propre, ils ont gardé la chambre toujours propre, il y avait toujours une bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur. Nous avions deux majordomes qui travaillaient de longues heures pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien, ils nous ont réservé deux autres restaurants dans le Resort à côté du nôtre. Les restaurants étaient à la carte. Pour ceux qui aiment les fruits de mer, c'était bien, mais pour les autres, ils avaient la possibilité  [... lire plus]d'essayer d'autres restaurants. Le Snackbar Sunset avait une meilleure variété de nourriture pour l'heure du déjeuner. C'est un endroit calme pour se détendre, les plus jeunes pourraient le trouver trop calme. Nous avons eu du beau temps.

The Royalton at Cayo Santa Maria Cuba was well entertained, very clean, they kept the room always clean, there was always bottle of water in the fridge. The people working were kind and friendly, We had two butlers who were working long hours to make sure that we were not missing anything, they booked us with other two restaurants at the Resort next to ours. The Restaurant were a la care. For people loving Seafood it was ok, but for others they have the opportunity to try other restaurant. T he Snackbar Sunset had a better variety of food for the lunch hour. It is a quiet resort to relax, younger people might find it too quiet. We had good weather.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Excellent séjour

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné au hideaway du 2 au 9 mars 2018. Nous avions le package diamond club. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Il y avait quelques choses pointilleuses que je vais mentionner ci-dessous, mais dans l'ensemble, c'était le plus beau complexe hôtelier que j'ai jamais, et probablement jamais séjourner. Pour faciliter les choses, j'ai dressé une liste des avantages et des inconvénients. Chambres (nous avons séjourné dans  [... lire plus]les 2405 et 1425) Pour : - Très propre - Lits confortables - Grande douche agréable et pièce séparée pour les toilettes - Le patio sur le toit avec le jacuzzi était cool (1425) - Face à la mangrove qui ne faisait pas de bruit (2405) Inconvénients : - Pas très insonorisé par rapport aux couloirs - Les mangroves sentaient mauvais et il y avait des travaux de construction 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7 à gauche (2405) - Face à la piscine qui était bruyante jusqu'à environ 22h tous les soirs (1425) - Les jacuzzis crachaient beaucoup de matière noire à cause des jets (1425 et 2405) Terrain Pour : - Très bien entretenu - Pas d'insectes, j'ai vu 2 moustiques pendant tout le voyage. Pas de mouches ou d'insectes volants qui bourdonnent autour des lumières. Inconvénients : - Très grand. Si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, sachez qu'il faut beaucoup marcher. - Le hideaway est tout au bout, le buffet est au milieu et les restaurants sont répartis dans tout le resort. Il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant dans la section hideaway. Nourriture Pour : - Fantastique ! - Beaucoup de choix de restaurants. - L'ocean point Chateaubriand était le meilleur steak que j'ai jamais mangé de ma vie, et notre serveur Daniel Olan était génial. - Le buffet avait des tonnes d'options, la nourriture y était toujours bonne. Inconvénients : - J'ai dû renvoyer des steaks car j'ai l'habitude de les manger à point chez moi, mais quand j'ai commandé ici, ils ont été servis saignants. Je n'ai eu aucun problème à les renvoyer. - Le buffet de la plage n'avait pas de panneaux indiquant le contenu de chaque plat. Ce n'est pas idéal pour les personnes allergiques. Personnel Pour : - Nos majordomes Celia et Kepler étaient phénoménaux. Ils se sont toujours assurés que nous avions ce dont nous avions besoin, ont décoré notre chambre, ont discuté avec nous des endroits à visiter et des choses à voir. Leur service a été très apprécié. - La réception a été serviable et l'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème - Tout le monde était très amical et heureux d'aider si on le lui demandait. Inconvénients : - Il n'était pas facile de communiquer avec tout le monde, mais je ne parle pas espagnol. Ce n'est donc pas la faute de l'hôtel. Cela a juste rendu les choses difficiles de temps en temps. Mais la plupart du personnel parlait très bien anglais. Piscine Pour : - Propre - La règle de ne pas réserver les chaises était très bien, et l'interdiction de fumer dans l'enceinte de la piscine était très appréciée - Le personnel de la piscine était attentif et serviable, il mettait des serviettes sur vos chaises, vous donnait un parasol ou déplaçait vos chaises pour vous - Serveurs attentifs pour vous apporter des boissons ou de la nourriture sur vos chaises Inconvénients : - Il est parfois difficile pour une personne à mobilité réduite d'entrer dans l'hôtel, car les chaises encombrent les entrées - Il est parfois difficile de trouver une chaise malgré la règle de non-attente - Les adultes en état d'ébriété étaient extrêmement odieux, bruyants et tout simplement gênants pour eux-mêmes. J'ai été consterné par le comportement de certains de ces "adultes". Ce serait bien de pouvoir les interrompre ou les expulser comme on peut le faire dans n'importe quel bar de chez nous Plage Pour : - Beau sable - Moins fréquentée que la piscine - Serveurs pour les boissons Inconvénients : - Beaucoup d'algues. Je savais que ce serait un problème, mais j'ai été choqué par la quantité d'algues qu'il y avait Le temps était fantastique, 28 et ensoleillé tous les jours sauf le dernier jour où il y a eu de la pluie par intermittence. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous y retournerions certainement si nous le pouvions.

Great stay My husband and I stayed at the hideaway from Mar 2 - 9 2018. We had the diamond club package. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. There were some nit picky things that i will mention below, but overall this was the nicest resort i have ever, and likely will ever stay at. To keep things easy i have done pro and con lists. Rooms (we stayed in 2405 and 1425) Pros: - Very clean - Comfortable beds - Large nice shower and separate room for the toilet - Roof top patio with hot tub was cool (1425) - Faced the mangroves which didn't make any noise (2405) Cons: - Not very sound proof to the halls - Mangroves smelled and there was construction going 24/7 to the left (2405) - Faced the pool which was loud until approx 10pm every night (1425) - Jacuzzi's spit out a lot of black stuff from the jets (1425 and 2405) Grounds Pros: - Very well maintained - No bugs, i saw 2 mosquitoes the whole trip. No flies or flying bugs buzzing around lights. Cons: - Very large. If you have any mobility issues just know there is a lot of walking required. - The hideaway is on the far end, buffet is in the middle and restaurants are spread across the resort. Only one restaurant in the hideaway section. Food Pros: - Fantastic!! - Lots of restaurant options. - The ocean point Chateaubriand was the best steak i've ever had in my life, and our server Daniel Olan was awesome. - Buffet had tons of options, food was always good there. Cons: - Had to send steaks back as i usually get medium rare at home, but when i ordered that here they came out rare. No issues with sending them back though. - Beach buffet didn't have signs out saying what each dish was. Not great for people with allergies. Staff Pros: - Our butlers Celia and Kepler were phenomenal. They always made sure we had what we needed, decorated our room, chatted with us about places to go and things to see. Their service was much appreciated. - Reception was helpful and check in and out went smoothly - Everyone was very friendly and happy to help if asked. Cons: - Not everyone was easy to communicate with, but i don't speak any Spanish. So that's no fault of the resort. It just made things tricky from time to time. But most staff spoke English very well. Pool Pros: - Clean - Rule about not reserving chairs was great, and no smoking in pool area was so appreciated - Pool staff was attentive and helpful, would put towels on your chairs for you, or get you an umbrella, or move your chairs for you - Attentive servers to get you drinks or food to your chairs Cons: - Hard to get into sometimes as someone with limited mobility as chairs crowd the entrances - Could be hard to find a chair sometimes despite no holding rule - Drunk adults were extremely obnoxious, loud, and just a sheer embarrassment to themselves. I was appalled by the behavior that some of these "grown ups" displayed. Would be nice to be able to cut off or evict them like you could at any bar back home Beach Pros: - Nice sand - Not as busy as the pool - Servers to get you drinks Cons: - A lot of seaweed. I knew this might be an issue but was shocked at how much there actually was The weather was fantastic, 28 and sunny every day except the last which had on and off rain. Overall we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely go again if we could.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Centre de villégiature convivial

J'ai adoré l'hospitalité et l'accueil chaleureux. Ma femme et moi avons vécu une expérience formidable en profitant de la bonne nourriture, des événements en soirée et des bonnes personnes de l'hôtel et du personnel de Sunwing qui ont consacré leur temps à faire en sorte que notre séjour soit mémorable. Nous reviendrons certainement avec nos enfants.

Friendly Resort Love the hospitality and warm welcome. My wife and I had a great experience enjoying good food, evening events and good people from hotel and Sunwing Staff that devoted their time to ensure our stay is a memorable one. We will definitely want to come back with our kids.

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Dans l'ensemble, c'est très bien !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le resort. Nous avons beaucoup marché et avons passé plus de temps au spa, donc beaucoup de temps avec les enfants. Le Hideaway est vraiment bien mais il manque des choses pour que cela vaille la peine d'y être, la plage est artificielle et rocheuse, donc il faut aller au resort frère pour en profiter, mais c'est très bien. Il n'y a pas assez de cabanas ou de parasols du côté des adultes, le restaurant Ocean Point en vaut la peine du côté de l'Hideaway.

Overall really good! We really liked the resort. A lot of walking and spent more time at the spa side so spent a lot of time with kids, The Hideaway is really nice but needs some stuff to make it worth time just being there, the beach is man made and rocky so you have to go to the sister resort to enjoy but it is very nice. Not enough cabanas or umbrellas on adult side, Ocean point restaurant is worth it on Hideaway side though.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: station 5 étoiles

En 25 ans de voyage, c'est le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous ayons séjourné. Les chambres et le complexe sont très modernes. Il y a même des escaliers roulants et des ascenseurs pour accéder au hall principal. Nous aimons beaucoup être sur la plage et nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour trouver des chaises. Il y a beaucoup de choix de nourriture, soit au buffet principal, soit dans l'un des restaurants de spécialités. Le personnel est sympathique et ne peut pas en faire assez pour répondr [... lire plus]e à vos besoins. Le complexe est assez grand avec plusieurs piscines et là encore, vous n'avez pas eu de problème pour trouver des chaises à ces endroits. Le trajet depuis et vers l'aéroport est long, environ 90 minutes, mais une fois sur place, vous ne serez pas déçu. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine.

5 star resort In 25 years of travelling this is the best hotel that we have stayed at. The rooms and resort is very modern. Even escalators and lifts to the main lobby. We really like being on the beach and we did not have any problem finding chairs. There is plenty of choice of food either at the main buffet or at one of the speciality restaurants. The staff were friendly and could not do enough to accommodate your needs. The resort is fairly big with several pools and there again you did not have a problem finding chairs at these sites. The trip to and from the airport is lengthy, approximately 90 minutes, but once you get to this resort, you will not be disappointed. We will hopefully return next year.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances au Royalton White Sands Resort. La nourriture était incroyable ! Il y avait une grande variété de fruits frais, de légumes, de viandes, de poissons et pour ceux qui aiment essayer de nouveaux plats, il y avait une grande sélection de cuisine jamaïcaine. Il y avait 7 restaurants à la carte parmi lesquels choisir. Armadillo Tex Mex, Calypso (cuisine jamaïcaine), OPA Mediterranean, Jade Asian cuisine, Hunters steak house, Grazie Italian et Jade teppany [... lire plus]aki (il faut réserver uniquement pour Jade). Le personnel était très attentif et vous a fait sentir le bienvenu. L'équipe de divertissement était fantastique. Nous avons eu l'occasion de faire la connaissance de Javare avec l'équipe de divertissement. Il était extrêmement extraverti et sympathique, ce qui a certainement contribué à améliorer l'expérience des clients. Les divertissements proposés pendant la journée comprennent des jeux-questionnaires, du hula hoop, des leçons de danse, du karaoké, etc. L'équipe de remise en forme est également formidable. Nous avons suivi plusieurs cours de Jeffery. Ils ont fait de l'aqua fit, du boot camp, du yoga au lever du soleil, du yoga au coucher du soleil, du volley-ball, de l'entraînement Trx, du kick boxing, etc. Il y avait beaucoup à faire pendant la journée. Ils ont organisé une fête de plage avec des vêtements blancs le lundi soir avec un feu, des s’mores et de la musique reggae, tout le monde a vraiment apprécié cet événement. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la fête de la mousse à la piscine pour adultes qui était le vendredi. Les activités nautiques comprenaient des planches à pagaie, des kayaks, des hobbie cats, des masques et des tubas que les clients pouvaient utiliser. Nous avons fait des folies le dernier jour et avons loué une cabane avec piscine à débordement, télévision LCD, système audio et mini-réfrigérateur. Les cabanes sont également dotées d'un service de majordome. Le nôtre était M. Young. Il était très professionnel, attentif, extraverti et un véritable atout pour le Royalton. Des vacances fantastiques ! Il serait difficile de trouver quelque chose à redire sur le sable blanc du Royalton. En raison de la mer agitée à l'époque, la plage (côté White Sands) était un peu rocailleuse et parsemée d'algues. L'équipe de plage a travaillé dur pour nettoyer rapidement. Les vendeurs de plage sont autorisés à marcher le long de la ligne de flottaison et peuvent être un peu excessifs et insistants. Si vous pouvez vous permettre de dépenser un peu plus, je vous recommande de séjourner du côté Blue Waters de la station, il a des chambres plus récentes et vous pouvez utiliser les chaises de plage sur le meilleur côté de la plage (pas de rochers et presque pas d'algues) . Si vous attendez jusqu'à ce que vous arrivez et décidez que vous voulez mettre à niveau, ils veulent que vous payez 200 supplémentaires par nuit par couple. Des vacances extraordinaires avec des gens extraordinaires. Merci Royalton.

A Royal Week of Relaxation We had a wonderful vacation at the royalton white sands resort. The food was amazing! They had an amazing variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and for those who enjoy trying new dishes they had a great selection of Jamaican cuisine. They had 7 a la cartes restaurants to chose from. Armadillo Tex Mex, Calypso (Jamaican food), OPA Mediterranean, Jade Asian cuisine, Hunters steak house, Grazie Italian and Jade teppanyaki (need a reservation for Jade only). Staff were very attentive and made you feel welcome. They had a fantastic entertainment team. We had the opportunity to get to know Javare with the entertainment team. He was extremly outgoing and personable, definitely adding to the guest experience. Entertainment during the day includes trivia, hula hoop, dance lesson, karaoke etc. They also had an amazing fitness team. We took several of Jeffery’s classes. They did aqua fit , boot camp, sunrise yoga, sun set yoga, volley ball, Trx training, kick boxing etc. Lots to do during the day. They had a white clothing beach party on Monday night with a fire, s’mores and reggae music, everyone really enjoyed this event. We also really enjoyed the foam party at the adult pool which was on Friday. Water activities included paddle boards, kayaks, hobbie cats, masks and snorkels for guests to use. We splurged our last day and rented a pool cabana complete with our own infinity plunge pool, lcd tv, sound system and mini fridge. Cabanas come with butler service as well. Ours was Mr. Young. He was very professional, attentive, outgoing and a genuine asset to The Royalton. What a fantastic vacation! It would be difficult to find anything to complain about the Royalton white sands. Due to the rough sea at the time, the beach (White Sands side) was left a bit rocky and scattered with seaweed. The beach crew worked hard to clean up promptly. Beach venders are permitted to walk the waterline and could be a little over the top and pushy. If you can afford to spend a bit more I’d recommend staying on the Blue Waters side of the resort, it has newer rooms and you can use the beach chairs on the better beach side (no rocks and hardly any seaweed) . If you wait until you get there and decide you want to upgrade they want you to pay 200 additional per night per couple. Amazing vacation with amazing people. Thanks Royalton.

L'hôtel était très bien, le terrain était propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très serviable et amical. La nourriture était excellente, il y avait beaucoup de choix et on essayait de tenir compte des régimes alimentaires. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. L'équipe de divertissement était très bonne, nous avons adoré les spectacles nocturnes. Notre expérience globale a dépassé toutes nos attentes.

Amazing resort The hotel was great, grounds were clean and well groomed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was great, lots of choices and will try to cater to any dietary issues. Rooms were clean and spacious. The entertainment team was very good, loved the nightly shows. Our overall experience was beyond expectations.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Royalton Negril, mais nous avons été un peu déçus de constater que lorsque j'ai indiqué à Sunwing et au Royalton que nous avions un anniversaire et que nous étions des clients réguliers, nous n'avons même pas eu de réponse. La chambre était magnifique, nous avions la suite présidentielle. Les barmans étaient extraordinaires. Bevan, au bar à martini, était très attentif et c'était un plaisir de le rencontrer. Le terrain est magnifique. La nourriture était [... lire plus] également très bonne, le Calypso étant notre préféré.

Great Resort We had a wonderful stay at the Royalton Negril, was a little disappointed that when I indicated to both Sunwing and the Royalton that we had a Birthday and we where returning guests that nothing was even acknowledged after that. The room was beautiful we had the Presidential Suite. The bartenders where amazing. Bevan at the martini bar was very attentive and a pleasure to meet. The grounds are beautiful. Food was also very good, with Calypso being our favorite.

L'hôtel était très bien dans l'ensemble. La chambre était magnifique et très moderne. Probablement l'une des plus belles chambres dans lesquelles nous avons séjourné, y compris au Canada. La nourriture était bonne même si j'ai trouvé que certains articles n'étaient pas très chauds, mais très bonne dans l'ensemble. La plupart du personnel était sympathique. La plage n'était pas très grande mais bien entretenue.

Loved it The hotel was great for the most part. Room was beautiful and very modern. Probably one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in including Canada. Food was good although I found some items not very warm but very good over all. Most staff were friendly. Beach was not real big but well kept.
