Krystal Ixtapa: Bon rapport qualité/prix

La chambre était simple mais propre. Lorsque l'on ouvre le rideau de la double porte-fenêtre et que l'on laisse la vue imprenable entrer dans la chambre, celle-ci est spectaculaire. Vraiment à couper le souffle. J'ai été satisfait de la simplicité de l'hôtel, mais si vous recherchez beaucoup de variations et d'activités, cet hôtel n'est peut-être pas fait pour vous. Le représentant d'Air Canada, Alex, a été extrêmement serviable et s'est efforcé de rendre notre séjour merveilleux. Le temps  [... lire plus]en février était parfait. Pas trop chaud, mais excellent. Ixtapa était charmante et nous avons apprécié quelques déjeuners dans les nombreux restaurants. Mais encore une fois, il n'y a pas beaucoup de variations dans les activités et les magasins. Good Value The Room was simple but clean. When you opened the curtain to the double wide patio door and let the amazing view into the room, the room was spectacular. Truly breathtaking. I was happy with the simplicity of the hotel, but if you are looking for a lot of variation, activities, this hotel may not be for you. The Air Canada rep Alex was extremely helpful and dedicated to making our stay wonderful. The weather for February was perfect. Not overly hot but great. Ixtapa was charming and we enjoyed a few lunches in the many restaurants. But again not a lot of variation in activities and shops. However, It was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks

Grand Riviera Princess: Grand centre de villégiature

Fin janvier, j'ai passé une semaine au Grand Riviera Princess avec une amie, deux femmes d'une cinquantaine d'années. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. J'étais un peu confuse avant de partir sur la différence entre le Sunset et le Riviera, mais c'est essentiellement un grand resort. Nous avons séjourné dans le Family Club, du côté du Riviera. Notre chambre était immense et très confortable. Comme nous étions dans le club familial, nous avons pu faire toutes nos réservations de dîner p [... lire plus]our la semaine avec le concierge. Bien que nous n'ayons pas mangé dans tous les restaurants à la carte, le meilleur que nous ayons essayé est de loin le Miso. Si vous pouvez obtenir une place à la table teppanyaki, cela en vaut la peine. La nourriture était très bonne et c'était très divertissant. La nourriture dans les autres restaurants et le buffet était correcte, pas géniale mais pas horrible. Le complexe lui-même est magnifique. Il possède l'une des plus belles plages de la région. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le Wifi était gratuit dans tout le complexe et j'ai pu me connecter d'à peu près partout, y compris de notre chambre. Nous avons joué une partie de golf à Vidanta, un parcours par 3 mais qui reste difficile. Le green fee nous a coûté 124 $US à chacun, plus 45 $US pour la location des clubs. Ils ont fourni le transport aller-retour au terrain de golf, environ 20 minutes dans chaque sens. C'était très amusant, mais cher, environ 220 dollars canadiens. Je recommande ce centre de villégiature et j'y retournerai.

Great Resort At the end of January, I spent a week at Grand Riviera Princess with a friend, 2 women in our fifties. We had a great time. I was a little confused before we went about the difference between the Sunset and the Riviera but it’s essentially one big resort. We stayed in the Family Club on the Riviera side. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Because we were in the family club, we were able to make all of our dinner reservations for the week with the concierge. Although we didn't eat at all of the a al carte restaurants, the best one we tried by far was Miso. If you can get a seat at the teppanyaki table, it’s well worth it. Food was very good and it was very entertaining. Food in the other restaurants and the buffet was okay, not great but not awful. The resort itself is beautiful. It has one of the nicest beaches in the area. The staff were very friendly. Wifi was free throughout the resort and I was able to connect from just about everywhere, including our room. We played one round of golf at Vidanta, a par 3 course but still challenging. It cost us each $124US for green fee plus $45US to rent clubs. They provided transportation to and from the golf course, about 20 minutes each way. It was lots of fun and but expensive, about $220 CDN. I recommend this resort and I would go back.

Las Palmas by the Sea: C'est la sixième fois que je viens à Las Palmas !

La nouvelle direction a amélioré la nourriture......la propreté est primordiale...toujours un endroit familial charmant....le personnel est comme d'habitude accommodant.....l'amélioration des chambres serait bénéfique...merveilleux de voir encore une partie du personnel de l'année dernière.....

My sixth time at Las Palmas! New management has seen upgrades to food......cleanliness is paramount...still a lovely family location....staff as usual accommodating.....Upgrades to the rooms would be benificial...wonderful to still see some of the personnel from last year.....

Grand Palladium Vallarta: La station était bien, la nourriture au-dessus de la moyenne, le service était moyen, je n'ai pas aimé l'emplacement de la multipropriété

La foire n'y retournera pas car elle est trop éloignée de la ville. J'ai fini par acheter l'abonnement de voyage en essayant de l'annuler. Il y a eu une conférence téléphonique pour résoudre le problème. J'ai été relancé à nouveau. Le service à la clientèle était aléatoire. L'alcool semblait dilué. On m'a demandé des pourboires à chaque transaction. Je me suis inscrit au service impérial, mais je ne l'ai jamais utilisé car le magasin ne l'acceptait pas.

Resort was fine food above average, service was average, did not like timeshare pitch Fair won't go back to far from town. Ended up buying the travel membership trying to cancel. Had conference call to resolve. Pitched me again. Customer service was hit and miss. Alcohol seemed watered down. Pushed for tips on every transaction. Signed up for imperial service never used because shop would not accept.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Un centre de villégiature formidable

Nous avons tout aimé dans ce complexe. Il y avait tant de choix de restaurants extraordinaires, les chambres étaient propres et grandes. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. La plage est à couper le souffle et les piscines sont propres et accueillantes. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute et le recommandons vivement.

Awesome Resort We loved everything about this resort. You had so many choices of amazing restaurants, the rooms were clean and large. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beach was breathtaking and pools were kept clean and inviting. We would definitely go back again, and highly recommend it.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Belle station balnéaire

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner au Paraiso del Mar du 27 janvier au 3 février. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit charmant, avec des terrains magnifiques et bien entretenus, une belle plage, de superbes piscines, mais contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, le Del Mar n'a pas de rivière à courant. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. Une bonne expérience.

Nice resort I had the pleasure of staying at the Paraiso del Mar from Jan 27 to Feb 3. All in all a lovely place, beautiful and well maintained grounds, nice beach area, great pools, however contrary to advertised the Del Mar DOES NOT have a lazy river. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. All the amenities are within close proximity. A good experience.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Un lieu exceptionnel

Beau complexe hôtelier dans un endroit idéal. Personnel très sympathique, terrain très bien entretenu et belle plage. Le buffet est assez varié pour satisfaire tout le monde et il y a un restaurant près de la piscine/plage avec un menu différent tous les soirs (réservation obligatoire). Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise en nous promenant dans la ville de San José da Cabo et en marchant sur la plage. Un trajet en bus local vaut bien le prix d'un dollar. Piscines d'eau chaude et d'eau froide p [... lire plus]artageant un bar. Très belle piscine réservée aux adultes et bar en haut du spa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer de Cortez.

Great Place Nice resort in a great location. Staff very friendly, very well kept grounds and a beautiful beach. Enough of a variety at the buffet to keep everyone happy and there's a restaurant by the pool/beach with a different menu every night (reservations required). Felt quite comfortable wandering around the town of San Jose da Cabo and walking on the beach. A ride on the local bus is well worth the $1 fare. Warm and cool water pools sharing a swim up bar. Really nice adults only pool and bar on top of the spa with a great view of the Sea of Cortez.

Nous nous sommes bien amusés. Le personnel était génial. Jose nous a divertis tout au long du séjour. Il a emmené la famille en boîte de nuit et a fait beaucoup d'activités dans la piscine. Les barmans étaient formidables. Le personnel était très serviable. Proche de nombreux endroits intéressants

Las Palmas by the Sea: Un bon rapport qualité-prix

J'ai passé un excellent moment à Las Palmas. Le personnel était excellent !!!! L'animation était bonne et Jose nous a constamment divertis. L'endroit était propre et nous avons loué un bateau pour la journée auprès des gars sur la plage. Ils nous ont emmenés faire de la plongée en apnée, pêcher, observer les baleines et sur une plage pour le déjeuner.

Good bang for your buck Had a great time at Las Palmas. The staff were Excellent!!!! The entertainment was good and Jose entertained us constantly. The place was clean and we rented a boat for the day from the guys on the beach. they took us snorkling, fishing, whale watching and to a beach for lunch.The food is what we expected so all and all great time.

Riu Vallarta: Incroyable centre de villégiature

Nous avons adoré nos vacances à Puerto Vallarta. Le Riu Vallarta est un magnifique complexe hôtelier dont le personnel est incroyablement amical et serviable. La nourriture et les divertissements étaient excellents. Si nous avions un reproche à faire, ce serait que les matelas étaient trop durs et les oreillers trop petits et manquaient de soutien. Les installations étaient très bien entretenues et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et visiterons également d'autres d [... lire plus]estinations Riu. Nous vous remercions.

Incredible Resort We loved our holiday in Puerto Vallarta . the Riu Vallarta is a beautiful resort with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The food and entertainment was excellent. If we had one complaint it would be that the mattresses were too hard and the pillows too small and lacking support. The facilities were very well maintained and impeccably clean. We will definitely return again and will also visit other Riu destinations. Thank You.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Pas mal mais pas le meilleur dans lequel nous avons séjourné.

Le complexe est vraiment magnifique, le personnel est très aimable et serviable et la piscine est tout à fait extraordinaire. Les buffets de l'hôtel mériteraient d'être améliorés... la nourriture était bonne, mais la plupart du temps identique d'un jour à l'autre. La direction pourrait envisager un thème différent pour chaque jour (mexicain, italien, fruits de mer, etc.). La plage était décevante, assez rocailleuse lorsque vous entrez dans l'eau, vous deviez faire très attention où vous march [... lire plus]iez lorsque vous entriez dans l'eau car les rochers n'étaient pas toujours visibles en fonction des vagues. Je recommanderais ce complexe à ceux qui ne sont pas intéressés par la plage et la restauration. Je reviendrais dans ce complexe, probablement pas.

Not Bad but not the Best we have stayed at. The resort was really beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful and the pool was utterly amazing. Where this resort could use some work is in its buffets...the food was good but was mostly the same from day to day. Management might want to consider a different theme for each day (ie Mexican, Italian, Seafood, etc). The beach was disappointing, quite rocky as you walk into the water, you had to be very careful where you were walking when entering the water as the rocks were not always visible depending on the waves. I would recommend this resort to those that were not interested in beach and dining. Would I revisit this resort, probably not.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Emotions mitigées

Pour une première fois à Cancún et pour comparer avec d'autres complexes, nous avons été un peu déçus au début. Nous avons réservé le Grand Oasis pour les divertissements et les options de restauration. Bien qu'il y ait deux buffets, les autres restaurants avaient souvent des files d'attente et ne prenaient pas de réservations. Vous devez faire la queue pour que votre nom soit inscrit sur la liste et attendre qu'on vous appelle. Certains étaient plus rapides que d'autres, mais en général, si vou [... lire plus]s vous présentez après 19 heures, c'est un jeu d'attente. Ceci étant dit, la nourriture était excellente dans les restaurants. Le buffet est standard pour le dîner, horrible pour le petit déjeuner. Encore une fois, il faut attendre pour avoir un buffet, puis la plupart des plateaux sont vidés et remplis par des plats aléatoires. La chambre : nous n'étions pas là pour passer du temps dans la chambre, n'est-ce pas ? Elle est donc décente et propre. Mais si vous prenez une chambre avec une porte communicante, préparez-vous à tout entendre haut et fort.

Mixed emotions For a first time in Cancún and to compare to other resorts we were a bit disappointed at first. We booked grand oasis for the entertainment and the restaurant options. Although there are 2 buffets the remaining restaurants often had lineups and did not take reservations. You have to wait in line to get your name on the list and then hang around until they call you. Some were quicker than others, but generally if you showed up after 7pm it was a waiting game. This being said the good was excellent in the restaurants. Buffet is standard for dinner, horrible for breakfast. Again waiting for a buffet and then only have most trays emptied and to be refilled by random dishes. The room: well we weren't there to spend time in the room right? So decent and clean. But if you get a room with a connecting door, be prepared to hear everything loud and clear.

Grand Sunset Princess: L'heure de gloire

Tout était super ici - la plage était belle - et les piscines aussi ! Le service était fantastique ! Mon copain et moi avons trouvé les buffets géniaux. Tout était propre aussi ! Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec jacuzzi, ce qui était un bonus !

Awesome Time Everything was great here- the beach was nice- also great pools! The service was fantastic! My boyfriend and I found the buffets awesome. Everything was clean too! We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi too which was a bonus!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Bonnes vacances

De tous les centres de villégiature où nous sommes allés, celui-ci est le meilleur en ce qui concerne le personnel. Tous les membres avec lesquels nous avons eu affaire étaient géniaux et ne pouvaient pas faire assez pour vous aider. Très attentif et amical. Aucune plainte à part que les divertissements nocturnes ont besoin d'être améliorés (répétitifs) et sont trop bruyants. La nourriture est un sujet très subjectif, mais pour nous, elle était bonne.

Nice Vacation Of all resorts we've been to this one is tops when it came to staff. Any member we dealt with were awesome and couldn't do enough to assist you. Very attentive and friendly. No complaints other than the nightly entertainment needs work (repetitive) and is too loud. Since the topic of food is very subjective - for us it was good.

Posada Real Los Cabos: Nous prévoyons de revenir !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la taille de ce centre de villégiature - petit et personnel. Nous avons rencontré des tas de gens très sympathiques et le personnel était incroyable - si amical, attentif et travailleur. Les chambres étaient propres, pas très insonorisées, mais les gens n'étaient pas très bruyants pour la plupart, donc ce n'était pas un problème pour moi. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture, c'est génial de se faire apporter le déjeuner sur la plage ! Il y avait une bonne variété d [... lire plus]'alcools et j'ai trouvé qu'ils ne lésinaient pas sur la quantité. Il y avait une grande variété d'âges, des petits enfants jusqu'aux personnes avec des déambulateurs - certains séjournaient dans ce complexe tous les ans depuis plus de 20 ans !

Planning a return visit! We really liked the size of this resort - small and personal. We met tons of really friendly people and the staff was amazing - so friendly, attentive and hard-working. The rooms were clean, not very soundproof, but then people weren't really loud for the most part so wasn't a problem for me. We enjoyed the food, great to have lunch brought to you on the beach! A good variety of alcohol and I found they did not skimp on the pouring. There was a large range of ages from small children all the way up to people with walkers - some who had stayed at this resort every year for 20+ years!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Le meilleur voyage tout compris à ce jour !

J'ai été stupéfaite par la taille du complexe. J'aime le fait que l'on puisse séjourner dans un seul complexe et jouer dans tous les autres Je recommande vivement ce centre de villégiature. Il sera certainement en haut de notre liste pour notre prochain voyage.

Best all inclusive trip yet! I was amazed at the size of the resort. Love that you can stay at one resort and play at all of the resorts the grounds were beautiful and the food was great! Highly recommend this resort. This will definitely be at the top of our list for our next trip.

Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Parfait

C'était l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances avec mes deux filles adultes. Bien sûr, le temps est toujours parfait au Mexique à cette époque de l'année. Mais l'hôtel, lui aussi, était formidable. Les chambres étaient très confortables. La nourriture était délicieuse. Le personnel était merveilleux. Et c'était génial de pouvoir s'asseoir au bord d'une piscine sans enfants.

Perfect This was the perfect place for a holiday with my two adult daughters. Of course, the weather is always perfect in Mexico at this time of year. But the hotel, as well, was great. The rooms were very comfortable. The food was delicious. The staff were wonderful. And it was great to be able to sit at a pool without children.

Secrets Huatulco: Très beau centre de villégiature

Très propre, très grand complexe. Personnel attentif ! J'ai apprécié l'absence de bracelet, l'absence de réservation pour le dîner et les excellents horaires pour tous les repas : petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 11 heures, déjeuner jusqu'à 17 heures, dîner jusqu'à 22 h 30, plus le service en chambre 24 heures sur 24. Je me suis foulé la cheville en marchant le matin et on m'a donné de la glace sans problème.

Very nice resort Very clean, very big resort. Attentive staff! Loved no wrist band, no dinner reservations and great hours for all meals, i.e. breakfast until 11:00, lunch until 5:00, dinner until 10:30, plus 24 hour room service. Sprained ankle on morning walk and they got me ice no problem.

Breathless Riviera Cancun: Un séjour fantastique et une belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était neuf, le personnel extrêmement sympathique et nombreux. La nourriture était excellente et les boissons étaient de premier ordre. Les divertissements étaient constants et fantastiques ! J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Fantastic Time and Beautiful Resort The hotel was new, the staff extremely friendly and there were lots of them. The food was excellent and the drinks were top notch. The entertainment was constant and fantastic! I would definately go back.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Beautiful Resort

Un endroit formidable ! Excellente nourriture ! Superbe plage.....'ai adoré notre séjour dans ce complexe et je le recommanderais sans hésiter à mes amis et à ma famille. J'espère que nous pourrons revenir dans un avenir proche et que nous gagnerons le voyage en Jamaïque, car nous espérons y aller l'année prochaine.

Great place! Great food! Great beach.....loved our stay at this resort and would definitely recommend to my friends and family. I am hoping that we can return in the near future and that we win the trip to Jamaica; as we are hoping to go there next year.
