Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Sympathique, mais certaines choses ont changé

Le centre de villégiature est magnifique. Cependant. La piscine relax n'est plus relaxante. Aucune règle n'est affichée. Aucune règle n'est appliquée. Elle était réservée aux adultes, mais plus maintenant. La sécurité enlève les serviettes des salons à cause de règles peu claires alors que vous pouvez y placer vos serviettes. L'attente d'une boisson est beaucoup trop longue.

Nice but some things have changed Resort is beautiful. However. Relax pool is not relaxing any longer. No rules posted. No rules enforced. It used to be for adults but no longer. Security removing towels from lounges because of unclear rules when you can place your towels on them. Waiting for a drink takes way too long.

Le Bahia Principe Aquamarine est un très bel établissement. Il est très propre. Le personnel était charmant et les animateurs étaient fantastiques et très amusants. Ils interagissaient avec les clients et leur donnaient l'impression d'être les bienvenus. Je reviendrai certainement.

The Bahia Principe Aquamarine was a beautiful resort. It was very clean. The staff were lovely and the entertainment staff were fantastic and lots of fun. They interacted with the guests and made them feel very welcomed. I would definitely come back.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Très déçu par le bahia Punta cana

Les chambres étaient très sales, sentaient l'aigre et le renfermé. Chambre changée 3 fois. Mauvaise qualité de la nourriture au buffet, exactement la même chose pendant 2 semaines. Le problème des insectes est très important à l'extérieur et dans les chambres. Ma mère a dû être vue par un médecin pour des piqûres car notre benadryl et notre crème à l'hydrocortisone n'ont pas fonctionné. Beaucoup de clients couverts de piqûres d'insectes. Cafards dans la chambre. Linge sale sur le lit, sang et ch [... lire plus]eveux séchés. La fumigation est une blague, on a juste pulvérisé du raid. Ne reviendra pas et ne recommandera pas. La plage n'est pas bonne à moins d'être vip

Very disappointed with bahia Punta cana Rooms were very dirty, also sour smelling and musty. Room changed 3 times. Poor quality of food on buffet,exact same thing for 2weeks. The bug issue is a very big problem outside and in rooms. My mother needed to be seen by the dr for bites as our benadryl and hydrocortisone cream did not work. Lots of guests covered in bug bites. Cockroaches in room. Dirty linen on bed, dried blood and hair. Fumigation is a joke just sprayed with raid. Will not return or recommend. Beach area not good unless you were vip

Very good facility Potentially a seven star resort if the staff would be more attentive to the quality of cleanliness in the rooms. I also recommend that everyone check all payments when check out because all receipts are in Spanish. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend to everyone

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Un centre de villégiature assez étonnant

Ce centre de villégiature était extraordinaire ! Le service était plus qu'extraordinaire. La seule chose que nous n'avons pas aimée est la façon dont la plage a été aménagée, il n'y avait pas assez de zones en plein soleil et selon l'endroit où vous avez choisi une place, elle était encore loin de la plage. Mais dans l'ensemble, je reviendrai dans ce complexe.

Pretty amazing resort This resort was amazing! The service was beyond amazing. Only thing that we didn't like as much was how the beach was set up, there was not enough areas with full sunlight and depending on where you picked a spot it was still far from the beach. But overall I would stay at the resort again.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Un personnel formidable, un centre de villégiature magnifique !

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour au Bahia. Le personnel était formidable et s'est occupé de nous à chaque étape. La nourriture était excellente et les choix étaient infinis avec tant de restaurants. Les divertissements étaient incroyables et nous avons adoré chaque minute ! Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Amazing staff, beautiful resort! We absolutely loved our stay at Bahia. The staff was amazing and took care of us every step of the way. The food was great and the choices were endless with so many restaurants. The entertainment was amazing and we loved every minute of it! We will definitely be going back.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Superbe endroit

C'est notre troisième séjour au Grand Bahia, tout est très propre, les terrains sont bien entretenus, les piscines sont immaculées, la nourriture aux buffets est excellente, c'est un grand complexe avec plusieurs hôtels, mais il est facile de se déplacer, avec leurs Trollies, les restaurants à la carte sont excellents, les enfants adorent toujours le spectacle japonais du dîner au salon. La seule chose que je dirais de façon négative est que les chambres du Coba commencent à être démodées, mais  [... lire plus]elles sont toujours très propres et bien aménagées. Et après le covid, vous n'avez plus un accès complet aux autres hôtels du site. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut encore un excellent séjour au Grand Bahia !

Great spot This is our 3rd time at grand Bahia, everything is very clean , grounds are well kept, pools are immaculate, food at the buffets is great , it is a big resort with multiple hotels , but is easy to get around , with their Trollies , a la carte restaurants are great , the kids always love the Japanese show lounge dinner . The only thing I would say negatively would be that the rooms at the coba are starting to get outdated,but are still very clean and well appointed. And post covid you no longer have full access to the other hotels on the site. All in all it was another great stay at grand Bahia !

Nous avons choisi ce complexe et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Il a répondu à nos attentes depuis notre arrivée jusqu'au jour de notre départ. Nous avons déjà recommandé ce complexe à nos parents et amis. Nous y séjournerons sans aucun doute lors de nos prochaines vacances.

Baha’i Principle Grand Punta Cana We choose this resort and wasn’t disappointed. It met our expectations from the we arrived to the day we departures. We have already recommended this resort to our relatives and friends. We will definitely stay at this location for our next vacation.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Tout est rentré dans l'ordre au Sian Ka'an

Tout était très bien ! Ma seule suggestion est que, comme le Sian Ka'an est loin de la plage, les piscines sont ce que les vacanciers recherchent ici ! Si vous réservez une chambre basique, vous vous retrouvez à l'autre bout de la station avec la piscine, loin de toutes les commodités. C'est extrêmement ennuyeux ! Il est préférable de réserver au minimum une chambre supérieure, car ces chambres se trouvent dans la partie la plus grande du complexe, où l'on trouve deux piscines, le snack-bar  [... lire plus]et où l'on peut se rendre à pied beaucoup plus près de l'entrée principale. Je pense que tous ceux qui sont venus ici seront d'accord ! A part cela, la nourriture et le service étaient fantastiques.

Everything was back to normal at the Sian Ka'an Everything was great! My only suggestion is that since the Sian Ka'an is away from the beach, the pools are what vacationers here are going for! If you book a basic room, you end up on the far side of the resort with the plunge pool away from all amenities. Extremely boring! It is best to book at minimum a Superior room as these rooms are in the larger part of the resort were there are 2 pools, the snack bar and a much closer walk to the main entrance. I think anyone who's been here would agree! Other than that, the food and service were fantastic.

C'est un endroit extraordinaire. Le personnel fait partie des personnes les plus sympathiques que j'aie jamais rencontrées. Très accommodants et toujours agréables, ils ont illuminé ma journée. L'hôtel était toujours propre, le personnel s'efforçant de le maintenir dans cet état. Le service de trolley était exceptionnel. Si vous marchiez, le personnel s'arrêtait pour voir si vous aviez besoin d'un transport. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel et nous y retournerons.

Amazing resort What an amazing place. Absolutely loved it, the staff were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Very accommodating and always pleasant, just brightened my day. The hotel was always clean, staff always working hard to keep it that way. The trolley service was outstanding. If you were walking the staff would stop to see if you needed a ride Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would go back again.

J'avais beaucoup d'espoir pour ce complexe car il fait partie de la chaîne Bahia. Nous avons séjourné à l'Aquamarine qui est la section réservée aux adultes et qui est censée être "Grand". La première chose qui nous a frappés, c'est que le service était plus que médiocre. En discutant avec d'autres personnes autour de nous, nous avons constaté la même chose. Il a fallu des heures pour que quelqu'un vienne nous demander ce que nous voulions boire. Certains jours, au petit-déjeuner, nous avons  [... lire plus]reçu notre café après avoir fini de manger. Deuxièmement, la nourriture était très limitée. Il n'y avait pas de choix au buffet. Le petit-déjeuner était le seul repas où l'on pouvait trouver une variété décente de nourriture car les œufs étaient fraîchement préparés à notre goût. Le déjeuner et le dîner avaient la même chose tous les jours et les fruits n'étaient pas frais. Les chambres sont correctes. Elles ont besoin d'être rénovées car elles sont un peu vieillottes en termes de décoration et de design. Les chambres ont également besoin d'un nettoyage en profondeur car la pomme de douche n'avait pas l'air propre. A part cela, le reste de la chambre était convenable. Un grand bravo au personnel et à la nourriture du restaurant MEAT de l'hôtel Amber. C'est la meilleure expérience que nous ayons eue de tout le voyage et nous l'avons réservé deux fois pour le dîner. Un autre coup de chapeau aux serveurs de l'espace Village - leur service était incroyable. Je ne retournerais pas dans ce complexe car j'ai eu de meilleures expériences dans d'autres complexes par le passé.

Expected more from this resort... I had a lot of high-hopes for this resort as it's part of the Bahia chain. We stayed at the Aquamarine which is the adults only section and is supposed to be "Grand". The first thing that struck us was that the service was beyond poor. In speaking with others around us, they felt the exact same way. It took hours for someone to come and ask what we'd like to drink. There were days at breakfast where our coffee came after we finished eating. The second thing was that the food was super limited. There was no choice at the buffet. Breakfast was the only meal where you could get a decent variety of food as the eggs were freshly made to your liking. Lunch and dinner had the same stuff everyday and the fruits were not fresh. The rooms are okay. They do need some updating as it is a bit old school in terms of the decor and design. The rooms also need a fair bit of deep cleaning as the shower head did not look clean. Other than that, the rest of the room was decent. A huge shoutout to the staff and food at MEAT restaurant at Amber. This was the best experience we had all trip that we booked that for dinner twice. Another huge shoutout to the waiters at the Village area - their service was amazing. I would not return to this resort as I have had better experiences at other resorts in the past.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Superbe station - nourriture correcte

L'hôtel est très bien situé, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire, le personnel est très serviable et agréable. J'ai été très malade après avoir mangé au restaurant à la carte. Nous n'avons visité que le buffet après cela, qui était bien mais pas très remarquable. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été déçu par la nourriture. La plage était très bien, avec beaucoup d'activités.

Great resort - food ok Resort grounds were great , lots to do staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I got very sick after eating at the Al la carte restaurant. We only visited the buffet after that which was fine but not overly remarkable. Overall I was disappointed with the food. The beach was very good lots of activity.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Propriété fantastique !!!

Il s'agissait d'un voyage de groupe (8 d'entre nous) et l'un des avantages réels de séjourner au Sian Ka’an resort est que vous pouvez utiliser les propriétés de Tulum, Coba et Akumal également. Les trolleys étaient rapides et vous emmenaient partout où vous vouliez aller. Cela a fait passer notre semaine rapidement car nous nous sommes occupés à visiter les autres stations. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience est de 5/5 pour la nourriture, les chambres et l'expérience globale.

Fantastic Property!!! This was a group trip (8 of us) and one of the real benefits to staying at the Sian Ka’an resort is that you get to use Tulum, Coba and Akumal properties as well. The trolleys were quick and took you wherever you wanted to go. This made our week fly by as we kept ourselves busy visiting the other resorts. Overall 5/5 experience for food, rooms and overall experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grand centre de villégiature

Excellent service à la clientèle, le Knife et le restaurant Brazillian étaient de premier ordre. Vu que le rhum Appleton est distillé en Jamaïque, je ne suis pas d'accord avec le supplément par boisson car ce n'est pas du haut de gamme. J'ai trouvé cela décevant car c'était inattendu.

Great resort Great customer service, The Knife and Brazillian restaurant were top notch. Seeing as how Appleton Rum is distilled in Jamaica I disagree with the upcharge per drink as it's not top shelf. Found this to be disappointing as it was unexpected.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Magnifique terrain et plage

La plage, les piscines et le terrain sont à couper le souffle ! La chambre était propre, avec un décor tropical traditionnel. Je dirais que la chambre était plus 3 étoiles car elle avait quelques éléments qui avaient besoin d'être réparés. Le minimum de serviettes et le nettoyage de la chambre étaient bons mais rien de supplémentaire n'était fourni, même le remplissage des shampooings et des savons n'était pas fait. La nourriture n'était pas très bonne. Il y a beaucoup de choix au buffet m [... lire plus]ais j'ai eu des crampes d'estomac après y avoir mangé. Le restaurant de la plage (Tequila) était bien meilleur, sans compter la vue. Le service dans les bars était franchement terrible. Boissons tièdes et barmen grincheux. Je parle espagnol ET nous leur avons donné un pourboire qui n'a pas semblé les faire changer d'humeur. Le service dans l'ensemble de ce complexe n'était pas bon, les gens ne sont pas serviables mais attendent quand même des pourboires. Nous avons eu environ 3-4 membres du personnel qui étaient très sympathiques, mais le reste non. Nous sommes partis 4 jours et c'était parfait. Nous avons profité de la plage et d'une excursion et contrairement à beaucoup d'autres vacances, je n'étais pas triste de partir. C'était le temps parfait pour profiter du soleil, de la plage et du pays sans être trop malade, ennuyé ou affamé. Je le recommande si, comme nous, vous vous concentrez sur la plage et l'aventure. Il n'y a pas de luxe du tout. Un vrai 3 étoiles devrait être l'attente.

Beautiful Grounds and Beach The beach, pools and grounds were breathtaking! The room was clean, with a traditional tropical decor. I would say the room was more 3 star as it had some items needing repair. Bare minimum in towels and room cleaning was good but nothing extra provided, even the refill of the shampoos and soaps were not done. The food was not very good. Lots to choose from at the buffet but I had stomach cramps after eating there. The restaurant at the beach (Tequila) was much much better plus the view. The service at the bars was quite frankly terrible. Warm drinks and grumpy bartenders. I speak Spanish AND we tipped them and that did not seem to change their moods. The service overall at this resort was not good, the people are not helpful but still expected tips. We had about 3-4 staff who were very friendly but the rest nope. We went for 4 days and that was perfect. We enjoyed the beach and an excursion and unlike many other vacations, I was not sad to leave. It was the perfect amount of time at this resort to enjoy the sun, beach and the country without getting too sick, annoyed or hungry. I would recommend it, if like us, you were focused on the beach part and the adventure. There is no luxury at all. A true 3 star should be the expectation.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Agréable mais pas 5 étoiles !

Le terrain est magnifique, c'est le meilleur atout de la station. La plage est terrible, l'eau est brune, l'accès est difficile, les méduses piquent tous les jours, et la vue de la plage est une raffinerie de pétrole, qui sent parfois mauvais ! Les réservations pour le dîner sont frustrantes car il n'y a que 5 restaurants disponibles. Bien que le site web de Bahia indique 6 restaurants, lorsque vous arrivez sur place, La Gourmet n'est pas disponible pour les clients de Bouganville. Réservatio [... lire plus]ns très difficiles à obtenir pourtant quand vous allez restaurant il’s même pas la moitié occupée. Le coffre-fort de notre chambre n'était même pas vissé au mur, juste posé là pour que n'importe qui puisse entrer et prendre. Nous avons voyagé avec un autre couple, leur coffre-fort était le même. Les chambres sont dépassées et ont besoin d'être rénovées, le lit est dur comme de la pierre ! Les serviettes de piscine étaient usées et semblaient très vieilles et il fallait utiliser des cartes de serviettes ou être facturé 10$ par serviette à la fin du séjour, pas un 5 étoiles ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bon, le buffet du déjeuner à la plage était de mauvaise qualité, le buffet principal ne vous laissait pas entrer au déjeuner si vous étiez en maillot de bain, même si vous portiez des vêtements couvrants. La seule option était alors le buffet de la piscine Les boissons du bar étaient limitées, par exemple pas de vodka ou de gin aromatisés, les boissons n'étaient pas préparées deux fois de la même façon et souvent le serveur ne comprenait pas ce qui était commandé. Les verres au bar de la piscine n'étaient pas lavés, juste trempés dans de l'eau sale puis réutilisés, nous étions bien contents d'avoir nos propres gobelets ! Service dans l'ensemble très peu professionnel, imprévisible et pas comparable aux Bahia’s au Mexique et à Punta Cana. Les spectacles dans le hall le soir étaient terribles, c'était le personnel qui dansait sur la chanson thème Bahia encore et encore ou des jeux idiots, aucun spectacle professionnel dans les 11 nuits que nous étions là. Je me sens mal pour le personnel qui doit faire cela encore et encore ! J'ai passé 11 nuits à l'hôtel et j'étais prêt à partir à la cinquième nuit ! Très déçu

Nice but not 5 star ! The grounds are beautiful, the best feature of the resort. The beach is terrible, brown water, difficult to enter, jellyfish bites daily, and view from beach is a oil refinery, which at times smells! Dinner reservations are frustrating as only 5 restaurants available. although Bahia website said 6 restaurants but when you get there La Gourmet is not available to Bouganville guests. Reservations very difficult to get yet when you go restaurant it’s not even half occupied. The safe in our room wasn’t even bolted to the wall, just sitting there for anyone to walk in and take. Travelled with another couple their safe was the same. Rooms are outdated and need renovation, the bed is rock hard ! Pool towels were worn out and looked like they were very old and had to use towel cards or be charged $10 per towel at end of stay, not 5 star! Buffet for breakfast was good, lunch buffet at beach was low quality food, main buffet would not let you in at lunch if in a bathing suit regardless of the cover up being worn. Only option then was pool buffet Bar drinks were limited for example no flavoured vodka or gin, drinks were not made the same twice and many times the server did not understand what was being ordered. Glasses at pool bar not being washed just dipped in dirty water and then reused, so glad we had our own drinking mugs! Service overall very unprofessional, unpredictable and not comparable to the Bahia’s in Mexico and Punta Cana. Lobby shows in evening were terrible, it was the staff dancing to the Bahia theme song over and over or silly games, no professional show in the 11 nights we were there. I feel bad for the staff having to do it over and over ! Stayed for 11 nights and was ready to come after at night number five! Very disappointed

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Belle station balnéaire

Bel hôtel avec des jardins bien entretenus, un salon et des chambres propres. Le restaurant était propre (avec quelques trous dans les murs qui, je pense, coûteraient beaucoup de temps et d'argent pour les réparer). Beaucoup de nourriture, de boissons et de café. Le service clientèle de la réception a été très utile, en particulier Diana, qui, je l'espère, sera bientôt promue, car elle est intelligente, gentille, serviable et bien informée. L'équipe d'animation était formidable, elle dansait et  [... lire plus]chantait tout le temps et faisait en sorte que la plupart des gens se sentent bien et profitent de leurs vacances. Le programme était parfois difficile à suivre ou désorganisé, mais rien de grave. La seule chose bizarre que nous ayons rencontrée était au restaurant Rodizio... Oh, bon sang, ils doivent bientôt changer quelque chose.... J'ai vu et entendu tellement de plaintes... C'est censé être un restaurant à la carte... mais ce n'est pas le cas. Ce serait correct, mais la façon dont ils expliquent le service et comment ils servent une assiette à 3 personnes... c'était hilarant et pathétique. Les piscines étaient superbes, la plage aussi...juste beaucoup d'algues. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon complexe pour le prix.

Nice resort Nice hotel with well maintained gardens, lounge area and clean rooms. Restaurant was clean (with few holes in the walls which I think it would cost lots of time and $$ to fix). Plenty of food, drinks and coffee. The customer service by the reception was very helpful, especially Diana, who I hope will soon be promoted, as she is smart, nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Entertainment team was great, dancing and singing all the time and making most people feel good and to enjoy their vacation. The program was sometimes hard to follow or disorganised, but nothing major. The only weird thing we encounterrd was at the Rodizio restaurant...Oh, boy, they need to change something there soon.. I have seen and heard soo many complaints...It is supposed to be an "à la carte, resto...well it is not. That would be ok, but the way they manage to explain the serving and how they serve 1 plate to 3 people...it was hilarious and pathetic. Pools were great, beach as well...just lots of algae. Overall, nice resort for the money.

Si vous n'êtes pas un VIP, vous êtes traité comme un roturier. On nous a volé une montre dans notre chambre et ils ont fait comme si ce n'était pas grave. J'ai envoyé deux courriels à ce sujet et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. La nourriture était horrible au buffet, nous sommes allés dans un restaurant à la carte et avons mis plus de deux heures à recevoir notre nourriture. Le seul point positif était la plage et la piscine.

Never going back to Bahia Principe Grand If you're not a VIP your treated like a commoner. We had a watch stolen from our room and they acted like it was no big deal. Have emailed them twice regarding the case and still no responce. The food was horrible at the buffet, went to one a la cart took over two hours to receive our food. The only good thing was the beach and pool .
