Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Grand centre de villégiature

Mon ami et moi, tous deux dans la trentaine, avons séjourné à l'Esmeralda et nous avons passé un excellent moment. La navette vient souvent, les chambres étaient toujours propres et très grandes, la nourriture était incroyable et le bar sportif et la discothèque étaient toujours un grand moment. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde.

Great resort My friend and I, both in our 30's, stayed at the Esmeralda and it was an awesome time. The shuttle comes often, the rooms were always clean and very large, the food was amazing and the sports bar and disco were always a great time. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Belle plage

Notre chambre était située à côté de la piscine, de la plage et du hall. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à proximité. En milieu de semaine, nous avons réalisé que nous avions accès à plusieurs autres complexes hôteliers de meilleure qualité. Et tout cela à une courte distance de marche. Le menu et les divertissements étaient de bien meilleure qualité à côté, mais heureusement nous avons payé beaucoup moins cher dans notre station. Le seul vrai problème que j'ai trouvé était la douche. Tout [... lire plus]es les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient du même avis. Nous avions une baignoire à remous que nous aurions pu utiliser s'il avait fait plus frais ou s'il avait fait plus froid dehors. Il était difficile de maintenir l'eau dans la baignoire. Nous avons dû placer des serviettes autour de la baignoire pour essayer de garder l'eau à l'intérieur, sinon de l'eau coulait dans la pièce. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai trouvé que c'était la meilleure affaire pour mon argent. À ce jour, c'est mon hôtel préféré

Beautiful beach Our room was located next to pool beach and lobby. Everything we needed was close. By mid week we realized we had access to several other resorts of higher rating. And all a short walk away. The menu and entertainment was of much better quality next door but fortunately we paid considerably cheaper at our resort. The only real problem I found was the shower. Everyone we met felt the same. We had a whirlpool tub which if it would've been cooler or miserable outside we might have used. It was difficult to keep the water in tub. We had to bunch towels around to try to keep water in otherwise you had water running through the room. Overall I felt it was the best bargain for my dollar. To date it's my favorite resort

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Notre séjour à Be Live a été extraordinaire ! Nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés grâce à la formidable équipe d'animation (mosquito, hector, Alberto, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns). Le terrain et les chambres étaient toujours propres. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute ! Merci pour ces superbes vacances.

Amazing resort! Our stay at Be Live was amazing! We had lots of fun thanks to the awesome animation team (mosquito, hector, Alberto, to name a few). The grounds and rooms were always clean. I would definetly go back again! Thank you for a great vacation.

Wyndham Alltra Samana: Excellente situation, merveilleuse chambre avec vue sur l'océan

Jolie petite ville où l'on se promène, plages fantastiques, mais la nourriture a besoin d'être améliorée. Je n'ai jamais eu faim cependant car vous pouvez toujours trouver quelque chose. Prenez le surclassement de la chambre au bord de l'océan, cela en vaut la peine. Il s'agit d'un trois étoiles au mieux, mais d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Great location,wonderful ocean view room Lovely little town to walk thru , fantastic beaches just the food needs a little help. I never went hungry though as you can always find something. Take the oceanfront room upgrade, well worth it. Its a three star at best but great value

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: Belle station balnéaire

Tout était bien et propre. Le temps n'est pas garanti car nous avons eu de la pluie presque tous les jours et il n'y a pas grand chose à faire dans la station. Si vous aimez vous détendre, c'est l'endroit idéal. La nourriture était excellente.

Beautiful resort Everything was good and clean. The weather is not guarantied cause we got rain almost everyday and not much to do in the resort. If you like to just relax its the perfect resort to go. The food was excellent.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: good time resort

Le terrain est magnifique avec une très grande piscine.Le service dans les bars et les restaurants était très bon.Nous avons apprécié la politique de non-réservation dans les restaurants, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas avoir à planifier notre temps si étroitement.Les divertissements nocturnes étaient plutôt médiocres.

The grounds are beautiful with a very large pool.Service at the bars and restaurants was very good.We liked the no reservation policy at restaurants-so we didn't have to plan our time so closely.Nightly entertainment was so-so.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Excellente station pour le prix.

L'hébergement était très bien, la nourriture était excellente, le terrain était impeccablement entretenu, le personnel était aimable et serviable. Il n'y a jamais eu trop de monde, ce qui est un avantage. Très relaxant. La plage est accessible à pied ou par navette, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés. Superbe parc aquatique sur le site pour les enfants. Je recommanderais cependant de moderniser et d'agrandir le hall d'entrée.

Excellent resort for price. Accommodations were great, food was excellent, impeccably kept grounds, friendly helpful staff. Never felt over crowded which was a plus. Very relaxing. Short walk or shuttle to the beach which we did not mind. Awesome water park on site for kids. I would recommend them updating and enlarging the lobby though.

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Déçu

C'est un long chemin à parcourir pour un service indifférent, une nourriture mal chauffée et un hôtel qui ne remplit pas ses obligations. Nous avons payé pour une vue sur l'océan pour 3 adultes. Nous avons dû changer de chambre deux fois et insister pour l'obtenir. Notre vue sur l'océan comprenait également une vue sur l'arrière du restaurant avec le bruit de la climatisation. Je ne ferai plus jamais appel à cette société

Disappointed It's a long way to go for indifferent service, food not properly kept heated & a hotel that doesn't meet obligations. We paid for an ocean view for 3 adults. We had to move rooms 2 times and be very insistent to get it. Our ocean view also included a view of the back of the restaurant complete with sound of the A/C. Never going with this company again

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux !

Je suis allé plusieurs fois en République dominicaine et le Melia Caribe est le meilleur jusqu'à présent ! Le terrain est luxuriant, les oiseaux tropicaux sont omniprésents et le service est exceptionnel. Il y a une grande variété de restaurants et la nourriture est délicieuse ! Et le mieux, c'est qu'il est proche de l'aéroport ! Je recommanderais absolument ce centre de villégiature !

Fabulous resort! Been to the Dominican several times and the Melia Caribe is the best so far! The grounds are lush with tropical birds everywhere and the service was outstanding. There were a variety of restaurants, and food was delicious! And best of all, close to the airport! Would absolutely recommend this resort!

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Majestueux

J'ai passé un bon moment. L'hôtel est propre, les gens sont sympathiques, les divertissements étaient bons. Nous y retournerions certainement si nous devions aller à nouveau à Punta Cana. Flu avec Air Transit et c'était un bon vol aller et retour.

Majestic Had a good time. Resort is clean, people are friendly, entertainment was good. Would definitely go back if we were to go to Punta Cana again. Flu with Air Transit and it was a great flight there and back.

Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus: S'amuser sous le soleil des Caraïbes

Nous avons adoré cet endroit - atmosphère très décontractée - la mer est calme et tranquille de ce côté par rapport au côté atlantique - la chambre était belle avec vue sur l'océan. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture et l'hospitalité. La plongée en apnée s'est faite juste au large et nous avons pu voir de nombreux poissons colorés.

Fun in the Caribbean Sun Loved this place - very laid back atmosphere - sea is calm & tranquil on this side compare to the atlantic side - room was nice with ocean view. We enjoyed to food and nice hospitality. The snorkling was just off shore and we could see many colorful fish.

Viva Tangerine by Wyndham: Incroyable pour les enfants

J'ai voyagé avec mon fils d'un an et demi et il s'est beaucoup amusé. Il y a une aire de jeux avec des balançoires et un toboggan, ainsi que des activités de coloriage et de bricolage. Le soir, avant les vrais spectacles, ils organisent une petite fête dansante pour les enfants, tellement amusante qu'ils l'adorent. La plage est à moins de 2 minutes à pied de la piscine et du complexe. La nourriture était bonne. Très variée. Le personnel est ce qui rend l'hôtel si génial. Ils sont si doux et gent [... lire plus]ils. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute !

Amazing for kids I travelled with my 1 1/2yr old and he has an amazing time. They have a play area with swings and a slide along with colouring and crafts. They have staff that are so friendly and always keeping the kids occupied with fun and games. at nighttime before the real shows they have a little dance party for the kids, so much fun they absolutely love it. The beach is less than 2min walk from the pool/resort. Food was good. Great variety. The staff is what makes it so awesome. They are so sweet and nice. would definitely go back!

Breathless Punta Cana Resort: Mon préféré jusqu'à présent !

L'hôtel est magnifique ! Bien entretenu et très propre. Le personnel est amical et le service est excellent. La nourriture était excellente. Ma seule recommandation serait de vous assurer que votre viande est entièrement cuite au restaurant de la plage, il était toujours si occupé que je pense qu'ils ont choisi le service plutôt que des hamburgers entièrement cuits. Mon mari et moi retournerons au Breathless lors de notre prochain voyage à Punta Cana. Merci pour cette lune de miel parfaite !

My fave so far! Resort was stunning! Well kept and very clean. The staff is friendly and the service is steller. The food was excellent. My only recommendation would be to just make sure your meat is fully cooked at the beach restaurant, it was always so busy I think they chose service over fully cooked burgers. My husband and I will be returning to Breathless for our next trip to Punta Cana. Thanks for the perfect honeymoon!

Catalonia Bavaro Resort: Excellent séjour.

Les chambres étaient propres, la situation centrale, la plage était bonne. Quelques herbes marines, mais c'est normal. Bon service au bar, et la nourriture était également bonne et abondante. Il y a vraiment beaucoup d'activités à faire. Dans l'ensemble, un bon complexe hôtelier.

Great Stay. Rooms were clean, centrally located, beach was good. Some sea grass, but that is expected. Good bar service, and the food was also good, and plentiful. Definately lots to do in the way of activities. Overall a good resort.

Occidental Punta Cana: Nous passons un excellent moment.

La chambre était propre tous les jours, les serviettes étaient neuves, mais il n'y avait pas de café au lait le matin pour le petit déjeuner. Il faudrait plus de divertissements.

We have a wonderful time. It was Old building but not to bad. room was clean everyday, new Towel, Only There was no Smoothee In the Morning for Breakfast.The staffs was great, Only the Wi Fi was no good. Need more entertainment though.

Riu Palace Macao: Superbe Riu réservé aux adultes !

C'était notre troisième voyage dans ce complexe, après le Riu Palace Punta Cana, le Riu Bambu et le Riu Palace Macao. Riu Bambu et Riu Palace Macao, c'est de loin notre Riu préféré ! Abordable, très propre, superbes chambres, lits très confortables, douche agréable, nourriture et choix excellents, bons divertissements et personnel extraordinairement amical partout qui se surpasse pour vous faire plaisir et vous accueillir dans leur pays ! La plupart parlent un peu d'anglais et sont heureux que v [... lire plus]ous essayiez l'espagnol. Il y a deux piscines, celle du bar et une plus grande avec de nombreuses chaises longues. Nous préférons la plage car le sable est blanc, l'eau est bleu turquoise et la brise est généralement agréable. Beaucoup de palmiers pour l'ombre et c'est aussi l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous aimons les Riu Resorts, nous n'avons pas besoin de huttes. Il faut y aller avant le petit déjeuner pour trouver des chaises longues à l'ombre, mais il n'y a généralement pas de problème pour trouver des chaises si l'on n'a pas besoin d'ombre. Les terrains sont magnifiques et les jardiniers sont toujours visibles, occupés chaque jour à tailler, planter, etc. Le personnel travaille très dur, pendant de longues heures et de nombreux jours. Il n'attend jamais de pourboire mais est très heureux de recevoir ne serait-ce qu'un dollar en guise de reconnaissance de son travail. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine, car ce complexe hôtelier offre tout ce que nous voulons et pouvons demander et, depuis trois fois, il ne nous a jamais déçus !

Great Adult Only Riu! This was our 3rd trip to this resort, having been to Riu Palace Punta Cana. Riu Bambu and Riu Palace Macao, this is by far our favorite Riu! Affordable, very clean, great rooms, beds very comfortable, lovely shower, excellent food and choices, good entertainment & amazing friendly staff every where who go above and beyond to please you and welcome you to their country! Most speak some English and are happy when you try some Spanish. There are 2 pools, bar pool and larger one as well with lots of loungers. We prefer the beach as sand is white, water is turquoise blue and usually nice breeze. sometime waves are a bit high but not always. Lots of Palm trees for shade and this too is one of the reasons we love the Riu Resorts, don't need Huts. Need to go before breakfast and get your loungers in shade, but usually no trouble finding chairs if not needing shade. Grounds are wonderful and Gardeners are always seen busy every day doing some trimming,planting etc. Staff all work very hard, long hours and many days, never expect tips but are very happy to receive even a $ as recognition of their work. We hope to return again next year as this resort has all we want and could ask for & 3 times now has never let us down!!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Une belle propriété. Le terrain est magnifique et les chambres sont confortables. La propriété est de bonne taille, pas trop grande, donc plus calme que la plupart des autres. Les restaurants de cette propriété étaient très bons. Nous avons pu réserver à l'avance, mais nous n'avons pas eu tous nos choix. Si vous vouliez voir un spectacle, des navettes régulières étaient disponibles. La seule plainte était le manque de disponibilité des parasols à la piscine. Un agent de sécurité m'a harcelé alor [... lire plus]s que j'étais assis sur une chaise longue très tôt le matin. Lorsqu'on lui a fait remarquer que tous les salons étaient couverts de serviettes et qu'il n'y avait personne, l'agent a prétendu qu'il ne parlait pas anglais. Décidez d'une politique et suivez-la avec tout le monde.

Wonderful resort! A beautiful property. Beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms. Property is a good size, not too big so quieter than most. Restaurants at this property were very good. Were able to prebook reservations though did not get all our choices. If you wanted to see a show regular shuttles were available. Only complaint was the lack of availability of umbrellas at pool. Hassled when sitting on lounge chair very early in the morning by security guard. When pointing out all the lounges covered in towels with no one there, guard claimed "no English". Decide on a policy and follow through with everyone.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Un centre de villégiature 5 étoiles à ne pas manquer

Le complexe est grand, mais il dispose de tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un lieu de vacances. Nous avons trouvé que l'Esmeralda était LE lieu de villégiature idéal pour un couple ou une famille. La nourriture, les boissons, les chambres, la plage, les piscines, les divertissements étaient tous de premier ordre. Il n'y avait rien à redire (oh oui, il faisait chaud et ensoleillé ;-), il n'y a pas de neige ici). Nous n'avons même pas eu de piqûres de moustiques ou de puces de sable comme lors de  [... lire plus]nos autres voyages dans les Caraïbes, alors allez-y et profitez de cet endroit qui valait bien l'argent dépensé.

A must see 5 star resort The compound is big, but with all you could ask for in a holiday get away. We found the Esmeralda to be THE resort to go to for a couple or a family. The food, drink, rooms, beach, pools, entertainment were all top notch. There was nothing to complain about ( oh yeah it was hot and sunny ;-) , no snow here ). We didn't even have any mosquito or sand flea bites as with our other Caribbean trips, so go and enjoy this location as it was well worth the money spent.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Rien de spécial

Le service, en particulier à la réception, était très médiocre. Les restaurants n'étaient pas très bons et en plus, ils n'étaient pas organisés. Les chambres étaient terribles, très vieilles, beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnaient pas, d'abord l'air conditionné, le ventilateur, la serrure de la porte, puis la salle de bain aussi beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnaient pas correctement.

Nothing special The service especially on the desk was very poor. The restaurants were not that good and along line, not organized. The rooms was terrible very old many things not working first the air-condition the fan,the lock of the door then the bathroom also many things not working properly.

Riu Palace Bavaro: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

J'ai visité de nombreuses stations RIU et celle-ci est la meilleure, la nouvelle référence pour les palaces. La nourriture était incroyable, la présentation et la variété, le service, les chambres, tout était excellent. Je l'ai recommandé à tous ceux qui cherchent un hôtel en RD.

Amazing resort I have been to many RIU resorts and this one is the best, the new standards for the palaces. Food was amazing, presentation and variety, the service, the rooms, everything was excellent. I have been recommending to anyone looking for a resort in DR.
