L'hôtel était génial, le personnel était très serviable, la nourriture était bonne, les vues étaient à couper le souffle et nous avons fait une excursion à Puerto Vallarta et nous nous sommes bien amusés avec les fruits de mer frais de l'océan. Merci pour ce beau voyage. Je recommanderais cet hôtel aux familles, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire pour les enfants

Great resort The hotel was great the staff was helpful in anyway the food was good the views were breath taking and we took a trip to Puerto Vallarta board walk and had great time with fresh seafood from the ocean thank you for a great trip I would recommend this hotel for families lots for kids to do

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: Nice Resort

C'était un très bel hôtel. Les restaurants étaient excellents. La nourriture était excellente. Spa très cher. Les piscines sont très bien entretenues et les boissons sont délicieuses. La plage est fantastique, vous n'avez pas besoin de chaussures d'eau, pas de rochers, juste du sable blanc pur dans l'océan. La seule chose que nous n'avons pas aimée, c'est que les spectacles commençaient quelques heures après le dîner, donc nous nous ennuyions jusqu'à ce qu'ils commencent.

It was a very nice hotel. The restaurants were great. Food was excellent. Very expensive spa. Pools are very well kept and the drinks are yummy. The beach is fantastic, you do not need water shoes at all, no rocks just pure white sand in the ocean. The only thing we did not like was that the shows started a couple of hours after dinner so we were bored till they started.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Tranquille et paisible

Belle station, beaucoup d'endroits calmes pour se détendre et se relaxer. Le personnel était amical et attentif, il a fait en sorte que le complexe se sente comme à la maison. L'hôtel n'est pas situé sur la plage, mais nous le savions en réservant.

Quiet and peaceful Beautiful Resort, lots of quiet places to relax and unwind. Staff was friendly and attentive, made the resort feel like home. The resort was not on the beach, however knew that going into booking.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Un temps incroyable !

Cet hôtel est actuellement en rénovation, nous le savions avant d'y aller et contrairement à ce que d'autres ont écrit sur Trip Advisor, la construction n'était pas un gros problème. Sauf si vous avez l'intention de dormir toute la journée dans votre chambre, auquel cas vous pouvez entendre quelques coups, mais sinon le bruit est limité à 10-5 tous les jours. Le terrain est absolument magnifique, des singes, des oiseaux, des flamants roses se promènent dans le complexe. Les piscines sont impecc [... lire plus]ables et les animateurs de la piscine d'activités sont formidables et très arrangeants (en particulier Marialuna et Ali). La nourriture était vraiment bonne et le choix des restaurants (et le fait qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de réserver à l'avance - c'était une première pour nous) était incroyable. Il y avait du choix pour tout le monde, même pour les plus difficiles. Les bars, les barmen et les serveurs étaient phénoménaux et servaient de l'alcool de qualité supérieure à la demande et toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons bénéficié d'un service au bord de la piscine et d'un serveur extraordinaire (Noemi) qui veillait toujours à ce que l'on s'occupe de nous. Je retournerai sans aucun doute dans ce centre de villégiature. Ma seule plainte, si j'en avais une, serait la plage, qui est petite (mais nous le savions en y allant et nous en avons tiré le meilleur parti).

Amazing Time! This hotel is currently under renovations as we knew about this before we went and contrary to what others have wrote on Trip Advisor the construction was NO BIG DEAL. Unless you plan to sleep all day in your room in which case you may hear some of the banging but otherwise the noise is limited to 10-5 everyday. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, monkeys, birds, flamingos as you walk around the resort. The pools are spotless and the entertainment staff at the activities pool are a blast and so accommodating (especially Marialuna and Ali). The food was really good and selection of restaturants (and the fact that you do not need to make reservations in advance - this was a first for us) was amazing. There was food choices for everyone - even the pickiest of eaters. Bars and bartenders and servers were phenomenal and would serve top shelf booze if requested and always with a smile. We had pool side service and an amazing server (Noemi) who always made sure we were taken care of. I would and will definitely go back to this resort. My only complaint if I had one was the beach and it is small (but we knew that going in and made the best of it).

La nourriture n'était pas excellente, l'hôtel était beaucoup trop grand à mon goût. La plage était pleine de rochers et de coraux... ce n'est pas quelque chose qui me plaisait. Le seul endroit que j'ai apprécié est la piscine d'eau salée ... c'est encore assez loin de l'hôtel mais c'est le seul endroit que j'ai trouvé agréable

Resort review The food was not great, the hotel was far too large for my liking. The beach was full of rock and coral ..not something I was sure about. The only place I enjoyed was the salt water pool ..it's still quite far from hotel but it was the only place I found enjoyable

Grand décrit les terrains et les jardins. La nourriture était bonne. Les boissons étaient excellentes. Le service était également excellent. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. La plage était magnifique. Les piscines étaient exceptionnellement propres et il y avait beaucoup de choix, toujours assez de chaises longues à toute heure de la journée ! Personnellement, je préfère les complexes plus petits, car il fallait beaucoup marcher pour aller et revenir de la plage et du hall princi [... lire plus]pal - mais bon, un peu d'exercice est toujours bon à prendre !

Beautiful resort Grand describes the grounds and gardens. Food was good. Drinks were excellent. Service was also excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beach was lovely. Pools were exceptionally clean and many to choose from, always enough lounges at any time of the day! Personally prefer smaller resorts as there was a lot of walking to get to and from the beach area and the main lobby - but hey, a little exercise is always good for you!

Ocean Coral and Turquesa - first time visit to Mexico from the moment we landed it was a terrific experience! It was a first time visit to Mexico and everything went smooth from the transfer to the hotel to the transfer back. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The entertainment was top notch. The rooms were clean and the food was great. We met other travelers during our stay & we are planning a return visit same time next year to the same resort. It was a five star experience.

Toutes les parties de l'hôtel étaient propres. La nourriture était bonne et très variée. Le personnel était sympathique. Bons divertissements le soir. Je n'ai jamais eu à me soucier d'obtenir une chaise longue à la piscine ou à la plage. WiFi disponible 24 heures sur 24. Le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel était long, mais il en valait la peine et les vacances ont été très relaxantes !

recommended resort All areas at the resort were clean. Food was good with an amazing variety. Staff were friendly. Good entertainment at night. Never had to be concerned about getting a lounge chair at the pool or beach. WiFi available 24 hours. It was along drive to the hotel but well worth it and was a very relaxing holiday!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Ce complexe est génial. Le terrain est bien entretenu et propre. La plage est propre et le service est excellent. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon complexe. C'est un grand complexe, mais il y a beaucoup de chariots disponibles. Dans l'ensemble, vous n'obtiendrez pas un meilleur service partout.

Amazing Resort This resort is great. the grounds are well kept and clean. No issues with the food, lots of options. the beach is clean with great service. all in all, a great resort. It is a large resort but lots of trolley's available. Overall, you will not get any better service throughout.

Grand Riviera Princess: Belle propriété

L'hôtel lui-même était magnifique et très grand. Beaucoup d'arbres, d'animaux sauvages et de fleurs. Magnifiquement entretenu. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour nous déplacer, car nous avons apprécié la marche jusqu'au buffet/restaurant et le retour après. Mais de temps en temps, nous prenions le tramway qui fait l'aller-retour toutes les 15-20 minutes. Nous étions à l'extrémité du bâtiment 6 et assez près de la plage, ce que nous avons apprécié. La chambre était confortable, la climatisat [... lire plus]ion fonctionnait parfaitement. Le réfrigérateur du bar était rempli quotidiennement d'eau, de boissons non alcoolisées et de bière Il y a beaucoup de piscines dans l'hôtel si vous aimez la piscine et plusieurs bars à proximité pour boire un verre. Nous sommes des adeptes de la plage et nous avons trouvé une place dans la zone réservée aux adultes sur la plage qui était parfaite. Nous séjournons généralement dans des stations réservées aux adultes, nous étions donc heureux de trouver une zone réservée aux adultes sur la plage car il y avait beaucoup d'enfants. Un palapa, un bar à proximité et une vue magnifique ! La plage a malheureusement pas mal de rochers dans l'eau dans cette zone, il faut donc faire attention où l'on marche. Des chaussures d'eau ou des sandales auraient été une bonne idée. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons profité d'une semaine parfaite de soleil dans notre emplacement sur la plage. Les boissons étaient très bonnes et la plupart des jours il y avait un service de serveur. Mon seul vrai reproche concerne la nourriture. Les restaurants de spécialités étaient au mieux médiocres. Il fallait réserver à l'avance et les horaires étaient très limités. Nous avons mangé au Steak House, au restaurant mexicain et au restaurant asiatique. Le restaurant asiatique était le meilleur des trois, mais il n'était pas excellent. La côte de bœuf du steak house était médiocre et l'entrée aux crevettes à la noix de coco ressemblait à quelque chose qui sortait du rayon des produits surgelés. Le restaurant mexicain était décevant. Encore une fois, très médiocre. Après ces trois restaurants, nous nous sommes contentés d'aller au buffet le reste du temps, où nous pouvions généralement trouver quelque chose. Le petit déjeuner au buffet était également décevant. La station d'omelette utilisait beaucoup d'huile et tout était donc huileux. La plupart des matins, le bacon était tellement trop cuit qu'il était presque immangeable. La plupart des plats préparés à l'avance étaient au mieux tièdes. La sélection de fruits était triste, beaucoup de fruits dans du sirop ! Nous n'avons jamais eu faim, mais la nourriture n'était pas aussi agréable que nous l'avions espéré. Tout était trop cuit et il était pratiquement impossible de trouver une pomme de terre ou un légume chaud où que ce soit. Le Beachbar Grill a été notre déjeuner le plus agréable de la semaine. La crème glacée à la noix de coco du magasin de glaces était incroyable ! Bien que nous n'ayons pas aimé la nourriture, la plage était superbe et le temps parfait ! C'est un grand et beau complexe hôtelier qui accueille beaucoup de familles et de mariages. Nous avons fait une bonne affaire donc J'y retournerais ??????? Pour le bon prix, oui.

Beautiful Property The hotel itself was beautiful and very large. Lots of trees ,wildlife and flowers. Beautifully kept. We had no issue getting around as we enjoyed the walk up to the buffet/restaurants and back after. But every now and the would catch the tram the travels back and forth every 15-20 mins. We were in the far end of building 6 and quite close to the beach which we liked. The room was comfortable,air conditioning worked perfectly. The bar fridge was stocked daily with water,soft drinks and beer.No complaints about the room at all ! Lots of pools running through the resort if your'e a pool person and several bars close by to get drinks. We are beach people and we found a spot in the adults only area on the beach that was perfect.We generally stay at adults only resorts so we were happy to find an adults only area on the beach as there were a lot of kids. A palapa,a bar close by and a beautiful view! The beach unfortunatly has a fair bit of rock in the water in this area ,so you need to be quite careful where you walk. Water shoes or sandals would have been a good idea.All in all we enjoyed a perfect week of sun in our spot on the beach. The drinks were very good and most days there was waiter service. My only real complaint was the food. The specialty restaurants were mediocre at best. Reservations had to be made in advance and times were very limited. We ate at the Steak House,The Mexican and Asian restaurants. Of the 3 the asian was the better of the 3 but still not great. The rib eye at the steak house was sub par and the coconut shrimp appetizer was like something out of the frozen food section. The Mexican restaurant was disappointing . Again,very mediocre . After these 3 we just went to the buffet for the rest of the evenings.We could usually find something there. Breakfast at the buffets was also disappointing. The omelette station used a lot of oil and so everything was oily. Most mornings the bacon was so over cooked it was almost inedible. Much of the food that was preprepared was luke warm at best. The fruit selection was sad, a lot of fruit in syrup !! We never went hungry but the food was not as enjoyable as we had hoped it would be. Everything was over cooked and it was next to impossible to find a hot potato or vegatable anywhere. The Beachbar Grill was our most enjoyable lunch of the week. What was amazing was the coconut ice cream at the ice cream shop !!! While we didn't love the food,the beach was great and the weather was perfect !! This is a large beautiful resort that has a lot of families and weddings. We got a good deal so Would i go back??????? For the right price, yes I would .

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Mauvais

Le complexe en lui-même est très agréable, mais un commentaire clé que je n'ai cessé de lire lorsque j'ai lu les commentaires est la pauvreté de la plage ; très envahie par les mauvaises herbes et l'eau est brunâtre. J'ai trouvé que certains membres du personnel au dîner étaient assez impolis. Notre chambre sentait mauvais et l'électricité n'arrêtait pas de tomber en panne, mais à part ça, c'était plutôt bien.

Meh The resort itself is very nice but one key comment that I kept looking over when I read the reviews is how poor the beach is; very weedy and water is brownish. Found a few of the staff at dinner to be quite rude. Our room smelt and the power kept going out, other then that it was pretty good.

Grand Riviera Princess: Le rêve d'un mariage devient réalité !

Le parc de l'hôtel, les piscines, la plage et les chambres étaient incroyables. Notre coordinatrice de mariage, Lizeth, nous a aidés à regrouper tout notre groupe de mariage dans une seule section de l'hôtel pour qu'il soit facile de rester ensemble. Elle a rendu notre journée sans stress parce qu'elle était tellement organisée et amicale et tout simplement PARFAITE ! Honnêtement, je n'aurais pas pu rêver d'un voyage plus parfait pour célébrer notre mariage avec notre famille et nos amis. Un rê [... lire plus]ve devenu réalité !

Wedding dream come true! The hotel grounds, pools, beach, and rooms were incredible. Our resort wedding coordinator, Lizeth, helped to group our entire wedding group telogether in one section of the resort to make it easy to stay together. She made our day stress-free because she was so organized and friendly and just PERFECT! I honestly could not have asked for a more perfect trip to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. A dream come true!!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Luxe Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an

J'ai adoré la chambre que nous avons occupée, car elle était grande et moderne. Nous avions un jacuzzi à l'avant dont nous avons profité tous les jours. C'était notre premier séjour au Sian Ka'an, notre précédent séjour était à Akumal et il a ses propres charmes. Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses au soleil, avec un seul jour de pluie, ce qui est extraordinaire en soi. Nous avons profité de deux excursions pendant notre séjour : Rio Secreto et Coba, toutes deux d'une demi-journée. J'a [... lire plus]i beaucoup aimé les grottes, mais l'accès est parfois dangereux et je n'ai pas escaladé la pyramide parce qu'il était midi et que je ne suis pas en grande forme. J'ai aimé découvrir la culture maya et les sacrifices humains. Ce que j'ai préféré, c'est la plage privée qui était immaculée et pleine de poissons. Il n'y avait pas besoin d'équipement pour voir les poissons dans l'eau claire. Mon deuxième coup de cœur a été la nourriture au buffet, qui était très bonne et abondante. Mon seul regret est qu'il n'y avait souvent plus de vin rosé, mon préféré. Nous avons essayé quelques restaurants à la carte mais je ne les ai pas trouvés spéciaux et l'un d'entre eux était tout simplement horrible. Je recommanderais ce complexe en général, mais j'ai apprécié les petits avantages supplémentaires des adultes seulement.

Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an I loved the room that we stayed at as it was large and modern. We had a hot tub out front we took advantage of daily. It was our first stay at the Sian Ka'an our previous stay was at Akumal and it has it's own charms. We spent two wonderful weeks in the sun with only one rain day, which is amazing in itself. We took advantage of two excursions while we were there: Rio Secreto and Coba, both are 1/2 days. I really enjoyed the caves but the going is treacherous at times and I did not climb the pyramid as it was high noon and I am not in great shape. I enjoyed learning about the Mayan culture and about human sacrifices. My favorite part was the private beach which was pristine and full of fish. You did not need to have any equipment to see the fish in the clear water. My second favorite was the food at the buffet, it was very good and plentiful. My one regret is that they often ran out of Rose wine which is my favorite. We did try some of the a la carte restaurants but I did not find them anything special and one was just awful. I would recommend this resort in general but enjoyed the little extra perks from the adults only.

Le complexe est absolument magnifique, avec plusieurs restaurants à la carte et d'excellents buffets. Que vous souhaitiez passer une journée tranquille au bord de la piscine ou une journée passionnante remplie de jeux et d'activités au bar de la piscine ou sur la plage, ce complexe hôtelier a tout ce qu'il faut ! Le personnel du centre de villégiature était amical et serviable Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine !

Fantastic Resort for families The resort was absolutely beautiful, with several a la carte restaurants and amazing buffets. Whether you want a quiet day at the pool, or an exciting day filled with games and activities at the swim up bar or on the beach, this resort has it all! The resort staff was friendly and helpful We will be back next year!

Sunscape Sabor Cozumel: Sunscape Sabor Cozumel

J'ai voyagé à Cozumel 4 fois et les 3 dernières fois ont été au Sunscape Sabor. Vous ne trouverez pas de meilleur personnel que dans ce complexe. Ils vous donnent l'impression d'être chez vous. Ils sont si amicaux et serviables. L'hébergement est excellent, tout comme le choix de la nourriture. Je recommanderais ce centre à tout le monde et j'y retournerai l'année prochaine.

Have traveled to Cozumel 4 times and the last 3 have been at Sunscape Sabor . You will not find a staff that is any better than at this resort . They make you feel as if this is your home . They are so friendly and helpful . The accommodations are great and so is the choices on the food menu . I would recommend this resort to anyone and I will be returning there again next year .

Riu Santa Fe: deuxième visite aussi bonne que la première

Le Riu est très propre et bien entretenu, ce qui le différencie des autres complexes hôteliers. Mon dernier voyage remonte à 2009 et on dirait qu'il n'a pas pris une ride. La nourriture était correcte, mais j'ai été déçu qu'il n'y ait pas de dîners à thème au buffet ou une station de pâtes tenue par un employé. Le personnel était chaleureux, accueillant et serviable. Le bar et le réfrigérateur étaient bien approvisionnés pendant toute la durée du voyage. Les divertissements sont typiques de ce t [... lire plus]ype de complexe. Le WiFi était le plus fiable que j'aie jamais eu dans un centre de villégiature. Il y a au moins 5 piscines différentes, dont 3 avec un bar. Il n'est pas recommandé de se baigner devant le complexe.

2nd visit as good as the first This Riu is very clean and well cared for which I believe sets it apart from other resorts, my last trip was in '09 and it looks like it hasnt aged a day. The food was ok but was disappointed that they didn't have themed dinners at the buffet or a employee manned pasta station. Staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The bar and fridge was adequately stocked our entire trip. Entertainment is typical of this type of resort. The WiFi was the most reliable I've had a resort. There are at least 5 different pools 3 of which have swim up bars. Swimming out front of the resort is not recommended.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Superbe station / plage rocheuse

Superbe centre de vacances. Tout le monde est sympathique. L'accès au WiFi est cher et le WiFi dans le hall est un peu faible. Le sable était bon mais rocailleux une fois que l'on est dans l'eau ; il est conseillé d'apporter des chaussures adéquates si l'on veut passer du temps. Loin de l'aéroport. Don Pablo et le gourmet étaient super. Le restaurant Tequila est à éviter.

Great resort / rocky beach Great resort. Everyone is friendly. Expensive WiFi access and lobby WiFi is kinda weak. Sand was good but rocky once u r in the water; suggest to bring proper footwear if you want to spend time. Far ride from the airport. Don Pablo and le gourmet was great. Tequila the restaurant is something you want to avoid.

Grand Riviera Princess: Charmante station balnéaire !

Le terrain était impeccable, la chambre était propre (un peu fatiguée cependant), le lit était confortable. La nourriture était bonne, pas excellente mais aucun membre de notre groupe n'a été malade, ce qui est une bonne chose. La plage était agréable avec beaucoup de chaises longues et les piscines étaient propres. Le personnel était très agréable. Personnellement, nous préférons un complexe plus petit, mais nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre.

Lovely resort! Grounds were immaculate, room was clean (a little tired though), the bed was comfortable. The food was good, not great but no one in our party got sick which is a good thing. The beach was nice with lots of lounges and the pools were clean. The staff were all very pleasant. We personally prefer a smaller resort but had no complains.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Demandez Anna pour le service à la suite de natation

Nous avons séjourné du 11 au 18 novembre 16 dans une chambre avec baignoire, magnifique et immense. L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé, les chambres n'étaient pas tout à fait prêtes mais nous sommes arrivés tôt en avion. Nous étions dans la chambre 4003 qui était assez centrale. Le seul inconvénient de cette chambre est qu'elle est proche de la piscine principale et qu'elle est très bruyante l'après-midi, donc pas de sieste pour nous. De plus, l'autre côté de la chambre où nous sommes entrés [... lire plus] était bruyant lorsque vous essayiez de dormir car il donne sur l'allée/le parking et il semblait y avoir beaucoup de bruit la nuit lorsque vous essayiez de dormir. le bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 est idéal car nous nous levons tôt pour aller à la plage regarder le soleil se lever et nous aimons prendre un café ou une boisson en chemin. Deisy à ce bar commence à 7 heures du matin et était toujours prêt avec un sourire. Nous avions également une serveuse dans notre suite, Anna, qui était incroyable. Elle anticipait toujours vos besoins, et je jure qu'elle devait faire 30 miles par jour. Elle a également appris différentes langues pour faciliter ses relations avec tout le monde. Les autres filles étaient très bien mais Anna était la meilleure... bravo à elle. Le buffet était vraiment bon avec des similitudes tous les jours mais aussi des variations pour garder l'intérêt. Assurez-vous d'aller au buffet du Yucatan le jeudi soir pour les fruits de mer qui sont incroyables. Un peu de déception avec l'al a cartes, les portions étaient vraiment petites, donc n'ayez pas faim. Les boutiques sont très chères à l'hôtel, mais vous pouvez prendre une navette jusqu'à la 5e avenue pour acheter, c'est beaucoup moins cher. Si vous prenez une suite avec baignoire, apportez une structure gonflable, c'est idéal pour se prélasser dans l'eau. La plage est petite et il y a beaucoup de chaises longues, mais pour aller nager à cause des rochers, il faut marcher jusqu'à la station sœur pour y accéder.

Ask for Anna for service at the swim up suite We stayed from Nov 11th to 18th/ 16 and were in a swim up room, beautiful and the rooms were huge. Our check in was great, rooms were not quite ready but we flew in early. we were met with big smiles and nothing was beyond our needs. We were in room # 4003 which was pretty central. The only draw back with this room is that it is close to the swim up/ main pool and it is very noisy in the afternoon, so no siesta for us. Also the other side of the room where we entered was noisy when you were trying to sleep as it backs onto the driveway/parking lot and there seemed to be a lot of noise at night while you are trying to sleep. 24/7 bar is great as we are early risers heading to the beach to watch the sun rise and like to grab a coffee or drink on the way. Deisy at that bar starts at 7 am and was always ready with a smile. We had a waitress also at our swim up suite, Anna was amazing she always anticipated your needs I swear she must of put on 30 miles a day. She is also has been taking different languages to make it easier for her to relate to everyone. The other girls were great but Anna was the best...kudos to her. Buffet was really good with similarities everyday but also variations to keep it interesting. Make sure you go to the Yucatan Buffet on Thursday night for the seafood amazing. A bit of a disappointment with the al a cartes, portions were really small. so don't go hungry. Shops are very expensive at the resort but you can take a shuttle to 5th Ave to buy it's a lot cheaper. If you are getting a swim up suite bring an inflatable with you, it makes it great for lounging in the water. The beach area is small and there is lots of loungers, but to go swimming because of the rocks if you walk down to the sister resort you can get in.

dans l'ensemble, ce centre de villégiature était assez bien. la seule chose qui semblait manquer était de la musique à la piscine. les serveurs que nous avons rencontrés ont été très gentils nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent service, en particulier de la part d'Abraham, de Roberto et de Gladys, qui se sont montrés très attentifs à notre égard. une chose qui pourrait être améliorée est la musique autour de la piscine. il n'y en avait pas.

Nice resort overall this resort was pretty good. one thing that seemed to be missing was music at the pool. the waiters we all in all this was a pretty nice resort. we received excellent service, particularly from Abraham, Roberto and Gladys. they were very attentive to us. one thing that could be improved is the music around the pool. there was none.
