Great Value!

This hotel is a gem, the food was great (better in the buffets than a la cartes) and the staff was nice. The rooms are basic but still clean, the pools were always clean and the beach was clean. We thought it would be weird to have more grass than sand but I actually preferred it as it was less messy afterward. Our air conditioner broke during the day once and after calling the front desk it was fixed within 3 hours. I would definitely return for the price. The location is absolutely beautiful! [... lire plus] The travel time between the hotel and airport wasn't that bad at all, it flew by quickly and was well worth it. We enjoyed being able to walk around the grounds and off the property without too much trouble. We walked to the Canadian Bar for free wifi and poutine and towards the other end where the blow hole was. I only have 2 complaints: no music by the pools during the day (we brought our own wireless speakers) and that it was super busy at the buffets for a few days, almost impossible to get a seat and service. Also, the Villa is only worth it if you have kids - otherwise it's just a lot of extra space. My friends stayed in a regular room and that was pretty spacious for two people.

Nice Resort

We had the ocean view room. It was absolutely beautiful. It was our third time at this resort. The food the last two times went downhill a bit. Last time was very bland but was fine. The grounds were beautiful, beach was great, rooms were clean. It is nice to be able to walk out of the resort area and still feel safe. Would I go back there again. Yes, if the price was right and we haven't found anything better.

Amazing resort / Best we've been to!!!!!

Resort is beautiful with buffets close to all rooms. Lots of pools to party or just relax. And separate pools for those with children. We would go back in a heart beat. And that's the first time we have ever said that as we like to see new places but this place is a defiant return.

Good value for the $

Hotel is very clean. The staff are polite and courteous. Food it standard for all inclusive resorts. They do repeat meals which can get boring but they all do that. We went to the steak restaurant one night, it was nice food ok. The entertainment was always good. U can walk down the road to a small road or take day trips which cost more $. Overall I would go back.

Outstnding

This place is great, I have been traveling to this hotel for 20 years now. Upgrades have been done over the years, and I must say that they have done a excellent job. Rooms and housecleaning staff excellent Pool is always clean and warm, with a nice swim up bar The grounds are perfectly manicured and maintained daily 2 restaurants that are ocean view. Perfect view to eat your meals

It was good !!

This hotel was very clean the grounds were emaculate the staff were sometimes a little rude and the entertainment only engaged with the same crowed every day ! The food I found was good u always had something u could eat with out a problem. The waiters were very quick at getting u drinks and what ever it is u needed! I give the whole experience two thumbs up!!

My happy week

Excellent service and very clean entertainment areas staff always helping in different necesites of customers. I would recommend to anyone to stay no fo une week but at least two weeks. Entertainment staff the best I have eve seen in different resorts I visited

Perfect choice for our family's vacation!

This was the perfect resort to enjoy our family vacation. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The resort was well maintained and small enough that we never felt nervous about letting our preteen daughter go around by herself. The beach was unbeatable and the food was top notch. Five stars in my books!

Nice for the price

The grounds were nice and the beach was nice, however not enough shade there is no papilla's to sit under if you don't get a spot under the few trees you are baking all day. They do cater to the returning year after year travelers which really is not fair if you do for one you should do for all! The standard rooms are small and right beside the pool if you like to stay up till the wee hours of the morning then this is the room for you way to noisy. Book the natural water slide trip it was AWESOM [... lire plus]E!!! The food is ok never starved always found something. All in all it wasn't bad for the right price I would go back I would upgrade to a different room or just request one away from the pool.
