Il y a tellement de bonnes choses à dire sur ce centre de villégiature, mais permettez-moi d'abord de dissiper certains commentaires négatifs. Le personnel (Fatima, notre préférée) a été extraordinaire. Extrêmement poli et très attentif à toutes les demandes des restaurants, des bars, du comptoir d'accueil, etc... en 7 jours, nous n'avons jamais vu ou eu une interaction négative ou impolie. Nous avons reçu le même service, que nous ayons donné un pourboire ou non, gardez à l'esprit que la tra [... lire plus]dition veut que le pourboire soit donné à la fin du service. Apportez beaucoup de billets d'un dollar américain. Le personnel gagne entre 12 et 18 dollars américains pour une journée de 8 à 12 heures. Même un pourboire d'un dollar est important dans leur monde. La chambre était propre et sans problème - nous avions besoin d'une rallonge et elle a été livrée en moins d'une heure. Nettoyé tous les jours. J'ai accidentellement laissé une enveloppe contenant environ 30 dollars US sur la commode pour la journée et elle était là quand je suis revenue. J'aurais dû la mettre dans le coffre-fort. Personnel de nettoyage très honnête ! Les piscines et les activités étaient amusantes. Il est indiqué qu'aucune chaise de piscine ne peut être réservée, comme dans tous les hôtels qui disent cela, vous pouvez quand même le faire et personne ne dit rien... allez-y à 6h30 du matin ! Les algues sur la plage sont prévisibles, c'est la période de l'année et la nature. Quelques conseils : 1) le jour de votre arrivée, réservez vos restaurants immédiatement. Le restaurant brésilien se remplit rapidement. Le japonais est incroyable, réservez la place près du grill pour avoir un spectacle. 2) Réservez tôt une balade à vélo en groupe pour voir les trois stations et l'emplacement du casino et du marché. 3) Lorsque vous achetez quelque chose au marché ou à Playa de Carma (sp), faites du troc avec les marchands. S'ils offrent 30 dollars américains, vous devriez pouvoir les obtenir pour 15-20 dollars au maximum. Ils adorent les cocktails pour commencer. 4) Chaises de piscine, voir les commentaires ci-dessus. 5) Déjeuners, toutes sortes d'endroits. Nous avons trouvé un super endroit pour déjeuner appelé "Truck Stop", près de la villa #29. Les meilleures ailes de poulet de tous les temps, à point ou chaudes. Nous y retournerons !

My favourite all inclusive to date! So many good things to say about this resort but first let me dispel some negative comments. The staff (Fatima our fav) were amazing. Extremely polite and very attentive to any requests from the restaurants , bars, front counter etc… in 7 days, we never seen or had a negative or rude interaction. We received the same service if we tipped or didn’t, keep in mind the tradition of tipping is at the end of the service. Bring lots of US $1 bills. The staff make about $12 -$18 USD for a full 8-12 hour day. Even a dollar tip is big in their world. The room was clean and no issues… we needed an extension cord and it was delivered in less than an hour. Cleaned every day. I accidentally left an envelope with about $30 usd on the dresser for the day and it was there when I got back. I should have put it in the safe. Very honest cleaning staff! The pools and activities were fun. It says no pool chairs can be reserved, like all resorts that say this, you still can and do it and no one says anything… get out there at 6:30 am! The sea weed on the beach is expected, it’s that time of the year and nature. Some tips: 1) on the fay you arrive, book your restaurants immediately. Brazilian restaurant fills up fast. The Japanese one is amazing, reserve the seat by the grill so you get a show. 2) book a group bike ride early so you can see all three resorts and where the Casino and market are located. 3) when buying something in the market or Playa de Carma (sp) barter with the merchants. If they offer $30 usd, you should be able to get it for $15-20 at the most. They love to highball to start with. 4) Pool chairs, see above comments. 5) lunches, all kinds of locations. We found an amazing lunch place called the “Truck Stop”, near villa #29. Best chicken wings ever for medium or hot. We will return!

C'était notre premier séjour au Mexique. Ce centre de villégiature était absolument extraordinaire. Il était très propre, le personnel était très serviable et amical. La plage était un peu décevante en raison de sa taille et du corail. Mais elle était aussi très propre. Ce sera notre destination pour les années à venir

This was our first time in Mexico. This resort was absolutely amazing. It was so clean, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The beach was a bit of a disappointment because of the size and the coral. But it was also very clean. This will be our destination for years to come

Pas ce que nous attendions

Bien que l'hôtel soit propre et bien entretenu, il n'y avait manifestement pas assez de personnel pour gérer le nombre de personnes présentes. Il n'y avait pas assez de chaises longues ni d'ombre pour se reposer du soleil. Il y avait très peu de personnel pour surveiller l'utilisation des masques et maintenir une distance sociale. Si vous ne pouvez pas marcher sur une certaine distance ou vous traîner avec vos bagages dans les escaliers, ne passez pas vos vacances dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est dis [... lire plus]persé et il faut beaucoup marcher ou utiliser les trolleybus pour se rendre à tous les repas. Vous passerez également jusqu'à deux heures dans un bus depuis l'aéroport, car les clients sont déposés dans différents hôtels en cours de route. Les chambres n'étaient pas suffisamment climatisées et nous nous sommes réveillés dans une chambre chaude tous les matins. Le restaurant principal était également très chaud, avec des ventilateurs au plafond en marche mais une climatisation inadéquate. Le restaurant à la carte était charmant et le repas et le service très agréables. Malheureusement, il était presque impossible de réserver les trois dîners dans les restaurants à la carte car ils étaient pour la plupart fermés. Nous n'avons pu réserver que deux dîners bien que nous ayons essayé de réserver cinq jours à l'avance. Le site de réservation n'était pas convivial, pas plus que le site d'enregistrement en ligne.

Not what we expected Although the hotel was clean and maintained there clearly was not enough staff to handle the number of people at the resort. There were not enough lounge chairs or available shade for respite from the sun. There were very few staff monitoring use of masks and maintaining social distancing. If you cannot walk any distance or drag yourself and luggage up stairs do not vacation at this hotel. The hotel is spread out and requires a lot of walking or use of the trolley buses just to get to all meals. You will also spend up to two hours on a bus from the airport as guests are dropped off at various hotels enroute. Rooms were not adequately air conditioned and we woke up to a hot room every morning. Main restaurant was extremely hot as well with ceiling fans running but inadequate a/c. The a la carte restaurant was lovely and a very enjoyable meal and service. Unfortunately it was near impossible to book the three dinners in the a la carte restaurants as they were mostly closed. We could only book two dinners even though we attempted to book five days in advance. The booking site was not user friendly neither was the online check in site.

Bahia Principe Coba

Mon mari et moi sommes revenus de vacances au Coba. Nous venons probablement de passer l'une des meilleures vacances de notre vie. Ce complexe est absolument magnifique, la nourriture est excellente, le personnel est formidable. Nous n'avons rien de négatif à dire. Les procédures de sécurité sont en place et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité pendant notre séjour. My husband and I have returned from vacationing at the Coba .We have probably just had one of the best vacations ever .This Resort is absolutely beautiful , great food ,great staff .We have nothing negative to say.Covid procedures are in place and we felt quite safe while there. Only complaint would be that the trip wasn’t long enough and bring your water shoes for the beach .There is a lot of coral. Can’t wait to go again.Lastly Thank you to the best travel agent Rachel .You are a jewel and went above and beyond for us .We cannot thank you enough♥️🌴🌞🩴🎉🥂🕶🩱🧳😁

Je dirais 3,5 étoiles. Nous sommes allés dans ce centre de villégiature pour les vacances de mars et c'était OK. Nous’avons été à de meilleurs endroits pour sûr, nous avons rencontré des gens formidables et ont un bon moment parce que nous sommes en mesure de balayer certaines choses, mais nous ne reviendrait pas. NOURRITURE ET BOISSONS : Tout d'abord, personne n'a mentionné les deux restaurants fermés qui, selon moi, auraient dû être mentionnés avant de confirmer notre voyage. Vous ne pou [... lire plus]vez réserver que trois cartes à la carte, ce qui craint car nous voulions une semaine de soirées en amoureux après quelques années à la maison. C'est assez important pour nous. Les cartes n'étaient pas très bonnes, à l'exception de la brésilienne. Le buffet était super répétitif mais bon. DIVERTISSEMENT : Les bars et les divertissements se terminent assez tôt 12 heures pour la musique et 1 heure du matin pour les boissons, donc si vous voulez être dehors et vous amuser ce n'est pas pour vous. Les divertissements étaient corrects, mais l'équipe n'était pas vivante et charismatique pendant la journée. Ils ne sont pas la moitié de ce que j'ai connu dans le passé en ce qui concerne la création d'une atmosphère amusante et accueillante pendant la journée. BIENVENUE : Le trajet en bus de 2 heures et demie depuis l'aéroport était pourri. L'accueil n'était pas au rendez-vous. La porte de notre première chambre ne fonctionnait pas, on nous a donné une chambre commune malodorante que nous avons refusée et on nous a finalement donné une troisième. Les chambres sont correctes mais ont besoin d'une mise à jour, mais nous ne nous sommes pas vraiment souciés d'elles. PLAGE : Il faut prendre un trolley pour aller à la plage. Elle n'est pas accessible à pied. Elle est petite et parsemée de rochers sur le rivage. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de chaises longues et vous êtes limité aux chaises bleues alors que d'autres stations peuvent venir et utiliser nos chaises et nos installations de bar. PISCINES : Il y a deux grandes piscines avec des bars, ce qui est très bien. Ilâ €™s une troisième piscine minuscule tout à fait qui était plus juste un grand jacuzzi pour quelqu'un qui voulait seul temps paisible. Le bar de la piscine est très fréquenté et il est parfois difficile d'obtenir une boisson. Les bars et la piscine fermaient à 18 heures, ce qui me paraissait un peu tôt et devrait plutôt être entre 19 et 20 heures. DANS L'ENSEMBLE : Le resort était correct mais certainement pas un 5 étoiles. Nous sommes assez faciles à satisfaire, mais nous avons été très déçus après avoir dépensé quelques centaines d'euros supplémentaires pour un meilleur complexe après deux années de galère. C'est comparable à une station moins chère de 500-700 dollars. Je dirais que vous êtes bien mieux dans l'un des deux autres hôtels Bahia principe car ils ont été mis à jour et sont plus proches de la plage, mais nous n'étions pas autorisés à y entrer. Ils étaient les seuls à pouvoir utiliser notre centre de villégiature.

Meh I would say 3.5 stars. We went to this resort for March Break and it was OK. We’ve been to better places for sure, we met great people and have a good time because we are able to brush certain things off but we wouldn’t return. FOOD AND DRINKS: First off, nobody mentioned the two closed restaurants which I feel should’ve been mentioned before confirming our trip. You can only book three a la cartes which sucks as we wanted a week of date nights after a few years at home. They’re pretty important to us. The a la cartes weren’t very good except for the Brazilian. The buffet was super repetitive but fine. ENTERTAINMENT: The bars and entertainment ends quite early 12pm for music and 1am for drinks so if you’re wanting to be out and enjoying this isn’t for you. The entertainment was okay, but the team wasn’t lively and charismatic during the day. They aren’t half of what I have experienced in the past as far as creating daytime fun and welcoming atmosphere. WELCOME: The bus ride at 2.5hrs from the airport SUCKED. The welcome wasn’t there. Our first room door didn’t work, we were given a smelly joint room which we denied and were finally given a third one. Rooms are okay but need an update, but we didn’t really care about them. BEACH: You have to take a trolly to the beach. It isnt a walk away. It is small and loaded with rocks in the shoreline. There aren’t many loungers and you are limited to blue chairs whereas other resorts can come over and use our chairs and bar facilities. POOLS: There are two big pools with bars which is great. There’s a third tiny quite pool which was more just a big jacuzzi for anyone wanted alone peaceful time. The pool bar gets busy and it’s hard to get a drink at times. The bars and the pool closed at 6pm which I felt was early and should be more like 7-8pm. OVERALL: The resort was OK but definitely no 5 star. We are pretty easy to please but we were just extra dissapointed after splurging an extra few hundred for a better resort after two crappy years. This is comparable to a 500-700 dollar cheaper resort. I’d say you’re much better off at one of the other two Bahia principe hotels as they’ve been updated and are closer to the beach but we weren’t allowed in them really. Only they were able to use our resort.

Un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel - Le personnel l'a rendu spécial

Propriété bien entretenue. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes par rapport aux autres hôtels de ce complexe géant. Le personnel a fait en sorte que l'hôtel soit spécial pour nous. Toujours un sourire amical et une conversation. Contrôles de température à l'entrée de l'hôtel et dans tous les restaurants. Il faut porter un gant pour utiliser les buffets. Certaines personnes semblaient ignorer cette exigence.

Great Resort - Staff made it special Well maintained property. The rooms are a little dated compared to the other hotels on this giant resort. The staff made it special for us. Always a friendly smile and conversation. Temperature checks entering the front of the hotel and at all restaurants. Have to wear a glove when using the buffets. Some people seemed to ignore that requirement.

La meilleure station jusqu'à présent

Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur tout ce qui concerne ce complexe, de l'accueil génial à notre arrivée, à la courtoisie du personnel et à l'excellent service. Le terrain était très bien entretenu et il n'y avait aucun déchet sur le sol. Très propre. Le personnel s'est surpassé pour répondre à tous nos besoins. La nourriture était incomparable et la disponibilité était excellente. Les divertissements étaient également parfaits. Tant de choses à voir et à explorer. La station est très calme, mais  [... lire plus]il s'y passe beaucoup de choses. Nous avons déjà commencé à planifier notre prochain voyage, mais avec 12 personnes cette fois. Best resort so far Can't say enough about everything about this resort, from the awesome welcome when we arrived, the courtsy from the staff to the great service. Grounds were very well keep up no garbage anywhere on the ground. Very clean. The staff went above and beyond for all our needs. The food was second to none and the availability was great. The entertainment was also perfect. So much to see and explore. Very quiet resort yet so much happening. We have already started planning our next trip there but with 12 of us this time. Very much recommend Coba as a safe friendly resort with all your needs taken care of. Thank you everyone there for your hospitality.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici. Le personnel et le service étaient merveilleux. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire... ou à ne pas faire et la nourriture était fantastique. Le complexe est bien entretenu et le personnel travaille très dur. Une expérience très agréable... encore meilleure la deuxième fois !

Fantastic resort! We loved our stay here. The staff and service were wonderful. Lots of things to do...or not and the food was fantastic. Resort is well maintained and the staff work extremely hard. Very pleasurable experience...even better the second time around!

C'est la première fois que nous allons dans un complexe hôtelier, la première fois à Riviera Maya, et nous avons adoré. Le complexe est incroyable, le service est extraordinaire et notre expérience a été fantastique. Je reviendrai certainement dans cette région.

Excellent séjour à nouveau

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Attention, le complexe est vaste. J'ai noté la distance autour de la coba et elle est d'environ 1,5 km, alors préparez-vous à marcher un peu. Il y a des chariots qui peuvent vous emmener à différents endroits, mais leur but premier est d'emmener les clients à la plage, à l'Hacienda principale (magasin/entrée) et aux autres halls de l'hôtel. Le personnel était très bien préparé pour faire face à l'augmentation des problèmes de santé, tous les employés  [... lire plus]étant masqués et des contrôles de température étant effectués aux buffets. La nourriture était excellente et nous avons pu choisir les plats à la carte que nous voulions. Note : je recommande de télécharger l'application pour le resort. Une fois que vous avez eu votre confirmation de réservation, vous avez pu, cinq jours avant votre arrivée, vous enregistrer avec beaucoup d'informations et aussi réserver des cartes à la carte. L'application contient également le programme des divertissements de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique, car l'hôtel dispose d'une bonne couverture wi-fi dans la plupart des endroits, ce qui est bien compte tenu de la taille de l'hôtel.

Great stay again This was a great stay for us. Be warned, the resort is large. I logged the distance around the coba and its around 1.5 km, so get ready for some walking. There are carts which can take you to various locations, but their primary purpose is to take guests to the beach, to the main Hacienda (store/ entrance) and to the other resort lobbies. The staff were very prepared for the increased health situations, with all of them being masked, and temperature checks being done at the buffets. The food was great, and we got the selection of the a la cartes that we wanted. Note: i would recommend downloading the app for the resort. Once you have your reservation confirmation, you were able, five days prior to arrival, to check in with a lot of information and also book a la cartes. Its also had the schedule of entertainment for the resort, which was quite handy, as the resort had good wi-fi coverage in most places, which is good considering the size.

L'hôtel était bien

Les piscines étaient agréables. Le fond de l'océan était entièrement constitué de roches et il était donc impossible de nager dans l'océan. J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience. Je suis arrivée à Cancun et il n'y avait pas de navette. J'ai contacté l'hôtel et on m'a dit de prendre un taxi et qu'on me rembourserait les 225 $US, ce qu'on m'a refusé à l'hôtel. Ensuite, on m'a facturé 200 $ US supplémentaires pour une taxe mystérieuse que personne d'autre n'a dû payer et que j'ai rencontrée. Mon troisièm [... lire plus]e et dernier voyage au Mexique et mon premier et dernier voyage avec tripcentral et Air Canada. Très déçu.

Resort was okay The pools were nice. The ocean floor was all rock so you couldn't swim in the ocean. It was a bad experience for me. I arrived in Cancun and there was no shuttle. I contacted the resort and told to take a taxi and would be reimbursed the $225 US which they denied at the resort. Then I was charged an additional $200 US for some mystery tax that no one else had to pay that I met. My third and last trip to Mexico and 1st and last trip with tripcentral and Air Canada. Very disappointed.

Bon centre de villégiature

L'hôtel est agréable. Il y a 4 hôtels différents sur le territoire. Vous n'avez pas besoin de marcher, il y a des petites voitures qui viennent à différents endroits. Les chambres sont propres. Au buffet, très bonne variété de nourriture. Nappes en tissu propres et agréables sur les tables. Ils donnent des gants en plastique pour aller au buffet et vous devez porter un masque. Mais à table, on l'enlève. Personnel sympathique. Seulement si vous venez du Canada, changez l'argent en dollars US au C [... lire plus]anada, ils ne veulent pas de dollars canadiens. Vous ne pouvez les changer qu'en pesos à l'hôtel et non en dollars américains. Prenez un supplément car le test de covidie coûte 120 $US par personne à l'hôtel de Tulum ou le laboratoire peut venir à la chambre pour 115 $, le test d'antigène coûte 35 $. Tous les programmes fonctionnent à plein régime. Le club pour enfants permet d'envoyer les enfants de 9 à 5 ans et de profiter d'une journée gratuite pour les enfants. Le programme est gratuit. Le soir, spectacle pour enfants à 20 heures, spectacle de divertissement comme le cirque, la magie, la discothèque silencieuse à 21 heures. À 22 heures, musique live et karaoké. Les piscines sont propres, elles sont nettoyées tous les matins. La plage est un peu loin, il faut prendre une petite voiture et 5 minutes suffisent. Vous aurez besoin de chaussures d'eau pour la plage car il y a beaucoup de rochers dans l'eau et des algues. Il y a aussi un delfinarium à côté de l'hôtel (Tulum). Un peu cher pour nager avec les dauphins 159$. De plus, si un enfant veut y aller, il n'est pas remboursé. Vous pouvez aller à la piscine dans ces 4 hôtels. A l'hôtel Coba il y a des toboggans pour enfants que j'ai trouvés un peu durs. Les bars font de bonnes boissons. Le meilleur bar pour le café et les cocktails dans le hall. Ils nettoient toutes les tables et les chaises. A la plage, vous pouvez faire du kayak gratuitement. Ou il y a un katamaran si vous savez naviguer, c'est gratuit. Avec un instructeur, cela coûte 45$. Parachute ascensionnel 75$ par personne. Nous avons surtout passé du temps à la piscine, car la plage a beaucoup de rochers. L'eau est chaude à la plage et à la piscine. La nourriture était bonne et très variée. On trouve toujours quelque chose à manger. Les déserts sont incroyables ! Depuis l'aéroport, il faut 1,5 heure pour arriver à l'hôtel, c'est un peu loin. Ils ont laissé une surprise pour le dernier jour : une bouteille de brut et une fraise enrobée de chocolat, ce qui était très agréable. Les restaurants sont ouverts. Tout est ouvert et fonctionne. Vous pouvez acheter différentes excursions à l'hôtel comme excaret, xelha, chicheniza... Oui, je recommande l'hôtel.

Good resort Hotel is nice. Has 4 different hotels on the territory. You dont have to walk there are little cars are coming to different locations. Rooms are clean. At buffet very good variety of food. Nice clean fabric tablecloth on the table. They give plastic glove to go to buffet and you have to wear mask. But at the table you take it off. Friendly staff. Only if you are coming from Canada change money to US $ at Canada. They dont want canadian $. You can change them only in pesos at the hotel not at US $. Take extra because covid test cost 120 US$ for each person location at the Tulum hotel or there is the option the lab can come to the room for 115$, antigen test cost 35$. All programs are running in full capacity. Kids club were you can send kids from 9-5 and enjoy kids free day. Program is free. At night kids show at 8pm, entertaiment show like circus, magic show, silent disco at 9pm. At 10pm live music and karaoke. Pools are clean they clean them each morning. Beach little bit far you need to take little car and 5min you are there. You will need water shoes for the beach a lots of rock in the water plus seaweed. Also there is a delfinarium on one the hotel (Tulum). Little bit expensive to swim with dolphins 159$. Also if kid want go no money back. You can go to the pool in all those 4 hotels. At Coba hotel there is kids slides I found little bit rough went myself. Bars make good drinks. Best bar for coffee and cocktails at the lobby. They clean all tables and chairs. At the beach you can take kayaky for free. Or there is katamaran if you know how to sail its free. With instructor it cost 45$. Parasailing 75$ per person. We mostly spend time at the pool, because beach has a lots of rocks. Water is warm at the beach and at the pools. Food was good and big variety of food. You always find what to eat. Deserts ware amazing! From airoport will take you 1.5 hour to hotel, bit far. They left surprise for the last day bottle of brut and stawberry covered in chocolate, which was very nice. Restaurans are open. Everything is open and running there. You can buy diffrent excursion at the hotel as well like excaret, xelha, chicheniza... Yes would recommend the hotel.

Mon mari et moi avons décidé de nous évader rapidement du temps froid de Montréal et nous sommes si heureux de l'avoir fait ! Nous n'avons pas été déçus du tout ! Jenn Black a fait en sorte qu'il soit facile de communiquer avec elle, tous les arrangements ont été faits avant notre arrivée et c'était honnêtement une semaine sans stress. L'hôtel était propre, le personnel est formidable et il y a beaucoup de ruines accessibles près de l'hôtel. Merci pour cette semaine formidable !

Must go! My husband and I decided to have a quick getaway from the cold Montreal weather and we are so happy we did! We were not dissapointed at all! Jenn Black made it so easy to communicate with her, all the arrangements were made prior to our arrival and it was honestly such a stress free week. The hotel was clean, the staff is amazing and there are plenty of accessible ruins near the hotel. Thanks for a great week!

Le buffet était le même tous les jours et la plupart des postes de restauration étaient vides du lundi au vendredi, mais le week-e [... lire plus]nd, ils s'assuraient d'avoir toutes sortes de nourriture pour les locaux. La représentante centrale d'Are Trip, Beth, n'a jamais répondu à nos appels téléphoniques avant notre départ à propos du covid, elle était plus préoccupée par son propre voyage à venir que par ses clients. Le représentant des transports en commun à Coba n'était d'aucune aide et si vous demandez quand ils seront à Coba, on nous dit qu'ils ne viennent que si quelqu'un s'enregistre, sinon ils sont aux deux autres hôtels, à Tulum ou à l'autre hôtel. Ils vous coincent dans des camionnettes sans se soucier de la sécurité.

Getting dated Hotel is getting dated many rooms smell very molded ask to be change to a different room on the 3rd day they try to putting a air freshers in the ac vent to stop the smell of mold. Went to lunch to fine hamburger buns have KKK BURN INTO THE BUNS. ON FRIDAY TO SUNDAY THEY WOULD FILL UP THE RESORT with locals. Buffet was same food everyday and most food stations were empty monday to Friday but on the weekends they would make sure to have all kinds of food for the locals. Are trip central rep Beth never return are phone call on concerns before we left for are trip about the covid she was more concerned with her own up coming trip then her clients. Transit rep in the coba was no help and if you ask when would they be at the coba we were told they only come there if anyone checks in other wise they were at the other two hotels tulum or the other hotel. They jam you in vans with no concerns for covid.

Le terrain était très bien entretenu, tout comme les chambres. Au départ, nous avons été déposés au mauvais hôtel du hall, ce qui était légèrement irritant, mais le voyage a été fantastique dans l'ensemble. Le buffet était très varié. Le restaurant italien et le restaurant gastronomique étaient excellents !

The grounds were really well kept, as were the rooms. Initially we got dropped off at the wrong lobby hotel which was slightly irritating but amazing trip overall. Buffet had lots of variety. Italian and gourmet restaurant were excellent!

J'ai passé un excellent moment dans ce complexe. Il est bien entretenu et propre. Tous les membres du personnel que nous avons rencontrés étaient très sympathiques et accueillants. Ils n'auraient pas pu être plus gentils. La nourriture était très bonne et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Notre chambre était propre. Dans l'ensemble, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

Great Resort Had a great time at the resort. It is well maintained and clean. Any staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. They really could not have been nicer. The food was very good and had many choices. Our room was kept clean. Overall we would definitely stay again

La nourriture était absolument délicieuse tous les soirs, les divertissements excellents et magnifiquement entretenus, un endroit merveilleux si vous voulez passer des vacances bien remplies, ou si vous voulez simplement vous détendre et vous relaxer. Une expérience totalement géniale et je recommanderais cet endroit à tout le monde !

Very clean and friendly resort, bent over backwards to help us in any way The food was absolutely delicious every night , excellent entertainment and kept up beautifully, a wonderful place if you want to keep your holiday busy, or if you want to just kick back and relax. Totally an awesome experience and would recommend this place to everyone!

Le Bahia Principe Coba était incroyable - super propre - très organisé - tout le personnel très amical - la nourriture était délicieuse - avec beaucoup de variété - des tonnes de chaises longues près de chaque piscine - les spectacles étaient les meilleurs que j'ai vus - et des tonnes de divertissement - je reviendrai certainement 🇲🇽â¤ï¸

Best Vacation ❤️❤️ The Bahia Principe Coba was amazing - super clean - very organized - all staff very friendly - food was all delicious- with lots of variety - tons of lounge chairs by every pool - the shows were the best I’ve seen - and tons of entertainment - will be back for sure 🇲🇽❤️

Beautiful Resort

Très grand et beau complexe hôtelier avec accès à de nombreuses options différentes. La nourriture est excellente dans les restaurants et au buffet. Le seul point négatif que j'ajouterais à mon commentaire est qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule prise électrique à côté du lit où l'alarme était branchée et c'est tout. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit magnifique pour des vacances en famille.

Very large and beautiful resort with access to many different options. Great food at the restaurants and buffet. The only negative I would add to my review is that there was only one electrical outlet beside the bed where the alarm was plugged in and that was it. Overall, beautiful place for a family vacation.

Je viens de rentrer de mon voyage dans ce centre de villégiature. Mon copain et moi avons vraiment apprécié ce voyage. L'hôtel était très propre et le personnel était agréable. Resort est très grand et vous devez prendre trolley’a pour se déplacer, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé. La nourriture était très bonne, en particulier dans les restaurants à la carte. La plage était correcte, un peu rocheuse mais certains endroits étaient parfaitement bien. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une excellente [... lire plus] semaine et nous reviendrons certainement.

Awesome vacation! I just returned from my trip to this resort. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this trip. The hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant. Resort is very big and you have to take trolley’a to get around which we did not mind. Food was very good especially at the a la carte restaurants. The beach was okay, a little rocky but some spots were perfectly fine. Overall, we had a great week and would definitely return.
