Station balnéaire exceptionnelle, personnel formidable

Le centre de villégiature était excellent. La nourriture était excellente, le personnel très sympathique. Beaucoup d'activités et de piscines différentes. Les boissons étaient bien préparées. Beaucoup d'options d'excursions différentes également. Je recommande vivement la promenade en bateau d'une journée.

Amazing resort, great staff The resort was excellent. Food was great, staff were very friendly. Lots of different activities and pools. Drinks were well made. Lots of different excursion options as well. Highly recommend going on the all day boat ride.

Superbe station, mais un peu fatiguée

Superbe terrain, bien entretenu. Les suites sont un peu fatiguées et ont besoin d'être rénovées. Le buffet était correct, mais le steak house et le restaurant jamaïcain étaient excellents. Il y avait une très petite plage aménagée par l'homme. Si vous voulez faire de longues promenades sur la plage, ce n'est pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut. Il y avait une belle piscine.

Great resort but it is looking a little tired Great grounds -well kept. Suites a little tired looking - need some work. Dining was okay in the buffet but the steak house and Jamaican restaurant were great. There was a very small beach man made. If you are looking for long walks on the beach, this is not the resort for you. They did have a great pool.

C'était bien, la femme de chambre était géniale ! Mais le fait de ne pas pouvoir obtenir une bouteille d'eau après avoir dépensé autant d'argent était très frustrant. La nourriture était correcte, mais je ne considérerais pas cela comme un complexe 5 étoiles.

Good It's was good the maid was awesome! But the fact that I couldn't get a bottle of water after spending so much money was very frustrating. The food was ok, but I wouldn't consider this a 5 star resort.

Grand centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était beau et propre, rien à redire. Il était difficile d'obtenir des vêtements pour le visage. La plage avec les activités nautiques était la meilleure. Le temps était incroyable, très chaud. un peu de pluie, pas trop grave cependant. Typique d'un hôtel tout compris. Je reviendrais. La nourriture était incroyable.

Great Resort The hotel was beautiful and clean, no big complaints. Face clothes were hard to get. The beach with water activities was the better beach. Weather was amazing very hot. some rain not to serious though. Typical all inclusive resort. Would return. Food was amazing.

Station balnéaire agréable.

L'hôtel était très bien, il a besoin d'être rénové. Le terrain était magnifiquement entretenu. Les parties communes et les chambres étaient toujours propres. Vous aviez le choix entre plusieurs restaurants, dont certains étaient mieux servis que d'autres. Mangez et buvez ce que vous voulez. Il faut absolument essayer le spa, les services et le personnel étaient fantastiques.

Nice resort. The hotel was very nice, needs some updating. Grounds were beautifully kept. Public areas and rooms were kept clean all the time. You had a number of choices for dining, some had better service than others. Eat and drink whatever you want. Must try the Spa, the services and staff were fantastic.

En deçà des attentes

Le complexe est grand mais bien aménagé. La nourriture est à peine meilleure qu'à Cuba mais le prix est beaucoup plus élevé. Le vin servi est le plus mauvais que nous ayons rencontré. Constamment harcelé par le personnel qui essaie de vendre des forfaits spa et time share. Le personnel de service était très bon et serviable. Nous y sommes allés uniquement en raison d'un mariage à destination, pour lequel ils font du bon travail. Nous n'y retournerions pas car nous préférons les petits complexes  [... lire plus]hôteliers.

Fell Short of Expectations Resort is large but well laid out. Food only marginally better than Cuba but price a lot higher. Wine served is the worst we have come across. Constantly harassed by staff trying to sell spa and time share packages. Service staff were very good and helpful. Only went there because of destination wedding which they do a good job of. Would not go back as we prefer smaller resorts.

Beau centre de villégiature

Pour un Resort qui n'a que 8 ans et qui a une note de 4,5, l'endroit n'était pas à la hauteur d'une note de 4,5 étoiles dans mon livre. Le terrain était agréable, mais pas génial. Les chambres de l'hôtel étaient démodées et sombres et avaient besoin d'un bon nettoyage et de peinture. Pas de WiFi dans les chambres, on s'est plaint toute la semaine, mais rien n'a été fait. Les restaurants la cart, la nourriture était terrible, pas seulement moi, nous avions un groupe de 10 personnes sourire. Le bu [... lire plus]ffet était bien.

nice resort For a Resort only being 8 years old and having a 4.5 rating. the place was not up to a 4.5 star rating in my book. The grounds were nice not great. The Hotel rooms were out of date and dark needed a good cleaning and paint. No WiFi in the rooms complained all week still nothing done. The la cart restaurants the food was terrible not just me we had a group of 10 people .The staff was great they always had a smile. The buffet was fine.

Un lieu de vacances parfait

C'est notre quatrième séjour au Grand Palladium en Jamaïque et nous adorons ce complexe. Il est magnifique et tellement relaxant. J'adore l'atmosphère qui règne dans le complexe, du hall aux piscines, je ne changerais rien.

Perfect Vacation Spot This is our fouth stay at the Grand Palladium in Jamaica and we absolutely love this resort. It is beautiful and so relaxing. I love the atmosphere around the resort from the lobby to pools, I wouldn't change a thing.

L'hôtel était décent. les oreillers et les draps étaient humides et dégageaient une très mauvaise odeur. Il n'y avait pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bains. La chambre avait une mauvaise odeur tout le temps parce qu'ils utilisent la même serpillière puante et la même eau dans chaque chambre... J'ai prévenu la réception... ils ne semblaient pas se soucier de quoi que ce soit... Dans l'ensemble, ce ne fut pas une très bonne expérience et je ne le recommanderai à personne. ...

average resort Resort was decent. .. food average at best... our was was terrible very damp all day everyday.. pillows and sheets damp and had a very bad oder... no fans in the bathroom. . Room had a bad oder all the time because they use the same stinky mop and water in every room... notified the front desk. .they didnt seem to care about anything there... Overall wasnt a very good experience and will not be recommending it to anyone. ...

Le resort en lui-même est génial, la nourriture est moyenne. J'y ai célébré mon mariage et il y avait tout ce que je pouvais imaginer, à l'exception du repas. J'ai eu une réception privée et j'ai dû payer 45 USD par assiette (je suis Canadienne donc cela fait environ 56,00). Nous sommes allés au steak alcart le soir suivant et c'était excellent. Je suis très déçu. Je ne recommanderais pas de faire un repas privé pour un mariage.

Great resort The resort it self is awesome, the food is average. I had my wedding there and it was ecerything I could imagine except for the meal. I had a private function and had to pay $45 USD a plate (I am Canadian so that would be about 56.00) I had steak and it was worse than the buffet steak. We went to the steak alcart the next night and it was amazing there. VERY dissapointed about that. I wouldnt reccommend doing a private meal for a wedding.

Décevant

L'hôtel était globalement décevant, ce n'était certainement pas un complexe 5 étoiles, au mieux un 4 étoiles. Bien qu'il dispose d'une belle piscine et d'un terrain magnifique, les plages sont rocailleuses et il faut porter des chaussures d'eau. Les restaurants à thème étaient très décevants et les divertissements se ressemblaient tous les soirs. Bien que les danseurs du personnel de l'hôtel aient été très talentueux, il aurait été agréable de voir un spectacle avec une certaine participation du [... lire plus] public. Compte tenu du prix que nous avons payé, je m'attendais à beaucoup plus pour mon argent !

Disappointing The hotel was overall disappointing, it was certainly not a 5 star resort at best a 4 star. Although it had a beautiful swimming pool and grounds the beaches were rocky and you needed to wear water shoes. The themed restaurants were very disappointing and the entertainment much the same every night, although the hotel staff dancers were very talented it would have been nice to see a show with some audience participation. Considering the price we paid I expected much more for my dollar!

Nous avons adoré chaque minute de notre séjour

Je n'ai que du bien à dire sur tout cela. J'ai particulièrement aimé la piscine, car je ne suis pas un grand nageur pas un grand nageur. Les vélos d'exercice dans la piscine étaient une excellente idée et j'en ai profité tous les jours. Tous les complexes hôteliers devraient faire de même. Les plages étaient correctes, je recommanderais des chaussures d'eau.

Loved every minute of our stay I have only good to say about all of this. I especially LOVED the pool as i am not a great swimmer. The excerise bikes in the pool was a great idea and i took advantage of those every day. All resorts should follow this. Beaches were ok, would recommend water shoes for sure.

Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Ce centre de villégiature était incroyable... il faut dire que le terrain, les gens et le service étaient magnifiques ! Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents et le personnel très attentif. La vie nocturne, même pour ceux qui ont des enfants, était géniale ainsi que les personnages pour enfants et les petits déjeuners, tout simplement géniaux. Le buffet était bon mais j'ai trouvé qu'il aurait pu y avoir plus de choix, mais je n'ai jamais eu faim. Le Jerk Chicken Hut sur la plage était à t [... lire plus]omber par terre, une nourriture incroyable ! Plage propre et eau chaude et propre.....Tout compte fait, c'est une station balnéaire extraordinaire dont nous ne voulions pas rentrer à la maison....

Amazing Resort This resort was amazing...gotta say beautiful grounds, people and service!!! A la carte restaursants were great and the staff very attentive. Night life, even for ones with kids, was great along with the kids characters and breakfasts, simply great. Buffet was good but I felt could have been more selection however, never went hungry. Jerk Chicken Hut on the beach was to die for, amazing food! Beach clean, and warm clean water.....All in all amazing resort which we honestly didnt want to come home from....

LES MEILLEURES VACANCES DE TOUS LES TEMPS

ma femme et moi sommes allés en Jamaïque au début du mois de mars et avons séjourné au Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. Ce fut sans aucun doute les meilleures vacances de notre vie. Le complexe est tout droit sorti d'un livre : spacieux, propre, avec de magnifiques jardins paysagers, un groupe incroyable d'employés exceptionnellement amicaux, serviables et très professionnels, toujours souriants et demandant si l'on souhaite quelque chose. Le service était incroyable. La nourriture, tant dans les  [... lire plus]buffets que dans les restaurants, était incomparable. Je ne pourrais jamais dire assez de bien de ce complexe. Je recommande vivement d'y séjourner et ma femme et moi avons déjà décidé d'y retourner en mars prochain

BEST VACATION EVER my wife and I travelled to Jamaica at the beginning of march and stayed at the grand palladium lady Hamilton. this was no doubt the best vacation of our lives. the resort is something out of a book spacious, clean beautiful landscaped grounds an incredible group of employees exceptionally friendly helpful very professional and always smiling and asking if you would like anything. The service was amazing. the food both in the buffets and in the restaurants was second to none I couldn't say enough good things about this resort I would highly recommend staying there and my wife and I have already decided to return there next march

Un centre de villégiature fantastique

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Grand Palladium. Bel hôtel avec beaucoup de choses à faire. Le personnel de l'hôtel était exceptionnel. Nous y retournerions certainement. Notre seul commentaire négatif serait que la nourriture du buffet se fatiguait rapidement, un plus grand choix aurait été préférable. Heureusement, les restaurants à la carte à volonté ont compensé cela.

fantastic resort We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium. Beautiful hotel with lots to do. Hotel staff was exceptional. Would definitely go back. Our only negative comment would be the buffet food got tired quick, more selection would have been better. Thankfully the unlimited a la carte restaurants made up for that.

Où dois-je aller maintenant ?

Après ces vacances extraordinaires... Je ne sais pas où j'irai pour faire mieux. Le personnel, les activités, la nourriture et les VUES sont incroyables. Des chambres spacieuses, propres et élégantes avec une infinité d'endroits à voir dans le resort. Je n'ai pas vu deux fois la même vue et je n'ai pas eu assez de temps pour manger ou boire un verre dans tous les endroits disponibles. Les plages étaient magnifiques ; belles et sablonneuses avec des eaux de palourdes propres. C'est un endroit idé [... lire plus]al pour prendre le soleil et s'amuser sur les belles plages de la Jamaïque.

Where do I go now??? After this amazing vacation... I don't know where I will go to top this one. Amazing staff, activities, food and VIEWS. Spacious clean & classy rooms with endless places to see in the resort. I didn't hit the same view twice and didn't have enough time to eat and or to have a drink in every spot available. The beaches were beautiful; nice and sandy with clean clam waters This is a great place to sun & fun on the beautiful beaches of Jamaica.

C'était la troisième fois que nous revenions ! !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. ....la nouvelle piscine pour enfants était géniale....nous aimons aussi Bhogali ! Le personnel est amical et serviable. .....Le complexe est magnifique. Le restaurant mexicain a été rénové depuis notre dernier voyage et nous l'avons apprécié. La possibilité d'aller dans les restaurants à la carte tous les soirs est également un bonus

It was our third time back! ! We had a wonderful time. ....the new kids pool was great....we also love Bhogali! Staff are friendly and helpful. .....the resort is gorgeous. The jerk hut on the beach is great and the Mexican restaurant has been updated since our last trip and we enjoyed it.The option to go to the a la carte restaurants every night is a bonus as well☺

Tout ce qui est dit et plus encore !

J'ai passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce centre de villégiature. La nourriture était incroyable, les plages étaient superbes et le personnel est toujours agréable et accommodant. Il ne faut pas oublier que vous êtes en Jamaïque, donc le service n'est pas aussi rapide que ce à quoi vous êtes habitué.

Everything it says and More! Had a wonderful vacation at this resort. Food was amazing, beaches were great and the staff is always pleasant and accomodating. You have to remember you are in Jamaica, so service isn't as fast as you are used to.

Belle station balnéaire

Dans l'ensemble, excellent complexe familial, personnel agréable et serviable, très propre, bien aménagé, accès facile à toutes les plages, piscines et bars. Les chambres sont grandes avec baignoire à remous et mini-réfrigérateur bien rempli.

Beautiful resort Over all excellent family oriented resort, pleasant and helpful staff, very clean, nicely laid out easy access to all beaches, pools, and bars. Rooms where large with whirlpool tub and well stocked mini fridge.

Immense centre de villégiature !

Ce centre de villégiature est magnifique ! Il est très grand, le personnel est sympathique et il y a beaucoup de restaurants à choisir. Le steak house était mon préféré ! Nous avons pris le t-bone qui était superbe ! Le poulet barbecue sur la plage était également excellent ! Le seul inconvénient de ce complexe est que la plage est très grande mais il y a plusieurs zones de plage. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Huge resort! This resort is stunning! It is very large with friendly staff an a lot of restaurants to choose from. The steak house was my favorite! We had the t-bone which was superb! The barbeque jerk chicken in the beach was also amazing! The only downfall at this resort is that the beach area is very big but there are several beach areas. We would definitely stay there again.
