Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Station balnéaire exceptionnelle Nourriture exceptionnelle

Le luxueux Bahia PrÃncipe Akumal a été un excellent séjour. Le complexe lui-même était excellent. Le terrain était parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres étaient propres et lumineuses. La nourriture de l'hôtel était exceptionnelle. Le buffet était excellent. Il y en a toujours pour tous les goûts. Tous les plats - poulet, bœuf et fruits de mer - étaient délicieux. Dans beaucoup d'autres complexes hôteliers où nous avons séjourné, le bœuf est un peu moins bon. La plage n'était pas trop occupée et [... lire plus] il était facile de s'y asseoir. La seule plainte de tout le voyage est que la plage est artificielle et que le sable n'est donc pas très doux. Il y a donc beaucoup de rochers dans l'océan. (C'est la seule raison pour laquelle j'ai donné une note de 4 au lieu de 5 étoiles). Si vous aimez la piscine, c'est facilement un 5 étoiles. Les boissons étaient bonnes. Beaucoup d'alcools de marque pour les différentes boissons. Divertissements étonnants. Et accès facile à tous les autres complexes Bahia. La salle de sport de l'Akumal était insuffisante, mais l'hôtel Coba, situé à une courte distance en tramway, disposait d'une bien meilleure salle de sport, avec notamment un banc de musculation et une machine Smith. Dans l'ensemble, des vacances formidables et je retournerais volontiers au Mexique.

Amazing resort Outstanding food The luxury Bahia Príncipe Akumal was a great stay. The resort itself was excellent. Grounds were maticulously maintained. Rooms were clean and bright. The food at the resort was outstanding. Buffet was top notch. Always something for everyone. All of the food chicken, beef and sea food tasted great. Many other resorts we have stayed at the beef is a little hinky. The beach wasn't overly busy and was easy to get seating. The only complaint of the whole trip is that the beach is man made and thus the sand isn't that soft. Also a lot of rocks in the ocean as a result. (Only reason I rate it 4 instead of 5 stars). If you're a pool person easily a 5 star. Drinks were good. Lots of brand name liquor for various drinks. Amazing entertainment. And easy access to all the other attached Bahia resorts. Gym at the akumal was lacking but the Coba resort which was a short trolly ride away had a much better gym including a bench press and smith machine. All in all a great vacation would gladly go back to Mexico.

Allegro Cozumel: Une expérience formidable et accommodante

1. Le personnel et le service à la clientèle sont de premier ordre, à notre avis. 2. L'hôtel est magnifique, la plage est incroyable avec des tonnes de choses à voir en faisant du snorkeling et il y a un grand mélange de choses à faire. Beaucoup de lézards sur le terrain et d'autres animaux locaux. Les taxis sont rapides et l'hôtel est magnifiquement situé. 3. Pour un complexe hôtelier, la nourriture était bien meilleure que ce à quoi on s'attendait. Nous sommes également végétaliens, ce q [... lire plus]ui complique parfois les choses. Il y avait une bonne variété, et le chef a préparé quelques repas spéciaux pour nous pendant notre séjour lorsque le menu n'était pas aussi accommodant. Bons restaurants à Playa del Carmen (à une courte distance en ferry) et bonne variété sur le resort. *Enrique était le meilleur membre du personnel, toujours souriant et très serviable ! 4. Réservez des activités pendant votre séjour à Cozumel. Nous avons fait de la plongée sous-marine, de la plongée en apnée, de la parachute ascensionnel, du VTT dans la jungle - et cela en valait vraiment la peine. Les habitants sont amicaux et serviables. 5. Inconvénients : des personnes s'occupant de la multipropriété dans le hall de l'hôtel, un service Wi-Fi coûteux, des chambres qui mériteraient d'être améliorées (et d'être légèrement débarrassées de la moisissure !) Dans l'ensemble, l'Allegro est excellent et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

A Great and Accommodating Experience 1. Staff and customer service is top notch, in our opinion. 2. Resort is gorgeous, beach is amazing with tons of stuff to check out while snorkeling and there's a great mix of things to do. Lots of lizards around the grounds and other local wildlife. Quick taxi services and beautifully situated. 3. For a resort, the food was way better than expected. We are also vegan, which makes matters a little more cumbersome at times. There was good variety, and the chef prepared a few special meals for us while we were there when the menu wasn't as accommodating. Good restaurants in Playa del Carmen (a short ferry ride away) and good variety on the resort. *Enrique was the best staff member there, always smiling and ultra helpful! 4. Book activities while you're in Cozumel. We scuba dived, did snorkeling tours, parasailed, ATV'd through the jungle - and it was all totally worth it. Locals are friendly and helpful. 5. Cons: Timeshare people in the hotel lobby, expensive Wi-Fi service, rooms that could use some finesse (and minor mold removal!) Allegro is great, overall and we would return in a heartbeat.

Riu Santa Fe: Absolument incroyable !

Nous sommes allés ici pour notre lune de miel en mai 2016 et nous avons passé un merveilleux moment de détente ! Dès notre départ de Vancouver Canada, notre vol était excellent, le service de navette de l'aéroport de Los cabos était vraiment facile et clair à trouver, notre enregistrement était très lisse et direct et notre chambre était belle, propre et climatisée. Les lits étaient fermes et confortables. Le personnel de l'hôtel est formidable ! J'ai été très impressionnée par leur travail et l [... lire plus]eur professionnalisme. Les boissons étaient excellentes et la nourriture était également très bonne ! Je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre car je n'avais jamais été dans un all inclusive auparavant, mais c'était bien mieux que ce que j'imaginais. Le restaurant mexicain était notre préféré ! Le mérou a été notre plat préféré et les entrées du restaurant mexicain étaient absolument délicieuses. Le bar de la piscine était incroyable ! Nous sommes reconnaissants d'être restés dans une partie tranquille du terrain, je pense que nous étions dans le bâtiment 2. Dans l'ensemble, notre section était plutôt calme et non bruyante, ce dont nous étions très reconnaissants. Il y avait une section plus loin de nous que nous appelions woo-land où les gens faisaient vraiment la fête ! Donc si vous cherchez cela, c'est une option... J'ai apprécié le fait qu'il y ait un peu de séparation ! Nous avons très bien dormi, bu et mangé. Les divertissements étaient également incroyables. Il y avait tellement de cœur et de passion ! Nous avons adoré. Nous voulons déjà y retourner ! Nous sommes si reconnaissants d'avoir passé une lune de miel relaxante et indulgente !

Absolutely amazing!! We went here for our honeymoon in may 2016 and had an amazing wonderful relaxing time! From the moment we left from Vancouver Canada our flight was great, the shuttle service from the airport in Los cabos was really easy and clear to find, our check in was very smooth and straight forward and our room was lovely, clean and air conditioned. The beds were firm and comfy. The staff here is so wonderful! I was so impressed with their hard work and professionalism. The drinks were great, and the food was actually really good as well! I didn't know what to expect as I had never been to an all inclusive before but it was wayyy better than I imagined. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite! The grouper was our top favourite meal, and the appetizers at the Mexican place were absolutely delicious. The swim up bar was amazing!!! We were thankful to have stayed in a quiet part of the grounds, I think we were building two . Overall our section was actually pretty mellow and not rowdy, which we were really grateful for. There was a section further down fromus that we called woo-land where people were really partying hard! So if you looking for that it's an option.. I appreciated that it seemed a bit separated! We had great sleeps, great drinks and food. The entertainment was also amazing. So much heart and passion in it!! We just loved it. We already want to go back!! We are so thankful for a relaxing and indulgent honeymoon!!

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Retour mémorable à Riviera Maya

Après de nombreuses années, un retour à la Riviera Maya a été une expérience mémorable. La situation du Beach Maya est excellente, assez proche de Playa, des cénotes locaux, de la plongée avec tuba et des ruines telles que Tulame, mais à l'écart du bruit de Cancun. Plages de sable blanc, baignade le long du Beach Maya, ou nombreuses piscines bien entretenues pour rester au frais. C'est une poignée de membres du personnel qui a vraiment fait les vacances, les serveurs, les animateurs, les guides, [... lire plus] qui ont tous apporté leur touche personnelle à un complexe parfois impersonnel. Cet endroit est formidable et offre quelque chose pour tout le monde, mais il était trop vaste pour être un lieu de retraite tranquille. L'occupation complète dépassait la population de la ville natale ! Les grands groupes ont rendu les logements bruyants. En fin de compte, des vacances agréables.

Memorable Return to Riviera Maya After many years a return trip to the Riviera Maya was a memorable vacation. Location of the Beach Maya is great, close enough to Playa, local Cenotes, snorkelling, and ruins such as Tulùm, but separate from the noise of Cancun. White sand beaches, swimming right along the Beach Maya's shore, or plenty of well maintained pools to stay cool. It was a handful of staff that really made the vacation though, waiters, activity leaders, guides, who all put there personal touch to a sometimes impersonal resort. This location is great and offers something for everyone, but was too expansive to be a quiet retreat. With full occupancy exceeding the population of hometown ! Large groups made accommodations noisy. All in all an enjoyable vacation.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Petit, amical et paisible

J'ai réservé cet hôtel à la dernière minute et je n'en attendais pas grand-chose. Il a dépassé mes attentes. C'était petit, amical et paisible. Il n'y avait pas de pression pour acheter quelque chose ou donner un pourboire, ce qui a fait une énorme différence pour moi. Les pourboires sont cependant les bienvenus. Si vous voulez un hôtel simple et convivial, c'est un endroit pour vous. Je l'ai vraiment apprécié.

Small, friendly, and peacful I booked this hotel last minute, and did not expect much. It exceeded my expectation. It was small, friendly, and peaceful. There was no hussle and pressure to buy something, or to tip someone, and that make a huge differeence for me. Tips are welcomed though. If you want simple and friendly hotel, this is a place for you. I certainly enjoyed it.

Riu Palace Mexico: moyenne

nous avons changé de chambre à cause de la vue mais l'autre chambre n'offrait pas non plus la vue à laquelle nous nous attendions. Nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait un supplément pour une chambre avec vue. A part cela, l'hôtel était magnifique mais il n'y avait pas assez de divertissements.

average changed room because of view but the other room did not provide a view we had expected either. We were not aware of an extra charge for a room with a view. Other than that the resort was beautiful but not enough entertainment.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Comme annoncé

Le terrain est magnifique, les lits sont confortables, il est agréable d'avoir un jacuzzi le soir avant de se coucher. La nourriture était irrégulière, mais nous avons adoré la soirée homard et le restaurant japonais. Les divertissements étaient toujours bons. La plage était bondée et la plongée était meilleure à Dive Aventuras, cela vaut le transport pour plonger avec eux !

As advertised Grounds beautiful, beds comfortable, nice having a jacuzzi at night before bed. Food hit and miss but loved the lobster night and the Japanese restaurant. Entertainment was always good. Beach crowded and diving was better at Dive Aventuras, worth the transportation to dive with them!Great value for price.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Excellent centre de villégiature !

C'est le personnel qui fait la force de l'hôtel. Tout le monde dit "Hola", des jardiniers à la direction. Le choix et la qualité des restaurants étaient excellents. Encore une fois, le personnel était toujours prêt à répondre à toutes les demandes, etc. La plage est magnifique. Pas de problème pour trouver des chaises à tout moment. Il y a une ligne de corail juste à côté du rivage qui peut être difficile à naviguer. Mais ce n'est pas si difficile.

Great resort! The staff are what make the hotel. Everyone says "Hola" from the gardeners to the management. The choice and quality of the restaurants were excellent. Again the staff were always willing to accomodate any requests etc. Beautiful beach. No problem getting chairs anytime. There is a line of coral right near the shoreline that can be difficult to navigate. But it is not THAT much of a hassle.

Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Un personnel extraordinaire !

Belle station, propre et élégante. Gestion très professionnelle. Personnel courtois et amical. Terrain et emplacement magnifiques. Parfait pour les familles et les couples. Nous avons été impressionnés dès le début de notre séjour. Le personnel d'animation est très travailleur et talentueux, mais ne force pas les clients à participer.....e calme est toujours disponible dans des endroits pittoresques et glorieux dans l'ensemble du centre de villégiature. Les restaurants sont de première cl [... lire plus]asse et il y en a cinq au choix : l'Alhambra est un buffet qui ne nécessite pas de réservation (ouvert trois fois par jour et presque entièrement accessible, sauf pendant une heure entre le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner, et entre le déjeuner et le dîner). Des réservations sont nécessaires pour les restaurants italien, méditerranéen, mexicain et de fruits de mer. Tous sont fabuleux. Je recommande vivement ce complexe ! Les pourboires sont gracieusement acceptés par le personnel, mais ne sont pas attendus.

Amazing Staff ! Beautiful, clean and elegant resort. Very professional management. Courteous, friendly staff. Great grounds and location. Perfect for families and couples alike. We were impressed from the start of our stay. The entertainment staff are very hard working and talented but do not force the guests to participate.....there is always peace and quiet available in scenic, glorious locations throughout the resort. Restaurants are first class with five to choose from: The Alhambra is buffet style and requires no reservation (open for 3 means daily and almost totally accessible except for one hour between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner). Reservations are required for the Italian, Medditeranian, Mexican and Seafood. All are fabulous. Would highly recommend this resort ! Tips are gracefully accepted from the staff but not expected, however, they all deserve a show of appreciation.

Canto Del Sol: Magnifique Mexique !

Belle station, pas beaucoup de plage. Les deux piscines sont très belles et bien entretenues. Le buffet était bon, avec beaucoup de choix. Les lits étaient affreux et durs, pas de réfrigérateur minimum dans les chambres, on nous donnait 2 bouteilles d'eau chaude tous les 3 jours. La douche dans la chambre n'avait absolument pas d'eau froide.

Beautiful mexico! Beautiful resort, not a lot of beach. Both pools very nice and taken care of. Buffet was good lots of selection. Beds were awful and hard, no minimum fridges in rooms,given 2 warmore bottles of water every 3 days. Shower in room had absolutely no cold water.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Premier voyage au Mexique

Nous avons séjourné au Grand Bahia Principe Tulum. C'était notre premier séjour au Mexique et notre deuxième voyage tout compris. Nous avons apprécié le complexe. La propriété est très bien entretenue et la nourriture est abondante. Notre chambre était toujours nettoyée et les employés étaient très courtois et serviables. Nous n'hésiterons pas à séjourner à nouveau dans ce complexe.

First Trip to Mexico We stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum. This was our first time in Mexico and our 2nd all inclusive trip ever. We enjoyed the resort. The property is very well maintained and the food is plentiful. Our room was always cleaned and the employees were very courteous and helpful. We would definitely not hesitate to stay at this resort again.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe le mois dernier et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le personnel était formidable et notre chambre était nettoyée et toujours approvisionnée.grande piscine et une belle deuxième piscine près d'autres activités. Les boissons étaient excellentes et toujours renouvelées, nous n'avons pas eu de problème pendant tout le séjour. Very good resort We stayed at this resort last month and had a great time. Staff was great and our room was cleaned and always stocked.Large pool and a nice 2nd pool near some other activities. Drinks were great and always topped up,didn't hit a snag the whole trip.The main eating area was down for repairs so they had to make due with a smaller eating area but made due and The food was great

Very large and very clean Friendly staff, asked for room close to lobby and was given room in Del Mar hotel so had to walk even farther to lobby. Great pools and beach. Average buffet, slow service. Lots of mosquitos. Well kept

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Encore des vacances parfaites

première visite à Sian Ka'an mais 6ème visite consécutive pour les propriétés GB. Nous avons pris une chambre standard au dernier étage avec vue sur la piscine. Nous avons tout aimé - la chambre moderne, le personnel très sympathique, la bonne nourriture et la plage magnifique.

Another perfect vacation 1st time visiting Sian Ka'an but 6th in the row for GB properties. Had a standard room on the top floor with a pool view. We loved everything - the modern room, very friendly staff, good food and amazing beach.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Une époque étonnante

La nourriture était excellente ! Le resort était très propre ainsi que les chambres... les amusements pour les enfants étaient aussi super....e seul problème était qu'il n'y avait pas assez d'ombre et pour avoir un parasol près de la piscine nous devions nous réveiller à 4h du matin pour réserver l'emplacement.

Amazing time The food was great! The resort was very clean as well as the rooms...the amusement for the kids was great as well....the only thing was there wasn't enough shade and in order to have an umbrella by the pool we needed to wake up at 4am to reserve the spot.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Belle station balnéaire

Honnêtement très impressionné par ce centre de villégiature. Le personnel est merveilleux et le terrain est magnifique avec toute la faune et la flore qui s'y trouve. Nous avons adoré la zone de la crique de la plage. Nous reviendrons probablement ici avec nos enfants ! La chambre était propre et répondait globalement à nos besoins. Le hall d'entrée était également très joli. Proche de Playa, ce qui est également pratique.

Beautiful resort Honestly very impressed with this resort. Wonderful staff and amazing grounds with all the wildlife everywhere. Loved the beach cove area. We will likely return here with our children! The room was clean and overall met our needs. Lobby also very pretty. Close to Playa which is also convenient.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Le terrain est magnifique et ressemble à une jungle avec des coatis (petits animaux) qui se promènent. Il y a beaucoup d'oiseaux et de la musique relaxante. La plage est la plus belle que j'ai vue et on peut s'y détendre toute la journée, car il y a une bonne brise venant de l'océan. Il faut se lever tôt pour obtenir sa palapa ! La piscine est chaude et il n'y a pas de brise. Il n'y a que quelques parasols et il en faudrait beaucoup plus. Le personnel est fantastique et fait tout son possi [... lire plus]ble pour être utile, il est toujours souriant et salue tout le monde. Les chambres sont très belles. Nous étions dans la section Priviledged et cela en vaut vraiment la peine. Il y a des insectes piqueurs dans le hall et dans les salles de spectacle, alors prévoyez de l'insecticide ! Elles semblent m'aimer beaucoup ! D'autres personnes ne sont pas dérangées par ces insectes. Il y a une petite zone avec de petites boutiques, ce qui est agréable. On peut y acheter des souvenirs, des t-shirts (ils sont très jolis et de bonne qualité !). L'une des boutiques vend de la bière Modelo, si vous voulez une bière de meilleure qualité que celle qu'ils servent à la pression. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vie nocturne, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés, car après avoir dîné tard et marché un peu, nous étions fatigués. Il y a une discothèque, mais elle n'est pas très fréquentée, je pense. Les gens se rassemblent surtout dans le hall d'entrée où il y a de la musique et parfois du karaoké. La nourriture est bonne et il n'est pas nécessaire de réserver pour le dîner, comme c'est le cas dans d'autres complexes hôteliers. Le buffet du restaurant Tortuga est excellent et est disponible pour le déjeuner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce complexe !

Wonderful resort! The grounds are beautiful, and it is a jungle like setting with coatis (little animals) roaming about. Lots of birds and relaxing music playing. The beach is the nicest I've seen and one can relax there all day, as there is a nice breeze off the ocean. You should get up early to get your palapa! The pool area is hot and there is no breeze. There are only a few umbrellas and there needs to be many more. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to be helpful and are always smiling and greeting everyone. Rooms are very nice. We were in the Priviledged section and it is definitely worth it. There are biting bugs in the lobby and theatre areas, so bring bug spray! They seem to like me a lot! Other people not bothered by them. They have a small area with little shops which is nice. You can browse for souvenirs, t-shirts (they are very nice and good quality!) One of the shops sells Modelo beer, if you want some better quality beer than what they serve on tap. There is not a lot of nightlife but we didn't mind, as after a late dinner and walking around a bit, we were tired. There is a disco but not that many attend, I think. People gather in the lobby area mostly and there is music there and sometimes karaoke. The food is good and no reservations are required for dinner, as in some other resorts. The buffet at Tortuga restaurant is great, and is available for lunch. We enjoyed this resort a lot!

Grand Riviera Princess: Superbe !

J'ai voyagé au Grand Riviera Princess la semaine dernière (du 21 au 28 mai) avec ma fille de 31 ans et c'était absolument fabuleux !!!! La chambre était spacieuse et propre ! Les toilettes étaient très bien aménagées pour nous deux ! Les repas étaient tous délicieux et très variés ! Les restaurants de spécialités étaient incroyables, en particulier le steak ! Nous avons passé tout notre temps à la plage qui était magnifique ! Le personnel était si amical et serviable !!! Nous recommander [... lire plus]ions absolument ce centre de villégiature à tout le monde ! J'adore, j'adore, j'adore !

Super Amazing!! I just travelled to the Grand Riviera Princess last week (May 21 - 28) with my 31 year old daughter and it was absolutely fabulous!!!! The room was spacious and clean! The washroom was very well set out for the two of us! The meals were all delicious and the variety was great! The specialty restaurants were amazing especially the steak! We spent all of our time at the beach which was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and helpful!!! We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone! Love love loved it!

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Très belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel est en grande partie neuf et l'entretien du terrain est excellent. Le personnel est sympathique, la nourriture est bonne, voire excellente, et des divertissements sont organisés tous les soirs dans l'hôtel et dans les hôtels voisins. Des navettes circulent en permanence pour vous transporter d'un endroit à l'autre et partout. Nous y sommes allés deux fois et ce que j'aime le plus, c'est le calme et la beauté de la station. Les chambres peuvent être un peu moisies, mais le person [... lire plus]nel accepte de les changer.

Really beautiful Resort The hotel is mostly new and the ground maintenance is awesome. Staff is friendly, food is good to great and entertainment is nightly at this resort and at the neighboring resorts. Shuttles all the time to move you from here to there and everywhere. We've been twice, and the things I love the most are the resorts peacefulness and beauty. The rooms can be a little musty, but staff will accommodating room changes.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Le paradis sacré

Quand ils disent "Bahia Principe de luxe", ils ne mentent pas ! Tout était parfait ! Nous avons vécu au bord de la piscine à débordement toute la journée ; le service de bar était assuré par la meilleure équipe de bar (Rocio et Isaisis), le buffet Corales était délicieux juste à côté de la piscine, et la brise de l'océan était magnifique ! Les alá cartes étaient vraiment sympas, le français était notre préféré (code vestimentaire en vigueur). Il faut réserver tôt si l'on ne veut pas manger au b [... lire plus]uffet toute la semaine. Les chambres et le terrain étaient spacieux et propres. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!! Merci !

Holy Heaven When they say 'Luxury Bahia Principe' they are not lying! Everything was perfect!! We lived by the Infinity Pool all day long; bar service provided by the greatest bar team (Rocio and Isaisis) delicious Corales Buffet directly beside pool, and a beautiful ocean breeze! The alá cartes were really nice, the French was our favorite (dress code in effect). Be sure to book early if u don't want to eat at the buffet all week. Rooms and grounds were spacious and clean. We would return in a heart beat!!! Thanks!!
