Great time The entire facility was great. It was pristine no matter where you went. The smiling faces great you at every turn. All three pools were kept clean. The restaurants were amazing,food was plentiful and delicious.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Grand centre de villégiature

L'hôtel est un magnifique jardin luxuriant avec de belles piscines et une plage. La nourriture était vraiment bonne et il y avait beaucoup d'options. Notre préféré était le steakhouse. Les chambres sont jolies et spacieuses, elles mériteraient d'être rénovées. Le service était correct, certains employés pourraient être meilleurs, c'est certain. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un beau complexe hôtelier

Great resort The hotel is beautiful lush gardens with beautiful pools and beach. The food was really good and a lot of options.arw favorite was the steakhouse. The rooms are nice and spacious could use some updates. Service was ok some of the workers could be better for sure. Over all it's a nice resort

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Remarquable !

Ma femme et moi avons séjourné ici pendant deux semaines. Le site de l'hôtel est magnifique et bien entretenu. La plage était magnifique et le service inégalé. Le restaurant buffet et la nourriture en général étaient très bons ! Beaucoup de choix et une grande qualité.

Outstanding! My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The beach was amazing and the service second to none. The buffet restaurant and food in general was very good! Lots of selection and high quality.

Riu Republica: Pas satisfait

Le terrain n'est pas assez propre. Les trafiquants de drogue sont omniprésents, y compris au sein du personnel. L'eau de la piscine était sale. La nourriture était mauvaise à l'exception d'Ole qui était plutôt bon. Le service au bar était très mauvais. La plage/océan était magnifique.

Not satisfied The grounds were not clean enough. The drug dealers are all over the place, including on your staff. The pool water was dirty. The food was bad except for Ole which was pretty good. Bar service was very bad. The beach/ocean was amazing.

Riu Republica: Un endroit idéal pour commencer à perdre du poids

La nourriture est absolument épouvantable. Les chambres sont sales et l'entretien laisse à désirer. L'alcool fait l'affaire. Je conseillerais de regarder d'autres Riu resorts dans la région car il y en a de bien plus beaux. Un endroit idéal pour faire la fête !

Great spot to kick start your weight loss journey The food is absolutely terrible. Room is dirty and house keeping is spotty. Booze does the trick. I would advise looking at other Riu resorts in the area as there are far nicer ones. Great place to party!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Ne choisissez pas le Bavaro Resort

Le complexe comprend environ 7 stations, ne choisissez pas celle de Bavaro. Le service clientèle y est terrible, ils vous regardent de travers tout le temps et ne parlent que l'espagnol. Le buffet a également une odeur épouvantable qui vous donne la nausée lorsque vous mangez. Choisissez celui de Punta Cana ou n'importe lequel des autres resorts. Les divertissements étaient bons et nous avions toujours accès à d'autres stations, ce qui nous a permis de nous amuser.

Don’t pick the Bavaro Resort The compound had about 7 resorts, don’t choose the Bavaro one. The customer service there is terrible, they give you dirty looks the whole time and they only speak spanish. The buffet also has a terrible smell that makes you nauseous when you eat. Pick the Punta Cana one or any of the other resorts. The entertainment was good and we still had access to some other resorts so we were able to enjoy ourselves.

Pros and cons Let me start off with the pros This resort is beautiful very clean in the rooms are amazing. The staff for the most part was extremely friendly and very helpful. Now for the cons if you were a beach person and love to go into the ocean this is not a place for you the beach is awful. There is a terrible smell of sewer throughout the resort. If you have blonde hair, be prepared for green hair from the pools. I would rate this hotel, a seven out of 10 excluding the beach, which is a 3 out of 10.

It was absolutely fantastic. the room was very accommodating and the service was excellent. being our first time on a resort we couldn't believe we didn't have to pay for anything but tips. We would definitely go again and recommend it to friends

Le Serenade Adults only resort est magnifique. Nous avons découvert qu'il n'a que 5 mois d'existence et qu'il y a donc quelques problèmes à régler, notamment le manque de serviettes au bord de la piscine et le fait que la nourriture au buffet n'est pas renouvelée assez rapidement. L'hôtel n'était pas bondé. Avec 3 piscines, tout le monde a pu se répartir. Bien que nous ayons eu accès à la partie familiale, nous n'avons pas été autorisés à aller dans leurs restaurants, ce qui était un peu déceva [... lire plus]nt. Il y a également eu beaucoup de vente à la hausse dès notre arrivée, ils ont essayé de nous vendre un surclassement de notre chambre et leur forfait VIP. Chaque fois que nous sommes allés au restaurant, nous avons été abordés par des personnes qui essayaient de nous vendre des forfaits spa ou des excursions. Dans l'ensemble, c'était très relaxant. C'est exactement le voyage que nous recherchions.

Wonderful Time! The Serenade Adults only resort is beautiful. We found out it is only 5 months old, so they do have some kinks to work out, some of them being, running out of towels by the pool and the food at the buffet not being replenished fast enough. The resort did not feel crowded. With 3 pools, everyone was able to spread out. Although we had access to the family side, we were not allowed to go to their restaurants, which was a little disappointing. There was also a lot of upselling from the moment we checked in, they tried to sell us on a upgrade of our room and their VIP package. Every time we went to restaurants we were approached with people trying to sell us spa packages or excursions. All in all it was very relaxing. Just the trip we were looking for.

D'habitude, nous allons au Mexique, mais à cause des algues que nous avons eues lors de nos derniers voyages dans la région de Playa del Carmen, nous sommes allés cette fois à Punta Cana. Malheureusement, nous avons eu 4 jours sur 7 avec beaucoup d'algues. La bonne chose est qu'il n'y avait pas de rochers sur la plage ou dans l'océan. La chambre était très bien. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin et propre. Un jour nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude et nous avons demandé plusieurs jours pour des vêteme [... lire plus]nts, mais nous ne les avons pas eus. Petites choses. La nourriture était bonne. Suffisamment de choix au buffet et beaucoup de restaurants à la carte. Parce qu'il y a 6 ou 7 hôtels Bahia les uns à côté des autres et que vous pouvez aller dans la plupart des restaurants. Il n'y avait pas d'internet à la plage. Il y avait des routeurs sur des poteaux à la plage mais ils ne fonctionnaient pas. Le Wifi dans le reste de l'hôtel était correct. Une piscine principale avec de la musique forte, une piscine "tranquille" et au milieu une piscine avec des bains à bulles. Les trois piscines étaient un peu chaudes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré et avons fait un bon choix pour cet hôtel.

Bahia Principe luxury Esmeralda PUJ Usually we go to Mexico but because of the seaweed we had all of our last travels in the Playa del Carmen area we went this time to Punta Cana. Unfortunately we had 4 of the 7 days again a lot of seaweed. The good thing is that there wasn’t any rock on the beach or the ocean. The room was great. Everything you need and clean. One day we didn’t had hot water and asked several days for was clothes but didn’t get them. Minor things. The food was good. Enough choices at the buffet restaurants and a lot of a la carte restaurants to choose from. Because there are 6 or 7 Bahia hotels next to each other and you can go to most of the restaurants. There was no internet at the beach. They had those routers on poles at the beach but they didn’t work. Wifi on the rest of the hotel grounds was okay. One main pool with loud music, a “quiet “ pool and in the middle a pool with bubble tubs. All three pools were kinda warm. Overall we loved it and made a good choice for this hotel.

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa and Casino: Une expérience désastreuse

N'y allez PAS, surtout si vous avez des enfants ou si vous avez besoin d'aménagements particuliers (handicap, allergies, etc.). Je ne recommanderais ce centre de villégiature ou cette destination à personne. Le personnel était incroyablement impoli. Nous avons passé plus de temps à essayer de régler notre séjour sans succès qu'à la piscine/plage. Les terrasses de la piscine étaient couvertes de mégots de cigarettes et de gobelets vides et le front de mer n'était pas entretenu par le complexe.

Terrible experience Do NOT go here, especially if you have children or need special accommodations (disability, allergies, etc). I wouldn’t recommend this resort or destination to anyone. The staff was incredibly rude. We spent more time trying to sort out our stay with no resolution than at the pool/beach. The pool decks were covered in cigarette butts and empty cups and the beach front was unkept by the resort.

VIK Hotel Arena Blanca: Bon centre de villégiature

Les terrains sont bien entretenus, la nourriture était très bonne, très variée, nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec la chambre, mais le personnel s'est occupé de tout. C'est un vieux complexe qui a besoin de quelques améliorations. Le personnel est très sympathique, il n'y a rien à redire.

Good resort The grounds are well maintained, food was very good, lots of variety, we did have a few issues with the room, but the staff took care of everything. It’s an old resort and it needs some upgrades. The staff is very friendly, no complaints about that.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Une station extraordinaire !

La chambre était fantastique ! Toujours propre. Le personnel était très gentil et toujours serviable. Les restaurants et la nourriture étaient excellents, il y avait beaucoup de variété ! Les activités étaient excellentes. La vie nocturne était géniale et les artistes excellents ! Je prévois déjà d'y retourner !

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: J'ai adoré chaque seconde de ce voyage !!!!

Ce complexe est la perfection. Je suis une personne pointilleuse et j'ai donc besoin d'une station très propre. Ce complexe était très propre ! Des chambres aux terrains, en passant par le buffet et la piscine, tout était bien entretenu. Certaines choses étaient un peu désuètes mais ce n'était pas grave, c'était très propre. La nourriture était excellente ! Nous n'avons mangé qu'à l'une des cartes à la carte (parce que nous aimons avoir le choix au buffet) et c'était bon aussi. Les gens son [... lire plus]t très amicaux et serviables. C'est un complexe réservé aux adultes, ce que j'ai adoré. Même si c'était réservé aux adultes, il y avait quand même des activités près de la piscine tous les jours. Les spectacles du soir étaient parmi les meilleurs (en particulier le spectacle de feu autour de la piscine). Nous retournerons absolument à l'Aquamarine !

Loved every second of this trip!!!! This resort is perfection. I am a picky person so need a very clean resort. This resort was very clean! From the rooms to the grounds, to the buffet to the pool area, everything was well maintained. Some things were a little dated but it didnt matter it was very clean. The food was great! We only ate at one of the a la cartes (because we like having choices at the buffet) and it was good as well. The people are very friendly and helpful. It was an adults only resort which I loved. Even though it was adults only they still had activities by the pool every day. The evening shows were some of the best (especially the fire show that was around the pool). We will absolutely be going back to the Aquamarine!

Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana: Le bon moment

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est bon ..... Nous avons trouvé que certains membres du personnel semblaient être complaisants et pas vraiment intéressés. Le personnel de la piscine Hideaway était très bon. Toujours attentif. La nourriture au buffet était très bonne et abondante. Les chariots à la carte étaient bons et il y avait rarement la queue. Nous sommes allés dans d'autres hôtels Roylton et nous continuerons à les utiliser.

Good Time Overall the resort is good....we found that some staff seemed to be complacent and not really interested. The Hideaway pool staff were very good. Always attenuative. Food at the buffet was very good and plentiful. A la carts were good and there was rarely a line. We have been to other Roylton resorts and will continue to use them again.

Ce complexe est récent et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très belles et propres. Notre piscine était excellente et propre. Le terrain était bien entretenu. La nourriture était bonne mais pas excellente. Les boissons étaient également bonnes mais pas excellentes. Le personnel était excellent !

This resort is new and well maintained. The rooms are very nice and clean. Our swim up pool was excellent and clean. The grounds were well maintained. The food was good but not excellent. The drinks were also good but not excellent. The staff were excellent!

Riu Bambu: J'ai tout adoré !

Nous avons eu un temps magnifique les deux premiers jours. Il y avait très peu d'algues sur la plage. Le troisième jour, il a plu, alors nous sommes allés faire un tour au centre commercial BelleMare. Ce n'était pas un centre commercial mais plutôt une boutique de cadeaux. Les choses étaient jolies mais les prix très élevés. Nous sommes allés au BlueMaa le 4e jour. Les magasins étaient bien meilleurs. Pour le reste, nous sommes allés à la plupart des fêtes du Riu. Excellente animat [... lire plus]ion tous les soirs. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues et nous avons préféré la piscine pour la durée de notre séjour. Luis au bar Laplaza ainsi que Sandi, Paulin, Nelson et Jhonny étaient toujours prêts à vous préparer la boisson de votre choix. Wendy était notre femme de ménage. C'est une personne charmante et toujours souriante. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et avons hâte d'être à l'année prochaine !

Absolutely loved everything! We had gorgeous weather the fist 2 days. The beach had very little seaweed. Day 3 we had a day of rain so we went for a drive to BelleMare Mall. It wasn't a mall but rather a gift shop. Things were lovely but highly overpriced. We went to the BlueMaa on day 4. Much better stores. For the remainder we went to most Riu parties. Great entertainment every evenings. The beach had lots of seaweed and so we preferred the pool for the duration of our stay. Luis at the Laplaza bar as well as Sandi, Paulin , Nelson and Jhonny were always ready to mix you the drink of choice. Wendy was our housekeeper. She is a lovely soul and always had a smile. We loved our stay and can't wait for next year!

Le personnel est très amical Notre majordome Edwin a fait un travail merveilleux avec toutes nos demandes et a toujours répondu aux messages que nous lui avons envoyés peu de temps après.il venait nous chercher sur la plage s'il ne pouvait pas nous joindre par messages
